- 0:04Mira a la izquierda, mira a la derecha, ¿qué ves? ¿Dónde estás?
- 0:09In a world that seems to change daily, what will you do next?
- 0:13Welcome to the Next Steps show with Peter Vazquez and co-host Aisha Kreutz,
- 0:18a starting point for discussion y un poco de dirección.
- 0:26Saludos, soy Joe, your host, the conservative Neorican, Peter Vasquez,
- 0:31and hey, guess who's back?
- 0:35She's back Oh dear, I don't know Oh man, back to Fridays with Aisha?
- 0:44That's right Oh jeez, what's going to happen now, live on Fridays at noon?
- 0:49Dogs out crazy crazy but i'm glad you're
- 0:52here today though aisha well i said
- 0:55who let the dogs out well if you were in europe or i think the uk that would
- 0:59fit perfectly well you know here we use the word well you know we use the b
- 1:04word as a bad word towards women but if you were in europe that would be just
- 1:07a woman dog so if you're saying who let the dogs out that would she's in the
- 1:11truck I have a feeling I'm... Female?
- 1:15What kind? She's a pit bull mix. Is she an actual... Are you allowed to say the B word?
- 1:22Of course not. Oh, she is.
- 1:25She's a pit bull. She's got me wrapped around her little paw.
- 1:29It means that you can have babies still. Right.
- 1:34Isn't it funny how a word that means something not bad, all of a sudden here
- 1:39it becomes an issue? In this country, we turn it into the weaponization of language.
- 1:45So, hey, let's get started with the show because we got some great things.
- 1:49And I have a feeling that our callers are going to want in on this.
- 1:52So today, today we're discussing the key principles of our republic and addressing
- 1:57challenges to our American values
- 2:00from the political left and the right challenging these American values.
- 2:05You see, from my perspective, the political elephant and the jackass have proven
- 2:10to be just that, an elephant and a jackass.
- 2:15In my lifetime, I've heard the dialogue between politicians shift from representing
- 2:20we the people to representing them the government or the female dogs, right?
- 2:25Leaving American values that have proven to serve and protect our citizens of
- 2:31this great nation from tyranny, regardless of skin color or circumstances,
- 2:36straight to the erosion and eradication of American values.
- 2:41See, the trickery of the jackass and the greed of the elephant have been evident for a long time.
- 2:47Hey, Bob, do you mind playing that clip for us? Game of power politics here
- 2:52in America, the Negro, namely the race problem, integration,
- 2:58civil rights issue are all nothing but tools used by the whites who call themselves
- 3:05liberals against another group of whites who call themselves conservatives.
- 3:10Conservatives either to get into power or to retain power.
- 3:14Among whites here in America, the political teams are no longer divided into
- 3:19Democrats and Republicans.
- 3:21The whites who are now struggling for control of the American political throne
- 3:26are divided into liberal and conservative camps.
- 3:30The white liberals from both parties cross party lines to work together toward
- 3:35the same goal, and white conservatives from both parties do likewise.
- 3:41The white liberal differs from the white conservative only in one way.
- 3:46The liberal is more deceitful, more hypocritical than the conservative.
- 3:51Both want power, but the white liberal is the one who has perfected the art
- 3:56of posing as the Negro's friend and benefactor.
- 4:00And by winning the friendship and support of the Negro, the white liberal is
- 4:04able to use the Negro as a pawn or a weapon in this political football game
- 4:10that is constantly raging between the white liberals and the white conservatives.
- 4:15The American Negro is nothing but a political football, and the white liberals
- 4:20control this ball through tricks.
- 4:23Or tokenism, false promises of integration and civil rights.
- 4:28In this game of deceiving and using the American Negro, the white liberals have
- 4:34complete cooperation of the Negro civil rights leader, who sell our people out
- 4:39for a few crumbs of token recognition,
- 4:42token gain, token progress.
- 4:45Thank you, Bob. I truly appreciate that. Ladies and gentlemen,
- 4:48although I do believe that race race baiting is very much at the core of the
- 4:52erosion and the eradication of American values,
- 4:55I also believe that the trickery of the jackass and the greed of the elephant
- 4:59have accelerated far beyond race,
- 5:02shifting their narrative to the breakdown of God, country, and family,
- 5:07creating an imbalance in the balance of your faith, politics, and entrepreneurship.
- 5:13And like I said a few days ago, a few shows ago, right?
- 5:16We are entering into a year where this This new political era is going to be in full force.
- 5:22We're going to see trickery like we've never seen before, because guess what?
- 5:26We are entering a very, very another important presidential election.
- 5:32So today, in addition to my co-host, my homegirl Aisha, our guest is a guy that
- 5:38I consider an advocate for freedom.
- 5:40A guy that you have heard on the show before, the Honorable Gary Stout.
