- 0:09Speaker 1: Advice No Lo Lo Lo Lo. Welcome to the Naughty
- 0:17Speaker 1: but Nic Show. I'm your host job Shooter every Friday.
- 0:19Speaker 1: Dear friend Corey Andrew from Instinct Magazine dot com joins us, Corey,
- 0:24Speaker 1: are you there? I am here. Hello everyone now, and Corey,
- 0:28Speaker 1: thank you. On Monday, I'm on your podcast, Motivational Mondays.
- 0:33Speaker 1: We taped it a couple of days ago. I can't
- 0:35Speaker 1: wait to hear it. Where can we find it, Corey? Yes, well,
- 0:39Speaker 1: it's a podcast from the National Society of Leadership and
- 0:42Speaker 1: Success the inn s l S. It's a our society
- 0:45Speaker 1: for young people and college graduates. And yeah, so n
- 0:49Speaker 1: s LS dot org is the location where you can
- 0:52Speaker 1: find it. On Monday, about after ten am, it should
- 0:55Speaker 1: be available, so check it out. Thank you do. You'll
- 0:57Speaker 1: plug it again on Monday. But I'm excited about that
- 0:59Speaker 1: with got tons of gossips, So let's jump into our show. Hey,
- 1:03Speaker 1: my friends, what time is it? It is big breaking news.
- 1:07Speaker 1: At the top of the show, Ramona Singer, luand DeLesseps
- 1:11Speaker 1: and Sonya Morgan from the Real Housewives of New York
- 1:15Speaker 1: look like they have been fired. So Radar is reporting
- 1:19Speaker 1: that the three ladies have been told they will not
- 1:22Speaker 1: be coming back to the show as housewives. However, the
- 1:25Speaker 1: door has been left a little bit open because they
- 1:28Speaker 1: have been told if they want to return as friends,
- 1:32Speaker 1: they can do that. The friends the housewife distinction is
- 1:35Speaker 1: actually quite a big deal in the world of these
- 1:38Speaker 1: reality ladies. If you are a cast member, if you
- 1:42Speaker 1: are a real housewife, you hold the apple at the
- 1:45Speaker 1: top of the show, and you also make a lot
- 1:47Speaker 1: more money. If you're a friend on the show, you
- 1:51Speaker 1: just get paid at day rate, a lot less you're
- 1:53Speaker 1: not on the whole season, basically like a safety net.
- 1:57Speaker 1: If the ladies get a bit boring, or if they
- 1:59Speaker 1: need juice it up, they call the friends and in
- 2:02Speaker 1: they come. In the past, this has happened to Luann
- 2:06Speaker 1: So a couple of seasons ago, Luanne was sort of
- 2:09Speaker 1: kicked off the show and told we don't really want
- 2:11Speaker 1: you anymore, but if you want to be a friend
- 2:13Speaker 1: of the housewives, we would love to use you. Luanne
- 2:16Speaker 1: told me it ended up being really good for her
- 2:18Speaker 1: because they missed her so much and she earned more
- 2:21Speaker 1: money Because the show was so dull, they called her
- 2:24Speaker 1: practically every day, so the day rate ended up paid
- 2:28Speaker 1: Luhan more money. Than what she would have earned as
- 2:31Speaker 1: a full time cast members. However, this time, I'm told
- 2:34Speaker 1: by sources close to Luanne that she's actually going to
- 2:38Speaker 1: move on. It's been a decade, she's really enjoyed it,
- 2:41Speaker 1: it's made her famous, she does her cabaret shows. She's
- 2:44Speaker 1: going to move on. I'm told Ramona is livid, which
- 2:48Speaker 1: really really ties in. If you know Ramona, you know
- 2:52Speaker 1: she cannot be a nice Ramona is furious about this,
- 2:56Speaker 1: and it is sort of interesting, isn't it. What do
- 2:58Speaker 1: you do when you're told no? Do you throw your
- 3:01Speaker 1: toys away and run run off? Or do you sort
- 3:04Speaker 1: of work with them? Sonya, I'm told, will probably take
- 3:07Speaker 1: the offer. She probably will return as a friend. She
- 3:10Speaker 1: likes the money, she likes the attention, she likes the show.
