- 0:32Speaker 3: noticing it.
- 0:32Speaker 2: I'm not used to big black things in my face.
- 0:36Speaker 4: This is the Cats in Footing podcasts, a melting pot
- 0:42Speaker 4: of footing.
- 0:43Speaker 2: And now here's Jen.
- 0:46Speaker 4: Good afternoon, everybody, and this is our second episode of
- 0:49Speaker 4: Cats and Pudding. And my name is Jennifer Delandro and
- 0:52Speaker 4: welcome to our show. And I just hit the microphone.
- 0:55Speaker 4: I do it.
- 0:57Speaker 2: People like when you make mistakes. I make a lot
- 0:59Speaker 2: of mistakes, but you also fix a lot of mistakes
- 1:01Speaker 2: I do.
- 1:02Speaker 3: By the way, this is Ariella.
- 1:04Speaker 2: That's another mistake.
- 1:05Speaker 3: I always say a lot.
- 1:07Speaker 2: Of people do that don't But you're not. Don't correct me, though, No,
- 1:10Speaker 2: you never said it wrong until that one time. You
- 1:12Speaker 2: know why, No, because it's Scarcella. Because people want to
- 1:15Speaker 2: sell Scarcela.
- 1:16Speaker 3: Your last name.
- 1:17Speaker 4: So her last name is Scarcella, and it sounds like
- 1:19Speaker 4: a made up stage name. I've never heard an Italian
- 1:22Speaker 4: name of scarsal. I've heard a scar face, but that's
- 1:24Speaker 4: not Italian. That's dealers, like cocaine like that, but not
- 1:30Speaker 4: scars But it's a it's a great.
- 1:31Speaker 3: Name, it's a good name.
- 1:32Speaker 2: I'm glad.
- 1:33Speaker 4: I actually have two Italian last names that a lot
- 1:35Speaker 4: of people don't have. Delandro Am I married my ex Gucciardo.
- 1:40Speaker 3: That's like, that's a good one. That's it's like, that's.
- 1:42Speaker 2: What, Yeah, that's why that one sounds made up.
- 1:46Speaker 3: It kind of does.
- 1:47Speaker 4: But the nickname is really good, sounds very high for
- 1:51Speaker 4: obvious reasons.
- 1:52Speaker 3: Gucci I all had the four first four letters. That's like, right,
- 1:57Speaker 3: you know what?
- 1:57Speaker 2: You know what? You know what a guc is?
- 1:59Speaker 5: Right?
- 1:59Speaker 2: Well, a gouch? Yeah, it's like no, a guch is
- 2:03Speaker 2: like between a guy's buttthole.
- 2:05Speaker 3: And that was the island.
- 2:09Speaker 2: Is it called a good I don't think I'm not
- 2:11Speaker 2: a guy, how do you know where.
- 2:12Speaker 3: It is on a guy?
- 2:13Speaker 2: I don't know lesbian I heard.
- 2:16Speaker 3: You never saw one, though, like in reality.
- 2:19Speaker 2: I've seen one. I've touched one penis my whole life,
- 2:21Speaker 2: and it's on video.
- 2:22Speaker 3: It was.
- 2:24Speaker 2: I have a penis. It wasn't like my boyfriends you
- 2:27Speaker 2: mean right? No, it was on video and it has
- 2:30Speaker 2: h like seven million views or something like their thirteen
- 2:33Speaker 2: million views. It's on YouTube. Really, yeah, it's called Lesbian
- 2:35Speaker 2: touches Penis. For the first time, this.
- 2:37Speaker 3: Is a big microphone. I know that you were noticing it.
- 2:39Speaker 2: I'm not used to big black things in my face
- 2:42Speaker 2: or big white things. Listen, I'm not racist.
- 2:44Speaker 3: I would like either one in my face.
- 2:47Speaker 2: I'm sure you have.
- 2:47Speaker 3: I really don't.
- 2:48Speaker 4: I'm not like, I have no problem with any color
- 2:51Speaker 4: of the right mall in my face as long as
- 2:53Speaker 4: that's big.
- 2:54Speaker 2: Really, that's that's a lot.
- 2:55Speaker 4: But that's not true, you know what, because now when
- 2:57Speaker 4: you're married, like, you don't do that anymore unless like
- 3:00Speaker 4: you want you want something like like do you give
- 3:03Speaker 4: a blowjob?
- 3:04Speaker 3: Like I know with.
- 3:05Speaker 4: Straight women with what I guess a straight woman like
- 3:09Speaker 4: you go by levels and me and my friend girlfriend's
- 3:11Speaker 4: had this conversation, like my girlfriend, My girlfriend has the
- 3:14Speaker 4: biggest house out of all of us, and I'm convinced.
- 3:16Speaker 3: Because she still gives her husband blowjobs.
- 3:18Speaker 4: That's why she's got a bigger house and new papers
- 3:20Speaker 4: on her front and like I didn't get them for
- 3:22Speaker 4: a long time, and then I figured, well, that's got
- 3:24Speaker 4: to be the reason why she has that, because I
- 3:27Speaker 4: know my other friends aren't getting down doing it.
- 3:29Speaker 3: So yeah, that's kind of listen totally, and you know
- 3:33Speaker 3: it's fair.
- 3:34Speaker 4: Listen, marriage is paid prostitution sometimes, man, you know, you
- 3:37Speaker 4: gotta do it, but it depends on how much you
- 3:39Speaker 4: get out of it.
- 3:40Speaker 2: Right, I'm starting this out with it. We got starting
- 3:44Speaker 2: this podcast out with a hot ass men as a
- 3:48Speaker 2: hot ass mess. I'm okay with it.
- 3:49Speaker 3: Can you?
- 3:50Speaker 4: But I want to tell everybody about you because you're awesome.
- 3:54Speaker 2: So were you?
- 3:54Speaker 3: No? No, you're really awesome. Brooklyn Italians were So I know, man,
- 3:58Speaker 3: we don't. We're not listening to putting. That's it. So
- 4:03Speaker 3: a Reel is a YouTuber.
- 4:07Speaker 4: She is an influencer, and she is you know, apart
- 4:11Speaker 4: from the pack. I would say, so, yes, a lesbian
- 4:14Speaker 4: for Trump. You are a Republican, right now I am,
- 4:18Speaker 4: You're not a rhino, You're a real Republican.
