- 0:00Speaker 1: Bhi Compey, you guys are breakdown of any training entertainmenters.
- 0:02Speaker 1: What he got.
- 0:03Speaker 2: Okay, this is pretty big news because I think it's
- 0:05Speaker 2: one of the most anticipated weddings maybe of the century,
- 0:09Speaker 2: Taylor Swift and Travis Kelcey. And we're getting a little
- 0:11Speaker 2: bit of information through I guess internet sleuths if you will.
- 0:15Speaker 2: So they're saying now that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey
- 0:19Speaker 2: may be moving out of the country when they get married,
- 0:21Speaker 2: because he hinted at them having a major life change
- 0:26Speaker 2: after the wedding, saying they would both want a quieter
- 0:30Speaker 2: lifestyle away from constant public attention.
- 0:33Speaker 1: I thought they were moving to Cleveland. That's the same thing.
- 0:35Speaker 2: Well, it's interesting to say that down day because they
- 0:38Speaker 2: will be invested in Cleveland as a married couple, because
- 0:40Speaker 2: Travis Kelcey just became a minority owner in the MLB team,
- 0:44Speaker 2: the Cleveland Guardians.
- 0:46Speaker 3: Buying a program with dad when I was younger and
- 0:49Speaker 3: Keevin Score, there's so many countless memories where it's just
- 0:52Speaker 3: it's in me to always roof for the Guards and
- 0:55Speaker 3: always you know, want to be a part of them.
- 0:57Speaker 3: And it's a dream come true for a Cleveland kid,
- 0:59Speaker 3: any Cleveland kid would be through the roof right now,
- 1:01Speaker 3: and I'm I'm happy to be the honorable one to
- 1:04Speaker 3: get to do it for us. Man.
- 1:05Speaker 2: I loved how when this was announced, his teammate Patrick
- 1:09Speaker 2: Mahomes posted the video of him totally screwing up the
- 1:13Speaker 2: first pitch at the Guardian's game and just said, congratulations.
- 1:17Speaker 2: Look like if I rise each other like that in
- 1:19Speaker 2: any case. On the New Heights podcast, you talked about that.
- 1:21Speaker 2: I talked about also the infamous chugging of the beer
- 1:26Speaker 2: at the next game, right and the Knixt Cavalieres game.
- 1:29Speaker 2: And it's funny because apparently the internet was very disappointed
- 1:32Speaker 2: in Travis Kelce for doing this, so his brother was like,
- 1:35Speaker 2: how dare you? You're a role model. You need to
- 1:37Speaker 2: address this beer chugging incident.
- 1:39Speaker 3: It was a classy chug, Jason, all right, I didn't
- 1:43Speaker 3: cruch the can. I'm on hardwood floor at the NBA game.
- 1:47Speaker 3: Could have got messy. It was a smooth, classy chug
- 1:50Speaker 3: to get the people going.
- 1:51Speaker 4: You know what, I'm glad you're bringing this up because.
- 1:53Speaker 3: I go ten points and trying to get some type
- 1:56Speaker 3: of energy going in the building. Amateur hoer, though I
- 1:59Speaker 3: got her to realize it's a lefty can. I got
- 2:01Speaker 3: to go to the other side just for branding.
- 2:02Speaker 2: See the label on it. His fionce Taylor Swift. She
- 2:07Speaker 2: always pets attention to details. She always knows what her
- 2:09Speaker 2: biggest fans are doing. Somehow, some way, this viral TikTok
- 2:13Speaker 2: reached Taylor Swift's eyes, and in it you see this
- 2:16Speaker 2: cute little eight year old girl sending a paper airplane
- 2:19Speaker 2: to her neighbor, neighbor who happens to be a musician,
- 2:22Speaker 2: and asking if he would play Taylor swift Love story.
- 2:25Speaker 2: He does it, and this is her singing along with him.
- 2:39Speaker 2: He's got almost four million views. It's adorable. Taylor Swift
- 2:43Speaker 2: thought it was so adorable that she decided to send
- 2:45Speaker 2: that little girl an autographed guitar cute just for being
- 2:49Speaker 2: a good.
- 2:50Speaker 1: And they both got guitars, and she got a really
- 2:52Speaker 1: nice handwritten note such as that Tater Swift is unbelievable. Man.
