Mega Edition: The Investigation Into Prince Andrew In The UK (9/27/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

0:00
Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to hop across
0:07
Speaker 1: the pond and we're going to talk about the expanding
0:10
Speaker 1: English investigation into Jeffrey Epstein and the allegations of abuse
0:15
Speaker 1: over a span of decades in the UK. Meanwhile, back
0:19
Speaker 1: here in America, one of the only Republicans with the
0:22
Speaker 1: stones to stand up to Donald Trump was just voted out.
0:25
Speaker 1: And if you don't think that was retribution for the petition...
0:29
Speaker 1: You got another thing coming. It most certainly was. And
0:32
Speaker 1: the fact that the people down in Kentucky bought the
0:35
Speaker 1: nonsense and actually voted for Ed Galleran tells you everything
0:39
Speaker 1: you need to know about the hypnosis that a lot
0:43
Speaker 1: of these GOP voters are operating under. Imagine listening to
0:47
Speaker 1: Donald Trump call all of this a hoax and then
0:50
Speaker 1: seeing all of the evidence that came out of how
0:53
Speaker 1: widespread the corruption was and then just shrugging your shoulders
0:57
Speaker 1: and and voting for Ed Gallerin, all because they want
1:00
Speaker 1: to make Donnie Diddles happy. Talk about pathetic. This article,
1:03
Speaker 1: published by The Guardian, and the headline, Surrey Police Launch
1:07
Speaker 1: Investigation into UK Epstein Abuse Allegations. This article was authored
1:14
Speaker 1: by Vikram Dodd. Surrey Police have launched a criminal investigation
1:18
Speaker 1: into allegations of child sexual abuse after two women came
1:22
Speaker 1: forward to say that they were victims of attacks in Britain,
1:26
Speaker 1: detailed in the Epstein Files. The force said the claims
1:30
Speaker 1: dated back to the 80s and 90s with one in
1:34
Speaker 1: Surrey and allegations concerning Berkshire understood to relate to the
1:38
Speaker 1: Windsor estate. Well, what do you know? I wonder what
1:42
Speaker 1: was going on on the Windsor estate and I wonder
1:45
Speaker 1: who was involved. Could it be a guy whose initials
1:50
Speaker 1: are JEE? Possibly. And you damn well know. that the
1:56
Speaker 1: Prince of Punkasses is going to be right in the mix.
1:59
Speaker 1: So what exactly was happening at Windsor? And what did
2:02
Speaker 1: the Queen know? And when did she know it? The
2:06
Speaker 1: Surrey investigations, the first by British police, relating to Epstein,
2:10
Speaker 1: examining alleged harm against females. The force was understood to
2:15
Speaker 1: be searching for evidence to prove or disprove the claims,
2:19
Speaker 1: and has interviewed the alleged victims. In a statement, the
2:24
Speaker 1: Surrey force, which covers... An area south of London said,
2:28
Speaker 1: following the release of the files relating to Jeffrey Epstein
2:31
Speaker 1: by the U.S. Department of Justice, we're investigating two separate
2:34
Speaker 1: allegations of non-recent child sexual abuse. And of course, it's
2:39
Speaker 1: going to be hard to prove anything, right? All those
2:42
Speaker 1: years ago. But the fact that they're at least investigating
2:46
Speaker 1: is a step in the right direction as far as
2:47
Speaker 1: I'm concerned. In a statement, the Surrey Force, which covers
2:52
Speaker 1: an area south of London said, said following the release
2:55
Speaker 1: of files relating to Jeffrey Epstein by the U.S. Department
2:58
Speaker 1: of Justice, we're investigating two separate allegations of non-recent child
3:02
Speaker 1: sexual abuse. One report relates to locations in Surrey and
3:07
Speaker 1: Berkshire in the mid-90s to 2000. The other relates to
3:12
Speaker 1: mid to late 80s in West Surrey. And you have
3:16
Speaker 1: to think that this is all part of the larger
3:19
Speaker 1: investigation that has been initiated over in the U.K., And
3:23
Speaker 1: remember when Andrew and Mandelson were first arrested and there
3:26
Speaker 1: were people out there saying, well, don't jump the gun.
3:29
Speaker 1: We don't know what this has to do with. We
3:30
Speaker 1: don't know, you know, the extent of their relationship with Epstein,
3:33
Speaker 1: et cetera, et cetera. And I told you that they
3:37
Speaker 1: were opening the door and that the investigation would inevitably expand. Well,
3:43
Speaker 1: it looks like that's where we're at and that the
3:45
Speaker 1: investigation most certainly has expanded. The only question now is
3:50
Speaker 1: just how far that expansion has gone. And even more importantly,
3:54
Speaker 1: will it keep growing? Because there's a lot of questions
3:58
Speaker 1: that need to be answered about Jeffrey Epstein and the UK.
4:05
Speaker 1: It was understood that no potential suspects have yet been interviewed,
4:09
Speaker 1: and there have been no arrests. The force had been
4:12
Speaker 1: considering whether a full criminal investigation was needed for several
4:16
Speaker 1: months after material was published in the Epstein files in
4:20
Speaker 1: December of 2025. And look, if you're a government and
4:25
Speaker 1: you see the kind of stuff that you've seen in
4:26
Speaker 1: the Epstein files and it's relating to citizens from your country,
4:31
Speaker 1: don't you think you'd want to have a task force
4:34
Speaker 1: and dive deeper into what's going on? I know that
4:37
Speaker 1: if I was in charge, 100%. And honestly, it's crazy
4:41
Speaker 1: that it's taken this long for that to even occur.
4:46
Speaker 1: It's not like these allegations are new. And it's not
4:48
Speaker 1: like people in the UK didn't know about these allegations
4:51
Speaker 1: years ago. They did. The big problem for them now
4:55
Speaker 1: is the fact that you know. That's what they can't have.
4:59
Speaker 1: They can't have the people know that they didn't do
5:02
Speaker 1: their job because they know you're going to demand answers.
5:05
Speaker 1: So now the authorities in the UK have been forced
5:08
Speaker 1: to open this investigation. Believe me when I tell you,
5:11
Speaker 1: this is not something they want to do either. In February,
5:14
Speaker 1: the force appealed for witnesses and said, following the U.S.
5:17
Speaker 1: Department of Justice Epstein file release in December of 2015,
5:22
Speaker 1: Surrey police became aware of a redacted report alleging non-recent
5:26
Speaker 1: human trafficking and sexual assaults on a minor in Virginia Waters, Surrey,
5:32
Speaker 1: between 1994 and 1996. So, a long time ago, right?
5:39
Speaker 1: And in that time, you know that evidence has walked away,
5:42
Speaker 1: memories are not as sharp, and it's a lot harder
5:45
Speaker 1: to prove something that happened that long ago. Now, here's
5:49
Speaker 1: the caveat to that. Are there police reports? Are there
5:54
Speaker 1: reports that were given to other people in positions of
5:57
Speaker 1: power that were ignored? I don't know. But my guess is,
6:03
Speaker 1: that's what happened. The same stuff that happened in America,
6:07
Speaker 1: I hate to say it, happened in the UK. And
6:12
Speaker 1: when I tell you it's systemic, I don't just mean America.
6:16
Speaker 1: I mean the whole ass world. We're being played for fools, folks.
6:21
Speaker 1: All of us. and it doesn't matter where you live,
6:24
Speaker 1: every single one of us is on the receiving end
6:26
Speaker 1: of a punch in the teeth. Meanwhile, these people continue
6:29
Speaker 1: to get rich and laugh all the way to the bank.
