- 3:27Good morning, Raj. How you doing?
- 3:29Unknown: Hey, Paul. I made it back. Sorry. You have to run do something there real quick.
- 3:34Unknown: Yes. Happy Saturday here. Did we I don't know how far you got into the intro. Well, you know, the perks Pretty much got everything covered. We're we're ready to ready to roll
- 3:44Unknown: on. Okay. Sorry for that.
- 3:47Morning. How you doing out there on Saturday morning? Sorry.
- 3:51Little Saturday thing that started here, I don't five years ago. So in COVID, thinking there might be people that did work during the week might wanna come on on the weekend. So we started the Saturday show. We've had some real good ones.
- 4:04Sometimes it's a little torturous, you know, getting,
- 4:08whatever. You're talking about going into the summer now, and, of course, people like to,
- 4:12if you can afford it, get out with your family and whatnot if you've got one.
- 4:18So, anyway, we'll see. We've had some pretty good Saturday shows lately. We were gonna debate on whether to
- 4:25maybe put them on the back burner for a while through the summer. I don't know. I just want to
- 4:31yeah. I I I want us to grow, and we wanna have a conversation,
- 4:35and that's
- 4:36best with new people, of course.
- 4:38And, otherwise, as I said, it's, somewhat tortured occasionally.
- 4:43But regardless, we're here for you. That's why we get up and do these slides. So if you're a new person, there's somebody right there. I'm gonna talk to him in just a second.
- 4:51Get to Mike and, or others, and that's what we
- 4:55get up in the morning for. Good morning, mister Michael Mayo. How are you doing?
- 5:00Unknown: Hey. Pretty good. How are you doing this morning? Oh, I'm alright.
- 5:05Okay. Update. Did you read the email I sent you last Wednesday?
- 5:10Unknown: I did not see it, Michael. I'm sorry to say.
- 5:14Okay. It may have gone over and spam.
- 5:16You know, my damn me email client has a bad habit of putting stuff over in in spam scam. Spam. That's no problem. Okay. Alright. What do do? I get a
- 5:26Unknown: last Wednesday, I get a phone call about
- 5:2911:30 in the afternoon at work, and it's from Washington DC. Guess who it was?
- 5:34Unknown: It
- 5:37Unknown: was from the secretary of state ask
- 5:39asking me did I still want
- 5:42my
- 5:43FOIA or proper information request
- 5:46filled.
- 5:48And I said, well,
- 5:49a month after I submitted it, I got a letter from y'all saying that my
- 5:55request was too vague. He goes, well, we can refill it now. I said, after four and a half years? Oh, yeah.
- 6:01And I said Good god. To him. I know.
- 6:06Well,
- 6:07anyways, I got the information.
- 6:10And, apparently,
- 6:11the affidavit
- 6:13on the application, I got I got six pieces of paper. Three of them were
- 6:19asking
- 6:19basically saying, hey. If I don't like the judgment they made,
- 6:23I can appeal it. But I got all they gave me was the copy on the photocopy,
- 6:31a copy of my application,
- 6:34my birth certificate, and my driver's license.
- 6:36And I asked him about my affidavit,
- 6:39and he said, the only thing in there is a notation on the passport application
- 6:44that the affidavit was sent,
- 6:46read,
- 6:47and noted, and I've got the copy of it. And it says it on there, affidavit of citizenship evidence. But he said, but the copy of it is not in the file. I said, do I have to contact the secretary of state
- 7:00for the administrative file and access it through that? He goes, He didn't know. I said, Well, here's my passport number. He said, Well, I don't have access to the system. He goes, I said, You don't have access to the pass system to look at my status? No. I'm just a FOIA officer. I said, okay. Thank you. And you hung up on me.
- 7:17So that's what I Four
- 7:19Unknown: and a half years later, they didn't have the affidavit in your file.
- 7:24They had a notation that it had been noted,
- 7:28that they didn't say if it had been acted on or not.
- 7:32No. I would says is, you know, it was
- 7:35what?
- 7:37Unknown: It was just submitted and read.
- 7:40Unknown: I would almost ask for a a what's your next step in your administrative hearing because you want that affidavit in there, not just noted, and you wanna know that it's acted on. Is this reflected in the passport you issued to me?
- 7:53I think that's what I do.
- 7:56Unknown: I'm I'm supposed to take a couple days vacation. I'm gonna I'm gonna have to call them during the day and find out what the problem is.
- 8:03But Wow. That's weird, Michael. We never had that happen. They got it to me They got it to me. Certified mail within six days.
- 8:11Unknown: Now this was to the secretary of state FOIA. What was it wasn't a FOIA. It was a privacy request or a FOIA? It was a privacy request. He said he's a privacy request FOIA officer.
- 8:22Okay.
- 8:23Unknown: And then And told him about and a half years later. Yeah.
- 8:27Four and a half years later. And I told him, well, I'm not a citizen in The United States or resident. I says, I'm under eight USC eleven zero one. You know? He goes he goes, I know what that is. I've heard that before.
- 8:37He said, but I can't access your your status right now because I don't have access to the PASS system. I said, okay. That sounds a little strange. Well, alright. We'll knock them next week and see. It's a very interesting response and reply, and it's not usual because we've never heard it before.
- 8:53Unknown: And we'll be anxious to see how you Yeah. The next call. I I
- 8:57Unknown: got on the phone call later that day with everybody and and let them know what happened. You just left. So
- 9:04I thought I'd give you a heads up on what they're doing out there. They're notating it on the application, but they're not actually putting it in the file.
- 9:13Unknown: Well, in your case, in others, they've gotten it back, and it was in there. So there's inconsistency
- 9:18here, and that's what you need to hold the team.
- 9:22Unknown: When I got the app when I got the info all my documents back, I said the affidavit was in the documents that you sent back.
- 9:31Unknown: So
- 9:32Unknown: Okay. Well, like, talk to him. I'd
- 9:35I'd request a hearing, say, why isn't this stuff in there? Why isn't it prominent? Yeah. And why did it take four and a half years for me to get this answer back?
- 9:43Unknown: Yeah. But because they sent me within a month saying that my, my request is too broad. Had been received.
- 9:50Unknown: Oh, oh, and denied. Okay. Well, yeah. Well, you need to get some answers, Michael.
- 9:55Unknown: At say, I'd like to find out. What's the next step in my administrative hearing? Do I have to do do I have to do, the the form where I have to update the application?
- 10:05Unknown: You know? I don't I don't Michael,
- 10:08I don't know. You you need to Yeah. I know. I know. I know. Next week, you need to ask him. Okay?
- 10:15Unknown: Because every every give you a a head up.
- 10:18Unknown: Okay. Well, thank you. Everything you've laid out here is a first time original impression and very unusual.
- 10:24So we'll be anxious to see how they proceed when you
- 10:28hold their feet to the fire a little bit, Michael. See, here's your, this is one of those things. You didn't you didn't the first time at bat with the magistrate,
- 10:36you were under,
- 10:38unusual circumstances,
- 10:39let's say. This time, you're with the head guys,
- 10:43and you got a little more clarity on what you're doing, don't you? Yes. You do.
- 10:48So, yeah, do the administrative appeal and start getting a little belligerent.
- 10:53Why isn't this in my administrative file?
- 10:58Ain't that what it's meant for? Anything I send you is supposed to be not noted. It's supposed to be in my administrative file. Why didn't that happen?
- 11:07Well, you got a lot of ammunition, Michael.
- 11:11Unknown: Question.
- 11:13Unknown: Okay.
- 11:14Unknown: Yes. Question. Did he record
- 11:16did he record the conversation?
- 11:20Unknown: Probably not because I think they called him at work. Mike, you didn't record it, did you? No. I they all I seen was the number Washington,
- 11:27Unknown: and I just didn't think of who was calling me from Washington.
- 11:33Unknown: Okay.
- 11:35Unknown: So anybody else got anything from Michael's? Report that I know it, so I could probably request that recording.
- 11:40Unknown: Well, it may be in there. Anybody else got anything from Michael on this? Pretty interesting situation here to start the show. Question.
- 11:49There's a question. Yes, sir. Could you talk right in the microphone, please? Is that Shane? Yeah. Yeah. Can you hear me now better?
- 11:57Well, a little bit. Can is it Shane? Is it George? Who is this?
- 12:02Unknown: This is Frank. I I I'm not on my headset. I'm just using
- 12:05maybe if I take it off a speakerphone,
- 12:08would that help?
- 12:09Unknown: That probably would help. If you speak right in the microphone, we can hear you a little bit better. Is this Frank in Colorado?
- 12:15Yes, sir. Is this better? Hey, Frank. Yeah. A little bit. We can hear you now. Okay.
- 12:20Unknown: A a question. So I I I've done this a couple times because I was always concerned about having records or not in the administrative file.
- 12:30And I recently,
- 12:32last week, submitted under the privacy act
- 12:35individual
- 12:36information
- 12:37in my administrative file, and I filled out a d s four two four zero dash r.
- 12:44I don't know if that form number has ever come up in conversations before,
- 12:49but when I went through this and I'm waiting to hear back,
- 12:53I ended up needing to also get it, an it notarized
- 12:58because I'm requesting information on me, and I had to prove that I am me.
- 13:04So I don't know if the person who was from before submitted that form as well.
- 13:09Unknown: Well, Michael did this back in nineteen
- 13:11twenty twenty one or something, so I'm not sure if he remembers what all he did. Frank,
- 13:17this is very unusual.
- 13:20Never heard them reply back and say that the information you're requesting is too vague
- 13:26and then wait four and a half years to contact you and and that just doesn't make sense.
- 13:32Unknown: Well, I also,
- 13:34a year or so ago, tried to request the same information using the FOIA
- 13:40method, and that's where learning from their show that it probably needed to be the privacy act. Yeah. So that's when I started searching more about that and found this form.
- 13:49And Yes. So I went through the process again, and I'm doing
- 13:53I'm gonna see what they said. And I said, my request, the description of records is
- 13:59proof of copy on file of notarized
- 14:02two page affidavit
- 14:04and then for instance, citizenship
- 14:06evidence
- 14:07of citizenship
- 14:08status submitted on or about the day that I did in order to obtain the passport card, which is part of this requester's administrative file. That was item number one that I requested.
- 14:20The other thing that I put down, because there's always been the debate and conversation on this show, I also pointed out directly and asked them, I also want evidence of TDIS
- 14:32slash
- 14:33ACS endorsement
- 14:35that is related to my passport card per eight FAM five zero five two point two.
- 14:41And and I'm gonna see what they say on that, and I'll report back. But So that's what you're asking is what status they've got you registered as?
- 14:49Yes. So I'm I'm asking you for two. Now first and foremost, I want to make sure that it's in there, and I'd be curious to see if they come back and actually report the status. So the the only thing I wanna bring to the conversation, Roger, and good to speak with you again this Saturday, is that this form d s dash four two four zero r
- 15:08is the specific form for the salesperson
- 15:12requesting their own information. I did a Unprivacy.
- 15:15Letter that was notarized.
- 15:17Unknown: Okay. A form four two four o. I've never heard of it before, Frank. Some of the other folks have never gone through this personally myself, but for the audience, if you're listening,
- 15:26there's two types of things, transparency
- 15:29actions that you can avail yourself of. They both came from Watergate
- 15:34years ago in the sixties,
- 15:36and the the,
- 15:38OMB number that we talked about was one. This is one of the other repercussions
- 15:42of this legislation of transparency
- 15:45is that you can request a Freedom of Information Act or Freedom of Information Request.
- 15:52Now that's as, that's if I was going to say send a request to the FBI
- 15:58and say, could you send me a copy of all correspondence mentioning Janine Maxwell?
- 16:03And they're supposed to go through and fill that. I'm not asking for anything about me. I'm not asking anything about them personally. I'm asking for correspondence they may have in their records. K? The other is a privacy request is what Frank's talking about here, and that's if you wanna find out information on yourself because they've got privacy
- 16:23requirements on all that information
- 16:25that, they are at least supposed to, keep very secret and make sure it's you. So that's the two differences here. I've never heard of this form forty two forty. Some of our people
- 16:38just
- 16:39well, and I can understand it.
- 16:41They they don't trust these sorry bastards.
- 16:44Got no very few reasons to,
- 16:47and,
- 16:48they wanna make sure that all this stuff is done correctly and that they're registered in their new political status.
- 16:55And to this point, I don't believe we've had anybody that checked that didn't have it in there. This thing with Michael,
- 17:02why I want him to pursue it is because it's different. And what I've found
- 17:07over all these years
- 17:09of researching and following these guys is when you find something that's an exception like Michael's situation,
- 17:16you go look at it. So that's why I'm encouraging Michael to do the administrative appeal, and let's get some of these questions answered.
- 17:23It's very unusual.
- 17:25Yes, Michael.
- 17:27Unknown: Another
- 17:28thing, he tried to scam me saying that, oh, passports are only issued to US citizens. I said, that's a lie. I said travel state travel.state.org.
- 17:37It says passport issued to US citizens slash nationals.
- 17:41I asked him, I'm not a non citizen national. I'm not a citizen of the Plains Islands or American Samoa. He goes, oh, okay.
- 17:51Unknown: He's he doesn't know what he's talking about probably. K? So that statement, you if you ever get confronted with that, that statement's in the passport also on the first page. US passports are only issued to US citizens slash nationals. Notice,
- 18:05it doesn't say US nationals.
- 18:11It doesn't say noncitizen
- 18:13nationals.
- 18:16It says nationals.
- 18:18See how these guys work.
- 18:20You see how the mind games they play and how they play them.
- 18:24Thank you, Michael. Good to talk to you. You hadn't moved to Nashville yet, have you?
- 18:31Unknown: Well, I wish to God I need to.
- 18:37Yeehaw. I don't know yet. The whole country is flooded with my going on here. They're trying to build a brand new AI data center on Lakeshore Drive in Birmingham.
- 18:47And, apparently,
- 18:49some
- 18:50DC bought the the land for $17,500,000
- 18:55from Regions Banks.
- 18:56Okay?
- 18:58Last week, two days or last week,
- 19:01someone then paid 22,000,000
- 19:03for
- 19:04Then in within three hours, they flipped it and made $87,000,000.
- 19:10Unknown: Holy
- 19:11smokes.
- 19:13Well, it reminds me and I'll tell this little story here. I'll bet there's some of you that haven't heard this before.
- 19:20Reminds me of the cell phone mania.
- 19:23Thirty years ago when they first started coming out, all those farmers up in North Georgia that had a piece of highland,
- 19:29all of a sudden, are multimillionaires
- 19:31overnight,
- 19:32you know, all that.
- 19:34I wondered about that. I don't know if any of y'all did. You ever ask
- 19:38yourself why your cell phone bill's so high?
- 19:43So I'm I'm down in Argentina
- 19:47Right after the book was released and I go up to Doug Casey's Estancia
- 19:52up there in Northern Argentina,
- 19:55South Of Salta,
- 19:57because he was having one of his two biannual,
- 20:01open houses where he tries to sell you overpriced land and
- 20:05with a his own construction company that,
- 20:08over overcharges
- 20:10you for what they build.
- 20:12Anyway, I was just up there because the money people were gonna be there. The book was out. I wanted to try and make the connections,
- 20:18etcetera. So I go up there. It was in I forgot what part of the year it was. I think it was maybe the spring.
- 20:26And
- 20:27and, anyway, it's a great week.
- 20:30I guess they're still doing it. It's got a huge up
- 20:34there,
- 20:36range.
- 20:37Real modern stuff, big jet set clients, but people that,
- 20:42live there don't stay there very long, and the locals in this little town called Cafayete,
- 20:48call it a sterile prison.
- 20:51K? So it's quite interesting. Anyway, I spent a week up there,
- 20:56and, so at one point, we were having a meeting on residency or something.
- 21:01There's a number of people in the room, maybe fifty, sixty,
- 21:04And, this little guy stands up over on the side, and everybody
- 21:08seemed to pay a whole bunch of attention to him, and I was sitting next to the guy that had written the first,
- 21:15first review of my book, Gary Kinghorn. I was sitting next to Gary in this meeting, and I said, who is that? And he goes, well, that's so and so. I can't remember his name. I've got his card around here somewhere.
- 21:26So and so, he's Doug Casey and and and,
- 21:30oh, who's he who's his buddy up there? He's their attorney.
- 21:34They owned a lot. The international living guy,
- 21:37his his name escapes me at the moment. Anyway, he he and Casey have a lot of land
- 21:42and stuff down there in Argentina,
- 21:45I hope they like Jews.
- 21:47By the way, Peter Thiel has purchased a mansion in Buenos Aires is moving his family to Buenos Aires.
- 21:56I was announced just the other day. So, anyway,
- 22:01oh lord. So I I said, can we meet with him? He go tells me his name. He said he's their attorney out of Buenos Aires. He's a I said, well, can we get a meeting with him? He said, I think so. And so he did set up a meeting between us and this little just a really nice guy, Argentinian,
- 22:18spoke English perfectly.
- 22:20And so the minute he sat down, he's a little bit late. So we were sitting on Gary's back porch there at the table. He comes out and sits down, and he launched a conversation about passports.
- 22:32I don't know if Gary had said something about passports when he asked him to come meet with us or what.
- 22:37But,
- 22:38anyway, so he starts talking about passports and and but I think the first thing he said was this. He said, you know, I used to have to go to Atlanta
- 22:48twice a year for years.
- 22:51I said,
- 22:52yeah. What word what were you doing up there? And he said, well, I was doing
- 22:56the contract with Southern Bell
- 22:59to sell the backbone
- 23:01of the cell phones
- 23:03down here. It was set up by
- 23:07Southern Bell, and then they sold it to big company out of Spain called MovieStar
- 23:11down here. Probably other parts of the world too. I think it's Rothschilds.
- 23:16So, anyway, he said he he was selling it to Argentina. He had to go back and forth and negotiate this contract.
- 23:22And,
- 23:23so, he said, this is what he told me
- 23:27as the attorney that negotiated
- 23:29the contracts.
- 23:32Southern Bell had 10,000,000
- 23:35in it. Took them 10,000,000 to build the backbone,
- 23:39and they sold it to movie star
- 23:42for a billion dollars.
- 23:46That's if you had $10
- 23:48in it, you sold it
- 23:50for a thousand.