- 5:44And together with you, right, 585-346-3000,
- 5:49we'll analyze these issues and explore how your representative republic already
- 5:55provides next steps to protect our, your freedom in the face of these challenging ideologies.
- 6:03Welcome to the show, Gary and Aisha. Welcome back. Well, thank you so much for having me.
- 6:08Absolutely. Absolutely. So real quick, what have you been up to lately? Absolutely.
- 6:13Getting through the holidays, I'm moving some of my stuff in the last few months.
- 6:18I got a lot of wood piled up that I've cut up over the years from sawing up
- 6:23trees and turning it into boards.
- 6:25And that's all got to be moved now. So we're doing that.
- 6:29That takes up a lot of time. Saves on gym membership, I'm sure. Yeah.
- 6:34So what do you think about, you know, Gary, just in our ladies and gentlemen,
- 6:38And I know we've been talking politics lately because we are entering a very
- 6:42contentious election cycle this year.
- 6:44We always focus on faith, politics, and entrepreneurship.
- 6:47And today we are going to focus on the political side of things.
- 6:51But I think from an entrepreneur perspective, from an ownership of yourself,
- 6:56today we're hoping to share with you and in discussion with Gary and you guys, 346-3000,
- 7:02different tools like the four boxes of freedom, right?
- 7:06Is that what it's called? The Four Boxes of Freedom, that's what I call it anyway.
- 7:10I learned about this a couple of years ago. There's a YouTube channel that's run by Mark Smith.
- 7:17He's a constitutional authority or a lawyer, and he named his channel the Four Boxes Diner.
- 7:25And I was a little curious about what the four boxes meant.
- 7:28And one day he had put an explanation up on the site that it was the Four Boxes of Freedom. them.
- 7:34And those are the soapbox, the ballot box, the jury box, and last but not least, the cartridge box.
- 7:43And well, I consider those the four cornerstones of our Bill of Rights.
- 7:49And they're supposed to be in that order.
- 7:51We exercise those rights in those order, correct?
- 7:55Hopefully, yeah. And we should be. We should be.
- 7:58Obviously, the soapbox refers to your freedom of speech. We can see what's happened
- 8:03to that with technology and the collaboration of our intelligence agencies and our government.
- 8:10They were able to shut down a lot of true things about COVID and the pandemic
- 8:14and pushed a lot of false things on us.
- 8:17And quite ironically, they're still doing it.
- 8:20I'm seeing ads to go get your COVID vaccine now and no warning to go along with it.
- 8:26You might want to check with the VAERS website before you do that.
- 8:30And the crazy thing is... Oh, go ahead. No, and especially because the new MRNA
- 8:36is like a self-actualizing MRNA.
- 8:41People really should look into how they're changing that. Well,
- 8:44that's the trickery that we're talking about. It was bad enough before.
- 8:47And, you know, it's interesting, you talk about the four ballot boxes.
- 8:51You know, Frederick Douglass, he said the liberties of American people were
- 8:54dependent upon the ballot box, the jury box, and the cartridge box.
- 8:58And so it was, you know, but the soapbox, you know, absolutely.
- 9:02You know, like I haven't had that.
- 9:04Originally, that was the town crier, basically. He'd go to the town and spread the news.
- 9:09Put a literal box in the corner and see what it is that you needed to be said.
- 9:14But here in America, the soapbox is tied directly to the First Amendment,
- 9:19which the First Amendment allows us what?
- 9:22Freedom of speech, freedom of religion, the freedom to assemble,
- 9:27the freedom and the right to petition. And what is under attack?
- 9:30Every single one of those. But I'll tell you guys what, though.
- 9:34And I saw this first during the BLM riots here in Rochester,
- 9:38and it scared the bejesus out of me.
- 9:40Now, listen, I didn't agree with BLM on what they were doing at all.
- 9:44However, I was there every night watching and seeing why they were doing it.
- 9:49I was doing a lot of praying, hoping that, you know, prayer,
- 9:52and I think prayer did help.
- 9:53But when I saw the police come out with those mega horns and full battle rattle
- 9:58before the chaos started happening,
- 10:01saying things like, and this is the part that gave me the heebie-jeebies,
- 10:05saying things like, you have an unauthorized assembly.
- 10:12Now, listen, that was the cops. And this was before the actual like,
- 10:16you know, bad stuff happening. That concerns me, Gary.
- 10:20Well, yeah, it should, because we have a right to assemble.
- 10:24We don't have to ask permission to go tell our government that we're not happy
- 10:29with them. Correct. Or we're not supposed to have to ask permission.
- 10:32But now you see, well, look at the colleges.
- 10:35We're going to have a free speech zone. What do you mean a free speech zone?
- 10:39The whole thing. The whole country.
- 10:41Right. Well, the whole area should be free speech. But, you know,
- 10:44you have to have permits and stuff to assemble different things like that.
