  Speaker 1: care everything he owned. Joseph's life is a powerful reminder

  Speaker 1: that God's blessings will make you stand out, even when

  Speaker 1: you start in an overlooked place. Joseph didn't begin in

  Speaker 1: a palace. He began as a slave. He had no title,

  Speaker 1: he had no influence, he had no connections, and he

  Speaker 1: had no voice. Yet what he did have was the

  Speaker 1: favor of God. And favor doesn't need position to function.

  Speaker 1: about Joseph. It wasn't just his work, ethic or his attitude,

  Speaker 1: though those did matter. Scripture says Potterphar South that the

  Speaker 1: Lord was with him, That divine presence caused everything Joseph

  Speaker 1: touched to prosper. The blessing on his life, spoke louder

  Speaker 1: than his circumstances. There were surely others in the house

  Speaker 1: who had been there longer, had more experience, and thought

  Speaker 1: they deserved that promotion. But God doesn't promote based on seniority.

  Speaker 1: Come on, Jesus, he promotes based on destiny. When his

  Speaker 1: hand is on your life, he will accelerate you past

  Speaker 1: what seems logical. You may feel unnoticed right now. You're

  Speaker 1: doing your best, You're showing up faithfully, but no one
• 1:55
  Speaker 1: seems to acknowledge your effort. Your boss overlooks you. Family

  Speaker 1: men members underestimate you. Friends don't see your potential. But

  Speaker 1: just because people don't see it yet doesn't mean that

  Speaker 1: God isn't working behind the scenes. Favor would cause people
• 2:12
  Speaker 1: to suddenly recognize what they once ignored. When God marks

  Speaker 1: you with his blessing, you don't have to compete. You

  Speaker 1: don't have to manipulate, You don't have to prove yourself.

  Speaker 1: Your consistently will speak volumes, your integrity will shine, your

  Speaker 1: excellence will be undeniable, And in time, the same people

  Speaker 1: who overlooked you will be the ones recommending you. Joseph

  Speaker 1: didn't get better. Joseph didn't get lazy or offended. While

  Speaker 1: he waited, he stayed faithful where he was planted. He

  Speaker 1: worked with excellence in a place that didn't look like

  Speaker 1: his promise. That's the key. How you handle where you

  Speaker 1: are determined where you're going. If you keep honoring God,

  Speaker 1: doing the right things when no one is watching, staying humble,

  Speaker 1: giving your best and blessing on your life, y'all are

  Speaker 1: gonna lift you. God will cause you to stand out

  Speaker 1: in the rule, rise and influence and be trusted with

  Speaker 1: greater responsibility. You're not meant to stay hidden. You are

  Speaker 1: marked with God's favor. Father, thank you for placing your

  Speaker 1: favor and your blessing on our lives. Help us God

  Speaker 1: to stay faithful, to stay diligent and humble no matter

  Speaker 1: where we are Right now, God, we trust that you

  Speaker 1: are working behind the scenes, and that in your time

  Speaker 1: you will cause us to stand out. God, we declare

  Speaker 1: that we are rising not because of people, but because