6:33
Speaker 1: After reviewing our system using the limited information available to us,
6:37
Speaker 1: we found no evidence of the Surrey-related allegations being reported
6:41
Speaker 1: to the Surrey police. Alright, well, that answers that. But
6:45
Speaker 1: that doesn't mean nothing happened. Publicity about the allegations led
6:50
Speaker 1: people to come forward, and claim to have information. In February,
6:54
Speaker 1: Surrey Police said, we've received several reports as a result
6:58
Speaker 1: of the appeal for witnesses, which we're in the process
7:01
Speaker 1: of reviewing. And look, there's gonna be crazies. There is
7:05
Speaker 1: no doubt about it. People come out of the woodwork,
7:09
Speaker 1: and they make up all kinds of stories. Whether they're
7:11
Speaker 1: a part of the cover-up or not, that's a case-by-case basis.
7:16
Speaker 1: But the result's the same. Look, the more chaos, the
7:20
Speaker 1: more noise, the more people can point to salacious bullshit
7:25
Speaker 1: that's obviously not true, the easier it is for people
7:28
Speaker 1: like Trump to call this a hoax. And it's wild
7:31
Speaker 1: that people keep falling into the trap. And one of
7:33
Speaker 1: the main reasons is because Donald Trump knows that people
7:37
Speaker 1: are acting emotionally. He knows that people aren't being rational.
7:41
Speaker 1: And he knows that people really hate him. And he
7:46
Speaker 1: uses it, right? That's a lever for him. And the
7:50
Speaker 1: most absurd things inside of the files, you know, cannibalism, etc. Well,
7:55
Speaker 1: what do you think these people point to when they're
7:57
Speaker 1: trying to call this a hoax? Meanwhile, there's actual allegations
8:01
Speaker 1: of abuse, obvious immigration fraud, financial crimes that would make
8:05
Speaker 1: Bernie Madoff jealous, and a whole host of other things
8:08
Speaker 1: going on. That's provable. But for a lot of people,
8:12
Speaker 1: it's not about getting to the bottom of what happened.
8:14
Speaker 1: It's about driving engagement, and it's about getting clicks. Child
8:18
Speaker 1: abuse specialists... and the force's public protection team are leading
8:22
Speaker 1: the investigation. Documents relating to Epstein, the disgraced financier and
8:27
Speaker 1: sex offender, and his associates have been published on the U.S.
8:30
Speaker 1: Department of Justice website. If you want to call it that.
8:35
Speaker 1: Where are the other three million? Probably at Todd Baby
8:39
Speaker 1: Billy Blanche's house. Surrey are the third British police force
8:45
Speaker 1: criminally investigating after revelations in the Epstein files. It's the
8:50
Speaker 1: first British police criminal investigation into claims of sexual harm
8:55
Speaker 1: against females relating to Epstein, who was alleged to have
8:58
Speaker 1: trafficked women and girls to his powerful associates. Well, some
9:03
Speaker 1: of them. And that's what everybody focuses on, right? People
9:08
Speaker 1: are out here talking like Epstein and Maxwell were running
9:10
Speaker 1: a Heidi Fleiss operation. They weren't. The people that were
9:14
Speaker 1: set up with girls, especially Epstein, Girls on the island,
9:18
Speaker 1: or at the mansion, or at Zorro Ranch. Those were
9:21
Speaker 1: special occasions. It wasn't like anybody who came to Epstein's
9:24
Speaker 1: house could go and pick a girl and, you know,
9:27
Speaker 1: do what they want with them. That wasn't what Epstein
9:30
Speaker 1: was up to. And it's wild that all these years later,
9:34
Speaker 1: people still don't get it. Now, that said, there were
9:37
Speaker 1: people who had girls traffic to them. And we've talked
9:40
Speaker 1: about those people and the allegations against them at length.
9:44
Speaker 1: But to think that Jeffrey Epstein... was running some kind
9:47
Speaker 1: of cat house is ridiculous. That was not what was
9:51
Speaker 1: going on. The two criminal investigations so far have related
9:54
Speaker 1: to alleged offenses against the state. And that was the door.
9:58
Speaker 1: And I told you when it happened that they were
10:00
Speaker 1: going to open that door wide. And here we are.
10:03
Speaker 1: And they're going to keep expanding. If they find any
10:06
Speaker 1: evidence whatsoever, they're going to keep opening doors. And I'm
10:10
Speaker 1: very curious where those doors lead. Because unlike here in America,
10:15
Speaker 1: the Trump factor isn't coming into play. Or at least
10:18
Speaker 1: we hope it's not. The former Prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and
10:24
Speaker 1: former Cabinet Minister Peter Mandelson have been arrested on suspicion
10:28
Speaker 1: of misconduct in public office for allegedly handing Epstein sensitive
10:32
Speaker 1: information gathered as part of their official roles. Imagine? And
10:38
Speaker 1: not just Epstein to anybody. You have confidential information about
10:42
Speaker 1: your country and you pass it on to somebody else?
10:46
Speaker 1: Sounds like treason to me. Both deny any wrongdoing. King
10:51
Speaker 1: Charles' brother is under investigation by Thames Valley Police, and
10:55
Speaker 1: the former cabinet minister and former ambassador to Washington is
10:59
Speaker 1: under investigation by the Metro Police. Six forces are examining
11:03
Speaker 1: whether criminal investigation should be launched into flights coming into
11:07
Speaker 1: the UK, allegedly at the behest of Epstein, carrying trafficked women.
11:13
Speaker 1: And he didn't do it himself. Who okayed the flight plan?
11:17
Speaker 1: Who said he could land? All of that stuff matters.
11:20
Speaker 1: The logistics, right? And that's why they never hit him
11:24
Speaker 1: with Rico. British police fear that prosecutors will be reluctant
11:31
Speaker 1: to bring charges unless the Trump administration agrees to hand
11:34
Speaker 1: over original documents from the Epstein files. Imagine that shit.
11:40
Speaker 1: How could anyone support Donald Trump's bullshit? It is just absurd.
11:46
Speaker 1: This man has run in all kinds of interference, even internationally.
11:50
Speaker 1: The corruption never stops. It is just non-stop corruption every
11:55
Speaker 1: time you turn around. So far, redacted documents relating to
12:00
Speaker 1: Epstein and his associates have been published on the DOJ website.
12:05
Speaker 1: The DOJ, considered to be under Trump's control, has told
12:09
Speaker 1: British police it would not consider handing over the original
12:12
Speaker 1: documents without a formal request. That is a bureaucratic and
12:17
Speaker 1: lengthy process. All by design. What, you don't think Trump
12:22
Speaker 1: demanded that the DOJ doesn't play ball? Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic.
12:27
Speaker 1: And real talk, if you still support that shit, you're
12:30
Speaker 1: pathetic too. A national gold group hosted by the National
12:35
Speaker 1: Police Chiefs Council is coordinating British police efforts to investigate
12:39
Speaker 1: allegations in the Epstein files. Well, hopefully they come up
12:42
Speaker 1: with something. But if the Trump administration's not going to
12:46
Speaker 1: play ball, it's going to be very difficult. So, like usual...
12:50
Speaker 1: We'll keep an eye on this one as well, and
12:52
Speaker 1: we'll see where it expands, and we'll see who, if anyone,
12:56
Speaker 1: is held accountable. All the information that goes with this
12:59
Speaker 1: episode can be found in the description box. What's up
13:03
Speaker 1: everyone and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles.
13:07
Speaker 1: So apparently Prince Andrew's former security team is under investigation
13:12
Speaker 1: now because the royal genius decided to send emails asking
13:16
Speaker 1: them to dig up compromise on Virginia Roberts. Absolutely phenomenal.
13:22
Speaker 1: You really have to take a moment to appreciate the
13:25
Speaker 1: spectacular stupidity involved here. The man genuinely believes he's some
13:30
Speaker 1: kind of covert operative, when really he has the tactical
13:33
Speaker 1: finesse of a man with one leg running a race.
