- 0:34Welcome back to the Big Meek talk radio show.
- 0:37I'm your host Lance Miliaccio with my Co host George Valentin.
- 0:41We are the tip of the spear. Our plan is to educate and unify
- 0:44the country one episode at a time.
- 0:47On this show we believe it is better to be hugged by the truth
- 0:49than comforted with a lie. We are live in Denver and NYC.
- 0:54George Ballantine, rise and grind.
- 0:57Do what we do. Man.
- 0:58It's been a busy week. How are you, brother?
- 1:00I'm doing well, Lance, another week down the tubes, another non
- 1:04disappointing week with news. But you know, it's a lot of good
- 1:07news. I'm going to say, you know,
- 1:09doing good. The knee is healing pretty good,
- 1:11you know, taking it day by day. Yeah, that knee's really been
- 1:15healing up. You've been, although you have
- 1:16been going through a couple of rough sessions, you know, on
- 1:19that rehab, huh? I've heard a couple of them.
- 1:22You tell me. We're pretty tough.
- 1:24Yeah, they were, but you know, no pain, no gain, they say,
- 1:28right, That's what they're talking about.
- 1:30Yeah, no doubt. But I, I mean, actually I have
- 1:32something, you know what I'm going to share with everybody?
- 1:34I'm going to share a product that I'm using because everybody
- 1:36knows that I had knee, knee replacement surgery and I do not
- 1:40use narcotics. I do not use any kind of pain
- 1:43medication. What I did find was it's from CB
- 1:47Distilleries VIP sale that is going on and I think today's the
- 1:51last day but you can save 50% on everything with code rumble.
- 1:55You know they have you know better sleep, less stress, pain
- 1:58relief after exercise. Sound good to you?

- 2:2650% on everything. CB distillery.com.
- 2:31That's a hell of a sale they got going on.
- 2:33I got to tell you, they don't do that very often.
- 2:35I think they had one of those about a year ago.
- 2:37Yeah, and you know, I'm using actually the the pain relieving
- 2:41bomb. They have the CB bomb for my
- 2:44knee and it and I'm telling you man, it I was shocked.
- 2:47I didn't. I know I didn't always believe
- 2:48in stuff like that, but it works and that's why I ain't taking
- 2:52any pain. Narcotics so.
- 2:54Yeah, that's great. Gets me through, gets me through
- 2:57physical therapy, I'll tell you that because they put me through
- 2:59the ringer. You know, I have a friend of
- 3:01mine that swears by CBD products for sleep.
- 3:04So, you know, absolutely, I know they work in this company.
- 3:07I love the fact that they use a really high purity.
- 3:09They don't use imported CBD because there's a lot of stuff
- 3:12coming out of China that I understand.
- 3:13The purity and the quality is not very good.
- 3:16So it's all US manufactured. So that's the great thing about
- 3:18CV distillery.com. All right, let's get to it.
- 3:23There's been a lot of chatter online and I can understand why.
- 3:27And you know, George and I have heard some things that are going
- 3:31on about this. They are emptying Guantanamo
- 3:35Bay. And the question that's been
- 3:37broiling around on social media, it's been all over X and
- 3:39everywhere else is people like why?
- 3:42What is going on? Why have they moved all these
- 3:46illegal aliens out of Guantanamo Bay?
- 3:48And I understand that it's more than just the aliens, that
- 3:53they're actually emptying out a large portion of Guantanamo Bay.
- 3:56And we know it's not because they're closing it down.
- 3:58They just increase the size of it.
- 4:01So, you know, George, a lot of people are saying that this was
- 4:05just the illegal alien criminals, of course, were
- 4:07arrested by Trump's borders are Tom Holman.
- 4:11And it turns out that is not the case.
- 4:13It is not just the the inmates that were arrested by Tom
- 4:17Holman. A whole bunch of people have
- 4:18been moved to Atlanta DOJ, one of their holding facilities
- 4:21there. What are your what are your
- 4:22thoughts here bro? I don't know.
- 4:25I don't, you know what, this is a tough one because, you know,
- 4:28they just built that new section over there.
- 4:30It was actually they were doing it under Biden, believe it or
- 4:32not. So, I mean, I don't know, maybe
- 4:35they're making room for some new arrests coming.
- 4:37That's the only logical thing I can come up with, you know, and
- 4:41probably in reality, by putting the ICE people, ICE detentioners
- 4:47over there in Cuba, like Guantanamo Bay versus Atlanta.
- 4:51And when they have to go to court, do they have to fly them
- 4:53back and forth and maybe you'll save money?
- 4:55I don't. I mean, this is a toss up.
- 4:57But if you're saying that, they're completely emptying it
- 5:01like everybody. Well, I've got to tell you, I
- 5:06got that from a really reliable source.
- 5:08And they're, and they are absolutely confirming that it's
- 5:10more than just the recent illegal immigrants.
- 5:14I mean, you know, look, look, we, we, we've seen Tom Holman
- 5:16going to OverDrive. This guy's a badass.
- 5:18I saw, I found a picture of him as as a younger Border Patrol
- 5:21agent. He looked like a badass then.
- 5:23He's a badass now. He's getting tons of pushback
- 5:27and resistance from these Democrats, sanctuary city
- 5:29mayors, governors, right? They've seen ICE coming in
- 5:33conjunction with the local law enforcement, state law
- 5:36enforcement. They're making significant
- 5:37progress. There's no doubt they're focused
- 5:40on some of the worst of the worst.
- 5:41But they're moving on to, you know, people have been here for
- 5:44way staying past their visas because the bottom line when
- 5:46people start crying about, Oh, well, I've been here for 20
- 5:49years and I've been paying my taxes or I've been, you know,
- 5:52adding to the economy, The bottom line is you did it
- 5:55illegally right from the get go. So the fact that you're being
- 5:58forced to move because you violated the laws.
- 6:00Listen, if we were doing this in Spain, if we were doing it in
- 6:02Italy, it wouldn't matter what country if we entered illegally
- 6:05and and made a living there illegally, you think Spain would
- 6:08care? You think Russia would care?
- 6:10It's not. It's the same kind of level of
- 6:12crime. It's still a federal crime.