- 23:53So if you wanna know why the rush,
- 23:56a, probably same thing with these data centers, it appears,
- 24:01and you wanna know the ROI or the return on investment
- 24:05and how greedy these effing pigs are
- 24:09right there. They ain't gonna let the people have cheap communication.
- 24:13They're gonna get themselves just fat as a hog at the front end.
- 24:19That's what's going on.
- 24:21That's from the horse's mouth that brokered the deal
- 24:25between Southern Bell and Movie Star for the Argentine backbone.
- 24:31K? So that's what we're talking about here and how greedy these people are.
- 24:38I'm sure it's the same thing with the data centers.
- 24:41By the way, I predict they're gonna I think they're gonna fall flat on their face.
- 24:50Remember the,
- 24:53remember the .combust,
- 24:55Paul?
- 24:56In about '98,
- 24:57everybody had rushed into .com and all, no brick and mortar stores and all that and all. And then that that that stock market crash. I think the same thing you're gonna see here with with these data centers. They cannot
- 25:12profitably
- 25:12project their position.
- 25:15They can't do it. If Clint It's devastatingly.
- 25:19Unknown: It yes. I hear just a second to do.
- 25:21Unknown: Okay. It's devastating financially
- 25:24for them when you really, really figure it out a little bit down the road. Okay. I got Paul talking. I got Julie wanting to talk because Paul was talking and because Nancy. Nancy, I'm getting ready to go have lunch with your sister.
- 25:39We'll, we'll get Nancy second here. Paul, what did you have to add?
- 25:44Unknown: Clinton was the one that,
- 25:46that popped that bubble.
- 25:49What's
- 25:51it was either by an executive order or something, but Clinton deemed that
- 25:58you
- 25:59could not sell stock
- 26:02in
- 26:03something unless you had a physical
- 26:06asset
- 26:07backing it up.
- 26:09And a lot of these .com
- 26:11things, they were up in the cloud. They were on server farms and everything else. It was all leased,
- 26:17and it basically
- 26:18let the air out of the .com stocks.
- 26:22And that's why that whole thing crashed. Mhmm. It's because too many people were making too much money. Much money. And they
- 26:31well, what the hell? I mean, they're the Goyum.
- 26:48Unknown: Have you been a good housekeeper?
- 26:50Have you been a good little house sitter?
- 26:53Unknown: Well, since Roxy can't speak English,
- 26:56I I say yes, definitely.
- 26:58Unknown: Okay. You probably give her bones and she barks. Good deal.
- 27:02Yeah. They got into my area last night. This is, Nancy's sister,
- 27:08Suzanne, who's the initial listener to this show years ago and her new hubby.
- 27:13And, they, made it back from South Ecuador to here,
- 27:17and they're over at our friend Diego's, which if any of you guys ever come down here, is this place
- 27:23that I'm going to at least suggest first to you. He's a good friend of ours,
- 27:27a former doctor.
- 27:29It's his clinic turned into a bed and breakfast, and it's $25
- 27:33a night and a million dollar view and a breakfast, I think. So they're over there with Diego. He is one of the nicest guys that you've ever met. You're gonna hear a lot about him, Nancy,
- 27:44because he's a really good guy. So, yeah, after the show, we'll pop over there. We're gonna go have a nice long lunch afternoon, whatever.
- 27:53Unknown: Well, I oh, that's great. I just wanted to mention with regards to data centers
- 27:59that Hanover County,
- 28:02there was a site not too far from where I live in Glen Allen,
- 28:06which is a part of in Ryco County.
- 28:08In Ryco County, which
- 28:10in Ryco and Hanover are very close. They kinda
- 28:14spoon
- 28:15spoon each other. Anyway,
- 28:17but the data center off of 33 Staples Mill, which is right right near where not too far from where I live, that was voted down.
- 28:27Unknown: Oh, good for them.
- 28:29In Virginia.
- 28:31And, boy, the the things I'm hearing out of Virginia in the NC, am so sorry y'all haven't put up with that.
- 28:37Some of it is gonna be challenged and turned around, it appears. But, man, they are using you as they've thrown you right in with New York and California and Colorado
- 28:48and Illinois.
- 28:50Unknown: Well, I think it's called catalyst under one system of thought. And if you don't have catalyst, there's not much motivation
- 28:57to move forward or to go beyond,
- 28:59your habits. So,
- 29:02you know, it is what it is. So Yeah.
- 29:05Unknown: Anyway Well,
- 29:07Virginia's got the unique
- 29:09opportunity,
- 29:10should they choose,
- 29:12on a county by county level to reaffiliate
- 29:15and align themselves with West Virginia. Is that movement picking up any steam? Do you hear about that at all?
- 29:22Unknown: I'm not, I'm not at all keeping track of that at this point.
- 29:27Yeah. Okay.
- 29:29Unknown: I just wonder, miss Yes.
- 29:31Unknown: Go ahead. To say that the other thing from last week about
- 29:36my
- 29:37debt collector case.
- 29:39So I'm now three for three, the one that was scheduled for this Monday.
- 29:44The attorney,
- 29:46their office is pulling the suit. So I'm three for three, and this is based
- 29:50on, you know,
- 29:52also one of Joe Lustica's students in his Liberty Foundation.
- 29:56So
- 29:57Mhmm. Yeah. So
- 29:59not that I expect
- 30:02success with everything. And when you're dealing with criminals, you don't know what you're gonna run up to, but run up against. But certain I was kinda disappointed
- 30:12Tuesday when I didn't get to get take the stand and cross examined.
- 30:17Unknown: Oh,
- 30:18what a disappointment.
- 30:21Yeah. Well, that's alright. I'll take the win. I tell you what. I, you know, I wouldn't wanna have you on my bonnet
- 30:28on
- 30:29a cross examination.
- 30:33Unknown: Yeah. But it does kinda feel like you're like dogs tucking their tail and running, but, I'll try to keep humble.
- 30:41Unknown: Well, you know, I guess it's just when you see the bad guys running because you got the truth or you got them beat, like, you know, these credit cases
- 30:48with their scam.
- 30:51They're still gonna get, you know, come out far ahead, but you got out of it just like the political thing. So congratulations
- 30:57to you. And I my prediction is Christian will do the same thing next week probably.
- 31:03Unknown: Yeah. Well, it's just about, you know, that you don't have to deal with this.
- 31:07And it's
- 31:09not desirable to have to deal with this, but
- 31:13I'm where I am because of the choices that I've made.
- 31:17And
- 31:18I'm
- 31:19very delighted to learn how to reexamine
- 31:22the choices that I've made and make new choices and then be empowered.
- 31:27Unknown: And so, anyway, so that's my report. I was gonna that's what I was gonna say right there. You hit it. You're empowered. You've been through this three times. You've won every time. You're going, well, ain't nothing to this.
- 31:44Congratulations,
- 31:45Unknown: Nancy. Good on you. I would say that it's it's not that there's not it's nothing to it's not it's not that it's there's nothing to it.
- 31:53Unknown: Lot of
- 31:55Unknown: I'm I'm not I'm naturally argumentative.
- 31:57Big surprise. Right?
- 31:59So
- 32:01a lot of people, it's intimidating.
- 32:04I mean, to think to to go into a court
- 32:06to
- 32:07confront authority
- 32:09beyond your family situation or work. But once you
- 32:14once you know, you get basic knowledge and verify it, and that's the big thing, is knowing whether the information that you're taking action on
- 32:22is verifiable,
- 32:23and I've done the work to verify it.
- 32:26Right? So that's not
- 32:28even then, it's not a guarantee.
- 32:31Mhmm. But it's about what you're willing to risk
- 32:35to experiment
- 32:36experiment in the laboratory of your life,
- 32:38because there is life does not come without risk, and getting out of bed staying in bed or getting out of bed is also risky.
- 32:45Either one. Yeah.
- 32:47Unknown: Yep. Well, I remember
- 32:48in your conversation there, it reminds me of when I
- 32:52found the the answers in the d s 11 form.
- 32:56I didn't know anybody else to talk to about this.
- 33:00John and Glenn were in prison. I found it. It just seemed like a sure thing to me,
- 33:05but I had to take and take that leap of faith,
- 33:09and I used my old five page
- 33:12affidavit and stuffed it in that thing going, boy, I sure hope they send me a passport, and lo and behold, they did.
- 33:20But I understand the leap of faith. Okay?
- 33:24Unknown: Well, it's it's a calculated risk, but, like, with Yeah. Of course, it is. Civil case, you know, it's like, okay. What's what's what are the known risks? Because we can't we can't plan for unknown, you know. Right? So what are the known risks that I'm I'm risking?
- 33:38Well, you know, with the civil cases, it's certainly not being handcuffed
- 33:42and carted off to jail. So
- 33:45at the worst case scenario, it's it's negotiating a payment
- 33:49process. Right? But Yep. So I and just one last piece about this.
- 33:55The business
- 33:57exemption rule
- 33:59is
- 34:00really powerful to understand
- 34:03with regard
- 34:04to that
- 34:05this whole conversation of that I'm bringing in about
- 34:09debt discharge
- 34:11and debt collectors.
- 34:13So but, anyway,
- 34:15thank you.
- 34:17Unknown: Well, you're welcome, Nancy. Good to hear from you.
- 34:20Unknown: Roger.
- 34:22Unknown: Here's Larry. He's got something to add. Morning, Larry.
- 34:26Unknown: Good morning. Nancy, I was just gonna ask you
- 34:29what
- 34:30the were these three
- 34:32debt collection cases, did they include summons,
- 34:35and
- 34:36did you have to file an answer?
- 34:38And, also,
- 34:40what
- 34:41was your argument?
- 34:43What if it was the same argument for all three cases that ultimately
- 34:48gave you a dismissal?
- 34:50Unknown: Well, it's not an out an out dismissal.
- 34:53In all three cases, it it they withdrew,
- 34:56and it's called a non suit.
- 34:58The first one back in November, the six month rest time frame for them to restart.
- 35:05The process has expired, so that's done.
- 35:09The last two, this one from Tuesday,
- 35:12and the one coming up on Monday,
- 35:14is actually the same debt collector,
- 35:18two different alleged original creditors,
- 35:21and two different law offices.
- 35:23The one that just got is right behind me.
- 35:26I they submitted their bill of particulars, which is the evidence
- 35:30supposedly
- 35:31they submit their evidence to the court and to me, and I provided a round of defense response.
- 35:38And they pulled the suit.
- 35:41And so the one coming up this Monday,
- 35:44they have never they didn't have the
- 35:47at the initial hearing, they did not have anything to show the court of any evidence of the of proof of claim, but that the court wanted to give them
- 35:58the opportunity
- 35:59to prove, you know, their claim. So we scheduled a a trial date, which is June 1. But they have never submitted their bill of particulars,
- 36:08and so it's kinda moot at this point. But the the the clerk's office has been in contact with them, the attorney representing them,
- 36:16and they've indicated they're going to be faxing the non suit.
- 36:19So I'll get confirmation
- 36:21of that
- 36:22Monday morning.
- 36:24And
- 36:26I would be glad to share more information about my responses,
- 36:29you know, after the show, because that's not the the focus of this show.
- 36:33But I'm happy to Well to share that. And yeah. Anyway Mhmm.
- 36:37Unknown: Oh, you know, Nancy, as bad as this inflation is getting and going to get worse,
- 36:42it may be a popular segment.
- 36:45The the dead hour at the at the radio ridge,
- 36:49how to get out of their
- 36:51their little scam. So we'll see as we go forward. Did you hear yesterday? I think it was right at the start of the program
- 36:58that what they're proposing is a $250
- 37:02bill with Trump's picture on it.
- 37:05Unknown: Oh, yeah. Yeah. I've I've seen that. So That means flash
- 37:10Unknown: that's a flashing sign that says inflation ahead.
- 37:14Inflation ahead.
- 37:16K?
- 37:18Do you mark my words?
- 37:20You mark my words. I think it's what, like, two point something. I heard somebody talking about this. It's two point something. It's gone up to three point something, and they're projecting it'd be six
- 37:31pretty quick.
- 37:33Spirit Airlines has gone bankrupt.
- 37:37They had lost a $100,000,000
- 37:39on fuel already, and the fuel continues to diminish.
- 37:43California's
- 37:44only got a few weeks left of fuel.
- 37:48Diesel is going through the ceiling.
- 37:51They said, I just heard somebody was watching an SGT report. There's a little video at Jimmy Doran and talking to somebody, and he said,
- 37:59recently,
- 38:00I don't keep up with it, the spot price of silver was $90,
- 38:05and the settlement pry
- 38:08price of physical was 144.
- 38:12That's a big spread,
- 38:14folks.
- 38:15And when that catches up,
- 38:18we're we're so close to some real calamity.
- 38:21Alright?
- 38:22So Spirit Airlines went bankrupt.
- 38:24That little deal on silver.
- 38:27I
- 38:29would remind you what the American embassy sent to the Americans in Germany in the nineteen twenties
- 38:35at the start of the hyperinflation, said buy things.
- 38:39Buy things.
- 38:41If you,
- 38:42if you can find things that you know are gonna be replacement needs or something,
- 38:47but you might as well buy them if you can find them now rather than the price gonna be higher later
- 38:51because it's coming.
- 38:53I don't see any way it can be stopped.
- 38:57By next year, they're predicting
- 39:00predicting
- 39:01a lot of people are gonna be dying of famine a year from now.
- 39:06So it's a hell of a mess, folks. Get ready, please, if you're not already.
- 39:12Roger.
- 39:13Larry.
- 39:16Unknown: Yeah. Just
- 39:18the fact that Nancy
- 39:20decided to,
- 39:22you know,
- 39:23make a fight about all this with these debt collectors,
- 39:27that just goes to show that if you at least do that much, like file an answer or file something,
- 39:35that you're in much much you're in much a much better position
- 39:41to get the case dismissed or for them to dismiss the case voluntarily.
- 39:45I was listening to consumer
- 39:49protection attorney John Watts, w a t t s.
- 39:53He's out of Alabama.
- 39:55He's he's just a great attorney.
- 39:57Christian guy,
- 39:59and
- 40:00he's
- 40:02fought hard for, you know,
- 40:04people that have been involved in debt collection lawsuits.
- 40:08And he's got a lot of YouTube videos
- 40:12describing his experience
- 40:14and, you know, giving
- 40:16suggestions
- 40:17and and,
- 40:19you know, advice on how to handle cases.
- 40:22Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 40:23Unknown: And one of the things he pointed out, and I'll even read a statistic here off of Google.
- 40:29I remember listening a couple of years ago to him, and he was saying that
- 40:33most debt collection
- 40:35lawsuits
- 40:37and in what's known as a default judgment. So
- 40:41they
- 40:42the defendant never appears in court, and so they just get a win, kinda like Anna Von Wright's with the IRS.
- 40:50And, there's a statistic No.
- 40:53Unknown: Oh, no. No. She did not get a win with the IRS. Don't give people that impression.
- 40:58She wrote on the front of what they replied. She didn't show up. And they the IRS got a default judgment against her. Correct. And she wrote on the paperwork she submitted,
- 41:09we refused to contract, and they just steamrolled over her because that ain't any kind of a defense.
- 41:15And I think she lost a
- 41:18million a
- 41:20piece of land in Wisconsin worth at least 1,000,000, maybe more.
- 41:24And by the way, you hadn't heard anything out of her out of the good judge lately, have you?
- 41:29Not too much. No.
- 41:31Unknown: I was following her case, and there's a couple of recent filings where they're trying to collect on the judgment.
- 41:37Yeah.
- 41:37I I forget which site I found. It was a couple of days ago,
- 41:42but it was it was pretty much up to date. I think it would had a either a late twenty twenty five date on it or an early twenty twenty six.
- 41:51But, yeah, the IRS the US government is actually collecting on that judgment,
- 41:57and so there's all kinds of documents being filed in order to do that. But yeah. So if you don't show up in court,
- 42:05that's your the the debt collector will get what's known as a default judgment for your lack of appearing in court.
- 42:13And so here's the statistic.
- 42:15Third party debt collectors and debt buyers rely heavily
- 42:20on default judgments with studies showing
- 42:23that more than 70%
- 42:25of all consumer debt collection lawsuits nationwide
- 42:28and in this manner in many jurisdictions.
- 42:32And for some bulk filing plaintiffs,
- 42:35this figure exceeds 80%.
- 42:38Unknown: Wow. So
- 42:39Unknown: it's no surprise that these debt collectors didn't have anything on Nancy.
- 42:44They were probably hoping she wouldn't show up or file an answer,
- 42:48and they would just go in there and get a default judgment.
- 42:51Unknown: Most people are ignorant,
- 42:53and I'm sorry. Statistically,
- 42:55that's true. Most people won't fight this way above their heads. They probably got some guilt in the fact they probably owe it anyway.
- 43:02But, yeah, all you have to do is put up a little bit of fight and know a little bit. It appears you can defeat them pretty easily, doesn't it?
- 43:11Unknown: Exactly.
- 43:13Unknown: Right. Yep. Yeah. Hey. Yes, sir. Larry? Oh,
- 43:17okay. Hold on. There's Christian, Julie. I'll get you in a minute. Go ahead, Christian.
- 43:22Unknown: My bones are rattling a little bit. Larry told me I think he said the other day about, you know, I'm the one with the Social Security.
- 43:30Yeah. I know. That's all I and
- 43:34then he said, even if you didn't show up
- 43:36and they got a judgment
- 43:39Unknown: They can't come after it. They can't yeah.
- 43:42They can't enforce the judgment.
- 43:44They're barred from enforcing a judgment they may receive.
- 43:48So that's kind of a catch 22 deal. They can't win either way.
- 43:54Unknown: Okay.
- 43:56Unknown: There you go.
- 43:57Unknown: Yeah. Roger,
- 43:59they
- 43:59even if they got a judgment, they would they would be required under the Texas
- 44:05statutes
- 44:06to send Christian
- 44:08that form. I can't remember the what that form was called, but it was in Florida, it's called a claim of exemption form. So they would include that in the the letter that they would send him, and that would give him a chance. This is all part of due process.
- 44:23That that would give him an opportunity to write down that his Social Security is exempt from
- 44:28garnishment. He'll go get it notarized.
- 44:31He would send the them a copy, and he would file a copy in the court,
- 44:36and that would put an end to it.
- 44:38Unknown: Yep.
- 44:39Unless he voluntarily agrees with the debt collector to work out something like we're trying to do with that situation.
