  if
• 1:44
  there's
• 1:44
  an
• 1:45

• 1:45
  that
• 1:45
  we
• 1:46
  do

• 1:46
  that's
• 1:47
  going
• 1:47
  to
• 1:47

• 1:47
  you
• 1:47
  hungry,
• 1:48
  I

• 1:49
  about

  guarantee

  And

  this

  is

  something
• 1:53
  super
• 1:53
  cool

  Welcome

• 2:01
  my

• 2:02
  Thank
• 2:03
  you,
• 2:03
  Eric.
• 2:03
  Very
• 2:04
  lovely
• 2:04
  to
• 2:04
  be
• 2:04
  here.
• 2:04
  Thanks
• 2:05
  for
• 2:05
  having
• 2:05
  me,
• 2:05
  man.
• 2:06
  Thanks
• 2:06
  for
• 2:06
  coming
• 2:06
  on.
• 2:07
  And,
• 2:07
  you
• 2:07
  know,
• 2:07
  it's
• 2:08
  late
• 2:08
  afternoon
• 2:08
  here.
• 2:09
  It's
• 2:09
  early
• 2:09
  in
• 2:09
  the
• 2:09
  morning
• 2:10
  there.
• 2:10
  That's
• 2:10
  the
• 2:10
  nice
• 2:11
  thing
• 2:11
  about
• 2:11
  you
• 2:11
  being
• 2:11
  down
• 2:12
  under.
• 2:12
  It's
• 2:12
  all
• 2:12
  different
• 2:13
  times.
• 2:14
  It
• 2:14
  works
• 2:15
  really
• 2:15
  well
• 2:15
  actually,
• 2:16
  the
• 2:16
  time
• 2:16
  difference.
• 2:17
  When
• 2:17
  we
• 2:17
  started
• 2:18
  selling
• 2:18
  the
• 2:18
  ovens
• 2:18
  in
• 2:19
  America,
• 2:19
  I
• 2:19
  thought,
• 2:19
  oh,
• 2:20
  is
• 2:21
  the
• 2:21
  time
• 2:21
  difference
• 2:21
  going
• 2:22
  to
• 2:22
  work?
• 2:22
  You
• 2:22
  know,
• 2:22
  it's,
• 2:23
  but
• 2:23
  it
• 2:24
  does,
• 2:24
  you
• 2:24
  know,
• 2:24
  late
• 2:25
  afternoon
• 2:25
  for
• 2:25
  you,
• 2:25
  early
• 2:25
  morning
• 2:26
  for
• 2:26
  me.
• 2:26
  It's
• 2:26
  great.
• 2:27
  It's
• 2:27
  great.
• 2:27
  It's
• 2:28
  great.
• 2:28
  Well,
• 2:28
  I
• 2:29
  got
• 2:29
  to
• 2:29
  say,
• 2:29
  first
• 2:30
  off,
• 2:31
  I
• 2:31
  am
• 2:32
  so
• 2:32
  impressed
• 2:33
  with
• 2:33
  what
• 2:34
  you
• 2:34
  have
• 2:34
  created
• 2:35
  because,
• 2:36
  dang,
• 2:36
  man,
• 2:36
  that
• 2:37
  is
• 2:37
  a
• 2:37
  killer
• 2:38
  pizza
• 2:38
  oven.
• 2:39
  That
• 2:39
  is
• 2:40
  wood
• 2:40
  fired.
• 2:40
  I
• 2:41
  love
• 2:41
  it.
• 2:41
  We
• 2:41
  cook
• 2:41
  on
• 2:42
  it
• 2:42
  weekly
• 2:42
  and
• 2:43
  there's
• 2:44
  a
• 2:44
  learning
• 2:44
  curve
• 2:45
  like
• 2:45
  any
• 2:45
  art.
• 2:46
  But
• 2:47
  wow,
• 2:48
  that
• 2:48
  thing
• 2:48
  is
• 2:49
  stunning.
• 2:49
  And
• 2:49
  it
• 2:50
  was
• 2:50
  pretty
• 2:50
  easy
• 2:50
  to
• 2:50
  build.
• 2:52
  Thanks,
• 2:52
  man.
• 2:52
  That's,
• 2:53
  that's
• 2:53
  lovely
• 2:53
  of
• 2:54
  you
• 2:54
  to
• 2:54
  say.
• 2:54
  I
• 2:54
  really
• 2:54
  appreciate
• 2:55
  that
• 2:55
  and
• 2:55
  I'm
• 2:55
  glad
• 2:55
  to
• 2:56
  hear
• 2:56
  you're,
• 2:56
  you're
• 2:56
  getting
• 2:57
  some,
• 2:57
  you
• 2:57
  know,
• 2:57
  some
• 2:57
  use
• 2:58
  out
• 2:58
  of
• 2:58
  it
• 2:58
  and,
• 2:58
  and
• 2:58
  some,
• 2:59
  some
• 2:59
  joy
• 3:00
  out
• 3:00
  of
• 3:00
  it,
• 3:00
  which
• 3:00
  is
• 3:00
  always,
• 3:01
  I
• 3:01
  guess,
• 3:01
  is
• 3:01
  the
• 3:01
  idea
• 3:03
  is
• 3:03
  what
• 3:04
  we
• 3:04
  want.
• 3:06
  Because
• 3:06
  when
• 3:06
  you
• 3:07
  build
• 3:07
  yours,
• 3:07
  it
• 3:07
  was,
• 3:08
  it
• 3:08
  was
• 3:08
  a
• 3:08
  few
• 3:08
  months
• 3:09
  ago
• 3:09
  now.
• 3:10
  Yeah,
• 3:10
  it
• 3:10
  was
• 3:10
  kind
• 3:10
  of
• 3:11
  over
• 3:11
  the
• 3:11
  winter
• 3:11
  time
• 3:12
  here,
• 3:12
  so
• 3:12
  it
• 3:12
  was,
• 3:12
  you
• 3:13
  know,
• 3:13
  six
• 3:13
  months
• 3:13
  or
• 3:14
  so
• 3:14
  ago
• 3:14
  and,
• 3:15
  you
• 3:15
  know,
• 3:16
  just
• 3:16
  started
• 3:16
  going
• 3:16
  after
• 3:17
  it.
• 3:17
  And
• 3:18
  it's
• 3:18
  really
• 3:18
  hard
• 3:19
  to
• 3:19
  film
• 3:19
  for
• 3:20
  television
• 3:20
  only
• 3:21
  because
• 3:22
  all
• 3:22
  the
• 3:22
  content
• 3:22
  that
• 3:23
  I
• 3:23
  ran
• 3:23
  camera
• 3:23
  on
• 3:24
  because
• 3:24
  it
• 3:25
  isn't
• 3:25
  like
• 3:25
  it's
• 3:25
  an
• 3:27
  a
• 3:27
  hard
• 3:27
  build,
• 3:28
  but
• 3:29
  it's
• 3:29
  just
• 3:30
  time
• 3:30
  consuming
• 3:30
  with
• 3:31
  the
• 3:31
  things
• 3:31
  that
• 3:31
  you
• 3:31
  have
• 3:31
  to
• 3:31
  do
• 3:32
  to
• 3:32
  do
• 3:32
  it
• 3:32
  right.
• 3:33
  Oh,
• 3:33
  I
• 3:34
  couldn't
• 3:34
  agree
• 3:34
  with
• 3:34
  you
• 3:34
  more.
• 3:35
  And
• 3:35
  that's.
• 3:36
  We've,
• 3:36
  you
• 3:37
  know,
• 3:37
  you
• 3:37
  know,
• 3:37
  we've
• 3:37
  got
• 3:37
  the
• 3:38
  video
• 3:38
  series
• 3:38
  of,
• 3:39
  you
• 3:39
  know,
• 3:39
  to
• 3:39
  follow
• 3:39
  along
• 3:40
  with
• 3:40
  how
• 3:40
  to
• 3:40
  build
• 3:40
  it
• 3:41
  and
• 3:41
  what.
• 3:41
  How
• 3:41
  long
• 3:42
  is
• 3:42
  it?
• 3:42
  Three
• 3:42
  and
• 3:42
  a
• 3:42
  half
• 3:43
  hours.
• 3:46
  And.
• 3:47
  And
• 3:47
  I
• 3:47
  remember
• 3:48
  filming
• 3:48
  them
• 3:48
  just
• 3:48
  thinking
• 3:49
  it
• 3:50
  was
• 3:50
  the
• 3:50
  second
• 3:50
  time
• 3:51
  that
• 3:51
  we'd
• 3:51
  filmed
• 3:51
  the
• 3:51
  video
• 3:52
  series.
• 3:53
  And
• 3:53
  I
• 3:53
  remember
• 3:54
  Joel,
• 3:54
  the
• 3:55
  videographer
• 3:56
  saying,
• 3:56
  is
• 3:56
  my.
• 3:56
  He's
• 3:57
  my
• 3:57
  best
• 3:57
  friend.
• 3:57
  He
• 3:57
  was
• 3:58
  my
• 3:58
  best
• 3:58
  man
• 3:58
  at
• 3:58
  my
• 3:58
  wedding.
• 3:59
  And
• 3:59
  he
• 4:00
  said
• 4:00
  to
• 4:00
  me,
• 4:00
  now,
• 4:01
  Ben,
• 4:01
  should
• 4:01
  we
• 4:01
  try
• 4:01
  to
• 4:02
  make
• 4:02
  them
• 4:02
  shorter
• 4:03
  this
• 4:03
  time?
• 4:04
  Should
• 4:04
  we
• 4:04
  try
• 4:04
  and
• 4:04
  cut
• 4:05
  down
• 4:05
  the
• 4:05
  length
• 4:05
  of
• 4:05
  the
• 4:06
  videos
• 4:06
  a
• 4:06
  bit?
• 4:07
  And
• 4:07
  I
• 4:07
  said,
• 4:07
  joel,
• 4:07
  I
• 4:08
  don't
• 4:08
  think
• 4:08
  we
• 4:08
  can,
• 4:08
  man.
• 4:08
  It's
• 4:09
  just.
• 4:09
  It's
• 4:09
  a
• 4:09
  long
• 4:10
  process
• 4:10
  and
• 4:11
  I
• 4:11
  want
• 4:11
  to
• 4:12
  show
• 4:12
  all
• 4:12
  the
• 4:12
  details
• 4:14
  because
• 4:14
  it
• 4:14
  makes
• 4:14
  a
• 4:15
  difference.
• 4:15
  It
• 4:15
  makes
• 4:16
  a
• 4:16
  difference.
• 4:16
  Those
• 4:16
  videos
• 4:17
  helped
• 4:17
  me
• 4:17
  a
• 4:17
  lot
• 4:18
  because
• 4:18
  you
• 4:19
  can
• 4:19
  print
• 4:19
  out
• 4:19
  the
• 4:20
  most
• 4:20
  great
• 4:20
  directions
• 4:21
  which
• 4:21
  you've
• 4:22
  got.
• 4:22
  You
• 4:22
  got
• 4:22
  on
• 4:22
  the
• 4:22
  website
• 4:23
  if
• 4:23
  you
• 4:23
  want
• 4:23
  to
• 4:23
  see
• 4:23
  them
• 4:24
  and
• 4:24
  look
• 4:24
  them
• 4:24
  on
• 4:24
  online.
• 4:25
  But
• 4:26
  really
• 4:26
  seeing
• 4:27
  somebody
• 4:27
  do
• 4:27
  it
• 4:27
  on
• 4:27
  a
• 4:28
  video
• 4:28
  is
• 4:28
  so
• 4:28
  helpful.
• 4:29
  And
• 4:29
  it
• 4:29
  was
• 4:29
  to
• 4:29
  me
• 4:30
  as
• 4:30
  well.
• 4:31
  Yeah.
• 4:31
  Yeah,
• 4:31
  absolutely.
• 4:32
  I
• 4:32
  think
• 4:32
  actually
• 4:33
  that's
• 4:33
  why
• 4:34
  we've
• 4:34
  been
• 4:34
  able
• 4:35
  to
• 4:35
  sell
• 4:35
  as
• 4:35
  many
• 4:36
  of
• 4:36
  the
• 4:36
  ovens
• 4:36
  as
• 4:36
  we
• 4:37
  have
• 4:37
  is
• 4:38
  the
• 4:38
  videos
• 4:40
  and
• 4:40
  the
• 4:40
  detail
• 4:41
  that
• 4:41
  we
• 4:41
  go
• 4:41
  into,
• 4:41
  because.
• 4:42
  And
• 4:42
  they're
• 4:42
  freely
• 4:42
  available,
• 4:43
  like,
• 4:43
  you
• 4:44
  don't
• 4:44
  have
• 4:44
  to
• 4:44
  pay
• 4:44
  to
• 4:44
  get
• 4:44
  them
• 4:44
  or
• 4:45
  anything
• 4:45
  thing.
• 4:46
  And
• 4:46
  so
• 4:47
  I
• 4:48
  find
• 4:48
  most
• 4:48
  of
• 4:48
  our
• 4:48
  customers
• 4:49
  actually
• 4:49
  tend
• 4:50
  to
• 4:50
  watch
• 4:50
  those
• 4:50
  videos
• 4:51
  before
• 4:51
  they
• 4:51
  buy.
• 4:53
  They
• 4:53
  watch
• 4:53
  the
• 4:53
  whole
• 4:54
  series
• 4:54
  and
• 4:54
  then
• 4:54
  they
• 4:55
  go,
• 4:55
  I
• 4:55
  can
• 4:55
  actually
• 4:55
  do
• 4:56
  this.
• 4:56
  They.
• 4:56
  And
• 4:56
  they
• 4:56
  go
• 4:57
  from
• 4:57
  this,
• 4:57
  this
• 4:57
  attitude
• 4:58
  of
• 4:58
  how
• 4:59
  on
• 4:59
  earth
• 4:59
  did
• 5:00
  they
• 5:00
  build
• 5:00
  that?
• 5:01
  To,
• 5:01
  oh,
• 5:02
  actually,
• 5:02
  no,
• 5:02
  I
• 5:02
  can,
• 5:03
  I
• 5:03
  can
• 5:03
  see
• 5:03
  how
• 5:03
  I
• 5:03
  could
• 5:04
  do
• 5:04
  that
• 5:04
  because
• 5:04
  it's
• 5:04
  all
• 5:04
  broken
• 5:05
  down
• 5:05
  into
• 5:05
  little
• 5:06
  steps
• 5:06
  and
• 5:07
  you
• 5:07
  just
• 5:07
  tackle
• 5:08
  each
• 5:08
  step
• 5:08
  and
• 5:08
  get
• 5:09
  it
• 5:09
  done.
• 5:10
  Yeah.
• 5:10
  It
• 5:10
  was
• 5:10
  so
• 5:10
  funny.
• 5:11
  And
• 5:11
  you
• 5:11
  know,
• 5:11
  and
• 5:11
  you
• 5:12
  have
• 5:12
  to
• 5:12
  have
• 5:12
  patience
• 5:13
  on
• 5:13
  this
• 5:13
  because
• 5:14
  it's
• 5:14
  time
• 5:15
  consuming.
• 5:15
  It's
• 5:16
  beautiful.
• 5:17
  But
• 5:17
  when
• 5:17
  you
• 5:17
  get
• 5:17
  it
• 5:17
  all,
• 5:18
  when
• 5:18
  you
• 5:18
  all
• 5:18
  get
• 5:19
  it
• 5:19
  done,
• 5:19
  and
• 5:19
  it's
• 5:19
  like,
• 5:20
  all
• 5:20
  right,
• 5:20
  I'm
• 5:21
  90%
• 5:21
  here
• 5:23
  now.
• 5:23
  You
• 5:23
  have
• 5:23
  to
• 5:24
  season
• 5:24
  it
• 5:25
  correctly.
• 5:25
  You
• 5:25
  gotta
• 5:26
  not
• 5:27
  ruin
• 5:27
  your
• 5:27
  work.
• 5:28
  So
• 5:28
  it's
• 5:29
  like
• 5:29
  anything,
• 5:29
  you've
• 5:30
  gotta.
• 5:30
  It
• 5:30
  takes
• 5:31
  some
• 5:31
  patience.
• 5:31
  Which
• 5:31
  is
• 5:32
  like
• 5:32
  the
• 5:32
  hardest
• 5:32
  part,
• 5:32
  because
• 5:32
  you're
• 5:33
  like,
• 5:33
  this
• 5:33
  is
• 5:34
  amazing.
• 5:34
  I
• 5:34
  want.
• 5:34
  Oh,
• 5:35
  okay,
• 5:35
  I
• 5:35
  got
• 5:35
  a
• 5:35
  few
• 5:35
  weeks
• 5:36
  of
• 5:36
  getting
• 5:36
  this
• 5:36
  thing
• 5:36
  ready.
• 5:36
  Now
• 5:37
  I
• 5:38
  get
• 5:38
  calls
• 5:38
  all
• 5:38
  the
• 5:39
  time
• 5:39
  from
• 5:39
  people
• 5:39
  who
• 5:40
  are.
• 5:40
  They'll
• 5:40
  say,
• 5:40
  oh,
• 5:42
  how
• 5:42
  long
• 5:42
  does
• 5:42
  it
• 5:43
  take
• 5:43
  to
• 5:43
  build?
• 5:44
  And
• 5:44
  I'LL
• 5:44
  say,
• 5:44
  oh,
• 5:44
  you
• 5:45
  know,
• 5:45
  it
• 5:45
  depends
• 5:45
  on
• 5:45
  the
• 5:45
  oven.
• 5:45
  It
• 5:46
  might
• 5:46
  be.
• 5:46
  The
• 5:46
  P85
• 5:47
  is
• 5:47
  about
• 5:47
  20
• 5:47
  hours
• 5:47
  of
• 5:48
  work.
• 5:48
  And
• 5:48
  now
• 5:49
  I've
• 5:49
  got
• 5:49
  this,
• 5:49
  I've
• 5:50
  got
• 5:50
  this
• 5:50
  event
• 5:50
  coming
• 5:51
  up
• 5:51
  in
• 5:51
  like
• 5:51
  three
• 5:52
  weeks
• 5:52
  time
• 5:52
  or
• 5:53
  a
• 5:53
  month's
• 5:53
  time
• 5:53
  and
• 5:54
  you
• 5:54
  know,
• 5:54
  it's
• 5:54
  a
• 5:54
  21st
• 5:55
  birthday
• 5:55
  or
• 5:55
  something.
• 5:55
  And
• 5:56
  I
• 5:56
  just
• 5:56
  tell
• 5:56
  them,
• 5:56
  don't
• 5:56
  do
• 5:57
  it,
• 5:57
  don't
• 5:58
  do
• 5:58
  it.
• 5:58
  Like,
• 5:58
  I'm
• 5:58
  not
• 5:59
  saying
• 5:59
  don't
• 5:59
  build
• 5:59
  the
• 5:59
  oven,
• 6:00
  but
• 6:01
  if
• 6:01
  you
• 6:01
  try
• 6:01
  to
• 6:02
  build
• 6:02
  it
• 6:02
  to
• 6:03
  a
• 6:04
  timeline,
• 6:05
  firstly
• 6:05
  it
• 6:05
  takes
• 6:05
  all
• 6:06
  the
• 6:06
  fun
• 6:06
  out
• 6:07
  because
• 6:08
  now
• 6:08
  you
• 6:08
  have
• 6:08
  to
• 6:08
  hustle.
• 6:09
  You
• 6:09
  don't
• 6:09
  get
• 6:09
  to
• 6:09
  just
• 6:10
  enjoy
• 6:10
  the
• 6:10
  process
• 6:11
  but,
• 6:12
  but
• 6:12
  then
• 6:13
  you
• 6:13