- 4:21Speaker 2: I'm I'm a model or a moderate leading Republican at
- 4:24Speaker 2: the moment in the classic liberal, which would be like
- 4:28Speaker 2: a Kennedy Democrat.
- 4:29Speaker 4: I guess you know what I think, and that's where
- 4:33Speaker 4: I would probably put myself.
- 4:34Speaker 3: I'm in the middle. I don't right, well left, I
- 4:38Speaker 3: think I.
- 4:38Speaker 2: See there's on both sides, and a lot of people
- 4:42Speaker 2: make sense on both sides. But the far left is
- 4:45Speaker 2: gone off, has gone off the off the rails for
- 4:47Speaker 2: a very long time.
- 4:48Speaker 4: Yes, I think they're not only off the rails, they're
- 4:50Speaker 4: off the track or off the cliff.
- 4:52Speaker 3: They're in the ocean, buried on thee And.
- 4:54Speaker 2: Let me tell you something, the gate the gays are
- 4:56Speaker 2: not happy with them.
- 4:56Speaker 3: By the way, I don't blame them.
- 4:58Speaker 2: The gays are not happy. There's a big difference between homosexuals, lesbians, gays, bisexuals,
- 5:05Speaker 2: and then the queer activists. Yes, well, and it was
- 5:09Speaker 2: there is a very very very deep trench that they
- 5:12Speaker 2: are digging, yes, and they're hiding out in there, and
- 5:16Speaker 2: we're like we're just gonna step over it, and like
- 5:18Speaker 2: we don't like, we don't like these people anymore. It's
- 5:21Speaker 2: just like this is not who we are.
- 5:22Speaker 4: What do you feel like is the biggest Like, I mean,
- 5:25Speaker 4: I've growing up on fifty three. I mean the gay
- 5:29Speaker 4: community has, like in the last twenty five years, have
- 5:33Speaker 4: made so many strides.
- 5:34Speaker 3: Everything is fine.
- 5:36Speaker 4: We have no issues with gay marriage, we have no
- 5:38Speaker 4: issues with gay's adopting children.
- 5:40Speaker 3: I think it's wonderful. I think it's great. I love it.
- 5:43Speaker 4: I think that there's so But you guys had this
- 5:46Speaker 4: and pushed for this, and now it's here, and it
- 5:49Speaker 4: feels like it's going backwards and upsetting so many people
- 5:53Speaker 4: that everything that you did has been now like it
- 5:56Speaker 4: become this like perverse and sane, like alternate universe.
- 6:01Speaker 3: It's just really weird.
- 6:03Speaker 2: I listen, Like it's very simple. Gay people should be
- 6:06Speaker 2: able to do what straight people do. Absolutely, that's what
- 6:09Speaker 2: equality means, right, right, But is equality like a straight
- 6:14Speaker 2: people saying that they have eighty seven genders and.
- 6:18Speaker 3: I have eighty seven personalities.
- 6:20Speaker 2: That's another story. That's everybody, that's every woman. But like,
- 6:24Speaker 2: are straight people saying that you have to be a
- 6:28Speaker 2: progressive or else you're a nazi?
- 6:30Speaker 3: Right?
- 6:30Speaker 2: This is usually this is I mean that's some some
- 6:32Speaker 2: straight people, but usually they're queer. Usually they're non binary.
- 6:35Speaker 2: Usually they're like some kind of woke identity, you know
- 6:38Speaker 2: what I mean. This is not the typical heterosexual, heteronormative
- 6:41Speaker 2: person as they would say, and they're they're making us
- 6:44Speaker 2: all look horrendous. I visited my friend Fred Sargent, who
- 6:49Speaker 2: is an actual gay rights activist, like an actual homosexual guy.
- 6:53Speaker 2: I think he's like seventy three years old. I went
- 6:55Speaker 2: to see him in Vermont last week, and he showed
- 6:58Speaker 2: me the real gay rights movement, like this was from
- 7:02Speaker 2: nineteen sixty nine. He was there. There's a photo, there's
- 7:04Speaker 2: a famous photo gay rights Liberation and the big banner.
- 7:06Speaker 3: He's in that photo.
- 7:10Speaker 2: He's in that photo. And now he lives in Verma
- 7:12Speaker 2: with his husband and he's great.
- 7:13Speaker 3: And how does he feel.
- 7:14Speaker 2: He hates everything. He's like, he's like, they attacked him
- 7:17Speaker 2: at his own They attacked the queers attacked him, attacked like,
- 7:21Speaker 2: actually harassed him and physically harassed him, physically attacked him
- 7:26Speaker 2: last year at Burlington Vermont Pride. There's a video of
- 7:29Speaker 2: it and everything. It's insane and an actual gay rights
- 7:31Speaker 2: activist is being attacked by these young kids, because these
- 7:34Speaker 2: young kids are idiots and they don't know how to
- 7:37Speaker 2: how to respect your elders because not just because they're older,
- 7:40Speaker 2: but because they led the way for you to be
- 7:43Speaker 2: a little bitch, like the way you're being. You wouldn't
- 7:47Speaker 2: have that right right now if it wasn't.
- 7:50Speaker 3: I mean, it's true.
- 7:51Speaker 4: I mean, and like I said, I'm not right left.
- 7:56Speaker 4: I don't like to give my an my political views,
- 8:00Speaker 4: but I'm for common sense and I'm for you know,
- 8:03Speaker 4: make things making sense. And I feel that what's going
- 8:06Speaker 4: on now it's just pushing everything back and it's causing
- 8:09Speaker 4: more problems, and it's and I think that.
- 8:11Speaker 3: There's issues in the gay community with what's going on
- 8:13Speaker 3: right now. Like you're said, huge, huge.
- 8:15Speaker 2: I mean for me, it started around like twenty fourteen,
- 8:17Speaker 2: twenty fifteen, when they when people started telling me queer
- 8:20Speaker 2: activists started telling me, people are gonna say, hey, ya,
- 8:23Speaker 2: you talk about this all the time, and I do,
- 8:25Speaker 2: but it's like it's my life right right, I'm a lesbian.
