- 0:18Speaker 1: Oh, hey, welcome back.
- 0:20Speaker 1: It's a football Monday.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Here at the North Dakota Sports Network we're also going to talk a little bit of golf, the Ryder Cup this weekend.
- 0:32Speaker 1: I love the Ryder Cup.
- 0:36Speaker 1: We're going to talk to Kenny Knox about that later in the show.
- 0:39Speaker 1: But it's a football Monday.
- 0:41Speaker 1: It was a bi-week for the Seminoles, it was a bi-week for the Hurricanes, but the Gators were playing.
- 0:48Speaker 1: Oh were they?
- 0:51Speaker 1: Yeah, they even had Kentucky Stoops.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Is that what you?
- 0:55Speaker 2: would call it though man, they were playing, they were playing around Oof.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Oof that Tucky running back.
- 1:03Speaker 1: I think he scored again.
- 1:07Speaker 2: What do you have like 250?
- 1:09Speaker 1: He had almost 300.
- 1:10Speaker 2: We'll just round up 250.
- 1:14Speaker 1: It was a day.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Yeah, that was a big loss.
- 1:18Speaker 1: I did not see that one coming.
- 1:19Speaker 1: I actually thought Florida was.
- 1:24Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, I think I referenced it.
- 1:26Speaker 2: Kentucky always finds a way to lose to Florida.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Man Well they had.
- 1:32Speaker 1: It's the longest streak ever.
- 1:34Speaker 2: Yeah, and they had.
- 1:35Speaker 2: I know they recently had.
- 1:36Speaker 2: Now it's 300.
- 1:36Speaker 2: Yeah, they.
- 1:37Speaker 2: They won a doubt yesterday, though yeah, or Saturday excuse me.
- 1:43Speaker 2: Right, yeah, you're right, that was surprising, man.
- 1:48Speaker 2: That was surprising.
- 1:48Speaker 2: I knew that defense for Stoops was there, but I didn't know that they would just run it right up.
- 1:55Speaker 2: That, that Touche scheme man.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Man Dominating performance.
- 2:01Speaker 1: Florida with the loss that I didn't see that when there was a.
- 2:07Speaker 1: What other game stood out to you?
- 2:10Speaker 2: I'm going to tell you, georgia Struggled a dogfight with Auburn.
- 2:14Speaker 2: Let's call it that dogfight.
- 2:17Speaker 2: That stood out, auburn.
- 2:21Speaker 2: Auburn makes some catches.
- 2:23Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a different game.
- 2:25Speaker 2: Brock Bowers is ridiculous, though.
- 2:27Speaker 2: Tight end for Georgia.
- 2:29Speaker 1: Yeah, that was a yeah, he is.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Is he the best?
- 2:32Speaker 1: player in college football.
- 2:34Speaker 2: No, okay, best player is still Caleb Williams.
- 2:37Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 2:38Speaker 2: I don't think he'll win the Heisman again unless USC finds a way to go undefeated.
- 2:42Speaker 2: But that's not going to happen because they can't stop Ask defense Anybody man.
- 2:46Speaker 1: Well, you know, it's that philosophy.
- 2:48Speaker 2: Dude, if Dion didn't just kind of play nonchalant with the clock yeah they.
- 2:54Speaker 2: There was some yeah, they would have had a legitimate chance instead of just trying the odds.
- 3:01Speaker 1: Yeah, it's hard to see them competing against teams that can score Right, I watched them.
- 3:08Speaker 2: I mean, or I think Oregon can can outscore them, or maybe get a couple stops.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Yeah, easily Right so is Oregon looked like the best team in the pack 12 to you.
- 3:20Speaker 2: To me yeah, they, you know they've dominated everybody, they've played, so yes, it gets Washington was getting a lot of praise.
- 3:29Speaker 2: They slept, walked through the game against Arizona.
- 3:33Speaker 2: Um, probably struggled with them a little bit more than they should have, right, but we talked about it early.
- 3:40Speaker 2: Man, that's going to happen when you have 12 is going to cannibalize each other.
- 3:44Speaker 1: We're talking about Washington state Right, washington state's under the radar, and Oregon stayed with the big win too on Friday.
- 3:51Speaker 2: Yeah, utah's got no offense.
- 3:53Speaker 1: They really don't.
- 3:55Speaker 2: Um, you saw that that maybe maybe Florida just doesn't have the defense man Utah.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Everybody was thinking this guy for Utah was good to back up, but I think maybe maybe Florida's got some problems on the defensive side of the balls.
- 4:09Speaker 2: What that is.
- 4:10Speaker 1: Hmm.
- 4:10Speaker 2: Watching that game against Kentucky, yeah well we have.
- 4:15Speaker 1: Let's what's their offense coordinator Austin Austin Armstrong defensive coordinator yeah.
- 4:20Speaker 1: We got having talking about the what did they want.
- 4:22Speaker 3: Modern football is uh, you know, we have.
- 4:25Speaker 3: We don't have a toolbox.
- 4:25Speaker 3: We like to say we have a tool shed of scheme.
- 4:28Speaker 3: You know what I mean.
- 4:29Speaker 2: Tool shed of scheme.
- 4:30Speaker 2: Huh, tool shed of scheme.
- 4:31Speaker 2: Tool shed of scheme.
- 4:32Speaker 2: Well, I don't know what little bit too multiple man.
- 4:35Speaker 2: It reminds me a lot of what Jimbo was always doing with offense, but it just too multiple, jimbo, yeah.
- 4:44Speaker 3: Just like they talk on defense, we're talking philosophy on defense, our philosophy on offense.
- 4:49Speaker 2: Oh, here we go.
- 4:49Speaker 2: I know this is a different day in time of offense.
- 4:52Speaker 2: Everybody thinks oh, modern football, you gotta be in a no huddle, you gotta be going a hundred miles an hour, you gotta be going this.
- 4:57Speaker 2: Oh, not you, though we do do that.
- 5:00Speaker 3: We do do that.
- 5:05Speaker 2: You do do it.
- 5:06Speaker 2: That's exactly what it reminds me of man.
- 5:08Speaker 2: You know, basically, coach, speak for like we really don't do anything that well, so we're just going to try to stop.
- 5:15Speaker 2: You know, we're going to call it as we go every game.
- 5:19Speaker 2: And they didn't have an answer.