- 6:14But they're going after all these guys, you know, the
- 6:16murderers, the rapists, all those ones that Biden and the
- 6:18administration let them, child predators, drug cartel members.
- 6:22You know, they did a bunch of roundups here on the trade.
- 6:24They had Aragua gang here in Colorado.
- 6:27So, so far they've made an astounding 32,000 arrests, which
- 6:33you got to give it to him. What has he been in for 70 days
- 6:35now? 80 days?
- 6:36I don't even know where we're. At it's not it.
- 6:38Seems like it's been It seems like it's only been a week or
- 6:40two. It's not even been two months,
- 6:42Lance, because he got, he got inaugurated January 20th.
- 6:46So let's go February 20th. It's March 15th today.
- 6:49So we're not even two months in. Yeah, so, you know, I think he's
- 6:52killing. Arrests.
- 6:54All those guys are facing charges, deportation.
- 6:58But for sure we know this. All 40 illegal migrants that
- 7:02were held at Guantanamo Bay have been sent back in the United
- 7:05States, are now being held in Louisiana.
- 7:08And I heard some of them going to Atlanta.
- 7:09Now in that group there's 23, what they consider high threat
- 7:12illegal aliens. Those are the ones that are held
- 7:14at the detention center on the base.
- 7:15And seventeen others were held at the migrant operation center.
- 7:20So they were, they were taken by ICE, by aircraft to Louisiana.
- 7:23But I've also understood that some have been taken to Atlanta
- 7:27and the number is not just the immigrants.
- 7:29So are they, are they, are these, you know, these high
- 7:31level illegal immigrants? So the question is, George, and
- 7:35this is what I've heard there. There may be more going on
- 7:39because, you know, Guantanamo is a military tribunal base.
- 7:43And the fact is I'm being told that they are preparing for some
- 7:47high profile detain detainers, that some of some of these
- 7:53arrests that are coming up are going to be high profile
- 7:55individuals and they're going to be housed there at Guantanamo.
- 7:58And that's why they're making the space.
- 8:00Lance, you get me all excited. Lance, don't tease me.
- 8:03You know, I don't want to get you too excited because, you
- 8:05know, we've heard things like this before, though I heard it
- 8:08confirmed by, by a, by a person in the know and it'd.
- 8:14Be nice, it'd be nice to see you get put to good use though for
- 8:17what is designed for though in reality.
- 8:20Well, we'd all like to see some accountability and consequences.
- 8:23One of the biggest complaints was, you know, something I saw
- 8:25on social media this morning, I'm seeing multiple high profile
- 8:29social media accounts. They're not happy so far with
- 8:33the Pam Bondi performance. You know, we talked about it on
- 8:37the show. We're trying to give her a fair
- 8:38chance. We want to see her to be able to
- 8:40do the job. But a lot of people think she
- 8:42should be moving much more quickly.
- 8:45And in fact, I saw somebody comparing her to Tom Holman.
- 8:48Well, Tom Holman's moving really quickly.
- 8:49How come she can't move quickly? You know, she just came out and
- 8:53said that she said FBI Director Catch Patel will give her a
- 8:56deadline for reviewing the Epstein files, stating the FBI
- 9:00will release as much as they can as soon as they can.
- 9:04So wait a minute. So the FBI is giving her
- 9:07deadline. I thought she's the boss, she's
- 9:10the AG. So which one?
- 9:12It's a little conflicting statement there, isn't it?
- 9:15Well, we went from it's all sitting on my desk ready to go
- 9:19to the FBI is resisting on giving me all the files and now
- 9:24I'm demanding them to. Nobody at the FBI facing
- 9:26penalties for risk through the files, which means they probably
- 9:28curated the files, which I'll bet a whole bunch of stuff has
- 9:31been removed or destroyed. And now all of a sudden she's
- 9:35talking about how the FBI is going to give her permission or
- 9:39tell her the deadline to release the files.
- 9:42Now, none of that makes any sense to me.
- 9:44If there's a bunch of guilty people in there, it's really
- 9:46easy. You look at the evidence and you
- 9:47start building a case on them. And as soon as you have some
- 9:49kind of a case, you can indict those people.
- 9:52It isn't like the DOJ doesn't do this over and over again where
- 9:54they start an indictment early on with some minimal charges and
- 9:58then they do a what's called a superseding indictment, which is
- 10:01just the additional charges after they've done more research
- 10:03on the case or after you, they threaten you with Trump forcing
- 10:07you to take a plea. And then they their their next
- 10:09move is a superseding indictment to raise the offense level.
- 10:13I don't know, George. I don't like the way she's
- 10:15operating. I got to be honest, I'm not
- 10:17impressed. I'm not impressed with her yet.
- 10:18I'm still going to reserve judgement, even with Cash Patel.
- 10:22You know, we'll see what happens.
- 10:24But you know where we're not seeing with all this ICE stuff?
- 10:26I'm not seeing any of these sanctuary city mayors or
- 10:30governors being arrested for obstructing ICE.
- 10:33Well, they're violating the law. They're harbouring fugitives, so
- 10:37in fact they should be charged criminally.
- 10:38But you know, again, like, you know, so far, I don't feel the
- 10:42arm of justice reaching into the US government staffing or the
- 10:47state government staffing and snatching some people out of
- 10:50there in the middle of night, just like they did to many
- 10:52Americans across the country for J6, people like Rodger Stone and
- 10:56Mike Flynn paid the consequences.
- 10:58I want to see accountability consequences and I've lost my
- 11:00patience. I want to see it now.
- 11:02Stay tuned. Big We can talk radio show is
- 11:04going to be right back with George Ballantine and Lance
- 11:06Miliacho. Tip of the spear, baby.
- 11:08You're going to hear what's going on here.
- 11:10George was right. He was right.
- 11:12Auto pengate baby. That's 'cause I got to, I got to
- 11:16let you guys know something going big going on.

- 12:39look at it. All right, the Big Make Talk
- 12:53radio show is back. We are live in Denver and New
- 12:56York City with your hosts Lance Migliaccio and George Balantine
- 13:00bringing you the tip of the spear.
- 13:03You know, I got to tell you, gold and Silver's been going up,
- 13:06but Lance, when are you going to break me off a piece of that
- 13:09prepper bar? Yeah, I want to thank one of the
- 13:13sponsors of our show. George is inferring and talking
- 13:16about the prepper bar, the 62.2g prepper bar.