- 8:28Speaker 2: They started telling me that, well, some trans women like women,
- 8:33Speaker 2: and some women want to date trans women, and some
- 8:35Speaker 2: women have penises. Therefore, if you're a lesbian, you like
- 8:38Speaker 2: all women, and you have to date lesbians and trans
- 8:41Speaker 2: women with penises and it's like, no, no, that's like,
- 8:45Speaker 2: first of all, you're lesbian, doesn't mean you're tracked to
- 8:47Speaker 2: all kinds of women, right. Second of all, lesbian, in
- 8:50Speaker 2: my opinion, means you don't like dick like it's it's like,
- 8:56Speaker 2: I don't understand how we got to this point where
- 8:59Speaker 2: sexual orientation in their eyes, have nothing to do with genitals.
- 9:04Speaker 3: Right, It's how they feel, It's how they feel. But
- 9:06Speaker 3: that's that's not it's it's it's not it's it's not
- 9:11Speaker 3: it's not realistic.
- 9:13Speaker 2: You know, it's not reality.
- 9:14Speaker 3: And it's not. No, it's not reality. That's that's what.
- 9:16Speaker 2: And it's home. It's actual homophobia. You're you're saying same
- 9:20Speaker 2: sex attraction. You're saying, is is bigoted? Is what these
- 9:23Speaker 2: people are saying. You're not allowed to strictly be same
- 9:25Speaker 2: sex attracted.
- 9:26Speaker 3: It's got to be saying that you have.
- 9:28Speaker 2: To not care. What's down there is what they say,
- 9:30Speaker 2: which is what is really what pan sexuality is.
- 9:33Speaker 3: Well, that's not really being you know that, it's being homophobic.
- 9:37Speaker 2: It is literally homophobia disguised as progressiveness. New Age progressive
- 9:42Speaker 2: is progressive.
- 9:43Speaker 3: And I just think that I just I think that that.
- 9:45Speaker 4: I mean today what's going on is that you know,
- 9:48Speaker 4: the kids, you know, I said, I have kids, I
- 9:50Speaker 4: have patients, you know, and the world culture is a
- 9:54Speaker 4: struggle for me in my you know, and we're talking
- 9:57Speaker 4: you know, talking to talking to my children and talking
- 10:00Speaker 4: to patients because I feel that they're confused. I just
- 10:05Speaker 4: don't think that they I think that they're mistake getting
- 10:08Speaker 4: their feelings for what and for what feels good for
- 10:11Speaker 4: them at the moment, but what projection what it's going
- 10:14Speaker 4: to be like for them as they get older, and
- 10:15Speaker 4: do they want to start a family, and do they
- 10:17Speaker 4: want to have a partner. I mean, basically, it looks
- 10:21Speaker 4: like it's just like just you know, you go with
- 10:24Speaker 4: anything and it's like you want to be with.
- 10:26Speaker 3: A woman one day, a man the next day, you're gay,
- 10:29Speaker 3: you're pan is. It's just too much confusion.
- 10:31Speaker 4: How can you ever have like a stable relationship if
- 10:34Speaker 4: you're that confused.
- 10:35Speaker 2: Well, it's the answer is because they don't have a
- 10:37Speaker 2: stable emotional maturity yet, they don't have a stable environment usually,
- 10:43Speaker 2: or if they do, it's like they're making themselves unstable.
- 10:46Speaker 2: Because they feel so bad that the fact that they're
- 10:49Speaker 2: privileged the lead, Like fourteen year old girls in white
- 10:53Speaker 2: suburbia who feel bad about their white privilege, don't want
- 10:56Speaker 2: to be white, don't want to be straight even though
- 10:58Speaker 2: they are white and straight right their hair, and say
- 11:00Speaker 2: that they have ADHD and say that they're not minery,
- 11:04Speaker 2: and now they're oppressed or they're oppressed, you know. So
- 11:07Speaker 2: it's a real thing that's happening, and it's disgusting because
- 11:09Speaker 2: it's invalidating the actual struggles of LGBT people, you know.
- 11:16Speaker 2: And sadly, like I said, they're attacking actual homosexual activists
- 11:21Speaker 2: like Fred and like Blair Blair, my friend Blair white,
- 11:24Speaker 2: she transwoman. She gets attacked every event that she does.
- 11:28Speaker 2: They wrote a book, right, probably at some point she
- 11:31Speaker 2: will I don't think she has yet, but she probably will.
- 11:33Speaker 2: But like she goes to in California too, which is funny,
- 11:37Speaker 2: it's supposed to be the most progressive place right, right,
- 11:39Speaker 2: And she does an event and she gets, you know,
- 11:41Speaker 2: gets stalked.
- 11:42Speaker 3: And is it because of her feelings? It's because of
- 11:44Speaker 3: her because.
- 11:45Speaker 2: It's because she's she's not woke, right, and she doesn't
- 11:49Speaker 2: believe in kids transitioning. She doesn't believe, you know, in
- 11:54Speaker 2: people saying that you have to you have to be
- 11:56Speaker 2: attracted to certain certain types of people, if you say
- 12:00Speaker 2: your certain text sexual orientation. You know, she said it
- 12:03Speaker 2: yesterday in her video. She's like, I like Dick. It's
- 12:06Speaker 2: like sorry, she's like, I like Dick. She's like like
- 12:10Speaker 2: like yeah, and that's great.
- 12:12Speaker 3: I mean I look at it this way.
- 12:14Speaker 4: I I don't think that children are capable of making
- 12:19Speaker 4: that decision. I mean, if you tell if a kid
- 12:21Speaker 4: is telling you he wants to be Batman, right, are
- 12:24Speaker 4: you going to let him go go on the roof
- 12:26Speaker 4: and fly off because he thinks he's Batman and could fly.
- 12:29Speaker 4: So that to me for somebody to say, well, they
- 12:32Speaker 4: know they're ready to transition, they should start pumping them
- 12:35Speaker 4: up with homans that I don't feel is right if
- 12:37Speaker 4: you if you get it when you get older, if
- 12:39Speaker 4: you're eighteen or above. I don't even think eighteen is
- 12:42Speaker 4: old enough to make the distinction.
- 12:43Speaker 2: I have.
- 12:46Speaker 4: My daughter is not capable of making many decisions. She's
- 12:49Speaker 4: a way of college and I get one hundred and
- 12:51Speaker 4: fifty two phone calls a day of just so now
- 12:55Speaker 4: this you're going to tell me that this person is
- 12:56Speaker 4: capable of making a decision of what they want to
- 12:59Speaker 4: do for the rest of it, for the rest of
- 13:00Speaker 4: their life, you know, not even talking about the medical
- 13:04Speaker 4: ramifications of it. You know, cancer, you know, you're you're
- 13:08Speaker 4: you're you're messing with natural couses of your body. This
- 13:13Speaker 4: is it's not it's not something that is gonna not
- 13:16Speaker 4: come back. It's not gonna work out well in the
- 13:19Speaker 4: ends if you if you try to change something that's
- 13:22Speaker 4: not supposed to be changed.
