- 0:01SPEAKER_01: That's interesting.
- 0:02SPEAKER_01: You know, it's interesting what people experience in life.
- 0:05SPEAKER_01: You had mentioned that you and Zach were having a conversation about the eventual, or not too long from now, move in.
- 0:11SPEAKER_01: Uh, and I said, Okay, well, the real official announcement comes when he puts his, I'm leaving my lease in, and you said he's month to month, and I'm like, Really?
- 0:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 0:20SPEAKER_01: See, Merle's with me.
- 0:21SPEAKER_01: He goes, Wow, month to month.
- 0:22SPEAKER_01: That's uh hard to find lucky hand.
- 0:24SPEAKER_01: But then Mike, 814, goes, most rental leases.
- 0:28SPEAKER_01: See, I haven't rented in a long time.
- 0:29SPEAKER_01: Most rental leases uh turn month to month after the first year.
- 0:33SPEAKER_01: I did not know that.
- 0:34SPEAKER_00: And he's lived there for a couple years.
- 0:35SPEAKER_00: Also, his friend lived there before, so I think there's just a good standing relationship with the landlord.
- 0:41SPEAKER_01: Now, you had said all the romantic things this uh Saturday and squeezing it in, and you are on a tight schedule because we are live noon to two at the Montour Falls Harvest Festival.
- 0:51SPEAKER_01: Why is that tight?
- 0:52SPEAKER_01: Because you want to be back for fireworks and you want to go apple picking, then you want to go all the way up to Hammondsport.
- 0:59SPEAKER_01: Penyon.
- 0:59SPEAKER_01: Penyant, same thing, then all the way back, you're putting up then all the way back for the fireworks.
- 1:06SPEAKER_01: I mean, you're gonna be on I you're not necessarily great with strict timelines of when you need to be at a place.
- 1:11SPEAKER_00: For five hours, I can go.
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: The Apple Place is right by Montour Falls.
- 1:16SPEAKER_01: Okay, so you get one hour and 40 minutes there max.
- 1:19SPEAKER_01: I'm just scheduling this out.
- 1:20SPEAKER_01: Then we just go then you drive 40 minutes up.
- 1:23SPEAKER_01: No, maybe not 40 minutes depend yet.
- 1:25SPEAKER_01: Well, it depends on traffic, might be at least 30.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: It's no, if you go up that side of the lake, it is so it's honestly closer than you think.
- 1:33SPEAKER_01: Can you get there in 15 minutes?
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: I would say 20.
- 1:37SPEAKER_01: Alright, I'm gonna go 30.
- 1:38SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 1:39SPEAKER_01: So then you're there, and okay, the ice cream yeah, you're right.
- 1:43SPEAKER_01: But I'm getting mixed reviews on that place.
- 1:46SPEAKER_01: Some people are saying via text it's great, other people are saying, meh, or expensive.
- 1:51SPEAKER_01: Uh has has he ever had duck egg ice cream?
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: No, but he's wanted to try it too.
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: So neither of us have ever been, and it's something that we were wanting to experience.
- 2:01SPEAKER_01: I will just tell you, I've had the experience with the duck egg, you know, food before.
- 2:05SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 2:05SPEAKER_00: Uh, you've had it on like on food, not ice cream made with it.
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 2:09SPEAKER_01: And I I just gotta tell you, it's I don't know if it's a mental thing.
- 2:12SPEAKER_01: I can't.
- 2:13SPEAKER_01: For some people, they would say it's all mental that the egg is just like a chicken egg.
- 2:17SPEAKER_01: But that's like saying skunk tastes like chicken.
- 2:21SPEAKER_01: You know, I mean, it's kind of weird.
- 2:23SPEAKER_01: Speaking of food.
- 2:25SPEAKER_00: I do love when people say that frog legs taste like chicken wings as well.
- 2:29SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah.
- 2:29SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, this is great.
- 2:31SPEAKER_01: It tastes just like chicken.
- 2:31SPEAKER_00: This is great thing.
- 2:33SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: Oh, yes, it is.
- 2:34SPEAKER_01: Now, we're talking about food.
- 2:36SPEAKER_01: This guy gets pulled over for doing 50 miles over the speed limit.
- 2:40SPEAKER_01: Oh, and his reason to the cops, honestly, I get it.
- 2:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah, way too fast.
- 2:45SPEAKER_01: I was trying to hit the McDonald's breakfast.
- 2:47SPEAKER_01: I know I was mentioned.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: Coming from there, say tune it.
- 2:50SPEAKER_01: I know.
- 2:51SPEAKER_00: Brother, I get that.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: I was rushing, I woke up later.
- 2:53SPEAKER_00: I can see you were rushing.
- 2:58SPEAKER_00: You know, when you get hankering for a hash brown.
- 3:00SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 3:01SPEAKER_00: Then I'm like, please.
- 3:03SPEAKER_00: Because what is it, 10 30 is the cutoff time now?
- 3:05SPEAKER_01: No, it's I think is it 10 30 or is it 11?
- 3:07SPEAKER_01: Oh, I don't know.
- 3:08SPEAKER_01: I don't know, but I could go for a breakfast burrito right now from that place.
- 3:11SPEAKER_01: Hash brown for me.
- 3:12SPEAKER_01: Egg McMuffin or just a hash brown, sure.
- 3:14SPEAKER_01: Mm-hmm.