- 3:13Speaker 1: She enjoys it. There's nothing wrong with that. She enjoys
- 3:15Speaker 1: doing this show. And if you know Sonya at all,
- 3:18Speaker 1: this show has become her life. This is who she is,
- 3:21Speaker 1: so I understand her staying on the show. Ramona's insulted.
- 3:25Speaker 1: And the one actually isn't The one is the coolest
- 3:27Speaker 1: of the three of them, who has decided it's been
- 3:29Speaker 1: a great run. I've earned a lot of money. You've
- 3:32Speaker 1: got my phone number. If you need me another season,
- 3:34Speaker 1: give me a call. But I'm gonna go and do
- 3:36Speaker 1: my cabaret. Which are the three approaches? Do you think
- 3:40Speaker 1: you would take Corey if you were told you're fired?
- 3:44Speaker 1: You know, I have a feeling in life in general
- 3:46Speaker 1: when I'm not wanted, Honey, I move on. Great, So
- 3:49Speaker 1: I don't sit there and gravel and beg And I
- 3:51Speaker 1: have to say I've not met Luen. I have met
- 3:53Speaker 1: and spoken to Ramona and Sonya. I like Sonya a lot.
- 3:58Speaker 1: Ramona not a fair um. And I think that actually
- 4:02Speaker 1: Ramona is just angry because she doesn't really have anything else,
- 4:06Speaker 1: Like this is her life. Sonya can move on, you know.
- 4:09Speaker 1: Luana obviously move on. I think Ramona this defines Ramona
- 4:13Speaker 1: her time. And you say that I know them all
- 4:15Speaker 1: quite well. Remota is my least favorite of the three
- 4:18Speaker 1: of them. I get a kick out you're personally not
- 4:20Speaker 1: just on the show. So she's a fun person. I've
- 4:23Speaker 1: spent many a drunken night at her tan has with
- 4:25Speaker 1: the game, laughing and joking. She's really really fun. She
- 4:29Speaker 1: does have friends outside of this. Ramona doesn't. This is
- 4:33Speaker 1: her entire existence. And I would even argue the show
- 4:37Speaker 1: is ruined what life she did have before the show.
- 4:40Speaker 1: She's now divorced, her daughter is off in college. I'm
- 4:43Speaker 1: sure she's a good mom. Let's give her bad but
- 4:45Speaker 1: she's not really the kindest person. If you meet her,
- 4:48Speaker 1: the one is cool. What is somebody you want to
- 4:50Speaker 1: hang out with? Like if the three of them call,
- 4:52Speaker 1: the one that I'm most excited to see is lou
- 4:55Speaker 1: Like if I see Lukell text, I'm like, oh, that
- 4:57Speaker 1: would be a fun night. If I see Ramona name
- 5:00Speaker 1: on my phone, I'm like, oh, and Sonya makes me smile.
- 5:05Speaker 1: Is a lot of fun. But they're shaking this up.
- 5:07Speaker 1: They're going to shake up the season. The ratings are terrible.
- 5:10Speaker 1: They have fell apart. Less than six seven hundred thousand
- 5:14Speaker 1: people are watching these each other. They want doing millions.
