Andrea Peet, a 45-year-old ALS survivor who defied a two-to-five-year prognosis, is turning her passion for pickleball into a powerful cause—pushing for special North Carolina license plates to fund ALS research. After completing a marathon in all 50 states using a tricycle, she’s now rallying her community to sign petitions and support her nonprofit, Team Drea Foundation.