  have
• 6:13
  this
• 6:13
  stress
• 6:14
  of
• 6:15
  I've
• 6:16
  got
• 6:16
  to
• 6:16
  get
• 6:16
  it
• 6:16
  done
• 6:16
  by
• 6:16
  then
• 6:17
  and,
• 6:17
  but
• 6:17
  really
• 6:17
  you've
• 6:18
  got
• 6:18
  to
• 6:18
  finish
• 6:18
  it
• 6:19
  at
• 6:19
  least
• 6:19
  two
• 6:20
  weeks
• 6:20
  before
• 6:20
  the,
• 6:21
  the
• 6:21
  due
• 6:21
  date
• 6:23
  because,
• 6:23
  because
• 6:24
  of
• 6:24
  the,
• 6:24
  the
• 6:24
  curing
• 6:25
  times
• 6:25
  and
• 6:25
  those,
• 6:25
  all
• 6:26
  those
• 6:26
  heat
• 6:26
  up
• 6:26
  fires,
• 6:27
  you
• 6:27
  got
• 6:27
  to
• 6:27
  do
• 6:27
  that
• 6:27
  slow
• 6:27
  drying
• 6:28
  process.
• 6:29
  It's
• 6:29
  a
• 6:29
  whole
• 6:29
  thing.
• 6:30
  And
• 6:31
  you
• 6:31
  don't
• 6:31
  want
• 6:31
  your
• 6:32
  first
• 6:32
  pizza
• 6:32
  cook
• 6:33
  to
• 6:33
  be
• 6:33
  in
• 6:33
  front
• 6:33
  of
• 6:34
  all
• 6:34
  these
• 6:34
  people.
• 6:35
  There
• 6:35
  are
• 6:36
  steps
• 6:36
  to
• 6:36
  learning
• 6:36
  the
• 6:37
  art
• 6:37
  of
• 6:37
  this.
• 6:38
  People
• 6:38
  do
• 6:38
  that
• 6:39
  though.
• 6:39
  They,
• 6:39
  and
• 6:39
  they
• 6:39
  put
• 6:39
  themselves
• 6:40
  through
• 6:40
  that.
• 6:40
  And
• 6:40
  I
• 6:41
  say,
• 6:41
  what
• 6:41
  are
• 6:41
  you
• 6:41
  doing?
• 6:42
  Like,
• 6:42
  you
• 6:43
  know,
• 6:43
  you've
• 6:44
  just
• 6:44
  built
• 6:44
  this
• 6:44
  oven
• 6:44
  and
• 6:44
  you've
• 6:45
  got
• 6:45
  like
• 6:45
  20
• 6:45
  of
• 6:46
  your
• 6:46
  best
• 6:46
  friends
• 6:46
  over
• 6:47
  and
• 6:47
  all
• 6:47
  your
• 6:47
  family
• 6:47
  and
• 6:48
  this
• 6:48
  is
• 6:48
  your
• 6:48
  first
• 6:49
  time
• 6:49
  doing.
• 6:49
  You're
• 6:49
  gonna
• 6:49
  burn
• 6:50
  it.
• 6:50
  I
• 6:50
  promise
• 6:50
  you,
• 6:51
  you're
• 6:51
  gonna
• 6:51
  burn
• 6:51
  it.
• 6:51
  It's
• 6:52
  gonna
• 6:52
  be
• 6:52
  a
• 6:52
  burnt
• 6:52
  offering.
• 6:55
  It
• 6:55
  is.
• 6:56
  And
• 6:56
  that's
• 6:56
  okay.
• 6:57
  But
• 6:57
  you
• 6:57
  know,
• 6:57
  once
• 6:58
  you
• 6:58
  get
• 6:58
  it
• 6:58
  down
• 6:58
  and
• 6:58
  you
• 6:59
  realize
• 6:59
  that,
• 6:59
  okay,
• 7:00
  controlling
• 7:01
  your
• 7:01
  heat
• 7:01
  is
• 7:02
  like
• 7:02
  anything
• 7:03
  cooking
• 7:04
  is
• 7:04
  making,
• 7:05
  you
• 7:05
  know,
• 7:05
  understanding
• 7:06
  where
• 7:06
  that
• 7:06
  sweet
• 7:06
  spot
• 7:07
  is
• 7:07
  for
• 7:07
  your
• 7:07
  style
• 7:07
  of
• 7:08
  pizza
• 7:08
  you
• 7:08
  like
• 7:08
  to
• 7:08
  cook.
• 7:09
  It's
• 7:09
  pretty
• 7:09
  easy
• 7:10
  at
• 7:10
  that
• 7:10
  point.
• 7:11
  Yeah,
• 7:11
  absolutely.
• 7:12
  And
• 7:12
  it's,
• 7:12
  and
• 7:12
  it's
• 7:13
  a
• 7:13
  lot
• 7:13
  of
• 7:13
  fun.
• 7:14
  We
• 7:14
  did
• 7:14
  a
• 7:14
  video
• 7:14
  recently
• 7:15
  called
• 7:15
  how
• 7:16
  to
• 7:16
  Enjoy
• 7:16
  a
• 7:16
  Pizza
• 7:17
  Party
• 7:18
  and
• 7:18
  it
• 7:18
  wasn't
• 7:19
  like,
• 7:19
  it
• 7:19
  was.
• 7:19
  So
• 7:19
  it
• 7:20
  wasn't.
• 7:20
  I
• 7:20
  said
• 7:21
  at
• 7:21
  the
• 7:21
  start
• 7:21
  of
• 7:21
  the
• 7:21
  video,
• 7:22
  I
• 7:22
  said
• 7:22
  this
• 7:22
  is
• 7:22
  not
• 7:22
  a
• 7:23
  video
• 7:23
  to
• 7:23
  teach
• 7:24
  you
• 7:24
  like
• 7:25
  the
• 7:25
  most,
• 7:25
  you
• 7:26
  know,
• 7:26
  amazing
• 7:26
  dough
• 7:27
  or
• 7:28
  like,
• 7:28
  you
• 7:29
  know,
• 7:29
  there's
• 7:29
  heaps
• 7:30
  of
• 7:30
  videos
• 7:30
  on
• 7:31
  various
• 7:32
  doughs,
• 7:32
  etc.
• 7:33
  Online.
• 7:34
  But
• 7:34
  I
• 7:34
  wanted
• 7:35
  to
• 7:35
  try
• 7:35
  and
• 7:36
  make
• 7:36
  the
• 7:37
  pizza
• 7:37
  cooking
• 7:38
  process
• 7:39
  less
• 7:39
  catering.
• 7:40
  Like,
• 7:40
  like,
• 7:40
  because
• 7:41
  it
• 7:41
  can
• 7:41
  feel
• 7:41
  like
• 7:41
  a
• 7:41
  catering
• 7:42
  experience
• 7:43
  where
• 7:43
  you
• 7:43
  don't
• 7:43
  even
• 7:43
  get
• 7:43
  to
• 7:44
  talk
• 7:44
  to
• 7:44
  your
• 7:44
  friends.
• 7:45
  And
• 7:45
  so
• 7:45
  I
• 7:45
  just
• 7:46
  set
• 7:46
  out
• 7:46
  a
• 7:46
  few
• 7:46
  tips
• 7:47
  to
• 7:47
  try
• 7:47
  and
• 7:47
  make
• 7:48
  it,
• 7:49
  to
• 7:49
  make
• 7:49
  it
• 7:49
  easier
• 7:50
  to,
• 7:51
  you
• 7:51
  know,
• 7:51
  and
• 7:52
  just,
• 7:52
  and
• 7:52
  just
• 7:52
  to
• 7:52
  get
• 7:52
  people
• 7:53
  started
• 7:53
  in
• 7:53
  the
• 7:54
  process
• 7:54
  so
• 7:54
  not,
• 7:55
  not
• 7:55
  to
• 7:55
  try
• 7:55
  to
• 7:55
  teach
• 7:55
  them
• 7:56
  how
• 7:56
  to
• 7:56
  make
• 7:56
  the
• 7:56
  best
• 7:56
  pizza
• 7:57
  right
• 7:57
  off
• 7:58
  the
• 7:58
  bat.
• 7:59
  You
• 7:59
  can
• 7:59
  work
• 7:59
  up
• 7:59
  to
• 7:59
  that.
• 8:00
  People
• 8:01
  spend,
• 8:01
  like,
• 8:02
  their,
• 8:02
  you
• 8:02
  know,
• 8:03
  whole
• 8:03
  careers,
• 8:03
  you
• 8:04
  know,
• 8:04
  as
• 8:04
  pizza
• 8:05
  professionals,
• 8:06
  trying
• 8:06
  to
• 8:06
  nail
• 8:07
  it,
• 8:07
  but
• 8:08
  we
• 8:08
  just
• 8:08
  want
• 8:08
  to
• 8:08
  get
• 8:09
  them
• 8:09
  started
• 8:09
  so
• 8:09
  then
• 8:09
  they
• 8:10
  can
• 8:10
  build
• 8:10
  on
• 8:11
  that
• 8:11
  and
• 8:11
  just
• 8:11
  enjoy
• 8:11
  it.
• 8:12
  Absolutely.
• 8:12
  And
• 8:12
  I
• 8:12
  got
• 8:13
  some
• 8:13
  tricks
• 8:13
  and
• 8:13
  tips
• 8:14
  we'll
• 8:14
  do
• 8:14
  at
• 8:14
  the
• 8:14
  end
• 8:14
  of
• 8:15
  the
• 8:15
  show.
• 8:15
  But
• 8:15
  I
• 8:16
  want
• 8:16
  to
• 8:16
  talk
• 8:16
  about
• 8:17
  your
• 8:18
  ovens
• 8:18
  here
• 8:18
  and
• 8:19
  where
• 8:19
  people
• 8:20
  start
• 8:20
  out
• 8:20
  with,
• 8:20
  because,
• 8:21
  you
• 8:22
  know,
• 8:23
  there's
• 8:23
  people
• 8:23
  out
• 8:23
  there
• 8:24
  that'll
• 8:24
  go,
• 8:24
  hey,
• 8:24
  I
• 8:24
  just
• 8:24
  want
• 8:25
  this
• 8:25
  little
• 8:25
  propane
• 8:26
  thing
• 8:26
  to
• 8:26
  throw
• 8:26
  on
• 8:26
  the
• 8:26
  countertop,
• 8:27
  and
• 8:27
  awesome,
• 8:28
  that's
• 8:28
  your
• 8:28
  jam.
• 8:29
  But
• 8:30
  if
• 8:30
  you
• 8:30
  really
• 8:31
  want
• 8:32
  a
• 8:32
  pizza
• 8:32
  oven,
• 8:33
  this
• 8:33
  is
• 8:33
  kind
• 8:33
  of
• 8:33
  what
• 8:33
  I
• 8:34
  say
• 8:34
  about
• 8:34
  people
• 8:34
  that
• 8:34
  have,
• 8:35
  like,
• 8:35
  the.
• 8:35
  The
• 8:36
  small
• 8:36
  $300
• 8:37
  propane
• 8:37
  barbecues.
• 8:38
  You
• 8:38
  know,
• 8:38
  it's
• 8:38
  like,
• 8:39
  hey,
• 8:39
  that
• 8:39
  is
• 8:40
  great
• 8:40
  for
• 8:40
  somebody,
• 8:41
  right?
• 8:41
  That
• 8:41
  is.
• 8:42
  That
• 8:42
  is
• 8:42
  perfect.
• 8:43
  But
• 8:43
  then
• 8:44
  the
• 8:44
  people
• 8:45
  that
• 8:45
  really
• 8:45
  want
• 8:46
  to
• 8:46
  cook,
• 8:47
  there's
• 8:47
  nothing
• 8:48
  better
• 8:48
  than
• 8:48
  wood
• 8:48
  fire.
• 8:49
  So
• 8:50
  this,
• 8:50
  to
• 8:50
  me,
• 8:50
  I
• 8:50
  think,
• 8:51
  is
• 8:51
  the
• 8:51
  one,
• 8:51
  the
• 8:52
  most
• 8:52
  cost
• 8:52
  effective
• 8:53
  way
• 8:53
  to
• 8:53
  do
• 8:53
  it,
• 8:53
  to
• 8:54
  build
• 8:54
  something
• 8:55
  professional.
• 8:56
  And
• 8:56
  that
• 8:57
  is
• 8:57
  going
• 8:57
  to
• 8:57
  be
• 8:58
  a
• 8:58
  statement
• 8:58
  piece
• 8:59
  for
• 8:59
  your
• 8:59
  outdoor
• 9:00
  kitchen.
• 9:04
  You
• 9:04
  mentioned,
• 9:05
  like,
• 9:05
  the
• 9:05
  smaller
• 9:06
  benchtop
• 9:07
  ovens,
• 9:07
  and
• 9:08
  I
• 9:08
  actually
• 9:08
  have
• 9:09
  no
• 9:09
  problem
• 9:09
  with
• 9:09
  those.
• 9:10
  I
• 9:11
  think
• 9:11
  they're
• 9:11
  really
• 9:11
  cool
• 9:12
  idea.
• 9:12
  If
• 9:13
  all
• 9:13
  you
• 9:13
  want
• 9:13
  to
• 9:13
  do
• 9:14
  is
• 9:14
  just
• 9:15
  cook
• 9:15
  maybe
• 9:16
  half
• 9:16
  a
• 9:16
  dozen
• 9:16
  pizzas,
• 9:17
  that's
• 9:18
  it,
• 9:19
  then
• 9:20
  maybe
• 9:20
  that
• 9:20
  would
• 9:20
  actually
• 9:20
  be
• 9:21
  the
• 9:21
  best
• 9:21
  oven
• 9:22
  for
• 9:22
  you.
• 9:22
  I
• 9:22
  would
• 9:22
  actually
• 9:22
  say
• 9:23
  if
• 9:23
  you
• 9:23
  rang
• 9:23
  us
• 9:24
  up
• 9:24
  and
• 9:24
  said,
• 9:24
  hey,
• 9:25
  Ben,
• 9:25
  like,
• 9:25
  it's
• 9:26
  just
• 9:26
  me
• 9:26
  and
• 9:26
  my
• 9:26
  wife,
• 9:27
  and
• 9:27
  we
• 9:27
  don't
• 9:27
  really
• 9:28
  entertain
• 9:28
  much
• 9:28
  and
• 9:29
  we
• 9:29
  just
• 9:29
  want
• 9:29
  to
• 9:29
  cook,
• 9:29
  like,
• 9:30
  maybe
• 9:30
  three
• 9:31
  or
• 9:31
  four
• 9:31
  pizzas
• 9:32
  on
• 9:32
  a
• 9:32
  weekend.
• 9:33
  Which
• 9:33
  oven
• 9:34
  would
• 9:34
  you
• 9:34
  recommend
• 9:34
  for
• 9:34
  us?
• 9:35
  I'd
• 9:35
  say
• 9:35
  probably
• 9:35
  don't
• 9:36
  get
• 9:36
  one
• 9:36
  of
• 9:36
  ours
• 9:37
  because
• 9:38
  it
• 9:38
  would
• 9:38
  be
• 9:38
  wasteful.
• 9:40
  You
• 9:40
  know,
• 9:41
  it
• 9:41
  takes
• 9:41
  a
• 9:42
  fair
• 9:42
  bit
• 9:42
  of
• 9:43
  fuel
• 9:43
  to
• 9:44
  heat
• 9:44
  our
• 9:44
  ovens
• 9:44
  up,
• 9:45
  and
• 9:45
  you
• 9:46
  really
• 9:46
  want
• 9:46
  to
• 9:46
  get
• 9:46
  value
• 9:47
  out
• 9:47
  of
• 9:47
  that.
• 9:48
  So,
• 9:49
  no,
• 9:49
  I
• 9:49
  don't
• 9:49
  think
• 9:50
  those
• 9:50
  bench
• 9:50
  top
• 9:50
  ovens
• 9:51
  are
• 9:51
  bad.
• 9:51
  In
• 9:51
  fact,
• 9:51
  we
• 9:51
  get
• 9:51
  a
• 9:51
  lot
• 9:52
  of
• 9:52
  people
• 9:52
  calling
• 9:53
  us
• 9:54
  saying,
• 9:55
  I've
• 9:55
  had
• 9:55
  one
• 9:56
  of
• 9:56
  those
• 9:56
  benchtop
• 9:56
  ovens.
• 9:57
  I
• 9:57
  love
• 9:57
  it,
• 9:58
  and
• 9:58
  I
• 9:58
  love
• 9:59
  making
• 9:59
  pizza,
• 9:59
  but
• 10:00
  I've.
• 10:00
  I've
• 10:00
  hit
• 10:01
  the
• 10:01
  limit
• 10:01
  of
• 10:01
  it.
• 10:02
  I.
• 10:02
  I
• 10:03
  want
• 10:03
  to
• 10:03
  do
• 10:03
  more,
• 10:04
  and
• 10:04
  I
• 10:04
  want
• 10:04
  to
• 10:05
  do
• 10:05
  more
• 10:05
  than
• 10:05
  just
• 10:05
  pizza.
• 10:06
  I
• 10:06
  want
• 10:06
  to
• 10:06
  do
• 10:07
  roasting
• 10:08
  and
• 10:08
  baking
• 10:08
  and
• 10:09
  slow
• 10:09
  cooking
• 10:09
  and
• 10:09
  all
• 10:10
  that
• 10:10
  other
• 10:10
  stuff,
• 10:10
  and
• 10:10
  I'm
• 10:11
  just.
• 10:11
  I
• 10:11
  just
• 10:11
  can't
• 10:11
  do
• 10:12
  it.
• 10:12
  It's
• 10:12
  just.
• 10:13
  Just
• 10:13
  for
• 10:13
  doing
• 10:14
  a
• 10:14
  few
• 10:14
  pizzas
• 10:15
  and
• 10:15
  that's.
• 10:15
  And
• 10:15
  it
• 10:15
  does
• 10:15
  that
• 10:16
  really
• 10:16
  well,
• 10:17
  and.
• 10:18
  There's
• 10:18
  nothing
• 10:18
  wrong
• 10:18
  with
• 10:18
  that.
• 10:18
  But
• 10:19
  what
• 10:19
  you
• 10:19
  guys
• 10:19
  have
• 10:19
  is.
• 10:21
  It's
• 10:21
  cool
• 10:21
  that
• 10:21
  you
• 10:21
  have
• 10:22
  something
• 10:22
  that
• 10:22
  is
• 10:23
  small
• 10:23
  enough
• 10:23
  for
• 10:24
  A
• 10:24
  family
• 10:24
  to
• 10:24
  use
• 10:25
  and
• 10:25
  to
• 10:25
  have
• 10:25
  a
• 10:25
  good
• 10:25
  pizza
• 10:26
  party.
• 10:26
  And
• 10:27
  you
• 10:27
  could
• 10:27
  have
• 10:28
  20
• 10:28
  people
• 10:28
  over
• 10:29
  and
• 10:29
  still
• 10:30
  with
• 10:30
  your
• 10:30
  smallest
• 10:31
  oven,
• 10:32
  really
• 10:32
  enjoy
• 10:32
  a
• 10:33
  pizza
• 10:33
  party
• 10:33
  with
• 10:33
  that.
• 10:34
  And
• 10:34
  then
• 10:34
  you've
• 10:35
  got,
• 10:35
  hey,
• 10:36
  I
• 10:36
  want
• 10:36
  to
• 10:36
  have
• 10:36
  my
• 10:36
  own
• 10:37
  commercial
• 10:37