- 13:22We've been telling you about gold and silver for over a year
- 13:24now, since Genesis Gold's been sponsoring the show.
- 13:28And I've got to tell you, I don't think that's going to
- 13:29change in the near term. Future Gold just broke a new
- 13:32high. Silver's at $34 an ounce this
- 13:35morning. You're going to want to have
- 13:36some of this stuff on hand. And the great part about the
- 13:38Prepper Bar? It's perforated, easily broken
- 13:40down, your choice of three different denominations, and it
- 13:43fits a multitude of needs. Whether it be for asset
- 13:45protection from inflation, economic turmoil, or its unique
- 13:48fertility for barter and trade, The Prepper Bar makes a perfect
- 13:51gift for your friends, your family members, your loved ones,
- 13:54and all those precious metal stackers out there.
- 13:57Also, it's mined and minted in the US and it's available in
- 14:01gold and silver, and that mining in the US is a big deal because
- 14:04of the counterfeit that's coming out of China and India right
- 14:07now. So you definitely want to know
- 14:08where you're getting your gold and silver from.
- 14:10They fit neatly in your wallet and the utility behind them is
- 14:14just in case your credit cards or your currency isn't
- 14:17available. You know, we're going to a
- 14:19digital dollar. And with it, the government's
- 14:21going to gain total control of your money.
- 14:22And hopefully under the Trump administration, that's nothing
- 14:24to worry about. But under a different
- 14:26administration, it might very well be.
- 14:28So having some gold and silver on hand.
- 14:29And right now the guys in Genesis Gold say the correct
- 14:31stack is 70 to 80% silver to 20% gold because they believe that's
- 14:37what kind of upside we're going to be seeing in the new short
- 14:39term. And I believe they're right.
- 14:40There is a shortage. So head over to the big bar.com,
- 14:43that's right, the big migbar.com and there's a special going on
- 14:47right now and I think it's only going to go on for one more
- 14:50week. So you better get over and take
- 14:51advantage of it. Now use the the promo code all
- 14:54caps prepper PREPPER and you'll get 10% off on the silver and 5%
- 15:01off on the gold. Genesis Gold's never done a
- 15:03special like this on the prepper bar.
- 15:05So that's the big migbar.com all caps prepper, 10% off on the
- 15:10silver, 5% off on the gold. Telling you, man, I don't want
- 15:13to be I told you so about bullion, but I am.
- 15:15I told you so, George. Well, you know, speaking about
- 15:18you, I told you so and you know I don't I don't gloat.
- 15:21It's not about gloating, but I told you so I told we were
- 15:26talking about this auto pengate. Yes, this is a story.
- 15:29This should be the biggest story of I'm going to say the decade
- 15:33right now because we've been talking about what Biden let's
- 15:38let's go back a little bit to the 2020 election.
- 15:40How, how we know is invalid he didn't win, but that we have the
- 15:43proof. So anything really, if they
- 15:46actually take it up with the courts and show all the proof
- 15:50the right way, they can invalidate that Biden didn't win
- 15:53the presidency. And I always said, listen.
- 15:56And if they prove that, then anything he did should be walked
- 16:01back from any appointments to, you know, judges, prosecutors,
- 16:05anything. Now we even have more proof this
- 16:08auto pengate. So they're saying that Joe
- 16:11Biden's staff, somebody signed somebody from his staff signed
- 16:16all the documents. It wasn't Joe Biden sign
- 16:19anything. Actually, Joe Biden signed, we
- 16:21know for a fact 1 document on his way out the door saying he
- 16:24wasn't running again. But President Trump, you know,
- 16:27he had a he had a mean press conference.
- 16:31That's Justice Department yesterday.
- 16:32And he took that opportunity to point out all the far left
- 16:38judges, the, the corrupt prosecutors, he, he was ripping
- 16:41them apart and rightfully so, because he was a victim of all
- 16:45that. And he and I.
- 16:47Think this. I think what's important is
- 16:49those the remarks he made on Friday's press conference were
- 16:52important because he was talking about restoring law and order
- 16:55and he wants to end the weaponization of the department.
- 16:58Now, I hope he focuses on beyond the scope of just him because
- 17:02the DOJ and many of the agencies have been weaponized against the
- 17:05American people for a very long time.
- 17:08You know, here, here's my opinion.
- 17:10It it's impossible that the DOJ has a 98% conviction rate unless
- 17:15they're cheating. It just doesn't work.
- 17:17And that's what they are doing. They are cheating.
- 17:19There's AI want you guys, I want to give you guys some homework.
- 17:22I want you to go ahead and Google Securus Technologies and
- 17:25Department of Justice eavesdropping on attorney-client
- 17:29privilege communications. You're going to be shocked when
- 17:32you're going to be fine. And this has been going on since
- 17:342006, and yet nobody in the Department of Justice has faced
- 17:39sanctions. None of these people has faced
- 17:41criminal charges. None of these cases have been
- 17:43overturned, and they are violating.
- 17:46This is the largest US constitutional violation in U.S.
- 17:50history. It's the largest civil rights
- 17:52violation in U.S. history. It's the largest due process
- 17:56violation in U.S. history, secures technologies,
- 17:59eavesdropping on attorney-client phone calls.
- 18:01And you're going to be shocked and what you're going to find.
- 18:03And my point is Trump has to look beyond the scope.
- 18:06Sure he was wrong, sure it was law fair.
- 18:09Sure he was attacked. But he's not the only one.
- 18:12And I hope he's going to focus on getting people that had their
- 18:16rights violated, their rights restored, because I can tell you
- 18:19this just to secure his technology case alone, 10s of
- 18:23thousands of, of, of, of people that have been convicted should
- 18:26have their cases overturned. Because I don't believe any case
- 18:29should keep going forward where people's rights have been
- 18:32violated or crimes have been committed.
- 18:34But Otto Pengate, George, I got to give it to you.
- 18:36I'm going to give you a little, I can give you a little round of
- 18:38applause there, buddy. Because at the end of the day,
- 18:41you were right when you came out and said it very possible that
- 18:44all of his, his, all his, you know, everything he signed with
- 18:48an auto pen could be invalidated.