13:37
Speaker 1: Bro thinks that he's Jason Bourne, but he's actually that
13:39
Speaker 1: kid in school who eats paste behind the gym and
13:42
Speaker 1: tells everybody that he's training for the Navy SEALs. It's
13:46
Speaker 1: almost breathtaking. Most people accused of sexual abuse call a lawyer,
13:51
Speaker 1: maybe issue a statement, hide quietly, anything resembling adult behavior.
13:56
Speaker 1: Andrew's first instinct is, Oi, lads, assemble the troops. It's
14:00
Speaker 1: secret mission time. Intel. He said Intel. My guy, you
14:04
Speaker 1: couldn't even gather sweat. And you expect people to pull
14:08
Speaker 1: off international espionage on your behalf? Just picture it. Paint
14:12
Speaker 1: the whole scene. These security officers, the real deal, highly
14:16
Speaker 1: trained tactical professionals who pass firearms qualifications, I would guess,
14:20
Speaker 1: survive scenario drills, learn evasive driving techniques, and are prepared
14:25
Speaker 1: to throw themselves in front of bullets, standing there while
14:29
Speaker 1: his royal dampness bursts into the room and assigns the
14:32
Speaker 1: missions like he's directing a low-budget porno version of Mission Impossible.
14:36
Speaker 1: Fine dirt, soldier. The monarchy depends on it. Go forth
14:40
Speaker 1: into the shadows and obtain screenshots. I almost can't. These
14:46
Speaker 1: poor bastards signed up to prevent kidnappings, not to compete
14:50
Speaker 1: on the world's most depressing version of The Apprentice. And
14:53
Speaker 1: what exactly was the endgame if they succeeded? Presented in
14:57
Speaker 1: PowerPoint with laser pointers? Here, sir, we found an embarrassing
15:01
Speaker 1: Facebook post from 2009. Victory for the crown. Democracy saved.
15:06
Speaker 1: God save the queen. And yo, it's honestly stunning. Like
15:11
Speaker 1: a once-in-a-generation natural disaster? To watch a man with unlimited privilege,
15:15
Speaker 1: infinite resources, and access to top-tier legal counsel decide the
15:20
Speaker 1: best strategic move is to behave like a rejected member
15:23
Speaker 1: of a failed boy band trying to save his reputation
15:26
Speaker 1: with a Reddit smear campaign? The royal family has survived
15:29
Speaker 1: world wars, pandemics, divorces, scandals, tabloid bloodbaths, and this is
15:34
Speaker 1: the heir to the idiot throne? This is the man
15:37
Speaker 1: tasked with representing centuries of power? Somewhere King Henry VIII
15:42
Speaker 1: is spinning in his grave so fast they could wire
15:45
Speaker 1: him to the grid and solve the UK's energy crisis.
15:49
Speaker 1: The empire didn't fall to revolution. It fell to Andrew
15:52
Speaker 1: sending dumbass emails. And now we've got this big dramatic probe.
15:56
Speaker 1: And let's be real. The word probe is the funniest
15:59
Speaker 1: part of the whole circus. The headlines sound like a
16:02
Speaker 1: bad porno. Prince Andrew faces probe. Of course he does.
16:06
Speaker 1: If we're probing anything... It should probably be Andrew's brain
16:10
Speaker 1: to identify what exotic gases are filling the space where
16:13
Speaker 1: common sense was supposed to develop. But sure, technically, this
16:17
Speaker 1: is an investigation. Let's play pretend. Let's all sit crisscross
16:21
Speaker 1: applesauce and imagine justice is real. Because this is what
16:25
Speaker 1: consequences look like for royalty. Some guy in a suit
16:28
Speaker 1: typing an email with mild irritation. A meeting where everyone
16:31
Speaker 1: nods at each other seriously. and then nothing happens for
16:35
Speaker 1: 11 to 18 business years until the public has moved
16:38
Speaker 1: on or died. Meanwhile, the Joe Exotic of the Windsor
16:41
Speaker 1: family is going to be sitting in whatever drafty dungeon
16:44
Speaker 1: adjacent estate they've stuffed him into, polishing the only metals
16:48
Speaker 1: that are left to him, like successfully didn't sweat in 2001,
16:52
Speaker 1: and outstanding excellence in pretending not to know Jeffrey Epstein.
16:56
Speaker 1: His reputation is so radioactive at this point, it should
16:59
Speaker 1: require lead gloves to touch. The man is the human
17:03
Speaker 1: equivalent of warm mayonnaise left in the sun. One whiff
17:07
Speaker 1: and everyone backs away gagging. So let him keep digging.
17:10
Speaker 1: Let him keep trying to outmaneuver the consequences he's been
17:13
Speaker 1: outrunning his entire life. Watching him scramble is the best
17:17
Speaker 1: entertainment the monarchy has provided in decades. They should sell tickets.
17:21
Speaker 1: Put it on pay-per-view. Make it a charity event for survivors. Hell,
17:26
Speaker 1: I'd watch Andrew try to assemble a basic defense strategy
17:29
Speaker 1: the same way people watch car crash compilations. Horrified, but
17:33
Speaker 1: unable to look away. Bravo, sir. Truly. Standing ovation. You've
17:38
Speaker 1: turned your entire legacy into a punchline, transformed a thousand-year
17:42
Speaker 1: institution into a live-action sitcom, and you did it all
17:45
Speaker 1: by yourself. No sweat. Today's article is from GB News,
17:51
Speaker 1: and the headline, Police probe ex-Royal Protection officers over Andrew's
17:55
Speaker 1: deeply concerning email. This article was authored by Dorothy Redden.
18:01
Speaker 1: The Metropolitan Police has launched an investigation into former Royal
18:05
Speaker 1: Protection officers who served Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, examining whether they attempted
18:10
Speaker 1: to gather personal details about Virginia Roberts in 2011. Well,
18:15
Speaker 1: we've already seen the email. Now, I guess we have
18:17
Speaker 1: to get confirmation if they ever, you know, dug around
18:21
Speaker 1: looking for information. But there's no doubt that Prince Andrew,
18:25
Speaker 1: at the very least, made the request. Officers from the
18:30
Speaker 1: force have interviewed two former members of the SO-14 Royal
18:35
Speaker 1: Protection Group as part of their inquiries. And hopefully everybody's
18:39
Speaker 1: forthcoming and gives up whatever information they're looking for. And
18:43
Speaker 1: hopefully nobody's trying to protect Prince Andrew's bitch ass. There's
18:46
Speaker 1: no reason to do that. There wasn't a reason back
18:50
Speaker 1: then and there's no reason now. Especially considering he has
18:54
Speaker 1: no backing in the royal family anymore. The queen's gone.
18:57
Speaker 1: The king hates him. His nephews don't want him around,
19:01
Speaker 1: so he has no more protection. Now's the time. If
19:04
Speaker 1: you have any information on Prince Andrew, you should be
19:06
Speaker 1: coming forward. Just like here in America, if you have
19:09
Speaker 1: any information on any of these clowns, you should be
19:12
Speaker 1: coming forward. Investigators are now attempting to secure electronic communication,
19:18
Speaker 1: telephone records, and personal notebooks belonging to officers who work
19:22
Speaker 1: with the former Duke during the relevant period. The inquiry
19:26
Speaker 1: centers on establishing whether any officers responded to a request
19:30
Speaker 1: from Andrew to investigate Ms. Roberts, which could potentially constitute
19:35
Speaker 1: professional misconduct. Look, I have no doubt that one of
19:38
Speaker 1: them did. You mean to tell me that all these
19:42
Speaker 1: protection officers are going to get an email from Prince
19:45
Speaker 1: Andrew and they're not going to do an inquiry? They're
19:48
Speaker 1: not going to do some basic legwork? especially back then?
19:51
Speaker 1: I have a hard time believing that that didn't occur.