- 2:56Speaker 2: Yeah, she I mean, just the attention to detail, just
- 2:58Speaker 2: the taking care of her fans, It's unmatched. Olivia Rodriguez,
- 3:02Speaker 2: she's upset. She's really upset at critics of her wardrobe,
- 3:06Speaker 2: and there's some recent backlash over an outfit that she wore.
- 3:10Speaker 2: It was a baby doll dress in the music video
- 3:12Speaker 2: and at a live concert, and online critics are saying, wow,
- 3:15Speaker 2: that's like that that could be pretty revealing and whoa, Like,
- 3:19Speaker 2: what are you trying to like portray being sexy like
- 3:22Speaker 2: little girl? That's kind of weird, And she's like, that
- 3:25Speaker 2: is actually messed up.
- 3:27Speaker 5: It just like.
- 3:27Speaker 6: Shows how we just like really normalized pedophilia in our culture.
- 3:31Speaker 6: And also this like rhetoric that were fed as girls
- 3:35Speaker 6: since we're so little, which is like, don't wear that
- 3:38Speaker 6: because then a man is going to sexualize your body
- 3:40Speaker 6: and it's your fault.
- 3:41Speaker 7: Like it's so weird.
- 3:42Speaker 6: And I didn't think that I looked sexy in that,
- 3:44Speaker 6: and I was like, this is so cool. I feel
- 3:46Speaker 6: like I like Kathleen Hannah or like Courtney Love, all
- 3:48Speaker 6: these people who are my heroes, and I felt cool
- 3:50Speaker 6: and comfortable in it.
- 3:51Speaker 2: She's like, eared, you're saying that was me trying to
- 3:54Speaker 2: be second, I've warn more revealing things on stage, and
- 3:56Speaker 2: doesn't nobody.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Say that I think that this is a marketing employee
- 4:00Speaker 1: from the record company because this exact same thing happened
- 4:03Speaker 1: with Britney.
- 4:04Speaker 5: Spears and Sabrina Carpenter.
- 4:05Speaker 1: Yes, and it located for Britney Spears. It blows up
- 4:08Speaker 1: the record. Everyone wants to see what they're talking about.
- 4:10Speaker 1: What do you mean? And watch the video She's dressed
- 4:12Speaker 1: like a sixteen year old in school with pig Remember
- 4:15Speaker 1: the Brittany video.
- 4:16Speaker 4: Yeah, which I think, like, I don't know, like what,
- 4:20Speaker 4: like that's just so.
- 4:20Speaker 5: Bizarre to me, like that people can feel that way.
- 4:23Speaker 1: I know, I don't think they do feel that way.
- 4:25Speaker 1: I think it's it's like the record company going, let's
- 4:27Speaker 1: put this out and let's let's put complaints protests, let's
- 4:32Speaker 1: make people talk about that.
- 4:33Speaker 5: So we have to answer because nobody was thinking, like
- 4:35Speaker 5: what you going to say about that outfit? Until I think, Yeah.
- 4:38Speaker 2: Controversy definitely has a way of make people talk about
- 4:40Speaker 2: things like AI very controversial.
- 4:42Speaker 7: Right.
- 4:43Speaker 2: There's a company called eleven Labs that partnered with stan
- 4:46Speaker 2: Lee Universe to add stan Lee to their marketplace. So
- 4:51Speaker 2: what they did was they released almost like a trailer
- 4:53Speaker 2: of stan Lee's AI character as an example of what
- 4:59Speaker 2: you can now use if you join their their subscription service.
- 5:03Speaker 8: In reality, anybody can be a superhero. A superhero is
- 5:08Speaker 8: just an ordinary person who found the courage to do
- 5:12Speaker 8: extraordinary things. I used to be embarrassed because I was
- 5:16Speaker 8: just a comic book writer, and then I began to
- 5:20Speaker 8: realize entertainment is one of the most important things in
- 5:25Speaker 8: people's lives, and with great power becomes great responsibility.
- 5:34Speaker 1: So that's not Stanley.
- 5:35Speaker 2: That's not Stanley.
- 5:36Speaker 5: That is Ai Standley.