- 18:51And I think this further leads us to the thing, when did Joe
- 18:54Biden lose so much cognitive ability that his staff thought
- 18:58they could take advantage of it and start signing documents?
- 19:01Was it why Week 1? Was it Week 2?
- 19:04At the end of the day, was it Week 3?
- 19:07I, I think it was before he even got inaugurated.
- 19:10That's why they kept him in the basement throughout the, his
- 19:14campaigning for 2020 election, because remember, they kept him
- 19:19hidden and it just got progressively worse, worse and
- 19:23worse. They knew what they were doing.
- 19:24That's why they chose him. They picked him so they could
- 19:28actually take advantage and and do what they needed to do
- 19:34because let's face it, he has cognitive ability.
- 19:36He he didn't know if he's going left, right, up or down.
- 19:39Well, look, when Donald Trump signs an executive order or
- 19:42signs any documentation meaning that he's signing a, you know,
- 19:45something coming out of Congress into a law, his people come up
- 19:49to him like Will Sharp, who will Sharp's been on the big, big
- 19:51show over on Rumble. And if you haven't joined us
- 19:53over in Rumble, you should, you should check it out.
- 19:55And they come up. So Will Sharp will come up to
- 19:57him or Steve Miller, and they say, Sir, this is an executive
- 20:00order. They explain it to him.
- 20:02And 90% of the time he signs it because he already knows about
- 20:05it in advance. 99% of the time he says he'll say do it, but
- 20:10they come up and he signs it, not anybody else.
- 20:12They don't use an auto pen. Number one, is it not only
- 20:15disrespectful to the office? Number two, maybe it's if it's
- 20:18even. Who knows if it's valid because
- 20:20he doesn't know if he he knows anything about it.
- 20:23I don't think Joe Biden had any idea what he was doing.
- 20:25But let's play this media clip, George, so they can hear from
- 20:27the horse's mouth. Donald Trump.
- 20:29You got it. Here we go.
- 20:31Crooked Joe Biden got us into a real mess with Russia and
- 20:35everything else he did, frankly, but he didn't know about it.
- 20:38And he, generally speaking, signed it with autopen.
- 20:41So how would he know that autopen is a big deal?
- 20:44I don't know. You know, they're having who's
- 20:46who's doing this. So when my people come up, Will
- 20:49and all of the people, Steve, they come up and serve.
- 20:52This is an executive order. They explain it to me.
- 20:55And you know, 90% of the time I sign it. 99% of the time I say
- 20:59do it, but they come up and I sign it.
- 21:02But you don't use autopen. It's number one, it's
- 21:06disrespectful to the office. Number two, maybe it's not even
- 21:09valid because you know who's getting him to sign?
- 21:12He had no idea what the hell he was doing.
- 21:14If he did, all of these bad things wouldn't be happening.
- 21:17You know, you know, you know his wife, Doctor Jill Biden, the
- 21:23first lady, you know, she was aware of it.
- 21:26She had to. No doubt she's seen this and she
- 21:28knows what her husband's doing. Not doing, you know.
- 21:30But she allowed all this to happen anyway.
- 21:32Didn't she stand into in for him at some?
- 21:34Yeah, she's also Georgia. She was at, she was at most of
- 21:38the, the second where they had the, you know, meetings with all
- 21:42their secretaries and stuff. So.
- 21:44Wow. But the question, so let's go
- 21:47back a second here because I want to get into this.
- 21:51So when when Trump was at the DOJ and you know, he's talking
- 21:54about restoring law and order and ending the weaponization of
- 21:57the department, that's great. We need that, right?
- 22:00But what's going to stop it from happening again?
- 22:04Because let's face it, Trump's not going to be president
- 22:06forever. So I'm we're still waiting.
- 22:09Can, can people be held accountable?
- 22:11Can people get arrested and send a message?
- 22:14You need to. They need to send a clear
- 22:16message. You got to set some precedents.
- 22:19At the end of the day, that precedents could carry for her.
- 22:21There need to be some criminal charges.
- 22:23Look, look, look, if I'm, if I'm telling the truth to the
- 22:25audience, I'm, I'm going to share this.
- 22:27If I'm telling the truth that the DOJ has been using Securus
- 22:31technologies where they supply phone services to different
- 22:34pretrial detainment facilities and post trial, you know,
- 22:38prisons and, and they're actually eavesdropping on phone
- 22:42calls illegally and tell me why they're on consequences because
- 22:46that violates all sorts of wiretapping laws, due process
- 22:49laws. But what's happening is it's
- 22:51getting swept under the rug. Nobody's facing any
- 22:54consequences. So of course they're hiding
- 22:56behind absolute immunity. They're hiding behind qualified
- 22:58immunity. Donald Trump has to drop the
- 23:00hammer. Now, my understanding on this is
- 23:02that this autopen scandal, there's a big bombshell.
- 23:05One of the key Biden aides is suspected of exceeding authority
- 23:08by using the autopen to sign official documents.
- 23:11Even when, you know, Joe Biden wasn't anywhere to be found a
- 23:15bunch of times. He was on vacation, George.
- 23:17I know. So question is, I mean, do they
- 23:21know who this key aide is? Are they going to make some kind
- 23:23of arrest and then, you know, get him to flip the script on,
- 23:27you know, what was going on to save his behind from going doing
- 23:31a lot of time. I'm waiting.
- 23:32Can we can we see this? Can something happen?
- 23:35Because they got to know, they have to know who it is or they
- 23:39can break. They can, you know, get down to
- 23:41at least if I'm going to say to core 5 because it has to be
- 23:44somebody that's very close like the chief of staff or his wife
- 23:49could be even Hunter for all we know.
- 23:51Hunter was by his glued by his father's side.
- 23:54Wouldn't surprise me if Hunter signed his own pardon.
- 23:57What do you think? But all those, all those pardons
- 24:00should be well wiped out and thrown away.
- 24:03I've got to tell you, I think that's one of the blockbuster
- 24:05portions of the story that just got released.
- 24:07The Oversight Project is looking at analysis of Biden's pardons
- 24:13right before Donald Trump came into office.
- 24:16And there is some unsettling issues with those pardons.
