Racial Diversity: A Philosophy or a Reality with One Church Music

Worship Online Podcast (For Worship Leaders) · Aug 20, 2020 · 36m

Prioritizing diversity in your church can seem like a weighty task. It also comes with a lot of questions on how to get started. We don't have all the answers, but our conversation with One Church Music is a great place to start.

This is a team located out of the multi-ethnic, multi-generational community: One Church from Columbus, OH who's been asking these questions for the past 10 years.

Here they share about what they've learned and the things they've implemented to see people from different generations and ethnicities find home together in their community.