- 5:37Speaker 2: That's exactly like and users of eleven Labs can now
- 5:40Speaker 2: use his voice for narrating books and comic inspired templates
- 5:44Speaker 2: and all kinds of things. So he's one of the
- 5:46Speaker 2: first to allow this to happen.
- 5:47Speaker 5: Right, Yeah, he's dead.
- 5:50Speaker 2: It was Stanley Universe. It was like his empire.
- 5:53Speaker 1: So yesterday I turn on the TV and on Amazon
- 5:56Speaker 1: there's a new show that dropped called Spider Noir. All right,
- 6:00Speaker 1: I know nothing about this show. I start watching it.
- 6:03Speaker 1: It's Nicholas Cage. It takes place like in the fifties,
- 6:07Speaker 1: and Nicholas Cage, I'm gonna say, he's sixty three, sixty
- 6:10Speaker 1: four years old. He is old Spider Man. He's Spider Man,
- 6:13Speaker 1: and he's like I stopped being Spider Man five years ago,
- 6:16Speaker 1: and he's like going through the city. It's really freaking
- 6:19Speaker 1: cool what he's doing, right, And he's a private investigator,
- 6:22Speaker 1: but he is not Peter Parker. He's the dude named
- 6:26Speaker 1: Bill Riley, but he is Spider Man.
- 6:29Speaker 2: And then there's Sparker Spider Man.
- 6:31Speaker 1: Yeah, do you know all this stuff?
- 6:32Speaker 5: Nick?
- 6:32Speaker 1: Because it was so and you have the choice of
- 6:35Speaker 1: watching it in black and white or watching it in
- 6:37Speaker 1: coloredy watching black white and Noir. I mean, he was
- 6:40Speaker 1: so interesting. I watched it. I watched the first episode.
- 6:44Speaker 1: I watched the beginning of the first episode again with
- 6:46Speaker 1: my with two of my kids, and then I watched
- 6:47Speaker 1: it again with my third son, and then it was
- 6:49Speaker 1: like and they all got consumed with it. And of
- 6:51Speaker 1: course Jake told me, my oldest son told me that
- 6:54Speaker 1: Spider Noir is in Across the Universe or whatever. What's this?
- 6:57Speaker 1: What's the story name?
- 6:58Speaker 7: Yeah, that's the whole thing. It origes Nate's from the
- 7:01Speaker 7: Across the Spider Verse universe, like Nicholas Cage played an
- 7:05Speaker 7: animated version of that character in the first movie.
- 7:09Speaker 1: Have you watched it?
- 7:10Speaker 7: No, But it's got like crazy reviews on Rotten Tomatoes.
- 7:14Speaker 1: It's so good, it's so good.
- 7:16Speaker 5: I'm excited about that movie.
- 7:18Speaker 7: There all the guys, it's like, yeah, yeah, apparently there's
- 7:21Speaker 7: it's littered with villains like the entire the entire series.
- 7:25Speaker 1: So this is not a Stanley thing though this says
- 7:27Speaker 1: this is not Marvel or.
- 7:28Speaker 7: Sony, right, Yeah, it's a Sony production of a Marvel character.
- 7:33Speaker 7: So there you go.
- 7:33Speaker 5: I really like the across the Spider Verse movie that
- 7:37Speaker 5: the animated one.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Watch it.
- 7:38Speaker 5: Both of them, I think are so cool. And if
- 7:40Speaker 5: you if you, if you're not distracted and you watch it,
- 7:43Speaker 5: the animation is like you've never seen before.
- 7:45Speaker 1: This show really cool on Amazon. If you are a
- 7:47Speaker 1: superhero fan, a Spider Man fan, I mean it's it's
- 7:50Speaker 1: weird because it's like a sixty five year old Spider
- 7:52Speaker 1: Man and he does he does the whole web thing still.
- 7:55Speaker 7: Like he still has power.
- 7:56Speaker 5: So he just retired. Yeah, but persons, well.
- 8:02Speaker 4: Different multiverse, different multiverses, different What reminded me of it
- 8:06Speaker 4: is you played the Stanley clip, and in the Stanley
- 8:08Speaker 4: clip he says with great power comes great responsibility, and
- 8:10Speaker 4: Nicholas Cage starts that off in the beginning, but it's
- 8:14Speaker 4: not any of the people we know from Spider Man.
- 8:15Speaker 1: I mean, it's really weird.