- 10:49You know, that's kind of, you know, that's an issue. You know, granted, you know.
- 10:54The permit is one thing, but when they deny you a permit or they tell you that
- 10:58you're. Well, I think you should have to have a permit, though.
- 10:59What's that? Should we have to have a permit to assemble anything? Absolutely not.
- 11:02You know what I mean? Like, I don't think that, you know.
- 11:06I can see the practical point of something like that just to have an idea of
- 11:11how big the crowd's going to be. You know, January 6th is a perfect example.
- 11:15They had permits to assemble on all four sides of the Capitol.
- 11:19And people were still arrested who went there and had the permits and never went into the Capitol.
- 11:26And that persecution is still going on.
- 11:28It seems that the only thing that the permit process did was provide the government
- 11:33an opportunity to know who is it that they were going to go and harass and try to question and ask.
- 11:39But the question is this, though. Our permit is the First Amendment.
- 11:44You know what I mean? Like, to, just like a, you know, permit,
- 11:49whether it's for a gun or anything else, it means, like, we have to come back
- 11:52to a place when we're talking about our liberties. Yep.
- 11:56346-3000, ladies and gentlemen, when we come back, I would love for you to give
- 12:01us a call and give us your opinion on the SOFOX, the power of public opinion
- 12:05and discourse is meant to influence and shape the government here in the United States.
- 12:11Should we need a permit or permission to do that?

- 14:20Yeah, I'm going to have to file a complaint. Whoever let them dogs out,
- 14:24let Aisha into the studio. What the heck, Ola?
- 14:26Didn't you say at the beginning who let the dogs out, Aisha?
- 14:29Although I've been dragging her and dragging her and dragging her here.
- 14:32I'm like, listen, if you can watch a baby, you can come on the show.
- 14:37I'm just now getting better and I can walk and stuff. So, you know.
- 14:42I see your temperament has stayed the same.
- 14:45It has? Yeah. Oh, I think I'm happier.
- 14:47You're happy? Well, you're less in pain, I can imagine.
- 14:51Ladies and gentlemen, you're listening to The Next Step Show with Peter Vasquez.
- 14:55Here we have Mr. Gary Stout and Aisha Croids back on Fridays at Noon Live.
- 15:02Hey, Keith, thank you for calling The Next Step Show, sir.
- 15:05I don't know what I want to bring up here. It's exactly what you're talking about.
- 15:10So you let me know as I go on here. I'm calling in right up front because your
- 15:15African-American host is there.
- 15:18I'm reading a large book, 850 pages long, on the life of Theodore Roosevelt.
- 15:24It came out in 1979 by a man named Edmund Morris.
- 15:29And these are the two points I want to make about African-Americans in the military.
- 15:35The first one having to do with the Spanish-American War, 1898.
- 15:40Teddy Roosevelt, he didn't like that name. So Theodore Roosevelt led his men,
- 15:45the Rough Riders, up the charge at San Juan Hill.
- 15:49I would like to know how many people know that it was a Negro company of soldiers who...
- 15:57Covered those white cavalry men so that the Spanish pointedly could and would
- 16:03not shoot those white cavalry men out of their saddles.
- 16:07Those Negro soldiers, they were a company, they covered very well their white counterparts.
- 16:13And then quickly, I want to take you to the largest battle that was fought in
- 16:19Florida during the Civil War, the Battle of Oahuapala.
- 16:24The two sides were fighting and the Confederates made a fast counter charge,
- 16:31getting ready to overrun Union troops when a Negro regiment inserted itself
- 16:39between those two groups and pointedly kept the Confederates away and off their Union brethren.
- 16:46And the point I'm making in closing is that these incidents of African-American
- 16:55bravery and heroism are not reported.
- 16:58And I'm just wondering, asking anyone, but we have an African-American person
- 17:04there, twofold, why African-Americans over the many, many years continue to
- 17:10serve when they are not acknowledged.
- 17:12And since you brought up at the beginning about the symbols of the two political
- 17:17parties, the jackass being the deceptive and, since I'm conservative, the elephant greedy,
- 17:24and even bringing in that when FDR first came into office in 1932,
- 17:31that was the election that.
- 17:33Black people left the Republicans to vote and mask for the Democrats,
- 17:37bringing that president, second Roosevelt, into office in 1932.
- 17:44So to bring this all together, when incidents are not reported and made plain
- 17:50to the dominant overall culture in our country, white, of course,
- 17:55why do African Americans who rightfully have felt left out over the centuries,
- 18:01why do they continue they need to serve, and why do they even insist for themselves
- 18:06how they look upon themselves as being true,
- 18:09patriotic American citizens?
- 18:12Why do black people keep coming to the fore?
- 18:16Keith, that's a great question. You know, if you've been beat up so many times
- 18:20and feel like you've been beat up so many times, why are there so many accounts
- 18:23of people of color, right, going to their doves in many cases to protect this country?