- 24:21So, you know, you guys got to stay tuned for this because this
- 24:24is big news. This is one day before Donald
- 24:26Trump got sworn in. So the big, big talk radio show
- 24:29is going to be right back with myself, my Aunt Maggio, and of
- 24:32course, my ride or die guy, George Ballantine.
- 24:36Tip of this beard, baby. We'll be right back.
- 24:38These pardons might be invalid. Stay tuned.
- 25:05All right, the big, big talk radio shows back.
- 25:08We're live in Denver, New York City with your hosts Lance
- 25:10Migliaccio, George Valentin bringing you the tip of the
- 25:13spear. And we're bringing you Pengay.
- 25:14That's right. Auto Pengay.
- 25:16Oh my God. We have so much to cover and so
- 25:19little time, but we're going to try to get it to you guys all.
- 25:22You know, on Monday, the Oversight Project revealed 6
- 25:27criminals were pardoned by Biden's auto pen on December
- 25:2930th, 2022. And get this, Joe Biden was
- 25:33vacationing and golfing in Saint Croix.
- 25:36Now, I believe he's vacationing, but I don't think he could just
- 25:38swing a club in his mental capacity.
- 25:40But who knows? That's what they're saying.
- 25:43But on Tuesday, it gets even better.
- 25:45The Oversight Project released a new analysis of Biden's pardon
- 25:48of his family members, including Doctor Anthony Fauci, General
- 25:55Miley, the J6 committee and members and Gerald Lundgren.
- 26:01So listen, we're going to try. To get those, I hope those get
- 26:05overturned. I don't like anybody on that.
- 26:07List right so but according to the New York Post, Steve's Nel
- 26:11Steve Nelson is a key Biden aide may have exceeded their
- 26:15authority by unilaterally determining what documents to
- 26:18robo signed. Now this all happened.
- 26:21Now, January 19th, 2025, just one day before Trump was set to
- 26:25be sworn into the as a 47th U.S. President.
- 26:29I got to jump in. Here, hold on, Joe Biden.
- 26:31Stories about this Steve Nelson guy.
- 26:33Yeah, but Joe Biden issued a flurry of pardons to his family
- 26:37members, Fauci's and others. So yeah.
- 26:39Well, I've heard stories about this Steve Nelson and I heard he
- 26:42was a pretty nasty guy. Now it's it's interesting this
- 26:45insiders confirming that this whistleblower that came out
- 26:48about this he said that he feared this key by Nate and and
- 26:52here's the comment he made and this is not the first time I've
- 26:55heard this. I feared no one as much as I
- 26:57feared that staffer who we're talking about Steve Nelson.
- 27:00Now this all came by the New York Post are the ones that out
- 27:02of this to me, Steve Nelson basically was the president.
- 27:06The person said no one ever questioned Steve Nelson period.
- 27:11Now, when he says everyone suspected this aide exceeded
- 27:15their authority, but no one would dare say anything about it
- 27:17because everybody was afraid of this guy, how about the fact,
- 27:21George, that he's saying that he was basically the president?
- 27:25Think about that. That is a frightening,
- 27:30frightening statement. You know what's funny?
- 27:32Like I never heard of this guy before.
- 27:36I never like what position did he actually hold hold in the
- 27:39White House? Like what was the appointment?
- 27:40No, I can't remember right now, but I heard he was extremely
- 27:42close to Biden. But he also, I heard, was brutal
- 27:46because Biden really kind of backed him up, said, well,
- 27:50Steve's going to be in charge while I'm gone.
- 27:52He would make statements like that.
- 27:54And Steve really let it go to his head.
- 27:56And I heard this guy was a real the way he rolled around the,
- 28:00you know, around the White House.
- 28:05You know, has he been arrested yet?
- 28:09No. Will he be arrested?
- 28:12I don't know. Do I want him arrested?
- 28:14Hell yes. Can we get him arrested?
- 28:16Somebody can we get some some consequences?
- 28:19I'm going to keep bringing that word up.
- 28:20Consequences. Everybody should be calling
- 28:22their representatives and saying we want consequences for all
- 28:25this because you have been deceived for over 4 years with
- 28:30Joe Biden, not only by Joe Biden and his staff, but by the media
- 28:33too. They deceived you because they
- 28:35knew the cognitive decline of Biden.
- 28:37And then it hid it from everybody until, until they
- 28:39wanted to release some of it or it's too late.
- 28:42Because he was on a live on a, on a major stage with President
- 28:47Trump and he got kind of demolished.
- 28:50Not kind of, he did get demolished, but I, I, I got to
- 28:54find out who this Steve Nelson guy is because you know what?
- 28:56I never heard of him. And that's, and it's somebody
- 29:00that no, because this is, you know, it makes more and more
- 29:02sense now because it just came to me.
- 29:05If someone's working as an appointee close to close to a
- 29:08president in the White House and you don't hear that name,
- 29:11they're up to no good because let's face it, because, you
- 29:15know, there's always scrutiny on, on anybody close to any
- 29:18president and what they're doing.
- 29:21So it's like he was hiding behind in the shadows doing
- 29:23everything. It makes more sense now.
- 29:28Well, I think you're spot on. And I think at the end of the
- 29:30day, we've got to get to the bottom of this.
- 29:31And I think what they really have to do is they really have
- 29:34to bring people in and put them under the fire about Joe Biden's
- 29:37cognitive abilities. And when did people first
- 29:40identify that he wasn't really within his right mind?
- 29:43And when did this Steve Nelson character decide that he was
- 29:47going to operate as the president and sign these
- 29:49documents? I mean, this is getting pretty
- 29:51serious here. Let's let's play the media,
- 29:53George. This is getting really serious.
- 29:57Let's go. Take a look at he signs by
- 30:01Autopen. Who is signing all this stuff by
- 30:04autopen? Who would?
- 30:05Who would think you signed important documents by autopen?
- 30:09You know these are major documents you're signing.
- 30:11You're proud to sign them. You have your signature on
- 30:13something in 300 years, they say.
- 30:15Oh look, Can you imagine? Everything was signed by
- 30:17autopen? Almost everything.
