- 0:00Speaker 1: Mister New York Mark Simoner. Hey, well, it's a lot
- 0:13Speaker 1: going on this morning. All the police Commissioner Jessica Tish
- 0:16Speaker 1: is staying, and she's just put out a memo moments
- 0:19Speaker 1: ago to the entire department assuring them that she will
- 0:23Speaker 1: have their back, that everything will be fine under her,
- 0:27Speaker 1: that she and mayor elect Mom Donnie, have come to
- 0:31Speaker 1: agreement on things. Now. From what I hear, they've had
- 0:36Speaker 1: a number of meetings, in person meetings, then they had
- 0:38Speaker 1: a bunch of phone calls over the weekend. So apparently
- 0:41Speaker 1: the deal is he will leave the NYPD alone, she
- 0:45Speaker 1: will run it. She's not the type to run it
- 0:49Speaker 1: and be micromanaged and told what to do. That's not her.
- 0:53Speaker 1: She's staying because she's gotten the assurance she'll be able
- 0:56Speaker 1: to run the department. Now, Mom Donnie, what about all
- 0:58Speaker 1: his crazy nonsense about the social workers doing this and that.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Apparently he's agreed to do that separately from the NYPD.
- 1:07Speaker 1: The NYPD will be the police department, and he will
- 1:11Speaker 1: have his Department of Community Safety, and that's where all
- 1:15Speaker 1: the social workers will go, and then they'll deal with
- 1:17Speaker 1: homeless or mentally ill or those kind of things. So
- 1:23Speaker 1: I don't think that. Well, I know that she wouldn't
- 1:27Speaker 1: do this unless she had some assurance should be left
- 1:29Speaker 1: alone and for a good deal of time. So I
- 1:32Speaker 1: don't think this is a deal where she's going to
- 1:35Speaker 1: have a problem three months and quit. And I don't
- 1:37Speaker 1: think mom Donnie would want to risk her quitting a
- 1:42Speaker 1: couple of months into his first year. If he wants
- 1:46Speaker 1: her to stay. He knows the problem with the problem
- 1:50Speaker 1: with her. People like her. It's very respected and seems
- 1:55Speaker 1: to be a woman a real principle. So if there
- 1:58Speaker 1: was a problem the bad she'd quit. She doesn't need
- 2:02Speaker 1: the job. She would quit, go public and say I
- 2:05Speaker 1: can't you know, I'm leaving because of this and this,
- 2:07Speaker 1: and it'd be a great embarrassment to the mayor. I
- 2:09Speaker 1: know she's threatened Adams with that a few times when
- 2:11Speaker 1: he tried to interfere, and she's good at threatening him.
- 2:15Speaker 1: You know, I'll leave and I'll hold the press comings though,
- 2:17Speaker 1: And she was right to do it. She was, you know,
- 2:19Speaker 1: fighting for the right stuff for the NYPD. So if
- 2:23Speaker 1: I know that Mom Donnie knows that that she's good
- 2:25Speaker 1: at that kind of leverage, and he's not gonna want
- 2:29Speaker 1: that kind of embarrassment in his first year. So obviously
- 2:32Speaker 1: I've come to a good, strong agreement on this. She
- 2:35Speaker 1: will stay. That's very good news, excellent news. Now they
- 2:43Speaker 1: both agree on keeping Ice out. She doesn't want Ice
- 2:46Speaker 1: in there. You know. Ice basically what they do is
- 2:50Speaker 1: they come in and they take away the worst criminals
- 2:52Speaker 1: of all. I mean, you could try to argue that
- 2:54Speaker 1: not everybody to grab is the worst. Well, that's true
- 2:56Speaker 1: of any police department. And you know, if you arrest
- 3:00Speaker 1: two thousand people last year, maybe six you shouldn't have arrested.
- 3:03Speaker 1: It's going to happen. You can't help that. Tom Holman
- 3:06Speaker 1: has let Mom Donnie know if he needs to come in.
- 3:09Speaker 1: He's coming in.
- 3:09Speaker 2: The mayor of New York City wants to come and
- 3:12Speaker 2: talk about making the streets safer. Open up for discussion.
- 3:15Speaker 2: I'm wanting to meet with anybody. President Trump's will and
- 3:17Speaker 2: meet with anybody, but let's get together and work it together.