- 18:29Aisha, are you African American? Are you African?
- 19:01Right. I mean, you go all the way back to whether it's revolutionary war. Right.
- 19:06We have always served. And, you know, just like today, there's a little bit of a fight. Right.
- 19:12When they're talking about some of the immigration stuff, like one of the best
- 19:15and easiest ways to become a quote unquote citizen.
- 19:18Right. As you serve in the military and then you're supposed to get out of the
- 19:21military and then you are a citizen. And that was kind of always something that
- 19:26was promised amongst blacks time and time again.
- 19:29Frederick Douglass advocated for it, right, and said, hey, come and serve.
- 19:34I do believe, you know, although that may not always pan out, right?
- 19:38We only have an hour. We could do probably a good five-hour show just on this particular topic.
- 19:44But I think that one of those reasons, right, is that just because you don't
- 19:51always get what you want the way you want it doesn't mean that you don't fight
- 19:57for what is right, right?
- 19:58Right. My grandmother used to tell me, I remember the first time I came to her,
- 20:02I was probably in like sixth grade or so.
- 20:05And that first realization, I was like, I have to work so much harder to get
- 20:09half as much as anybody else.
- 20:10And it was, you know, this whole black, white thing that, you know,
- 20:13I'm not really on that anymore.
- 20:15But, you know, my grandmother had a third grade education, literally picked
- 20:18cotton in the cotton fields.
- 20:20And she told me, she said, boo boo, I don't care if you have to work three times
- 20:23as hard to get half as much. You better work six times as much and get what's yours.
- 20:28Exactly. You work hard, you get it. But you know, that isn't because you're black.
- 20:31Well, that's because you have to work hard. And unfortunately, I won't take away.
- 20:37Some people do have to work harder to get the same amount.
- 20:41And it's not necessarily just because of skin color.
- 20:44There's a because that's my point. It's not necessarily because of skin color,
- 20:48but I'll tell you what, that issue in America. Well, we have.
- 20:51Right. And so, again, my grandmother who went through that time,
- 20:54right, she wasn't complaining about She was like, okay, if that's the case,
- 20:59and again, going back to the caller,
- 21:01right, just because you might have to do it over and over and over again to
- 21:06get to the same end result doesn't mean that you give up. Yeah.
- 21:10And you know what? We love our country. Again, it's not an issue of race.
- 21:13But hey, Keith, let me ask you a quick question on another note,
- 21:16back to these founding principles that are tools to ensure that we can continue
- 21:23as a nation and never revert back to things like slavery,
- 21:26which even though the liberals seem to say they're against it,
- 21:30they seem to keep wanting to push everybody back into slavery.
- 21:32But what's your take on the on the first one on the soapbox?
- 21:36I had asked, should we, you know, have permission to exercise exercise our First
- 21:41Amendment right, which is what we're seeing now is statements by our good police
- 21:45officers like that, you know, when they say unauthorized assembly.
- 21:50What's your opinion on that, Keith? We should have complete freedom of speech.
- 21:54I'll give a very fast example.
- 21:55A woman, a female from the Biden administration was being interviewed in a congressional
- 22:02committee and she made a statement that had to do with the high tech company
- 22:07censoring conservative talk.
- 22:09And she said, well, we only censored 36%.
- 22:15Of the talk, and a Republican conservative congressman responded,
- 22:19well, that's like censoring 36% of the Constitution.
- 22:23So in closing, I'm concerned that these young people today, these young whippersnappers,
- 22:29will not remember the Constitution, and they will just idly,
- 22:32like this female Biden said,
- 22:34oh, well, it's okay, we'll let go 36% of the Constitution.
- 22:39And that's my concern, is that our rights and liberties are being whittled down.
- 22:44I don't know about anyone else, but $63, and so far as 63, 60, she said 30 cents.
- 22:53So doing the fast math there, $64 is not the same as $100.
- 22:58So when she said, oh, we only took away 36% of the talk on these platforms.
- 23:05She didn't understand what she was saying.
- 23:07We are diluting the Constitution. constitution, that D word,
- 23:11like when you dilute soapy water, it's not as strong.
- 23:16You have to have the full 100% constitution.
- 23:20And our young people today, very sadly and tragically, do not understand.
- 23:25Now, you know, people, and Keith, I appreciate your call, sir.
- 23:28Thank you. And thank you for your response to that.
- 23:30Gary, you know that people that agree with these views or against these as opposed
- 23:36to these kind of freedoms that we have, they say that that actually enhances our freedoms.
- 23:41No, that's all backwards. This is the end stages of a Marxist revolution that
- 23:46was started 100 years ago.
- 23:48Well, I mean. Really picked up in the last 20 years here.
- 23:52As we showed in that clip, Malcolm X, I mean, that was done,
- 23:55what, in the 60s, I believe, when Malcolm X said that.