- 5:18Speaker 1: Bethany is not coming back, So instead of double downing
- 5:22Speaker 1: on the on the original ladies, they're going to find
- 5:25Speaker 1: a whole new bunch of girls. I'm told they're looking
- 5:28Speaker 1: for a lot younger. You know. The good news about
- 5:30Speaker 1: this is the ratings are so bad that they can
- 5:33Speaker 1: really shake it up. They can take risks that they
- 5:36Speaker 1: otherwise wouldn't normally take But at the moment the numbers
- 5:39Speaker 1: are just so bad for this show that they really
- 5:42Speaker 1: can shake it up and it might be the first
- 5:44Speaker 1: time ever we have a really young, diverse bunch of housewives. Well,
- 5:51Speaker 1: I don't want to cut you off around, but let's
- 5:53Speaker 1: not going to say before we move on. You know,
- 5:55Speaker 1: I think the franchise could just be it could be
- 5:57Speaker 1: just dead. I mean the genre could just be gone.
- 5:59Speaker 1: You know, yeah, listen to that. But but Beverly Hills
- 6:01Speaker 1: is doing fabulous, Like in the millions, I don't think.
- 6:07Speaker 1: And that cat what's her named, Kathy Hilton's on the diamonds,
- 6:13Speaker 1: So I think there's something. I know. It's all that
- 6:14Speaker 1: glamorous life. So this I thought the same. I was like,
- 6:18Speaker 1: the whole thing's over, it's in the past. Limp along
- 6:22Speaker 1: for another five years or this moment. Yeah, I don't know.
- 6:25Speaker 1: I looked at Beverly Hills numbers just before we spoke.
- 6:28Speaker 1: It's doing phenomenal. So I think what they have to
- 6:30Speaker 1: do is get more fun back in it. It used
- 6:32Speaker 1: to be something campy, silly. You know, it's never going
- 6:35Speaker 1: to win an Emmy Award. It's never great TV, but
- 6:37Speaker 1: it was sort of enjoyable. It got a little mean
- 6:40Speaker 1: or two. It was always a big much do you
- 6:43Speaker 1: mean let's all have a little giggle put some fun
- 6:46Speaker 1: back in the house. Wire So, which brings us to
- 6:47Speaker 1: our whole question of the day. Singer Countess Lwan and
- 6:51Speaker 1: Sonya have been fired. They now have been offered roles
- 6:55Speaker 1: as friends. Is this a good move or a bad move? Hey?
- 6:58Speaker 1: Go out to it a page and naughty. Remember on Facebook,
- 7:01Speaker 1: pagriots is naughty gossip and be sure to check back
- 7:05Speaker 1: on Monday to hear your results. Corey Love, what are
- 7:08Speaker 1: you working on? Yes? Yes, Well Chris Harrison is not
- 7:12Speaker 1: considering retirement. So Chris Harrison is soaking up his post
- 7:17Speaker 1: Bachelor time as he figures out what's next for him
- 7:19Speaker 1: in the world of show business. The former Bachelor franchise
- 7:23Speaker 1: host officially stepped down from his gig on the ABC
- 7:25Speaker 1: Dating Show in June after being embrolled in a racism
- 7:29Speaker 1: controversy that saw him defending season contestant Rachel Kirconnell. After
- 7:34Speaker 1: you know you, guys, remember, it came to light that
- 7:36Speaker 1: she had done a She had attended a party that
- 7:39Speaker 1: had an antebellum theme, which is not a good look.
- 7:42Speaker 1: But according to a source that spoke with US Weekly,
- 7:45Speaker 1: Harrison is enjoying his time away from the camera now
- 7:48Speaker 1: that the scandal is behind him. They say that Chris
- 7:50Speaker 1: Harrison is doing truly great and he's enjoying his time
- 7:54Speaker 1: with his kids and growing his relationship with Laura Zema,
- 7:57Speaker 1: and he lives a low key life in Texas when
- 8:00Speaker 1: he's not taking trips or going on vacation. The insider
- 8:03Speaker 1: also noted that Harrison has taking it easy and keeping
- 8:06Speaker 1: a low profile following the scandal. He doesn't see himself
- 8:09Speaker 1: as retired from show business. In fact, he's looking for
- 8:13Speaker 1: a new project. So Rob. One of the things I
- 8:16Speaker 1: learned from you, my guru, my publicist guru, over the
- 8:20Speaker 1: years is that sometimes people will plant a story to
- 8:23Speaker 1: sort of feel the audience. Here the responses, the response
- 8:28Speaker 1: has been quite remember, and he got ten million dollars
- 8:32Speaker 1: to to leave the franchise, so don't worry a lot
- 8:35Speaker 1: of money. He's only fifty years old, so there's a
- 8:38Speaker 1: lot of life left in him. I think he's going
- 8:39Speaker 1: to get another job at some point. I'm not quite
- 8:41Speaker 1: sure where this scandal has hurt him, And so people
- 8:46Speaker 1: are a little bit curious about it. I'm told he's
- 8:48Speaker 1: still in talks were dancing with the stars. See that's
- 8:51Speaker 1: what I'm saying. Yeah, he can tiptoe, he can shuffle.