• 10:38
  and
• 10:38
  I
• 10:39
  want
• 10:39
  to
• 10:39
  have
• 10:39
  a
• 10:40
  thousand
• 10:40
  people
• 10:40
  over.
• 10:41
  You've
• 10:41
  got
• 10:41
  that
• 10:42
  as
• 10:42
  well.

• 13:12
  Ben
• 13:13
  from
• 13:13
  the
• 13:13
  Firebrick
• 13:14
  company.
• 13:14
  Let's
• 13:15
  continue
• 13:15
  this
• 13:16
  discussion.
• 13:17
  I,
• 13:17
  I
• 13:17
  want
• 13:17
  to
• 13:18
  do
• 13:18
  more
• 13:19
  and
• 13:19
  I
• 13:19
  want
• 13:19
  to
• 13:19
  do
• 13:19
  more
• 13:20
  than
• 13:20
  just
• 13:20
  pizza.
• 13:21
  I
• 13:21
  want
• 13:21
  to
• 13:21
  do
• 13:22
  roasting
• 13:22
  and
• 13:23
  baking
• 13:23
  and
• 13:23
  slow
• 13:24
  cooking
• 13:24
  and
• 13:24
  all
• 13:24
  that
• 13:25
  other
• 13:25
  stuff
• 13:25
  and
• 13:25
  I'm
• 13:25
  just,
• 13:26
  I
• 13:26
  just
• 13:26
  can't
• 13:26
  do
• 13:26
  it.
• 13:27
  It's
• 13:27
  just,
• 13:28
  just
• 13:28
  for
• 13:28
  doing
• 13:29
  a
• 13:29
  few
• 13:29
  pizzas
• 13:29
  and
• 13:30
  that's.
• 13:30
  And
• 13:30
  it
• 13:30
  does
• 13:30
  that
• 13:30
  really
• 13:31
  well
• 13:32
  and.
• 13:32
  There's
• 13:33
  nothing
• 13:33
  wrong
• 13:33
  with
• 13:33
  that.
• 13:33
  But
• 13:33
  what
• 13:33
  you
• 13:34
  guys
• 13:34
  have
• 13:34
  is,
• 13:35
  it's,
• 13:35
  it's
• 13:36
  cool
• 13:36
  that
• 13:36
  you
• 13:36
  have
• 13:36
  something
• 13:37
  that
• 13:37
  is
• 13:38
  small
• 13:38
  enough
• 13:38
  for
• 13:38
  a
• 13:39
  family
• 13:39
  to
• 13:39
  use
• 13:39
  and
• 13:40
  to
• 13:40
  have
• 13:40
  a
• 13:40
  good
• 13:40
  pizza
• 13:41
  party
• 13:41
  and
• 13:42
  you
• 13:42
  could
• 13:42
  have
• 13:43
  20
• 13:43
  people
• 13:43
  over
• 13:44
  and
• 13:44
  still
• 13:44
  with
• 13:45
  your
• 13:45
  smallest
• 13:45
  oven,
• 13:47
  really
• 13:47
  enjoy
• 13:47
  a
• 13:47
  pizza
• 13:48
  party
• 13:48
  with
• 13:48
  that.
• 13:49
  And
• 13:49
  then
• 13:49
  you've
• 13:49
  got,
• 13:50
  hey,
• 13:50
  I
• 13:51
  want
• 13:51
  to
• 13:51
  have
• 13:51
  my
• 13:51
  own
• 13:52
  commercial
• 13:52
  unit
• 13:53
  and
• 13:53
  I
• 13:53
  want
• 13:54
  to
• 13:54
  have
• 13:54
  a
• 13:54
  thousand
• 13:55
  people
• 13:55
  over.
• 13:56
  You've
• 13:56
  got
• 13:56
  that
• 13:56
  as
• 13:57
  well.
• 13:57
  We've
• 13:58
  got,
• 13:58
  we've
• 13:58
  got
• 13:58
  a
• 13:59
  range
• 13:59
  and
• 13:59
  so
• 13:59
  you've
• 14:00
  got
• 14:00
  the
• 14:00
  smallest
• 14:00
  oven,
• 14:01
  you've
• 14:01
  got
• 14:01
  our
• 14:01
  P85
• 14:02
  and
• 14:02
  it's
• 14:02
  not
• 14:03
  small.
• 14:03
  No.
• 14:04
  A
• 14:04
  lot
• 14:04
  of
• 14:04
  people,
• 14:04
  they
• 14:05
  look
• 14:05
  at
• 14:05
  our
• 14:05
  range
• 14:05
  of
• 14:05
  ovens
• 14:06
  and
• 14:06
  they,
• 14:06
  and
• 14:06
  they
• 14:06
  see
• 14:07
  oh,
• 14:07
  we've
• 14:07
  got
• 14:07
  the
• 14:07
  smallest
• 14:07
  to
• 14:07
  the
• 14:08
  largest
• 14:08
  and
• 14:08
  they
• 14:08
  figure
• 14:08
  well,
• 14:09
  the
• 14:09
  small
• 14:09
  one
• 14:09
  must
• 14:09
  be
• 14:10
  kind
• 14:10
  of
• 14:10
  small.
• 14:10
  And
• 14:11
  it's
• 14:11
  not,
• 14:11
  it's
• 14:12
  what,
• 14:12
  it's
• 14:12
  33
• 14:13
  and
• 14:13
  a
• 14:13
  half
• 14:13
  inches
• 14:13
  internal
• 14:14
  diameter
• 14:14
  which
• 14:15
  is
• 14:15
  pretty
• 14:15
  big.
• 14:16
  We,
• 14:17
  we
• 14:17
  had
• 14:17
  my
• 14:18
  brother
• 14:18
  in
• 14:18
  law's
• 14:19
  50th
• 14:20
  birthday
• 14:20
  party
• 14:21
  recently.
• 14:21
  Rob
• 14:22
  and
• 14:23
  I
• 14:24
  hadn't,
• 14:24
  didn't
• 14:24
  have
• 14:24
  a
• 14:24
  gift
• 14:25
  for
• 14:25
  Rob.
• 14:25
  Sort
• 14:25
  of,
• 14:26
  you
• 14:26
  know,
• 14:26
  I
• 14:26
  was
• 14:26
  trying
• 14:26
  to
• 14:26
  think
• 14:26
  what
• 14:26
  could
• 14:27
  I
• 14:27
  get
• 14:27
  him.
• 14:27
  And
• 14:27
  in
• 14:28
  the
• 14:28
  end
• 14:28
  I
• 14:28
  said,
• 14:28
  you
• 14:28
  know,
• 14:28
  What?
• 14:28
  Rob,
• 14:29
  I'll
• 14:29
  cater
• 14:30
  for
• 14:30
  you.
• 14:31
  He
• 14:31
  or
• 14:31
  he
• 14:32
  has
• 14:32
  the
• 14:32
  same
• 14:32
  oven
• 14:33
  you
• 14:33
  have.
• 14:33
  He
• 14:33
  has
• 14:33
  a
• 14:33
  P85.
• 14:35
  He
• 14:35
  had
• 14:36
  40
• 14:36
  people
• 14:36
  over
• 14:38
  and
• 14:39
  I
• 14:39
  cooked
• 14:39
  pizza
• 14:40
  for
• 14:40
  everybody
• 14:40
  out
• 14:41
  of
• 14:41
  that
• 14:41
  oven
• 14:41
  and
• 14:42
  I
• 14:42
  was
• 14:42
  cooking
• 14:42
  one
• 14:43
  or
• 14:43
  two
• 14:43
  at
• 14:43
  a
• 14:43
  time
• 14:45
  and
• 14:45
  I
• 14:45
  had
• 14:45
  a
• 14:45
  team
• 14:46
  of
• 14:46
  four
• 14:46
  people
• 14:46
  rolling
• 14:47
  out
• 14:47
  bases
• 14:48
  and
• 14:48
  topping
• 14:48
  them
• 14:48
  for
• 14:48
  me.
• 14:49
  And
• 14:49
  they
• 14:49
  couldn't
• 14:49
  keep
• 14:49
  up
• 14:50
  because
• 14:52
  the
• 14:52
  pizzas
• 14:52
  will
• 14:52
  be
• 14:53
  cooked
• 14:53
  in
• 14:53
  between
• 14:54
  90
• 14:54
  seconds
• 14:55
  and
• 14:55
  two
• 14:55
  minutes
• 14:56
  if
• 14:56
  you
• 14:56
  put,
• 14:56
  you
• 14:56
  know,
• 14:57
  the
• 14:57
  right
• 14:57
  amount
• 14:57
  of
• 14:57
  toppings.
• 14:58
  So,
• 14:58
  so
• 14:59
  even
• 14:59
  this,
• 14:59
  even
• 15:00
  our
• 15:00
  small
• 15:00
  stuff
• 15:00
  and
• 15:01
  caters
• 15:01
  for
• 15:02
  big
• 15:02
  groups.
• 15:02
  Actually
• 15:03
  a
• 15:03
  lovely
• 15:03
  story.
• 15:04
  Customer
• 15:04
  in
• 15:05
  Australia
• 15:05
  during
• 15:06
  our
• 15:06
  lockdowns
• 15:07
  here.
• 15:07
  Oh,
• 15:07
  don't
• 15:08
  even
• 15:08
  get
• 15:08
  me
• 15:08
  started
• 15:08
  on
• 15:08
  lockdown.
• 15:09
  Yeah,
• 15:09
  don't
• 15:09
  get
• 15:09
  me
• 15:09
  started
• 15:10
  as
• 15:10
  well.
• 15:11
  Anyway,
• 15:12
  we,
• 15:12
  we,
• 15:13
  we
• 15:13
  had
• 15:14
  a
• 15:14
  customer
• 15:14
  who,
• 15:15
  their
• 15:15
  daughter
• 15:16
  was
• 15:16
  getting
• 15:16
  married
• 15:17
  and
• 15:17
  the
• 15:18
  wedding
• 15:18
  reception,
• 15:19
  the
• 15:19
  venue
• 15:20
  got
• 15:20
  shut
• 15:21
  down
• 15:21
  at
• 15:21
  short
• 15:21
  notice.
• 15:23
  I
• 15:23
  don't
• 15:23
  know
• 15:23
  exactly
• 15:23
  what
• 15:24
  happened,
• 15:24
  but
• 15:24
  basically
• 15:25
  the
• 15:25
  wedding
• 15:25
  reception
• 15:25
  was
• 15:26
  like
• 15:26
  going
• 15:26
  to
• 15:26
  be
• 15:26
  canceled
• 15:28
  and
• 15:28
  they,
• 15:29
  they
• 15:29
  moved
• 15:29
  it
• 15:29
  to
• 15:30
  their
• 15:30
  house
• 15:31
  and
• 15:31
  they
• 15:31
  fed
• 15:32
  60
• 15:32
  people
• 15:33
  pizza
• 15:34
  out
• 15:34
  of
• 15:34
  their
• 15:34
  P85.
• 15:36
  And
• 15:37
  I
• 15:37
  was
• 15:37
  like,
• 15:37
  that's
• 15:38
  such
• 15:38
  a
• 15:38
  cool
• 15:38
  story.
• 15:38
  Like,
• 15:39
  you
• 15:39
  know,
• 15:39
  because
• 15:39
  people
• 15:40
  call
• 15:40
  us
• 15:40
  all
• 15:40
  the
• 15:40
  time,
• 15:40
  they
• 15:41
  want
• 15:41
  to
• 15:41
  buy
• 15:41
  the
• 15:41
  biggest
• 15:41
  one.
• 15:43
  Well,
• 15:43
  I
• 15:43
  think
• 15:43
  I
• 15:43
  was
• 15:43
  one
• 15:44
  of
• 15:44
  those
• 15:44
  people.
• 15:44
  I
• 15:44
  think
• 15:45
  I
• 15:45
  was
• 15:45
  like,
• 15:45
  all
• 15:45
  right,
• 15:46
  I'm
• 15:46
  looking
• 15:46
  at
• 15:46
  the
• 15:46
  D105
• 15:48
  or
• 15:48
  I
• 15:48
  was
• 15:48
  looking
• 15:48
  at
• 15:49
  the
• 15:49
  ones
• 15:50
  you're
• 15:50
  like,
• 15:51
  slow
• 15:51
  down
• 15:51
  cowboy.
• 15:52
  Slow
• 15:52
  down
• 15:52
  cowboy.
• 15:53
  That
• 15:53
  might
• 15:53
  not
• 15:53
  be
• 15:53
  what
• 15:54
  you
• 15:54
  need.
• 15:55
  So
• 15:55
  for
• 15:55
  everyone
• 15:56
  listening,
• 15:56
  I
• 15:56
  didn't
• 15:57
  say
• 15:57
  slow
• 15:57
  down
• 15:57
  cowboy,
• 15:59
  but
• 16:00
  I
• 16:00
  do
• 16:00
  ask
• 16:01
  everyone,
• 16:02
  I
• 16:02
  say,
• 16:02
  you
• 16:02
  know,
• 16:03
  everyone
• 16:03
  who
• 16:03
  reaches
• 16:03
  out
• 16:04
  and
• 16:04
  they
• 16:04
  ask
• 16:04
  particularly
• 16:05
  for
• 16:05
  the
• 16:05
  biggest
• 16:05
  stuff.
• 16:06
  First
• 16:06
  question
• 16:07
  I
• 16:07
  ask
• 16:07
  them
• 16:07
  is,
• 16:07
  is
• 16:08
  it
• 16:08
  for
• 16:08
  a
• 16:08
  restaurant?
• 16:10
  And
• 16:10
  if
• 16:10
  it
• 16:10
  is,
• 16:11
  if
• 16:11
  they're
• 16:11
  building
• 16:11
  a
• 16:11
  restaurant,
• 16:12
  which,
• 16:12
  which
• 16:12
  happens
• 16:13
  quite
• 16:13
  often,
• 16:13
  we
• 16:13
  say
• 16:14
  awesome,
• 16:14
  it's
• 16:15
  perfect
• 16:15
  oven
• 16:15
  for
• 16:15
  you.
• 16:16
  But
• 16:16
  if
• 16:16
  you're
• 16:17
  not,
• 16:18
  if
• 16:18
  you're,
• 16:18
  if
• 16:18
  it's
• 16:19
  for
• 16:19
  home,
• 16:19
  then
• 16:20
  we
• 16:20
  actually
• 16:20
  really
• 16:20
  encourage
• 16:21
  people
• 16:21
  to
• 16:21
  think
• 16:22
  a
• 16:22
  little
• 16:22
  smaller.
• 16:23
  The
• 16:23
  D105
• 16:24
  is,
• 16:24
  is
• 16:24
  the
• 16:25
  model
• 16:25
  down.
• 16:25
  We
• 16:26
  sell
• 16:26
  heaps
• 16:26
  of
• 16:26
  those
• 16:28
  because
• 16:28
  the
• 16:29
  heat
• 16:29
  up
• 16:29
  time
• 16:30
  really
• 16:31
  affects
• 16:32
  like
• 16:32
  your
• 16:33
  enjoyment
• 16:33
  of
• 16:33
  the
• 16:33
  oven.
• 16:34
  And
• 16:34
  the
• 16:34
  example
• 16:34
  I
• 16:34
  give
• 16:35
  is
• 16:36
  say
• 16:36
  with
• 16:36
  the
• 16:36
  D130,
• 16:37
  it's
• 16:37
  got
• 16:37
  a
• 16:37
  four
• 16:37
  and
• 16:37
  a
• 16:38
  half
• 16:38
  hour
• 16:38
  heat
• 16:38
  up
• 16:39
  time,
• 16:39
  which
• 16:39
  is
• 16:40
  pretty
• 16:40
  phenomenal.
• 16:40
  Like
• 16:41
  that's,
• 16:41
  that's
• 16:41
  a
• 16:41
  long
• 16:41
  time.
• 16:42
  And
• 16:43
  the
• 16:43
  thing
• 16:44
  is
• 16:45
  it's
• 16:45
  a
• 16:45
  lot
• 16:45
  of
• 16:45
  oven
• 16:46
  to
• 16:46
  heat.
• 16:46
  You're
• 16:46
  bringing
• 16:47
  up
• 16:47
  all
• 16:47
  this
• 16:47
  thermal
• 16:48
  mass
• 16:49
  from
• 16:49
  stone
• 16:49
  cold
• 16:50
  all
• 16:50
  the
• 16:51
  way
• 16:51
  up
• 16:51
  to
• 16:51
  700
• 16:52
  Fahrenheit,
• 16:53
  750,
• 16:54
  as
• 16:54
  hot
• 16:54
  as
• 16:54
  you
• 16:54
  want,
• 16:55
  but
• 16:56
  that
• 16:56
  you
• 16:57
  bring
• 16:57
  up
• 16:57
  a
• 16:57
  lot
• 16:57
  of
• 16:58
  material
• 16:58
  up
• 16:58
  to
• 16:58
  this
• 16:59
  temperature.
• 17:00
  And
• 17:02
  so,
• 17:02
  so
• 17:02
  that
• 17:03
  takes
• 17:03
  some
• 17:03
  time.
• 17:03
  And,
• 17:04
  and
• 17:04
  I
• 17:04
  say
• 17:04
  to
• 17:04
  people
• 17:04
  like
• 17:05
  well
• 17:05
  you
• 17:06
  know,
• 17:06
  look,
• 17:06
  if
• 17:06
  you're
• 17:06
  having
• 17:07
  50
• 17:07
  people
• 17:07
  over
• 17:08
  then
• 17:08
  it
• 17:09
  wouldn't
• 17:09
  even
• 17:09
  phase
• 17:10
  you.
• 17:10
  You'd
• 17:10
  get
• 17:10
  up
• 17:10
  in
• 17:10
  the
• 17:10
  morning
• 17:11
  and
• 17:11
  fire
• 17:11
  the
• 17:12
  oven
• 17:12
  so
• 17:12
  that
• 17:12
  it's
• 17:13
  ready
• 17:13
  for
• 17:13
  the
• 17:13
  evening.
• 17:14
  Like
• 17:14
  it
• 17:14
  wouldn't
• 17:15
  bother
• 17:15
  you
• 17:15
  because
• 17:15
  it's
• 17:15
  this
• 17:15
  big
• 17:16