- 23:59And he recognized what the reality
- 24:01and the truth was. And he was a fighter for all those other things.
- 24:05And then he realized, yeah, wait a minute, this is wrong. We're being used by both sides.
- 24:10And again, if we take it out of the realm of color, right, even though blacks
- 24:17are still being used as a political football, those who allow themselves to be.
- 24:20But you don't have to allow yourself to be a political football.
- 24:24You can, just like we are on WYSL.
- 24:28346-3000. 3000 ladies and gentlemen when we get back
- 24:31from break we're going to dive a little deeper into the ballot box the jury
- 24:35box and the ammo box man i tell you this is going to be a great discussion it's
- 24:38hard to get through all of these in just one show but hey don't turn that dial
- 24:42and three four six three thousand let me know what you think you're listening
- 24:46to the next step show on the wysl stations we'll be right back.
- 24:54Peter vasquez the next step show on the wysl stations.
- 25:02The four boxes of freedom are seen as a tool for Americans to ensure their liberty.
- 25:09It's used, and they're intended to be used, in the order of dialogue,
- 25:13voting, legal recourse, or, you know, the courts.
- 25:17And, if needed, pick up your weapons and defend yourself against a tyrannic government.
- 25:24You know that critics argue that the interpretation of these boxes,
- 25:28especially the ammo box, can be misconstrued to justify violence or armed insurrection,
- 25:34potentially undermining democracy and the rule of law.
- 25:38Welcome back to the Next Step Show with your conservative New Yorker.
- 25:41We have Gary Stout as our guest and Aisha Kreutz is back on Fridays.
- 25:46What say you guys to that statement? Well, I think with the ballot box,
- 25:51it's time to talk about New York citizens audit for a split second here.
- 25:55Let's tell our listeners and remind them who they are first.
- 25:58This is a volunteer group of citizens that got together three years ago now,
- 26:04almost three years ago, and began to investigate the New York state voter rolls
- 26:10in the official published results of the 2020 election.
- 26:13And they found a lot of discrepancies to start with, comparing numbers from
- 26:18the state and to the other.
- 26:19Well, initially, it wasn't that, but it was enough to where there was some issues.
- 26:25Okay. And the more they found, the deeper they looked until eventually they
- 26:30discovered that their New York State voter rolls, the nice voter system,
- 26:34is infected with four algorithms that are controlled by we don't know who yet.
- 26:39Interesting. They took this information and started with the basically local town officials,
- 26:46village officials, election commissioners, and worked their way up through to
- 26:52where we've now presented to every official in the state, including the attorney
- 26:56general, the state assembly and Senate election committees,
- 27:01the state board of elections.
- 27:03Everybody knows about us.
- 27:06The initial reaction was ignoring us. Then they denied the data.
- 27:11The data all came from the New York State quota rolls.
- 27:15We just were able to look at it in large sections rather than one line at a
- 27:20time like the counties do and the state does.
- 27:24So they don't see this. They don't.
- 27:27It's hard to say whether they're all unaware of what we found,
- 27:31but the really critical point is that they will not acknowledge it.
- 27:36They have now started an offense against us to try to suppress it.
- 27:41Didn't the state police agree that there's indications of treason potentially
- 27:46in the data that you guys presented them and referred it to the FBI?
- 27:50Absolutely. And never heard back. Our director, Marley, has waited for, I think that was...
- 27:57Where are we in 24 now? So that was in 22 sometime that that conference took
- 28:03place, I believe. And their website is auditny.com.
- 28:08Auditny.com. .com, right. And, you know, this plays into the third box as well,
- 28:13you know, the jury box, because in our system, all citizens are able to participate
- 28:19in the judicial system, bring evidence to our judicial people,
- 28:24right, or our police and say, we need to look. into this.
- 28:27But when, other than why your Citizens New York took it to the law enforcement,
- 28:33what, I mean, because it went to the Attorney General, it went to media outlets. It went to everybody.
- 28:38Media outlets have buried it. They buried the story.
- 28:41I had one reporter that jumped on it initially and called Marley to see what we were all about.
- 28:47And then he followed up on it. Well, he didn't get fired. He resigned.
- 28:50He had the integrity to resign because they would would not allow him to put that on the air.
- 28:55Now, they did cover when the attorney general sent a cease and desist letter
- 29:00when they found out we were canvassing to just verify what we were finding.
- 29:05And so that's where we're at
- 29:07now. There will be some interesting news coming in the next month or so.
- 29:12So check the auditny.com website, and you can volunteer, you can donate.
- 29:21It's an ongoing process. I believe one of the statements that Marlee Hornick,
- 29:25the executive director of Citizens Audit New York, said that the that that that
- 29:32information or I mean, it's because it's not just malware that was found.
- 29:36It was actual fraud, like one individual that she pointed out the last time
- 29:40she was on the show in New York City had 23 voter IDs with the same name and same address.
