A driver has been charged in a brutal early-morning hit-and-run that left a bicyclist critically injured near Rocketts Landing. Twenty-four-year-old Jorge Gudino Vasquez, from Henrico, turned himself in and now faces felony hit-and-run and driving without a license charges. The crash, occurring just after 1 AM on Williamsburg Avenue, sent the cyclist to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