- 8:58Speaker 1: That's hard to say into the back of our lives.
- 9:00Speaker 1: So I think he can wolf spats wools or charge
- 9:02Speaker 1: our chart back into our lives slowly. I don't think
- 9:05Speaker 1: it's a good idea for him to host a new
- 9:07Speaker 1: show immediately, because you can't carry that, but be a
- 9:10Speaker 1: guest on the show. You've got all that money, you
- 9:12Speaker 1: don't need another job being careful here. But I think
- 9:16Speaker 1: it's a good idea that Chris has moved to Texas.
- 9:18Speaker 1: He's got a lower he's keeping a low profile. Then
- 9:22Speaker 1: let us miss you a little bit, darling. Don't be
- 9:24Speaker 1: too annoying. Let us miss you. The numbers on the
- 9:26Speaker 1: Bachelor and not good without you, and I love that
- 9:28Speaker 1: you're not rubbing that and he's not on social media
- 9:31Speaker 1: all angry. Just take a break, darling. You've got all
- 9:34Speaker 1: that money. You will be just fine. I think moving
- 9:37Speaker 1: along Jennifer Lopez and then talking about married quickly are
- 9:43Speaker 1: reporting they're they're they're the real deal. I told you this.
- 9:46Speaker 1: They are madly love and they don't want to let
- 9:48Speaker 1: each other go this time. If you remember they were together,
- 9:53Speaker 1: they called it quits in two thousand and four. That's
- 9:55Speaker 1: when I was working with Chen and so was going
- 9:58Speaker 1: to say that Ben always considered j Lo that's the
- 10:02Speaker 1: one that got away, and he is determined to make
- 10:05Speaker 1: sure that doesn't happen again. It's such a cliche that
- 10:09Speaker 1: loves better the second time around, But maybe it really is.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Maybe it really is. They're both a little older, they
- 10:16Speaker 1: both know what they want out of life. I'm told
- 10:19Speaker 1: since tell me that it won't be a big wedding
- 10:22Speaker 1: these two. I know. It's it's sort of amazing because
- 10:24Speaker 1: when you think Jaylo, you think everything is so big,
- 10:26Speaker 1: like it's also over the top. Yeah, that the opera
- 10:31Speaker 1: at the met it's also larger the life with her.
- 10:34Speaker 1: But it will be a small wedding that the children close,
- 10:38Speaker 1: families and friends. It's not going to be Hollywood world
- 10:42Speaker 1: in there, although I'm sure my Damon will go. So
- 10:46Speaker 1: good luck to you you two. I mean, it's it's
- 10:49Speaker 1: a lot. I do think people are getting a little
- 10:51Speaker 1: sick of all the publicity photographs. It does. It feels
- 10:55Speaker 1: like a lot talking about Chris Harrison taking some time off.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Maybe Chen and then should go to Texas to for
- 11:01Speaker 1: a couple of weeks. I mean they've got the money.
- 11:04Speaker 1: I mean they can do the same, just relax and chill,
- 11:06Speaker 1: and they got them. It's amazing to me, isn't it.