- 5:20Speaker 2: Man, kentucky just beat them in the mouth.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Yeah, that was right up your.
- 5:24Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, you got a 450 pound defensive lineman.
- 5:28Speaker 2: You know, you think you stop them in the rumba.
- 5:31Speaker 2: You get them going one way and go the other way, watch them take out half the defense on his own.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 5:39Speaker 2: I ain't no toolshed dude, that's that's a tough loss yeah.
- 5:42Speaker 2: Yeah, it is Billy.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Billy Napier is not doing himself any good, that was a good win they had at, you know, at home against Tennessee and that's really the.
- 5:53Speaker 2: The momentum that he had for the Gators is are they playing at home or are they playing on the road?
- 5:59Speaker 1: Right.
- 5:59Speaker 2: They lose on the road they went at home Right.
- 6:02Speaker 2: Yeah, bottom line, we'll see.
- 6:07Speaker 2: We'll see what they do.
- 6:08Speaker 2: I expect them to kind of go back and forth as the season goes.
- 6:11Speaker 3: Hmm.
- 6:12Speaker 2: Lose here when they're loose here, who knows man?
- 6:15Speaker 2: I mean they could hang with Georgia.
- 6:17Speaker 2: Georgia doesn't look like they have a ton.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Georgia is still number one.
- 6:21Speaker 1: They did receive less votes this week.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Michigan number two.
- 6:26Speaker 1: Texas number three, ohio State, florida State.
- 6:28Speaker 1: Round out your top five.
- 6:29Speaker 1: I was dating FSU with the bi weeks.
- 6:33Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 6:33Speaker 1: State is ranked six, washington seven, oregon eighth.
- 6:36Speaker 1: Usc is nine now and Notre Dame rounds out the top 10 with the big win over Duke.
- 6:43Speaker 2: Big win man.
- 6:43Speaker 2: I don't know what Elko is thinking.
- 6:45Speaker 1: Yeah, what do you do there?
- 6:46Speaker 1: Which?
- 6:47Speaker 1: Which decision you talking about?
- 6:48Speaker 1: The?
- 6:48Speaker 1: Uh, when the quarterback punted it.
- 6:51Speaker 2: Yeah, man Quick kick, are you serious?
- 6:53Speaker 1: You think he you go, you go for it, yeah.
- 6:55Speaker 2: I would have gone for it.
- 6:56Speaker 2: You know like.
- 6:58Speaker 1: They had them, man, they had them.
- 7:01Speaker 2: Yeah, they had them.
- 7:02Speaker 1: They had a fourth down but they didn't have anybody on on the quarterback and he ran for the first down and thinking that was like you could see, that was it.
- 7:11Speaker 2: And then the next play, that is, ran they still have the the depth of a Duke team Right.
- 7:17Speaker 1: Like you had a chance to get one play, yeah, I think he put the ball in your quarterback's hand to happen then now, who got the ball and saw that?
- 7:26Speaker 1: He heard himself.
- 7:28Speaker 1: Yeah, I heard on the last play.
- 7:29Speaker 1: That sucked.
- 7:30Speaker 2: That was unfortunate man.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 7:31Speaker 2: It sucks.
- 7:32Speaker 2: I mean it's not going to be season ending, but you know there's a good chance he won't be playing when when they come to Tallahassee, yeah.
- 7:42Speaker 1: It's a Florida A&M, with the big win and the SWAC yeah.
- 7:47Speaker 2: They continue to reel them off, man.
- 7:48Speaker 1: Yeah, they shouldn't lose the rest of the year.
- 7:50Speaker 1: Yeah, they shouldn't.
- 7:52Speaker 1: Miami had a biweek as well, so the Gators, with you know, had a chance you know to.
- 7:58Speaker 1: Really a lot of eyeballs were on that game.
- 8:02Speaker 2: Yeah, man, I mean you're doing game sec.
- 8:04Speaker 2: It's a lot of eyeballs are on Kentucky now, man, Undefeated.
- 8:08Speaker 2: Yeah, they got Georgia next week.
- 8:10Speaker 2: Yeah, they have Georgia next week.
- 8:11Speaker 1: There's a you know also, there is the state fair Dallas with.
- 8:18Speaker 2: Texas and.
- 8:19Speaker 1: Red River, Red River.
- 8:21Speaker 2: Yeah, that's gonna be.
- 8:22Speaker 1: Oklahoma, texas is going to be good.
- 8:24Speaker 1: Yeah, it's gotta be a good last one in the big 12, then it moves the SEC.
- 8:28Speaker 2: You know it was disappointing Kansas starting quarterback Jalen Daniels.
- 8:32Speaker 2: He didn't play.
- 8:34Speaker 2: Yeah, that sucked.
- 8:38Speaker 2: I think they would have backtightness, or something like that.
- 8:42Speaker 2: But I, you know, that's their whole team offensively.
- 8:46Speaker 2: I don't think they would have stopped Texas anyway, but you know it would have been a better game.
- 8:51Speaker 2: That's unfortunate.
- 8:53Speaker 2: I expect Texas to beat Oklahoma.
- 8:56Speaker 1: Michigan continues to roll.
- 8:58Speaker 1: They haven't really played anybody yet, but from their looking efficient.
- 9:06Speaker 2: Yeah, their season comes down to the last three weeks of their season.
- 9:10Speaker 2: Yeah, you got Penn State, maryland and Ohio State.
- 9:13Speaker 2: Yeah, maryland.
- 9:14Speaker 2: Yeah, two is little brother.
- 9:15Speaker 2: All three of those teams you know, look, look like I mean they could all be undefeated.
- 9:20Speaker 2: I guess now you wouldn't have them all undefeated at the end of the season, but Maryland is the Louisville of the big 10.
- 9:27Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 9:29Speaker 1: No respect Still not ranked.
- 9:32Speaker 2: But yeah, they've been beating everybody that they played.
- 9:34Speaker 1: Right.
- 9:34Speaker 1: Well the rankings don't matter, they really don't.
- 9:38Speaker 1: You can see the ACC is.
- 9:40Speaker 1: It's really going to some big games coming up though.
- 9:45Speaker 2: There's no.
- 9:45Speaker 2: There's no mid middle team in the in the ACC You're either really bad or you you got a pretty good team.