- 29:45And that address was a some UPS box or something like that. It was a mailbox
- 29:51station, but a UPS store. No, it was the Western Union.
- 29:55Something like those, a mailbox station. There have been a number of them.
- 29:57Some of them, we've found addresses that turned out to be a gas well pumping
- 30:01station out in the middle of nowhere. That's crazy. There's all kinds of these things.
- 30:05And that indication, folks, is that, you know, as I mentioned before,
- 30:09again, you can go back to some of these older ones where it's talked about more in depth.
- 30:14That means it has to be somebody within the system that has a lot of control
- 30:20of the system because you can't have more than one number assigned to you.
- 30:25Like this isn't something that can just willy-nilly happen.
- 30:28Somebody has to actually go in there on the back end and be able to program this into it.
- 30:35And this is the trickery that I think Malcolm X was talking about,
- 30:39which is why I said we've gone beyond the whole issue of race baiting.
- 30:43They're actually trying to to do some social engineering now and to boot have
- 30:50gotten into our election system to be able to make these changes. We've got to prove.
- 30:54But, you know, we talk about erosion and really the extermination of our American values.
- 30:59How would what they found lead to the erosion of that second box, the ballot box?
- 31:04We could see what they're doing to the first box.
- 31:07What's happening there? How does that play into it so we can understand it?
- 31:11We have a civil right to have an accurate, provable election result.
- 31:15And that guarantees that the people that are picked to be legislators or the
- 31:22governor or the president are actually picked by we, the people.
- 31:26Right. Our representatives in a representative republic.
- 31:29They're not leaders. Yep. They're representatives.
- 31:32And go ahead. No, no, go ahead. If that system is compromised,
- 31:39I guess is a good word, to the extent that it appears to be,
- 31:43we've had, you know, it's not just our word either anymore.
- 31:46We've submitted this to the Journal of Information Warfare.
- 31:50It's peer-reviewed. Peer-reviewed. They spent six months examining what we brought
- 31:54them, and they said that, yes, the algorithms are real. They're there.
- 31:58We don't know who controls them. It could be a foreign government that controls
- 32:02them. It could be the CIA that controls them. It could be anybody,
- 32:06but we don't have access to that information.
- 32:10But they are there. They are being controlled. And one of the problems is they've
- 32:15basically created a system that allows this kind of fraud and manipulation by
- 32:22flooding the system with all these extra ID numbers.
- 32:25When you've got automatic voter ID, when you sign up for a driver's license,
- 32:30then you got voter ID, automatic registration for this interaction or that interaction.
- 32:36Well, pretty soon you've got somebody who's responsible for sorting out all these extra numbers.
- 32:41And the extra numbers are what is used to account for 338,000 more votes than voters. Than voters.
- 32:50Right. And it's supposed to be, right? I mean, we have to look at the basics of it.
- 32:55One person, one vote. And that is what the election integrity is all about.
- 33:00When we're looking at the ballot box and who we are as American citizens,
- 33:03you have one person, one vote.
- 33:06Voting for someone and then looking at something like Pennsylvania,
- 33:10they have their machines and they're trying to get them here.
- 33:13Actually, I think there's five counties here in New York that may get them.
- 33:17So you need to be going to your county legislation and finding out what they
- 33:22want to use for these voter, you know, the new voting machines.
- 33:26But it's not going to make a difference in New York anymore.
- 33:29It's already been purchased. The thing is this. No, not all of them have not
- 33:32Well, maybe not. But do you?
- 33:34OK, look, this is the deal. Until we start removing people from the positions
- 33:39that are in using the ballot box as best as we can, because there's still hope in voting.
- 33:44These people are going. You can call them. You can overwhelm the system.
- 33:48With people voting. But with voter turnouts like this last election,
- 33:52we're not going to get it.
- 33:53You have to have good voter turnout. So and Democrats have been doing that.
- 33:57But the problem that I'm saying, Ayesha, is until we can do that as as Americans,
- 34:00regardless, as long as you love democracy and a representative Republican.
- 34:04And we're going to talk about that in a second. Why would you say that? The thing is this.
- 34:10And we're going to talk about that because, see, again, not everybody understands
- 34:14the difference between because there is a lot of similarities between democracy and republic.
- 34:18I'm okay with a representative republic that's a democracy because if we're
- 34:24being represented appropriately, right, and our principles are fundamental and
- 34:29we're working together so that everybody has a chance to be what they want to be.
- 34:33And listen, for those of you that believe in alternative lifestyles,
- 34:37good for you. You have that freedom to do it. The problem is.
- 34:41It doesn't have to all be your way or my way, because under the Constitution, we can all be our own way.
- 34:47That's what I mean by having a democracy, because I do believe in that.
- 34:50Well, that's not a democracy, though. Democracy is mob rule.
