A masked man wielding a Chucky doll costume has been terrorizing Center City early Wednesday morning, allegedly chasing down at least six people—including a jogger who escaped but injured her leg after being asked if she was “ready to die.” Police are hunting a slim, Black male, roughly 5’8”, aged 16–20, who reportedly filmed his attacks with a phone.