- 9:51Speaker 2: I guess Louisville would be the one mid team there.
- 9:55Speaker 1: They got by NC State in an ugly game, but on the road and Carter Finley, you know it's just another one checked off the list.
- 10:03Speaker 1: They're flying under the radar though they're looking at they can just keep putting up wins.
- 10:09Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 10:10Speaker 1: They have some playmakers, though they just got to get find someone to get them the ball.
- 10:15Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean you know Jack Plummer.
- 10:17Speaker 2: He's been in that system and he still looked awful.
- 10:20Speaker 2: I know NC State's good at defense.
- 10:22Speaker 2: They're quarterback.
- 10:22Speaker 3: They're style defense.
- 10:24Speaker 2: Brennan Armstrong he might be the worst quarterback in college football.
- 10:28Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 10:29Speaker 2: He's benched.
- 10:30Speaker 2: Mj Morris is going to get the nod the rest of the way.
- 10:33Speaker 2: Yeah, that that wasn't.
- 10:36Speaker 2: That was a horrible game.
- 10:37Speaker 2: What figures the year we don't play either one of those teams.
- 10:42Speaker 2: They look awful Right, but it's like I said, the whole, the whole ACC, outside of maybe four teams, man, you got Florida State and Miami Duke.
- 10:53Speaker 2: When Leonard is healthy, clemson, I like.
- 10:56Speaker 2: I agree with you that Clemson is probably going to win out.
- 10:58Speaker 1: Yeah, At the end of the year that's going to look that way.
- 11:02Speaker 1: It might be the best because LSU gave up 55 to Lane Kiffin.
- 11:09Speaker 2: Man right 55.
- 11:11Speaker 1: I know how can you have that bad of a defense in Louisiana LSU?
- 11:17Speaker 1: They have too much talent.
- 11:18Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't.
- 11:19Speaker 2: I don't get it, man.
- 11:20Speaker 2: I don't remember Brian Kelly having that bad of a defense.
- 11:24Speaker 2: That noted Dame.
- 11:25Speaker 2: I don't.
- 11:28Speaker 2: I don't know how much longer they're going to put up and.
- 11:31Speaker 2: Daniels played well, yeah, but that's kind of he always does Outside of the game against FSU, right, he always puts up stats, he's going to put up points, but, dude, you let Jackson Dart go out there and just dime you to death.
- 11:47Speaker 2: I don't know, I don't know.
- 11:49Speaker 2: I think you're right, it's going to look.
- 11:51Speaker 2: It's going to look a lot better than that LSU win.
- 11:57Speaker 1: There's a bi-week Florida state will take on Virginia Tech coming up this week at 330.
- 12:02Speaker 1: Virginia Tech played Pitt last week.
- 12:06Speaker 2: Got their first conference win home.
- 12:09Speaker 1: They were home dogs and they got the win.
- 12:10Speaker 1: Yeah, big time win.
- 12:12Speaker 2: They were coming off the loss to Marshall.
- 12:14Speaker 2: You know, nobody expected them to do that.
- 12:16Speaker 2: I don't know what the hell's going on with Pitt.
- 12:19Speaker 1: They got one in four.
- 12:20Speaker 2: They got one win this year I think it was against Wofford, and they, like their losses, haven't really been close.
- 12:27Speaker 2: I guess the backyard brawl was close.
- 12:28Speaker 2: West Virginia is four in one, so it's not a terrible loss, but still Like how they go from being, I don't know.
- 12:39Speaker 2: They got problems at QB.
- 12:40Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 12:41Speaker 2: Jacobovich, not the answer.
- 12:44Speaker 1: No.
- 12:44Speaker 2: Narduzi might be on his way to East Clay.
- 12:46Speaker 2: Who's not.
- 12:47Speaker 1: The answer is Armstrong at NC State.
- 12:49Speaker 2: No, yeah, he lost a job yeah.
- 12:52Speaker 1: Good, well, no, I mean, I really care, but he sucks.
- 12:57Speaker 2: Yeah, there's some.
- 12:58Speaker 2: There's some some bad QB play.
- 13:00Speaker 2: Wake Forest is having Griffiths.
- 13:03Speaker 2: He's not doing so hot for him.
- 13:04Speaker 2: Georgia Tech losing to Bowling Green at home.
- 13:08Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 13:10Speaker 1: The bottom of the ACC.
- 13:12Speaker 2: It's big, got a big old butt.
- 13:15Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah.
- 13:15Speaker 1: Well, you know, next week there's, there's, I think that'll probably game day will be at the Oklahoma Texas game, right, and that's where you think it will be right.
- 13:28Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean I'd imagine that that's probably the biggest game of the week.
- 13:31Speaker 2: That thing's always at noon, though, right.
- 13:35Speaker 1: We'll find out.
- 13:36Speaker 1: I mean, these next three weeks.
- 13:38Speaker 1: Florida State has three straight home games.
- 13:40Speaker 1: What do you want to see at an FSU in this next game?
- 13:48Speaker 2: I want to see some domination both sides of the ball.
- 13:50Speaker 2: You know that, the pick game not withstanding, virginia Tech has not looked great this season.
- 13:58Speaker 2: You know they've been shut down by some teams that Florida state should be significantly better than you know, rutgers being one of them.
- 14:07Speaker 2: I mean, yeah, just start with Virginia Tech.
- 14:10Speaker 2: You got to start there.
- 14:12Speaker 2: You can't dominate all three before you dominate the first one, but that's what I want to see.
- 14:17Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 14:19Speaker 2: Yep, because if you can't, then it just doesn't bode well for what you hoped for for the rest of the season, regardless of how soft that schedule is starting to look.
- 14:32Speaker 1: Yeah Well, yeah, you got to play every week Like it's one game season, because each opponent is going to have you're going to be their Super Bowl.
- 14:42Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah.
- 14:43Speaker 2: Well, if this team like, if this team is you want to be.
- 14:46Speaker 1: you can need to show that you're.
- 14:48Speaker 2: If they can consistently play the way they played, say, the second half of you know of LSU for that three or four minutes where they were actually dominating the BC game.
- 14:59Speaker 2: You know the if they can play at that level then you don't worry about games on the road at Wake Forest.
- 15:06Speaker 1: Right now, Miami looks to be probably your toughest game.
- 15:11Speaker 2: Without question.