- 13:24Speaker 3: So I feel, look.
- 13:26Speaker 4: When you get older at a certain age, if you
- 13:28Speaker 4: want to do it, if that's something that you did,
- 13:29Speaker 4: you should definitely go to therapy, you know, and discuss
- 13:32Speaker 4: because also you probably have any issues that have you
- 13:35Speaker 4: have in the problems and after that, if you feel
- 13:39Speaker 4: that you want to go through doing homeo therapy or transition,
- 13:43Speaker 4: then fine, but doing it on a snap of a
- 13:46Speaker 4: hat because you know, oh, well, this person wants to
- 13:49Speaker 4: this kid wants to play with dolls one day, and
- 13:51Speaker 4: this kid wants to play with trucks. I was a
- 13:53Speaker 4: tomboy when I was little. I don't I know, you're
- 13:54Speaker 4: not supposed to even say that anymore. No, I had
- 13:58Speaker 4: short hair, my fingernail with dirty. I did not look
- 14:01Speaker 4: like this when I was in grade school, I and
- 14:03Speaker 4: I and I hung out with all the boys.
- 14:05Speaker 2: Well, it's also more fun to be and I liked
- 14:08Speaker 2: hanging out.
- 14:08Speaker 3: With the boy right, and it was fun.
- 14:09Speaker 4: But so it didn't doesn't mean that that's what I
- 14:13Speaker 4: So now somebody takes that cue from me as a child, Well,
- 14:17Speaker 4: you're not really expressing who you are, and you're you're
- 14:19Speaker 4: you want to really be a boy and but but no,
- 14:22Speaker 4: I didn't. I liked hanging out with the boys because
- 14:25Speaker 4: they paid attention to me because I.
- 14:26Speaker 3: Played sports and I love to play sports.
- 14:28Speaker 2: That was it.
- 14:29Speaker 4: So I was happy to be around them. And I
- 14:30Speaker 4: couldn't stand girls because girls annoyed me when I annoyed,
- 14:33Speaker 4: and I still annoyed.
- 14:33Speaker 2: Which was also very confessing for the fact that I
- 14:36Speaker 2: like that.
- 14:37Speaker 3: That's just acted to them. So no, you want you
- 14:40Speaker 3: want to sleep with them, but you don't want to
- 14:41Speaker 3: be there.
- 14:42Speaker 2: It's true. They're all annoying.
- 14:43Speaker 3: They are. It's true. So I I I that's that's
- 14:47Speaker 3: what I think.
- 14:48Speaker 4: That is a big what I feel is a struggle
- 14:52Speaker 4: at this point in time. You know, how do you
- 14:56Speaker 4: feel about what's going on actually in the political world
- 14:59Speaker 4: right now? What do you feel is like the most
- 15:01Speaker 4: polarizing political I mean, I mean, we're gonna say who
- 15:04Speaker 4: it is.
- 15:05Speaker 3: I don't.
- 15:05Speaker 2: I don't even know if it's Trump anymore. To be honest,
- 15:08Speaker 2: I think people are coming around. I really do. I
- 15:11Speaker 2: have conversations every day with friends of mine. Okay, I
- 15:14Speaker 2: go play paddable in a park by my house. There's
- 15:17Speaker 2: a group of five. I think there's four kids and
- 15:20Speaker 2: two parents, so there's six of them and they all
- 15:21Speaker 2: come and play. They're all different ages, they're all gorgeous. Somehow,
- 15:24Speaker 2: all these kids are like models. And I was talking
- 15:28Speaker 2: to them one day about something and they brought up
- 15:29Speaker 2: politics for some reason I can't remember why, and they
- 15:32Speaker 2: were like, we regret it. I was like why. They
- 15:34Speaker 2: were like, we regret voting for Biden. And they're they're
- 15:37Speaker 2: Puerto Rican by the way, not that Puerto Ricans aren't
- 15:40Speaker 2: for Trump, but people was people on the left assume, oh,
- 15:43Speaker 2: you're a person of color, you're gonna probably vote Democrat.
- 15:46Speaker 2: And it's like, no, people are waking up to the bullshit.
- 15:49Speaker 2: They even said it to me. They were like, our
- 15:51Speaker 2: lives are better under Trump. They said it like that.
- 15:54Speaker 2: That was the exact words that this this woman said,
- 15:56Speaker 2: my life was better on the Trump.
- 15:57Speaker 4: Well, I don't think anybody right now could say that
- 15:58Speaker 4: their lives are better und the life I mean you
- 16:00Speaker 4: no one have to be a total imbecile or somebody
- 16:03Speaker 4: would have probably hit you over the that with a
- 16:05Speaker 4: sledgehammer for somebody to even say that.
- 16:07Speaker 2: Yeah, driving here, there's a woman on the side of
- 16:09Speaker 2: the road next to the UN. I had to drive
- 16:11Speaker 2: up First Avenue and it said kick kicked Russia out
- 16:14Speaker 2: of the UN And I was like, Trump personal in office,
- 16:19Speaker 2: we want to have Russia this we wouldn't have this
- 16:21Speaker 2: Russia war. We didn't for four years.
- 16:23Speaker 3: You know, how do you feel?
- 16:25Speaker 4: How do you feel about that we're giving money over
- 16:27Speaker 4: to the Ukraine and we're giving families who just had
- 16:30Speaker 4: their house burned seven.
- 16:32Speaker 3: Hundred dollars and getting kicked out of their homes.
- 16:34Speaker 2: Basically, I mean, the people speak for themselves, I think
- 16:38Speaker 2: right Like, wasn't there a video of them going like,
- 16:40Speaker 2: go home, Biden, you'll fuck yourself something like that. I'm
- 16:44Speaker 2: like they were booing him, they were telling him go home,
- 16:46Speaker 2: you're not helping US. It's like, what is this? This
- 16:48Speaker 2: is this is piss money? You know what am I
- 16:50Speaker 2: gonna do? Wipe my ass with it? Seven hundred dollars
- 16:53Speaker 2: is a joke? And what did Ukraine get? A hundred
- 16:55Speaker 2: one hundred billion? What was it?
