  Speaker 1: collision this past weekend, which I did not see as

  Speaker 1: I was occupied with the elimination Chamber, although I wish

  Speaker 1: I was not occupied with the elimination chamber. And in

  Speaker 1: the main event tonight, we also had an impromptu match
• 0:31
  Speaker 1: and new Trios champion's crowned. So we had two title
• 0:35
  Speaker 1: matches that were announced in advance of tonight, and the
• 0:38
  Speaker 1: title change that we got came in the one match
• 0:41
  Speaker 1: that was not announced until we were midway through the show.

  Speaker 1: It was a good night, bad night situation for Kevin Knight,
• 0:49
  Speaker 1: although still not as bad as the week that La
• 0:52
  Speaker 1: Knight had for himself. But it was good news, bad
• 0:55
  Speaker 1: news for Kevin Knight. So Kevin Knight was opening the
• 0:58
  Speaker 1: show tonight against MJF. And I know this is going
• 1:01
  Speaker 1: to shock a lot of you. Kevin Knight did not
• 1:03
  Speaker 1: win the AW World title. I know, I know you're
• 1:06
  Speaker 1: very surprised by this. He did not win the World Championship.
• 1:09
  Speaker 1: He lost to MJF. And then later on in the show,
• 1:14
  Speaker 1: we had this impromptu match where it was Jet Speed
• 1:17
  Speaker 1: and Hangman Page putting their trios titles on the line
• 1:20
  Speaker 1: against the don Kallis family, and not only did they
• 1:23
  Speaker 1: lose their trios titles, but it was Kevin Knight who
• 1:26
  Speaker 1: took the losing fall. So Kevin Knight got pinned, not once,
• 1:30
  Speaker 1: but twice. You're on this show tonight, and I know
• 1:33
  Speaker 1: there's going to be a lot of people who probably
• 1:35
  Speaker 1: look at that and go, man, why would you pin
• 1:37
  Speaker 1: him twice on the same show. They might want to,

  Speaker 1: They might be tempted to use the B word. Don't

  Speaker 1: do that, Just the opposite. Actually, I thought Kevin Knight

  Speaker 1: actually had a very good Knight for himself. If you

  Speaker 1: is actually in a very good position right now. In

  Speaker 1: pretty well for himself. In fact, I will say that

  Speaker 1: Kevin Knight is going to go on to be the

  Speaker 1: breakout Star of the Year in aaw this year. I

  Speaker 1: think he is on track to do that. He is

  Speaker 1: always in the follow up, we'll see what they do

  Speaker 1: with him. But again, don't get wrapped up necessarily in

  Speaker 1: the fact that he lost two matches on this show,

  Speaker 1: because I'm looking at the bigger picture with him and

  Speaker 1: looking at the way that he's being used as compared

  Speaker 1: to other people that Tony Khan has signed, and I

  Speaker 1: actually think he's in a pretty good situation for himself.

  Speaker 1: But with mjf interfering in that main event, he was

  Speaker 1: the catalyst for that title change. That's going to put

  Speaker 1: more heat now on the feud between him and Hangman

  Speaker 1: going into Revolution. Of course, we have their textas deathmatch

  Speaker 1: coming up on the fifteenth. They're going to be having

  Speaker 1: has had these what I would call showcase matches. Right,

  Speaker 1: it was him against the Beast Mort's and then it
• 10:21
  Speaker 1: was him against I mean, fucking man Sore was on Dynamite.

  Speaker 1: Why the fuck would Mansor be on Dynamite other than
• 10:28
  Speaker 1: we want to, you know, put Kevin Knight on television.

  Speaker 1: We want to feed him a win. There's a reason
• 10:33
  Speaker 1: for it. Now we know what that reason was. They
• 10:34
  Speaker 1: were prepping him for a World championship match. He had
• 10:38
  Speaker 1: to beat Mansor to get a shot of the World

  Speaker 1: Championship here on this show. So Knight went for his

  Speaker 1: UFO splash early on in the match. There was no

  Speaker 1: one home, and we got the the briss. We got

  Speaker 1: is trying to get himself together here. Finally he comes over.

  Speaker 1: MJF kicks at it two, so the Night goes up

  Speaker 1: for another UFO splash. This time, though MJF got the

  Speaker 1: knees up. He quickly followed up with the heat seeker

  Speaker 1: match was over, MJF he tosses Bryce out of the

  Speaker 1: ring and he was about to use the Dynamite Diamond

  Speaker 1: ring on night when Hangman Adam Page showed up by

  Speaker 1: the entrance way. Speedball Mike Bailey appeared in the ring

  Speaker 1: behind MJF, who caught him with a kick when he
• 12:59
  Speaker 1: turned around, and so that was the end of things here.

  Speaker 1: So I was wondering if this would set up a

  Speaker 1: title defense against Speedball. You know, MJF defended against Kevin Knight,
• 13:11
  Speaker 1: he was defending at Revolution as we know against Hangman.

  Speaker 1: Is Speedball going to get in on the party here?

  Speaker 1: Speedball is getting a title match next week, but it
• 13:19
  Speaker 1: will not be against MJF. So we got our answer

  Speaker 1: to that later in the show. That very good match.

  Speaker 1: This is a very good match to open the show. Again,

  Speaker 1: there's no drama here, you know, when you're this close

  Speaker 1: to a major world championship match on pay per view,

  Speaker 1: and even Kevin Knight just being in the position that

  Speaker 1: he's in as young as he is, and he may

  Speaker 1: yet get there, but he's not there yet. Like again,

  Speaker 1: there's no real there's no real drama or tension as

  Speaker 1: far as what the finish is going to be. But

  Speaker 1: it doesn't mean that you don't do a match like this.