- 44:46Julie, did you have something you wanted to add, sweetie?
- 44:49I think that was Julie. Guy on YouTube.
- 44:51Unknown: There's a guy on YouTube that, his his channel is called Mike, the credit guy,
- 44:57and he really hones in on the fact that there's no contract with a debt collector
- 45:01in terms of getting them to drop their case.
- 45:05Unknown: Mike, the credit guy.
- 45:07My sense my spiny sense is that we're gonna be seeing more and more of this as the economy cranks up, and
- 45:14I I don't have any problem with sticking it to the fraudulent bankers.
- 45:19K?
- 45:19Unknown: Yeah. I don't either.
- 45:23Crank money out of thin air anyway.
- 45:25They create money out of thin air.
- 45:28Yeah. They're great money out of thin air. It's it's an excellent Well There's a Go on now. Excellent interview excellent interview between,
- 45:35Impact Theory,
- 45:37and and,
- 45:39Simon Dixon.
- 45:40For everybody who's interested on YouTube, just go to Impact Theory. That's, Billy Yu,
- 45:46and, that's his last name, b I l y e a u.
- 45:50And Oh, okay. And Dixon, excellent, excellent one you'd like, Roger.
- 45:55Unknown: Well, I'm going to I can I just sec Yeah?
- 45:59Go ahead, Christian.
- 46:01Unknown: I'm sorry, man. I I just got to stop you a minute.
- 46:06Ain't that ain't that what derivatives were when they they took everybody's homes in 2008?
- 46:12Well, that's kinda like in thin air.
- 46:15Unknown: Well,
- 46:16yeah. But first of all, the money is created out thin air by the banks, but then you look at, listen to
- 46:24they
- 46:25loan it. Okay. I take that back. They have to in order to create money, have to loan it. They have to have a loan.
- 46:31But that's how basically they it's a Ponzi scheme because it's a loan with interest.
- 46:36And even Dickson explains this all over again when he talks about the financial industrial complex
- 46:42in his interview with
- 46:44an impact theory
- 46:45owner.
- 46:50But still, I mean,
- 46:53not
- 46:55using the gold or the silver per the constitution that
- 46:58is supposed to be backing.
- 47:00They're not using
- 47:03legal tender. They're using, you know, the
- 47:06bullcrap, paper crap. Well,
- 47:08Unknown: they took the paper. See, here's the deal,
- 47:11Julie. Alchemists
- 47:13for, at least hundreds, maybe thousands of years have been trying to,
- 47:19pull off the simple trick
- 47:21of turning
- 47:22lead into gold.
- 47:25They haven't been able to do that yet.
- 47:28So they took the opposite way, and they turned gold into paper.
- 47:33K?
- 47:34So they do not make money out of thin air except in one place.
- 47:41K?
- 47:42They do you know any bankers that loan trillions of dollars without collateral, Julie?
- 47:48Unknown: No. Most of them do. They most of them don't, but, you know, unless you're a peer field, you can get Well, this is us. From them. Well, this is us. We're the collateral, our future through this birth certificate scam that we go over and get you out of here, supposedly.
- 48:02Unknown: Right. Least address it in a way they can recommend.
- 48:05Okay? So that's the collateral is our future labor.
- 48:09So that is that's the backing of it. You actually create I know you know this, but I wanna go through it for the other people that might not.
- 48:18You actually create
- 48:20the money not out of thin air, but out of contract.
- 48:24When you sign the financing
- 48:26agreement,
- 48:27that creates the money that was, quote, unquote, money that was not there before.
- 48:33K? It wasn't there. Correct. But It was opening a warehouse somewhere. I hold up. Now when you do that and this loan goes through,
- 48:42it's what they call in their publications
- 48:46monetized.
- 48:47So the green pieces of paper with dead presidents are now monetized,
- 48:52and they're circulating
- 48:53because you signed a promissory note that brought them into existence.
- 48:58Now the amount of whatever you're buying
- 49:02is the base price.
- 49:04So if it's a $100,000
- 49:05house,
- 49:06the contract's gonna read a 100 that borrows a $100,000
- 49:10loan payback in so many months, so much principal, so much interest comes out to about $300,000.
- 49:16K?
- 49:17But that's in the future because that's the credit that's compounding
- 49:22as the loan matures.
- 49:25So here is where they make money out of thin air.
- 49:29When that amount is loaned into circulation
- 49:33and the compound interest starts accruing,
- 49:36That's where they make money out of thin air. K?
- 49:40But not loaning the money only after the money's loaned,
- 49:44and it's accruing compound interest
- 49:47because that was never created.
- 49:49There's the scam.
- 49:51You've gotta get or they've gotta get somebody else go belly up and take out a loan with this future interest
- 49:58and get that circulating
- 50:01so you can pay your loan back, and you get to keep your collateral, and they're gonna lose theirs.
- 50:08Unknown: That's the game. Yeah. But Chris yeah. Christian was asking about derivatives, and I wanted to tell him that, Christian, the the big huge people like the BlackRock and those and the State Street and
- 50:21Vanguard, they manipulate the markets, all the markets and the prices of goods using derivatives contracts,
- 50:27credit
- 50:28default swaps, options,
- 50:32shorting naked
- 50:33short sales
- 50:34and using
- 50:36put and call options on stocks. And then now they've come up with their lovely exchange traded fund strategy too. So they take all of those contracts
- 50:47and that's how they manipulate
- 50:49all the prices of everything. That's
- 50:53why you see the stock market going up so much these days is that
- 50:57everybody's
- 50:58taking their capital and putting it over here into the stock market, and they're printing
- 51:03money
- 51:04or printing fiat like there's no other
- 51:07like nothing else, that new guy, Wash, who's coming in from to take over
- 51:13in the Federal Reserve is going to print us into oblivion.
- 51:16And who's gonna take they're gonna take all that and stick it in stock market.
- 51:21Unknown: Okay. They're going after your pension funds to build healthy infrastructure.
- 51:26I saw a clip several times with Larry Fink.
- 51:30By the way, Larry Fink, they had a BlackRock.
- 51:32How he got there, he invented derivatives.
- 51:36K? Yep. And so
- 51:38the
- 51:40he's going the Americans have to participate in America's growth.
- 51:44We're growing at 2%.
- 51:46We've gotta grow at 3%,
- 51:48and the way you're gonna participate
- 51:50is your pension funds are gonna be used.
- 51:53Stealing the pension funds right here. K?
- 51:56So if you've got one of these
- 51:59IRAs,
- 52:00whatever it is, some kind of savings vehicle,
- 52:05you better go and you look at extracting
- 52:08the funds.
- 52:10Or if you can't do that, most of them will allow. I don't know all the mechanics
- 52:15of YouTube to hold it into metals.
- 52:18So you can take a mount or part of it and go exchange it in metals.
- 52:22Some of them, you can hold. Some of them, they may have to hold. I'm not sure of the specifics.
- 52:29The guy that's on with Alex does it.
- 52:32The shit shit
- 52:34Miles Franklin does it. Noble Gold does it. All of them have these programs.
- 52:39If you've got a retirement account,
- 52:42you better do something with it quick because they're coming after it.
- 52:46Okay?
- 52:47Unknown: Roger, I Coming after. Roger, I read that I read that Larry Fink did not create derivatives. He was involved in the mortgage backed security scam, but the derivatives trace the org back to Mesopotamia
- 52:59around seventeen fifty BCE where written contracts for future asset delivery
- 53:05managed agricultural
- 53:07risks with the code of Hammurabi.
- 53:10Unknown: Uh-huh. Hammurabi.
- 53:12Hammurabi
- 53:13at BC in Babylon. That's interesting. I didn't know they went back that far. Anyway,
- 53:18they're what they did when this housing thing crashed in 2008,
- 53:23you saw the derivatives right before that. What they're doing is the way I understand it, Julie, is they're like scaffolding.
- 53:30They you go in and they hold up a building that's fallen down.
- 53:34And what they've done is they've shifted the risk to these things called derivatives,
- 53:39which are nothing but a bet, and they're derivative bets. So Julie and I could bet. I go, Julie,
- 53:46I'll bet you everything I own that the sun's gonna rise tomorrow.
- 53:50And she goes, no. And she bets against it. That's a derivative bet. Okay? So they can be bet on anything,
- 53:56and that's what's propping up this which should have gone down
- 54:01in in 2008,
- 54:02the entire financial system. It's in its very end. That's why they're trying to start these wars.
- 54:11Unknown: K? Thank you for making that clear.
- 54:15Unknown: It's a very it's complex.
- 54:17Christian has taken me
- 54:19took me years to understand it,
- 54:22and the final piece is what we do here. What's the collateral?
- 54:25Where's the credit spout?
- 54:27There's no money. There's only credit. Where's the credit spout?
- 54:32The birth certificate
- 54:34and taking and collateralizing
- 54:36your future income. Then selling it as debt attached to bonds.
- 54:41That's the credit spout. It all originates from there.
- 54:45K? Yes. Thank y'all. Thank y'all, Julie and Sherry and Nancy. The reason the stock market's going up is because the bond market's crashing,
- 54:54and people are starting to get you know, the savvy investors
- 54:58are getting out of the bond market and putting over the stock market. It's only being driven by four or five stocks.
- 55:04Most of them tied to this data center explosion.
- 55:10Get out of her, my people. Get out of her. If you can get your funds in something solid, you'll be very glad you did.
- 55:18Is that Samuel?
- 55:20Unknown: Yeah.
- 55:21Unknown: Hey, Samuel. One of of the big big problems with, you know, there's the the data center whole
- 55:28gamut,
- 55:30including the chips to run them and and all that, it's like
- 55:34a $56,000,000,000,000
- 55:35venture.
- 55:36And
- 55:3860%
- 55:38of that cost
- 55:40isn't in the building or the power to run it or anything else. It's in these chips and
- 55:47Unknown: And guess what? Memory.
- 55:48Unknown: And And guess what? That only has a a shelf life of three to four years
- 55:55when the building potentially has a twenty to thirty year life. Exactly.
- 55:59So it they can't build these things fast enough.
- 56:03If they would have been smart, they would have had a plan for a center
- 56:08and how to power it, how to water it, and everything already on the books.
- 56:13Chinese are doing smart.
- 56:16Unknown: Are smart.
- 56:17They're taking and building a food data center. And then they're tapping into all of like, if it was us,
- 56:24all of our personal computers for unused computing time, and that's the rest of the data centers that The US is building.
- 56:32By the way, Georgia,
- 56:33if you're in Georgia,
- 56:35Georgia's
- 56:36gonna be the center spot in The United States.
- 56:39Out of the 3,000
- 56:40proposed data centers,
- 56:42hopefully, there'll be less.
- 56:4410% of them, 300 of them are in Georgia. A 150
- 56:49of them are around Atlanta.
- 56:51And folks, Atlanta's got water supply problems.
- 56:55I mentioned it before. We used to have it when I was there. The you know, some of the thirty years I lived there. In fact, it was so bad at one point with the drought in Lake Lanier and stuff
- 57:06that they had a city it was a citywide campaign on radio,
- 57:11TV,
- 57:11everything. If it's yellow,
- 57:14let it mellow.
- 57:15If it's brown, fresh it down.
- 57:18That was in the public campaign in Atlanta.
- 57:21They've already had water problems for years. Florida, Georgia, and Alabama have been fighting over that Chattahoochee River water for decades.
- 57:31Unknown: They're gonna block in this country, it really gets built fast enough even if you get the EPA approvals,
- 57:38etcetera,
- 57:39to match the the life of that chip, which is three to four years in a obsolete.
- 57:44Unknown: Yeah. In fact, almost all those parts have to be replaced every three to four years, whatever it is. I heard Harrison talk about it. Percent of the facility cost.
- 57:55Unknown: Yeah. So just
- 57:57the water and power is bad enough, but if you look at the bubble they're creating,
- 58:01this is a like a $6,000,000,000,000
- 58:04bubble.
- 58:07Unknown: Pretty bad, folks.
- 58:10Sorry you're having to deal with it. I don't anticipate
- 58:12too many data centers going up in Ecuador.
- 58:15Morning, Rick.
- 58:18Unknown: Morning.
- 58:19There was a huge fish kill in the Chattahoochee.
- 58:23Really? Maybe over last weekend. Yeah. They had a flood. They had, like, three inches of rain in an hour, and it
- 58:31they had this huge storage pipeline
- 58:33for their raw sewage and stormwater combined. You know, Atlanta,
- 58:38they combined their sewer and stormwater.
- 58:41Anyway, it it dumped out in the Hooch, and there's huge fish killed down there.
- 58:45Unknown: I'm sure sorry to hear that.
- 58:49I sure am. Do you ever maybe think that the
- 58:52the bad guys have a some sort of a a a decent idea with this Malthusian approach or too many of us?
- 58:59Have ever considered that?
- 59:05Unknown: I think it's obvious that it's that's its purpose,
- 59:08all this stuff.
- 59:11Unknown: Wouldn't we Man. As well as the planet would be just fine
- 59:15if they would just quit messing with stuff.
- 59:21Unknown: You know what? Roger Atlanta had,
- 59:24the EPA has been on them for
- 59:26twenty five or thirty years, and they said it was cheaper to pay the fine and to fix the system.
- 59:32Unknown: Right.
- 59:34Right.
- 59:35That's a big problem. You know? Otherwise, when I was up there, there were studies that were done, couple of this through. I remember one
- 59:43was that Atlanta's got the capability to be the biggest city in the It can grow 250
- 59:48miles in any and every direction,
- 59:52but the water is the stopper.
- 59:54Now
- 59:55the other one was really interesting, Rick.
- 59:58There was a company that did a survey of all the world's major cities
- 1:00:02on how many miles people drive per day,
- 1:00:07and Atlanta was number one. You know how many miles people drove they estimated? This is decades ago.
- 1:00:14400,000,000
- 1:00:15miles a day of traffic just in Atlanta?
- 1:00:22So I don't know. I've had my memory. I hope my memory is not faulty. I thought it I thought it wasn't, but,
- 1:00:28they've been been a 100,000,000 miles. That's still a lot.
- 1:00:32But Atlanta's an interesting city. I'm damn glad to be out of there, actually. I had some good years with Atlanta. It was good to me
- 1:00:39for a while,
- 1:00:41but just got to be too damn big.
- 1:00:44So, anyway, glad to be out of there. Happy to be in Ecuador. Yes, sir?
- 1:00:50Unknown: So that glad I'm out too. I lived in Douglas County just across the hooch. And Yes. It was horrible.
- 1:00:57It was horrible driving right and it cannot be fixed.
- 1:01:00The DOT,
- 1:01:01it was planned so horribly. It cannot be fixed.
- 1:01:06Unknown: Nope.
- 1:01:07Nope. So Vamoose and
- 1:01:11Suerte,
- 1:01:11good luck up there fighting that.
- 1:01:14I mean, I'd have to drive two hours almost a day just to commute to work down at Pitney Bowes.
- 1:01:22So, right down there by Georgia Tech. You know?
- 1:01:25Unknown: It took me, two and a half hours to get home one time from a job site.
- 1:01:30Unknown: I had that too? Two hours?
- 1:01:33Went to work. Well, you they were repaving
- 1:01:3685.
- 1:01:38No. 75
- 1:01:40up there by the Castle Gate Hotel up to two eighty five,
- 1:01:43and then they were doing the most of the work overnight.
- 1:01:47But one of the trucks that had asphalt,
- 1:01:50they were going to dump broke down.
- 1:01:53And the backup truck, they came and loaded it with that asphalt, and it broke down.
- 1:01:59And it took me two hours to get from Marietta down to where Pitney Bozeman was right by Georgia Tech.
- 1:02:05So They were. Anyway, yep. Glad I'm out of there, Ray. Brent, there's another veteran. Hey, buddy. How's the traffic in Vegas?
- 1:02:14Unknown: It's been okay since Memorial Day.
- 1:02:17That's one of the busy days as well as fourth of July, Labor Day,
- 1:02:23and Thanksgiving's
- 1:02:24getting up there too.
- 1:02:26Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:02:28Unknown: Yep.
- 1:02:29Those are the busy days. Or when they have, you know, football
- 1:02:34or a hockey game, you know, it gets better. Yeah.
- 1:02:37Unknown: Yeah. And you got the hockey. You're going into the throws of
- 1:02:42the semifinals
- 1:02:43now. I don't know if they which one of them won yet.
- 1:02:46Unknown: I don't know neither.
- 1:02:48Also, they're building a baseball stadium
- 1:02:51where the Tropicana was.
- 1:02:54Unknown: Oh my lord. You're gonna have a baseball team there.
- 1:02:59Unknown: Yep.
- 1:03:00Unknown: I'll be darned.
- 1:03:01Unknown: What what I wanted to ask was when you were at Bittany Blows,
- 1:03:05did you ever work with a machine called the Insertamax?
- 1:03:11Unknown: Oh, I'm sure I sold it. I don't know how many of you did if somebody that was doing a production line in certain, you know, stuff in the envelopes. I think I did, but not much, Brent.
- 1:03:23Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 1:03:24Yeah. I worked on or worked on with one at, Wang Labs.
- 1:03:30Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 1:03:32Well, Penny Bo's is a good company. They got real good equipment generally, and it's a good fine company. It's good to its employees. It's an interesting story. Do you know the story behind them?
- 1:03:44Unknown: No.
- 1:03:45Unknown: Guy up in Chicago
- 1:03:48that worked on on inventing the postage machine, the little meter you get, they where you can print your own postage.
- 1:03:54We're talking about, for those who don't know, you find see letters embossed. Well, instead of a stamp, it's got this indacia of a red eagle or whatever color they want it to be, and then they print the amount of the postage in there. Well, you have that in your office. It's called a postage meter. And that's what they built their business on.
- 1:04:12And he tried and tried and tried to get it instituted in the post office,
- 1:04:18and he he was always unsuccessful.
- 1:04:21And so in Chicago,
- 1:04:23evidently, with the with the vicious winters,
- 1:04:27they've got tunnels underneath the city.
- 1:04:30And somebody
- 1:04:31tunneled into the federal post office in Chicago
- 1:04:35from underneath and stole a million dollars worth of stamps.
- 1:04:39And so that gave them the impetus to look at this machine,
- 1:04:44and he got hooked up, and I don't know which one was it, Pitney or blows Bose, excuse me,
- 1:04:50with somebody that had connections in Washington.