- 3:20Speaker 2: We much rather work with these sanctuary cities than keep
- 3:24Speaker 2: you know, putting our agents at extreme risk going out
- 3:27Speaker 2: in the community and wrestling public safety trip and they
- 3:28Speaker 2: could arrested them in the safety and security of a jail.
- 3:31Speaker 2: So we walk home any conversation. But they if they
- 3:34Speaker 2: don't want assist, they want to keep, you know, pushing
- 3:36Speaker 2: back and impeding our efforts, then we're going to just
- 3:40Speaker 2: send more teams there.
- 3:41Speaker 1: We're going to play his own. Yeah, Hon's always been
- 3:43Speaker 1: right about let's do it in Rikers Island, in that
- 3:46Speaker 1: prison where it's safe and you're not going to hurt
- 3:48Speaker 1: any innocent bystan, Let's do the arrest in there. You know,
- 3:51Speaker 1: Ice for a long time had an office in Rikers Islands.
- 3:56Speaker 1: He wants to go back to that. More of homans.
- 3:59Speaker 2: We're going becoming New York TiO.
- 4:00Speaker 1: We're already there now.
- 4:01Speaker 2: I mean teams are there now, but we were increase
- 4:03Speaker 2: the enforcement president in New York City again because of
- 4:05Speaker 2: a sanctuary city, and we know we have an issue.
- 4:07Speaker 2: There are public state to trust sit in the street
- 4:09Speaker 2: every day.
- 4:09Speaker 1: Yeah. No important thing to remember is if there's a
- 4:11Speaker 1: dispute about what ICE can do in New York and
- 4:14Speaker 1: you can't arrest this, well, believe it or not, federal
- 4:17Speaker 1: law supersedes local law. So Holman has the law on
- 4:20Speaker 1: his side. The courts would have to uphold that. Hey,
- 4:25Speaker 1: last night at the White House they had this what
- 4:28Speaker 1: a dinner they had. It was Saudi Day, all day
- 4:31Speaker 1: with the Saudi leaders, the Crown Prince, this and that,
- 4:34Speaker 1: and by the way, today is the Saudi Economic Forum.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Apparently it's very importless and there's zillions of dollars coming
- 4:43Speaker 1: in and out of that part of the world, and
- 4:45Speaker 1: every business leader wants in on that. So it's a
- 4:47Speaker 1: big economic forum. It's at the Kennedy Center. They're using
- 4:50Speaker 1: the Kennedy Center, and President Trump will go there and
- 4:54Speaker 1: address this group. Last night. That was quite a state
- 4:58Speaker 1: dinner they had. If you look at the main table
- 5:01Speaker 1: with the Saudi leaders there, it's Trump, it's Elon Musk,
- 5:06Speaker 1: it's Bill Gates, close buddy of Jeffrey Epstein. It's Bill Gates.
- 5:11Speaker 1: It's Mark Zuckerberg and Tim Cook of Apple, and they're
- 5:17Speaker 1: all these guys are all praising Trump. Thank you for
- 5:20Speaker 1: inviting us, Thank you for the wonderful dinner. What an
- 5:23Speaker 1: honor to know you, Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg, Tim Cook.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Let me wait a minute, I lost it. Let me
- 5:29Speaker 1: see now I lost the video. But it's very interesting
- 5:32Speaker 1: listening these guys, Bill Gates with us. Well, thank you,
- 5:35Speaker 1: mister President for including me. Such an honor to be
- 5:37Speaker 1: here with you and Mark Zuckerberg, thank you so much
- 5:42Speaker 1: for having me. I just love being here with you.