  event
• 17:16
  that
• 17:16
  you're
• 17:16
  having.
• 17:17
  But
• 17:17
  if
• 17:17
  you're
• 17:17
  having
• 17:18
  three
• 17:18
  friends
• 17:18
  over,
• 17:19
  can
• 17:19
  you
• 17:20
  be
• 17:20
  bothered
• 17:21
  spending
• 17:21
  four
• 17:21
  and
• 17:21
  a
• 17:21
  half
• 17:22
  hours
• 17:22
  firing
• 17:22
  up
• 17:23
  just,
• 17:23
  and
• 17:23
  you
• 17:23
  know
• 17:23
  you're
• 17:23
  only
• 17:24
  going
• 17:24
  to
• 17:24
  cook
• 17:24
  a
• 17:24
  handful
• 17:25
  of
• 17:25
  pizzas,
• 17:25
  let's
• 17:25
  say,
• 17:26
  or
• 17:26
  maybe
• 17:26
  a
• 17:26
  roast.
• 17:28
  Can
• 17:28
  you
• 17:28
  be
• 17:29
  bothered?
• 17:29
  Can
• 17:29
  you
• 17:30
  justify
• 17:31
  the
• 17:31
  time
• 17:31
  and
• 17:32
  the,
• 17:32
  and
• 17:32
  the
• 17:32
  firewood
• 17:33
  to,
• 17:34
  to,
• 17:34
  to
• 17:34
  do
• 17:34
  it?
• 17:34
  And
• 17:35
  whereas
• 17:35
  if
• 17:36
  you
• 17:36
  have
• 17:36
  a
• 17:36
  smaller
• 17:36
  oven,
• 17:38
  well
• 17:38
  that
• 17:38
  justification
• 17:39
  is
• 17:39
  so
• 17:39
  much
• 17:39
  easier
• 17:39
  because
• 17:40
  the
• 17:40
  time
• 17:40
  is
• 17:40
  like
• 17:41
  halved.
• 17:43
  And
• 17:43
  actually
• 17:43
  that's
• 17:44
  why
• 17:44
  we
• 17:44
  sell.
• 17:45
  So
• 17:45
  the
• 17:45
  P85,
• 17:46
  the
• 17:46
  oven
• 17:46
  you
• 17:47
  have
• 17:47
  is
• 17:47
  our
• 17:47
  biggest
• 17:47
  seller
• 17:48
  because
• 17:49
  it
• 17:49
  has
• 17:50
  a
• 17:50
  really
• 17:50
  rapid
• 17:51
  heat
• 17:51
  up
• 17:51
  times
• 17:51
  like
• 17:52
  an
• 17:52
  hour
• 17:52
  and
• 17:52
  15
• 17:52
  minutes.
• 17:54
  And
• 17:54
  whereas
• 17:55
  like
• 17:55
  the
• 17:55
  D105
• 17:56
  which
• 17:56
  is
• 17:57
  the
• 17:57
  next
• 17:57
  biggest
• 17:57
  seller,
• 17:58
  that's
• 17:58
  two
• 17:59
  and
• 17:59
  a
• 17:59
  half
• 17:59
  hour
• 17:59
  heat
• 17:59
  up
• 18:00
  time.
• 18:00
  And
• 18:00
  so
• 18:01
  now
• 18:01
  that
• 18:01
  comes
• 18:01
  with
• 18:02
  a
• 18:02
  trade
• 18:02
  off
• 18:04
  where
• 18:04
  the,
• 18:05
  the
• 18:05
  cooldown
• 18:05
  time
• 18:06
  is
• 18:06
  the
• 18:06
  trade
• 18:06
  off.
• 18:07
  So
• 18:07
  if
• 18:07
  you,
• 18:08
  you
• 18:08
  can
• 18:08
  cook
• 18:08
  as
• 18:08
  the
• 18:08
  oven's
• 18:09
  cooling.
• 18:09
  Have
• 18:09
  you
• 18:09
  done
• 18:09
  much
• 18:10
  of
• 18:10
  that?
• 18:10
  Yeah,
• 18:12
  I've
• 18:12
  had
• 18:12
  people
• 18:12
  over
• 18:13
  here
• 18:13
  where
• 18:13
  we've
• 18:13
  had
• 18:13
  like
• 18:14
  an
• 18:14
  all
• 18:14
  day
• 18:14
  party
• 18:14
  and
• 18:15
  I'm
• 18:15
  throwing
• 18:15
  pizzas
• 18:15
  in
• 18:16
  and,
• 18:16
  and
• 18:17
  you
• 18:17
  know,
• 18:17
  I
• 18:17
  start
• 18:17
  cooking
• 18:18
  it
• 18:18
  maybe
• 18:18
  one
• 18:18
  or
• 18:19
  two
• 18:19
  o'
• 18:19
  clock
• 18:19
  in
• 18:19
  the
• 18:19
  afternoon
• 18:20
  and
• 18:20
  I'm
• 18:20
  still
• 18:20
  throwing
• 18:21
  some
• 18:21
  dinner
• 18:21
  in
• 18:21
  as
• 18:21
  it's
• 18:22
  cooking,
• 18:23
  it
• 18:23
  still
• 18:23
  works,
• 18:24
  you
• 18:24
  know.
• 18:24
  Oh
• 18:24
  absolutely.
• 18:25
  So
• 18:25
  your
• 18:26
  oven
• 18:27
  should
• 18:27
  take,
• 18:28
  if
• 18:28
  it's
• 18:28
  dropping
• 18:29
  from
• 18:29
  750
• 18:30
  down
• 18:30
  to
• 18:30
  150.
• 18:32
  So
• 18:32
  if
• 18:32
  you
• 18:32
  put
• 18:32
  the
• 18:32
  door
• 18:33
  in
• 18:33
  the
• 18:33
  oven
• 18:33
  and
• 18:33
  that
• 18:33
  seals
• 18:34
  the
• 18:34
  chamber
• 18:34
  off
• 18:35
  so
• 18:35
  that
• 18:35
  you
• 18:35
  don't
• 18:35
  have
• 18:35
  air
• 18:36
  going
• 18:36
  in
• 18:36
  and
• 18:36
  out,
• 18:36
  cooling
• 18:37
  it
• 18:37
  down,
• 18:37
  it
• 18:38
  should
• 18:38
  take
• 18:38
  around
• 18:39
  36
• 18:40
  hours
• 18:40
  to
• 18:41
  drop
• 18:41
  from
• 18:41
  750
• 18:42
  to
• 18:42
  150.
• 18:42
  Which
• 18:43
  means
• 18:43
  you've
• 18:43
  got
• 18:43
  all
• 18:43
  this
• 18:44
  cooking
• 18:44
  you
• 18:44
  can
• 18:44
  do
• 18:44
  as
• 18:45
  it
• 18:45
  cools
• 18:45
  down.
• 18:46
  Like
• 18:47
  do
• 18:47
  you
• 18:47
  can
• 18:47
  cook?
• 18:48
  I've
• 18:48
  reheated
• 18:48
  the
• 18:49
  pizza
• 18:49
  the
• 18:49
  next
• 18:49
  morning
• 18:49
  for
• 18:50
  breakfast.
• 18:50
  Yeah.
• 18:51
  That
• 18:51
  I
• 18:51
  didn't
• 18:51
  eat
• 18:51
  the
• 18:51
  night
• 18:52
  before
• 18:52
  on
• 18:52
  it.
• 18:52
  So
• 18:53
  I've
• 18:53
  done.
• 18:53
  That's
• 18:54
  actually
• 18:54
  something
• 18:55
  that
• 18:55
  you
• 18:55
  could
• 18:55
  really,
• 18:55
  you
• 18:56
  could
• 18:56
  really
• 18:56
  look
• 18:56
  at
• 18:56
  doing
• 18:56
  is
• 18:57
  when
• 18:58
  you're
• 18:58
  making
• 18:58
  up
• 18:58
  your
• 18:58
  pizza
• 18:59
  dough
• 19:00
  for
• 19:00
  the,
• 19:00
  you
• 19:00
  know,
• 19:00
  pizzas
• 19:01
  the
• 19:01
  night
• 19:01
  before,
• 19:02
  make
• 19:02
  up
• 19:02
  some
• 19:03
  bread
• 19:03
  dough,
• 19:04
  right.
• 19:04
  But
• 19:05
  with
• 19:05
  a
• 19:05
  small
• 19:05
  amount
• 19:05
  of
• 19:06
  yeast
• 19:06
  so
• 19:06
  it
• 19:06
  raises,
• 19:06
  it
• 19:07
  rises
• 19:07
  really
• 19:07
  slowly
• 19:07
  and
• 19:08
  let
• 19:08
  it
• 19:08
  rise
• 19:08
  overnight
• 19:09
  in
• 19:09
  the
• 19:09
  fridge
• 19:09
  or
• 19:09
  something
• 19:10
  and
• 19:10
  then
• 19:10
  bake
• 19:11
  it
• 19:11
  the
• 19:11
  following
• 19:11
  morning
• 19:12
  using
• 19:12
  the
• 19:13
  residual
• 19:13
  heat.
• 19:14
  It's
• 19:14
  awesome.
• 19:14
  Yeah.
• 19:15
  Because
• 19:15
  it's,
• 19:15
  it's
• 19:16
  350
• 19:17
  or
• 19:17
  whatever.
• 19:17
  It's
• 19:17
  like
• 19:17
  the
• 19:18
  perfect
• 19:18
  bread
• 19:18
  baking
• 19:19
  temperature
• 19:19
  is
• 19:19
  perfect
• 19:20
  bread.
• 19:20
  The
• 19:20
  P85
• 19:21
  should
• 19:21
  be
• 19:21
  almost
• 19:21
  perfect
• 19:22
  bread
• 19:22
  temperature
• 19:22
  12
• 19:22
  hours
• 19:23
  after
• 19:23
  it's
• 19:23
  firing.
• 19:24
  Now,
• 19:24
  the
• 19:24
  D105
• 19:25
  takes
• 19:25
  twice
• 19:26
  as
• 19:26
  long
• 19:26
  to
• 19:26
  heat
• 19:26
  up,
• 19:27
  but
• 19:28
  it
• 19:29
  takes
• 19:29
  72
• 19:30
  hours
• 19:30
  to
• 19:31
  cool
• 19:31
  down.
• 19:32
  And
• 19:32
  so
• 19:33
  that's
• 19:33
  why
• 19:33
  we
• 19:34
  people
• 19:34
  who
• 19:35
  buying
• 19:35
  those
• 19:35
  ovens
• 19:36
  are
• 19:36
  often
• 19:36
  thinking
• 19:37
  they're
• 19:37
  like,
• 19:37
  right,
• 19:37
  I'm
• 19:38
  going
• 19:38
  to
• 19:38
  fire
• 19:38
  it
• 19:38
  on
• 19:38
  Friday
• 19:38
  we'll
• 19:39
  do
• 19:39
  pizzas.
• 19:40
  Then
• 19:40
  Saturday
• 19:40
  I'm
• 19:41
  going
• 19:41
  to
• 19:41
  do
• 19:41
  like
• 19:41
  roasting
• 19:42
  in
• 19:42
  the
• 19:42
  morning
• 19:43
  and
• 19:43
  then,
• 19:43
  you
• 19:44
  know,
• 19:44
  like,
• 19:44
  I'm
• 19:44
  going
• 19:44
  to
• 19:44
  do
• 19:45
  some
• 19:45
  baking
• 19:46
  in
• 19:46
  the
• 19:46
  afternoon.
• 19:46
  And
• 19:46
  then
• 19:47
  Sunday
• 19:47
  I'm
• 19:47
  going
• 19:47
  to
• 19:48
  do
• 19:48
  like
• 19:48
  biscuits
• 19:48
  and
• 19:49
  cakes.
• 19:50
  And
• 19:50
  then
• 19:50
  on
• 19:50
  Monday
• 19:51
  I'm
• 19:51
  going
• 19:51
  to
• 19:51
  dehydrate
• 19:52
  fruit
• 19:52
  and
• 19:52
  vegetables
• 19:53
  and,
• 19:54
  and
• 19:54
  other
• 19:54
  things
• 19:55
  all
• 19:55
  from
• 19:55
  the
• 19:55
  one
• 19:55
  firing,
• 19:56
  which
• 19:56
  I
• 19:56
  really
• 19:56
  encourage
• 19:57
  because
• 19:58
  it's
• 19:58
  really
• 19:58
  good
• 19:59
  use
• 19:59
  of
• 19:59
  all
• 20:00
  of
• 20:00
  that
• 20:00
  heat.
• 20:00
  You're
• 20:01
  not
• 20:01
  wasting
• 20:02
  the
• 20:02
  energy
• 20:02
  that's
• 20:03
  got
• 20:03
  been
• 20:03
  put
• 20:03
  into
• 20:03
  the
• 20:04
  oven
• 20:04
  from
• 20:04
  all
• 20:04
  that.
• 20:04
  That
• 20:04
  lovely.
• 20:05
  Yeah.
• 20:05
  The
• 20:05
  other
• 20:05
  thing
• 20:05
  I've
• 20:06
  done
• 20:06
  too
• 20:06
  is
• 20:06
  if
• 20:06
  I
• 20:06
  had
• 20:07
  any
• 20:07
  wet
• 20:07
  firewood
• 20:08
  or
• 20:08
  stuff
• 20:08
  that
• 20:08
  might
• 20:08
  have
• 20:08
  gotten
• 20:09
  damp,
• 20:09
  that
• 20:09
  is
• 20:10
  close
• 20:10
  enough.
• 20:11
  Was
• 20:11
  I'll,
• 20:11
  I'll
• 20:12
  reset
• 20:12
  the.
• 20:12
  The
• 20:13
  oven,
• 20:13
  you
• 20:14
  know,
• 20:14
  the
• 20:14
  next
• 20:14
  morning
• 20:14
  and
• 20:15
  it's
• 20:15
  still
• 20:15
  warm
• 20:15
  enough
• 20:16
  in
• 20:16
  there
• 20:16
  that
• 20:16
  I
• 20:16
  can
• 20:16
  do
• 20:17
  that.
• 20:17
  And
• 20:17
  I'm
• 20:17
  like,
• 20:17
  I'm
• 20:17
  just
• 20:17
  gonna
• 20:18
  kiln
• 20:18
  dry
• 20:18
  my
• 20:18
  wood
• 20:18
  for
• 20:19
  the
• 20:19
  next
• 20:19
  time.
• 20:19
  Yes,
• 20:20
  yes,
• 20:20
  exact.
• 20:21
  And
• 20:22
  I
• 20:22
  only
• 20:22
  figured
• 20:23
  that
• 20:23
  out.
• 20:23
  It
• 20:23
  took
• 20:23
  me
• 20:23
  years
• 20:24
  to
• 20:24
  realize.
• 20:24
  I
• 20:25
  think
• 20:25
  it
• 20:25
  was
• 20:25
  a
• 20:25
  customer
• 20:25
  suggested
• 20:26
  it
• 20:26
  to
• 20:26
  me.
• 20:27
  They
• 20:27
  said,
• 20:27
  yeah,
• 20:28
  well,
• 20:28
  if
• 20:28
  the
• 20:28
  oven
• 20:28
  cools
• 20:29
  down
• 20:29
  enough
• 20:29
  and
• 20:30
  it
• 20:30
  does
• 20:30
  need
• 20:30
  to
• 20:31
  cool
• 20:31
  down.
• 20:31
  Yes,
• 20:32
  enough.
• 20:32
  Otherwise
• 20:33
  you've
• 20:33
  got
• 20:33
  another
• 20:33
  day
• 20:33
  of
• 20:33
  pizza
• 20:34
  cooking.
• 20:35
  We
• 20:35
  had.
• 20:36
  So
• 20:36
  we
• 20:36
  have
• 20:36
  a
• 20:36
  Facebook
• 20:37
  community
• 20:37
  group
• 20:38
  for,
• 20:39
  for
• 20:39
  the
• 20:39
  business
• 20:39
  and
• 20:40
  people
• 20:40
  are
• 20:40
  free
• 20:40
  to
• 20:40
  join
• 20:40
  it
• 20:41
  and
• 20:41
  anyone's
• 20:41
  free
• 20:41
  to
• 20:41
  join
• 20:42
  and,
• 20:42
  and
• 20:42
  have
• 20:42
  a
• 20:42
  chat
• 20:43
  about
• 20:43
  our
• 20:43
  ovens.
• 20:44
  And
• 20:45
  a
• 20:46
  chat
• 20:46
  posted.
• 20:46
  The
• 20:46
  other
• 20:46
  day,
• 20:47
  he
• 20:47
  said
• 20:47
  I
• 20:47
  was
• 20:47
  kiln
• 20:48
  drying
• 20:48
  a
• 20:48
  bunch
• 20:48
  of
• 20:48
  wood,
• 20:49
  but
• 20:49
  I
• 20:49
  put
• 20:49
  it
• 20:49
  in
• 20:49
  at
• 20:50
  like
• 20:51
  500
• 20:51
  Fahrenheit.
• 20:53
  And
• 20:54
  he
• 20:54
  said,
• 20:54
  he
• 20:55
  said
• 20:55
  he,
• 20:55
  he
• 20:55
  filled.
• 20:56
  He
• 20:56
  put
• 20:56
  all
• 20:56
  this
• 20:56
  firewood
• 20:57
  into
• 20:57
  his
• 20:57
  oven,
• 20:57
  all
• 20:57
  this
• 20:57
  damp
• 20:58
  wood.
• 20:58
  He
• 20:58
  closed
• 20:59
  the
• 20:59
  door,
• 21:00
  went
• 21:00
  to
• 21:00
  bed.
• 21:00
  And
• 21:01
  then
• 21:01
  he
• 21:01
  came
• 21:01
  out
• 21:01
  the
• 21:01
  next
• 21:02
  morning
• 21:02
  and
• 21:02
  his
• 21:03
  oven
• 21:03
  was
• 21:03
  sitting
• 21:03
  at
• 21:04
  900
• 21:05
  Fahrenheit.
• 21:08
  And
• 21:08
  he
• 21:09
  said
• 21:09
  it
• 21:09
  had
• 21:09
  all
• 21:09
  become
• 21:10
  charcoal.
• 21:12
  Yeah.