- 16:57Speaker 4: One hundred million or one hundred I know it's probably
- 16:59Speaker 4: a billion, not a million, but it's a lot of.
- 17:03Speaker 3: It went to Americans.
- 17:04Speaker 4: It should have went to veterans, It should have went
- 17:06Speaker 4: to people that are homeless in the street.
- 17:08Speaker 2: We would have had to give this to the Ukraine.
- 17:10Speaker 2: Now if Trump was president, because there wouldn't have been
- 17:13Speaker 2: an invasion. Well, all the stems from the fact that
- 17:18Speaker 2: Trump's not president, in my opinion, Well.
- 17:20Speaker 4: I think it also stems from that there's somebody that's
- 17:22Speaker 4: in office.
- 17:23Speaker 3: That's not capable of running a country.
- 17:25Speaker 2: I think that if it was disants maybe be different.
- 17:27Speaker 3: You know. I think that that's the issue.
- 17:29Speaker 4: And I think that like you said, you're moderate, you're
- 17:33Speaker 4: in the middle.
- 17:34Speaker 3: I think most people are.
- 17:35Speaker 4: And I think it just for common sense wise, like
- 17:37Speaker 4: you want to listen, you want to go, you want
- 17:40Speaker 4: to be able to pay your bills, you want to
- 17:41Speaker 4: be able to take care of your family, right I
- 17:45Speaker 4: want to be able to pay my mortgage. I want
- 17:47Speaker 4: to be able to send my kids to college. And
- 17:49Speaker 4: you know what, all this other noise that's going on around,
- 17:52Speaker 4: it's like they're trying to.
- 17:53Speaker 3: I feel like it's all a distraction of what the
- 17:55Speaker 3: real problem is.
- 17:56Speaker 4: And you need somebody who's going to help get rid
- 17:59Speaker 4: of those problems. I don't care if I don't like
- 18:01Speaker 4: the person. What do you care if if somebody says
- 18:04Speaker 4: something on Twitter? I don't have to sleep with the guy, you.
- 18:06Speaker 3: Know what I'm saying. I don't.
- 18:08Speaker 4: Also the same thing with my I if I don't
- 18:11Speaker 4: like my boss, that doesn't mean as long as he's
- 18:12Speaker 4: paying my paycheck, he's taking care of me. I'm doing
- 18:16Speaker 4: well in my in my position, I have no issues.
- 18:18Speaker 3: What's the problem?
- 18:19Speaker 4: And I could be Trump, it could be anybody, you know,
- 18:21Speaker 4: and I just feel like it's just it's just that
- 18:25Speaker 4: we need.
- 18:25Speaker 3: Somebody who's going to make sense and help the people.
- 18:27Speaker 2: What is the old saying? Is it better as a leader?
- 18:29Speaker 2: Is it better to be loved or feared? Not that
- 18:31Speaker 2: people love it, not that people love it, I don't know,
- 18:35Speaker 2: but not the fear, But not that people, but people
- 18:40Speaker 2: feared Trump other people not like our people. People hated
- 18:44Speaker 2: Trump here, but like people were scared of him in
- 18:46Speaker 2: other countries. Well, I think that washole. He does.
- 18:51Speaker 4: He is an asshole, but he's a billionaires an asshole.
- 18:54Speaker 4: What do you expect I would be an asshole too
- 18:56Speaker 4: if I was a billionaire, you know what I mean?
- 18:59Speaker 2: But he made he gives a ship, Yes he does.
- 19:01Speaker 4: There are there are situations that he makes sense.
- 19:05Speaker 3: But the point is is that you can't base.
- 19:07Speaker 4: Your your your your vote on because you don't like
- 19:10Speaker 4: somebody and you know they've done it started. Listen, do
- 19:12Speaker 4: you think Kennedy would have got voted for if the
- 19:16Speaker 4: women if he wasn't so good looking?
- 19:17Speaker 2: That's it, It's true.
- 19:19Speaker 4: You can't base it on feeling. You have to base
- 19:21Speaker 4: it on facts. And that's where the problem is. You
- 19:23Speaker 4: have to base it on what's going to happen, what's
- 19:26Speaker 4: going to happen to the economy, what's going to happen
- 19:28Speaker 4: in your your your involvement in in you.
- 19:31Speaker 3: Know, overseas.
- 19:33Speaker 4: I mean, we don't need to be involved in in
- 19:35Speaker 4: ninety nine percent of the stuff that goes on in
- 19:37Speaker 4: other countries because we.
- 19:38Speaker 3: Have until our country is in order.
- 19:41Speaker 4: We have no business getting involved any place else, Like,
- 19:44Speaker 4: get your stuff in order, clean your own room first. Basically,
- 19:47Speaker 4: when you clean your own room, then you can start
- 19:49Speaker 4: telling me how to do other things. Keep your own stuff,
- 19:52Speaker 4: keep your own ship in order. And that's where I
- 19:54Speaker 4: feel the problem is.
- 19:55Speaker 3: You know, and.
- 19:55Speaker 4: Everybody out there, who are these activists? I guarantee you
- 19:59Speaker 4: half of them that the whole life is in disarray.
- 20:01Speaker 4: And they're out there telling you what to do.
- 20:02Speaker 2: That's all they did.
- 20:03Speaker 3: That's it.
- 20:04Speaker 4: They want to tell you what to do, how to
- 20:05Speaker 4: spend your money, where to go, where to live, who
- 20:07Speaker 4: to go?
- 20:07Speaker 3: Who do you like? Who's this? Who's that? You know?
- 20:09Speaker 3: And you know what's really said. It's like it's like
- 20:11Speaker 3: it doesn't have to be like this.
- 20:13Speaker 4: You know, this is this is a democracy, and this
- 20:15Speaker 4: is a country where you know, we should have a
- 20:18Speaker 4: flow free flow of ideas. And if you say something
- 20:21Speaker 4: one thing that could offend somebody. Listen, I own a
- 20:23Speaker 4: business and I had somebody get offended because a patient
- 20:29Speaker 4: was sitting in the waiting room and her son was
- 20:31Speaker 4: as actually was coming home from Iraq, and when they
- 20:34Speaker 4: pulled out of Iraq a couple of years ago, the
- 20:37Speaker 4: batchery that happened.