- 1:04:54And so that's how they finally got the postage meter instituted in the post office. But what really drove it was a theft of a million dollars worth of stamps.
- 1:05:04Interesting.
- 1:05:05You're a fine company. Atlanta's the worst branch in the country,
- 1:05:10and,
- 1:05:11I did very well there. K?
- 1:05:14Now, Brent, this is the reason I did very well there.
- 1:05:18We got time. Nobody else has got any big questions.
- 1:05:22Pitney Bowes went through their whole structure nationwide
- 1:05:25to try and make it more effective at reaching new customers and in the same time,
- 1:05:32make it more effective going back to existing
- 1:05:35customers and upgrading their old equipment if possible.
- 1:05:39So they went back through and did a structural change on the salesman
- 1:05:44where the older salesman
- 1:05:46exclusively
- 1:05:47sold to
- 1:05:49established customers,
- 1:05:51and the medium salesman
- 1:05:54sold to
- 1:05:55about medium businesses and smaller.
- 1:05:58And all the cold calling
- 1:06:00was for new people, and they hired a bunch of new people, and I was one of them.
- 1:06:05And so we could go out and cold call on businesses. And these guys,
- 1:06:09because they in the past, they just sit around, wait for, you know, go and cold call on meters and stuff and not go and service these older, bigger customers.
- 1:06:18And so all of a sudden, I'm this new kid, and I can go call on new businesses or anybody.
- 1:06:24They can't.
- 1:06:26But if a call comes in from one of those customers to the branch,
- 1:06:30they'll assign that to them because they're experienced.
- 1:06:34So my buddy, I was mentioning the other day, Derby, old friend, is trying to get me on x. That's something else I want us to talk about if we got time.
- 1:06:44So Derby contacts me. We were in the video business.
- 1:06:48I'd worked with him. We're we're
- 1:06:50okay. And for years, you know, good guy.
- 1:06:53And so
- 1:06:54he,
- 1:06:55he calls me one day, and I'm new at this Pitney Bowes stuff, and he goes,
- 1:07:00JVC
- 1:07:02is moving a whole shipping depot
- 1:07:05into Atlanta.
- 1:07:07Okay. Great. So they're gonna be in Norcross.
- 1:07:10And so with the way they assigned territory to us was through ZIP codes.
- 1:07:15And so I'll I can remember this ZIP code, 70030071.
- 1:07:20And so I go to find out, and the JVC
- 1:07:25center is in my ZIP code,
- 1:07:27which means it's fair game for me, not the older guys, and I know they're coming to town.
- 1:07:34So I told my boss, and we called, we called JVC,
- 1:07:37and the guy was responsible for this because I was just getting ready to call Pitney Bowes.
- 1:07:43If we wouldn't have got to him in time, it would have gone to one of the other salesman. But because I hustled this up. He set up an appointment. We did a whole big
- 1:07:51JVC
- 1:07:52shipping,
- 1:07:53mailing,
- 1:07:54desks,
- 1:07:55furniture,
- 1:07:57the whole nine yards. Okay?
- 1:08:00A bunch of money, and my quote as a new guy was real low. Alright?
- 1:08:04And so,
- 1:08:06anyway, when he got it installed,
- 1:08:08he came back down, and he liked it so much that he redid
- 1:08:13every JVC
- 1:08:14shipping terminal in the country.
- 1:08:17And I got a percentage of that.
- 1:08:19So, I had a good year that year. Got to win their highest prize and go to Palm Springs for a week, all expenses paid, and all that kind of stuff. But that's my Pitney Bowes story, Brent. I don't think I've ever told that on the air before.
- 1:08:35All of them, my buddy, Jeremy, goes at JVC's
- 1:08:38coming to town, and, man, my my life changed.
- 1:08:42Yes, sir.
- 1:08:45Hey, Roger. Wayne from Texas calling. Hey, Wayne. How are doing, brother?
- 1:08:51Pretty good, sir. You're good. How many data centers you got out there, brother?
- 1:08:57Unknown: Hey, man. We're fighting off the Muslims in their mosque and everything, man. Those
- 1:09:01are the ones that multiply.
- 1:09:03Unknown: I I forgot you had priorities out there, Wade.
- 1:09:09Unknown: And now the Indians are coming over their Hindu temples, so that's another big battle starting. So, I mean Yeah. It's serious. And Muslims and Indians.
- 1:09:18Unknown: It's serious, man. There's your governor. I remember a couple years ago when he went over there to, India to visit with Modi. You're seeing the repercussions of that visit right now.
- 1:09:30Unknown: I think so. And I think his biggest donor is, a guy from a Muslim from Pakistan,
- 1:09:36I think. He's either Hindu or Muslim, but that's Abbott's
- 1:09:40biggest donor. So we'll see how that plays out. But, yeah, it's it's definitely a problem out here.
- 1:09:47Reason I was calling in, Roger, was earlier you're talking pension funds, and I was wondering if you saw that interview Harrison did yesterday
- 1:09:55with that girl. Her name is Tiffany Sianci.
- 1:09:58Unknown: No. She's the she's the bubbling fairy of doom.
- 1:10:04That that's what he nicknamed her early on. It stuck with her too. I did see it. I like Tiffany Sianci.
- 1:10:11She's about a little bundle of energy, that girl.
- 1:10:15And just,
- 1:10:16attack, attack, attack. I love her. K? And, yes, I did see it, and that's why I said, get you if you've got any kind of a pension fund out there and you haven't done anything with it, shame on you.
- 1:10:28There's one precaution you can do. You'd have to go back and listen to that interview on the specifics.
- 1:10:34But in some of these funds, you can write them and say, I don't want any of my funds involved with this, and they'll adhere to that supposedly.
- 1:10:42Right, Wayne? Supposedly.
- 1:10:44Unknown: Yeah. Didn't catch the whole interview, but that was a gist that a lot of these pension funds will be investing in the mutual funds
- 1:10:51that, will, be funding some of the data centers, AI, and all the other crap that's being built all over the country. So if that gets back them south, there goes
- 1:11:02Unknown: Well, guess what backs them?
- 1:11:04They go in and put damn worthless treasury bonds in there.
- 1:11:11Anytime there's a pile of funds,
- 1:11:13they go and swap it with treasury bills
- 1:11:18because then you owe your money to yourself, don't you?
- 1:11:22I mean, it's an absolute terrible scheme. It's a terrible scheme.
- 1:11:27So if you're in that situation and you haven't moved on that yep. If you haven't moved on that yet, you're in that situation, I urge you to do something about it and think about it. Now do what was that last comment, Wayne?
- 1:11:40Unknown: Well, I just wanted to say also that along these lines, I, heard another great interview with Bill Holter a couple days ago, and, some of them rehashed, but I think for some of your newer listeners and, people that signed on, I'll post this interview, but I would sure recommend that people,
- 1:11:57listen to it because he does bring up what's called the bank bail in situation,
- 1:12:02where when you deposit money to a bank, you become an unsecured creditor. So if that bank goes south and there's not enough funds to cover, they're gonna come after your money. And it's a we've seen a couple cases like that. Think one in Oklahoma and possibly one in California, but that's what's, you know, that's what's on the edge of
- 1:12:19Unknown: There was one in one of the Mediterranean islands for Crete.
- 1:12:23Few years ago, Crete's a big island. A lot of Cyprus, the Russians use.
- 1:12:28Here's what he's talking about. I always envisioned this as a teeter totter
- 1:12:33in the school play yard.
- 1:12:36You know, one end's always down and one end's always up.
- 1:12:39That's kind of a derivative. And what they've done is they brought these things in. They've tied them into your financial institution.
- 1:12:46And when the bank goes belly up, just like Wayne said, you're an unsecured creditor.
- 1:12:51They're the ones that have got first access to any financial funds. So let's consider that to be the teeter totter with the end at the ground. Well, what happens is that thing reverses. It fills up the bucket there on the ground with all your funds and everybody else's,
- 1:13:07and then the other end gets put down. It goes up in the air, and all your funds slide down into the derivatives pockets.
- 1:13:14That's what's coming. You get all of it. You're not totally out in the cold.
- 1:13:19You get shares in a worthless
- 1:13:22bankrupt financial institution.
- 1:13:24They get the fund. It's just like
- 1:13:27congressman Louis C. McFadden said a hundred years ago. The Jews have all the gold, and the Gentiles have all the paper. Nothing's changed.
- 1:13:38Unknown: That is absolutely right, Roger. And and I would also caution,
- 1:13:43don't don't expect the FDIC
- 1:13:45to come to the rescue. Last I heard, the FDIC could probably cover less than a nickel for every dollar they're they have coverage on because their funds have have gotten very, very low. So they won't come to the rescue either.
- 1:13:59Yeah. One other quick thing. Yeah. Holter
- 1:14:03was also talking bringing up again the great taking.
- 1:14:06So once again, if you think you're not safe in a bank and you put money in, say, a four zero one k or,
- 1:14:12mutual funds, whatever, and it's held by a fiduciary,
- 1:14:16like a brokerage outfit, all of a sudden, you become only a beneficial owner. You are no longer the legal owner,
- 1:14:24and that's why
- 1:14:25if a one of these big securities companies goes belly up and and the feds don't bail them out, then your money's gonna be used to keep them afloat or,
- 1:14:34you know, they'll cash out and do where they can with the money. So there's a lot of real murky circumstances here in the background.
- 1:14:40And, again, we're gonna wake up one day and maybe over a a long weekend, and all hell's gonna break loose. And then people will instead of being, you know, six months early,
- 1:14:50you know, if they're one minute too late, they're gonna be in big trouble, you know, with with their finances.
- 1:14:56Unknown: Well, of course, they're going to try and avoid that at all costs and just keep it going in some sort of a rolling casino.
- 1:15:03But there are things such as black swans and these unexpected events that they just never even because they don't think evidently that far in advance or even their their their their damn AI doesn't,
- 1:15:14but they seem to constantly get over their skis and stumble over themselves.
- 1:15:19That's what I'm predicting is gonna happen with the data center thing.
- 1:15:22And there's gonna then there's gotta have all these partial constructions,
- 1:15:26and the things aren't gonna be profitable, so nobody's gonna be building them. Then you're stuck with all that crap.
- 1:15:34These are money monsters, and they wanna just they're all fighting with each other to get that big bite. That big bite. What big bite? Like I told you earlier. Hope you heard that, Wayne.
- 1:15:46Southern Bell
- 1:15:47sold the cell phone backbone system to Argentina and movie star for $1,000,000,000,
- 1:15:55and they had
- 1:15:5610,000,000 in it.
- 1:16:00Unknown: Oh, wow. Wow.
- 1:16:02Unknown: And that's why your cell phone bills are so high.
- 1:16:06Unknown: Yeah. And one of the quick thing, Roger, I'll get off is,
- 1:16:09also caught a part of the interview with Peter Schiff. He was talking to, an interviewer,
- 1:16:14and he brought up something that I think would be very interesting to you and other people's that
- 1:16:19he really believes that the reason central banks and, others are collecting all this gold and holding it is is because the future monetary system in many places
- 1:16:28could be,
- 1:16:30will be tokenized
- 1:16:31gold,
- 1:16:32that they're gonna use gold as the backbone.
- 1:16:35Unknown: Already doing it in in the Brix, aren't they?
- 1:16:39Unknown: Oh, yeah. Gold, I think, is being used as, their when they when they settle their their deals. When they when they settle it out.
- 1:16:47Unknown: And BRICS is coming, and that's the reason Russia and China don't want Iran to fall because they're in BRICS.
- 1:16:55There there's your triangle right there. Russia, China, Iran. Boom.
- 1:17:00K?
- 1:17:02So, yeah, all the time, Trump has really, he has he has, at the behest of these bastards,
- 1:17:08stepped into a gigantic
- 1:17:10pile of cock cock.
- 1:17:12K?
- 1:17:13And he can't get out
- 1:17:16because he keeps getting every time he gets a deal, he's gotta go to Yatnau,
- 1:17:21and they're gonna nix it every time on a poison pill of some sort. Julie, was that you?
- 1:17:28Unknown: Yeah. I wanted to make a
- 1:17:31Unknown: First of all Well,
- 1:17:34Unknown: these guys will predict these bank bail and will not happen.
- 1:17:38With the Genius Act and the Clarity Act, they're going to flip the switch. They've already have it done. And all of these bank accounts are going to instantly
- 1:17:47switch over to digital stablecoins backed by treasuries and backed by Federal Reserve notes per
- 1:17:52the Genius Act.
- 1:17:54And if you do bank bail ins, with all the capital moving here to The United States and Singapore, you're going to see civil war on the streets like you've never seen before because some 90%
- 1:18:06of Americans live paycheck to paycheck.
- 1:18:09And keep in mind, these people like Bill Holter and Andy Shechman
- 1:18:14are out there for fear porn purposes because they themselves wanna make money selling the metals.
- 1:18:19Unknown: I yield. Oh, I don't I don't think Shechman needs any more money. I don't think those people are motivated like that at all.
- 1:18:27Unknown: Julie? I would contest that, Roger. I would sure contest that because I've listened to Shekman Holter for years. Everything they were predicting about five, six, seven years ago has now come true with the way things are happening with the monetary system and everything else. Yeah. Those guys wanna sell their precious metals, but they're educators as well as salesmen. So and they educate a whole lot more than they sell.
- 1:18:47Unknown: They sure do. I just totally disagree with that, Julie. There's some good guys in that field, and those three that we named right there are some of them. K? Too bad Bob Chapman. You weren't around when Bob Chapman was live, were you Julie?
- 1:19:03Julie?
- 1:19:05Unknown: Sorry. I muted myself. No. I was not. Yes.
- 1:19:08Unknown: Bob Chapman, you know anything about him?
- 1:19:11Unknown: Nope.
- 1:19:13Unknown: He died of,
- 1:19:15I think, pancreatic cancer down in Mexico somewhere.
- 1:19:18He had for twenty seven years, he had the biggest gold and silver brokerage house on Wall Street.
- 1:19:24He lived four or five places all over the world.
- 1:19:27I talked to him before I moved to Argentina,
- 1:19:30Used to do a show every week on RBN on Mondays.
- 1:19:33Very, very popular guest host. And, man, he he he he knew. He knew what was going on. Unfortunately,
- 1:19:40this is a caveat for people. He had all his wealth
- 1:19:44in coins, and when he died, somebody stole it. His family didn't get it. So be careful on all that kind of stuff because they are that is I know two people that that's happened to in their families, and then I got a a bunch of medals stolen, unfortunately.
- 1:20:00So be careful. That's a big, a big caveat on doing medals. K?
- 1:20:05But I I think Holter and those guys, but god knows, man. The Schechman has sold over, I don't know, how many billions of dollars worth of medals. He ain't interested in the money anymore. He wants to help people, I think, Julie. But we have differences on this. You seem to impute these things on a lot of people that are very negative, and I think they're that's not always correct. Yes, Larry?
- 1:20:30Unknown: Yeah. And you? I wanna give some
- 1:20:33yeah. It was me. I wanna give Christian and anyone living in Texas some debt collection comfort.
- 1:20:39So I'm looking at the
- 1:20:42the Texas
- 1:20:43protected property claims form,
- 1:20:46and it's just amazing. Texas has some of the most generous consumer protection laws in the nation.
- 1:20:52And on this form,
- 1:20:54I mean, they've got, like, 20 or 30
- 1:20:57items
- 1:20:58that are exempt
- 1:21:00under
- 1:21:01the Texas statutes.
- 1:21:03And the second one is the Social Security
- 1:21:07Administration
- 1:21:08benefits.
- 1:21:09The first one is current wages for personal services.
- 1:21:14They got everything in here. FEMA disaster benefits, child support, unemployment benefits,
- 1:21:20pension and retirement benefits,
- 1:21:24proceeds from the sale of a homestead within six months.
- 1:21:29Get this. Clothes,
- 1:21:30jewelry,
- 1:21:32firearms
- 1:21:33Unknown: because this is this the form that they if this debt collector got a judgment, this is the form they'd include in notice from the court to Christian. Is that correct?
- 1:21:44Unknown: Okay. They they would be required under statute to include this form,
- 1:21:49in the correspondence that the court or the debt collector sends Christian or anyone living in Texas
- 1:21:55that gets a judgment.
- 1:21:57And, they even got on here a bible
- 1:22:00that you can claim your your bible as exempt. And then that that made me curious,
- 1:22:06like, why would someone wanna why would a debt collector
- 1:22:09want to take a bible?
- 1:22:12And so
- 1:22:14Unknown: think just read you this. To burn so they could burn it?
- 1:22:19Unknown: Well, it's interesting how what these debt collectors will do. They're they're playing on people's emotions,
- 1:22:25really.
- 1:22:27So under Texas property code section 42
- 1:22:32dot zero zero two,
- 1:22:34an individual can protect up to $50,000
- 1:22:37worth of personal property
- 1:22:39or a $100,000
- 1:22:40for a family from debt collectors.
- 1:22:43The specific items
- 1:22:45that are explicitly
- 1:22:48carved out by Texas lawmakers are Bibles
- 1:22:51or other sacred religious
- 1:22:54texts.
- 1:22:55Those are completely exempt and do not count toward the 50,000 slash $100,000
- 1:23:00limit.
- 1:23:01Firearms, you can exempt up to two firearms.
- 1:23:04Jewelry,
- 1:23:05you can exempt up to 25% of the total aggregate limit.
- 1:23:09Other items like home furnishings,
- 1:23:12family heirlooms,
- 1:23:13food, clothing, farming vehicles,
- 1:23:15and tools used for a trade or profession are also protected.
- 1:23:20And so
- 1:23:21why would a debt collector wanna take someone's bible?
- 1:23:25Historically,
- 1:23:26aggressive
- 1:23:27collectors would seize anything of personal or sentimental value
- 1:23:32not because the item was worth money,
- 1:23:35but as a high pressure psychological
- 1:23:37tactic. Yep. By threatening to take a family's bible
- 1:23:41what's that?
- 1:23:43Unknown: To use on you. It's leverage on you because it's emotional leverage. Exactly.
- 1:23:49Unknown: By threatening to take a family's bible, wedding rings, clothes, or family portraits,
- 1:23:55collectors knew they could emotionally devastate a debtor.