- 5:44Speaker 1: These guys that censored Donald Trump just two years ago,
- 5:47Speaker 1: banned him from their from their platforms. Tim Cook said,
- 5:53Speaker 1: an honor to be included. So this of course driving
- 5:56Speaker 1: me left nuts. Now, Bill Gates, you should see these
- 6:01Speaker 1: texts and emails with Bill Gates and Epstein. Apparently it's
- 6:04Speaker 1: a Bill Gates' top assistant who's trying to negotiate. Apparently
- 6:10Speaker 1: Bill Gates was at Epstein's house all the time, all
- 6:14Speaker 1: the time. We'll get back to it, but all the
- 6:19Speaker 1: time he was there at Epstein's house. Now, when you
- 6:22Speaker 1: ask him, a couple of reporters said, what were you
- 6:25Speaker 1: doing at Epstein's house for five hours every night? Well,
- 6:32Speaker 1: I was meeting with him about donations for my charity. Now,
- 6:38Speaker 1: first of all, why would a guy with two hundred
- 6:40Speaker 1: and fifty billion dollars meet with a guy with forty
- 6:45Speaker 1: million to get money from If you got two hundred
- 6:48Speaker 1: and fifty billion and this guy's there for this guy's
- 6:53Speaker 1: worth forty million, you really don't need to meet with
- 6:55Speaker 1: him for any money. The other thing is if it's
- 6:57Speaker 1: for raising money for a charity. You know, I'm on
- 6:59Speaker 1: the board a lot of charities, so I've been there
- 7:01Speaker 1: for these meetings where you meet with the billionaire or
- 7:04Speaker 1: the zillionaire trying to get money from him. These meetings
- 7:07Speaker 1: are usually a half hour. Sometimes there's been cases where
- 7:11Speaker 1: they'll go to an hour. I've never seen a five
- 7:14Speaker 1: hour meeting for that. There's no such thing as a
- 7:16Speaker 1: five hour meeting for that. And the other thing is
- 7:19Speaker 1: these meetings take place during the day. Usually you go
- 7:22Speaker 1: to the guy's office. A lot of times you get
- 7:25Speaker 1: to his office, he says, let's go in the conference room,
- 7:28Speaker 1: and you sit there for an hour in the middle
- 7:30Speaker 1: of the day, and then you go home and he
- 7:32Speaker 1: goes back to work. It's never at his house at
- 7:36Speaker 1: night for five hours. There's never been a meeting over
- 7:38Speaker 1: raising money for a charity at somebody's house for five hours.
- 7:43Speaker 1: It's absolutely ridiculous. It's insane to even try to claim that.
- 7:50Speaker 1: But if you read these emails from Bill Gate's top
- 7:52Speaker 1: assistant and Epstein's trying to get him back, she keeps
- 7:56Speaker 1: saying it's it's Bill Gates's wife. He won't she won't
- 7:59Speaker 1: let him come back to your house, Bill Gates. The
- 8:02Speaker 1: wife has forbidden him to talk to you, So you
- 8:04Speaker 1: can be sure the wife knew what was going on.
- 8:06Speaker 1: The wife knows him a lot better than we do,
- 8:09Speaker 1: so she knew what was going on and put her
- 8:10Speaker 1: foot down. Don't ever go to his house again. So
- 8:13Speaker 1: Bill Gates is gonna have a big problem. Larry Summers,
- 8:16Speaker 1: the big, big senior Democrat. He was the Treasury Secretary
- 8:20Speaker 1: of Bill Clinton. He was the advisor to Obama. In fact,
- 8:23Speaker 1: recently in the Biden administration, he was an advisor to Biden.
- 8:27Speaker 1: Larry Summers has had to quit every board he's on.
- 8:29Speaker 1: He quit open AI today, he quit all the boards.
- 8:33Speaker 1: He resigned from everything in public. Now. He said, I'll
- 8:37Speaker 1: keep my Harvard stuff. I'm a Harvard professor. I'll continue.
- 8:41Speaker 1: Harvard just announced an hour ago they're opening an investigation
- 8:46Speaker 1: into Larry Summers. Oh what do you need to investigate?
- 8:49Speaker 1: We know just read the text, read the emails. We
- 8:51Speaker 1: know what was going on with him in Epstein. There
- 8:53Speaker 1: it is. We also got to wonder how bright is
- 8:57Speaker 1: this Larry Summers if he puts all this in writing,
- 9:00Speaker 1: If you're going to discuss women and philandering and have
- 9:05Speaker 1: Epstein be your dating coach when you're married. Call them
- 9:10Speaker 1: on the phone, do it over the foe. Why did
- 9:12Speaker 1: you put in writings? Just insane? So he's got a problem.
- 9:16Speaker 1: He's basically canceled. Now. Bill Gates doesn't really work anywhere
- 9:21Speaker 1: for anybody, I mean Microsoft, but he's stepped down from
- 9:24Speaker 1: any active role, so you can't really cancel him. But
- 9:29Speaker 1: you're going to have others when these files are released.
- 9:31Speaker 1: Now they're demanding the files be released within thirty days,
- 9:35Speaker 1: but the ruling is they want them searchable and downloadable.