- 30:20Nobody's ever heard of such a thing, so should have never
- 30:24happened. You know, Lance, while I'm, I'm
- 30:27doing a search on this guy, Steve Nelson, and you know,
- 30:30nothing's really coming up. I'm getting a Bill Ness, Bill
- 30:33Nelson, NASA appointee by Biden, but it's like nothing that's
- 30:39really coming up on this guy. And this is getting more and
- 30:41more interesting. Well, they're probably
- 30:44suppressing at this point. I'm sure they don't really want
- 30:47to talk about this, but I think they should start start
- 30:51subpoenaing all these White House staffers and they should
- 30:55be questioned about #1 Joe's cognitive ability number 2.
- 30:59When did they identify that cognitive ability decline?
- 31:02Who was really one in the White House?
- 31:04How many people were operating the autopen?
- 31:07Because guarantee this, the people that didn't have access
- 31:09to that autopen, they might have been mistreated by these
- 31:12individuals. Could you?
- 31:12Can you imagine the power of realizing you're signing
- 31:16whatever you want? The president of the United
- 31:18States, I mean, I'm sure it went right to this person's head.
- 31:21I mean, not everybody would operate like that.
- 31:22And I think what Donald Trump says is really spot on, using an
- 31:26auto pen to sign executive orders and or laws of the United
- 31:31States or any documents. He's right.
- 31:33Those presidential signatures are, you know, they're part of
- 31:35history. Like he said, 300 years from
- 31:37now, people are going to look at it and say, oh, look at this.
- 31:39This is where Donald Trump signed that really important
- 31:42order, you know, on the radical leftist judges, but, you know,
- 31:46not for Joe Biden. He's too busy eating ice cream,
- 31:49sniffing kids and spending time in Saint Croix or all those the
- 31:53most. He was the most vacationed
- 31:55president in U.S. history over there in Delaware, laying on the
- 31:58beach and somebody's running the auto pen doing whatever they
- 32:00want. You know, no.
- 32:01Wonder our government's in so much trouble.
- 32:03I heard for double scoop ice cream cone you can get easily a
- 32:06pardon. That's what I heard.
- 32:08Man, that's sweet and. If you threw on some sprinkles
- 32:11and other little anem anemones onto it, yeah.
- 32:17Yeah, you get, you get a cup of some chopped nuts maybe or some,
- 32:20you know, some liquid marshmallow topping.
- 32:22Yeah, you get the bonus. You get, you get all your, all
- 32:24your, you get all your legal fees paid for.
- 32:26I I don't know, this is crazy. Well, listen, I got to tell you
- 32:29this big news. We've been talking about gold
- 32:30and silver on this show. We've been talking about
- 32:32bullion. If you aren't following us over
- 32:34there watching the Crypto Power Hour show, number one, that's
- 32:37Wednesdays and Fridays over on Rumble, 3:00 PM every week, 3:00
- 32:42PM. If you want to get educated
- 32:43about crypto top interviews, number one, and the global
- 32:45Finance Forum, the show I'm talking about when we're talking
- 32:48about bullion that is available on Rumble at 1:00 PM every
- 32:52Friday and that's the financial roundup for the week.
- 32:54We cover bullion, Wall Street finance, big government choices
- 32:58all around the globe. We talk about bricks, you name
- 33:01it. Great show if you want to
- 33:01global, you know, financial roundup for the week.
- 33:04But boom, George, I'm going to go, I'm going to give this a
- 33:07double tap. Boom, boom.
- 33:09The gold just hit 33000 an ounce.
- 33:11Now it it retracted. That was late yesterday.
- 33:14It hit the 3000. Hung up there for a minute.
- 33:16Of course, we talked about that key resistance level, but
- 33:20there's a lot of support. It only dropped back to 2985.
- 33:23I think we're going to see it hit the push up against that
- 33:263000 and maybe over again this week.
- 33:28And if it hits that resistance level a couple times in a row, I
- 33:31think it's going to be here to stay. 3003 thousand per oz,
- 33:35brother. Well, it broke that mark, so
- 33:38it's going to go up. But it's actually 2993 right
- 33:40now. It's going up.
- 33:42Yeah, then it was 3017 just before it retreated back to
- 33:46under 3000, so. That's the Wall Street Journal
- 33:49report. You know what's going on.
- 33:50If you look at it like the whole financial situation, you know,
- 33:53people were panicking over the trade wars and, you know, stocks
- 33:58were very volatile the last week and a half, But they're, you
- 34:00know, they're even the stocks are starting to bounce back.
- 34:02Everything's bouncing back, and rightfully so, Will, because you
- 34:08need to understand that keeping manufacturing, keeping jobs here
- 34:13or bringing them back here was that great.
- 34:15Creates more money for the economy, more spending, people
- 34:19working so it generates more money.
- 34:21People like that, you know, they're scared of it, but it
- 34:24worked. The first time, I think the
- 34:26number one thing impacting this is the uncertainty of trade and
- 34:29tariffs. You know, that's what's pushing
- 34:30the gold prices up because these trade tensions are intensifying.
- 34:34We're seeing a lot of retaliatory measures from other
- 34:36countries. You know, the, the, the, the
- 34:38tariffs have really kicked in. So safe, safe haven, demand for
- 34:42gold, I think it's going to continue in my opinion.
- 34:44So you got to. But if you look at gold from the
- 34:47beginning of time, when it's first discovered gold is, is,
- 34:50I'm going to call it the Trump. It's the number one.
- 34:53It's always held its value. It always went up and it will
- 34:56always and will continue to hold its value and go up.
- 35:01Well, Silver's trailing really closely behind.
- 35:03It's at 3411 this morning. We talked about that resistance
- 35:07level on Friday at 33 and change.
- 35:09Now we're seeing 3411. You know, if it breaks through
- 35:1236 bucks, our next stop is likely going to be 38 or $9
- 35:17because people are saying there's a bunch of, you know,
- 35:19the support at that $33 and about 80 some cents level.
- 35:23So we're 3411. A lot of people are predicting
- 35:26the $50 silver is right around the corner.
- 35:28So might be a great opportunity to buy some of the stacker.
- 35:31Get over to the Bigmang bar.com, use all clads, all caps of
- 35:34prepper. Get yourself a couple of those.
- 35:36Buy some, buy some ounces of silver.
- 35:38Hold on to it. The weight, the Genesis
- 35:40Goldstone is 75% silver, 25% gold.