19:54
Speaker 1: And if it did, then Metro Police and whoever's in
19:58
Speaker 1: charge of the protection unit, they have some answering to do,
20:01
Speaker 1: especially considering how often Metro tried to pump the ball
20:05
Speaker 1: and not even investigate Epstein at all. So were they
20:09
Speaker 1: doing it to hide what Prince Andrew was up to? Probably.
20:12
Speaker 1: That's my guess. Just like here in America, we have
20:16
Speaker 1: the FBI and other institutions protecting billionaires and scumbags. What,
20:21
Speaker 1: you think it's different over in England? Hell, they created
20:24
Speaker 1: that shit. A source told The Sun, as part of
20:27
Speaker 1: the initial examination of the case, officers are currently trying
20:31
Speaker 1: to establish what material is available. They are actively seeking
20:35
Speaker 1: to find emails and communications from Andrew's royalty protection team,
20:40
Speaker 1: as well as their notebooks. And I'm sure that's a
20:42
Speaker 1: treasure trove of information. All the logs, all the, you know,
20:47
Speaker 1: documentation of people coming and going, that's a treasure trove.
20:51
Speaker 1: And if they can get their hands on it, that's
20:53
Speaker 1: going to help them out. And it's going to help
20:55
Speaker 1: the investigation overall. And I wonder if they share that
20:59
Speaker 1: with American investigators. That's a good question. and I think
21:03
Speaker 1: that they probably will. If it's asked for, if there
21:07
Speaker 1: is some sort of investigation, say is launched here in America,
21:11
Speaker 1: I have no doubt that the Brits are going to
21:13
Speaker 1: help out. The controversy stems from a 2011 email that
21:18
Speaker 1: Andrew sent to Ed Perkins, who served as Deputy Press
21:21
Speaker 1: Secretary to the late Queen Elizabeth II. In the message,
21:25
Speaker 1: Andrew wrote, It would also seem she has a criminal
21:28
Speaker 1: record in the United States. I've given her DOB date
21:31
Speaker 1: of birth. and social security number for investigation with redacted
21:36
Speaker 1: the on-duty PPO, personal protection officer. And that's how Prince
21:42
Speaker 1: Andrew operated, right? They weren't just guards. They were there
21:45
Speaker 1: to do his bidding. And if Prince Andrew wanted these
21:48
Speaker 1: dudes to go get him a coffee, I'm sure they
21:50
Speaker 1: would have. The email was dispatched shortly before a British
21:55
Speaker 1: newspaper published the now notorious photograph showing Andrew with his
21:59
Speaker 1: arm around Miss Roberts. Ms. Roberts' family has stated she
22:03
Speaker 1: had no criminal record, contradicting the suggestion in Andrew's correspondence.
22:09
Speaker 1: Energy Secretary Ed Miliband characterized the disclosures as deeply concerning
22:14
Speaker 1: when they became public in October. He stated it was
22:18
Speaker 1: absolutely not the way that the close protection officers should
22:21
Speaker 1: be used. It would be akin to having the Secret
22:24
Speaker 1: Service do this, or whatever, you know, the detail is
22:27
Speaker 1: protecting somebody in a city or whatever. That's not their job.
22:31
Speaker 1: Their job is to make sure that there's no threats
22:34
Speaker 1: as far as, you know, violence or whatever towards the
22:37
Speaker 1: people they're protecting. They're not here to gather a compromise
22:41
Speaker 1: on people who are accusing you of sexual assault. And furthermore,
22:45
Speaker 1: remember how Andrew said none of this was true? Does
22:48
Speaker 1: any of this behavior look like somebody who's innocent or
22:51
Speaker 1: does it look like somebody who has a lot to hide?
22:53
Speaker 1: Legal professionals have suggested that any request from Andrew to
22:57
Speaker 1: a security detail regarding Ms. Roberts could represent a breach
23:01
Speaker 1: of her right to privacy. They indicated there could be
23:05
Speaker 1: legal implications for Andrew if officers followed through on his instructions.
23:10
Speaker 1: The potential misuse of taxpayer-funded security personnel for private investigations
23:15
Speaker 1: raises questions about whether such actions would constitute official misconduct
23:20
Speaker 1: if proven. In October, the Metropolitan Police stated, following recent
23:25
Speaker 1: media reporting on the actions of officers in relation to
23:28
Speaker 1: this matter, we are considering whether any further assessment or
23:32
Speaker 1: review is necessary. Yeah, most certainly necessary. And it's about
23:37
Speaker 1: time that Scotland Yard, the Metropolitan Police, got off their asses.
23:42
Speaker 1: Miss Roberts, who died in April at 41, had previously
23:45
Speaker 1: filed legal proceedings against Andrew in New York in 2021.
23:50
Speaker 1: He reached an out-of-court settlement the following year whilst maintaining
23:54
Speaker 1: his denial of her allegations. The former Duke faces mounting
23:58
Speaker 1: pressure to cooperate with the U.S. House of Congress committee
24:01
Speaker 1: investigating the handling of the Jeffrey Epstein case. And we
24:06
Speaker 1: all know he's never going to talk to them. Not
24:08
Speaker 1: even worth talking about that anymore. It's a waste of time.
24:12
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew is not answering any questions unless he's compelled
24:17
Speaker 1: to do so. Democratic committee members requested his testimony by
24:20
Speaker 1: November 20th, a deadline that he failed to meet. So yeah,
24:24
Speaker 1: let the probe roll on. Let the investigators adjust their
24:27
Speaker 1: clipboards and pretend they're about to uncover the Rosetta Stone
24:31
Speaker 1: of accountability. Let Andrew pace around whatever guest bedroom exile
24:35
Speaker 1: they shoved him into, refreshing his inbox like a man
24:38
Speaker 1: waiting for a coupon code. Because at the end of
24:41
Speaker 1: the day, The monarchy built an entire institution around looking
24:45
Speaker 1: important while doing absolutely nothing. And Andrew just perfected the craft.
24:50
Speaker 1: He tried to weaponize his security team like they were
24:53
Speaker 1: a pack of medieval knights riding out to battle. And instead,
24:57
Speaker 1: he turned them into unpaid interns tasked with googling rumors.
25:01
Speaker 1: And when the dust settles, not in handcuffs, not in court,
25:04
Speaker 1: but in the world's smallest spotlight, his legacy isn't scandal
25:08
Speaker 1: or mystery or intrigue. It's something much simpler. the guy
25:11
Speaker 1: who tried to play international super spy with a Gmail
25:15
Speaker 1: account and ended up face-planting into the punchline of the century.
25:19
Speaker 1: And that's it. That's his monument. No statue, no portrait,
25:24
Speaker 1: no heroic biography. Just a cautionary tale whispered over pints.
25:29
Speaker 1: And I'll say, cheers to that. All of the information
25:33
Speaker 1: that goes with this episode can be found in the
25:36
Speaker 1: description box. What's up everyone and welcome to another episode
25:39
Speaker 1: of Of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode. We're going
25:44
Speaker 1: to bounce across the pond. And we're going to check in.
25:48
Speaker 1: On the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. Because now.
25:52
Speaker 1: The calls for the police to be involved. And to
25:56
Speaker 1: really investigate Andrew. Are growing. And I have to tell you.
26:00
Speaker 1: I'm pretty shocked. I never thought that we'd get to
26:04
Speaker 1: a point. Where there'd be calls in the UK. For Andrew.
26:08
Speaker 1: To really answer. For what he was up to. And remember.
26:12
Speaker 1: I'm not just talking about. The alleged sexual abuse. I'm
26:16
Speaker 1: talking about all of it. And at some point. When
26:19
Speaker 1: you keep the company that Andrew kept. Those chickens are
26:22
Speaker 1: going to come home to roost. Whether somebody ends up
26:25
Speaker 1: getting hemmed up. And flips on you during a trial.