- 9:41Speaker 1: That's going to take time to do that. It shows
- 9:44Speaker 1: you how lazy they are. It has to be searchable.
- 9:46Speaker 1: We're not going to read the whole thing. We basically
- 9:48Speaker 1: these files aren't going to show much of anything. The
- 9:50Speaker 1: juicy stuff is not in the files. It's in the
- 9:54Speaker 1: text the emails, and those are all coming from the
- 9:56Speaker 1: Epstein estate that had access to his own his emails,
- 10:00Speaker 1: all that stuff. The files are mostly from the New
- 10:05Speaker 1: York FBI office because back then that's where the investigation
- 10:08Speaker 1: was conducted, the New York FBI office, and then with
- 10:12Speaker 1: the Glene Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein US Attorney's office. So
- 10:15Speaker 1: that's where the Southern District US Attorney's Office, Southern District,
- 10:19Speaker 1: So that's where the files are coming from. And they're
- 10:22Speaker 1: basically pretty you know, you know, cold law enforcement sort
- 10:27Speaker 1: of investigation files. So the juicy stuff, the dialogue, is
- 10:31Speaker 1: not in those files. As far as victims, all the victims,
- 10:38Speaker 1: there's one thing in common. They don't claim Donald Trump
- 10:40Speaker 1: ever did anything to them. Nothing. Now, the lead victim
- 10:45Speaker 1: is Virginia Geufrey. Virginia Giufrey was the number one victim.
- 10:49Speaker 1: She wrote a book and she made it clear Donald
- 10:52Speaker 1: Trump was not involved in anything bad. In fact, she
- 10:55Speaker 1: said he was always a gentleman and very friendly to her.
- 10:58Speaker 1: She had a co author on the book. The co
- 11:01Speaker 1: author who worked with her and got her a whole
- 11:04Speaker 1: story for the book, spoke to CBS. Now here's the problem.
- 11:09Speaker 1: The whole thing backfired on CBS. They tried to ask
- 11:11Speaker 1: her what about Donald Trump. Well, they didn't like the
- 11:15Speaker 1: answer she gave.
- 11:16Speaker 3: And she felt validated by it. Wait a minute, I
- 11:21Speaker 3: never talked about him in any sense that he was
- 11:22Speaker 3: involved in any of this. No, No, he was not,
- 11:28Speaker 3: as far as she knew. And again, she was there
- 11:30Speaker 3: for two plus years. But as far as she knew,
- 11:34Speaker 3: he was not involved in the ring of trafficking that
- 11:39Speaker 3: Epstein was working.
- 11:41Speaker 1: Now, that's bad. CBS does not like that answer. Here's more.
- 11:46Speaker 1: Listen to this part.
- 11:47Speaker 3: But you mentioned President Trump at all in your discussion. Oh,
- 11:50Speaker 3: she absolutely did. I was in Australia in October, a
- 11:55Speaker 3: month before, weeks before the presidential election. She was a
- 12:00Speaker 3: huge Trump fan. True reasons for that one, she had
- 12:05Speaker 3: met Trump on numerous occasions because she worked at mar
- 12:08Speaker 3: Laga Spa in Florida, which he owns, and her father
- 12:13Speaker 3: also worked there and knew Trump pretty well, so she
- 12:16Speaker 3: was introduced to Trump. He was kind to her. The
- 12:20Speaker 3: second reason she wanted Trump to be president was because
- 12:23Speaker 3: he campaigned on releasing the Epstein files and she was excited.
- 12:29Speaker 1: If you're watching the video, the CBS reporter looks very
- 12:31Speaker 1: upset where she says she does not like the part
- 12:34Speaker 1: where she says Trump was very kind and a nice man.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Wait a minute, let me stop this now. The other
- 12:41Speaker 1: thing is you're going to hear this a lot, especially
- 12:44Speaker 1: from these right wing crazies, that they keep saying Trump
- 12:47Speaker 1: campaigned on releasing the Epstein files. That's absolutely not true.