  Speaker 1: It doesn't mean that you can't design near falls or

  Speaker 1: you might be able to convince the fans. There have

  Speaker 1: been some great ones over the years. I mean, my god,

  Speaker 1: I can remember a match over twenty years ago on

  Speaker 1: Monday Night Raw with Triple H and of all people,

  Speaker 1: Taka Michi fucking Noku. That's what he should have called himself.

  Speaker 1: He's wrestling Taka Michi Noku on Raw and I'm like

  Speaker 1: hanging on to every near fall. Twenty fifteen, Seth Rollins

  Speaker 1: and Neville Pack, whatever you want to call him, they

  Speaker 1: had a World Championship match on Raw. I got one

  Speaker 1: of my favorite near falls of all time on that

  Speaker 1: But again, you knew coming into this what the outcome

  Speaker 1: even done. But they did it this way because it

  Speaker 1: would happen in the trios match later on in the

  Speaker 1: main event. But you could tell again how much Tony

  Speaker 1: Kahan believes in Kevin Knight. He has spoken of him

  Speaker 1: glowingly before in interviews. Even in this match here he

  Speaker 1: didn't win, but he got the visual pin on the
• 14:56
  Speaker 1: World Champion when the referee wasn't there. That's why I say,

  Speaker 1: you know, when we look back at twenty twenty six,

  Speaker 1: I'm fairly confident that we'll be looking at this year
• 15:04
  Speaker 1: and we'll be looking at Kevin Knight as the breakout

  Speaker 1: star of the year. In the way that Kyle Fletcher
• 15:09
  Speaker 1: was for aw in twenty twenty five, I think that's
• 15:14
  Speaker 1: probably the role for Kevin Knight here in twenty twenty six.

  Speaker 1: So even though he got beat he got beat by
• 15:20
  Speaker 1: the World Champion, there were worse people to be beaten by.

  Speaker 1: At least it wasn't an eliminator match. We got an

  Speaker 1: actual championship match. It's not like Kevin Knight had to

  Speaker 1: beat the champion to then beat the champion again. They're like, well,

  Speaker 1: you know what, We're just gonna do a title match.

  Speaker 1: It's like, okay, but this would not be the last

  Speaker 1: time we would see Kevin Knight here on this show. Now,

  Speaker 1: after this, we had Orange Cassidy and Darby Allen again
• 15:44
  Speaker 1: to the war Dogs. Clark Conners and Gabe Kid Kids
• 15:49
  Speaker 1: set the ring steps up very early on here before
• 15:52
  Speaker 1: the bell even rang. Over by the timekeeper's area the
• 15:54
  Speaker 1: timekeeper's barricade, Cassidy saved his partner from doom as a
• 15:59
  Speaker 1: Darby ed. He launched Clark Conners with a shotgun dropkick

  Speaker 1: into the led boards. He missed on the follow up,

  Speaker 1: and so over by these steps, Kid brought Cassidy up

  Speaker 1: the steps. He trapped him in a guillotine. Here comes

  Speaker 1: Clark Conners. He gets a running start. He runs up

  Speaker 1: the stairs and he spears Orange Cassidy off the steps

  Speaker 1: and into the timekeeper's area. There's a table there, and

  Speaker 1: they go crashing through the table. This is all happening
• 16:30
  Speaker 1: before the matches even officially started. After that happens, we
• 16:34
  Speaker 1: get a bell and now the match is officially underway.

  Speaker 1: Darby got turned inside out on a lariat and we
• 16:40
  Speaker 1: had the war dogs standing tall here before the commercial break.

  Speaker 1: As the doctors were tending to Orange Cassidy, so they
• 16:49
  Speaker 1: placed Darby on top and then they shoved them over
• 16:51
  Speaker 1: and he took a nasty fall on the way down.

  Speaker 1: Cassidy eventually got tagged in to take the heat off Darby,
• 16:58
  Speaker 1: he flew in. Later on, Darby did the code read
• 17:01
  Speaker 1: to Gabe Kid. Darby then caught Connor's with an over
• 17:04
  Speaker 1: the top stunner. Cassidy followed with a satellite DDT. Darby
• 17:08
  Speaker 1: hit a coffin drop outside on the pile, and Darby
• 17:12
  Speaker 1: threw Connor's back inside to eat an Orange punch for
• 17:15
  Speaker 1: the wind. So the baby Faces pick up the wind here,
• 17:19
  Speaker 1: But the story came when the match was over, because
• 17:21
  Speaker 1: after the match, as the baby Faces are celebrating in
• 17:24
  Speaker 1: the ring, David Finley shows up with a shalale and
• 17:31
  Speaker 1: he beats Darby and Orange Cassidy down with it. Connor's
• 17:34
  Speaker 1: and Kid they helped Darby up to his feet. He
• 17:36
  Speaker 1: gets clubbed in the head with the shillally and the
• 17:40
  Speaker 1: war Dogs stand tall here to close things out. A
• 17:45
  Speaker 1: very muted reaction to the debut of David Finley. Either
• 17:50
  Speaker 1: these people did not recognize who he was or they
• 17:54
  Speaker 1: just did not care, But it's not like he got
• 17:57
  Speaker 1: some sort of rousing reception one way or the other.