  Yeah.

• 23:32
  Let's
• 23:32
  continue
• 23:32
  this
• 23:33
  discussion.
• 23:34
  What,
• 23:34
  what
• 23:34
  I
• 23:34
  like
• 23:35
  about
• 23:35
  your
• 23:35
  kits
• 23:35
  is
• 23:37
  especially
• 23:38
  you
• 23:38
  know,
• 23:38
  when
• 23:38
  you're
• 23:39
  talking
• 23:40
  starting
• 23:40
  out
• 23:40
  and
• 23:41
  you
• 23:41
  know,
• 23:41
  not
• 23:42
  a
• 23:42
  lot
• 23:42
  of
• 23:42
  people
• 23:42
  out
• 23:42
  there
• 23:43
  are
• 23:43
  masons
• 23:44
  or
• 23:44
  anything
• 23:44
  else.
• 23:44
  But
• 23:45
  like
• 23:45
  the
• 23:45
  P85,
• 23:46
  you
• 23:46
  have
• 23:46
  made
• 23:46
  it
• 23:47
  so
• 23:48
  easy
• 23:49
  to
• 23:50
  take
• 23:50
  it
• 23:50
  step
• 23:51
  by
• 23:51
  step
• 23:52
  and
• 23:53
  the
• 23:53
  right
• 23:53
  pieces
• 23:53
  are
• 23:53
  pre
• 23:54
  cut.
• 23:55
  You
• 23:55
  cut
• 23:55
  the
• 23:56
  pieces
• 23:56
  that
• 23:57
  don't
• 23:57
  require
• 23:58
  special
• 23:58
  tools.
• 23:59
  You've
• 23:59
  made
• 23:59
  it
• 23:59
  about
• 23:59
  as
• 24:00
  DIY
• 24:00
  friendly
• 24:01
  as
• 24:01
  it
• 24:02
  could
• 24:02
  ever
• 24:02
  be.
• 24:03
  That's
• 24:03
  been
• 24:04
  my
• 24:04
  goal
• 24:05
  since
• 24:05
  I
• 24:05
  started
• 24:05
  the
• 24:06
  business
• 24:07
  was
• 24:07
  to
• 24:08
  try
• 24:08
  to
• 24:08
  make
• 24:09
  these
• 24:09
  kits
• 24:10
  as
• 24:10
  easy
• 24:11
  as
• 24:11
  possible
• 24:12
  to
• 24:12
  build
• 24:12
  because
• 24:13
  then
• 24:13
  obviously
• 24:13
  that
• 24:14
  appeals
• 24:14
  to
• 24:14
  the
• 24:14
  broadest
• 24:15
  range
• 24:15
  of
• 24:15
  people.
• 24:16
  It
• 24:17
  opens
• 24:17
  it
• 24:17
  up
• 24:18
  and
• 24:18
  it's
• 24:18
  actually
• 24:18
  something
• 24:19
  gives
• 24:19
  me
• 24:19
  a
• 24:19
  lot
• 24:19
  of
• 24:19
  joy
• 24:20
  is
• 24:20
  reading
• 24:21
  our
• 24:21
  Google
• 24:21
  reviews.
• 24:21
  If
• 24:22
  I'm
• 24:22
  ever
• 24:22
  feeling
• 24:22
  a
• 24:22
  bit
• 24:23
  sad,
• 24:23
  I
• 24:24
  just
• 24:24
  jump
• 24:24
  on
• 24:24
  out,
• 24:24
  read
• 24:24
  our
• 24:25
  Google
• 24:25
  reviews.
• 24:26
  Well,
• 24:27
  because
• 24:27
  one
• 24:27
  of
• 24:28
  my
• 24:28
  favorite
• 24:28
  comments
• 24:28
  that
• 24:29
  I
• 24:29
  get
• 24:29
  is
• 24:30
  I
• 24:30
  had
• 24:30
  no
• 24:31
  experience
• 24:31
  with
• 24:31
  masonry.
• 24:32
  I'd
• 24:32
  never
• 24:33
  laid
• 24:33
  a
• 24:33
  brick
• 24:33
  in
• 24:33
  my
• 24:33
  life.
• 24:34
  And
• 24:35
  I
• 24:35
  bought
• 24:36
  this
• 24:36
  kit
• 24:37
  and,
• 24:37
  and,
• 24:37
  and
• 24:38
  look
• 24:38
  what
• 24:38
  I
• 24:38
  built.
• 24:38
  And
• 24:39
  they're
• 24:39
  so
• 24:39
  proud
• 24:40
  of
• 24:40
  it,
• 24:41
  you
• 24:41
  know,
• 24:41
  of
• 24:41
  what
• 24:42
  they've
• 24:42
  been
• 24:42
  able
• 24:42
  to
• 24:42
  do.
• 24:43
  And
• 24:43
  a
• 24:44
  big
• 24:44
  part
• 24:44
  of
• 24:44
  that
• 24:45
  is,
• 24:45
  well,
• 24:45
  we've
• 24:46
  tried,
• 24:46
  I've
• 24:47
  built
• 24:47
  I
• 24:47
  don't
• 24:47
  know
• 24:47
  how
• 24:48
  many
• 24:48
  of
• 24:48
  these
• 24:48
  things
• 24:48
  like
• 24:49
  so
• 24:49
  many
• 24:49
  of
• 24:50
  them.
• 24:50
  And
• 24:50
  every
• 24:50
  time
• 24:50
  I
• 24:50
  build
• 24:51
  one
• 24:51
  again
• 24:51
  I
• 24:51
  think,
• 24:52
  oh,
• 24:53
  I
• 24:53
  could
• 24:53
  change
• 24:53
  this
• 24:54
  little
• 24:54
  thing.
• 24:55
  I've
• 24:55
  just
• 24:55
  noticed
• 24:55
  this
• 24:56
  little
• 24:56
  thing
• 24:56
  that
• 24:56
  no
• 24:56
  one's
• 24:56
  mentioned
• 24:57
  and
• 24:57
  if
• 24:57
  I
• 24:57
  just
• 24:58
  change
• 24:58
  that,
• 24:58
  that
• 24:58
  would
• 24:58
  make
• 24:59
  this
• 24:59
  just
• 25:00
  half
• 25:00
  a
• 25:00
  percent
• 25:00
  easier
• 25:01
  to
• 25:02
  build.
• 25:03
  And
• 25:03
  that's.
• 25:04
  It's
• 25:04
  been
• 25:04
  what
• 25:05
  we
• 25:05
  started
• 25:05
  in
• 25:05
  2011.
• 25:06
  So
• 25:07
  it's
• 25:07
  like
• 25:07
  13
• 25:07
  years.
• 25:08
  Yeah.
• 25:08
  Just
• 25:09
  constant
• 25:09
  refining.
• 25:10
  Yeah,
• 25:10
  yeah,
• 25:11
  yeah,
• 25:11
  yeah,
• 25:12
  that
• 25:12
  makes
• 25:12
  sense.
• 25:12
  And
• 25:13
  you
• 25:13
  know,
• 25:13
  it,
• 25:13
  it
• 25:13
  goes
• 25:14
  together
• 25:14
  quick.
• 25:14
  I
• 25:14
  mean
• 25:15
  I,
• 25:15
  it
• 25:15
  was
• 25:15
  funny.
• 25:16
  I
• 25:16
  had
• 25:16
  about.
• 25:18
  Because
• 25:18
  we
• 25:18
  had
• 25:18
  two
• 25:18
  cameras
• 25:19
  running
• 25:19
  at
• 25:19
  some
• 25:19
  point
• 25:20
  we
• 25:20
  had
• 25:20
  about
• 25:21
  17
• 25:21
  hours
• 25:21
  of
• 25:22
  content,
• 25:23
  you
• 25:23
  know,
• 25:23
  for
• 25:23
  the
• 25:23
  whole
• 25:23
  process
• 25:24
  that
• 25:24
  we
• 25:24
  had
• 25:24
  filmed.
• 25:25
  You
• 25:25
  know,
• 25:26
  of
• 25:26
  course
• 25:26
  for
• 25:26
  my
• 25:27
  show
• 25:27
  we
• 25:27
  had
• 25:27
  to
• 25:27
  make
• 25:27
  it
• 25:27
  into
• 25:28
  a
• 25:28
  10
• 25:28
  minute
• 25:28
  piece
• 25:29
  which
• 25:29
  was
• 25:29
  nearly
• 25:30
  impossible,
• 25:30
  but
• 25:31
  we
• 25:31
  did.
• 25:31
  But
• 25:31
  you
• 25:32
  know,
• 25:32
  we
• 25:32
  only
• 25:32
  used
• 25:32
  a
• 25:32
  little
• 25:33
  bit
• 25:33
  of
• 25:33
  it.
• 25:33
  But
• 25:33
  it
• 25:33
  was
• 25:34
  so
• 25:34
  fun
• 25:35
  to
• 25:35
  do
• 25:35
  that.
• 25:36
  And
• 25:37
  I
• 25:37
  think
• 25:37
  the
• 25:37
  cool
• 25:38
  part
• 25:38
  is
• 25:38
  that
• 25:38
  you
• 25:38
  have
• 25:39
  cast,
• 25:39
  you
• 25:40
  know,
• 25:40
  like
• 25:40
  that
• 25:40
  whole
• 25:41
  upper
• 25:41
  chimney
• 25:42
  piece
• 25:42
  and
• 25:42
  stuff.
• 25:43
  You've
• 25:43
  made
• 25:43
  the
• 25:43
  hard
• 25:44
  pieces
• 25:44
  already
• 25:45
  for
• 25:45
  us
• 25:45
  in
• 25:45
  that
• 25:46
  kit.
• 25:46
  Yes.
• 25:47
  So
• 25:47
  really
• 25:47
  the
• 25:47
  hardest
• 25:48
  part,
• 25:48
  which
• 25:48
  isn't
• 25:49
  that
• 25:49
  Hard
• 25:49
  is,
• 25:50
  is
• 25:50
  setting
• 25:50
  up
• 25:51
  the
• 25:51
  brick
• 25:51
  on
• 25:51
  the
• 25:51
  front
• 25:52
  and
• 25:52
  the
• 25:52
  rest
• 25:52
  of
• 25:52
  it
• 25:52
  is
• 25:52
  just
• 25:53
  patience.
• 25:54
  Yeah,
• 25:54
  that's.
• 25:55
  That's
• 25:55
  exactly
• 25:55
  right.
• 25:56
  It's.
• 25:56
  We,
• 25:57
  we've
• 25:57
  looked
• 25:57
  at
• 25:57
  every
• 25:58
  element
• 25:58
  of
• 25:58
  the
• 25:58
  build
• 25:58
  and
• 25:59
  gone,
• 25:59
  well,
• 25:59
  what's.
• 26:00
  Is,
• 26:01
  is
• 26:01
  that
• 26:01
  achievable
• 26:02
  by
• 26:02
  someone
• 26:03
  who's
• 26:03
  handy?
• 26:04
  And
• 26:04
  this
• 26:04
  is
• 26:05
  the
• 26:05
  test
• 26:05
  I
• 26:05
  have,
• 26:05
  actually.
• 26:06
  People,
• 26:07
  some
• 26:07
  people
• 26:07
  reach
• 26:07
  out
• 26:08
  and
• 26:08
  they
• 26:08
  say,
• 26:08
  do
• 26:08
  you
• 26:08
  think
• 26:09
  I
• 26:09
  can
• 26:09
  build
• 26:09
  it?
• 26:10
  I
• 26:10
  don't
• 26:10
  know
• 26:10
  them
• 26:10
  personally.
• 26:11
  And
• 26:11
  so
• 26:12
  I
• 26:12
  need
• 26:12
  to
• 26:12
  make
• 26:12
  a
• 26:12
  sort
• 26:12
  of
• 26:12
  a
• 26:12
  judgment
• 26:13
  call
• 26:13
  on
• 26:13
  it.
• 26:13
  And
• 26:13
  I,
• 26:14
  But
• 26:14
  I
• 26:14
  just
• 26:14
  say,
• 26:14
  well,
• 26:14
  look,
• 26:15
  if
• 26:15
  you
• 26:15
  can
• 26:15
  build
• 26:15
  the
• 26:16
  stand
• 26:17
  for
• 26:17
  the
• 26:17
  oven
• 26:17
  to
• 26:17
  go
• 26:18
  on,
• 26:18
  I
• 26:19
  guarantee
• 26:19
  you
• 26:20
  can
• 26:20
  easily
• 26:20
  build
• 26:21
  the
• 26:21
  oven
• 26:22
  because
• 26:22
  the
• 26:23
  stand
• 26:23
  is,
• 26:24
  is
• 26:24
  much
• 26:24
  more
• 26:24
  challenging
• 26:25
  than
• 26:26
  the
• 26:26
  oven
• 26:26
  itself.
• 26:27
  You
• 26:28
  know,
• 26:28
  depending
• 26:28
  on
• 26:28
  how
• 26:28
  you
• 26:29
  tackle
• 26:29
  the
• 26:29
  stand,
• 26:30
  that
• 26:30
  can
• 26:31
  be
• 26:31
  much
• 26:31
  more
• 26:32
  difficult.
• 26:32
  And
• 26:33
  so
• 26:33
  if
• 26:33
  you
• 26:33
  can
• 26:33
  build
• 26:33
  a
• 26:33
  stand
• 26:34
  mate,
• 26:34
  you
• 26:35
  can
• 26:35
  build
• 26:35
  the
• 26:35
  oven
• 26:35
  very
• 26:35
  easily.
• 26:36
  So
• 26:37
  let
• 26:37
  me
• 26:37
  tell
• 26:37
  you
• 26:37
  about
• 26:37
  how
• 26:37
  I
• 26:37
  built
• 26:38
  my
• 26:38
  stand,
• 26:38
  because
• 26:39
  I
• 26:39
  did
• 26:39
  something
• 26:39
  completely
• 26:40
  different.
• 26:40
  Tell
• 26:41
  me
• 26:41
  more
• 26:41
  about
• 26:41
  it.
• 26:41
  Yeah,
• 26:42
  it
• 26:42
  was
• 26:42
  very
• 26:42
  cool.
• 26:43
  So
• 26:43
  what
• 26:43
  I
• 26:43
  did
• 26:43
  is
• 26:44
  I
• 26:44
  poured
• 26:44
  a
• 26:44
  concrete
• 26:45
  footing
• 26:45
  that
• 26:45
  was
• 26:46
  about,
• 26:46
  well,
• 26:47
  8
• 26:47
  inches
• 26:47
  thick.
• 26:48
  That
• 26:48
  was
• 26:48
  an
• 26:49
  H,
• 26:50
  so
• 26:51
  kind
• 26:51
  of
• 26:51
  an
• 26:51
  H,
• 26:51
  and
• 26:52
  then
• 26:52
  a
• 26:52
  box
• 26:52
  around
• 26:52
  it
• 26:53
  this
• 26:53
  way.
• 26:53
  And
• 26:54
  so
• 26:54
  what
• 26:54
  I
• 26:54
  did
• 26:55
  is
• 26:55
  I
• 26:55
  poured
• 26:56
  that
• 26:56
  as
• 26:56
  one
• 26:56
  piece,
• 26:57
  put
• 26:57
  rebar
• 26:57
  down
• 26:57
  in
• 26:58
  it
• 26:58
  because
• 26:58
  I
• 26:58
  wanted
• 26:58
  it
• 26:58
  to
• 26:58
  be
• 26:58
  really
• 26:59
  sturdy
• 26:59
  and
• 26:59
  not
• 26:59
  move
• 27:00
  around
• 27:00
  at
• 27:00
  all.
• 27:01
  And
• 27:01
  then
• 27:01
  on
• 27:01
  I
• 27:02
  put
• 27:02
  bolts
• 27:02
  in
• 27:02
  it
• 27:02
  so
• 27:02
  I
• 27:03
  could
• 27:03
  bolt
• 27:03
  it
• 27:03
  down
• 27:03
  like
• 27:03
  you
• 27:04
  would
• 27:04
  a
• 27:04
  house,
• 27:04
  for
• 27:04
  instance.
• 27:05
  And
• 27:05
  then
• 27:06
  I
• 27:06
  got
• 27:06
  the
• 27:06
  heavy
• 27:06
  duty
• 27:07
  steel
• 27:07
  studs
• 27:09
  to
• 27:09
  build
• 27:09
  a
• 27:09
  steel
• 27:10
  framed
• 27:11
  box
• 27:11
  basically
• 27:12
  underneath
• 27:13
  that.
• 27:13
  And
• 27:14
  so
• 27:14
  what
• 27:14
  was
• 27:15
  cool
• 27:15
  was,
• 27:15
  is
• 27:15
  I
• 27:16
  had
• 27:16
  the
• 27:16
  outside
• 27:16
  of
• 27:16
  the
• 27:16
  box,
• 27:17
  but
• 27:17
  that
• 27:17
  middle
• 27:18
  wall
• 27:18
  that
• 27:18
  went
• 27:18
  in
• 27:19
  the
• 27:19
  middle
• 27:19
  of
• 27:19
  that
• 27:19
  H
• 27:20
  set
• 27:20
  right
• 27:21
  under
• 27:21
  the
• 27:21
  oven
• 27:21
  as
• 27:22
  well.
• 27:22
  So
• 27:22
  that
• 27:23
  added
• 27:23
  some
• 27:23
  rigidity
• 27:24
  in
• 27:24
  that.
• 27:25
  Absolutely.
• 27:26
  I
• 27:26
  saw
• 27:26
  it
• 27:26
  and
• 27:27
  I
• 27:27
  was
• 27:27
  very
• 27:27
  impressed
• 27:28
  because
• 27:29
  where
• 27:30
  did
• 27:30
  you.
• 27:30
  Is
• 27:30
  that
• 27:30
  readily
• 27:31
  available
• 27:31
  like
• 27:32
  that
• 27:32
  heavy
• 27:32
  duty
• 27:33
  steel
• 27:33
  stud?
• 27:33
  Can
• 27:33
  you
• 27:33
  just.
• 27:33
  Yeah,
• 27:34
  that's,
• 27:34
  that's
• 27:34
  at
• 27:34
  my
• 27:35
  Lowe's
• 27:35
  store
• 27:35
  down
• 27:35
  the
• 27:36
  street.
• 27:36
  It's
• 27:36
  on
• 27:36
  the
• 27:37
  shelf.
• 27:37
  Man,
• 27:38
  in
• 27:38
  Australia,
• 27:38
  we
• 27:39
  can't
• 27:39
  get
• 27:39
  that.
• 27:39
  We
• 27:40
  can
• 27:40
  get
• 27:40
  this
• 27:41
  chintzy,
• 27:42
  thin,
• 27:43
  flimsy,
• 27:44
  like
• 27:44
  internal
• 27:45
  walling
• 27:45
  type
• 27:46
  stuff,
• 27:46
  but
• 27:46
  not
• 27:46
  the
• 27:47
  heavy
• 27:47
  duty.
• 27:47
  Actually,
• 27:48
  this
• 27:48
  is
• 27:48
  the
• 27:49
  heavier
• 27:49
  stuff
• 27:49
  Lowe's
• 27:50
  carries
• 27:50
  at
• 27:50
  Home
• 27:50
  Depot
• 27:51
  has
• 27:51
  the
• 27:51
  thinner
• 27:51
  stuff.
• 27:52
  But
• 27:53
  yeah,
• 27:53
  then
• 27:53
  what
• 27:53
  I
• 27:54
  did
• 27:54
  is
• 27:54
  I,
• 27:54
  I
• 27:54
  wrapped
• 27:55
  that
• 27:55
  around
• 27:55
  with,
• 27:56
  you
• 27:56
  know,
• 27:57
  half
• 27:57
  inch
• 27:58
  OSB
• 27:59
  that's
• 27:59
  waterproof.
• 28:00
  The
• 28:00
  chipboard
• 28:01
  on
• 28:01
  the
• 28:01
  outside
• 28:01
  that
• 28:01
  had
• 28:01
  the
• 28:02
  waterproof
• 28:02
  barrier
• 28:02
  on
• 28:02
  it.
• 28:03
  And
• 28:03
  on
• 28:03
  the
• 28:03
  top
• 28:04
  I
• 28:04
  put
• 28:04
  in
• 28:05
  inch
• 28:06
  and
• 28:06
  an
• 28:06
  eighth
• 28:07
  subfloor
• 28:08
  material.
• 28:08
  So
• 28:08
  it's
• 28:09
  like
• 28:09
  this
• 28:09
  across
• 28:09
  the
• 28:10
  whole
• 28:10
  thing.
• 28:11
  Yeah,
• 28:11
  nice
• 28:12
  So
• 28:12
  I
• 28:12
  had
• 28:12
  that
• 28:12
  all
• 28:12
  tied
• 28:13
  together.
• 28:13
  It
• 28:13
  was
• 28:13
  all
• 28:13
  screwed
• 28:14
  in
• 28:14
  this
• 28:14
  way.
• 28:14
  And
• 28:14
  then
• 28:15
  I
• 28:15
  put
• 28:15
  another
• 28:15
  inch
• 28:16
  of