- 35:44So that's that's the first time they've ever done that where
- 35:46they're overweighting silver. So the big big talk radio show
- 35:50is going to take a short break. When we come back, we're going
- 35:52to be talking about persona non grata, why the US is expelling
- 35:56certain ambassadors for their behaviour from the United
- 36:00States. And I don't think this is going
- 36:02to be the first one. Big Big Talk Radio Show is going
- 36:04to be right back with George Ballantine, Lance Maggioso Baby
- 36:08snapping necks and cashing checks, doing what we do.
- 36:11Stay tuned. Hi folks.

- 37:33All right, the Big Meg talk radio show is back.
- 37:35We're live in Denver and New York City with your host Lance
- 37:38Migliacho and George Ballantine, where we kill you with the truth
- 37:43but bury you with a smile and tip of the spear.
- 37:47But first, I want to give a shout out to Genesis Gold Group,
- 37:49one of our sponsors. You know, we all seen that the
- 37:52last four years has come with economic uncertainty.
- 37:55Even the beginning of this year has got some people giving them
- 37:59caution with the economics and stock market fluctuating.
- 38:04But you know what? The feds, they just keep
- 38:07printing trillions of dollars. In just a few short years, tax
- 38:10has been going up. Government, we all see what
- 38:12they're doing. They're busy funneling half of
- 38:14its budget into the military industrial complex and most of
- 38:17the other money into USAID, wasting it.
- 38:19And as a result, the US dollar has lost value.
- 38:22What we need to return to is American roots backed by gold
- 38:25and faith. Instead of using tricks to get
- 38:27their customers on the hook and punishing them with huge
- 38:30spreads, Genesis Gold Group chooses to educate and serve and
- 38:33they believe in two things. We serve God and we serve our
- 38:37customers. self-directed Iras backed by physical precious
- 38:40metals have been the primary focus for Genesis Gold Group
- 38:43from the beginning. He only worked with physical
- 38:45gold and silver because it could be stored on the customer's
- 38:47behalf in the depository. Their team has decades of

- 39:26So what do we got here? Persona non grata US expelled
- 39:30South America's ambassador after he called President Trump a
- 39:34white supremacist leader. You know, there's been a lot of
- 39:39horrendous stuff going on in South Africa.
- 39:41We've heard these attacks on farmers to the point that Donald
- 39:46Trump has offered them asylum, that all they have to do is
- 39:49prove that they being attacked. They've been killing them
- 39:52violently taking over these farm properties.
- 39:55And you know, it's by the leadership in South Africa.
- 39:58So secretary, you know, Marco, Marco Rubio, who I have to say
- 40:02Secretary of State, he's doing a pretty damn good job.
- 40:05He's now announced the expulsion of Abraham Russell Friday
- 40:10afternoon, declaring him a persona non grata.
- 40:12And I think this is interesting because.
- 40:15This is kind of what needs to happen, right?
- 40:16The the South African ambassador in the United States is no
- 40:18longer welcome to our great country is what Rubio stated.
- 40:23And I think it's important because here's something this is
- 40:26when I do think the the the US military should get involved.
- 40:30Here's an event where people are being racially profiled with
- 40:33hatred and, and the administration that's in power
- 40:36right now in South Africa are the ones behind it.
- 40:40And they're acting as if it's not happening happening.
- 40:42And they're we're getting some horrible reports.
- 40:44Now. I'm imagine some of the big
- 40:45pushes because, you know, Donald Trump has developed this
- 40:48friendship with Elon Musk and Elon Musk has been talking about
- 40:51this online. So I think he's in these
- 40:54politics for for an important part.
- 40:56And I don't think it's any accident that he's involved
- 40:58right now because he doesn't like what's going on in South
- 41:00Africa. And of course, that's his home
- 41:02country. So, George, what do you think
- 41:03here? I think it's just they're, you
- 41:06know, they're taking digs at anything they can to get back at
- 41:09Elon Musk. I mean, it's horrible.
- 41:11But, you know, I got to bring up something that, yes, they have
- 41:14was really cute. And I don't know where Elon Musk
- 41:18was at the time, but you see his little son X was trotting along
- 41:21with President Trump on their way to board Marine 1 helicopter
- 41:26and was just this iconic moment because it just shows like
- 41:29President Trump how he is as a person like that the media
- 41:33doesn't portray. But listen, South Africa, you
- 41:37got your own problems there. I think you guys are are racist.
- 41:41And you know, you have a lot of bureaucracy, you know, make the
- 41:44farmers great again. We'll take them here.
- 41:47They're hard working people. But it's just a, you know, a dig
- 41:50to get back because you know, they they can't handle the truth
- 41:54and they don't like X. And we thank God that Elon
- 41:57bought SX. Could you imagine?
- 41:59Oh, I can't even imagine. It almost seems like this was
- 42:01that was a grand plan all along. You know that, right?
- 42:04You know, it has that feeling of it.
- 42:06Was it really part of that or was it just a great opportunity?
- 42:09I understand they're doing great over there.
- 42:10The revenue has really gone through the roof.
- 42:11But I like the fact that Donald Trump's offered these people
- 42:14resettlement. Hopefully, this will settle down
- 42:17and we'll have to see. But of course, throwing out the
- 42:19ambassador is a big step forward and, you know, you know, drawing
- 42:23a line in the sand. So we'll have to see what
- 42:25happens. I want to talk about this
- 42:26though, it looks like the SEC, George and Ripple may finally be
- 42:31coming an end to this Gary Gensler reign of terror lawsuit
- 42:35that was started I think basically unlawfully.
- 42:37But they're but they've come into a solution.
- 42:39Maybe the XRP is going to be considered a commodity.
- 42:42So we're talking about the Ripple settlement talks and you
- 42:44know how big a deal it is. We keep telling you that Ripple
- 42:47and XRP may very well be an opportunity.
- 42:49It could be a real potential great investment for
- 42:52generational wealth for you and your family.
- 42:54If you know anything about it, talk to your financial advisor.
- 42:56This is not financial advice. It's just a couple of guys on
- 42:59the radio talking about the fact that we own XRP for a number of
- 43:03reasons. And if this lawsuit settles,
- 43:05this could be a big deal. So now they're going to say that
- 43:08XRP may very well be a commodity, which would really
- 43:11get rid of a lot of the claims that Gary Gensler was making.