- 20:39Speaker 3: You know, she was she was she said something, she
- 20:41Speaker 3: was mentioning it in the waiting room.
- 20:42Speaker 4: Nobody said anything about any political stance or anything like that.
- 20:45Speaker 4: It was just like, you know what these kids are
- 20:47Speaker 4: gonna learn? These kids, these kids don't know what they're doing.
- 20:49Speaker 4: These kids are very naive. So I said, The.
- 20:52Speaker 3: Patient said she was offended. Uh had a problem with that.
- 20:56Speaker 4: What I said, I said, well, why would why would
- 20:58Speaker 4: we saying that offend you that I'm I'm trying to
- 21:00Speaker 4: empathize what a patient whose son is in the military
- 21:03Speaker 4: and is coming home from Iraq?
- 21:04Speaker 3: Does it? Does it mean that you know which way
- 21:06Speaker 3: of the isle that I'm on? No, I'm for common sense.
- 21:09Speaker 2: The funny that I'm part of it is that I'm.
- 21:12Speaker 3: Really I'm like an independent.
- 21:14Speaker 2: Yeah, I will play, but even if you weren't. Like
- 21:15Speaker 2: leftists are always claiming that, oh, everyone's a colorful rainbow.
- 21:19Speaker 2: There's so many people of color and different colors and
- 21:21Speaker 2: different genders. But then when it comes to politics, it's
- 21:24Speaker 2: very left and right and black and white.
- 21:25Speaker 3: Right.
- 21:26Speaker 2: They have no they have no room right for anything, nothing,
- 21:31Speaker 2: And it's it's a very bar way to.
- 21:33Speaker 4: Be it's it's like you're you're all everything is all
- 21:36Speaker 4: one with this, with that, and then and then all
- 21:38Speaker 4: of a sudden.
- 21:38Speaker 3: It's just one. What's either this or that.
- 21:40Speaker 4: You're either this way that way, and it's not like that.
- 21:42Speaker 4: And most people aren't one or the other. I think
- 21:45Speaker 4: pretty much everybody.
- 21:46Speaker 2: Most people are conglomerateive ideas, yeah, and morals and feelings, right,
- 21:49Speaker 2: most people like and you know, I travel I've traveled
- 21:52Speaker 2: to forty states out of fifty so far, which is like,
- 21:55Speaker 2: I love that. I say that because that's like.
- 21:57Speaker 3: Have you slept with a woman in every state you've been? Yeah?
- 22:00Speaker 2: I wish, But now now, I mean, there's only attractive
- 22:04Speaker 2: people in certain states. To be honest, like this a way.
- 22:07Speaker 2: You know what I mean when I say that, let
- 22:09Speaker 2: you go to certain states and you're like everyone looks
- 22:11Speaker 2: the same.
- 22:12Speaker 3: I mean like like the Midwest.
- 22:13Speaker 2: Kind of yeah, like they don't. Yeah, I don't want
- 22:15Speaker 2: to say that.
- 22:16Speaker 4: Maybe like update I mean, I mean state it's.
- 22:19Speaker 2: Not bad upstates not bad.
- 22:20Speaker 3: Oh, so my daughter goes to Courtland, it is.
- 22:22Speaker 2: Is bad over there. It's like I was like, yeah,
- 22:26Speaker 2: it's like there's a lot of a reading. Yeah.
- 22:29Speaker 4: So yeah, it's it's it's a it's a it's a
- 22:33Speaker 4: different place than him. So how do you feel about
- 22:39Speaker 4: what is what is your biggest influencer as far as
- 22:42Speaker 4: a political influence?
- 22:43Speaker 2: My biggest influence?
- 22:45Speaker 4: Like what made you get into politics? Because you know
- 22:47Speaker 4: you you aren't always this.
- 22:49Speaker 2: I wasn't always a political no. I think moving down
- 22:52Speaker 2: to Florida part time changed my mind.
- 22:54Speaker 3: A lot, because was that during COVID.
- 22:56Speaker 2: I moved there in twenty eighteen from New York full
- 22:58Speaker 2: time for two years, and then I'm back in twenty twenty,
- 23:01Speaker 2: right before COVID happened, and I changed my entire outlook
- 23:05Speaker 2: on everything. I made new friends down there. They were
- 23:09Speaker 2: all Republicans and a lot of them are LGBT. But
- 23:12Speaker 2: also it was more the cultural political left than actually
- 23:18Speaker 2: it was more the cultural left than because because cultural
- 23:23Speaker 2: culture has influence on politics, politics has influenced on culture right.
- 23:27Speaker 2: I noticed the culture shift most people do before the
- 23:30Speaker 2: political shift, and because they're intertwined, I was like, okay, this,
- 23:35Speaker 2: like this culture isn't making sense, and then they're creating
- 23:38Speaker 2: laws and those laws aren't making sense. Let me actually
- 23:40Speaker 2: take a step back and look at what I'm saying
- 23:42Speaker 2: that I'm supporting and turns out I didn't support most
- 23:45Speaker 2: of it.
- 23:45Speaker 3: You know, did you feel like you were more on
- 23:47Speaker 3: the left when you were younger.
- 23:49Speaker 2: I don't think so Now that I think, well yes,
- 23:52Speaker 2: but also because at some point, and a lot of
- 23:56Speaker 2: people will say this, and some people will say, no,
- 23:57Speaker 2: that's not true. But I think I really do believe
- 23:59Speaker 2: at some point the parties kind of switched. Yes, it's
- 24:02Speaker 2: a weird. It's a weird thing. Like back in the day,
- 24:04Speaker 2: Democrats were more for the average person, the worker. It's
- 24:08Speaker 2: not like that anymore. No, I dated a girl. I
- 24:11Speaker 2: think I told you that the last time we hung in.
- 24:13Speaker 2: I dated a girl that was for like a month
- 24:15Speaker 2: or whatever. We hung out a few times in the projects,
- 24:18Speaker 2: in the Bronx, the worst part of the Bronx and
- 24:19Speaker 2: the projects. I drove her home every time to make
- 24:21Speaker 2: sure she got home safe. Her and her mother both
- 24:23Speaker 2: voted for Trump last year. Last election in the projects,
- 24:27Speaker 2: Dominicans in the projects voted for Trump, and a lot
- 24:30Speaker 2: of their friends voted for Trump. They know the last
- 24:32Speaker 2: three years, they said, my life got worse. I'm in
- 24:34Speaker 2: the projects and I'm not getting it. How was your.