• 28:18
  concrete
• 28:18
  board,
• 28:18
  the
• 28:19
  tile
• 28:19
  backer
• 28:20
  board
• 28:20
  that
• 28:20
  I
• 28:20
  did
• 28:21
  a
• 28:21
  mud
• 28:21
  layer
• 28:21
  in
• 28:21
  between
• 28:22
  and
• 28:22
  screwed
• 28:22
  those
• 28:23
  down
• 28:23
  on
• 28:23
  top
• 28:23
  it.
• 28:23
  So
• 28:23
  I
• 28:23
  had
• 28:24
  something
• 28:24
  that
• 28:24
  was
• 28:24
  going
• 28:24
  to
• 28:24
  be
• 28:25
  very
• 28:25
  heat
• 28:25
  proof
• 28:26
  so
• 28:26
  I
• 28:26
  didn't
• 28:26
  have
• 28:26
  to
• 28:27
  worry
• 28:27
  about
• 28:27
  that.
• 28:28
  Yeah.
• 28:28
  And
• 28:29
  look,
• 28:29
  you
• 28:29
  know,
• 28:29
  for
• 28:30
  the
• 28:30
  floor,
• 28:30
  people
• 28:31
  reach
• 28:31
  out
• 28:31
  to
• 28:31
  us
• 28:31
  and
• 28:32
  ask
• 28:32
  us,
• 28:32
  you
• 28:32
  know,
• 28:32
  what,
• 28:32
  what
• 28:33
  do
• 28:33
  I
• 28:33
  need
• 28:33
  to
• 28:33
  use
• 28:33
  for
• 28:34
  my
• 28:34
  bench
• 28:34
  top?
• 28:36
  You
• 28:36
  know,
• 28:36
  and,
• 28:36
  and
• 28:36
  one
• 28:36
  rule
• 28:37
  we
• 28:37
  have
• 28:37
  is
• 28:37
  look
• 28:37
  non
• 28:38
  combustible.
• 28:39
  So
• 28:39
  don't,
• 28:40
  don't
• 28:40
  go
• 28:40
  using
• 28:40
  timber
• 28:41
  under
• 28:41
  your,
• 28:42
  your
• 28:42
  floor.
• 28:43
  The
• 28:43
  insulation
• 28:44
  is
• 28:44
  really,
• 28:44
  really
• 28:45
  good.
• 28:46
  You're,
• 28:46
  you're
• 28:47
  not
• 28:47
  going
• 28:47
  to
• 28:48
  set
• 28:48
  it
• 28:48
  on
• 28:48
  fire,
• 28:48
  but
• 28:49
  it's
• 28:49
  still
• 28:49
  something
• 28:49
  we
• 28:50
  can't
• 28:50
  recommend.
• 28:51
  So.
• 28:51
  But
• 28:51
  you
• 28:51
  know
• 28:52
  you
• 28:52
  got
• 28:52
  that
• 28:52
  like
• 28:52
  the
• 28:52
  hardy
• 28:53
  backer
• 28:53
  tile.
• 28:54
  Yeah,
• 28:54
  Two,
• 28:55
  two
• 28:55
  layers
• 28:55
  of
• 28:56
  that
• 28:56
  with
• 28:57
  thin
• 28:57
  set
• 28:57
  concrete
• 28:58
  in
• 28:58
  between
• 28:58
  them
• 28:58
  that
• 28:58
  he
• 28:59
  put
• 28:59
  tile
• 28:59
  down
• 28:59
  with.
• 29:00
  And
• 29:00
  that's
• 29:00
  not
• 29:00
  going
• 29:01
  anywhere.
• 29:02
  Exactly
• 29:02
  right.
• 29:02
  And
• 29:03
  so
• 29:03
  as
• 29:03
  long
• 29:03
  as
• 29:03
  you
• 29:03
  have
• 29:04
  enough
• 29:05
  structural
• 29:05
  support
• 29:06
  under
• 29:06
  that,
• 29:06
  which
• 29:07
  you
• 29:07
  did
• 29:07
  with
• 29:08
  all
• 29:08
  of
• 29:08
  that
• 29:08
  steel
• 29:09
  framing
• 29:09
  that
• 29:09
  you
• 29:09
  had,
• 29:10
  then
• 29:10
  that's
• 29:11
  all
• 29:11
  you
• 29:11
  need.
• 29:11
  But
• 29:12
  one
• 29:12
  of
• 29:12
  the
• 29:12
  things,
• 29:12
  like
• 29:12
  if
• 29:13
  anyone's
• 29:13
  listening
• 29:13
  to
• 29:13
  this
• 29:13
  thinking,
• 29:14
  oh
• 29:14
  man,
• 29:14
  like
• 29:15
  I'd
• 29:15
  love
• 29:16
  to
• 29:16
  build
• 29:16
  an
• 29:16
  oven
• 29:16
  and
• 29:16
  maybe
• 29:17
  it's
• 29:17
  not
• 29:17
  even
• 29:17
  one
• 29:17
  of
• 29:17
  ours,
• 29:18
  but
• 29:19
  you're,
• 29:19
  you're
• 29:19
  wanting
• 29:19
  to
• 29:19
  build
• 29:19
  an
• 29:20
  oven
• 29:20
  and
• 29:20
  you're
• 29:20
  wanting
• 29:21
  suggestions
• 29:21
  on
• 29:22
  your
• 29:22
  stand,
• 29:22
  just
• 29:22
  reach
• 29:23
  out
• 29:23
  to
• 29:23
  us
• 29:23
  because
• 29:24
  we,
• 29:24
  like,
• 29:25
  we're
• 29:25
  more
• 29:25
  than
• 29:25
  happy
• 29:26
  to
• 29:26
  provide
• 29:26
  advice
• 29:27
  around
• 29:27
  what
• 29:28
  will
• 29:28
  work
• 29:28
  and
• 29:28
  what
• 29:28
  won't.
• 29:29
  Because
• 29:29
  the
• 29:29
  last
• 29:29
  thing
• 29:29
  we
• 29:30
  want
• 29:30
  to
• 29:30
  see
• 29:30
  is
• 29:30
  you
• 29:30
  build
• 29:30
  something
• 29:31
  that
• 29:31
  collapses.
• 29:32
  We've
• 29:33
  never
• 29:33
  had
• 29:33
  a
• 29:33
  customer
• 29:33
  have
• 29:34
  an
• 29:34
  issue
• 29:34
  structurally
• 29:35
  with
• 29:35
  something
• 29:36
  they
• 29:36
  built.
• 29:36
  I
• 29:37
  think
• 29:37
  part
• 29:37
  of
• 29:37
  that
• 29:37
  is,
• 29:37
  well,
• 29:38
  we're
• 29:38
  very
• 29:39
  open
• 29:39
  with
• 29:39
  help
• 29:39
  and
• 29:40
  advice.
• 29:41
  So
• 29:41
  yeah,
• 29:41
  if
• 29:41
  anyone's
• 29:42
  listening
• 29:42
  and
• 29:42
  wanting,
• 29:42
  wanting
• 29:43
  some
• 29:43
  advice,
• 29:43
  just
• 29:43
  reach
• 29:44
  out,
• 29:44
  like,
• 29:44
  we'll
• 29:44
  be
• 29:44
  super
• 29:45
  happy.
• 29:45
  I
• 29:45
  should
• 29:45
  have
• 29:46
  put
• 29:46
  a
• 29:46
  door
• 29:47
  on
• 29:47
  the
• 29:47
  inside
• 29:47
  of
• 29:47
  that
• 29:47
  for
• 29:47
  a
• 29:48
  bomb
• 29:48
  shelter
• 29:48
  because
• 29:48
  I
• 29:48
  think
• 29:49
  it
• 29:49
  probably
• 29:49
  would
• 29:49
  have
• 29:49
  worked
• 29:49
  out
• 29:50
  well.
• 29:51
  Well,
• 29:51
  even
• 29:51
  you
• 29:52
  should
• 29:52
  see
• 29:52
  the
• 29:52
  ones
• 29:52
  that
• 29:53
  like
• 29:53
  people
• 29:53
  build
• 29:54
  for
• 29:54
  their
• 29:54
  brick
• 29:54
  ovens.
• 29:55
  They
• 29:55
  build
• 29:55
  them
• 29:55
  with
• 29:56
  like
• 29:56
  cinder
• 29:56
  blocks.
• 29:57
  Right.
• 29:58
  So
• 29:58
  you
• 29:58
  know,
• 29:58
  do
• 29:58
  a
• 29:59
  concrete
• 29:59
  foundation
• 30:00
  and
• 30:00
  then
• 30:00
  like
• 30:01
  an
• 30:01
  8
• 30:01
  inch
• 30:01
  thick
• 30:02
  cinder
• 30:02
  block
• 30:02
  wall
• 30:03
  and
• 30:03
  we
• 30:03
  get
• 30:04
  them
• 30:04
  to
• 30:04
  fill
• 30:04
  all
• 30:05
  of
• 30:05
  the
• 30:05
  cores
• 30:05
  in
• 30:05
  the
• 30:06
  cinder
• 30:06
  blocks
• 30:06
  with
• 30:06
  Rio
• 30:07
  and
• 30:07
  concrete
• 30:08
  and
• 30:08
  then
• 30:09
  pour
• 30:09
  a
• 30:09
  5
• 30:09
  inch
• 30:10
  slab
• 30:10
  on
• 30:10
  top
• 30:10
  of
• 30:11
  that.
• 30:11
  And
• 30:11
  it's
• 30:12
  legitimately
• 30:12
  a
• 30:13
  bomb
• 30:13
  shelter.
• 30:13
  Yes.
• 30:14
  Yeah,
• 30:15
  yeah.
• 30:16
  You
• 30:16
  could
• 30:16
  park
• 30:16
  a
• 30:16
  truck
• 30:17
  on
• 30:17
  top.
• 30:18
  It's
• 30:19
  like
• 30:19
  a
• 30:19
  two
• 30:19
  person
• 30:19
  bomb
• 30:20
  shelter.
• 30:20
  If
• 30:20
  you're
• 30:21
  willing
• 30:21
  to
• 30:21
  like
• 30:22
  crash.
• 30:22
  Yeah,
• 30:22
  it'd
• 30:22
  be
• 30:23
  good
• 30:23
  Enough
• 30:23
  if
• 30:23
  you're
• 30:23
  claustrophobic,
• 30:24
  maybe
• 30:24
  not
• 30:24
  the
• 30:25
  place
• 30:25
  to
• 30:25
  go
• 30:25
  hang
• 30:25
  out.
• 30:26
  Yeah.
• 30:27
  But,
• 30:28
  yeah,
• 30:28
  it's.
• 30:28
  It
• 30:28
  was
• 30:29
  really
• 30:29
  easy,
• 30:29
  and
• 30:29
  it
• 30:29
  was
• 30:30
  stuff
• 30:30
  that
• 30:30
  I
• 30:30
  just
• 30:30
  basically
• 30:31
  built
• 30:31
  right
• 30:31
  off
• 30:31
  the
• 30:32
  lumberyard,
• 30:32
  you
• 30:33
  know,
• 30:33
  my
• 30:33
  lumberyard
• 30:34
  shelf,
• 30:34
  which
• 30:34
  was
• 30:35
  awesome.
• 30:35
  So
• 30:36
  that
• 30:36
  was
• 30:36
  super
• 30:37
  easy
• 30:37
  to
• 30:37
  do.
• 30:38
  Yeah,
• 30:39
  love
• 30:39
  it.
• 30:40
  So
• 30:40
  I
• 30:40
  love
• 30:41
  that.
• 30:41
  So,
• 30:41
  yeah,
• 30:41
  there's.
• 30:42
  There's
• 30:42
  so
• 30:42
  many
• 30:42
  different
• 30:42
  ways
• 30:43
  to
• 30:43
  do
• 30:43
  that.
• 30:43
  And
• 30:43
  then,
• 30:44
  you
• 30:44
  know,
• 30:44
  going
• 30:45
  through
• 30:45
  and.
• 30:45
  And
• 30:45
  I
• 30:46
  love
• 30:46
  how
• 30:46
  you
• 30:46
  guys
• 30:47
  have,
• 30:47
  you
• 30:47
  know,
• 30:47
  the
• 30:47
  base
• 30:48
  pieces
• 30:48
  for
• 30:48
  that
• 30:48
  are.
• 30:49
  Are
• 30:49
  planned
• 30:50
  out.
• 30:50
  You've
• 30:50
  got
• 30:50
  all
• 30:51
  the
• 30:51
  materials,
• 30:51
  and
• 30:52
  you
• 30:52
  basically
• 30:53
  just
• 30:53
  need
• 30:53
  a
• 30:53
  couple
• 30:53
  bags
• 30:54
  of
• 30:54
  material
• 30:54
  to.
• 30:55
  To
• 30:55
  mix
• 30:55
  up
• 30:55
  your
• 30:55
  concrete
• 30:56
  with
• 30:56
  that.
• 30:57
  You
• 30:57
  just
• 30:57
  need
• 30:57
  to
• 30:58
  go
• 30:58
  some.
• 30:58
  Some
• 30:58
  washed
• 30:59
  sand,
• 31:00
  some
• 31:00
  hydrated
• 31:01
  lime
• 31:02
  and
• 31:02
  Portland
• 31:02
  cement,
• 31:03
  which
• 31:03
  pretty
• 31:04
  basic
• 31:04
  building
• 31:04
  materials.
• 31:05
  And.
• 31:05
  And
• 31:05
  then
• 31:06
  the
• 31:06
  only
• 31:06
  reason
• 31:06
  we
• 31:07
  don't
• 31:07
  put
• 31:07
  those
• 31:07
  in
• 31:07
  the
• 31:07
  kit,
• 31:08
  actually,
• 31:08
  is
• 31:09
  they're
• 31:09
  so
• 31:10
  cheap
• 31:11
  and
• 31:11
  they're
• 31:12
  pretty
• 31:12
  readily
• 31:12
  available.
• 31:13
  Why
• 31:13
  would
• 31:13
  you
• 31:13
  have
• 31:14
  sand
• 31:15
  shipped
• 31:15
  from
• 31:16
  Australia?
• 31:20
  You
• 31:20
  know,
• 31:21
  it's
• 31:22
  a.
• 31:22
  Sustainability
• 31:23
  was
• 31:23
  probably
• 31:24
  not,
• 31:24
  not,
• 31:24
  not
• 31:25
  brilliant.
• 31:25
  So,
• 31:26
  no,
• 31:26
  we.
• 31:26
  We
• 31:26
  just
• 31:27
  get
• 31:27
  you
• 31:27
  guys
• 31:27
  to
• 31:27
  buy
• 31:27
  that
• 31:28
  locally,
• 31:28
  but
• 31:28
  then
• 31:28
  everything
• 31:29
  else
• 31:29
  is
• 31:29
  there,
• 31:29
  and
• 31:29
  it's
• 31:30
  basically
• 31:30
  like
• 31:31
  a
• 31:31
  great
• 31:32
  big
• 31:32
  LEGO
• 31:33
  set.
• 31:35
  And,
• 31:35
  you
• 31:36
  know,
• 31:36
  to
• 31:36
  put
• 31:36
  together.
• 31:37
  Someone
• 31:37
  actually
• 31:37
  said,
• 31:38
  it's
• 31:38
  been
• 31:38
  said
• 31:38
  a
• 31:38
  few
• 31:39
  times,
• 31:39
  like,
• 31:39
  oh,
• 31:39
  it's
• 31:39
  a
• 31:39
  big
• 31:39
  jigsaw
• 31:40
  puzzle.
• 31:41
  I
• 31:41
  said,
• 31:41
  well,
• 31:42
  jigsaw
• 31:43
  implies
• 31:43
  difficulty,
• 31:44
  and
• 31:44
  you
• 31:44
  have
• 31:45
  to
• 31:45
  sort
• 31:45
  of
• 31:45
  figure
• 31:45
  out
• 31:45
  where
• 31:46
  all
• 31:46
  the
• 31:46
  pieces
• 31:46
  go.
• 31:47
  This
• 31:48
  is
• 31:48
  not
• 31:48
  that.
• 31:48
  This
• 31:49
  is
• 31:49
  like.
• 31:51
  I
• 31:51
  don't
• 31:51
  know
• 31:51
  if
• 31:51
  I'm
• 31:51
  allowed
• 31:51
  to
• 31:52
  say
• 31:52
  Lego,
• 31:52
  but
• 31:52
  I'm
• 31:52
  gonna
• 31:53
  say
• 31:53
  it.
• 31:54
  But
• 31:54
  like,
• 31:55
  it's.
• 31:55
  It's
• 31:55
  a
• 31:55
  LEGO
• 31:56
  set
• 31:56
  with
• 31:56
  very
• 31:57
  detailed
• 31:57
  instructions
• 31:58
  to
• 31:59
  follow.
• 32:00
  And
• 32:01
  if
• 32:01
  you
• 32:01
  make
• 32:01
  a
• 32:01
  quick
• 32:02
  little.
• 32:02
  Mistake,
• 32:02
  you
• 32:02
  can
• 32:03
  fix
• 32:03
  it
• 32:03
  because
• 32:03
  you
• 32:03
  go,
• 32:03
  oh,
• 32:04
  oops,
• 32:05
  that's.
• 32:05
  Remember,
• 32:06
  I
• 32:06
  made
• 32:06
  a
• 32:06
  mistake
• 32:06
  on
• 32:06
  mine
• 32:07
  and
• 32:07
  I
• 32:07
  fixed
• 32:07
  it
• 32:07
  real
• 32:07
  quick.
• 32:08
  I
• 32:08
  was
• 32:08
  working
• 32:08
  on
• 32:08
  it.
• 32:08
  I
• 32:09
  went,
• 32:09
  oh,
• 32:09
  wait
• 32:09
  a
• 32:09
  minute.
• 32:10
  Oops.
• 32:11
  Yeah,
• 32:11
  yeah,
• 32:12
  I
• 32:12
  saw
• 32:12
  that.
• 32:12
  And,
• 32:13
  And
• 32:13
  I
• 32:13
  saw
• 32:14
  that
• 32:14
  in
• 32:14
  the
• 32:14
  video.
• 32:14
  I
• 32:14
  was
• 32:14
  like,
• 32:15
  what?
• 32:16
  What?
• 32:16
  What's
• 32:16
  he
• 32:16
  done?
• 32:17
  And.
• 32:17
  But
• 32:17
  the
• 32:17
  beautiful
• 32:18
  thing
• 32:18
  is
• 32:19
  there's
• 32:20
  so
• 32:20
  much.
• 32:21
  What
• 32:21
  would
• 32:21
  you
• 32:22
  call
• 32:22
  it?
• 32:22
  Not
• 32:23
  tolerance.
• 32:23
  Although
• 32:24
  there's
• 32:24
  lots
• 32:24
  of
• 32:24
  tolerance
• 32:25
  in
• 32:25
  the
• 32:25
  build
• 32:25
  in
• 32:25
  terms
• 32:25
  of
• 32:26
  things
• 32:26
  don't
• 32:26
  have
• 32:26
  to
• 32:26
  be.
• 32:26
  There's
• 32:27
  some
• 32:27
  forgiveness
• 32:27
  to
• 32:27
  this,
• 32:28
  you
• 32:28
  know?
• 32:28
  Forgiveness.
• 32:29
  That's
• 32:29
  right.
• 32:30
  Like,
• 32:30
  if
• 32:30
  you
• 32:30
  make
• 32:30
  a
• 32:30
  mistake,
• 32:31
  if
• 32:31
  you
• 32:31
  lay
• 32:32
  some
• 32:32
  bricks
• 32:32
  wrong,
• 32:33
  no
• 32:34
  big
• 32:34
  deal,
• 32:34
  you
• 32:34
  take
• 32:35
  them
• 32:35
  off.
• 32:35
  Because
• 32:35
  the
• 32:35
  mortar
• 32:36
  takes
• 32:36
  of
• 32:36
  care.
• 32:36
  Hours
• 32:36
  to
• 32:37
  set.
• 32:37
  You
• 32:37
  take
• 32:38
  them
• 32:38
  off,
• 32:38
  you
• 32:38
  scrape
• 32:39
  the
• 32:39
  mortar
• 32:39
  off,
• 32:40
  clean
• 32:40
  them
• 32:40
  up,
• 32:40
  give
• 32:40
  it
• 32:41
  a
• 32:41
  little
• 32:41
  wash
• 32:41
  and
• 32:41
  do
• 32:42
  it
• 32:42
  again.
• 32:43
  And.
• 32:43
  And
• 32:43
  that's.
• 32:44
  That's
• 32:44
  a
• 32:44
  very.
• 32:46
  It's.
• 32:46
  It's
• 32:47
  a.
• 32:47
  It's
• 32:47
  a
• 32:47
  lovely
• 32:47
  part
• 32:48
  of
• 32:48
  that
• 32:48
  process
• 32:48
  because
• 32:49
  if
• 32:49
  it
• 32:49
  didn't
• 32:49
  have
• 32:50
  that
• 32:50
  around
• 32:50
  the