- 11:09Speaker 1: These thirsty celebrities, even the ones that are at the
- 11:12Speaker 1: top of their game, Cory, they never want to sit down.
- 11:16Speaker 1: They just never want to stop. But it's exhausting. Famous
- 11:20Speaker 1: highly addictive. Fame is highly addictive. And you can see
- 11:23Speaker 1: that she eats, sleeps, and breathes it. She can't help it.
- 11:27Speaker 1: It's who she is. She's been famous now for so
- 11:29Speaker 1: long that I don't think she knows any other life.
- 11:33Speaker 1: And this is going to hit And I know they're
- 11:35Speaker 1: not as famous as j Lo, but this is what's
- 11:38Speaker 1: going to hit the housewives once that show is over
- 11:42Speaker 1: for them, it's over, like it comes to an end.
- 11:46Speaker 1: Joel Sarah, who who I know quite well, she's still
- 11:50Speaker 1: shocked about it, like she's still reminiscence about the days
- 11:53Speaker 1: of being one that show. It's a decade ago and
- 11:55Speaker 1: she still hasn't quite got over it. I know. It's
- 11:59Speaker 1: something so so interesting to be fame and people's people's
- 12:03Speaker 1: addiction to it, talking of people that were really famous
- 12:06Speaker 1: and over the way, Honey Boo Boo, she's back in
- 12:08Speaker 1: the well. Honey Boo Boo says she does not understand
- 12:13Speaker 1: the whole body shaming thing, and you know, she's been
- 12:16Speaker 1: subject to that since she was a child. So her
- 12:18Speaker 1: real name is Atlanta Thompson, of course, and she became
- 12:20Speaker 1: a staple in American pop culture as soon as she
- 12:23Speaker 1: appeared on TLC's Toddler's and Tierras at just six years old.
- 12:28Speaker 1: And I loved her on this show because she really
- 12:31Speaker 1: did like kind of push the whole like child pageant
- 12:34Speaker 1: thing over the edge. You know, she was amazing, but
- 12:37Speaker 1: up yeah, at that time, she went by the nickname
- 12:38Speaker 1: of Honey Boo Boo, and she used to use these
- 12:40Speaker 1: great catch fragers like honey all Halla for dollar. She
- 12:44Speaker 1: was amazing as a child. But anyway, she was a
- 12:48Speaker 1: real pistol. But at fifteen years old, now she is
- 12:51Speaker 1: ready to shed that part of her identity. I mean
- 12:53Speaker 1: she's almost sixteen, you know, she's like a young woman.
- 12:56Speaker 1: She did an interview with teen Vogue and she says,
- 12:58Speaker 1: my mama did not name me honey boo boo. My
- 13:00Speaker 1: real name is Alana and she's from Georgia, And she says,
- 13:03Speaker 1: you know, I guess people still expect me to be
- 13:05Speaker 1: little honey boo boo, and I'm not anymore. Just because
- 13:08Speaker 1: I'm from the South, people expect me to be all
- 13:10Speaker 1: like a country bumpkin right now, on four wheelers all
- 13:13Speaker 1: the time. But that's not how it really is. Now.
- 13:15Speaker 1: Ahead of her sixteenth birthday, Thompson already has aspirations of
- 13:18Speaker 1: getting a car, graduating high school, and going to college
- 13:22Speaker 1: to become a neo natal nurse and providing for her
- 13:26Speaker 1: family one day. All very admirable traits. Smart young lady,
- 13:29Speaker 1: smart young lady, and sadly though, she's been a victim
- 13:32Speaker 1: of body shaming throughout most of the ways. And she
- 13:35Speaker 1: wasn't overweight child, right, and that was part of her
- 13:37Speaker 1: fame and her success was that she was overweight. So
- 13:40Speaker 1: everybody's all about body positivity, she says, until they see
- 13:44Speaker 1: a body they don't like. Just because I got little
- 13:48Speaker 1: extra meat on my bones, you all want to hate me.
