House Speaker Mike Johnson told Fox News host Laura Ingraham on Monday night that “the polls are wrong” after she cited a Reuters/Ipsos survey showing registered voters preferred Democrats over Republicans, 47 percent to 36 percent, on the generic congressional ballot ahead of the November 2026 midterms.