  We'll

• 33:02
  All
• 34:39
  right,.

  We
• 34:58
  are
• 34:58
  talking
• 34:58
  about
• 34:59
  building
• 34:59
  your
• 34:59
  own
• 34:59
  wood
• 35:00
  fired
• 35:00
  pizza
• 35:01
  oven
• 35:01
  with
• 35:01
  Ben
• 35:02
  from
• 35:02
  the
• 35:02
  firebrick
• 35:03
  company.
• 35:04
  Let's
• 35:04
  continue
• 35:04
  this
• 35:05
  discussion.
• 35:06
  And
• 35:06
  it
• 35:06
  will
• 35:06
  grab
• 35:07
  wet
• 35:08
  dough
• 35:08
  very
• 35:08
  readily.
• 35:09
  So
• 35:09
  if
• 35:10
  a
• 35:10
  little
• 35:10
  bit
• 35:10
  of
• 35:10
  sauce
• 35:11
  seeps
• 35:12
  through
• 35:12
  the
• 35:13
  crust
• 35:14
  of
• 35:14
  the
• 35:14
  pizza
• 35:14
  and
• 35:14
  like
• 35:15
  it'll
• 35:15
  just
• 35:16
  stick
• 35:16
  one.
• 35:17
  So,
• 35:17
  so
• 35:17
  something
• 35:17
  you
• 35:18
  can
• 35:18
  use
• 35:18
  instead
• 35:18
  of
• 35:18
  the
• 35:19
  metal
• 35:20
  peel
• 35:20
  to
• 35:20
  make
• 35:21
  your
• 35:21
  pizzas
• 35:21
  on
• 35:21
  is
• 35:22
  wooden
• 35:23
  boards
• 35:24
  ply.
• 35:25
  If
• 35:25
  you
• 35:25
  make
• 35:25
  some
• 35:26
  plywood
• 35:26
  boards.
• 35:27
  Now
• 35:27
  we
• 35:27
  make,
• 35:27
  we
• 35:27
  make
• 35:28
  these
• 35:28
  with
• 35:28
  bamboo
• 35:29
  ply
• 35:30
  because
• 35:30
  it's,
• 35:30
  it's
• 35:31
  food
• 35:31
  grade.
• 35:32
  But
• 35:33
  for
• 35:33
  home,
• 35:33
  like,
• 35:34
  look,
• 35:34
  plywood
• 35:34
  is
• 35:35
  going
• 35:35
  to
• 35:35
  be
• 35:35
  totally
• 35:35
  fine.
• 35:36
  Just
• 35:36
  make
• 35:36
  up
• 35:37
  some
• 35:37
  plywood
• 35:37
  boards.
• 35:37
  The
• 35:38
  beauty
• 35:38
  of
• 35:38
  the
• 35:38
  plywood
• 35:39
  boards
• 35:39
  is
• 35:39
  you
• 35:40
  have
• 35:40
  one
• 35:40
  pizza
• 35:41
  peel,
• 35:41
  but
• 35:42
  you
• 35:42
  could
• 35:42
  have
• 35:42
  20
• 35:43
  boards,
• 35:43
  right?
• 35:44
  And
• 35:44
  so
• 35:44
  you
• 35:44
  could,
• 35:45
  you
• 35:45
  could
• 35:45
  have
• 35:46
  particularly
• 35:46
  if
• 35:46
  you're
• 35:46
  having
• 35:47
  a
• 35:47
  larger
• 35:47
  group
• 35:47
  over.
• 35:48
  This
• 35:48
  is
• 35:48
  actually
• 35:48
  one
• 35:48
  of
• 35:48
  the
• 35:49
  things
• 35:49
  we
• 35:49
  mentioned
• 35:49
  in
• 35:49
  that
• 35:49
  video
• 35:50
  of
• 35:50
  like
• 35:50
  how
• 35:50
  to
• 35:50
  enjoy
• 35:50
  a
• 35:51
  pizza
• 35:51
  party.
• 35:52
  It's
• 35:52
  like
• 35:52
  the
• 35:52
  first
• 35:53
  tip
• 35:53
  is
• 35:54
  have
• 35:54
  like
• 35:55
  a
• 35:55
  dozen
• 35:55
  boards
• 35:56
  that
• 35:56
  you
• 35:56
  can
• 35:57
  make
• 35:57
  them
• 35:57
  on.
• 35:57
  Because
• 35:58
  the
• 35:58
  dough
• 35:58
  does
• 35:58
  not
• 35:59
  stick
• 35:59
  to
• 35:59
  wood
• 36:00
  very
• 36:00
  well.
• 36:00
  No,
• 36:00
  because
• 36:01
  it's
• 36:01
  just
• 36:01
  going
• 36:01
  to
• 36:01
  soak
• 36:01
  in
• 36:02
  and
• 36:02
  not
• 36:02
  going
• 36:02
  to
• 36:02
  create
• 36:02
  that
• 36:03
  bond
• 36:03
  between
• 36:03
  them.
• 36:03
  Exactly,
• 36:04
  exactly,
• 36:04
  exactly.
• 36:05
  Right.
• 36:05
  So
• 36:06
  that
• 36:06
  the
• 36:06
  wood
• 36:07
  will
• 36:07
  soak
• 36:07
  up
• 36:07
  a
• 36:07
  little
• 36:07
  bit
• 36:07
  of
• 36:07
  that
• 36:07
  moisture
• 36:08
  and
• 36:08
  it
• 36:08
  won't
• 36:08
  stick
• 36:09
  straight
• 36:09
  away.
• 36:09
  And
• 36:10
  so
• 36:10
  it's
• 36:10
  again,
• 36:10
  it's
• 36:11
  much
• 36:11
  more
• 36:11
  forgiving
• 36:12
  than
• 36:12
  the
• 36:13
  metal
• 36:13
  peel.
• 36:13
  So
• 36:14
  give,
• 36:14
  give
• 36:14
  that
• 36:15
  a
• 36:15
  go
• 36:15
  again,
• 36:15
  a
• 36:16
  little
• 36:16
  bit
• 36:16
  of
• 36:16
  semolina
• 36:17
  on
• 36:17
  there.
• 36:17
  It
• 36:18
  doesn't
• 36:18
  hurt.
• 36:18
  But
• 36:18
  then
• 36:19
  if
• 36:19
  you
• 36:19
  make
• 36:20
  them
• 36:20
  on
• 36:20
  wooden
• 36:20
  boards,
• 36:21
  you
• 36:21
  can,
• 36:21
  they
• 36:21
  don't
• 36:22
  stick
• 36:22
  as
• 36:22
  readily
• 36:23
  and
• 36:24
  you
• 36:24
  can
• 36:24
  make
• 36:24
  like
• 36:25
  six
• 36:27
  and
• 36:28
  like.
• 36:29
  Well,
• 36:29
  because
• 36:29
  what
• 36:30
  that
• 36:30
  does,
• 36:30
  Eric,
• 36:31
  is
• 36:32
  right
• 36:32
  now
• 36:32
  the
• 36:33
  way
• 36:33
  you're
• 36:33
  doing
• 36:33
  it
• 36:34
  is
• 36:34
  you
• 36:34
  are
• 36:35
  the
• 36:35
  caterer
• 36:37
  and
• 36:37
  you're
• 36:37
  doing
• 36:38
  all
• 36:38
  the
• 36:38
  work
• 36:39
  and
• 36:39
  something
• 36:40
  that
• 36:41
  you
• 36:41
  can
• 36:41
  do
• 36:41
  with
• 36:41
  it.
• 36:42
  This
• 36:42
  is
• 36:42
  my
• 36:43
  favorite
• 36:43
  thing
• 36:43
  to
• 36:43
  do
• 36:43
  with
• 36:43
  the
• 36:44
  ovens
• 36:44
  is
• 36:45
  no,
• 36:45
  you
• 36:45
  make
• 36:45
  everybody
• 36:46
  else
• 36:46
  do
• 36:46
  the
• 36:46
  work,
• 36:47
  right?
• 36:48
  All
• 36:48
  your
• 36:48
  friends
• 36:48
  and
• 36:49
  family
• 36:49
  come
• 36:49
  over,
• 36:49
  you
• 36:49
  give
• 36:50
  them
• 36:50
  some
• 36:50
  basic
• 36:51
  training
• 36:52
  in
• 36:52
  what
• 36:52
  to
• 36:52
  do.
• 36:52
  Now,
• 36:53
  of
• 36:53
  course
• 36:53
  this
• 36:53
  requires
• 36:54
  you
• 36:54
  to
• 36:54
  know
• 36:54
  what
• 36:54
  you're
• 36:55
  doing.
• 36:55
  So,
• 36:55
  you
• 36:55
  know,
• 36:55
  you
• 36:56
  go
• 36:56
  through
• 36:56
  the
• 36:56
  process
• 36:57
  for
• 36:58
  maybe
• 36:58
  the
• 36:58
  first
• 36:59
  six
• 36:59
  months
• 36:59
  or
• 36:59
  something.
• 37:00
  You
• 37:00
  figure
• 37:00
  it
• 37:00
  all
• 37:00
  out.
• 37:01
  And
• 37:01
  then
• 37:02
  when
• 37:02
  you
• 37:02
  have
• 37:02
  friends
• 37:03
  over,
• 37:03
  you
• 37:03
  say,
• 37:03
  hey,
• 37:03
  grab
• 37:04
  one
• 37:04
  of
• 37:04
  those
• 37:04
  wooden
• 37:04
  boards.
• 37:05
  I've
• 37:05
  rolled
• 37:05
  out
• 37:06
  a
• 37:06
  base
• 37:06
  for
• 37:06
  you.
• 37:07
  Top
• 37:07
  that
• 37:07
  up.
• 37:07
  You
• 37:08
  top
• 37:08
  it,
• 37:09
  you
• 37:09
  cook
• 37:09
  it
• 37:10
  right.
• 37:11
  And
• 37:12
  you
• 37:12
  should.
• 37:12
  And
• 37:12
  it's
• 37:13
  just
• 37:13
  endlessly
• 37:14
  entertaining,
• 37:14
  watching
• 37:15
  your
• 37:15
  friends
• 37:16
  cooking
• 37:16
  their
• 37:17
  pizza.
• 37:17
  If
• 37:18
  they
• 37:18
  burn
• 37:18
  it,
• 37:19
  they
• 37:19
  still
• 37:20
  enjoy
• 37:20
  it.
• 37:23
  But
• 37:23
  that's
• 37:24
  one
• 37:24
  of
• 37:24
  those.
• 37:24
  It's
• 37:24
  just
• 37:24
  a
• 37:24
  little
• 37:25
  thing.
• 37:25
  But
• 37:25
  if
• 37:26
  you're
• 37:26
  trying
• 37:26
  to
• 37:26
  use
• 37:27
  the
• 37:27
  pizza
• 37:28
  peel
• 37:28
  to
• 37:28
  make
• 37:28
  every
• 37:28
  pizza
• 37:29
  roll,
• 37:30
  you
• 37:30
  become
• 37:30
  a
• 37:31
  slave.
• 37:31
  Yeah.
• 37:32
  You're
• 37:32
  the
• 37:32
  chef
• 37:32
  now
• 37:33
  in
• 37:33
  the
• 37:33
  kitchen.
• 37:33
  So,
• 37:34
  yes,
• 37:34
  that's
• 37:35
  a
• 37:35
  better
• 37:35
  word
• 37:35
  than
• 37:35
  slave.
• 37:36
  Much
• 37:36
  better.
• 37:38
  But
• 37:39
  you
• 37:39
  know,
• 37:39
  like,
• 37:40
  everyone
• 37:40
  else
• 37:41
  can
• 37:41
  get
• 37:41
  involved
• 37:41
  and
• 37:41
  they
• 37:42
  can,
• 37:42
  they
• 37:42
  can
• 37:42
  all
• 37:42
  help
• 37:42
  out.
• 37:43
  So.
• 37:43
  Yeah,
• 37:43
  that's,
• 37:44
  that's
• 37:44
  smart.
• 37:44
  So
• 37:44
  I
• 37:45
  want
• 37:45
  to
• 37:45
  talk
• 37:45
  roasting
• 37:45
  and
• 37:46
  baking
• 37:46
  in
• 37:46
  here
• 37:46
  because
• 37:47
  it's
• 37:47
  one
• 37:47
  of
• 37:47
  those
• 37:47
  things.
• 37:47
  Before
• 37:48
  we
• 37:48
  run
• 37:48
  out
• 37:48
  of
• 37:48
  time,
• 37:49
  I
• 37:49
  want
• 37:49
  to
• 37:49
  make
• 37:49
  sure
• 37:50
  we
• 37:50
  cover
• 37:50
  really
• 37:51
  well
• 37:51
  because
• 37:52
  this
• 37:52
  isn't
• 37:53
  just
• 37:53
  a
• 37:53
  pizza
• 37:53
  oven.
• 37:55
  I
• 37:55
  try
• 37:55
  so
• 37:55
  hard
• 37:55
  not
• 37:56
  to
• 37:56
  call
• 37:56
  it
• 37:56
  a
• 37:56
  pizza
• 37:56
  oven,
• 37:57
  but
• 37:57
  everybody
• 37:57
  calls
• 37:57
  it
• 37:58
  a
• 37:58
  pizza.
• 37:58
  Like
• 37:58
  it's
• 37:59
  just
• 37:59
  the
• 37:59
  normal
• 38:00
  word
• 38:00
  for
• 38:01
  it.
• 38:01
  But
• 38:01
  it's
• 38:01
  a
• 38:01
  wood
• 38:02
  fired
• 38:02
  oven.
• 38:03
  You
• 38:03
  can
• 38:03
  do
• 38:04
  so
• 38:04
  much
• 38:04
  more
• 38:04
  than
• 38:04
  pizza.
• 38:06
  What
• 38:06
  is
• 38:06
  your
• 38:06
  favorite
• 38:07
  thing
• 38:07
  to
• 38:07
  roast
• 38:07
  in
• 38:08
  there?
• 38:09
  Lamb.
• 38:09
  Hands
• 38:10
  down.
• 38:10
  It's
• 38:10
  easy.
• 38:11
  You
• 38:11
  just
• 38:11
  get
• 38:12
  a
• 38:12
  nice
• 38:12
  big
• 38:12
  leg
• 38:12
  of
• 38:12
  lamb,
• 38:13
  stab
• 38:13
  a
• 38:13
  bunch
• 38:13
  of
• 38:13
  holes
• 38:14
  in
• 38:14
  it,
• 38:14
  put.
• 38:15
  I
• 38:15
  put
• 38:15
  garlic
• 38:15
  cloves
• 38:16
  into
• 38:16
  the,
• 38:16
  into
• 38:16
  the
• 38:17
  holes.
• 38:17
  Then
• 38:18
  oil,
• 38:18
  salt,
• 38:19
  rosemary,
• 38:20
  and
• 38:20
  bang
• 38:20
  it
• 38:21
  in
• 38:21
  a
• 38:21
  tray,
• 38:21
  stick
• 38:21
  it
• 38:22
  in
• 38:22
  the
• 38:22
  oven,
• 38:22
  and
• 38:22
  you
• 38:22
  can
• 38:22
  prep
• 38:23
  that
• 38:23
  in
• 38:23
  like
• 38:23
  15
• 38:23
  minutes.
• 38:25
  And
• 38:27
  I
• 38:27
  love.
• 38:28
  So
• 38:28
  meat
• 38:28
  wise,
• 38:29
  lamb
• 38:29
  is
• 38:29
  my
• 38:30
  favorite.
• 38:30
  But
• 38:31
  the
• 38:31
  other
• 38:32
  thing
• 38:32
  I
• 38:32
  love
• 38:32
  is
• 38:32
  just
• 38:33
  the
• 38:33
  roast
• 38:33
  veggies.
• 38:34
  So
• 38:34
  potato,
• 38:35
  bit
• 38:35
  of
• 38:35
  butternut,
• 38:36
  pumpkin,
• 38:37
  some,
• 38:37
  some
• 38:37
  onions.
• 38:39
  And
• 38:39
  getting
• 38:39
  that
• 38:39
  in
• 38:40
  the
• 38:40
  oven,
• 38:40
  they
• 38:40
  absorb
• 38:41
  that
• 38:41
  smoky
• 38:42
  flavor
• 38:43
  really
• 38:44
  well.
• 38:44
  Like
• 38:45
  really,
• 38:45
  really
• 38:46
  well.
• 38:47
  And
• 38:48
  so
• 38:49
  I
• 38:49
  almost
• 38:49
  like
• 38:50
  roast
• 38:50
  vegetables
• 38:51
  in
• 38:51
  the
• 38:51
  oven
• 38:51
  more
• 38:51
  than
• 38:52
  the
• 38:52
  meat.
• 38:52
  I
• 38:52
  love,
• 38:53
  don't
• 38:53
  get
• 38:53
  me
• 38:53
  wrong,
• 38:53
  love
• 38:53
  the
• 38:53
  meat,
• 38:54
  but
• 38:54
  I
• 38:55
  just,
• 38:55
  I
• 38:56
  just
• 38:56
  love
• 38:56
  it
• 38:56
  like
• 38:57
  the,
• 38:57
  the
• 38:58
  flavor
• 38:58
  that
• 38:58
  you
• 38:58
  get
• 38:58
  in
• 38:58
  the
• 38:59
  roast
• 38:59
  veggies
• 38:59
  is
• 38:59
  phenomenal.
• 39:00
  And
• 39:01
  then
• 39:01
  in
• 39:01
  the,
• 39:01
  in
• 39:02
  the
• 39:02
  Facebook
• 39:02
  group,
• 39:03
  I've
• 39:03
  seen
• 39:03
  so
• 39:03
  many
• 39:03
  people
• 39:04
  doing
• 39:05
  breads
• 39:05
  and
• 39:05
  things
• 39:05
  like
• 39:06
  that
• 39:06
  in
• 39:06
  there
• 39:06
  as
• 39:06
  well.
• 39:06
  It
• 39:07
  just
• 39:07
  makes
• 39:07
  me
• 39:07
  hungry
• 39:07
  when
• 39:08
  I
• 39:08
  go
• 39:08
  on
• 39:08
  there.
• 39:08
  It's
• 39:09
  amazing
• 39:09
  watching
• 39:09
  what
• 39:10
  people
• 39:10
  are
• 39:10
  making.
• 39:11
  They're
• 39:12
  doing
• 39:12
  bread,
• 39:12
  they're
• 39:12
  doing
• 39:13
  like,
• 39:14
  I
• 39:14
  encourage
• 39:15
  people,
• 39:15
  like
• 39:15
  post
• 39:15
  up
• 39:16
  anything
• 39:16
  they're
• 39:16
  cooking.
• 39:16
  Like,
• 39:17
  you
• 39:17
  know,
• 39:17
  there's
• 39:18
  been,
• 39:18
  there's
• 39:18
  been
• 39:18
  some
• 39:18
  people
• 39:18
  in
• 39:19
  Florida
• 39:19
  who've
• 39:20
  been
• 39:20
  making
• 39:20
  all
• 39:20
  these
• 39:21
  clam
• 39:22
  based
• 39:22
  things
• 39:23
  that
• 39:23
  I've
• 39:23
  never
• 39:23
  even
• 39:23
  seen
• 39:24
  before.
• 39:24
  Yeah.
• 39:25
  And
• 39:25
  I,
• 39:25
  they
• 39:26
  look
• 39:26
  delicious.
• 39:27
  I
• 39:27
  want
• 39:27
  to
• 39:27
  eat
• 39:27
  them
• 39:28
  so
• 39:28
  bad,
• 39:28
  but
• 39:29
  I
• 39:29
  think
• 39:30
  if
• 39:30
  anyone
• 39:30
  listening
• 39:31
  who's
• 39:31
  thinking
• 39:32
  about
• 39:32
  wood
• 39:32
  fired
• 39:33
  cooking,
• 39:34
  it's.
• 39:34
  Pizza
• 39:35
  is
• 39:35
  like
• 39:35
  where
• 39:35
  you
• 39:35
  start
• 39:35
  and,
• 39:36
  like,
• 39:37
  it
• 39:37
  is
• 39:38
  awesome.
• 39:38
  But
• 39:39
  I
• 39:39
  find
• 39:40
  most
• 39:40
  of
• 39:40
  our
• 39:41
  customers
• 39:41
  end
• 39:41
  up
• 39:42
  doing
• 39:42
  more
• 39:43
  roasting
• 39:43
  and
• 39:44
  baking
• 39:44
  than
• 39:44
  they
• 39:44
  do
• 39:44
  pizza
• 39:46
  after
• 39:46
  a
• 39:46
  while
• 39:46
  because
• 39:47
  they.
• 39:47
  They
• 39:47
  realize
• 39:48
  actually
• 39:49
  this
• 39:49
  is
• 39:49
  easier
• 39:49
  than
• 39:50
  pizza
• 39:50
  because
• 39:50
  pizza
• 39:51
  requires
• 39:51
  a
• 39:51
  lot
• 39:51
  of
• 39:51
  prep.
• 39:52
  Now
• 39:52
  again,
• 39:52
  you
• 39:53
  can
• 39:53
  buy
• 39:53
  the
• 39:53
  dough
• 39:54
  and.
• 39:54
  And
• 39:54
  then
• 39:55
  that's
• 39:55
  shaves
• 39:56
  the
• 39:56
  prep
• 39:56
  down
• 39:56
  significantly.
• 39:57
  But
• 39:59
  roasting
• 39:59
  and
• 39:59
  baking,
• 40:00
  like
• 40:00
  the
• 40:00
  roast
• 40:01
  chicken
• 40:01
  leg
• 40:02
  of
• 40:02
  lamb
• 40:02
  I've
• 40:03
  been
• 40:03
  doing.
• 40:04
  Did
• 40:04
  you
• 40:04
  see
• 40:04
  the
• 40:04
  video
• 40:05
  we
• 40:05
  did
• 40:05
  on
• 40:05
  how
• 40:05
  to
• 40:05
  use
• 40:05
  the
• 40:06
  oven
• 40:06
  as
• 40:06
  a
• 40:06
  smoker?
• 40:07
  Yes.
• 40:07
  I
• 40:08
  thought
• 40:08
  that
• 40:08
  was
• 40:08
  cool.
• 40:09
  Yeah.
• 40:10
  You
• 40:11
  know,
• 40:11
  like,
• 40:11
  it's,
• 40:11
  it's.
• 40:12
  You
• 40:13
  can,
• 40:13
  you
• 40:13
  can
• 40:13
  certainly
• 40:14
  do
• 40:14
  pizza,
• 40:14
  but
• 40:15
  you've
• 40:15
  got
• 40:15
  all
• 40:16
  of
• 40:16
  these
• 40:16
  other
• 40:16
  things
• 40:16
  that
• 40:17
  you
• 40:17
  can
• 40:17
  do
• 40:17
  in
• 40:17
  it.