26:28
Speaker 1: Whatever it might be. There's no honor amongst thieves. And
26:32
Speaker 1: there's certainly no friendship. Amongst human traffickers. Today's article was
26:37
Speaker 1: published by The Independent. And the headline, Former Minister Joins
26:42
Speaker 1: Calls for Police to Investigate Andrew Over Epstein Ties. This
26:47
Speaker 1: article was authored by Athena Stavro. Authorities are facing renewed
26:53
Speaker 1: pressure to launch a full investigation into Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and
26:58
Speaker 1: his ties with Jeffrey Epstein, after a former business secretary
27:02
Speaker 1: urged them to examine his role as UK Trade Envoy.
27:07
Speaker 1: And at this point, I think that's a universal call.
27:11
Speaker 1: And I know I've said it once, but I'll say
27:12
Speaker 1: it again. If you were Prince Andrew and you were
27:15
Speaker 1: really innocent, wouldn't you welcome this? Wouldn't you want there
27:19
Speaker 1: to be an investigation to clear your name? Hey, look,
27:22
Speaker 1: this was looked at. I was cleared. I had nothing
27:24
Speaker 1: to do with this. And then afterwards, you can start
27:27
Speaker 1: suing people, right? Prince Andrew is so broke. I think
27:31
Speaker 1: that him suing people would be a great idea for
27:33
Speaker 1: him if he had a case. But that's the thing.
27:37
Speaker 1: He doesn't have a case. And he doesn't want to
27:39
Speaker 1: go to discovery, as we saw with Virginia. If he
27:43
Speaker 1: had all the evidence he said he had, if he
27:45
Speaker 1: never did the things that he was accused of doing,
27:48
Speaker 1: do you really think he would have set on fire
27:50
Speaker 1: what little legacy he had left? Because there was no
27:53
Speaker 1: coming back from that settlement. Everybody knew that. And let's
27:58
Speaker 1: not act like he's just some rich guy who can
28:00
Speaker 1: pay that shit to go away. That's not what happened.
28:04
Speaker 1: He had to go hat in hand to his family
28:05
Speaker 1: to get the money to make it go away. So
28:10
Speaker 1: all signs point to Prince Andrew being guilty, okay? They
28:14
Speaker 1: always have, and in my opinion, unless there's something drastic,
28:18
Speaker 1: they always will. According to emails released by the U.S.
28:25
Speaker 1: Department of Justice, Mr. Mountbatten-Windsor appeared to have forwarded official
28:30
Speaker 1: reports on trips to Singapore. Hong Kong, and Vietnam in
28:35
Speaker 1: 2010 and 2011 to Epstein when he was a government
28:39
Speaker 1: trade envoy. And I think this is going to be
28:42
Speaker 1: the downfall for a lot of people. A lot of
28:46
Speaker 1: the people that were in Epstein's orbit will probably be
28:49
Speaker 1: protected from the most heinous of charges. Whether it's statute
28:53
Speaker 1: of limitations, whether there's not enough evidence, whatever it might be.
28:57
Speaker 1: But when it comes to shit like this, when it
29:00
Speaker 1: comes to financial crimes, when it comes to Trading state secrets? Well,
29:05
Speaker 1: if there is a paper trail, if there is evidence,
29:08
Speaker 1: that is a surefire way to put these people behind bars.
29:12
Speaker 1: And as far as I'm concerned, that's where they all belong.
29:17
Speaker 1: Sir Vince Cable, whose time as a business secretary between
29:21
Speaker 1: 2010 and 2015 overlapped with Andrew's envoy role, said the
29:26
Speaker 1: activity was totally unacceptable and urged the police to launch
29:29
Speaker 1: a full investigation into his role. He told the BBC,
29:33
Speaker 1: we need a police or DPP director of public prosecutions.
29:38
Speaker 1: Check on whether criminal corruption took place. place and a
29:41
Speaker 1: government investigation into how this was allowed to happen. Well,
29:45
Speaker 1: the uncomfortable truth is a lot of it had to
29:47
Speaker 1: do with the Queen. She loved her baby boy, Andrew,
29:51
Speaker 1: and she was willing to go to great lengths to
29:54
Speaker 1: protect him. And we've saw that time and time again
29:57
Speaker 1: throughout this whole entire fiasco. How many times did the
30:01
Speaker 1: Queen protect Andrew? How many times were people turned away
30:06
Speaker 1: when they were looking for answers? So that's something that
30:10
Speaker 1: the royal family is going to have to grapple with.
30:13
Speaker 1: And I think more people are going to become aware
30:15
Speaker 1: of that as time moves on. And we have to
30:17
Speaker 1: keep in mind that the vast majority of people are
30:20
Speaker 1: playing catch up now. They don't have all the details
30:23
Speaker 1: you have. They haven't been following along for years. They
30:26
Speaker 1: don't know all the nuance details. They're not hip to
30:29
Speaker 1: all of the so-called insider baseball, right? They don't know
30:33
Speaker 1: all of that yet. But once you start looking at it,
30:36
Speaker 1: and once you start downloading that information, it becomes rather
30:40
Speaker 1: obvious that the Queen played a gigantic part in being
30:44
Speaker 1: a roadblock between Andrew and any real consequential investigation into
30:49
Speaker 1: the allegations against him. And it wasn't until the 11th hour,
30:53
Speaker 1: where things were undeniable anymore, where the Queen acquiesced, and
30:58
Speaker 1: got on board with Andrew doing what he did. It
31:02
Speaker 1: comes after the UK's top prosecutor, Stephen Parkinson, warned that
31:06
Speaker 1: nobody is above the law. As the director of public
31:09
Speaker 1: prosecution said, no, of course not, when asked whether he
31:13
Speaker 1: thought that the royals were above the law. Well, that's nice, huh?
31:18
Speaker 1: I mean, considering a royal has never been arrested, considering
31:22
Speaker 1: that nobody has access to their server, I would say
31:25
Speaker 1: that they're above the law, but it would be nice
31:27
Speaker 1: if they weren't He added that he has total confidence
31:30
Speaker 1: that the police will be independent. Well, I hope so,
31:34
Speaker 1: but I don't know where he gets that confidence from.
31:35
Speaker 1: I mean, how long have we heard the police in
31:38
Speaker 1: the UK try and sweep this under the rug? Time
31:42
Speaker 1: and time again. Oh, we took a look at that.
31:44
Speaker 1: Nothing to see here. Oh, Prince Andrew, hell of a guy.
31:48
Speaker 1: But even then, it was obvious garbage. How many people
31:52
Speaker 1: came forward and corroborated that there was at least enough
31:55
Speaker 1: to investigate? That's the biggest problem here. That there was
32:01
Speaker 1: never even an investigation, not a real one, not robust,
32:04
Speaker 1: not one that touched on all facets, and certainly not
32:07
Speaker 1: one that included Prince Andrew. Emails released as part of
32:14
Speaker 1: the so-called Epstein files earlier this month appear to show
32:17
Speaker 1: the former Duke, who served as a trade envoy between
32:21
Speaker 1: 2001 and 2011, sharing confidential reports from his role as
32:26
Speaker 1: the UK's trade envoy. with the pedophile financier. And even
32:30
Speaker 1: if you don't believe all the other accusations, even if
32:33
Speaker 1: you're one of these people that thinks it's all made up,
32:37
Speaker 1: how can you justify passing any kind of confidential information
32:42
Speaker 1: to anyone? Never mind a guy like Jeffrey Epstein. I mean,
32:45
Speaker 1: are you crazy? We all know the dude was an asset.
32:50
Speaker 1: We all know the dude was working for multiple intelligence services.
32:54
Speaker 1: So what happened to this confidential information? Did it make
32:57
Speaker 1: its way into the hands of an enemy of the state?
33:01
Speaker 1: And again, look, I don't know. I'm just asking questions.
