- 0:23Speaker 1: Snuggle down, close your eyes and make yourself comfortable. Take
- 0:31a deep breath in through your nose and slowly and
- 0:35gently reade out through your mouth. Again, take a deep
- 0:44breath in through your nose and slowly and gently breathe
- 0:51out through your mouth. One last time, deep breath in
- 0:58through your nose and slowly and gently breathe out through
- 1:05your mouth. Just bring your breathing back to its normal rhythm.
- 1:12Feeling your chest rise and fall gently, and you're feeling
- 1:18all warm and safe, and you feel so peaceful now,
- 1:22so relaxed, and you feel very happy and very.
- 1:28Speaker 2: Light, and your.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Breathing is almost still. You're so relaxed, and with each
- 1:36breath you take, you feel calmer and more peaceful. And
- 1:41that's because you're breathing in pure peacefulness, and you're breathing
- 1:47out all of the negative thoughts that you've been cannying
- 1:51around with you, that you don't need any more. So
- 1:57take another deep breath.
- 1:58Speaker 2: In pure peacefulness, and then breathe out, breathing out all.
- 2:07Speaker 1: The negative thoughts, all the things you don't need anymore.
- 2:14One more time.
- 2:15Speaker 2: Breathe in, breathing in pure peacefulness.
- 2:22Speaker 1: And breathe out breathe out all the stuff you no
- 2:26longer need, and now you're feeling very calm, very peaceful,
- 2:35and very relaxed. Now imagine yourself completely surrounded by a
- 2:44beautiful golden light, and this golden light surrounds your whole body.
- 2:52It's above your head, it's beneath your feet, it's everywhere,
- 2:58and this golden light makes you feel all warm, tingly,
- 3:03very safe. And again you feel so peaceful, so calm,
- 3:10and so relaxed. But always remember you are safe, you
- 3:17are loved, and you are protected always. Now imagine yourself
- 3:26sitting in a large, beautiful garden with an old brick
- 3:30wall completely surrounding it, and the bottom of the woods
- 3:37are all filled with the most amazing flowers, flowers of
- 3:41every description and every color you can think of, and
- 3:46the scent from these flowers is just amazing and it
- 3:50makes you feel so alive and so very happy. There
- 3:55is also a beautiful lawn all around you, and you
- 3:59can see the early morning dew glistening on the grass.
- 4:06You look down and you see that you are standing
- 4:08on a gravel path, and as you walk along it,
- 4:13it crunches under your feet. Can you hear the sound
- 4:17of it crunching.
- 4:19Speaker 2: I can.
- 4:23Speaker 1: You feel a gentle breeze on your face as you
- 4:25walk along the path, and you feel the warmth of
- 4:29the sun all over your body, and it makes you
- 4:32feel so peaceful, so wonderful in fact. So you walk
- 4:41on the path to the very back of the garden
- 4:44and come to yet another old brick wall, Only this
- 4:47one is covered in beautiful roses, roses in all the
- 4:53colors of a rainbow, and they too glisten with the
- 4:58dew in the morning sunshine, and they twinkle just like
- 5:03the stars do at nighttime. Now in the middle of
- 5:08this wall is an archway, a very old archway, and
- 5:15you wonder where of leads. So you take a little
- 5:19peek through the arch. You can't really see anything. It
- 5:23just looks well, kind of misty, really, kind of like
- 5:27soft clouds are floating past. You feel really quite excited
- 5:33and you really want to know what's on the other
- 5:35side of the archway. So you become very brave and
- 5:40decide to go through it. Step through the arch into
- 5:46the mist, and it feels quite cool on your skin,
- 5:50but you keep going. After all, it only clouds. The
- 5:55cloud slowly begins to part, and what you see the
- 6:00next utterly amazes you. You have come out the other
- 6:04side of the archway into another world. How fantastic is that?
- 6:11You see stretched out before you a wonderful meadow, and
- 6:16at the end of that meadow there is a beautiful,
- 6:19green and lush forest stretching for miles and miles. You
- 6:25can even see the mountaintops in the distance, and they
- 6:30are so high that they have snow on the top
- 6:33of them, and they look as if someone has just
- 6:36sprinkled them with angel dust. Beautiful white, feathery angel dust.
- 6:43How pretty is that? And off in the distance you
- 6:48can hear the sound of tumbling water, and you wonder
- 6:52where it's coming from. Maybe it's a waterfall, sure sounds
- 6:57like one. As you look around you you see something
- 7:02moving in the distance, and you see it's coming towards you,
- 7:07and it looks well, kind of hairy. Well, actually, it
- 7:11looks like a very wooly coat. Really, what on earth
- 7:16could it be? As it gets closer to you, you
- 7:21realize that it kind of looks like a very hairy elephant.
- 7:26But as it gets even closer, you realize that it's
- 7:30not an elephant at all. It's a very big wooly mammoth,
- 7:37a very big wooly mammoth with a big silly grin
- 7:40on his face and a very big blue floppy hat
- 7:43on his head.
- 7:44Speaker 2: How funny.
- 7:47Speaker 1: The mammoth stops in front of you and says, hello, Well,
- 7:52you are just flabbergastic.
- 7:54Speaker 3: Now.