- 1:23:58This cruelty often forced desperate people to borrow money from family members or hand over their last bit of cash just to save their irreplaceable
- 1:24:07personal belongings.
- 1:24:09To put an end to these predatory tactics,
- 1:24:12the Texas legislature
- 1:24:14explicitly wrote these specific items
- 1:24:17into the law.
- 1:24:18So that's that's the the benefit of that protected property claim form. And like I said the other day,
- 1:24:25virtually every state of the union has their form of this kind of form, so don't overlook it. Mhmm. If you're and if you get a judgment against you, there could be something that's exempt.
- 1:24:36Unknown: I think when they were having Yeah. What about the hearings on all this
- 1:24:41years ago, decades ago up there in DC?
- 1:24:44And they brought some mafia guys, and one of them, Larry,
- 1:24:48had a had a company called the Piranha Loan Company.
- 1:24:53This is congressional testimony.
- 1:24:56And if you were late, he had a a fish tank with piranhas in it, and he'd go grab your hand and stick it in the fish tank.
- 1:25:06True story right out of congress. Haram forms for citizens?
- 1:25:15Unknown: Don't know. I even anyone could take advantage of it.
- 1:25:19I know I have.
- 1:25:21Unknown: Hi, Larry.
- 1:25:24Yeah. What was that what was that homestead
- 1:25:27exemption thing?
- 1:25:31Unknown: Let
- 1:25:32Unknown: me see. And protection of your homestead. Protection.
- 1:25:36So
- 1:25:40Unknown: let's see. Hold on.
- 1:25:43Unknown: I don't think it would apply to you, Christian, because you're gonna be exempt from the whole thing because of the Social Security barrier.
- 1:25:51Unknown: Says proceeds
- 1:25:52this is right off the form. Proceeds from the sale of a homestead
- 1:25:56within six months after the sale.
- 1:26:00What's interesting, Roger, is on this form,
- 1:26:03everything is in English and and, of course, and right after it, it has the Spanish
- 1:26:09the same statement in Spanish.
- 1:26:11Really?
- 1:26:13Yeah.
- 1:26:14Unknown: Everything. Country, you know, a country with two languages has never survived.
- 1:26:20Unknown: Yeah. That should just all be in English.
- 1:26:25Unknown: Boy, that's another tower in the Babel thing.
- 1:26:31Unknown: It's all Hey. Thank you, Larry. It's all Thank you, It's all that. Thank you, Roger. It's all that. Yes, sir. It's all that, Christian. The power of it. Okay.
- 1:26:41Well, thank you, Larry. You got anything else to add? Who else? Somebody wants to say something. Who's that?
- 1:26:47Unknown: Yeah. Roger, Huway is is saying that,
- 1:26:51through modular
- 1:26:52build,
- 1:26:54they can they can have one of these
- 1:26:57large,
- 1:26:58language centers,
- 1:27:00which is a 120
- 1:27:021,024
- 1:27:04nodes
- 1:27:06assembled in fifteen days.
- 1:27:08That takes years here for us to get online. Yikes.
- 1:27:12Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:27:13Yeah.
- 1:27:15The push is on for these things big time.
- 1:27:18It's a it's like it's like a gold rush out there where you are.
- 1:27:23It's like a big gold rush at Sutter's Mills,
- 1:27:26Samuel.
- 1:27:27All the billionaires I
- 1:27:30think it's falling all over themselves. I
- 1:27:33Unknown: think it's just a it's just gonna turn into a big bust,
- 1:27:37because we just can't we just don't have the ability to innovate. It's like the Chinese are are running power
- 1:27:44out to places that they think will need it, not when they need it. If
- 1:27:49Unknown: they're gonna be Watch
- 1:27:51the second hour of, well, Alex, normally, Harrison's been sitting in this week on those first two or maybe three hours.
- 1:28:00The second hours with Tiffany's
- 1:28:02fiance,
- 1:28:04the bubbly flower of flower
- 1:28:07of doom or whatever it is. Harrison is nicknamed or moniker. Hers accurate.
- 1:28:13And she'll give you she's very good on these details.
- 1:28:16And if you wanna find out,
- 1:28:19go just listen that hour with Tiffany's fiancee. It's yesterday's second hour.
- 1:28:24You'll get the whole story, and it ain't pretty.
- 1:28:28And she really has a good command of all this financial stuff and what they're doing with all of these derivatives. And, of course, she got into this
- 1:28:37with private equity,
- 1:28:38And private equity is involved in at the background of all this stuff.
- 1:28:43K? So go educate yourself to some extent if you can, if you want to,
- 1:28:48and, that's the place to go. That's where I'd start on the discussions we've had today, not only on data centers,
- 1:28:55but on all this stuff,
- 1:28:58the pension funds, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.
- 1:29:01Second hour of
- 1:29:02yesterday's show, the twenty ninth.
- 1:29:07Unknown: I think the other big difference between
- 1:29:09what China's doing and what we're doing is,
- 1:29:12we're basically building a tower of Babel,
- 1:29:15and, they're building a tool.
- 1:29:19Unknown: Yeah. Well, they're just approaching it a hell of a lot smarter. They don't have all this catastrophe
- 1:29:24going on. They're relying on the population
- 1:29:27and including the population and the results. I think it's brilliant. No wonder we're getting our asses beat. It's the greedy ass Jews that are trying to get in and get all of this advanced profit so they can take something and have 10,000,000 in it and sell it for a billion dollars in the future because pigs get fat and hogs get slaughtered.
- 1:29:50Unknown: Hey, Roger.
- 1:29:51Unknown: That's why,
- 1:29:53Christian.
- 1:29:55Unknown: Oh, that's another big thing in China. If you get caught with your hand in the till, your hand's gone.
- 1:30:02Unknown: You know, that's one area of Sharia law I agree with. We'd have a bunch of Jews running around with no hands.
- 1:30:09Either either arm.
- 1:30:15Hey, Roger. Christian, yeah. Okay. Yeah. Who's that? You wanna say something?
- 1:30:20Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:30:22I wanna thank you. You know, in this call here,
- 1:30:26we have so many powerful so
- 1:30:30much powerful information from you.
- 1:30:32Your your your you God has given you this to give up to us,
- 1:30:37and I mean, give to us.
- 1:30:40And
- 1:30:41and
- 1:30:43and Julie
- 1:30:45and Larry
- 1:30:46and and Danny Murphy and all your callers.
- 1:30:51If we humble ourself and pray
- 1:30:54that
- 1:30:55and turn and the people will turn away from their wicked ways,
- 1:30:59that he will restore our land if if we pray. That's our biggest,
- 1:31:04most powerful thing we can do at night and in the early in the morning or early in the night.
- 1:31:10But to protect you, Paul
- 1:31:13Paul has given me something. I'm still waiting on their answer.
- 1:31:17And
- 1:31:19they tried to steal money out of my account already, but I finally got it changed over.
- 1:31:24They they they every time they hit it, it wouldn't let the it wouldn't let that account close. So I'm still I got that done. That's that's perfected.
- 1:31:34But, anyway,
- 1:31:36that's what, Donald Trump they they tried to kill him when he he he read that scripture,
- 1:31:42and that's what we need to do. We need to know our most powerful thing is the thing that gave you the wisdom on our on our getting free.
- 1:31:52And and Paul
- 1:31:53and and Larry
- 1:31:55and Julie
- 1:31:56and Nancy,
- 1:31:57all of y'all in the name of Jesus, I love y'all. Wanna be praying for y'all every night.
- 1:32:03Unknown: Thank you, Christian.
- 1:32:05Yeah. We're a big happy family. That is certainly an answer to this. I'm not sure if it is straightenable. I've thought for
- 1:32:12many several decades at least that there is no political solution to this problem, and I think you're seeing that
- 1:32:20prognostication
- 1:32:21unfold in front of our, unfortunately,
- 1:32:24in front of our eyes.
- 1:32:26But I do know that the bible says come out of her, and I do know that after all these years of being very in-depth in this,
- 1:32:34that my conclusion is that we're the remnant.
- 1:32:38And I think that I think the reason I'm at 8,000 feet is because Jesus said go the mountains.
- 1:32:44Okay?
- 1:32:45And There you go.
- 1:32:47Yeah.
- 1:32:48And, boy, I'm I just I I encourage those of you that may have the ability.
- 1:32:54If you've thought about getting out of the country, it might be a time to put a little more thought to that.
- 1:33:00K? Because it does not look pretty up ahead at all.
- 1:33:06I don't see one one light at the end of any tunnel.
- 1:33:09So take that accordingly.
- 1:33:13Take that accordingly.
- 1:33:14If if you can, you ought to consider it.
- 1:33:17It's just life's just different, folks. You don't have to live in that pressure cooker. Okay?
- 1:33:22If unless you're locked in. If you're locked in, there's not much you can do about it, but weather the storm. There is a storm. You know, it's interesting.
- 1:33:31It's interesting, Christian. The word in Spanish for storm.
- 1:33:37You you you you don't probably don't know too much Spanish there, I imagine. Is tormenta?
- 1:33:42Tormenta.
- 1:33:45Tormenta.
- 1:33:47Isn't isn't that accurate?
- 1:33:48Tormenta.
- 1:33:49Unknown: That is.
- 1:33:51It is.
- 1:33:53Unknown: K.
- 1:33:54Spanish is an interesting language.
- 1:33:57Unknown: Yes. I spent four years in Monterey,
- 1:34:00with my son. Oh,
- 1:34:01I see. Yeah. But but I'll I've gotten real real weak at it, and I never could roll my tongue like you could.
- 1:34:11Unknown: Yes.
- 1:34:13Yes. You got to be able to trill your tongue.
- 1:34:16I got a good story on that too from Buenos Aires, but I'll hold that at the moment. I want us to think about
- 1:34:24my computer buddy, the one that told me about that JVC
- 1:34:29center,
- 1:34:30has has been gently nudging me
- 1:34:34to get our message on x.
- 1:34:39And in trying to inspire me with how much success he thinks we'll have over there.
- 1:34:47I'm not a social media kind of person,
- 1:34:51but I understand we're in a situation
- 1:34:54where
- 1:34:55I mentioned it yesterday. Did any of you go back and watch the Tucker Carlson interview with that British doctor?
- 1:35:03Any of you gone back and watched that yet since we talked about it yesterday?
- 1:35:09Shame on you. If you get a chance over the weekend, stick that one on a high priority
- 1:35:15of your queue list.
- 1:35:16Reason being,
- 1:35:18Tucker Carlson even normally has a mammoth audience.
- 1:35:23K. Well, god, we could only wish, you know, has a mammoth audience.
- 1:35:29With this and that situation and everything that leads up to it, all these elements,
- 1:35:33putting pressure on it, you know, I think it's gonna get a lot more views than that.
- 1:35:40It is
- 1:35:41it can't help
- 1:35:43but further expose
- 1:35:45deeply our enemies.
- 1:35:48And, so I just encourage you to watch it, and that's why I think, is it time
- 1:35:54with that kind of thing and that situation building
- 1:35:59the way it is?
- 1:36:01Is it time
- 1:36:02to move over and get exposure
- 1:36:05on x?
- 1:36:06And I'd like your feeling on it. Reason is because I don't want to maintain the damn thing, and and I don't wanna see myself up at three or four in the morning having to answer people's questions and stuff.
- 1:36:20I did that one time with Sarah Westall.
- 1:36:24So
- 1:36:25noodle on it. We can talk about
- 1:36:28undecided. I'm toying with it, but I don't know anything about running one of those things or yeah. I just don't know about them because I've never spent
- 1:36:36one
- 1:36:37ten minute segment on any social media page in in my entire adult life. It's just not my cup of tea.
- 1:36:48I just I'd like to maybe
- 1:36:51pardon me?
- 1:36:52Unknown: What is that Tucker Carlson's,
- 1:36:54video?
- 1:36:57Unknown: Well, it's the latest one that he's posted on on this British doctor that's gone over numerous trips to Gaza
- 1:37:04and his experiences over there and his experiences with the Palestinian
- 1:37:08people. Also, the West Bank and how they're treated. Everybody's treated by Israel and the things that Israel does right there, and it will
- 1:37:17I I I just think it's gonna really turn a lot of people in this world even further against Israel.
- 1:37:25That's a very hard hitting interview,
- 1:37:27and he's just so calm.
- 1:37:30The the the strongest he gets even at the most
- 1:37:34insidious situation that they're describing and talking about, and all he'll say is appalling.
- 1:37:43Appalling.
- 1:37:44Somebody's got a clicker going there. Are we gonna win the lottery or what?
- 1:37:50Uh-oh. They stopped.
- 1:37:53Uh-huh.
- 1:37:54So was that a little frog
- 1:37:56clicker, or what was that?
- 1:37:58A pen?
- 1:38:00Unknown: Somebody's anxious pen like my my on screen keyboard. Unfortunately,
- 1:38:05that sound channel is
- 1:38:08routed to the radio ranch through the Discord server. So Sorry.
- 1:38:13Unknown: Sorry. We're getting put up. Well, I didn't know. It's okay. It wasn't too distracting. It's just kinda interesting.
- 1:38:19Click. Click. Click. Click. Click. Like, ball clicks as big. Like, I used to hit my lighter on the desk,
- 1:38:27to emphasize for emphasis only.
- 1:38:31Unknown: Okay.
- 1:38:33Unknown: Are we talking about involved
- 1:38:35Unknown: too much in our conversation.
- 1:38:37How are you doing today? Are talking
- 1:38:39Unknown: about
- 1:38:45well, what the hell is this doctor's name? There's a doctor Tucker Carlson.
- 1:38:50Unknown: I don't know the the doctor's
- 1:38:52name. N e h l s? I I think so. It's the latest installment on your Tucker
- 1:38:59source.
- 1:39:00But listen, man. That's a powerful interview.
- 1:39:04Unknown: Powerful.
- 1:39:05There's one on the Alex Jones show live. Shocking report, Israel's Gaza genocide is exposed.
- 1:39:13Eyewitness text testimony.
- 1:39:16No. It's gotta be several. That's that's gotta be the, Tucker Carlson
- 1:39:20Unknown: thing. Well, it didn't have the title on what I looked at, and I heard him say his name right at the end. But, well, here's Paul. I wanted to mention it to you. The one previous to that
- 1:39:31you may be interested in is a hacker,
- 1:39:34and he goes over all kinds of stuff. He's he's he's showing,
- 1:39:39Tucker is his real name and a signature and his phone number and his Social Security number and all that. Tucker is aghast. Okay? Tucker is like me, a Luddite.
- 1:39:51He does not own a computer except for a cell phone. There's no computer in the home.
- 1:39:57And, he hasn't changed his phone number in thirty five years.
- 1:40:02Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 1:40:03Unknown: And,
- 1:40:04and he was kinda shocked at all this. Okay? So that one, you may wanna watch, Paul, because it's all tech stuff.
- 1:40:11Unknown: Okay.
- 1:40:12Frontline doctor, the holocaust in Gaza,
- 1:40:16Israeli
- 1:40:17torture programs and experimental
- 1:40:20weapons. It was two days ago,
- 1:40:22Unknown: Tucker. Look.
- 1:40:23I know it's sickening. This is how I first got turned on to these bastards all those years ago back in the
- 1:40:30sixties or the seventies, whatever it was. But as they started per persecuting and prosecuting the Palestinians,
- 1:40:37I saw I became more Arabic.
- 1:40:39And, you know, it's funny. Anybody that gets involved in this conflict seems like a lot of the high profile people, Dorothy Thompson,
- 1:40:47the most famous
- 1:40:48female,
- 1:40:50writer of the last century that you've never heard of.
- 1:40:53A very favorable
- 1:40:55initial
- 1:40:56to the Jews,
- 1:40:57and then she went over there totally,
- 1:41:00changed her tune with total
- 1:41:02in the Palestinian camp, and you've never heard of her. The most popular female
- 1:41:07journalist
- 1:41:08of the twentieth century.
- 1:41:11Allison Weir, another one. Very initially,
- 1:41:15favorable to the Jews because of the propaganda.
- 1:41:19So much so they go over there to their absolute horror.
- 1:41:23They find what's going on and and and totally become loyal for the rest of their lives to the Palestinians.
- 1:41:29Same type thing. It's happened to a bunch of people.
- 1:41:33K?
- 1:41:36These people are just from the earliest of They're
- 1:41:41they're bloodthirsty.
- 1:41:42They love blood, and they love killing,
- 1:41:45and they love Satan. Don't they, Murr?
- 1:41:48Unknown: Yep.
- 1:41:50And they love to,
- 1:41:51do sacrifices to them because they're
- 1:41:54Unknown: they start to realize what's gonna happen to them. So Yeah. If you're one of our listeners and just say you got a red heifer out back or something, you better cover her up and hide her.
- 1:42:06Unknown: Well, it's gotta be flawless. You know? This is the thing they keep thinking you're gonna get to do this stuff, and then the heifers
- 1:42:12grow too old. Right?
- 1:42:14Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:42:15Unknown: Yeah. Here's a short here's
- 1:42:17a short clip. The guy's name is, doctor Nick Maynard
- 1:42:21from Oxford. Here we go. You wanna hear it? It's don't know. Oh, is this from our Tucker interview?
- 1:42:28Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:42:29Unknown: Nick Maynard. Really
- 1:42:31sharp guy too. Very likable. Go ahead, Murr. Play a little snippet.
- 1:42:35Unknown: Right next to where I was working. While you were operating? One of us till we finished the operation, we had to evacuate the hospital. There are multiple examples
- 1:42:43hospitals being attacked. These are not collateral damage. Was it doctor who's operated in these hospitals? Did you notice Hamas command meetings going on while you were there? Not at all. Since October 7, I've been in two hospitals, but prior to that, I've worked in all the major hospitals. I've had unlimited
- 1:42:58access throughout all these hospitals, and I've been to every square into these hospitals. You know, NASA medical complex was bombed soon after I left most recently. I walked around every single part of the hospital. I've seen no evidence of Hamas military activity.
- 1:43:15Unknown: Did you hear that?
- 1:43:17Unknown: Yes, babe. We did. Thank you very much. Okay. Alrighty.
- 1:43:21Unknown: Yep.
- 1:43:22Unknown: I'll tell you Tucker's got the got the gloves off against these bastards.
- 1:43:28Unknown: K? He's interviewed this hacker. I don't know if this is another interview, but it might be one from a while ago. But he's an ethical
- 1:43:37hacker ethical hacker.