- 34:52I will never be in favor of a democracy ever.
- 34:55That's a broad—I'm sorry, but that is a broad description. Democracy is not just mob rule.
- 35:01I mean, the Democrats here have made it that way. If you have a democratic republic,
- 35:07right, like we have a republic, which is you have a representative,
- 35:11we vote for people to represent us.
- 35:13And those people have this ability to look at things and be like,
- 35:17hey, I understand that maybe a majority of people think that it's okay for you to do X.
- 35:23But there are a lot of things that a majority of people think are okay to do
- 35:29that are inappropriate. But as long as it's not causing harm to someone,
- 35:33and that's why we have a Constitution. And that's why we have a Constitution as a republic.
- 35:37As long as you're not causing harm, but the Constitution's clear in that you
- 35:41do you as long as what you do doesn't interfere or cause harm to somebody else.
- 35:46That's why we have a republic and not a democracy.
- 35:47That's the difference. But the problem with just a republic,
- 35:52the way you're saying it, is not everybody has the right to be them.
- 35:55If I want to sit in my backyard and dress as a woman, not that I do, then that's my choice.
- 36:01If I want to walk to Wegmans and do, but that's how it's being understood because
- 36:06that's what the left is doing to destroy an erosion.
- 36:11Right. But our job is to tell people what a republic actually is.
- 36:15Right. So let's get back to that and let's talk about the four boxes.
- 36:17Because regardless of wherever it is that you land on that situation,
- 36:22the fact of the matter is these four boxes is the only thing that really guarantees
- 36:27your opinion and whether it's a democracy or a republic.
- 36:32So when we get back, let's wrap up on the ballot. Let's talk about the other two.
- 36:37All right. All right. We'll be right back in the next episode. All right.
- 36:40Music.

- 38:41Welcome back to the Next Step Show. Hi, Ellen. Thank you for calling the Next Step Show.
- 38:46Necesito un permiso. Ah, no, no necesita permiso, pero por favor,
- 38:51déjame saber lo que tiene que decir.
- 38:55Listen, I just don't, I don't know. I used to work at a permit office.
- 38:58I learned how to say that. But when Spanish people came to the counter,
- 39:02they looked confused when I said it.
- 39:04And I think it's because permiso means two different things.
- 39:08I understand permiso is permission. So if you said that to them,
- 39:12you're telling them that you need permission.
- 39:17So anyway, I want to say hi to Aisha. I'm so glad that she's back.
- 39:22And I agree with her. It is a representative republic that we live in.
- 39:26But the people have been using the word democracy for so long that it's probably
- 39:31gotten confused in the language.
- 39:33Mm-hmm.
- 39:56You as far as the constitution and calling our
- 39:58legislators and do we
- 40:01call who do we know which one to call because we don't
- 40:04want to bother the wrong one and there's someone
- 40:07that we educated on and if you guys you know have anything to say about that
- 40:14that'll be great well do you know who do you know who your specific representatives
- 40:18are not so really i know that march burns is stepping down as the assembly person.
- 40:25Correct. And I know that she's already endorsed somebody else who I want to
- 40:29find out who she is. Right now, she's a town clerk.
- 40:32She's the county clerk for Livingston County. It's Andrea Bailey. Right, right.
- 40:39Yeah, so, but I'm going to definitely meet up with her if I can.
- 40:43Yeah, and that's... Claudia Tenney is our Congresswoman.
- 40:49Yeah, and then our senator is Pam Helming. So, yeah, Yeah, you know,
- 40:53I mean, and of course, you have your city council and your county ledge.
- 40:58I always recommend people, right, the first thing you should do is you can,
- 41:01you know, and you can go right on, you know, newyork.gov and look to find out
- 41:05who your exact representatives are.
- 41:07And you start with those people and building relationships with them,
- 41:11giving them a call, making, setting up a time to make a meeting with them.
- 41:15And I know sometimes it's hard to do that because, you know,
- 41:18they'll push you off. But listen, whether it takes you six months to get in
- 41:22there or six days, it doesn't matter because you, you know, they should know
- 41:28your name. Each and every person, right?
- 41:31Wherever it is that you live, whoever your city council person is or town council,
- 41:35again, depending on, you know, where you live and how big it is.
- 41:39Yeah. Yeah. I'm in a village.
- 41:42I guess there's the village, there's the town, there's the county.
- 41:47But anytime I've approached somebody here locally, you know,
- 41:51it's usually been about an issue that's extremely controversial, like masking.
- 41:55Why are you masking the people that are eating? And I think that that's part
- 42:00of the, especially, you know, usually by the time we get to somewhere that we're
- 42:05going to do that, that's what happens, right?
- 42:07We're irritated about something. But if we purpose ourselves beforehand just
- 42:11to make appointments and say, hi, how are you?