- 15:13Speaker 1: And I'm going to be.
- 15:13Speaker 1: We're going to find out what Miami's made of coming up before that game, though.
- 15:17Speaker 2: Yeah, they got a couple of games.
- 15:19Speaker 1: UNC and.
- 15:20Speaker 2: Clemson back in.
- 15:21Speaker 1: Clemson back to back.
- 15:22Speaker 1: And they have Georgia Tech this week.
- 15:23Speaker 1: That shouldn't be a problem, but you'll.
- 15:26Speaker 1: We will find out if Miami's going to be a contender because they get by those two games they could lose and still make, make it back.
- 15:37Speaker 2: Yeah, Even if they lose one of those games like they.
- 15:40Speaker 1: They would have to be to FSU then.
- 15:42Speaker 2: I think no matter what Miami's game, you're going to be rolling into that Miami game and that's going to be for at least one of the teams getting a shot at Charlotte.
- 15:51Speaker 1: Well, yeah, that's, they still have ACC games after that.
- 15:55Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, it could very well just be a preview of of what the you know.
- 15:59Speaker 2: That would be crazy.
- 16:00Speaker 2: That's going to be.
- 16:01Speaker 2: We'll find out.
- 16:02Speaker 1: It would be man, I don't know they have to get through North Carolina and they have to get through what I think is going to be a tough Clemson team to beat.
- 16:10Speaker 2: Yeah, People are going to keep keep looking down on Clemson because they lost to do early season losses.
- 16:17Speaker 1: Well, you know, if you watch the game first off, Duke is good.
- 16:22Speaker 2: They're not terrible.
- 16:23Speaker 1: No, they're well coached.
- 16:24Speaker 1: Well coached and they have a couple of dudes.
- 16:27Speaker 1: And they caught some real breaks, yeah, and then Clemson just shot themselves in the foot Three.
- 16:32Speaker 1: I mean you get inside the 10 yard line, I mean, but that's enough about that game.
- 16:36Speaker 1: You picked it, man, that was your, that was your pick.
- 16:39Speaker 2: That was the first game new coordinator, new QB, you know, yeah, stuff like that happens, and Duke's not terrible.
- 16:45Speaker 1: Right.
- 16:46Speaker 2: And then you know, losing, losing to Florida State at home.
- 16:49Speaker 2: A lot of people want to make light of going up to Clemson and winning the game.
- 16:54Speaker 2: I want to see their you know, let's watch other teams do it.
- 16:57Speaker 2: How often does Clemson lose at home in conference?
- 17:00Speaker 2: Especially Right?
- 17:01Speaker 2: Well, they were 10 and 0 against top 10 teams up there in their last 10 games.
- 17:05Speaker 1: Wow.
- 17:06Speaker 2: It's not an easy place to go and win.
- 17:08Speaker 2: I don't care if it takes quadruple over time, you know.
- 17:14Speaker 2: So I want to see Florida State dominate the next three weeks, actually up until we play Miami.
- 17:21Speaker 2: It would be nice to watch them actually just handle the games.
- 17:24Speaker 2: Like you know, we think that this team is capable of.
- 17:29Speaker 3: Right If not then.
- 17:30Speaker 2: Every single week is a possible.
- 17:32Speaker 2: You know it's a potential loss.
- 17:34Speaker 1: Right, well, that was anything else pop up in your head when it came to this last Saturday in college football.
- 17:41Speaker 2: Oh man, how does Alex Grinch still have a job Like like how he's been with Lincoln Riley for five years now?
- 17:51Speaker 2: Like you could argue that he's probably kept him from from having a at least one title with just no defense.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Right, well, yeah, it was.
- 18:03Speaker 1: What is it?
- 18:04Speaker 1: I don't get it.
- 18:05Speaker 2: What is it about him?
- 18:06Speaker 2: That is like they don't recruit off the charts on that side of the balls and I like they just sign all this blue chip talent Like the results aren't there.
- 18:14Speaker 2: I don't, I don't get it.
- 18:17Speaker 2: Man.
- 18:17Speaker 2: It gets him off the field.
- 18:19Speaker 2: Man, it gets me the ball back so I can make my quarterback look good.
- 18:23Speaker 1: Well, hey, man, there was also the Ryder Cup was happening this weekend.
- 18:27Speaker 1: We're going to talk about that with Kenny Knox coming right up.
- 18:31Speaker 1: The Ryder Cup concluded yesterday, 17 and a half to 11 and a half.
- 18:37Speaker 1: We're with Kenny Knox again three time PGA Tour winner, fsu Hall of Famer.
- 18:45Speaker 1: What a what a scene that was.
- 18:49Speaker 1: It was something yesterday.
- 18:51Speaker 1: But first of all, what the hell was Ricky Fowler doing?
- 18:56Speaker 1: Giving up that putt?
- 18:59Speaker 3: Well, you know something nobody has said anything about is Ricky still had like an eight footer for part, had eight footer he had to make before he could give that putt.
- 19:12Speaker 1: Right.
- 19:13Speaker 3: So or or, you know, I don't think Ricky wanted to make, I don't think Ricky's a great guy, but I don't think he really wanted to putt his putt.
- 19:22Speaker 1: Right.
- 19:24Speaker 3: And lose, you know, and lose it there.
- 19:25Speaker 1: Right.
- 19:25Speaker 3: Where you know much more gentlemen, and I really I know, ricky, and I think probably what happened was, you know, with all the controversy that went on the day before and everything with the hat deal with yeah.
- 19:39Speaker 3: Kentley and the caddy you know, joe Larkova and all that mess with McIlroy and stuff.
- 19:46Speaker 3: I really thank you, ricky, just kind of wanting to get back into the spirit of the competition and and do what Nicholas did.
- 19:53Speaker 1: Right.
- 19:54Speaker 3: Giving Tony Jacqueline a putt to you know, tie the tie, the rider cup.
- 19:59Speaker 1: Yeah, fleetwood is, I guess, a crowd favorite, but man, I mean, the Americans had a what a somewhat of a comeback.
- 20:07Speaker 1: But I, when I'm looking back at this, I think this if I were to say Zach Johnson lost, this was that?
- 20:16Speaker 1: Is that a fair statement?
- 20:19Speaker 3: Uh, the one pig I did not agree with was the Sam Burns pick.