- 24:38Speaker 3: Life how is your life of postbus? Six years ago?
- 24:41Speaker 3: How was it?
- 24:42Speaker 4: And and and now was three years ago? And now
- 24:44Speaker 4: and and to now?
- 24:45Speaker 3: How is it? I know I could tell you, Ye,
- 24:48Speaker 3: people don't have.
- 24:49Speaker 2: Money because of all the lockdowns. She got fired from
- 24:52Speaker 2: her job, not fired, but she.
- 24:54Speaker 3: And then they wanted to try.
- 24:55Speaker 2: To right the company, and I had no money. They
- 24:57Speaker 2: had to fire their employees. She had no money. She
- 24:59Speaker 2: had she was was living well in Midtown. She had
- 25:01Speaker 2: to move back with her mom in the projects because
- 25:04Speaker 2: of all the democratic policies and all the lockdowns, all
- 25:06Speaker 2: the ridiculousness.
- 25:07Speaker 3: Did you ever think of running for office? Maybe?
- 25:10Speaker 2: I don't know if I'm smart enough in that way.
- 25:12Speaker 3: Well, there's not many.
- 25:14Speaker 2: I mean, that's not saying much.
- 25:16Speaker 4: That's not saying obviously you don't have to be spont
- 25:19Speaker 4: to win even presidency.
- 25:21Speaker 3: I mean, but it's not being spat, it's being I think.
- 25:23Speaker 2: Maybe like a city council kind of something. Maybe I
- 25:25Speaker 2: could do something like that. I don't have enough. I
- 25:27Speaker 2: don't have enough patience to be like the presidents. Not
- 25:29Speaker 2: that I will.
- 25:30Speaker 3: I mean, just you know, run for office and try
- 25:32Speaker 3: to make sense.
- 25:33Speaker 2: You know, I want to.
- 25:34Speaker 4: I know, I think the people are are aching for
- 25:37Speaker 4: somebody to make sense. That's what I think it is.
- 25:39Speaker 4: I think that nobody makes sense, and that's the problem.
- 25:43Speaker 3: It's just it's like you listen to, you listen to.
- 25:45Speaker 4: I had to stop watching the news because I can't
- 25:47Speaker 4: even I can't absorb it anymore.
- 25:50Speaker 3: I feel like my brain's.
- 25:51Speaker 2: Don't watch the news at all. I don't even own
- 25:53Speaker 2: a TV. You come to my house. I live in
- 25:55Speaker 2: a three hundred square foot apartment and I don't own
- 25:57Speaker 2: a TV.
- 25:58Speaker 3: I have.
- 25:58Speaker 2: I have my computer. Oh yeah, But like I watch content,
- 26:02Speaker 2: creators that I know are not being paid to create
- 26:08Speaker 2: or spark a certain agenda. You know what I mean
- 26:10Speaker 2: is that, like I know them personally, and we both
- 26:12Speaker 2: know we're searching for sponsorships. But we're not being paid
- 26:14Speaker 2: by like political people to say certain things, you know
- 26:17Speaker 2: what I mean? We say what we think is right,
- 26:19Speaker 2: and then we get paid by a coffee coffee company
- 26:21Speaker 2: or something, you know what I mean, Like, we're not
- 26:23Speaker 2: being paid by what's his name, Sorrows, you know, like
- 26:29Speaker 2: that piece of shit. So yeah, he's a piece of
- 26:32Speaker 2: shit and he's ugly too. I'm sorry, sorry, not sorry, sorry,
- 26:37Speaker 2: not sorry. He's ugly looking.
- 26:39Speaker 4: Your question, does this does your political stance affect who
- 26:43Speaker 4: you date?
- 26:44Speaker 3: Do you just find that lately that that's.
- 26:46Speaker 2: A problem very much? I think I don't know.
- 26:49Speaker 4: I didn't that wasn't a big factor, Like I don't
- 26:52Speaker 4: know for me twenty years ago. I mean I wasn't political.
- 26:55Speaker 4: I think as I got older, I got political. You
- 26:57Speaker 4: know in the last I think a night. A lot
- 26:59Speaker 4: of people who are involved now got political over the.
- 27:02Speaker 2: Last the less two elections.
- 27:04Speaker 3: Yeah it's been now, Yeah, it's been chaos. So how
- 27:07Speaker 3: do you feels the dating scene?
- 27:09Speaker 2: It's I mean line out of ten times if somebody,
- 27:12Speaker 2: if somebody and I match, and then like I try
- 27:15Speaker 2: to mention it right away, like by the way, just
- 27:17Speaker 2: letting you know I voted for Trump, Like I throw
- 27:19Speaker 2: it out there immediately. Yeah, because it's not I'm not
- 27:23Speaker 2: wasting my time if you're going to go crazy and
- 27:25Speaker 2: judge me because of who I voted for and who
- 27:28Speaker 2: I think makes the most sense for our country, Like,
- 27:30Speaker 2: I'm not doing it. I don't judge them for voting
- 27:32Speaker 2: for Biden. I'll judge them if they still think he's
- 27:34Speaker 2: as a good president, then I'll judge them. Right, But
- 27:37Speaker 2: like if you voted for him. I voted for Hillary
- 27:39Speaker 2: like an idiot in twenty sixteen. I didn't know what
- 27:40Speaker 2: the hell I was doing back then.
- 27:42Speaker 5: But you know, it's it's and it's so funny that
- 27:46Speaker 5: a big thing, because especially I don't think when people
- 27:50Speaker 5: are younger it's the biggest it's a it's as big
- 27:52Speaker 5: of a deal, you know.
- 27:54Speaker 3: I think it's when.
- 27:55Speaker 2: When you're younger, you haven't worked for anything yet. That's
- 27:58Speaker 2: true when you're older. That's why, that's why it's called conservatism.
- 28:01Speaker 3: I think a lot of thirty year olds are still
- 28:02Speaker 3: living home with their parents.
- 28:04Speaker 2: Sure, but you know, you're trying to just my oldest
- 28:07Speaker 2: daughter outlast, yeah in college.
- 28:09Speaker 3: Now, no, that's the eighteen year old.