33:04
Speaker 1: Trade envoys have a duty of confidentiality. And the king
33:08
Speaker 1: has made clear his profound concern over allegations of misconduct
33:13
Speaker 1: against Andrew, with Buckingham Palace saying it stands ready to
33:17
Speaker 1: support the police if approached. And that's a pretty big statement.
33:21
Speaker 1: Because we all know that the royal family, they really
33:24
Speaker 1: don't answer to anybody. But I think the storm is
33:27
Speaker 1: blowing so fiercely that they can't avoid it, right? So
33:31
Speaker 1: they have to answer it. They have to recognize it.
33:37
Speaker 1: But to do that exposes them. So the king has decided, hey, look, Andrew,
33:44
Speaker 1: you've been voted off the island, my friend. And if
33:46
Speaker 1: the police come for you, we're not stepping in. And
33:50
Speaker 1: that's great, right? I think that's a good step. But
33:53
Speaker 1: it's about, oh, I don't know. A decade too late?
33:58
Speaker 1: Because Prince Andrew and his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, and
34:02
Speaker 1: his relationship with all these scoundrels in fact, should have
34:06
Speaker 1: been investigated a long time ago. Much of the work
34:12
Speaker 1: of the royal family in recent weeks has been overshadowed
34:14
Speaker 1: by the Epstein scandal, despite the king's attempt to draw
34:18
Speaker 1: a line under the matter when he banished Andrew and
34:21
Speaker 1: removed his titles. Again, too little, too late. You can't
34:25
Speaker 1: wait for the shitstorm to show up and then make
34:28
Speaker 1: pretend you care. You have to proactively be out in
34:31
Speaker 1: front of it. And if you're not, people are going
34:33
Speaker 1: to have questions. And that's what we're seeing now, right? Well, okay,
34:38
Speaker 1: it's great that the king's acting, but what took so long?
34:41
Speaker 1: Why didn't the queen do it? Why were people so
34:43
Speaker 1: willing to defend Andrew for so long when the writing
34:47
Speaker 1: was on the wall? The truth is, they never thought
34:50
Speaker 1: that this bill was going to come due. They thought
34:53
Speaker 1: that it was going to get swept under the rug
34:56
Speaker 1: and that we were never going to get answers. Well,
34:58
Speaker 1: guess what? They were wrong. And now we want those answers.
35:05
Speaker 1: Liberal Democrat leader Ed Davey claimed the files had made
35:08
Speaker 1: it clear that Andrew had abused his position as trade
35:11
Speaker 1: envoy and called for a public inquiry. The Epstein revelations
35:16
Speaker 1: are hugely damaging to public trust in our institutions. It's
35:19
Speaker 1: clear Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor abused his position as trade envoy, sharing
35:25
Speaker 1: sensitive information about the UK's interests with his friend and
35:29
Speaker 1: convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. He told the Mail Online, The
35:33
Speaker 1: police are rightfully looking into this as we need full
35:36
Speaker 1: transparency to get justice for the victims of this abhorrent abuse.
35:41
Speaker 1: That must also include a public inquiry. Labor MP Sarah Owen,
35:47
Speaker 1: who heads the Commons Women and Equalities Committee, this week
35:51
Speaker 1: said Andrew must answer to the police and Parliament over
35:54
Speaker 1: the allegations, while Labor MP Rachel Maskell told BBC the
35:59
Speaker 1: former Duke should be stripped of his succession rights to
36:02
Speaker 1: the throne. Well, that sounds like a pretty good idea, no?
36:07
Speaker 1: Last thing you want is Uncle Touchy anywhere near the throne. Unless,
36:10
Speaker 1: of course, that throne happens to be a bathroom somewhere
36:15
Speaker 1: that he's cleaning. because that's the only job he's qualified for, right?
36:19
Speaker 1: With all the bullshit he's out here spewing, all the
36:22
Speaker 1: bullshit he's involved in, definitely be somebody that cleans toilets.
36:28
Speaker 1: We need to know what was happening in those circles,
36:31
Speaker 1: and therefore I think it would be right to be
36:33
Speaker 1: able to scrutinize, have transparency, and get to the bottom
36:37
Speaker 1: of all these dealings, she said. All of these titles
36:40
Speaker 1: and positions need to be addressed, so we're just left
36:43
Speaker 1: with Andrew, the citizen, and a citizen that is fully accountable.
36:48
Speaker 1: It comes as Thames Valley Police said last week that
36:51
Speaker 1: they have held discussions with specialists from the Crown Prosecution
36:55
Speaker 1: Service about the allegations that Andrew shared confidential reports. The
37:00
Speaker 1: force said, while we cannot provide timescales over when a
37:03
Speaker 1: decision as to whether a criminal investigation will be opened,
37:07
Speaker 1: we can assure you that Thames Valley Police is making
37:10
Speaker 1: progress as quickly as possible. Assistant Constable Oliver Wright said
37:16
Speaker 1: they were leading the assessment of allegations relating to misconduct
37:19
Speaker 1: in public office, which specifically related to documents within the
37:24
Speaker 1: United States Department of Justice Epstein files. And I think
37:28
Speaker 1: for Prince Andrew, that's where the most exposure is. Because
37:31
Speaker 1: he obviously was using his position for personal gain. And
37:36
Speaker 1: I think that there's plenty of evidence that backs that up.
37:39
Speaker 1: So now the question is, what's the end game? Is
37:44
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew held accountable or are we going to get
37:47
Speaker 1: the UK version of Just Move On? All of the
37:53
Speaker 1: information that goes with this episode can be found in
37:56
Speaker 1: the description box. What's up everyone and welcome to another
37:59
Speaker 1: episode of the Epstein Chronicles. One thing we know about
38:04
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew is that he was never honest when it
38:07
Speaker 1: comes to his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. That goes all
38:10
Speaker 1: the way back to the very beginning and stretches all
38:14
Speaker 1: the way to now. And according to Bill Barr, we
38:18
Speaker 1: were 100% dead on when we were calling Prince Andrew
38:21
Speaker 1: at the very least a witness when it comes to
38:24
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and the investigation. Now, if you remember going
38:28
Speaker 1: back to 2020, 2019, when Jeffrey Berman, who was a U.S.
38:35
Speaker 1: prosecutor at the time at the SDNY, told us that
38:40
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew was a person of interest, basically a suspect.
38:44
Speaker 1: so much so that they reached out to their counterparts
38:47
Speaker 1: over in the UK to get some assistance when it
38:50
Speaker 1: comes to the investigation. But like everything else that has
38:53
Speaker 1: to do with Prince Andrew or Jeffrey Epstein, the so-called
38:56
Speaker 1: investigation was slow-walked until it was eventually just closed. And unfortunately,
39:02
Speaker 1: I have no idea how anyone ever thought that we
39:04
Speaker 1: were going to get anywhere in the UK. There's no
39:07
Speaker 1: way that they were going to go hard and try
39:09
Speaker 1: and expose Prince Andrew for what he was up to.
39:12
Speaker 1: Zero chance. It was never going to happen. And that's
39:16
Speaker 1: why Prince Andrew remains protected to this day. But I
39:19
Speaker 1: remember at the time there were people out there that
39:21
Speaker 1: didn't believe that Prince Andrew was a target or at
39:24
Speaker 1: the very least a witness or a person of interest
39:27
Speaker 1: in the case. And of course now we see that
39:29
Speaker 1: that's not true. true, and that Prince Andrew obviously was
39:33
Speaker 1: a target and a person of interest. So, let's dive
39:37
Speaker 1: into this article from Daily Mail, and let's see what
39:39
Speaker 1: they have to say. Headline, Prince Andrew was at least
39:43
Speaker 1: a witness in the Jeffrey Epstein investigation. reveals former chief U.S.
39:48
Speaker 1: prosecutor as he recalls zero cooperation, press conference, and newly
39:52
Speaker 1: released Epstein files. This article was authored by Sam Greenhill.