- 20:24Speaker 3: I didn't mind the Justin Thomas pick so much.
- 20:28Speaker 3: Yeah because of what he does right here.
- 20:30Speaker 3: So he had his record and what he does in the team room and and his ability to play golf right play good golf under pressure and, and I think really, justin played pretty good, like Jordan.
- 20:43Speaker 3: His partner played poorly until the finals match, you know one guy you know you can't put on yeah.
- 20:57Speaker 3: Well, what makes chef will wins?
- 20:58Speaker 3: That, you know, ties that last right, right.
- 21:00Speaker 3: It's something technical when his putting that's what it's all, it's all flip right there and in.
- 21:07Speaker 3: The Americans have right.
- 21:08Speaker 3: Oh, but they really have a more than just a glimmer of hope of winning.
- 21:12Speaker 3: They have a chance to really win it.
- 21:14Speaker 3: Yeah so that losing that hole was a big deal.
- 21:19Speaker 1: Yeah, you could feel it.
- 21:20Speaker 1: That's a good point.
- 21:21Speaker 1: I think you were spot on about the just keeping your competitive you know, spirit, or keeping that edge, because, you could see it, only three of the players of the American team had played recently and all three of those players were there better, perform better and everybody for the European team all played in the BMW championship.
- 21:43Speaker 1: I thought that was huge.
- 21:45Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I don't like.
- 21:47Speaker 3: I mean, that's the one thing I would change.
- 21:49Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 21:49Speaker 3: You know you need to be playing coming into the tournament.
- 21:52Speaker 3: You can't just take a month off and go down in the Bahamas I mean right Even if you're in the, the visiting and doing team activities and all it's.
- 22:01Speaker 1: It's not, it's more, it's different.
- 22:04Speaker 1: It's not like a bond, it's not like football, where you know you're gonna need to like I don't know, but I just thought that was, you could see it.
- 22:12Speaker 1: They just they lost it in the first day.
- 22:14Speaker 1: I mean they were, we got blitzed, they weren't ready, and when they finally did get ready, but it was too late.
- 22:20Speaker 3: Yeah well, we always, you know you, you know most always it's been a few exceptions we win the singles matches.
- 22:28Speaker 3: Yeah, and so if we have any kind of lead, you know we've blown a few blue one at Medina where we had a big lead, and We've blown a few but typically, you know, our depth is better than their depth.
- 22:39Speaker 3: I would say they had some really good rookie players this year but you know Macintar played well and, but he didn't play that well in a couple matches, but he played well in the singles match and, and you know, why do you think that is?
- 22:56Speaker 1: is there something you know that you know America has, I guess, more better individual players.
- 23:03Speaker 1: But there's just something how come they just can't perform when it, when they get to those four ball in the foursome's?
- 23:11Speaker 3: Well, if you look at the top ten rankings in the world, I think we're probably seven out of ten you know, or you know.
- 23:16Speaker 3: You talk about world, so sometimes you get.
- 23:20Speaker 3: You know Masayama from Japan and things like that, but typically we have, we dominate the top ten and world ranking.
- 23:28Speaker 3: So we actually have.
- 23:29Speaker 3: You know, world ranking wise, we have better players, but team wise, we just.
- 23:38Speaker 3: You know, this is a very emotional Event for the Europeans.
- 23:45Speaker 3: They got beat, they got beat for so long and and they're still trying to make up for that.
- 23:51Speaker 3: I mean, back in the day it was embarrassing.
- 23:52Speaker 3: Every you know what he worth watching until you know so savvy and Jose Maria and those guys started coming around and they started winning.
- 24:04Speaker 3: Yeah and then all of a sudden, it was like, okay, it's kind of like the president's cup, how we kind of dominate the president's cup every two years.
- 24:10Speaker 3: You know well, you know that's the way it was with the Europeans and you know most of the great players come from America and in Europe, I mean, originally it was, it was, it was not, it was not Europe, it was just Great Britain.
- 24:25Speaker 3: So you can imagine, I mean, you didn't have Spaniards and Sweden and all that, you just had the Great Great Britain guy.
- 24:32Speaker 3: So they had to make it larger and and now it's European guy, so it's a much larger field with a French and the Spanish and all that.
- 24:41Speaker 3: So I was wondering, if they like, well, what do you do?
- 24:45Speaker 1: Like, if it's such a, you know, because it's it's In the last couple of decades, it's like a substantial Like difference, all on the 18th hole and like all in these four, some competition.
- 24:57Speaker 1: So Is there something you can do, like how you're conducting the team?
- 25:03Speaker 1: Maybe try to pair it up differently with guys, you know, maybe try to tell the people that you're going to do have them more of a game plan, I don't know, but to have that kind of dominance being With a team that has, like you said, lesser of the top players, and have it to be consistently in those events in the four, some in the four ball to be dominated is is just has that, is that coaching, or is that just it means more?
- 25:28Speaker 1: I mean, I know Paul Asinger referred to it as they it kind of they bleed it, it's in their heart and it's in our head, kind of yeah, and that's exactly right.
- 25:41Speaker 3: It is.
- 25:42Speaker 3: It's Our players tend to put too much pressure on themselves.
- 25:46Speaker 3: You can look at three key matches the Scottish Shelf will match the max homo match and the Justin Thomas match.
- 25:54Speaker 3: Those are really the three key matches.
- 25:56Speaker 3: And you look how the guys performed in those matches.
- 26:00Speaker 3: None of them, none of them hit the green in two and the Europeans were either on the green or real close to it.
- 26:10Speaker 3: And Now two of those matches we prevail.
- 26:15Speaker 3: Max home made an incredible up and down par.
- 26:17Speaker 3: Yeah, it was able to, you know, retain his one-up lead and.
- 26:19Speaker 3: Justin Thomas made a Substractor kind of blew his bunker shot, didn't hit it down there very close and but then you know, scottie Schaeffler, in the first match out, he, he lost that hole where Rom knocked on, you know, blew it down the middle of fairway and chefly hit it the rough and and I thought he had a pretty good live there in the short rough on the second shot.
- 26:43Speaker 3: But as it turned out, you know, everybody's trying to avoid that water over there.
- 26:47Speaker 3: That green is so steep right to left, I don't know the golf course, other TV yeah, but he had a shot that rolled all the way over the green.