- 28:11Speaker 2: I just oh, okay, you know, oh the older one.
- 28:14Speaker 3: Yeah, old you got so you know. I think that
- 28:16Speaker 3: that's also.
- 28:17Speaker 4: A factor, you know, like yeah, yeah, I think people
- 28:19Speaker 4: are not leaving the house, leaving their home, you know,
- 28:21Speaker 4: leaving their parents.
- 28:23Speaker 2: Well that's also New York City.
- 28:25Speaker 3: Well you can't afford to live anyway.
- 28:27Speaker 2: I wonder why where's our taxes going? Where are taxes?
- 28:30Speaker 3: You live in Brooklyn?
- 28:31Speaker 2: Yeah, where are our taxes going? Like where's the money going?
- 28:34Speaker 3: I know, where do you think it's going.
- 28:36Speaker 2: It's not going to like the parks, It's not going
- 28:38Speaker 2: to anything that I Every five minutes the Belt Parkway
- 28:40Speaker 2: is being fixed and then another month it gets broken again.
- 28:43Speaker 2: So I don't know what the hell that's all the
- 28:45Speaker 2: money is going to.
- 28:46Speaker 4: Three times a week and there's always traffic twenty miles
- 28:50Speaker 4: from my house daughter do and it's still taking now
- 28:52Speaker 4: now sometimes more an hour and a half to get
- 28:54Speaker 4: that disgusting. I'm like, if you could survive the Belt Parkway,
- 28:57Speaker 4: and you could survive anything.
- 28:59Speaker 2: And they're trying to trying to up the price of
- 29:00Speaker 2: the trains, and because they're upping the price of the
- 29:03Speaker 2: trains and not fixing anything, people are jumping the turnstiles
- 29:07Speaker 2: and people are getting away with it because they defunded
- 29:09Speaker 2: the police. It's it's just like it's it's a snowball
- 29:13Speaker 2: of horrendousness.
- 29:15Speaker 3: How do you feel like when you travel to New York?
- 29:17Speaker 2: Now? Do you feel do you like when I come
- 29:19Speaker 2: to the city, to the city.
- 29:20Speaker 3: Like I used to love to come to the city.
- 29:21Speaker 4: I used to love it when I fails my favorite
- 29:23Speaker 4: time in Manhattan, And now when I come here. I'm like,
- 29:27Speaker 4: I go to certain pots and other pots.
- 29:29Speaker 3: I just don't. I just don't have the same vibe
- 29:30Speaker 3: that I used to have here.
- 29:32Speaker 2: I would never come to Midtown. I'll never come to
- 29:34Speaker 2: Time Square. I'll never come to Midtown like Upper West Side.
- 29:38Speaker 2: I mean, if I want to go to the museums,
- 29:39Speaker 2: all right, but do I want to see a bunch
- 29:41Speaker 2: of homeless people laying on the street getting there?
- 29:42Speaker 4: And it's so it's just sad, you know, And these
- 29:46Speaker 4: people they're innocent people, a lot of them.
- 29:49Speaker 3: There are.
- 29:50Speaker 4: There's some that are not so innocent, but there are,
- 29:52Speaker 4: and you feel bad for them because you know, they
- 29:55Speaker 4: they got they got promised all these things to come here.
- 29:58Speaker 3: And now look look at the situation. What do we
- 30:00Speaker 3: do now with them? What would you what would you
- 30:02Speaker 3: do now with them?
- 30:03Speaker 4: If you, if you were in office, how would you
- 30:05Speaker 4: fix that problem?
- 30:10Speaker 2: I don't know. I don't know. I don't know the
- 30:11Speaker 2: ins and outs of like exporting and importing immigrants, like
- 30:16Speaker 2: like as if they're like trades, right, I don't I
- 30:19Speaker 2: don't know, but I know for sure I wouldn't want
- 30:24Speaker 2: them taking Like I was telling this to my friend
- 30:26Speaker 2: the other day, she's a black woman, Black and Puerto Rican,
- 30:29Speaker 2: I believe, and she's very very much progressive democrat liberal
- 30:34Speaker 2: like leftist, not a liberal leftist whatever. And she said
- 30:38Speaker 2: like that there's no funding in her daughter's schools, and
- 30:40Speaker 2: I'm like, well, what do you think. I was like,
- 30:43Speaker 2: what about a few years ago? She's like, it was better.
- 30:44Speaker 2: I said, well, the Democrats got in power, and now
- 30:47Speaker 2: all these immigrants are coming in illegally getting all of
- 30:50Speaker 2: the all of the federal or or statewide or citywide
- 30:54Speaker 2: even depending on what we're talking about. They're getting all
- 30:57Speaker 2: this funding. And do you think it heard the rich people. No,
- 31:01Speaker 2: because the rich people still have money. It hurts the
- 31:03Speaker 2: middle class and the lower class. She's she's like middle class,
- 31:06Speaker 2: lower middle class, Like you know, I'm middle class. She's
- 31:08Speaker 2: maybe lower middle class, maybe strips of the m t A.
- 31:11Speaker 2: She got a great job, but she's seeing this the
- 31:14Speaker 2: she's seeing the effects of this too, and now she's
- 31:17Speaker 2: started thing differently. And she's one of those people that
- 31:19Speaker 2: call everyone racist, so even it's affecting her, she's that
- 31:23Speaker 2: that's a huge deal.
- 31:24Speaker 3: Well you know what this is.
- 31:25Speaker 4: I think that a lot of people now are starting
- 31:28Speaker 4: to realize and that they have to get involved and
- 31:31Speaker 4: they have to they have to vote for somebody that's
- 31:33Speaker 4: going to make sense, it's going to make their lives better.
- 31:35Speaker 3: So I'm hoping that one day you can run for
- 31:38Speaker 3: office and hopefully fix some of these problems.
- 31:41Speaker 2: Maybe I will.
- 31:42Speaker 3: I think you should.
- 31:43Speaker 2: Maybe I think you should.
- 31:45Speaker 3: Feel I would call it it would call it the
- 31:47Speaker 3: Pussy the pussy.
- 31:48Speaker 2: Pussy power party.
- 31:49Speaker 3: Power party. I think that's should triple P, triple P party.
- 31:55Speaker 2: I'm down with it.
- 31:56Speaker 3: So I'm so glad you came in today, Ariel.
- 31:59Speaker 4: It was great talking to you. I had so much