39:58
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew was at least a witness to the investigation
40:01
Speaker 1: by American prosecutors into Jeffrey Epstein, according to a former U.S.
40:05
Speaker 1: Attorney General. In newly released Epstein files, William Barr said
40:09
Speaker 1: the Duke of York was someone prosecutors had been trying
40:12
Speaker 1: to get in the door to question. And of course
40:15
Speaker 1: it comes after Prince Andrew himself said he'd do whatever
40:18
Speaker 1: he could to help the investigation, right? Nobody was asking
40:22
Speaker 1: this dude to do anything out of the ordinary. Just
40:25
Speaker 1: the same shit me and you would have to do
40:27
Speaker 1: if we were hanging around somebody that was trafficking kids.
40:31
Speaker 1: It's really not that high of a standard. What no? No,
40:35
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew. Not even his lawyers, nobody representing him, has never,
40:40
Speaker 1: in a meaningful way, explained all of these allegations that
40:44
Speaker 1: have been leveled against him. You see, he thought that
40:47
Speaker 1: that Newsnight interview would be the cherry on top, right? Oh,
40:52
Speaker 1: this isn't me. I'm not the guy they're saying I am.
40:55
Speaker 1: Let's move on. But instead, it made things worse. And
40:58
Speaker 1: then after that, we haven't heard anything from this dude.
41:02
Speaker 1: So that's everybody's lasting impression, right? This moron giving that
41:06
Speaker 1: stupid ass interview that ended up being one of the
41:09
Speaker 1: worst interviews in the history of the world. Mr. Barr
41:14
Speaker 1: said he remembered the Duke being accused of providing zero
41:17
Speaker 1: cooperation to the FBI in 2020, despite having promised to
41:21
Speaker 1: help the inquiry. And that's really the problem here. This man,
41:25
Speaker 1: in his own words, promised to help. What did he do?
41:28
Speaker 1: He retreated behind the walls of the palace and clammed up,
41:31
Speaker 1: like the straight-up coward that he is. Mr. Barr gave
41:35
Speaker 1: testimony in August to American lawmakers investigating pedophile Epstein. They
41:40
Speaker 1: have now released the transcript of this interview as part
41:43
Speaker 1: of the latest tranche of Epstein files being made public.
41:47
Speaker 1: And we started going through that yesterday, and we're definitely
41:49
Speaker 1: going to be continuing with that later on today. Prince
41:53
Speaker 1: Andrew has always denied any wrongdoing, but the FBI wanted
41:56
Speaker 1: to ask him about his long-running friendship with the disgraced financier.
42:00
Speaker 1: And even that was too much for Prince Andrew. He
42:02
Speaker 1: couldn't even accomplish that. And as far as I'm concerned,
42:05
Speaker 1: if you won't even sit down and speak with the
42:07
Speaker 1: authorities or the people investigating what went on, There has
42:10
Speaker 1: to be a reason. Either you're protecting yourself or you're
42:14
Speaker 1: protecting your friend, and neither is acceptable. We're not talking
42:19
Speaker 1: about a speeding ticket here or some dispute with your
42:23
Speaker 1: neighbor over a tree that's overhanging into their property. We're
42:27
Speaker 1: talking about human trafficking, sexual abuse of children. Probably something
42:32
Speaker 1: you should be forced to talk about, no? Because I
42:34
Speaker 1: guarantee you, if it was any of us, we'd already
42:38
Speaker 1: be under the jail. Andrew used to visit Epstein's New
42:43
Speaker 1: York mansion where schoolgirls say they were molested and travel
42:47
Speaker 1: on his private jet dubbed the Lolita Express. Not just say.
42:52
Speaker 1: This shit happens. If it didn't happen, why did they
42:55
Speaker 1: pay out all that money? Do you think that JP
42:58
Speaker 1: Morgan is in the business of handing money out? Go
43:02
Speaker 1: and try and get a loan from JP Morgan and
43:04
Speaker 1: then report back to me about the rates and about
43:06
Speaker 1: the nonsense you have to go through. And then ask yourself,
43:10
Speaker 1: are they going to be paying out hundreds of million
43:12
Speaker 1: dollars for a hoax? J.P. Morgan has the best lawyers
43:15
Speaker 1: in the world, the best legal teams in the world.
43:18
Speaker 1: If they had an out, they would have found it.
43:21
Speaker 1: You know why there was no out? Well, that's because
43:24
Speaker 1: all this shit really happened. That's why. Now, Mr. Barr,
43:29
Speaker 1: who was the highest law officer in the United States
43:31
Speaker 1: from 2019 to 2020, has stated that Andrew had at
43:35
Speaker 1: least the status of a witness in the inquiry. Look,
43:38
Speaker 1: we knew he was a person of interest, okay? That's
43:40
Speaker 1: what Berman said during the investigation. And I'm going to
43:43
Speaker 1: go with what Berman had to say, as opposed to
43:46
Speaker 1: what Barr is saying now. Asked about the Duke and
43:49
Speaker 1: his connection to the investigation into Epstein, the former Attorney
43:52
Speaker 1: General said, to my knowledge, he was at least a witness.
43:55
Speaker 1: He added that he did not know if Andrew was
43:57
Speaker 1: a target of the investigators. Mr. Barr recalled the time
44:02
Speaker 1: in January 2020 when Senior U.S. Prosecutor Jeffrey Berman gave
44:06
Speaker 1: a dramatic press conference outside Epstein's New York mansion and
44:10
Speaker 1: accused the Duke of being unhelpful. Mr. Berman had said
44:14
Speaker 1: the original charges against Jeffrey Epstein contained a conspiracy charge
44:18
Speaker 1: and we allege there were conspirators involved. That seems pretty
44:23
Speaker 1: clear and cut to me and goes directly in the
44:26
Speaker 1: face of what Mr. Kash Patel was telling us when
44:29
Speaker 1: he made his appearance in front of Congress just yesterday
44:32
Speaker 1: and the day before. So which is it? Who's telling
44:35
Speaker 1: us the truth? Who is lying? Who has something to gain?
44:39
Speaker 1: I'll leave that up to you. The Southern District of
44:43
Speaker 1: New York and the FBI have contacted Prince Andrew's attorneys
44:46
Speaker 1: and requested to interview Prince Andrew, and to date, Prince
44:49
Speaker 1: Andrew has provided zero cooperation. And that was always the point, right? Obfuscate,
44:56
Speaker 1: kick the can down the road, and hope to wait
44:58
Speaker 1: it out. That's what all these people were hoping was
45:01
Speaker 1: going to happen, that everybody was going to forget, everybody
45:04
Speaker 1: was going to move on, and with Epstein's death and
45:06
Speaker 1: Maxwell's conviction, that nobody would have time to take another look. Well,
45:11
Speaker 1: here we are. Surprise, we're taking another look. And now,
45:15
Speaker 1: instead of just a few of us knowing how scummy
45:17
Speaker 1: everything was, there's a whole lot of people who are
45:20
Speaker 1: interested and who are finding out just how bad this
45:23
Speaker 1: whole entire cover-up was and is. He publicly offered, indeed
45:30
Speaker 1: in a press release, to cooperate with law enforcement investigating
45:34
Speaker 1: the crimes committed by Jeffrey Epstein and his co-conspirators. Didn't
45:38
Speaker 1: do anything, not a thing. Went and hid behind mummy's skirts,
45:42
Speaker 1: like the straight-up coward-ass chump he is. Mr. Barr, who
45:45
Speaker 1: as U.S. Attorney General was senior to Mr. Berman, told
45:48
Speaker 1: members of the House Oversight Committee he had rebuked his junior,
45:52
Speaker 1: not for saying the things he said, but for not
45:54
Speaker 1: telling his boss first. Sorry, I don't buy it. I
45:58
Speaker 1: think that Bill Barr has been in on this cover-up
46:00
Speaker 1: from the very beginning. That's just my opinion. I don't
46:03
Speaker 1: have any concrete facts to back that up. But how
46:07
Speaker 1: come every time something consequential popped up, we'd have Bill
46:10
Speaker 1: Barr's ass showing up, trying to massage the situation and
46:13
Speaker 1: tell us that everything's alright, even though the building's burning
46:17
Speaker 1: behind him? Nah, don't worry. Everything's cool. Nothing's happening in
46:21
Speaker 1: that building. There's no fire. I mean, that's how brazen
46:24
Speaker 1: the gaslighting's been when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein and
46:27
Speaker 1: this story. from the very beginning. He said, when you
46:30
Speaker 1: go and you hold a press conference and you attack
46:33
Speaker 1: him in front of the mansion and so forth, that
46:36
Speaker 1: is actually something that the U.S. attorney should have run
46:38
Speaker 1: by me. Not that I would have opposed it, but
46:41
Speaker 1: I would like to know about it. So that right
46:43
Speaker 1: there tells you everything you need to know about the NPA, folks.