- 43:15So of course, Ethereum's regulatory status remains a key
- 43:18reference to the XRP litigation. And this District Judge is
- 43:22declaring the XRP. She did it in 2023.
- 43:25And that's U.S. District Judge and Alisa Torres
- 43:28that XRP is not a security. So now they had to go back and
- 43:31figure out then what is XRP. So if they declared a commodity,
- 43:36this is a great step forward. And of course, the reaction to
- 43:40it was an XRP price went up 23%. Of course, we all know that
- 43:44crypto has been somewhat down over the last couple of weeks
- 43:47because a lot of the uncertainty that's in the economic markets
- 43:50have affected it. But I think a settlement and
- 43:52verdict on these XRT and the spot ATF approvals this using
- 43:57the Ethereum reference is a real step forward, George.
- 44:01It is because there, you know, the SEC now considering Ethereum
- 44:07to trade as a pure commodity, but late, you know, I have a
- 44:09question. Why do you think they're only
- 44:12targeting XRP? How come they they weren't going
- 44:14after anybody else? You know my opinion, I think
- 44:18Gary Gensler always picked the deepest pockets.
- 44:21He was always looking for these massive fines.
- 44:24It was his whole process and I think he misapplied the law
- 44:27across the board, to be honest with you.
- 44:29In my opinion, XRP should take a slap on the wrist and everything
- 44:34should be dismissed, meaning maybe some very, very small
- 44:37innocuous fine. At the end of the day, Gary
- 44:40Gensler was shooting for like, you know, 500 million, a billion
- 44:44dollars in fines. You know, he was looking for
- 44:46these B numbers because I think that directly benefited the SEC,
- 44:50probably in raises. And who knows how much of that
- 44:52money was taken out of the SEC because we've seen so much
- 44:54theft. I have no idea.
- 44:57I don't have any proof right now, but I think right now that
- 45:00XRP was kind of the the sacrificial lamb for the SEC.
- 45:04They didn't care about the fact that I think they also didn't
- 45:06like the politics because the SEC is, I mean, the XRP is a
- 45:10very pro country company, always has been the leadership.
- 45:14Brad Garlinghouse, he's always been pro the country and he's a
- 45:17conservative leaning, you know, political environment and
- 45:20political weighing on it, at least the way he believes.
- 45:23So I think you have to look at it from that perspective.
- 45:24And I think Gensler was a weasel.
- 45:27I didn't like him from the very beginning.
- 45:28I think he overstepped the law. And I think by nearing the
- 45:32conclusion, this lawsuit, this is a big deal, this could really
- 45:36propel the markets forward. And I've told you many times,
- 45:39XRP isn't allowed to talk about over 3000 contracts.
- 45:43They've already pre negotiating and already in full swing
- 45:46because that's part of the lawsuit.
- 45:48So they've kind of had this gag order on them.
- 45:50I can't imagine what the impact's going to be when when
- 45:53XRP is allowed to discuss all those agreements with
- 45:57governments and institutions that they've never been allowed
- 46:00to mention. I mean, Can you imagine what's
- 46:01going to happen to price XRP then?
- 46:03It's going to blow up. I mean, Japan's been
- 46:05implementing it this year in Euler finances.
- 46:07But you know this Kingsler character, right?
- 46:10I think we need to look into his finances and see how he benefits
- 46:14by by restricting XRP. But you know we have a new SEC
- 46:19leadership right? I don't understand what's taking
- 46:22them so long to to right this wrong.
- 46:26You know I'm not. Sure, I think it's a good point,
- 46:28but I think they, they, they feel like all eyes are on them.
- 46:30So maybe they're just trying to make sure they, they, they, they
- 46:33tread carefully. But listen, the stable coin
- 46:35bills moving forward too. And this is a key step inside of
- 46:38the US, you know, stable coin regulation that's out there.
- 46:41The Senate Banking Committee advanced that stable coin bill,
- 46:44which of course is a clear stable coin regulations guide.
- 46:47We heard some mention of it, the crypto summit.
- 46:49We all kind of hoped it would be passed right there and then.
- 46:51They call it the Genius Act 2025.
- 46:55So that was an 18 to six bipartisan vote on Thursday.
- 46:58That's a significant move in my opinion.
- 47:01So that the approval of that bill highlights the growing
- 47:03momentum of course for Clero cryptocurrency regulation, of
- 47:07course, the status of our current administration.
- 47:10They are extremely pro crypto George.
- 47:12Yeah, they are. And you know, just so people
- 47:14know, like if when this bill passes and you know, using
- 47:17stablecoin to processing payments, you know, you'd save
- 47:20so much in fees, you know, you wouldn't have those high credit
- 47:23card fees, you would eliminate middle men.
- 47:26It's it's, it's time, it's money, it's just overall good.
- 47:33And the reason why it's to have that word stable because it's
- 47:35stable. Well, this, the good news is
- 47:38this, this bill is going to enhance transparency and
- 47:40financial stability because what they're doing is they're
- 47:42they're, they're mandating the stable coin issuers have to
- 47:45publish monthly liquidity reports.
- 47:48And we know that's not happening right now.
- 47:49And they have to maintain a one to one reserve, which has to be
- 47:52backed by U.S. dollars or highly liquid assets.
- 47:56So that's good for consumer protection.
- 47:58It's good to honor redemption requests, which liquidity is
- 48:01always kind of been a problem that some of these, you know,
- 48:04companies have been kind of dark about what their real financial
- 48:07balance sheet is. George.
- 48:10It is, but you know, I want to bring up something about a
- 48:14solemn global company we've been working with too, because we
- 48:16know with their stable coins, they're working on it, They're
- 48:19been implementing in the health sector using stable coin for all
- 48:23the payment systems and, and AI and it's just revolutionary.
- 48:27It is unbelievable and it's going to get rid of all that
- 48:31waste and time and you know, it's the way to go.
- 48:34That's it. Yeah, you can stop over they go
- 48:35over to Solom dot Global and check them out.
- 48:37They're great, great company. That's where we're working with
- 48:39them. That's who who backs the Crypto