- 42:13Because, again, when you are representing a large group of people,
- 42:18the argument we were just having, you are representing everybody regardless
- 42:21of if they think like you or not.
- 42:23And so we have to be very cognizant of saying, thank you so much for even stepping
- 42:29into these roles. A lot of people don't want to do that.
- 42:33And so don't wait until you're irritated.
- 42:35Right. Just go make the appointments and say hi so that they get to know you.
- 42:39Thinking about holding accountable. And Ellen, definitely start right there in your village.
- 42:43And, you know, I found that if you go straight to the office,
- 42:45even if you're in there once or twice a week, that does kind of help expedite.
- 42:50And for those of you that are in office, whether it's in Avon or the city of
- 42:54Rochester or any other county throughout the country, ladies and gentlemen,
- 42:58you need to make time to meet with your constituents.
- 43:01There should never be one voting individual that says, I don't feel that I can't talk.
- 43:07And I really appreciate your call. We have two ballot boxes left.
- 43:14We got the jury box and the cartridge box. What can we share in those?
- 43:18We have a few minutes left in the show.
- 43:20We didn't get in depth like we wanted to because Aisha can't stop talking.
- 43:23But what do you think, ladies?
- 43:26I'm sorry. I didn't mean every woman, just Aisha.
- 43:31What I found with our gun rights fight, the two-way battle that we're in,
- 43:39is that we have to raise money to sue the state.
- 43:43They pass an unconstitutional law, and then they fight us with our own money.
- 43:48And that is one of the most aggravating things that we run up against.
- 43:54Because right now, the only real weapon we have against these politicians who
- 44:01continue to attack our Constitution is the Title 18,
- 44:06Section 241 and 242 of the U.S.
- 44:10Criminal Code. And that is the deprivation of civil rights under the color of law.
- 44:16Unfortunately, with the Justice Department that we have now,
- 44:19that's not going to be an option because they won't allow those charges to be filed.
- 44:24But we are pursuing that at some point in the future because,
- 44:29well, it's the same thing as these young kids that get sucked into the criminal
- 44:33system by having no consequences when they steal six cars in a month.
- 44:38Well, they get caught up in the system, and then there's really no way out.
- 44:43And, you know, when they...
- 44:46Continue to pass an unconstitutional law to attack your civil rights and there's no consequences,
- 44:52we get through they do it all over again they do it all over again we had a
- 44:56great win with the bruin decision last year and the only thing that said was
- 44:59you can't have a subjective criteria,
- 45:02to issue a concealed carry permit and you know and they changed the whole law
- 45:08and it did yeah it was a you know again we very few wins but that was you know
- 45:13it was a significant win I think that when we look at this issue,
- 45:18people fundamentally need to go back to safety as an illusion, right?
- 45:23When we're looking at the Constitution of the United States and the gun issue
- 45:26and all the violence, all these things, not only from an entrepreneurship step, right?
- 45:31We take ownership of our own selves, our own country, our own constitution,
- 45:37our own homes, right? You have to do that.
- 45:39And in the midst of that, understand that safety is an illusion.
- 45:44There is no law that's ever going to be passed that is going to all of a sudden
- 45:48make you completely safe.
- 45:50And if we continue to erode our constitutional rights in the name of safety,
- 45:55then we aren't going to have safety or freedom, right?
- 45:58It's not just safety. It's also tolerance and all this other stuff that people are talking about.
- 46:03And everyone should be tolerant because we do live in a society where we all
- 46:07have the rights to do what we're going to do. However.
- 46:11You can't take my rights away, though. Just because you think you're right is better.
- 46:16We don't have a lot of time left, Gary, but I want to spend the rest of the
- 46:19time that we do have with you sharing with our listeners what is it that they can do?
- 46:25How can they use these four boxes in order to ensure the freedoms and continue
- 46:30to push against the tyranny that we're seeing?
- 46:33Well, it starts with contacting your representatives and contacting the news media.
- 46:39They are the biggest impediment to spreading the truth right now.
- 46:44Locally here, I have been bombarding these news directors with information about
- 46:51New York citizens audit, about the gun rights fight, and they will not respond.
- 46:58Nope. Not at all. They bury everything that is true about this.
- 47:03We're provable. We've got the stuff, the goods, and it's going to come out.
- 47:08Are we close to invoking that fourth box, the ammo box, do you think? I hope not.
- 47:13I hope not either. I like target shooting, but at the range.
- 47:17And the jury box, you know, we'll have to do a show on that because it's not
- 47:22only our court systems and things that are coming down, family court,
- 47:26you should know, But this unaccountability that we're having,
- 47:30it's a huge issue. There has to be accountability.
- 47:32Know the difference between Democrat principles and representative governments
- 47:36because it's not parties nor politics that enhance quality of life.
- 47:40Advertise with us. Be a leader. Que tengan una semana bendecidas. I'll talk to you.
- 47:46Music.
