A 30-year-old man, Javour Tabron, just received an 18-year sentence for his role in a violent gang linked to multiple murders, including attempted murder and weapons charges. His case stems from a deadly April 2023 shooting in Wilmington that also claimed the life of bank executive Carrie Mondell — one of four victims prosecutors tie to the gang.