46:47
Speaker 1: If Bill Barr wants to know about a press conference,
46:49
Speaker 1: do you really think that the brass at the DOJ
46:52
Speaker 1: didn't know about Epstein's NPA? And the people that have
46:55
Speaker 1: pushed that to you, they've lied, including Julie K. Brown. Now, look,
46:59
Speaker 1: she's done a great job when it comes to digging
47:01
Speaker 1: into the story, but she missed the big picture. And
47:04
Speaker 1: it was always about Acosta for her. But it went
47:07
Speaker 1: deeper than that. And if you think this rot doesn't
47:11
Speaker 1: run that deep, what Bill Barr just said right here
47:13
Speaker 1: is telling you everything you need to know. Remember, folks,
47:16
Speaker 1: they're not just going to come out and tell you,
47:18
Speaker 1: you know, hey, look, this is what we do. You
47:20
Speaker 1: have to read between the lines. and you have to
47:23
Speaker 1: really listen to what these slimy, smarmy bastards are saying. Mr.
47:30
Speaker 1: Barr recalled the dispute between the Southern District of New
47:32
Speaker 1: York Attorney Office and Prince Andrew saying they wanted to
47:36
Speaker 1: talk to him and he wouldn't really submit to an interview,
47:39
Speaker 1: even after he said he would. Liar. Coward. Chump. The
47:44
Speaker 1: Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. The Duke has always
47:48
Speaker 1: categorically denied having any knowledge that Epstein was sexually abusing
47:52
Speaker 1: teenage girls. Well, that's weird, considering you were abusing them too,
47:56
Speaker 1: according to Virginia. You goofy-ass son of a bitch. He
48:02
Speaker 1: has strenuously denied claims made by former sex slave Virginia
48:05
Speaker 1: Roberts that she was forced to have sex with him
48:08
Speaker 1: on three occasions. Andrew was forced to withdraw from royal
48:12
Speaker 1: duties over his involvement in the long-running Epstein scandal. In
48:16
Speaker 1: November of 2019, the Prince decided to explain this association
48:20
Speaker 1: with Epstein in an interview with Emily Maitlis. But the
48:25
Speaker 1: resulting grilling, in which he failed to express any regret
48:28
Speaker 1: and claim he had been trying to end their friendship
48:31
Speaker 1: when he spent four days staying at his New York home,
48:34
Speaker 1: was a PR disaster. Well, yeah, usually when you have
48:37
Speaker 1: a sleepover with child molesters, it's not going to end
48:39
Speaker 1: well for you. And if you're the Prince of England,
48:42
Speaker 1: breaking news, it's going to be worse. Talk about wasted privilege.
48:49
Speaker 1: As his royal patronages deserted him, the Duke was forced
48:53
Speaker 1: to quit as a frontline royal. Andrew, who used to
48:57
Speaker 1: love visiting America, has not stepped foot in the country
48:59
Speaker 1: since the FBI made it known they want to speak
49:02
Speaker 1: to him. The House Oversight Committee has been revealing hundreds
49:05
Speaker 1: of pages of documents from the Epstein estate in recent weeks.
49:10
Speaker 1: And there's going to be more embarrassing emails for Prince Andrew,
49:13
Speaker 1: mark my words. And that's what happens. If you don't
49:15
Speaker 1: come out and you don't tell us the truth right away,
49:18
Speaker 1: it's going to be death by a thousand paper cuts, right?
49:22
Speaker 1: When we're talking about your public image, death by a
49:27
Speaker 1: thousand paper cuts. And if you just come out and
49:30
Speaker 1: you're truthful, and if you would have talked to the
49:32
Speaker 1: FBI right away, this would have all been behind them.
49:35
Speaker 1: At least, you know, the major screaming and yelling. Now,
49:39
Speaker 1: of course, he'd still be criticized as a scumbag he is,
49:42
Speaker 1: but at least he could say, I did my best
49:44
Speaker 1: to help. I came forward, I talked to the police,
49:47
Speaker 1: and I had nothing to do with this. But no,
49:49
Speaker 1: what does he do? Goes and hides behind the walls,
49:52
Speaker 1: hides behind mummy's dresses, and hides behind a bunch of
49:56
Speaker 1: money as he pays out a gigantic settlement. And if
49:59
Speaker 1: anybody thinks for a second that Prince Andrew was somebody
50:03
Speaker 1: that wasn't on the radar, wasn't a person of interest,
50:06
Speaker 1: wasn't a suspect... You're crazy. He most certainly was. So
50:10
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew, the man who spent years cosplaying as untouchable,
50:14
Speaker 1: insulated by the velvet ropes of privilege, and the illusion
50:17
Speaker 1: that being born into a palace equates to moral superiority.
50:22
Speaker 1: For the SDNY, he was always the guest of dishonor,
50:25
Speaker 1: hovering at the edge of the Epstein investigation like a
50:28
Speaker 1: bad smell nobody wanted to acknowledge in public. A person
50:32
Speaker 1: of interest? Absolutely. But one too gilded, too connected, too coddled?
50:36
Speaker 1: by centuries a pomp to ever feel the weight of handcuffs.
50:40
Speaker 1: The prosecutor sniffed around, the files whispered his name, but
50:44
Speaker 1: the machinery of justice conveniently jammed whenever it reached the Duke.
50:48
Speaker 1: Funny how justice loses steam when it approaches a man
50:52
Speaker 1: with a crown embossed on his stationery. But here's the
50:56
Speaker 1: delicious irony. Escaping prison doesn't mean escaping punishment. Sure, he'll
51:01
Speaker 1: never sit in a cell, but he's already serving his
51:03
Speaker 1: life sentence. an eternal punchline, the butt of every joke,
51:07
Speaker 1: the walking embodiment of squandered privilege. His wealth and titles
51:12
Speaker 1: may keep him in castles, but they can't insulate him
51:15
Speaker 1: from public contempt. The world will remember him not as
51:18
Speaker 1: his royal highness, but as his royal heinous. The man
51:22
Speaker 1: who claimed he couldn't sweat, the man who denied the undeniable,
51:25
Speaker 1: the man who thought prestige was a shield, only to
51:27
Speaker 1: find out it's actually a target. History has stamped him,
51:32
Speaker 1: not with honor, but with ridicule, and that, unlike his
51:36
Speaker 1: fleeting royal privileges, is permanent. And isn't that the cruelest
51:40
Speaker 1: fate of all for someone like Andrew, to be mocked
51:43
Speaker 1: into eternity? Your very name a byword for disgrace. He
51:47
Speaker 1: may have ducked a trial, but he'll never duck the
51:49
Speaker 1: scorn that follows him everywhere. A fate not as fitting
51:52
Speaker 1: as the one the courtroom could provide, but a fate
51:55
Speaker 1: deserved nonetheless. All of the information that goes with this