- 13:51Speaker 1: I'll never get body shaming. I don't ever look at
- 13:54Speaker 1: people and say, oh I wish I was like her.
- 13:57Speaker 1: Because I don't ever wish to be like anybody else.
- 13:59Speaker 1: I have my own person, she said, Like I know
- 14:02Speaker 1: I'm beautiful, I know I've got a banging body. I
- 14:04Speaker 1: don't care. As long as I like myself, I'm good,
- 14:07Speaker 1: she says. And again, Rob, I think there's someone else
- 14:10Speaker 1: who must have read the foreword and apparently she needs
- 14:13Speaker 1: she needs her own So impressed with her. I met
- 14:16Speaker 1: her when she had six years old eyes on the
- 14:18Speaker 1: set of a TV show and she walked on. She
- 14:21Speaker 1: literally was a superstar. The whole the whole set went
- 14:24Speaker 1: crazy as if she was Angelina Jolie and she was
- 14:27Speaker 1: really wise. Then she was really wise. And now this interview,
- 14:31Speaker 1: fifteen years old, she's she's turning sixteen soon. She's so
- 14:34Speaker 1: wise and the confidence that she has and to love
- 14:38Speaker 1: herself in a way it Lizzo does. And this this
- 14:43Speaker 1: young girl hasn't had those experiences that Lizzo has had.
- 14:47Speaker 1: It's been a really rough life for her. And so
- 14:50Speaker 1: that show was was was canceled, lots of drama with
- 14:53Speaker 1: her mother, my boyfriend and boyfriend, and I please, it
- 14:56Speaker 1: was really, really, really and she seems to have risen
- 15:00Speaker 1: above it and become this really sort of smart, wonderful, grounded,
- 15:07Speaker 1: amazing person. Hey, we're going to take a quick break
- 15:10Speaker 1: and we will be right Welcome back to the nording
- 15:16Speaker 1: of my show. I'm your host. Stop shooting with that,
- 15:17Speaker 1: dear friend, Corey Andrew. Hey, let's get to the polls.
- 15:21Speaker 1: On yesterday's show, we talked about Ben affleg visiting Tiffany's
- 15:26Speaker 1: the Fabulous Jewelry Store, but it had nothing to do
- 15:29Speaker 1: with engagement rings. Noah, he was on a scavenger hunt
- 15:33Speaker 1: with Mark Lupo said the same, He doesn't believe he's
- 15:39Speaker 1: so just this make you love Ben more than he
- 15:43Speaker 1: was with his children on a scavenger hunt. Sixty percent
- 15:46Speaker 1: said yes, you know, when you're good with your family
- 15:49Speaker 1: and you spend time with your kids, it's always good
- 15:52Speaker 1: news to me. Don't forget to vote on today's poll.
- 15:56Speaker 1: Go to our Twitter page at Naughty Nights Rob or
- 15:58Speaker 1: our Facebook page and be sure to check a Monday
- 16:00Speaker 1: to hear your results. Now it's time for Hour of
- 16:06Speaker 1: the Day. Yes, well, Eric stone Street forty nine, this way.
- 16:12Speaker 1: First of me just say this story cracks me up.