• 40:19
  Actually,
• 40:19
  something
• 40:20
  else
• 40:20
  I
• 40:20
  do
• 40:21
  is
• 40:21
  grilling.
• 40:22
  So,
• 40:23
  you
• 40:23
  know,
• 40:24
  we've
• 40:24
  got
• 40:24
  like
• 40:25
  a.
• 40:25
  We
• 40:25
  call
• 40:26
  it
• 40:26
  a
• 40:26
  Tuscan
• 40:26
  grill,
• 40:27
  which
• 40:27
  is
• 40:27
  a
• 40:27
  sort
• 40:27
  of
• 40:27
  a
• 40:27
  raised
• 40:28
  bar
• 40:28
  grill
• 40:29
  that
• 40:29
  you
• 40:30
  can
• 40:30
  put
• 40:30
  in
• 40:30
  the
• 40:30
  oven
• 40:31
  over
• 40:31
  the
• 40:31
  coals
• 40:32
  so
• 40:32
  it
• 40:32
  sits
• 40:32
  like
• 40:33
  three
• 40:33
  inches
• 40:33
  high.
• 40:34
  And
• 40:34
  so
• 40:34
  you
• 40:34
  can.
• 40:34
  You
• 40:35
  can
• 40:35
  get
• 40:35
  a
• 40:35
  bit
• 40:35
  of
• 40:35
  coals
• 40:36
  and
• 40:36
  throw
• 40:36
  the
• 40:36
  grill
• 40:37
  on
• 40:37
  top,
• 40:37
  and
• 40:37
  then
• 40:37
  you
• 40:38
  put
• 40:38
  steak
• 40:38
  and
• 40:39
  whatever
• 40:40
  on
• 40:40
  top
• 40:40
  of
• 40:40
  that
• 40:40
  grill.
• 40:42
  You
• 40:42
  can
• 40:42
  make
• 40:42
  that
• 40:42
  yourself,
• 40:43
  though.
• 40:43
  You
• 40:43
  could
• 40:43
  just
• 40:43
  go
• 40:43
  to
• 40:44
  your,
• 40:44
  you
• 40:44
  know,
• 40:45
  300
• 40:45
  barbecue
• 40:46
  and
• 40:46
  grab
• 40:46
  the
• 40:46
  cast
• 40:47
  iron
• 40:47
  griddles
• 40:48
  off
• 40:48
  that
• 40:48
  and
• 40:49
  perch
• 40:49
  them
• 40:50
  on
• 40:50
  a
• 40:50
  couple
• 40:50
  of
• 40:50
  bricks
• 40:52
  inside,
• 40:52
  inside
• 40:53
  the
• 40:53
  oven,
• 40:53
  rake
• 40:54
  those
• 40:54
  coals
• 40:54
  forward,
• 40:54
  and
• 40:55
  it'll
• 40:55
  be
• 40:55
  some
• 40:55
  of
• 40:55
  the
• 40:55
  best
• 40:55
  steaks
• 40:56
  you
• 40:56
  ever
• 40:56
  eat
• 40:57
  is
• 40:58
  cooked
• 40:58
  over
• 40:58
  wood
• 40:59
  coals
• 40:59
  in
• 40:59
  your
• 41:00
  own
• 41:00
  oven.
• 41:01
  Yeah,
• 41:02
  so.
• 41:02
  So
• 41:03
  yeah,
• 41:03
  there's.
• 41:03
  There's
• 41:04
  so
• 41:04
  much
• 41:04
  that
• 41:05
  you
• 41:05
  can
• 41:05
  do
• 41:05
  more
• 41:05
  than
• 41:06
  pizza.
• 41:06
  Yeah.
• 41:06
  Yeah.
• 41:07
  Well,
• 41:07
  and
• 41:07
  if
• 41:07
  you.
• 41:08
  A
• 41:08
  good
• 41:08
  example
• 41:08
  of
• 41:09
  that.
• 41:09
  So
• 41:09
  there's
• 41:09
  a
• 41:10
  chap
• 41:10
  on
• 41:10
  Instagram
• 41:11
  called.
• 41:11
  His
• 41:12
  name
• 41:12
  is
• 41:12
  Chris
• 41:12
  Vozo.
• 41:13
  He's
• 41:13
  one
• 41:13
  of
• 41:13
  my
• 41:13
  favorite
• 41:14
  favorite
• 41:14
  customers.
• 41:16
  He's
• 41:16
  up
• 41:16
  in
• 41:16
  Brisbane
• 41:18
  and
• 41:19
  he
• 41:19
  is
• 41:19
  cooking
• 41:20
  something
• 41:20
  in
• 41:20
  his
• 41:21
  oven
• 41:21
  nearly
• 41:21
  every
• 41:22
  day.
• 41:23
  It's.
• 41:23
  And
• 41:24
  it's
• 41:24
  very.
• 41:24
  It's
• 41:25
  pizza
• 41:25
  from
• 41:25
  time
• 41:25
  to
• 41:26
  time,
• 41:26
  but
• 41:27
  it's
• 41:28
  so
• 41:29
  many
• 41:29
  other
• 41:29
  things.
• 41:30
  So
• 41:30
  if
• 41:30
  you
• 41:30
  look
• 41:30
  up
• 41:30
  Il
• 41:31
  Forno
• 41:31
  Rosso.
• 41:32
  So
• 41:32
  I
• 41:33
  L
• 41:34
  Forno.
• 41:34
  And
• 41:35
  then
• 41:35
  Rollo,
• 41:37
  he's
• 41:37
  prolific.
• 41:38
  It's
• 41:38
  ridiculous.
• 41:39
  All
• 41:39
  the
• 41:40
  things
• 41:40
  that
• 41:40
  that
• 41:40
  man
• 41:40
  cooks
• 41:41
  nice.
• 41:42
  That
• 41:42
  is
• 41:42
  awesome.
• 41:42
  We'll
• 41:43
  have
• 41:43
  to
• 41:43
  check
• 41:43
  that
• 41:43
  out.
• 41:43
  So,
• 41:44
  Ben,
• 41:44
  we
• 41:44
  are
• 41:44
  running
• 41:44
  out
• 41:44
  of
• 41:45
  time,
• 41:45
  but
• 41:45
  I
• 41:45
  want
• 41:45
  to
• 41:45
  make
• 41:46
  sure
• 41:46
  that
• 41:46
  we
• 41:46
  talk
• 41:46
  about
• 41:47
  how
• 41:47
  people
• 41:47
  find
• 41:48
  you
• 41:48
  and
• 41:49
  all
• 41:49
  the
• 41:49
  different
• 41:50
  ovens
• 41:50
  and
• 41:50
  stuff
• 41:50
  and
• 41:51
  what
• 41:51
  you
• 41:51
  guys
• 41:51
  are
• 41:51
  doing
• 41:51
  over
• 41:52
  there.
• 41:52
  Because
• 41:52
  I
• 41:53
  tell
• 41:53
  you
• 41:53
  what,
• 41:53
  this
• 41:54
  is,
• 41:54
  I
• 41:55
  think,
• 41:55
  the
• 41:55
  perfect
• 41:56
  DIY
• 41:56
  project
• 41:57
  for
• 41:57
  people
• 41:57
  this
• 41:57
  summer,
• 41:58
  this
• 41:58
  fall,
• 41:58
  and,
• 41:59
  and
• 41:59
  even
• 41:59
  during
• 41:59
  the
• 42:00
  Wintertime,
• 42:00
  if
• 42:00
  it's
• 42:00
  not
• 42:01
  frozen
• 42:01
  outside,
• 42:01
  there's
• 42:02
  a
• 42:02
  great
• 42:03
  time
• 42:03
  you
• 42:03
  can
• 42:03
  be
• 42:03
  doing
• 42:03
  outside
• 42:04
  with
• 42:04
  this.
• 42:05
  Absolutely.
• 42:05
  So,
• 42:06
  so
• 42:06
  we've
• 42:06
  got
• 42:06
  our
• 42:06
  website,
• 42:07
  www.thefire
• 42:08
  brick
• 42:09
  co.com
• 42:12
  jump
• 42:12
  on.
• 42:12
  There
• 42:12
  you
• 42:13
  can.
• 42:13
  All
• 42:13
  our
• 42:13
  contact
• 42:14
  details
• 42:14
  are
• 42:14
  there.
• 42:14
  You
• 42:15
  can
• 42:15
  call
• 42:15
  us.
• 42:16
  We've
• 42:17
  got
• 42:17
  lots
• 42:17
  and
• 42:17
  lots
• 42:17
  of
• 42:17
  videos
• 42:18
  and
• 42:18
  lots
• 42:18
  of
• 42:18
  resources
• 42:19
  that
• 42:19
  you
• 42:19
  can
• 42:19
  check
• 42:19
  out.
• 42:20
  Importantly,
• 42:21
  I
• 42:21
  think
• 42:21
  for
• 42:21
  Americans
• 42:22
  to
• 42:22
  know,
• 42:22
  because
• 42:22
  I've
• 42:22
  got,
• 42:22
  you
• 42:22
  know,
• 42:23
  obviously
• 42:23
  I'm
• 42:23
  Australian,
• 42:24
  as
• 42:24
  you
• 42:24
  can
• 42:25
  tell
• 42:25
  by
• 42:25
  my
• 42:25
  glorious
• 42:25
  accent.
• 42:27
  And
• 42:28
  so
• 42:28
  important
• 42:28
  to
• 42:29
  know
• 42:29
  that
• 42:29
  we
• 42:29
  have
• 42:31
  company.
• 42:31
  We
• 42:32
  have
• 42:32
  stock
• 42:33
  in
• 42:33
  four
• 42:33
  warehouses.
• 42:34
  We
• 42:34
  have
• 42:34
  stock
• 42:35
  in
• 42:35
  California,
• 42:36
  Texas,
• 42:36
  Florida
• 42:37
  and
• 42:37
  New
• 42:37
  Jersey.
• 42:38
  So
• 42:38
  it's,
• 42:38
  it's
• 42:39
  around
• 42:39
  the
• 42:39
  country,
• 42:39
  it's
• 42:40
  ready
• 42:40
  to
• 42:40
  go.
• 42:40
  Our
• 42:41
  pricing
• 42:41
  is
• 42:41
  all
• 42:41
  online
• 42:42
  and
• 42:42
  it's
• 42:42
  all
• 42:43
  inclusive
• 42:43
  of
• 42:44
  freight.
• 42:44
  So
• 42:44
  it's
• 42:44
  free
• 42:45
  delivery
• 42:45
  across
• 42:45
  the
• 42:46
  entire
• 42:46
  United
• 42:46
  States,
• 42:47
  including
• 42:47
  Hawaii.
• 42:48
  We
• 42:48
  charge
• 42:49
  a
• 42:49
  little
• 42:49
  bit
• 42:49
  more
• 42:49
  for
• 42:49
  Alaska.
• 42:50
  Other
• 42:50
  than
• 42:51
  that,
• 42:52
  that's
• 42:52
  the
• 42:52
  price.
• 42:54
  So
• 42:54
  you
• 42:54
  can,
• 42:54
  you
• 42:54
  can
• 42:54
  jump
• 42:54
  on,
• 42:55
  you
• 42:55
  can
• 42:55
  order
• 42:55
  online,
• 42:56
  but
• 42:57
  if
• 42:57
  you
• 42:57
  want
• 42:57
  to
• 42:57
  talk
• 42:58
  to
• 42:58
  somebody,
• 42:59
  call
• 42:59
  us
• 42:59
  because
• 43:00
  we,
• 43:00
  like,
• 43:01
  we,
• 43:01
  we
• 43:02
  actually
• 43:02
  really
• 43:02
  appreciate
• 43:03
  talking
• 43:03
  to
• 43:03
  our
• 43:03
  customers
• 43:04
  before
• 43:04
  they
• 43:04
  buy
• 43:05
  to
• 43:05
  make
• 43:05
  sure
• 43:05
  we've
• 43:05
  answered
• 43:06
  any
• 43:06
  questions
• 43:06
  and
• 43:07
  make
• 43:07
  sure
• 43:07
  they
• 43:07
  understand
• 43:08
  everything.
• 43:09
  Our
• 43:09
  customer
• 43:09
  support
• 43:10
  is
• 43:11
  a
• 43:11
  huge
• 43:11
  part
• 43:12
  of
• 43:12
  our
• 43:12
  business.
• 43:13
  And
• 43:14
  for
• 43:14
  such
• 43:14
  a.
• 43:15
  You
• 43:15
  mentioned,
• 43:16
  you
• 43:16
  know,
• 43:16
  it's
• 43:16
  pretty
• 43:16
  easy
• 43:16
  to
• 43:17
  put
• 43:17
  together,
• 43:17
  but
• 43:17
  it's
• 43:17
  involved.
• 43:18
  Took
• 43:18
  you
• 43:18
  like
• 43:18
  17
• 43:19
  hours.
• 43:21
  Our
• 43:22
  customers
• 43:22
  have
• 43:22
  to
• 43:23
  know
• 43:23
  that
• 43:23
  we're
• 43:23
  here
• 43:23
  to
• 43:23
  help,
• 43:24
  like,
• 43:25
  and
• 43:25
  that
• 43:25
  the
• 43:25
  customer
• 43:26
  support
• 43:26
  is
• 43:26
  there.
• 43:26
  So
• 43:27
  that's,
• 43:27
  that's
• 43:27
  what
• 43:28
  I'd
• 43:28
  say.
• 43:28
  Yeah.
• 43:28
  And
• 43:28
  I'll
• 43:29
  say
• 43:29
  that
• 43:29
  you
• 43:29
  and
• 43:29
  I
• 43:30
  talking
• 43:30
  and
• 43:30
  walking
• 43:31
  through
• 43:31
  the
• 43:31
  process
• 43:31
  and,
• 43:32
  you
• 43:32
  know,
• 43:32
  for
• 43:32
  me,
• 43:32
  I
• 43:33
  want
• 43:33
  to
• 43:33
  make
• 43:33
  sure
• 43:33
  that
• 43:33
  I'm
• 43:33
  doing
• 43:34
  it
• 43:34
  correctly
• 43:34
  for
• 43:34
  tv.
• 43:35
  So
• 43:36
  I
• 43:36
  don't
• 43:36
  want
• 43:36
  to
• 43:36
  be
• 43:36
  experimenting
• 43:37
  so
• 43:37
  much
• 43:37
  on
• 43:37
  television
• 43:38
  when
• 43:38
  I'm
• 43:38
  doing
• 43:38
  something
• 43:39
  and
• 43:39
  making
• 43:39
  sure
• 43:39
  that
• 43:39
  we're
• 43:40
  doing
• 43:40
  it
• 43:40
  right.
• 43:40
  And
• 43:41
  yeah,
• 43:41
  your
• 43:41
  guys's
• 43:42
  customer
• 43:42
  service
• 43:42
  is
• 43:43
  top
• 43:43
  notch.
• 43:44
  And
• 43:44
  literally
• 43:45
  it
• 43:45
  was
• 43:45
  days
• 43:46
  later
• 43:46
  from
• 43:46
  when
• 43:46
  you
• 43:46
  said,
• 43:47
  all
• 43:47
  right,
• 43:47
  it's
• 43:47
  chipping
• 43:47
  out.
• 43:48
  It
• 43:48
  was
• 43:48
  on
• 43:48
  my
• 43:48
  front
• 43:49
  doorstep.
• 43:49
  I
• 43:49
  was
• 43:49
  like,
• 43:50
  wow,
• 43:50
  that
• 43:50
  was
• 43:50
  quick.
• 43:51
  So
• 43:52
  it's
• 43:52
  really
• 43:52
  quick.
• 43:53
  It's
• 43:53
  not
• 43:53
  one
• 43:53
  of
• 43:53
  those
• 43:53
  things
• 43:54
  where
• 43:54
  you're
• 43:54
  waiting
• 43:54
  for
• 43:54
  it
• 43:54
  to
• 43:55
  show
• 43:55
  up.
• 43:55
  It
• 43:55
  comes
• 43:56
  up
• 43:56
  pretty
• 43:56
  quickly.
• 43:57
  Yeah,
• 43:57
  yeah.
• 43:58
  No,
• 43:58
  we've
• 43:59
  worked
• 43:59
  really
• 43:59
  hard
• 43:59
  on
• 44:00
  providing
• 44:01
  a
• 44:01
  really
• 44:01
  good
• 44:01
  customer
• 44:02
  experience.
• 44:02
  And
• 44:02
  we
• 44:03
  don't
• 44:03
  always
• 44:03
  get
• 44:03
  it
• 44:03
  right.
• 44:03
  Things
• 44:04
  go
• 44:04
  wrong.
• 44:04
  But
• 44:04
  we
• 44:05
  work
• 44:05
  so
• 44:05
  hard
• 44:05
  to
• 44:06
  try
• 44:06
  to
• 44:06
  make
• 44:06
  it
• 44:07
  a
• 44:07
  great
• 44:07
  experience
• 44:07
  for
• 44:08
  everybody.
• 44:08
  And
• 44:08
  so
• 44:09
  you
• 44:09
  can
• 44:09
  jump
• 44:09
  on
• 44:09
  our
• 44:10
  Google
• 44:10
  reviews
• 44:11
  and
• 44:12
  just
• 44:12
  read
• 44:12
  what
• 44:12
  people
• 44:13
  have
• 44:13
  to
• 44:13
  say
• 44:13
  about
• 44:13
  us
• 44:14
  and
• 44:15
  we
• 44:15
  can
• 44:16
  influence
• 44:16
  those
• 44:16
  people.
• 44:17
  Just
• 44:17
  write
• 44:17
  what
• 44:17
  they
• 44:17
  want
• 44:18
  and
• 44:18
  It's.
• 44:18
  It's
• 44:19
  overwhelmingly
• 44:19
  positive.
• 44:20
  And
• 44:20
  a
• 44:20
  thing
• 44:21
  that
• 44:21
  they
• 44:21
  say
• 44:21
  all
• 44:21
  the
• 44:21
  time
• 44:22
  is
• 44:22
  they
• 44:22
  were
• 44:23
  so
• 44:23
  helpful.
• 44:24
  And
• 44:25
  that's
• 44:25
  what
• 44:25
  we
• 44:25
  want
• 44:26
  people
• 44:26
  to
• 44:26
  know
• 44:26
  is
• 44:27
  it's
• 44:27
  not
• 44:27
  like
• 44:27
  you
• 44:27
  buy
• 44:27
  a
• 44:28
  product
• 44:28
  and
• 44:28
  we
• 44:28
  never
• 44:28
  want
• 44:28
  to
• 44:28
  hear
• 44:29
  from
• 44:29
  you
• 44:29
  again.
• 44:29
  It's
• 44:30
  the
• 44:30
  opposite.
• 44:31
  We
• 44:31
  beg
• 44:31
  them.
• 44:31
  We're
• 44:32
  like,
• 44:32
  please,
• 44:32
  if
• 44:32
  you
• 44:33
  have
• 44:33
  questions,
• 44:33
  call
• 44:34
  us.
• 44:34
  We're
• 44:35
  here
• 44:35
  to
• 44:35
  help.
• 44:36
  And
• 44:36
  actually,
• 44:36
  the
• 44:37
  customer
• 44:37
  support
• 44:37
  is.
• 44:38
  We
• 44:38
  have
• 44:39
  Braden
• 44:39
  in
• 44:40
  West
• 44:40
  Virginia
• 44:40
  working
• 44:40
  for
• 44:41
  us,
• 44:41
  and
• 44:42
  he
• 44:42
  does
• 44:42
  a
• 44:42
  few
• 44:43
  hours
• 44:43
  a
• 44:43
  day
• 44:43
  for
• 44:43
  us
• 44:44
  at
• 44:44
  West
• 44:44
  Virginia,
• 44:45
  but
• 44:45
  then
• 44:45
  the
• 44:46
  calls
• 44:46
  divert
• 44:47
  to
• 44:47
  us
• 44:47
  in
• 44:48
  Australia,
• 44:48
  and
• 44:49
  so
• 44:49
  you
• 44:49
  can
• 44:49
  call
• 44:50
  all
• 44:51
  night,
• 44:51
  like,
• 44:52
  late
• 44:52
  afternoon
• 44:53
  into,
• 44:53
  like,
• 44:53
  midnight.
• 44:54
  And
• 44:54
  we're
• 44:54
  here
• 44:55
  to
• 44:55
  help.
• 44:56
  All
• 44:56
  for
• 44:56
  a
• 44:56
  local
• 44:57
  call.
• 44:57
  So,
• 44:58
  Ben,
• 44:58
  thanks
• 44:58
  for
• 44:59
  coming
• 44:59
  on
• 44:59
  today,
• 44:59
  man.
• 44:59
  I
• 45:00
  really
• 45:00
  like
• 45:00
  the
• 45:00
  time
• 45:01
  that
• 45:01
  we
• 45:01
  spent
• 45:01
  today.
• 45:01
  And
• 45:02
  you
• 45:02
  guys
• 45:02
  have
• 45:02
  got
• 45:03
  this
• 45:03
  dialed
• 45:03
  in
• 45:03
  so
• 45:04
  perfectly.
• 45:04
  To
• 45:05
  me,
• 45:05
  it
• 45:05
  is
• 45:05
  the
• 45:06
  best
• 45:06
  pizza
• 45:06
  oven
• 45:07
  to
• 45:07
  have
• 45:07
  in
• 45:07
  your
• 45:07
  backyard.
• 45:08
  And
• 45:08
  you're
• 45:09
  not
• 45:09
  paying
• 45:09
  me
• 45:09
  to
• 45:09
  say
• 45:09
  that.
• 45:10
  I'm
• 45:10
  just
• 45:10
  a
• 45:10
  believer
• 45:11
  what
• 45:11
  you're
• 45:11
  doing.
• 45:11
  So
• 45:11
  I
• 45:11
  appreciate
• 45:12
  you,
• 45:12
  brother.
• 45:12
  Oh,
• 45:12
  thanks,
• 45:13
  man.
• 45:13
  Thank
• 45:14
  you.
• 45:14
  Eric.
• 45:14
  Thanks
• 45:14
  for
• 45:14
  having
• 45:14
  me
• 45:15
  on.
• 45:15
  It's
• 45:15
  been
• 45:15
  lovely,
• 45:16
  lovely
• 45:16
  talking
• 45:16
  to
• 45:16
  you.
• 45:17
  This
• 45:17
  has
• 45:17
  been
• 45:17
  a
• 45:17
  lot
• 45:18
  of
• 45:18
  fun.
• 45:18
  All
• 45:18
  right,
• 45:18
  guys.
• 45:19
  I'm
• 45:19
  Eric
• 45:19
  G.
• 45:19
  And
• 45:19
  you've
• 45:20
  been
• 45:20
  listening
• 45:20
  to
• 45:21
  around
• 45:21
  the
• 45:21
  House.