- 12:52Speaker 1: He never campaigned ever on releasing the Epstein files. If
- 12:56Speaker 1: you go check the whole campaign, every speech, every major speech,
- 13:01Speaker 1: he never mentions the Epstein files. The only time it
- 13:04Speaker 1: came up during the campaign, he was on Fox and
- 13:06Speaker 1: Friends one day and they brought it up and they said,
- 13:09Speaker 1: are you would you released the Epstein files, and he said, yeah,
- 13:13Speaker 1: i'd before releasing. But he never campaigned on it. It's
- 13:16Speaker 1: never ever, ever in the campaign, never in a Trump speech,
- 13:19Speaker 1: So that's important to remember. Uh what else, Hey, the NFL,
- 13:25Speaker 1: I know the owners love this. Roger Goodell. I can't
- 13:28Speaker 1: stand this Roger Goodell. You know he's always up to
- 13:32Speaker 1: something weird. Now here's his latest obsession, apparently obsessed. They're
- 13:38Speaker 1: going to bring back these supersonic flights. You remember the
- 13:41Speaker 1: Concord and all that speed of sound supersonic. They're bringing
- 13:47Speaker 1: those back. I hated that Concord. It was a horrible plane.
- 13:50Speaker 1: It was so small and tight. They had to make
- 13:52Speaker 1: it really small and it got you there faster, but
- 13:55Speaker 1: it was so uncomfortable. The seats were smaller, it was
- 13:57Speaker 1: like riding in coach. It was just a terrible, terrible flight.
- 14:01Speaker 1: But they're bringing that back, so it'll be you'll be
- 14:03Speaker 1: able to get to Europe in three hours, four hours.
- 14:05Speaker 1: It'll be like flying to la So apparently the NFL
- 14:09Speaker 1: is obsessed with this. They think, since it'll be so
- 14:11Speaker 1: easy and fast to get to Europe, that they should
- 14:14Speaker 1: have a whole bunch of franchises in Europe. They want
- 14:16Speaker 1: why do they want to have more teams? I guess
- 14:19Speaker 1: money reasons. There's with a lot of money in it.
- 14:21Speaker 1: But you got too many teams already. You don't need
- 14:23Speaker 1: all these teams. It's too many nfls. So now they're
- 14:26Speaker 1: want to have all these teams and it's going to
- 14:28Speaker 1: just screw up the whole feel of the NFL. You know,
- 14:31Speaker 1: it's one thing when when it's Tampa versus Chicago, when
- 14:35Speaker 1: it's Pittsburgh versus New York, it's one thing. But when
- 14:38Speaker 1: it's Milan versus Venice versus we don't need these European teams.
- 14:44Speaker 1: But you can't talk Roger Goodell on anything to forget
- 14:48Speaker 1: about it. It's not gonna not gonna work. Hey, if
- 14:51Speaker 1: you want, I'm gonna give you some. This is great
- 14:53Speaker 1: diet advice, by the way. Start watching the cooking videos,
- 14:58Speaker 1: whatever you like, whatever you eat too much of Go
- 15:01Speaker 1: watch the cooking video. You take a good one, you know,
- 15:05Speaker 1: Jacques pa Pan or Gordon Rams you anything great cooking
- 15:08Speaker 1: can when you see how it's made, it'll help stop
- 15:12Speaker 1: you from eating it. You know, like even like a
- 15:15Speaker 1: steak in a restaurant. You know you make steak at home.
- 15:19Speaker 1: You say, she's not as good as in the restaurant
- 15:21Speaker 1: when I go to a steakhouse. Somehow it's better. Well,
- 15:24Speaker 1: watch the videos when they make it. Because you put
- 15:27Speaker 1: a little salt on the top. They cover the whole
- 15:30Speaker 1: top with salt. There's covered with salt. It's like a
- 15:33Speaker 1: cup of salt on that thing, which is not good
- 15:35Speaker 1: for you. And then you might put a little butter
- 15:37Speaker 1: in there. Watch what they throw, like a whole stick
- 15:40Speaker 1: of butter in there. They baste it in butter. They
- 15:42Speaker 1: keep cooking it butter. So if you like whatever, just
- 15:45Speaker 1: even a little piece of cake, go watch the video
- 15:48Speaker 1: where they make the cake. You won't believe how much
- 15:50Speaker 1: butter is in there. Watch how much cream and butter
- 15:53Speaker 1: and the stuff they watch them just pour the sugar
- 15:55Speaker 1: in there. To watch those videos, it'll turn you off
- 15:58Speaker 1: a little, help help you with your diet. Anyway. We'll
- 16:02Speaker 1: take some calls in a moment. Eight hundred three two
- 16:04Speaker 1: one zero seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three
- 16:08Speaker 1: two one zero seven ten