- 26:54Speaker 3: I mean that just gave him almost no hope at all.
- 26:57Speaker 3: I've even tied the hole and that that's that's cause.
- 27:00Speaker 3: That.
- 27:00Speaker 3: That's a perfect example of, like you said, get it's in your head.
- 27:06Speaker 3: And and Rom was not to be denied.
- 27:09Speaker 3: He was going to.
- 27:10Speaker 3: Rom was not to be denied, he was going to Pipe it down the middle.
- 27:15Speaker 3: He's gonna knock him the green he was gonna make, he was gonna make chef, we'll make birdie to tie him.
- 27:19Speaker 3: And and and then, well done.
- 27:21Speaker 3: If shuffle had done that, they would have won the match Right.
- 27:24Speaker 3: But that half a point, that half is huge there.
- 27:27Speaker 3: They split a point instead of instead of chef, we get the entire point.
- 27:31Speaker 3: That was, that was killer, really even that's it.
- 27:34Speaker 1: That goes right up there, I think, with the ones in the afternoon on Friday where it was three red and right and they ended up getting all halves.
- 27:44Speaker 3: Yeah, that's right.
- 27:45Speaker 1: Yeah, those halves right there, man, they feel like whole points.
- 27:48Speaker 3: I mean, if you were ever gonna, you know, flip the script after cantly birdie the last three holes made a pretty great putz.
- 27:54Speaker 3: Yeah on Saturday, I was, I was.
- 28:00Speaker 1: I'm a fan of Patrick.
- 28:01Speaker 1: After this rider cup he, you know, I didn't, you know, I'd always thought, you know he takes a long time to play.
- 28:07Speaker 1: I've noticed a couple people, you know, but he seems to have a routine and it just, you know, some guys Do it differently, like Fitzpatrick, for European side he tracks every shot, but his is more off the course.
- 28:22Speaker 1: But when he gets up to the course he's done so much he just goes and like rips it.
- 28:27Speaker 1: But some people just have different routines and I gained a lot of respect for Patrick in particular.
- 28:33Speaker 3: Right, well, we got, we got a, say.
- 28:36Speaker 3: You know, patrick has has great talent and Great driver, the ball you know, and and he has.
- 28:42Speaker 3: He doesn't back down from anybody or anything.
- 28:44Speaker 3: He may be off on his game sometimes but he does not let Anything else get in his head right.
- 28:51Speaker 3: And you know, day in and day out I think he and in vent Zana Shoffley, or the two really solid Right guys that we have, that can.
- 29:02Speaker 3: You can really count on max home.
- 29:04Speaker 1: I think we will be yeah, homo, it was great, homo was great you know he kind of blew it there at the end.
- 29:09Speaker 3: But he made up for it with a great clutch up and down.
- 29:12Speaker 3: Wow, yeah, that was yeah.
- 29:13Speaker 3: Good to his catty advice.
- 29:16Speaker 1: Which is man?
- 29:17Speaker 1: It's underrated to have really good caddy.
- 29:20Speaker 3: Well, they all get great caddies yeah that's great, you know, you know, you know you don't have those bags.
- 29:26Speaker 3: If you're not a great caddy, that's true and and you know uh.
- 29:31Speaker 1: I thought that, uh, one in particular before I let you go here Um, I thought keegan bradley Should have been on the team.
- 29:39Speaker 1: Just I with his, just not.
- 29:42Speaker 1: He played well and just had.
- 29:44Speaker 1: He has that pat.
- 29:45Speaker 1: He's the new england kind of guy.
- 29:47Speaker 1: I think he would have thrived in that kind of environment.
- 29:49Speaker 1: I think maybe you need to find more of those kind of Passionate players maybe in he played on the rider cup.
- 29:57Speaker 3: Yeah, no yeah you know, and so he had a little experience, but Uh, I think the speed thomas there was.
- 30:05Speaker 3: You know he doesn't get along with people as an introvert.
- 30:08Speaker 1: And he doesn't really get along with other players.
- 30:10Speaker 1: Right.
- 30:11Speaker 3: It kind of keeps himself and they just kind of felt like he, he would not be the guy that would you know.
- 30:17Speaker 3: Uh, they could really put on, you know, as a partner and all that kind of stuff.
- 30:22Speaker 3: But plus, he, still he, he, even though he's had a great year.
- 30:26Speaker 3: He's won two tournaments, you know, won heartford and and won early in the year.
- 30:30Speaker 3: He, he, uh, he's, he's not really reliable.
- 30:36Speaker 3: He's not reliable honestly.
- 30:39Speaker 3: Uh, I didn't.
- 30:40Speaker 3: He certainly could.
- 30:42Speaker 3: He certainly earned the right to be chosen.
- 30:45Speaker 3: Uh right right, but you know the I wouldn't put on Zach Johnson, I think, zach, you know he's got all the other assistant captains right there.
- 30:54Speaker 3: Yeah, you know the bucks the buck stops for Zach but you've got all the experience in the world you could ever imagine having right there.
- 31:00Speaker 3: Well, you know, with exception of tiger woods.
- 31:03Speaker 3: Tiger wasn't there, but he'll probably be the next.
- 31:05Speaker 1: That's gonna be exciting.
- 31:07Speaker 1: I like that uh him versus Sergio, that'd be fun.
- 31:10Speaker 1: Well, sergio's, I think yeah, they might not learn him.
- 31:14Speaker 3: Yeah, he's burned that bridge in european so.
- 31:17Speaker 3: Well, uh what?
- 31:19Speaker 1: I have actually one more um, the all, the, the stats and the, the numbers, and they designed the course.
- 31:25Speaker 1: Was it like that back when you played, did they have it to the level where you know just this?
- 31:32Speaker 3: they redesigned the courses based on the yardages where they were yeah uh, you know, I don't think we did it here.
- 31:42Speaker 3: We had courses that, the same courses that we play on tour, like your field and places like that.
- 31:49Speaker 3: Yeah and we have major championships on.
- 31:51Speaker 3: So the Europeans were very familiar with our golf courses.
- 31:54Speaker 3: We're not familiar all with their golf courses, they that they choose.
- 31:59Speaker 3: You know we never.
- 32:00Speaker 3: We would never go play in Spain or are in Rome or you know anywhere like that.
