- 3:33Speaker 2: Morning continues on ninety seven point one wash fm hi's
- 3:38Speaker 2: Chili amar with Toby and Chilly in the Morning on
- 3:41Speaker 2: ninety seven point one wash FM and trying to get
- 3:44Speaker 2: you into a better morning mindset now with a quote,
- 3:49Speaker 2: and this one is by Steve Jobs who said that
- 3:52Speaker 2: if you are working on something that you really care about.
- 3:56Speaker 3: You don't have to be pushed. The vision pulls you you.
- 4:00Speaker 2: This really highlights the power of passion and purpose in
- 4:04Speaker 2: driving motivation. So when you deeply care about what you
- 4:08Speaker 2: are doing, your work stops feeling like it's an obligation
- 4:13Speaker 2: and it really becomes something you're naturally drawn to. So
- 4:16Speaker 2: instead of needing these external pressures or constant reminders to
- 4:21Speaker 2: stay focused, your own enthusiasm and vision for the future
- 4:26Speaker 2: will guide and inspire you. So please keep that in
- 4:30Speaker 2: mind today and pretty much every day. When Steve Jobs said,
- 4:33Speaker 2: if you are working on something that you really care about,
- 4:37Speaker 2: you don't have to be pushed. The vision pulls you. Now,
- 4:42Speaker 2: you can always find that quote. We do post it
- 4:45Speaker 2: on the Instagram page for WASHFM as well as our
- 4:49Speaker 2: Facebook page. Now coming up next, we want to keep
- 4:52Speaker 2: the good vibes going. Why are you feeling good today?

- 5:30Speaker 2: point one wash FM. We want to know what's good
- 5:33Speaker 2: in your world because I believe that that positivity is infectious.
- 5:39Speaker 2: So by sharing your good news with us, we will
- 5:42Speaker 2: also have a great start to the work week. Becca,
- 5:45Speaker 2: thanks so much for listening in Rockville. Why are you
- 5:48Speaker 2: feeling good? Has to be the cold air finally coming in,

- 5:59Speaker 2: Yeah, you can say that again. It's definitely not feeling
- 6:01Speaker 2: like summer anymore. Becca, Thanks so much for sharing that.

- 6:12Speaker 2: I'm cool with this weather in Arlington, Pat, what are
- 6:16Speaker 2: you adding to this a good news list?
- 6:19Speaker 6: So my good news is recently moved to a new
- 6:21Speaker 6: neighborhood and it didn't really know anybody, but I was
- 6:25Speaker 6: able to make a few really good friends, So that's positive.
- 6:29Speaker 2: That is awesome, Pat, I really love to hear that,
- 6:32Speaker 2: because one of the reasons we moved into the cul
- 6:34Speaker 2: de Sac that we live in right now is because
- 6:37Speaker 2: when I was scoping out the neighborhood, I noticed that
- 6:40Speaker 2: there were a lot of neighbors out and about and
- 6:43Speaker 2: they all seem to be friends with each other. So

- 9:54Speaker 2: was che Ff, Well, the playlist a part of your
- 9:58Speaker 2: birthing plan. Hi, it's Tobyan Chilly in the morning at

- 10:14Speaker 2: I'm asking because my son celebrated his twelfth birthday over
- 10:17Speaker 2: the weekend and on Friday we were sharing the top
- 10:21Speaker 2: songs that moms listened to when they are in labor.
- 10:24Speaker 2: Number one was the Beatles Here Comes the Sun. And
- 10:27Speaker 2: I had said that even though I work in radio,
- 10:29Speaker 2: there was no music.
- 10:31Speaker 3: So if you actually had.
- 10:33Speaker 2: One, I would love to know what that was. Thanks
- 10:37Speaker 2: for listening in Springfield, Carla. What it was your birthing playlist?
- 10:41Speaker 7: I actually had two playlists. I had found a lullaby
- 10:44Speaker 7: covers playlist of all these you know, top songs, so
- 10:47Speaker 7: I had a mishmash of lullaby covers, so like the
- 10:49Speaker 7: Factory Boys, Bon Jovie, the Beatles. It was so relaxing.
- 10:53Speaker 7: I did that while I was in labor, and then
- 10:55Speaker 7: when I actually was starting to deliver, when we went
- 10:57Speaker 7: over to my delivery playlist, it did have push by
- 11:00Speaker 7: Salt and Peppa should have under Pressure by you know,
- 11:04Speaker 7: Queen David Bowie.
- 11:06Speaker 3: How much did that help you during the process?
- 11:08Speaker 8: Oh so much.
- 11:09Speaker 7: I mean, like the lullaby covers, Like I said, those
- 11:11Speaker 7: were such relaxing songs, and since feed like actual birthing
- 11:14Speaker 7: playlist had all those songs that were more upbeat and
- 11:17Speaker 7: more like ty in cheek and everything, that kind of
- 11:19Speaker 7: helped really get me psyched. And on top of that,
- 11:21Speaker 7: I had like tea lights, and I had pictures of
- 11:24Speaker 7: my husband and I around the room, and the lights
- 11:26Speaker 7: were dimmed for the most part. So all of that
- 11:28Speaker 7: together contributed so much mentally to the experience as well.
- 11:31Speaker 2: I'm so happy, Carla that you had a great birthing experience.
- 11:36Speaker 2: Thanks so much for calling and sharing your story. Have
- 11:38Speaker 2: a wonderful day.