- 7:55Speaker 1: Not only is it a big wooly mammoth with a
- 7:58very big blue floppy hat head, it can talk too.
- 8:04Oh my. The big wooly mammoth tells you his name
- 8:10is Frank, and he asks you what your name is,
- 8:15so you tell him. He asks you if he can
- 8:18sit down next to you on the grass. Do you think, well, okay,
- 8:22why not? So the two of you sit on the grass,
- 8:28and the ground shakes a bit when he sits down
- 8:31because he is so very big and so very very heavy,
- 8:35and you're really hoping that he doesn't squash you when
- 8:37he sits But he is very careful and he doesn't
- 8:43squash you at all. In fact, is very gentle. Frank
- 8:49tells you he is very glad to meet you, and
- 8:52he begins to tell you all about himself. He tells
- 8:56you that he lives with the rest of his head
- 8:59and they had just the end of the meadow behind
- 9:01those trees are bad. He tells you he has a
- 9:05mum and a dad and they are called Mabel and Benny.
- 9:11He tells you he has three brothers and three sisters
- 9:16and they are all older than he is. He is
- 9:19the baby of the family and really they all spoil him,
- 9:23which he loves. He tells you that he goes to
- 9:28Mammoth School with his friends and they love it there.
- 9:31They get to learn all sorts of things. Everything they
- 9:36wanted to know they can learn there. They love it
- 9:39so much they even get to go on days out
- 9:42to see what other animals live in their world. Frank
- 9:46really likes school, he also tells you, and he loves
- 9:51to play football with his friends too. In fact, it's
- 9:54his favorite thing of all time, playing football. Frank asks
- 10:02you if you would like a ride on his back.
- 10:06You're very happy about this and you say, oh, yes please.
- 10:12He picks you up with his very long trunk and
- 10:15gently places you on his back behind the big blue
- 10:18floppy hat. He tells you to hold on tight and
- 10:22then begins to stand up. Ooh, it's a bit wobbly,
- 10:27but it's okay because you're holding on tightly. Frank completely
- 10:32stands up and you realize you are very high up now,
- 10:37and he starts to walk with his big, lumbering legs,
- 10:41and it really is quite wobbly up on his back,
- 10:44and you're bouncing around a lot, but it's so much fun.
- 10:47You start laughing, so does Frank. Because you are so
- 10:52high up on Frank's back, you can feel a gentle
- 10:56breeze on your face. You can feel it rappling through
- 11:00your clothes, just gently and making them flap a bit.
- 11:05Can you feel it? Can you feel the cool breeze?
- 11:10Speaker 3: And no, I can.
- 11:14Speaker 1: So you go for a walk with your new friend Frank.
- 11:19What can you see up from the top of his back?
- 11:23Can you see the hills and the mountains in the distance.
- 11:27Can you see all the beautiful trees in the many
- 11:29different colors, so many greens. There's even a few reds
- 11:34in there too. So for a few moments, spend some
- 11:39time going for a walk with Frank. Have a good
- 11:43look around and just see what else may be there.
- 11:48See if there's any other animals there, maybe animals that
- 11:51you've never heard of before, were never seen before. Maybe
- 11:56Frank will take you to meet his family and his friends.
- 12:00Maybe he will show you his school. Maybe you can
- 12:05even play a game of football with Frank and his friends,
- 12:09And wouldn't that be fun? So for a few moments,
- 12:13just go and have some fun with Frank, Go and
- 12:16meet his friends and his family, go and see his school.
- 13:35Speaker 4: Mus from the pas.
- 15:12Speaker 1: Wow, now that was fun, wasn't it. But now it's
- 15:17time for you to return to your very own home
- 15:21and your very own bed. So Frank places you gently
- 15:26back down on the ground, and you say your goodbyes,
- 15:31and you tell him that you would love to come
- 15:33back again. Frank says that would be very nice, indeed,
- 15:37and that maybe next time you can have a sleepover
- 15:40with him and his friends. And you are thrilled with
- 15:43this idea and said you definitely will. You would love
- 15:47to do that. You wave goodbye to Frank and begin
- 15:54to walk home, when suddenly you realize, wow, you're already
- 16:01back in your very own bed. Wow, what a lovely
- 16:08time you had with Frank, very gentle kind and loving,
- 16:14great big, wooly hairy mammoth. And you smile to yourself,
- 16:20just remembering the day you've had, meeting his friends and
- 16:24his family, seeing his school, just having a wonderful time
- 16:31just being with Frank is so kind and so nice.
- 16:37But your eyes are feeling very sleepy, now, very heavy, indeed,
- 16:43and you begin to drift into a deep, most wonderful
- 16:49night sleep. So turn over on your side and snuggle
- 16:56down in your very own bed, feeling so safe, so protected,
- 17:02and so very loved. And when you wake up in
- 17:07the morning, you will feel completely refreshed, very bright and
- 17:13a late and ready to begin the new day ahead.
- 17:19And each night from now on you will sleep better
- 17:24and better, deeper and deeper. But for now, just rest
- 17:32your weary head.
- 17:34Speaker 2: And just sleep night.
- 17:38Speaker 3: Night, as the plays.
- 19:53Speaker 1: U M.
- 20:27Speaker 3: M M says from the plays
- 24:01Speaker 1: The