- 1:43:39Unknown: I've watched Yeah. I watched both of those. That's why I was just suggesting to Paul. He probably wanna watch it. Guy's very likable,
- 1:43:45wants to help humanity, doesn't wanna utilize any of these things negatively,
- 1:43:50but he's educating you about what they can do and all this stuff and how to go secure your
- 1:43:56data in some of the data breaches that have happened and and and that that kind of stuff. K?
- 1:44:04Thank you, Burr.
- 1:44:06Yes. Tucker has got the gloves off,
- 1:44:10and
- 1:44:12I don't know if they can kill him.
- 1:44:16I'm
- 1:44:17absolutely
- 1:44:18100%
- 1:44:19convicted
- 1:44:21and convinced
- 1:44:22that they they murdered
- 1:44:24Charlie Kirk.
- 1:44:26And this evidence that just came out, Murray, you know what I'm talking about?
- 1:44:30About the the contractor,
- 1:44:32did you see that yet?
- 1:44:34Unknown: No.
- 1:44:35But I did see a lot of other things that
- 1:44:38Unknown: kind of This is true. Well, this is straight from the horse's
- 1:44:42Unknown: This is straight from the horse's mouth. I don't remember what day Charlie got shot in that week,
- 1:44:48but they contacted this guy, the governor's office.
- 1:44:52Well, hold on. I'm gonna tell you the story if you haven't seen this. I've seen it twice now. The interview with him, short.
- 1:44:59The
- 1:45:00governor of Utah and the FBI
- 1:45:03contacted him to undo that
- 1:45:06the the dirt and put in a concrete slab and have it done by Monday.
- 1:45:12That's from the FBI and the governor of Utah.
- 1:45:15This was a Israeli operation.
- 1:45:17You combine that with with
- 1:45:20oh, our our FBI director and his conflict with Tulsi Gabbard about having the ability to look into foreign attachments here and the yelling,
- 1:45:29screaming match in a
- 1:45:32president
- 1:45:33presidential cabinet meeting about it.
- 1:45:36Now smells to high heaven.
- 1:45:39Got their fingerprints
- 1:45:40all over it. You'll never be able to prove it, of course,
- 1:45:44but their fingerprints are all over it to me,
- 1:45:46to me. And I know them.
- 1:45:48I know them pretty well, Mer.
- 1:45:52Unfortunately.
- 1:45:55Unknown: What's funny about the construction on the campus is early on when they did that, their people were reporting how it was already scheduled to be done.
- 1:46:05So and then now we have this contractor saying, I'm the one that did it, and this is what happened, and there was a rush job blah blah blah blah blah.
- 1:46:11Unknown: No. I buy the contractor.
- 1:46:13He's
- 1:46:14got he's got big balls, and he's stepping forward, and he knows what he's saying and the effect that it can have.
- 1:46:21I I applaud him.
- 1:46:23Unknown: Okay. My research is showing Even though Kirk wants even though he'll probably never get another government contract
- 1:46:30Unknown: the rest of his career.
- 1:46:33Unknown: Well, largely, again, early on, people were reporting that he has some type of, connection
- 1:46:39with people from TP USA. Like, he's one of our relatives or something.
- 1:46:43So I've I've was a whole Listen. At Merrill, I mean, many of you should agree with me that everything we hear, I don't care where it comes from, we're being psyops always.
- 1:46:53Everything just Oh, yeah. Everything in the psyops. Now now who who who am I? Who are we hearing
- 1:46:59Unknown: from?
- 1:47:00Unknown: I'm sorry. I wanna know who are we hearing from? It's
- 1:47:04Unknown: what? Brew.
- 1:47:06Unknown: Bruh, get close to your phone. We can't get close to the microphone on your phone if you would, please.
- 1:47:12Unknown: I'm
- 1:47:13I'm blue truther. I my hands hot. So
- 1:47:17Unknown: Okay. Well, you sound like crap. What? So get up on your side again. Or get on. We wanna hear what you gotta say, but we can't understand it very well is my point.
- 1:47:27Unfortunate. Okay. You got headphones on or what?
- 1:47:32Unknown: Yeah. I got the Bluetooth because I'm currently No. That's cleaning.
- 1:47:36Unknown: Oh, well, I'm sorry.
- 1:47:39Unknown: Well, I'm sorry. That is the problem. I don't wanna shout at anybody.
- 1:47:43But
- 1:47:45Unknown: Okay. Bluetooth is yes. Bluetooth is
- 1:47:49really it
- 1:47:50is derogatory
- 1:47:51for signals for some reason.
- 1:47:54Anyway,
- 1:47:55do the best you can. We'll try and
- 1:47:58get what we can speak
- 1:48:00a little slower and more into the microphone if you can.
- 1:48:08Unknown: That's okay. I'll I'm gonna I said what I wanted to say. We're all being psyops. That's the bottom line.
- 1:48:14Unknown: Okay. Yeah. There's psyops everywhere, Bruce.
- 1:48:17Thanks for joining in.
- 1:48:19Who else has got something here? I want y'all to noodle on this x thing. We can discuss it.
- 1:48:25I just don't know what all is involved, and I don't want it all to be on me. And it's just,
- 1:48:33well, I'm very torn about it. Okay? So I'd like y'all's input.
- 1:48:37Let's see what else.
- 1:48:39We got a few minutes left. Who else has got something today? We don't have any new people on. Is is, Haika Haika come back with us today?
- 1:48:50Unknown: What did Groove say? Is it SIOP?
- 1:48:54Unknown: Yeah. He said that we get a SIOP every year, Jones. What I got out of what he said.
- 1:49:00Unknown: Comment? Research
- 1:49:01shows he wasn't killed. His team was behind him. There's more to it, but do your research.
- 1:49:08Unknown: He had a whole new crew on that. He got this thing was set up at the last minute, and he had a whole new crew involved with it. There are a lot of abnormal abnormalities
- 1:49:19there,
- 1:49:20and it stinks to high heaven.
- 1:49:22Okay. Now two, three people want to say something. There's one right there, mister Joe.
- 1:49:27Oh.
- 1:49:29Unknown: Yes. You've been talking about
- 1:49:34Tucker the last few days pretty intensely.
- 1:49:38Visited
- 1:49:39with Charles Key the other evening.
- 1:49:42Unknown: Yes, you At told
- 1:49:44Unknown: that meeting and his presentation
- 1:49:46had nothing to do,
- 1:49:49absolutely nothing to do with the Oklahoma City
- 1:49:52Murrow Building issue.
- 1:49:55Okay. But I did, Maxine and I visited with him on the side before and after the meeting
- 1:50:01and
- 1:50:02he assured me
- 1:50:05that
- 1:50:06there's
- 1:50:07more on the Murrah Building
- 1:50:09issue
- 1:50:10forthcoming
- 1:50:12through
- 1:50:13Tucker. He said Tucker is really on it.
- 1:50:17Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 1:50:18It's good. Good news. So that's just See, Tucker, I'm telling you.
- 1:50:25He has taken the gloves off. He's going after these bastards.
- 1:50:32Good for you, Tucker. God bless you.
- 1:50:36Unknown: K.
- 1:50:38Unknown: And I used to think he was one of them when he first starts showing up with his little pink pink bow ties and stuff, and he wasn't yet, pulled over the line.
- 1:50:48And I used to think he's an establishment guy, but by golly,
- 1:50:52he saw the light. He went down, sat down with Alex Jones for extended lengths of time, got buffed up on everything, and his whole tune has changed.
- 1:51:02God bless you, Tucker Carlson.
- 1:51:05God bless you.
- 1:51:06Now the other interesting thing is, Joe, do you know that right now, Thomas Massey's
- 1:51:12family and Marjorie Taylor Greene's family
- 1:51:16are down with Joan. I don't know if Joan's over having cocktails with them. They're down in Costa Rica from what I hear, Joe.
- 1:51:25No telling what might come out of something like that. Glad to see those two palling up together.
- 1:51:32Unknown: Do you know who Brian Glenn is?
- 1:51:36Unknown: No. Never heard of him.
- 1:51:39Unknown: Brian Glenn was a reporter
- 1:51:42for Real America's Voice, and he had a front row seat with Trump.
- 1:51:47And
- 1:51:49anytime
- 1:51:50Trump had a
- 1:51:52press conference,
- 1:51:53invariably,
- 1:51:55he would allow one question
- 1:51:57from Brian Glenn.
- 1:51:59Well,
- 1:52:00boom, one day, Brian Glenn didn't show up on Real America's Voice.
- 1:52:06Turns out,
- 1:52:09he and Marjorie Taylor Greene are a thing.
- 1:52:14Unknown: Oh, these are these are squeezed.
- 1:52:18Unknown: That's my understanding.
- 1:52:20So the pot thickens.
- 1:52:22Unknown: That's good. Well, I you know, I mean, she's a she's very attractive woman to me and a lot of good backbone and basic morals and ethics. I appreciate that she stands behind her words, and she'll get right up there in your face.
- 1:52:38Kinda like our girl Nancy here.
- 1:52:41And believe me, Nancy's sister
- 1:52:44admits that. She says, boy, she'll get in your face, won't she? I said, boy, you you will. So that's the read on our drawing.
- 1:52:52I see Marjorie Taylor Greene doing the same thing. God bless her.
- 1:52:56Well, she
- 1:53:00Unknown: Brian Glenn,
- 1:53:02I mean, just boom. He went away. But he had a special place with Trump to be recognized
- 1:53:09in those press conference.
- 1:53:12Unknown: Okay.
- 1:53:13Not familiar with him. I never caught his name, but glad to know about him.
- 1:53:18Who else got something going on? Scuttlebutt,
- 1:53:21gossip, any of that stuff you got? Julie, you got any DC gossip for us?
- 1:53:26Unknown: Roger?
- 1:53:27Unknown: Yeah. Samuel might. What you got, Samuel?
- 1:53:31Unknown: About
- 1:53:32a couple of weeks ago, I forget who was interviewing him, but he was an ex signals officer for the Israeli military.
- 1:53:40And he said, one thing you don't want
- 1:53:43is
- 1:53:44the Mossad
- 1:53:45and those types of agencies in in in Israel interested in you?
- 1:53:50And he said Tucker Carlson is, like, on the top of their list.
- 1:53:55Unknown: Oh, I'm sure he is. Without a doubt, they're coming out and trying to demonize him every time one of them opens their mouth.
- 1:54:02Absolutely.
- 1:54:03So He's been very cautious,
- 1:54:06and he he
- 1:54:07is. Well,
- 1:54:09he's he's got himself isolated off pretty good. He's up there in Maine. I don't know about his surroundings,
- 1:54:16but, he's got firearms and he doesn't have computers.
- 1:54:21And he's pretty well on top of stuff. Multimillion dollar holding order. I just like him.
- 1:54:26Oh, I'm sure he does. You know his background. His mother was the heir to a Swanson frozen food fortune.
- 1:54:34K?
- 1:54:35So His stepmother. But he doesn't consider himself wretch. His who is his stepmother?
- 1:54:40K.
- 1:54:42Libby,
- 1:54:42kind of, from what I've taken
- 1:54:45with him and his brother. Alright.
- 1:54:50Go ahead.
- 1:54:51Unknown: No. He was six years old when and his brother Buckley
- 1:54:56okay. I just wanted to tell you that or everyone that
- 1:55:00Uh-huh. His real mother
- 1:55:02left the family. She wanted to go off and live a bohemian lifestyle, and and so they weren't
- 1:55:08to a very stuff. He was six when that happened. Really? But,
- 1:55:12you know, the father and the brothers, they'd sit around the table and talk for hours, you know, and I I know people, Russians in particular, that would do that. You know, they wouldn't clear the table. They just sit there and talk for hours and nibble on something and So about what I'm
- 1:55:29Unknown: afternoon? Sure
- 1:55:31it is. Yeah. This kind of how his interviews are. Right? It's conversational. So yeah. Well, and I think, the if you really wanna even get a deeper insight into Tucker,
- 1:55:41he's done an interview with his brother Buck,
- 1:55:45who they call uncle Bucky,
- 1:55:47who was one of president Trump's
- 1:55:49first supporters
- 1:55:51and wrote some of his early speeches,
- 1:55:53and they totally turned on him. And those those are in his repertoire up there. If you haven't watched that, very interesting, and they obviously are brothers and love each other and have those memories and laugh and, you know, all that. It's a wonderful interview.
- 1:56:08Wish I'd had a brother like that.
- 1:56:11So,
- 1:56:13anyway, god bless you, Tucker. I don't want him to get you, and, you're a you're a big danger to him.
- 1:56:21But see, they can't go knocking off all these high profile people.
- 1:56:25Well, I guess they can.
- 1:56:27And and if they're desperate enough, maybe they will. But just be careful, folks.
- 1:56:37Unknown: I started listening to his Mursh got a show? Came out yesterday.
- 1:56:42Is quite interesting too?
- 1:56:46No. It just it just came out yesterday with Tucker. I don't know the guy's name, but it's it's biblical. It is about the giants,
- 1:56:55the biblical giants, the demons, and advanced Okay. So you're a subscriber?
- 1:56:59Unknown: You're
- 1:57:00Unknown: a subscriber? No. No.
- 1:57:03No. I'm not.
- 1:57:05Unknown: Okay. Well, I'll go check. I'll I'm gonna be busy this weekend with Suzanne and Dean.
- 1:57:11I'm a take them up tomorrow. Roger.
- 1:57:14Hopefully,
- 1:57:15good good low weather permitting and do the Quito tour
- 1:57:19on the top of a open double decker bus, and it's quite interesting.
- 1:57:24Quite interesting. Yes, Dave.
- 1:57:27Unknown: They are desperate enough.
- 1:57:32Unknown: Well, I guess they are, but, the if that's so, one of these days,
- 1:57:37they're gonna take the step too far or some of these other things are gonna become exposed
- 1:57:43or god knows we get on a big platform and get to expose our our message is deadly to these bastards, but we just gotta get the audience. We'll get there. Don't worry. It's building.
- 1:57:55The the longer it takes,
- 1:57:57the bigger impact it's gonna have when it happens.
- 1:58:01K? Now, Mer, you've got a radio show this afternoon over on Ribbon, don't you?
- 1:58:08Unknown: Sunday.
- 1:58:09Unknown: Sunday,
- 1:58:10we'll promote your show.
- 1:58:14Unknown: It's at two two to 4PM,
- 1:58:16central time. Yours truly myrrh on republicbroadcasting.org.
- 1:58:20Thank you very much. Yep. There there
- 1:58:22Unknown: you go. If you don't get enough of myrrh
- 1:58:24here, you can get two hours of her over there tomorrow afternoon.
- 1:58:29There you go, Murr. Congratulations. That's a good slot for you, and you've got a lot to tell the people, and I appreciate you belly up to the bar and taking on the assignment.
- 1:58:40Many people would not have the courage to do it. You do. God bless you.
- 1:58:46We all have a duty to spread the word.
- 1:58:49We've been blessed with That's
- 1:58:53Unknown: the thing there at RBN that's pretty good is the variety of
- 1:58:58opinions and voices that they allow, especially since since John Statmuller has been gone.
- 1:59:05Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:59:07Mister Statmuller,
- 1:59:09quite a character.
- 1:59:11I guess it's something about going to the grave with under one unanswered questions, Murr.
- 1:59:18Anyway,
- 1:59:19we appreciate Tom.
- 1:59:21He's a guy that he personally put in charge of the network and being a listener and a friend of ours.
- 1:59:27So, anyway, well, we're gonna take off one day and a half
- 1:59:31and go cavort with students,
- 1:59:34which is a joy,
- 1:59:35and we'll be back, good lord willing, on Monday.
- 1:59:39Have a safe abbreviated
- 1:59:41weekend
- 1:59:42and know that you are loved. That's what my mother would say. Know that you are loved.
- 1:59:50Thanks to the family.
- 1:59:53If you're in the peripheral waiting,
- 1:59:56think about moving.
- 1:59:58Ciao.
- 2:00:00Alright. We're done.
- 2:00:01Okay.
- 2:00:02Unknown: Saw you.
- 2:00:04Unknown: And now there's Boris with a question immediately after we get off the air. Boris, what can we do for you?
- 2:00:11Unknown: Well, I got good news for all of us.
- 2:00:14They just make a computer. They made 70,000
- 2:00:18computations for a second, and it just got 240.
- 2:00:23They say that
- 2:00:25all the data centers are gonna be,
- 2:00:28obsolete.
- 2:00:31Did they make it happen because they are money hungry, and
- 2:00:35that don't gonna work because it's too much, resources.
- 2:00:40Unknown: Well, there's too much being used for any potential monetary
- 2:00:44payback.
- 2:00:45That's the problem. They try and load it up front and for it to appear, but long term, this thing just doesn't monetarily work.
- 2:00:53And, boy, it's
- 2:00:56folks, listen. There's a big ugly crash coming. Get ready.
- 2:01:01It's gonna be the worst one in the history
- 2:01:04of the planet.
- 2:01:06Get ready. Yes,
- 2:01:09Dave.
- 2:01:11Unknown: My plumber buddy
- 2:01:13told me here, he's a master plumber,
- 2:01:16and he works for GM for, like, forty years, you know, as a pipe fitter. Love it.
- 2:01:21Unknown: He said they just had Michigan just opened up two
- 2:01:27Unknown: copper mines. I'm going right now. Dave. Uh-oh. Hold on. Maury? No. The one over there. The one over there. Maury, hit your mic. Hit 6.
- 2:01:36Unknown: Sorry. Sorry. Sorry.
- 2:01:39Alright.
- 2:01:40Unknown: Now okay. Go ahead, man.
- 2:01:43Unknown: They just opened up two copper mines in Michigan that have been shut down for fifty years
- 2:01:50because there's a shortage of copper
- 2:01:52because of all the wire and pipe they're putting in these data centers. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. And the thing is,
- 2:01:59Unknown: it can be
- 2:02:00it has to be pure copper from the mine. Yep. It can't be re
- 2:02:06what do they call it? When they remelt it and all that because it's from wires
- 2:02:11unless they really, really put extra purifying
- 2:02:15into it to get it to the same level as original out of the ground copper.
- 2:02:20So that's why that's happening right there.
- 2:02:24Unknown: Yep.