- 16:14Speaker 1: But Eric stone Street forty nine is turning the tables
- 16:17Speaker 1: on Internet rolls. Who thinks he's too old to be
- 16:19Speaker 1: engaged to his almost to forty two year old fiance,
- 16:23Speaker 1: So over the weekend, the Modern Family star announced he
- 16:25Speaker 1: was engaged to pediatric nurse Lindsay Schweitzer after five years
- 16:28Speaker 1: of dating. However, some commenters were not so nice, as
- 16:32Speaker 1: they pointed out Schweitzer's youthful glow. Of course, stone Street
- 16:37Speaker 1: couldn't help but address it in the only way he
- 16:38Speaker 1: knows how through comedy. So the actor repurposed the same
- 16:43Speaker 1: engagement photos, but with a filter that edited Schweitzer's appearance
- 16:47Speaker 1: to add wrinkles, to add wrinkles that made her look older,
- 16:52Speaker 1: and he wrote the caption, Apparently a lot of people
- 16:54Speaker 1: think I look too old as a forty nine year
- 16:55Speaker 1: old man to be engaged to my almost forty two
- 16:58Speaker 1: year old fiance, So she can't help that she looks
- 17:01Speaker 1: so great at forty two, and I can look like
- 17:03Speaker 1: her granddad. Apparently, so I fixed it for everyone. Oh
- 17:07Speaker 1: my gosh, that is not the best to response ever. Hilarious,
- 17:11Speaker 1: nicest of the day and now and notes the day
- 17:15Speaker 1: the utes scandal is far from over, so Mike Richards,
- 17:19Speaker 1: who stepped down as the new host of the show,
- 17:22Speaker 1: is still going to be the executive producer. The New
- 17:24Speaker 1: York Times is reporting that name Bailic, it's going to
- 17:29Speaker 1: temporarily take the podium, but she doesn't really want the
- 17:33Speaker 1: full time job availability it's too much. She's got a
- 17:36Speaker 1: Fox sitcom called Call Me Cat, and she's under contract
- 17:40Speaker 1: for that, so she will fill in, but she's not
- 17:42Speaker 1: that interested in the full time job. Now. Mike is
- 17:46Speaker 1: going to go to sensitivity training. I'm talking following exclusive
- 17:52Speaker 1: that a lot of the people that have approached new
- 17:54Speaker 1: hosts are only interested if Mike's Garner. They don't want
- 17:58Speaker 1: to work for him. They don't want to work for
- 18:00Speaker 1: him after this. If I went in as the host,
- 18:02Speaker 1: and I'm not really anybody, but if they called me
- 18:04Speaker 1: up and said, will you host it Rob, I'd be
- 18:06Speaker 1: like yes. But Corey, my ep not. I don't want
- 18:09Speaker 1: him there. I think that after this he should go.
- 18:14Speaker 1: It's so weird because you know he wants to be
- 18:16Speaker 1: the host. He's always going to be trying to to sabotage.
- 18:20Speaker 1: So I think they should just probably move on completely
- 18:23Speaker 1: here not of drama. Hey, let's end the show with
- 18:26Speaker 1: her moment after Rob, you gonna you're not the only
- 18:30Speaker 1: way to crush those nasty, negative voices is by going
- 18:34Speaker 1: after your dreams. No matter what the voices or anybody
- 18:38Speaker 1: tells you, go after your dreams. You've got to do it.
- 18:44Speaker 1: It's really hard to to take the jump. It takes
- 18:47Speaker 1: a lot of courage to do it. But in life
- 18:51Speaker 1: you have to pick courage or comfort and be honest
- 18:54Speaker 1: with yourself. If you pick comfort, fine, but know the truth.
- 18:58Speaker 1: Sometimes I do pick comfort. Sometimes it's just too big
- 19:01Speaker 1: a leap for me. It takes too much courage and
- 19:04Speaker 1: I'm not ready yet, so I do a smaller leap, so,
- 19:06Speaker 1: you know, one step at a time. That's fine. But
- 19:09Speaker 1: I am honest with myself when I get scared, when
- 19:12Speaker 1: I get nervous, when I don't have the courage, I say,
- 19:15Speaker 1: you know, today I want to be comfortable. I'm gonna
- 19:18Speaker 1: sit on the couch. I'm not going to go after
- 19:20Speaker 1: that dream. I'll put it off for a day, and
- 19:22Speaker 1: one day I hope I will get to it. But
- 19:24Speaker 1: always be honest with yourself. The best way to crush
- 19:28Speaker 1: those nasty voices is by going after your dreams. Hey,
- 19:33Speaker 1: that's it for this week. Thank you so much for