- 32:05Speaker 3: We would go every now and then go to France or something in play, you know, in an offseason event or something.
- 32:12Speaker 1: I mean they talk about having a tactical advantage to actually go out design the course based on the stats of each players numbers from rain.
- 32:20Speaker 1: That's why the par 3s were For lengthened and the par 4s were shortened and I thought it was brilliant, I mean.
- 32:27Speaker 3: I thought the layout was good, I thought there was some peculiar things that that course knowledge would definitely play a part in.
- 32:35Speaker 3: I think that that drivable 16th hole you know he got home on and it got foul, or and on that last day I think, I think ultimately it really hurt us that hole there.
- 32:47Speaker 3: Yeah, and they seem to play it pretty well.
- 32:49Speaker 3: Well, you know that was a big pivotal hole for a lot of the matches.
- 32:55Speaker 1: Well, it was just.
- 32:56Speaker 1: It was a really cool event, kenny, I really appreciate you coming on and talking about it.
- 33:01Speaker 1: I'm it's.
- 33:02Speaker 1: It's such a cool event.
- 33:03Speaker 3: It actually happens right perfectly that it's right in the middle of college football season, because I think it's something that really is similar and I'd like to see them tone their attitudes down just a little bit and and pay more attention to their own business and and not getting each other face quite as much.
- 33:22Speaker 1: Yeah, there was a lot of that.
- 33:23Speaker 1: You saw that at the in the parking lot it almost.
- 33:27Speaker 3: Yeah, it's disappointing really, because those guys are all friends.
- 33:30Speaker 3: They don't they don't dislike each other, right.
- 33:32Speaker 3: A lot of those guys live over here in South Florida, wherever, and they get long file with the Ryder Cup players from.
- 33:39Speaker 1: America and there's just so much media now, with social media Cameras everywhere, so like everything's overblown.
- 33:47Speaker 1: I mean they had that hogwash story that about you know, I didn't even pay any attention to it, but that's what.
- 33:53Speaker 1: That's why it is.
- 33:54Speaker 1: Kenny, I really appreciate you coming on and hopefully talk to you in some time in the future.
- 34:00Speaker 3: Sounds good, my pleasure, thank you.
- 34:02Speaker 1: All right, take care.
- 34:03Speaker 3: Goodbye.
- 34:05Speaker 1: Thanks to Kenny for coming on.
- 34:06Speaker 1: Man, fsu Hall of Famer right there, that's right, yep.
- 34:12Speaker 2: Yeah, I'd be so awesome oh.
- 34:14Speaker 1: Pro golf life man yes man.
- 34:16Speaker 1: Well, it's a hard, it's one of the hardest things.
- 34:18Speaker 2: You gotta be good at golf dude.
- 34:19Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the yeah, mm-hmm.
- 34:21Speaker 1: Ah that's the one thing I there wasn't, that I mean I never had a totally I never had a chance you know, we talked about college, we talked about the Ryder Cup.
- 34:32Speaker 1: Now it's time to get into the NFL from Sunday.
- 34:36Speaker 1: And I was right on the doll on the bills.
- 34:41Speaker 1: Yeah, they ran into a buzz, saw up there.
- 34:44Speaker 2: Yeah, they did.
- 34:45Speaker 1: It just seemed that, especially after all the attention you get off doing something so historical yeah.
- 34:51Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 34:52Speaker 1: You looked at the other two games.
- 34:54Speaker 1: If you looked at the other two games that they played against New England and.
- 35:00Speaker 2: I think the chargers just don't play Buffalo and Buffalo.
- 35:04Speaker 1: Yeah, that is the key and that, but that's, that's who you're gonna have to beat.
- 35:09Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, a lot of season left, oh man, a lot of season left, it's the NFL I could count.
- 35:14Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying.
- 35:15Speaker 1: You can rebound from that.
- 35:16Speaker 1: You have to do something with those bills that they were already.
- 35:21Speaker 2: Niners keep cruising along though man, I'm gonna tell you what Brock Purdy just I Don't know.
- 35:28Speaker 2: It's just his non panic when he can just like make the right decision, that he's not really that great at anything other than just Not being horrible.
- 35:38Speaker 2: And I mean, you know, mccaffrey is McCaffrey right, that's what you have to do.
- 35:42Speaker 2: I was a little bit pissed that Kyle didn't get him the the franchise record.
- 35:47Speaker 2: At least tie it with that fifth touchdown.
- 35:49Speaker 2: I mean, dude, you got a golden opportunity, come on.
- 35:52Speaker 1: Yeah, that's.
- 35:53Speaker 2: Kyle's just a nerd, but yeah, you know, they look good.
- 35:58Speaker 2: We'll see, man.
- 36:00Speaker 2: They look good every year, this time, well, not every year, but Dude, it's Bill Belichick.
- 36:07Speaker 2: I think, dude, I think he's been done, man.
- 36:10Speaker 1: Yeah, they got.
- 36:10Speaker 1: They got their asses kicked.
- 36:12Speaker 2: They should have should have come to a grinding halt.
- 36:14Speaker 2: The the second, he hired Matt Patricia to be the office.
- 36:18Speaker 2: People should like what the hell is that?
- 36:22Speaker 2: Like what's going on?
- 36:23Speaker 2: But now, since it's Bella check, we're not gonna question it.
- 36:25Speaker 2: And I'm gonna say something in the chief's got big problems at wide receiver.
- 36:29Speaker 2: Hmm, yeah, like they're gonna play some teams where my home's interceptions actually matter.
- 36:36Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know, it's still the chief's, there's still a team, but I don't know if you you got him.
- 36:43Speaker 2: I don't know if I like him as the favorite coming out of there.
- 36:46Speaker 2: I mean, I have the dolphins in the Super Bowl, but right, but then you saw them yet last week.
- 36:50Speaker 1: Yeah, I still got him going right, we might come down to the bills.
- 36:55Speaker 2: Yeah, it's I also man the Saints.
- 36:59Speaker 2: Good Lord, oh my god.
- 37:05Speaker 1: I was so upset to hear the news that they were starting Derek hard.
- 37:08Speaker 1: Nothing against their car, but he wasn't healthy.
- 37:12Speaker 2: No, he wasn't healthy.