- 2:02:26Unknown: So there's some good plays out there if you're a financial person. I've I I I don't I don't like to do that. I just like to take Jeff c Livermore's
- 2:02:36suggestion of
- 2:02:37buy right and sit tight. Boy, has it paid off.
- 2:02:41Okay. I gotta go meet some of you students and go to lunch.
- 2:02:45So, unless somebody has something for me, I'm gonna vamoose.
- 2:02:50Unknown: Yeah. Like Mark Kornke says,
- 2:02:53Unknown: guns are for buying, not for selling. Same with heavy metals, lead, silver, gold, copper.
- 2:03:01Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:03:02Unknown: Yeah. Pretty much. Unless unless you've got something of of value to exchange it for.
- 2:03:11You're there there's nowhere to go unless you're exchanging it into value. Now, you know, anyway, I'm not not for today's discussion.
- 2:03:19I'm gonna go son just came out, go meet my folks,
- 2:03:23enjoy a abbreviated weekend, and I'm gonna see all you little truth seekers,
- 2:03:27all you little cowboys and cowgirls and ranch hands. We're gonna see you Monday.
- 2:03:32So have a great weekend. Okay? Love you. You Ciao. Roger. Enjoy your get together.
- 2:03:46Unknown: So the episode
- 2:03:48Lisa's talking about there is
- 2:03:51the secret history
- 2:03:52of biblical giants,
- 2:03:54demons, and the advanced civilizations
- 2:03:56before the great flood.
- 2:04:00And the
- 2:04:01guy's name is
- 2:04:03Reverend
- 2:04:05Doctor. Stephen De Young.
- 2:04:09Unknown: Hey Paul?
- 2:04:14Unknown: Paul?
- 2:04:17Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:04:19Unknown: This
- 2:04:20is Christian.
- 2:04:22All this hacking thing, you think I've done enough to change my
- 2:04:28account? Do I need to go to a different bank and change it No. No. Completely out of it? No.
- 2:04:34Unknown: No. As long as you changed your account number, it's fine.
- 2:04:38But when did they start trying to hit your account? On or about the twenty ninth or or earlier than that? Yeah. Twenty twenty twenty seventh.
- 2:04:48On the twenty seventh. So
- 2:04:51so you agreed to them taking a payment on the twenty ninth, and they tried to take it two days early.
- 2:04:59Unknown: Yes. Okay.
- 2:05:04Unknown: Then they obviously
- 2:05:05cannot be trusted.
- 2:05:08So
- 2:05:09stick to your guns
- 2:05:11and
- 2:05:13periodically check with the court to see if their court action has been
- 2:05:20canceled.
- 2:05:23Okay. And if it hasn't been,
- 2:05:25then they did not agree
- 2:05:27to your proposal.
- 2:05:29They did not agree to your offer in compromise.
- 2:05:33And if they did not agree to your offer in compromise,
- 2:05:37just
- 2:05:39file
- 2:05:42a notice of, protected property
- 2:05:45with the court.
- 2:05:47So it's already there.
- 2:05:50And just let him get a damn judgment. It's not like you're gonna be going out buying a new Cadillac anytime soon.
- 2:06:12Unknown: Okay.
- 2:06:15I'm I'm I'm I'm auctioned to protect for protection of property. Right?
- 2:06:20Yeah.
- 2:06:22Okay.
- 2:06:23Unknown: Well and, no, what you do is you just you just grab that document that,
- 2:06:29grab that document that Larry
- 2:06:31was talking about
- 2:06:33and just fill it out
- 2:06:36as to everything that's protected that they can't touch.
- 2:06:40And if they know they can't touch anything and they know they can't attach your Social Security
- 2:06:45check,
- 2:06:46then,
- 2:06:48only an idiot would proceed.
- 2:06:51I think they'll just write it off.
- 2:06:55Unknown: Okay.
- 2:06:58Okay, sir.
- 2:07:01Unknown: Yeah. If if they're not going to if they're not going to agree to your offer and compromise
- 2:07:06and they didn't even wait
- 2:07:09to the twenty ninth,
- 2:07:13then these guys can't be trusted.
- 2:07:16Unknown: And so afraid to leave your mind.
- 2:07:19Unknown: Actually, I would start right at the damn beginning,
- 2:07:23and I would throw those throw those bastards
- 2:07:26every single hoop you can throw at them to validate the debt and everything else. Just go back to to square one.
- 2:07:35Okay.
- 2:07:36Prove to me that
- 2:07:38I owe you this money.
- 2:07:42Unknown: Okay.
- 2:07:45Unknown: Yeah. You could file a notice of dispute into the court.
- 2:07:49And if you want, since you're helping him,
- 2:07:52Paul, I could forward you a one page
- 2:07:55notice of dispute,
- 2:07:57and all he's gotta do is take it down to the courthouse or he could even mail it and
- 2:08:02just attach a certificate of service
- 2:08:05and send a copy in The US mail. You don't you don't have to send anything certified. Just send it, you know, US Mail
- 2:08:13first class. And just send send a copy to the clerk,
- 2:08:19and and the clerk will file it.
- 2:08:21And then you could send a copy to the opposing
- 2:08:24counsel
- 2:08:26notice of dispute dispute. Just like if you were like,
- 2:08:30before there was ever a court case, if if some debt collector sent you,
- 2:08:35you know, some type of letter saying, hey. You owe you owe us or you owe this institution that we're representing
- 2:08:42this amount of money,
- 2:08:43then you would, at that point,
- 2:08:45send them a notice of dispute
- 2:08:48that you're disputing the debt and it
- 2:08:52doesn't have to be long like Julie read. It could just be really short. I am disputing this debt. Please provide me with more information,
- 2:09:00you know, whatever.
- 2:09:02Okay. And and so you could do something similar with the court. Okay.
- 2:09:09Unknown: Thank
- 2:09:13Unknown: you so much, Larry.
- 2:09:15Unknown: I would basically tell them you guys have not proven to me that you're the least bit honorable
- 2:09:20because you didn't even
- 2:09:23you weren't even ready to keep up your end of the bargain
- 2:09:27with
- 2:09:28the payment that I had originally agreed to.
- 2:09:32So at this point, I have absolutely no reason to believe that you are ethical or honorable in any fashion,
- 2:09:39so I need you to prove that I actually owe you this.
- 2:09:44Now it's time to put up or shut up.
- 2:09:48Unknown: Right.
- 2:09:50Unknown: And this is Nancy.
- 2:09:54Hearsay,
- 2:09:55look up your state
- 2:09:57rules of evidence
- 2:09:59on hearsay
- 2:10:01because
- 2:10:02this is where
- 2:10:04the business exemption
- 2:10:06rule
- 2:10:07comes in if the alleged original creditor
- 2:10:13does not and cannot
- 2:10:15provide an affidavit
- 2:10:17from a custodian
- 2:10:19of their of records
- 2:10:21within close proximity
- 2:10:23to the events
- 2:10:25or events
- 2:10:27creation,
- 2:10:28discharge of whatever the account,
- 2:10:32then anything after that is hearsay and inadmissible
- 2:10:36as evidence.
- 2:10:38So again, it's a business exemption rule, And you can look that up federally
- 2:10:43as well as in your state
- 2:10:46rules court rules of evidence and under hearsay.
- 2:10:53So anything after, if they cannot provide
- 2:10:56someone with first hand direct knowledge,
- 2:11:00you can testify
- 2:11:02under affidavit,
- 2:11:04your testimony court,
- 2:11:06admissible testimony under penalty of perjury,
- 2:11:10they got nothing.
- 2:11:12Anything after that, besides that, is hearsay
- 2:11:16and inadmissible
- 2:11:17as evidence.
- 2:11:20They cannot overcome that. So it's a big hurdle.
- 2:11:28And I yield.
- 2:11:32Unknown: Make them squirm.
- 2:11:37Unknown: Exactly. Hey. Hey, Julie. Julie. This is Nancy. Julie.
- 2:11:41Unknown: You want Julie. Julie. Hi. How are you? Are you? I just got I was he was telling me about the exemption rule, and I got somebody just cut my phone off. So
- 2:11:54Unknown: that's strange. That
- 2:11:55Unknown: was Nancy. That's not yeah. That's Nancy.
- 2:11:59Unknown: Oh, Nancy.
- 2:12:00Unknown: Okay. Yeah. It's called the business exception
- 2:12:03rule.
- 2:12:04It's under hearsay
- 2:12:06in
- 2:12:09rules of evidence.
- 2:12:10Your state
- 2:12:12court rules of evidence, federal
- 2:12:14rules of evidence
- 2:12:16under hearsay.
- 2:12:18You don't You won't find the the term specifically
- 2:12:21business exemption rule, but that's what it's known as. But it's under hearsay.
- 2:12:27So if you look up rules of evidence for your state court system,
- 2:12:34and you look under find the the part where it talks about hearsay.
- 2:12:39Unknown: Okay.
- 2:12:40Unknown: And read that. It's
- 2:12:42when you get to the part where it talks about
- 2:12:45direct
- 2:12:46first hand knowledge,
- 2:12:48custodian of records. There'll be some kind of work verbiage around that. And that's Okay. They they
- 2:12:56what but basically, what it means is
- 2:12:59the alleged original creditor,
- 2:13:03in order to prove the
- 2:13:06validity of a
- 2:13:08of an obligation or receivable,
- 2:13:10an account,
- 2:13:12they have to prove
- 2:13:14under affidavit of under sworn testimony
- 2:13:18of the accuracy and the validity
- 2:13:20of the account information.
- 2:13:23So anything after or besides that
- 2:13:27is not proof. Even in a statement,
- 2:13:31then a lot of pages of redacted
- 2:13:34account information,
- 2:13:35that's all b s.
- 2:13:37So what
- 2:13:39it it you know, they try to
- 2:13:42dazzle us with b s,
- 2:13:45and people are intimidated
- 2:13:47by a stack of paper.
- 2:13:50Unknown: That's what they did. They stacked paper on me, and and I it was either you or Julie or Murr told me even if they have something that says a bill of sale,
- 2:14:02that can be redacted too.
- 2:14:05Unknown: Well, the bill of sale is not sworn testimony. Again, remember what sworn court testimony and affidavit,
- 2:14:12sworn statement under penalty of perjury and witnessed.
- 2:14:17Right? So that's court testimony.
- 2:14:19And so if you don't have an affidavit,
- 2:14:24if they're not pre presenting an affidavit from the alleged original creditor, it doesn't matter what the any third party. They don't have that.
- 2:14:34They have nothing.
- 2:14:36And even
- 2:14:38terms of agreement.
- 2:14:40Unknown: Yeah. Hey, Nancy. It's also
- 2:14:43my understanding, and correct me if I'm wrong here, and Christian, you should probably know this too, is that what these debt collectors
- 2:14:52do is they don't just buy your debt. They buy bulk debt. So they buy
- 2:14:58I don't know how they'll go to various
- 2:15:01companies that have had accounts receivable
- 2:15:05on their books that they have not been able to
- 2:15:07collect on for months or years, and they'll buy them in bulk. There's absolutely
- 2:15:13no auditing or verification.
- 2:15:16They
- 2:15:16buy it for pennies on the dollar,
- 2:15:19and there's no verification of that. So what Nancy is trying to tell you is you really should go look up in your state as well as federal those
- 2:15:29rules because they can't validate that. They don't audit it. They just take it as stated, and it is hearsay. It's their word,
- 2:15:38and they have no proof. And they cannot unless, like Nancy says, they can get an affidavit
- 2:15:44from the original
- 2:15:46company that held that debt
- 2:15:49that can be admissible in court. That's
- 2:15:53why Nancy's been so successful. Three out of three. Congratulations,
- 2:15:56Nancy. I'm so proud of you. That's so amazing.
- 2:16:00Unknown: Oh, thanks. Well, I've
- 2:16:03had coaching
- 2:16:05and
- 2:16:07so I'll with people that I've met in Joe Lustica's community,
- 2:16:12and it's a really powerful
- 2:16:14piece of knowledge.
- 2:16:15It's like the
- 2:16:17the foundation
- 2:16:18now, whether they could overcome that, I don't know, but they haven't so far.
- 2:16:23But
- 2:16:24yeah. Like, there's some people who have sent me
- 2:16:27a stack probably about a half inch thick,
- 2:16:30and it has
- 2:16:32supposedly terms of agreement
- 2:16:35for the the account.
- 2:16:37But, you know, what I noticed is there's nothing that that in that stack of paper
- 2:16:42of what they sent that ties it specifically to me.
- 2:16:46And here's where your legal person
- 2:16:49comes in.
- 2:16:50Because when I was thinking about when I was
- 2:16:53prepping for going to court
- 2:16:55on Tuesday,
- 2:16:56part of the coaching was so my question was, well, we're gonna they're gonna hand me
- 2:17:01the statement that they included in the bill of particulars, and it has, you know, something that looks like my name.
- 2:17:09Unknown: Yes.
- 2:17:09Unknown: But in terms of answering the questions, like, is this you?
- 2:17:13You know, it's like, well,
- 2:17:15you know, my my legal name is Nancy Melinda Orr.
- 2:17:19The name that's appearing on that document in front of me
- 2:17:23looks similar, but, you know, there there
- 2:17:26are other Nancy Orrs out there.
- 2:17:29And number one, is this document
- 2:17:32from the bill of particulars? Yes. Well, I can either
- 2:17:36affirm
- 2:17:37or deny
- 2:17:39that this is my legal person, because I question the validity of the document, because it's not been validated
- 2:17:46from the original creditor. So this is could be, as as for all I know, just a fabrication, just like deepfakes are in videos.
- 2:17:54So people can create anything out there that they want. But if you don't have from the alleged original creditor
- 2:18:01validation
- 2:18:02in a in court testimony,
- 2:18:05so it's a court testimony, an affidavit, a sworn statement validating
- 2:18:10from someone who has firsthand knowledge,
- 2:18:14a custodian of the records
- 2:18:16from the first creditor, the original the
- 2:18:19alleged original creditor.
- 2:18:21So
- 2:18:23they don't have anything. And they're they're just, you know, they're not gonna bother with you.
- 2:18:27At least, so far, that's been my experience. Now
- 2:18:32and so one of the other
- 2:18:35coaching was, and since we talk about legal, you know, person,
- 2:18:39personhood and legal person.
- 2:18:42So
- 2:18:43because I didn't know how how would I answer that question, is this you?
- 2:18:48Yeah. I said, well, I don't know. I can't confirm or deny because I don't know the validity of this document.
- 2:18:54The name looks like it's similar to my name, but I don't I can't validate I can't affirm that it's my legal person.
- 2:19:03So it's also speaking about yourself in the third person. I'm the defendant. I'm representing the defendant,
- 2:19:09the plaintiff, and alleged
- 2:19:11creditor, alleged death debt. So it takes a little while to get used to that because we're just used we're conditioned to just speak what's on our mind, and they would think it's the truth
- 2:19:24without
- 2:19:25understanding
- 2:19:27what we understand here about legal personhood
- 2:19:31and different representation
- 2:19:33of the name, and it's not about the all caps or combination of that. But I can authentically,
- 2:19:40honestly say,
- 2:19:42and and take a stand and say, well, I don't know
- 2:19:45if that is mine.
- 2:19:46And number one, the document you're using
- 2:19:50hasn't been validated from the alleged original creditor. So I I can't confirm or deny it. Looks similar to my name, my legal name, but my leg legal name is this. I'm not gonna be belligerent or hostile. Just say,
- 2:20:04you know, I'm happy to negotiate something if you can validate
- 2:20:08and prove that this is my legal obligation.
- 2:20:10But you haven't. This is the standard.
- 2:20:13So it takes a while
- 2:20:15to
- 2:20:16let those concepts
- 2:20:21sink in and that you that you feel you know, you're confident that you're actually being honest and legal and authentic,
- 2:20:29you know. So it anyway, I yield.
- 2:20:32Unknown: Thank you very much. You can't imagine.
- 2:20:37Unknown: I'm authentic like you can't imagine.
- 2:20:42Unknown: I can't imagine?
- 2:20:44Unknown: Yeah. I'm authentic like you can't imagine.
- 2:20:48That's
- 2:20:51me.
- 2:20:53Unknown: Can't hear you. Can't hear you authentic.
- 2:20:57Unknown: Are you sitting on the John Paul?
- 2:20:59Unknown: No. I'm not sitting on the John. I was I was standing in front of the coffee pot.
- 2:21:06I'm authentic like you can imagine. That's the deal. That's what I am.
- 2:21:12Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:21:13It was standing on the Joe.
- 2:21:16Unknown: No.
- 2:21:17No. No. No. No. No. Actually,
- 2:21:20I was about fixing to jump up and down on, on the US Postal Service. I was expecting a package today,
- 2:21:29and I just looked at the tracking and it spent forty eight hours,
- 2:21:33forty eight whole hours in the middle of the week stalled in
- 2:21:37Pennsylvania.
- 2:21:41And now it's on its way to New York.
- 2:21:47Unknown: Well, better late than never. Right?
- 2:21:49Unknown: Thanks. Yeah. My resemble
- 2:21:51Unknown: you know, Paul, that's really odd,
- 2:21:54Pennsylvania
- 2:21:55because
- 2:21:57here in Michigan, you know, our assembly, I've talked about we have we my wife and I have a a a it's called a nondomestic
- 2:22:06post office mail stop here with our rural route
- 2:22:09at our house, and our assembly has the same thing.
- 2:22:14And they've they've been sending our mail for the assembly
- 2:22:20to Pennsylvania,
- 2:22:22and it's been held there for months.
- 2:22:25It's really weird.
- 2:22:27Unknown: Yeah. Well That's why they don't wanna postmark anything.
- 2:22:31No. I think that's what there is.
- 2:22:34I think that what they're doing is
- 2:22:37I I mean, the package was in Pennsylvania for exactly forty eight hours. It showed up, like, at 11:16
- 2:22:44on the twenty eighth, and it departed,
- 2:22:47like, 11:12
- 2:22:49on today.
- 2:22:51So now it's on its way here.
- 2:22:54It's
- 2:22:55it's ridiculous. It camped out in Pennsylvania.
- 2:22:59It's an envelope for God's sake. It camped out in Pennsylvania for almost
- 2:23:04forty eight hours exactly.
- 2:23:06What the hell were they doing it during that period of time?