- 37:13Speaker 1: And I'm telling you right now they're offensive coordinator is needs to be fired he will be and that coach needs to be fired.
- 37:23Speaker 1: Honestly, they were all on the way out.
- 37:24Speaker 1: They hired Sean Payton's staff, especially the offense coordinator.
- 37:30Speaker 1: You hired a guy that did not call the plays whatsoever.
- 37:33Speaker 2: Yeah, that was just sitting around Drew Brees and Sean Payton.
- 37:37Speaker 2: He was a core reporter, he was a stenographer and I sat in on the offensive meetings and kept the minutes.
- 37:42Speaker 2: Yeah, so yeah, exactly.
- 37:45Speaker 1: It's just boring man.
- 37:47Speaker 1: They're coming on historic low for scoring under 20 points in every damn game.
- 37:53Speaker 2: You're starting to see some teams that I think are obviously.
- 37:56Speaker 1: You saw, I saw.
- 37:57Speaker 1: I saw a Saints offense in early in the season, in 21, when Sean Payton was there, with less talent Look way better than it is now with more talent, and it's ridiculous.
- 38:08Speaker 1: It's ridiculous First of all.
- 38:09Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't even know what the hell they're doing.
- 38:12Speaker 1: They can't freaking get the ball in the end zone to say their lives.
- 38:15Speaker 1: But Tampa bad team.
- 38:17Speaker 2: Yeah, thanks for that team.
- 38:19Speaker 1: I don't think the Bucks are that good either.
- 38:21Speaker 2: They're going to be the class of that, that kind of division.
- 38:24Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly.
- 38:25Speaker 2: Falcons are fizzling out.
- 38:27Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 38:28Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 38:29Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 38:30Speaker 2: It's.
- 38:30Speaker 2: It's kind of disappointing.
- 38:31Speaker 2: I wish I wish James would just drift off somewhere else.
- 38:34Speaker 1: Yeah, well, just that they're.
- 38:37Speaker 1: Just that guy's a boring coach.
- 38:39Speaker 1: I mean, that guy, what is he calling man?
- 38:42Speaker 1: I don't know Nothing.
- 38:44Speaker 2: He's tanking, just like they're doing in Chicago.
- 38:46Speaker 3: Oh my God, the suck bowl.
- 38:47Speaker 2: That was a masterclass at the suck bowl?
- 38:50Speaker 2: We don't really want to win this game, justin, ok, you're doing a little too good.
- 38:54Speaker 2: He started off what, oh he's like what?
- 38:57Speaker 2: 21 or 22 for 300 something yards.
- 39:00Speaker 2: Four touchdowns, wow.
- 39:02Speaker 2: And they call it a naked bootleg or something like that.
- 39:05Speaker 2: Sack fumble return for a touchdown.
- 39:07Speaker 2: I mean bears.
- 39:11Speaker 2: Yeah, they got the top two draft picks as it stands right now.
- 39:14Speaker 2: And so you think it's over for him.
- 39:18Speaker 1: And oh, without question, I think that entire coach, so no matter what he comes out and puts up numbers, they're going to try to lose.
- 39:24Speaker 1: You think that, well, he's not.
- 39:27Speaker 2: He's not going to put up numbers like that every week.
- 39:29Speaker 1: Right, that's the thing Play the Broncos yeah.
- 39:31Speaker 1: But I mean here's an opportunity to win.
- 39:33Speaker 2: Yeah, it's an opportunity to win a game that he actually looked OK and it's like, dude, we can't, we don't really want to win Right.
- 39:40Speaker 2: Yeah, like, of course you look, you looked OK because the Broncos suck.
- 39:44Speaker 1: There's going to be a big shiny toy that all the all the crappy teams are going to be there, everybody's going after Caleb.
- 39:49Speaker 1: Williams Right, because he's he's the real deal.
- 39:52Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 39:53Speaker 1: He's going to be the number one pick.
- 39:54Speaker 2: Yeah, in the draft, yeah, and, and Chicago is very likely to have, at least at worst, two top five picks.
- 40:02Speaker 2: You know they get, they get Carolina's pick.
- 40:05Speaker 2: So we had to go.
- 40:06Speaker 2: Carolina's not winning anything.
- 40:11Speaker 1: Well, you know, you keep picking.
- 40:12Speaker 1: You picked them the way.
- 40:13Speaker 1: Yeah, I did.
- 40:14Speaker 1: You know you're starting to crank it up.
- 40:16Speaker 1: If you're wanting to gamble, if you want to start, yeah.
- 40:19Speaker 2: Gamblers out there.
- 40:20Speaker 2: If you want some serious, guaranteed action, just listen to my winners and go against that every week Losers.
- 40:27Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm picking losers every week.
- 40:29Speaker 1: It was unfortunate, so I got one more game, one more chance.
- 40:37Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 40:38Speaker 1: Come down to it for a second.
- 40:40Speaker 1: I think Mike had a great week.
- 40:42Speaker 1: Everybody's had well wins for him so far so everybody's had one week, it's only me.
- 40:47Speaker 2: It's peaked at what Eight and eight he had.
- 40:50Speaker 2: Six wins out of 16.
- 40:53Speaker 2: You know, I've picked the Niners the last two weeks and they just they look better and better.
- 40:59Speaker 1: Yeah, that's all I mean.
- 41:00Speaker 1: Really.
- 41:01Speaker 1: That's your team man.
- 41:02Speaker 2: I don't think the Cardinals are as bad as everybody makes them out to be.
- 41:06Speaker 1: No, they they beat the Cowboys.
- 41:08Speaker 1: He did.
- 41:08Speaker 1: Yeah, they did.
- 41:10Speaker 1: Patriots look terrible.
- 41:14Speaker 2: Yeah, that guy's been washed up, man, I don't know, I guess just that, patricia, offense for me and this ridiculous.

- 42:00Speaker 2: I do.
- 42:00Speaker 2: I'm interested to see if Robert Scott's actually going to play.
- 42:04Speaker 2: He's back on the depth chart, but that really doesn't mean a ton, yeah.
- 42:09Speaker 2: I don't know, I mean depending on what you hear did, he hadn't been practicing a whole lot, so I'm skeptical.
- 42:15Speaker 2: Right, it's a big.
- 42:16Speaker 2: It's a big loss.
- 42:17Speaker 2: Yeah, it is.