- 2:23:12Unknown: That's why I was told to make them make sure that they postmark your your
- 2:23:17your,
- 2:23:18envelope of
- 2:23:21the day it was sent. Because mine was on the twenty second. I hadn't received
- 2:23:25any anything that they had delivered it yet. And I hadn't checked today, but I will.
- 2:23:31Yeah. My resending letter.
- 2:23:34Unknown: I'm thinking the only way you can trust the post office for anything is to send shit registered. I don't give a damn if they've gotta put it in a locked cage and sign for it at every chain of custody.
- 2:23:45That's what I'm doing. I'm anything I send that's important is gonna go registered,
- 2:23:51and it'll be insured for whatever value it has.
- 2:23:55I'm I'm done trusting the post office.
- 2:23:58They're absolutely right.
- 2:24:01Unknown: I'm done. Hey, Christian. That's what I heard registered.
- 2:24:05I've
- 2:24:06heard that some time ago.
- 2:24:08And since they stopped postmarking it, that's that's just giving them excuse not to
- 2:24:13do what they're supposed to do, their due diligence.
- 2:24:16Unknown: Well, if you send it registered way to have chain of custody.
- 2:24:20Registered mail is
- 2:24:22it does two things.
- 2:24:24You have a signature required at the other end.
- 2:24:28So, you know, not only that it was received, but who received it.
- 2:24:33And every time it is
- 2:24:35stored,
- 2:24:36like overnight,
- 2:24:37you know, waiting for the next hop in the delivery,
- 2:24:41it has to be accounted for
- 2:24:45and locked in a secured place.
- 2:24:49It's not like they can just leave it out in the warehouse in a mail bin ready waiting to be rolled into the back of a truck.
- 2:24:56It actually has to be put in a secured locked area.
- 2:25:01Everybody that touches it has to sign that they touched it, that they had it in their possession.
- 2:25:08So from the moment you drop it on the counter at the postal service that you mailed it at,
- 2:25:14to the time somebody receives it because they signed for it, you know every single person that touched it, you know everywhere it was and for how long, and you know it was secured at every stop,
- 2:25:27at every step.
- 2:25:29So, that's what I'm I don't give I don't even give a shit if it's $5 more
- 2:25:35Unknown: to mail something. Chain of custody
- 2:25:37and they know it too.
- 2:25:39Unknown: Absolutely. So they are not gonna mess with it. That's
- 2:25:43Unknown: important. Yeah. I think that is a that is a
- 2:25:47Unknown: that is a cornerstone to do that. Yeah. I think you're right.
- 2:25:51Unknown: One more thing Nancy.
- 2:25:53One more thing about registered mail. Always put the value at $4,000.
- 2:26:01Unknown: How much extra does it cost to do that?
- 2:26:04Unknown: Doesn't cost anything extra.
- 2:26:07Oh, wow.
- 2:26:11Unknown: That's impressive.
- 2:26:13Unknown: Sir. Yes, sir. Yeah. So so so brought up the the the bill of sale and how many accounts are being bought. So a debt portfolio is almost never sold
- 2:26:24one account at a time. They are massive bulk electronic
- 2:26:28data transfers.
- 2:26:30The average size is about
- 2:26:32well, it ranges anywhere between thousands to tens of thousands of individual accounts,
- 2:26:38and the dollar value might be anywhere between 5,000,000 to 50,000,000
- 2:26:44in total
- 2:26:45in terms of the face value debt sold on a single transaction.
- 2:26:50And what they pay for these, the debt collectors,
- 2:26:54is pennies on the dollar.
- 2:26:56So that could average anywhere between 3 to 6¢ for
- 2:27:00every dollar of debt. So
- 2:27:03this means a collector may buy a spreadsheet of 5,000 accounts
- 2:27:08including,
- 2:27:09say, your debt, which is 2,500 or whatever
- 2:27:13for an average total price of just $75
- 2:27:16to a $150
- 2:27:18per account. So
- 2:27:20since it's a game of bulk numbers,
- 2:27:23if you fight back and demand strict proof of the chain of title,
- 2:27:28they often drop the case because it is cheaper to dismiss your lawsuit and move on to a debtor who ignores the paperwork.
- 2:27:35It's more like they are looking for lower hanging fruit. Now here's how the whole
- 2:27:41bill of sale works.
- 2:27:43When a debt buyer like Midland Funding or Portfolio
- 2:27:46Recovery Associates
- 2:27:48purchases a portfolio
- 2:27:50of defaulted credit cards,
- 2:27:52they sign a forward flow agreement or a purchase and sale agreement.
- 2:27:57The original bank explicitly states in these contracts
- 2:28:01that the accounts are being sold as is
- 2:28:04with no warranties.
- 2:28:07The bank's legal disclaimers typically state that the account balances might
- 2:28:12inaccurate
- 2:28:15or missing interest updates.
- 2:28:17The information and secondly, the information provided may contain errors or belong to the wrong person.
- 2:28:24And thirdly, the bank will not provide or guarantee documentation
- 2:28:29like the original signed contract of years of statements. It's almost like going to a like a, you know, Joe
- 2:28:37Joe's local
- 2:28:38car lot and buying a used
- 2:28:41car and they have on it, you're buying this as is.
- 2:28:45Anyway, it goes on to say if the debt collector sues you for $2,500
- 2:28:50debt, they will usually attach a single page document to the lawsuit titled bill of sale and assignment.
- 2:28:57This page looks official but it
- 2:29:00is entirely generic. It simply states bank x hereby sells a pool of accounts to debt buyer y
- 2:29:07on this date.
- 2:29:09It does not name you, your account, or your balance.
- 2:29:13They will not voluntarily disclose the full as is master agreement because it destroys their credibility. If a judge reads a contract where the original bank explicitly says,
- 2:29:25quote, we do not guarantee this data is accurate, end quote, it makes it very difficult for the collector to meet their legal burden of proof.
- 2:29:34If you face a lawsuit, you can legally force them to show their cards during the court's discovery phase.
- 2:29:40You could file a formal request for production of documents demanding the complete
- 2:29:46unredacted
- 2:29:47master purchase agreement
- 2:29:49and forward flow agreement associated with the bill of sale. Debt collectors frequently object to this request claiming the contract is a trade secret.
- 2:29:59If they refuse to provide it, a consumer defense attorney will often point out to the judge that the plaintiff is trying to prove ownership of a bill of sale while actively hiding the contract
- 2:30:11that outlines the severe limitations
- 2:30:14of that sale.
- 2:30:16So just just
- 2:30:17an FYI.
- 2:30:19Unknown: Okay. Ask for Larry, ask for formal
- 2:30:22would you just say a little bit slower?
- 2:30:24Unknown: Well, I don't think you're gonna go through all that. It it's just that's what you're ask you're requesting that if you get into a discovery phase. I'm just just kinda reading this to
- 2:30:33just give you an idea of what what what goes on in a court and what's going on behind the scenes with these purchase purchase
- 2:30:41purchase agreements and bill of sales.
- 2:30:44But,
- 2:30:45you know, if you were going through the discovery process, you would you would request that document.
- 2:30:51Unknown: Okay. And that document is
- 2:30:55Unknown: called?
- 2:30:56Unknown: It's it's a you you would it would be under a request for productions
- 2:31:01production of documents,
- 2:31:03and you would be
- 2:31:04demanding the
- 2:31:06complete unredacted
- 2:31:08master purchase agreement
- 2:31:10and
- 2:31:11forward flow agreement
- 2:31:12associated with the bill of sale.
- 2:31:17Unknown: Okay.
- 2:31:19Unknown: And I think Paul's recording this, so you could go back and listen.
- 2:31:22Yeah. That'd be wonderful. That'd be wonderful. And all of that has been confirmed, what I just read. I mean, these are just my
- 2:31:29my own research that I that I conduct.
- 2:31:32But I I when I was listening to I learned about all this initially.
- 2:31:37Listening to John Watts. If you want to listen to a good a good solid
- 2:31:42guy,
- 2:31:43you know, consumer protection attorney with credentials
- 2:31:47and
- 2:31:49you know, integrity, listen
- 2:31:51to John Watts, W A T T S. He's an Alabama consumer protection attorney
- 2:31:56and he actually has a video that covers everything that I just just told you.
- 2:32:03He's he's even asked these third party debt collectors, especially with portfolio recovery. Like, they just they file some of these guys just file like,
- 2:32:14in a in a given county, they might file hundreds of lawsuits a week.
- 2:32:19You know? And Yeah. They are depending on what's
- 2:32:23known as a default judgment.
- 2:32:26Like, where you don't appear like, say somebody
- 2:32:29owes
- 2:32:30they defaulted on a $1,500
- 2:32:32credit card debt, for an example. And then they get a summons. They receive a summons. Someone comes knocking on their door. Okay, the
- 2:32:40processor says,
- 2:32:42you know,
- 2:32:44you've
- 2:32:45been served. And
- 2:32:47so you open it up, you read it, and it's for a $1,500
- 2:32:50credit card debt that you defaulted on, you know, one year ago.
- 2:32:56And so what they're counting on is most people are ignorant of how to conduct themselves in court.
- 2:33:02Like And and so they're depending on that that you're just gonna be you're gonna become emotional,
- 2:33:08and you're like, oh, man. What do I gotta do? I don't know nothing about court,
- 2:33:12know, conducting myself in court,
- 2:33:15and I can't afford to hire hire an attorney. I mean, after all, the the the person that was just served defaulted on a $1,500
- 2:33:24debt that couldn't pay. So how are they gonna be able to afford an attorney who charges anywhere between 4 and $600
- 2:33:30an hour? I mean, what would be the point of that?
- 2:33:34Because it it's just not worth it to hire an attorney over a $1,500
- 2:33:38debt.
- 2:33:39Well, it'll cost you more to to pay the attorney to defend you. And so, anyway,
- 2:33:45a lot of people will just not show up. They'll just figure, okay. I'll I guess I'll just wait to hear from the court. I'm not even gonna appear and and they'll get a default judgment. They'll get something mailed to them,
- 2:33:57you know, and and and then they will have to go from there, you know? Yes. And so that's what they that's what the debt collectors are expecting.
- 2:34:07And that's why, like, like, just read earlier during Roger's program,
- 2:34:12like, 70%
- 2:34:15and it could be in certain jurisdictions as high as 80%
- 2:34:19of all lawsuits filed,
- 2:34:22civil debt collection lawsuits,
- 2:34:24they
- 2:34:25are defaulted
- 2:34:28and in that particular range between 7080%.
- 2:34:33Like, they don't appear their default judgments.
- 2:34:35That's just amazing.
- 2:34:37Unknown: Thank you. Thank you for that. I Yep.
- 2:34:41As this gets closer,
- 2:34:43I'm gonna see what this
- 2:34:45what they say to this rescinding letter that Paul wrote.
- 2:34:49And,
- 2:34:50Unknown: you know Yeah. I'll I'll I could send the the notice of dispute to it's a template
- 2:34:56to Paul.
- 2:34:58And since he's already helping you, all you gotta do is it's already written out. You just gotta put your court in there and your court case number like, you know, who the plaintiff is and the caption, who the defendant is,
- 2:35:11and and then you just sign it and date it at the bottom and then there's a certificate of service you fill out and then you send a copy. You gotta put the the opposing council's
- 2:35:22name and address in there. You know, whoever whoever the
- 2:35:26the attorney is that's representing the the
- 2:35:29the
- 2:35:30the lawsuit and you gotta send them a copy. Just send it first class mail.
- 2:35:36Send send a copy to the court and the clerk will file it into the court And you could follow-up in a couple of days with you know, call the clerk and say, hey. About four or five days ago, I mailed you
- 2:35:49a filing. And
- 2:35:51can you can did you were you able to file that into the court? I just wanna make sure you filed it. And they'll they'll say yay or nay.
- 2:35:58You know? Okay.
- 2:36:00So,
- 2:36:01and and get that into the court and
- 2:36:04and they now,
- 2:36:06they won't they won't stop collections because this is different.
- 2:36:10Like, when you initially get a collection letter,
- 2:36:14there are certain laws that they have to go by, the debt collector. So if you dispute the the debt,
- 2:36:21then under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, they they have to stop all efforts to collect on that debt for thirty days while
- 2:36:29they conduct an investigation
- 2:36:31to give you some some more information as far as what you are
- 2:36:37disputing in your dispute letter.
- 2:36:39But so none of that is applicable
- 2:36:42at this point because all of that has
- 2:36:44it's in the past but
- 2:36:46still you can dispute it in a court filing.
- 2:36:50You know, you can still do that because this is an active case
- 2:36:54and you could ask them for further, you know, evidence that you owe this debt. So
- 2:37:01and and they to some extent, they are obligated to respond to that. You know? Okay.
- 2:37:07So, anyway, hope that helps.
- 2:37:09Unknown: Thank you. Thank you so much.
- 2:37:15Unknown: Thank you. Is Nancy still here?
- 2:37:19Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:37:20Unknown: Hey, Nancy. I had a question.
- 2:37:23This this these deaths that you're tackling, were were they something that you entered into
- 2:37:29when you were a
- 2:37:31citizen,
- 2:37:33or are they something that they made up?
- 2:37:35Can you give some background?
- 2:37:37Unknown: No.
- 2:37:38Yeah. I was a I was a US citizen. And there was
- 2:37:42they probably I think they all
- 2:37:45go back to
- 2:37:47I was hospitalized about three years ago.
- 2:37:50And
- 2:37:51so I've had a loss. Also,
- 2:37:54I've had
- 2:37:56tremendous decrease in my income since
- 2:38:002021,
- 2:38:02since I got fired from my state job for not noncompliance with COVID crap.
- 2:38:06But
- 2:38:08this this like, the first one in November was related to my hospitalization
- 2:38:14in 2023.
- 2:38:18And I have become a a national
- 2:38:21in 2023.
- 2:38:22So I think it so that was I probably actually, that one, I probably still I was a national by then for the hospitalization.
- 2:38:31Of course, you know, when you go to emergency room, you're not really that concerned about that.
- 2:38:37Unknown: Right.
- 2:38:41Unknown: When you're when you're Yeah. There's charges that they can run up in a hospital. I mean, I had a dislocated shoulder and this is, jeez, at least ten years ago. And they ran up a bill of $30,000
- 2:38:51on me.
- 2:38:54That's insane.
- 2:38:55My chiropractor told me, he says, I would have come to him, he he said he would have put it in. He's at $40 a visit.
- 2:39:05Unknown: Yeah. Well and and and I
- 2:39:07a friend of mine was saying how how she,
- 2:39:11years ago,
- 2:39:13talked to I don't know how much they've charged for taking out a splinter from her three year old while she was admitted for
- 2:39:22I think,
- 2:39:24she was running a fever. She was experiencing
- 2:39:27some medical emergency, and she had her
- 2:39:30toddler child with her. And
- 2:39:33but they charged, like,
- 2:39:36couple thousand dollars
- 2:39:39for taking out the splinter for from her child.
- 2:39:42But she got on the phone and
- 2:39:45entered into
- 2:39:46negotiation,
- 2:39:47and I think she only paid end up paying, like, a $150
- 2:39:50or like that. But so most people just don't want
- 2:39:54to deal with negotiating.
- 2:39:56I mean, that's something else that we're also not
- 2:39:59we're conditioned
- 2:40:01to do, to not negotiate,
- 2:40:03to be fearful of negotiating.
- 2:40:07So it's a hassle. It takes effort.
- 2:40:09You know? It takes lots.
- 2:40:11Unknown: Well, the other thing I just like to throw out there is
- 2:40:16and I don't like using the term national. I just assume call myself a Californian.
- 2:40:22Is that once
- 2:40:24we've elected to change our status,
- 2:40:28we shouldn't be using their system anymore to beat them.
- 2:40:33We should try to remain in the private and not be in the public.
- 2:40:38And the best explanation of what that means
- 2:40:43is
- 2:40:44the way Brost explains it. It's very difficult to get through your mind because we're so brainwashed, but there's a there's a public and a private and how it's supposed to be used when it was used and how it was used,
- 2:40:57and they flipped it.
- 2:40:59And that that's the status that I think that we should be trying to
- 2:41:04ascertain.
- 2:41:06And it's it's it's like, yeah, who is that that they're talking about it? I mean, if it's from the old world that you were in,
- 2:41:14it's that what Brose calls the resin trust. It's a thing
- 2:41:20and because it's not flesh and blood anymore
- 2:41:22it comes under admiralty law according to him. So
- 2:41:29it it it changed and the
- 2:41:32first thing that they used to decide in court,
- 2:41:35any court,
- 2:41:36was whether they had jurisdiction or not.
- 2:41:39Well, they presume all that now.
- 2:41:41And that's another place where,
- 2:41:44you know,
- 2:41:46it I mean, it's it's an assumptive thing. I mean, if if you show up, they have jurisdiction. That's what Stamper says.
- 2:41:53And he has in his abatement,
- 2:41:56he has a pre court letter that he sends him telling him he knows that that's their policy,
- 2:42:05yet he still is objecting to it in writing
- 2:42:09and telling them why.
- 2:42:12I mean, I we're never gonna figure out how to get out of this if we don't practice it, I guess, is what I'm trying to say.
- 2:42:20Yield.
- 2:42:21Unknown: Well,
- 2:42:24I I take one step at a time, Samuel, with what's right in front of me.
- 2:42:30And this is I understand. This is
- 2:42:33my
- 2:42:34mastery class in this particular area.
- 2:42:38So that's my my mission, you know, is to do what's mine
- 2:42:42to do.
- 2:42:43And this evidently is mine to do right now.
- 2:42:47So
- 2:42:48Right. The so just in even looking at the coaching around
- 2:42:53the potential being, you know, being put on the stand to be examined
- 2:42:58by the plaintiff,
- 2:43:00the the the
- 2:43:01debt collector,
- 2:43:03you know, because first obstacle I had to go through
- 2:43:06is recognize, oh, my legal person. And I don't know if this legal person that they're putting in front of me on paper is my legal person. Most we don't we're not trained to think that way. We're not conditioned to think that way. Right? Yeah. So
- 2:43:22that was just the next little hurdle or change in my thinking,
- 2:43:28even
- 2:43:29with my
- 2:43:31what I've learned here
- 2:43:33with Roger and
- 2:43:36other groups.
- 2:43:38And that was seemed pretty solid,
- 2:43:41solidly based in my understanding of the law and legalese
- 2:43:45at this point. So,
- 2:43:47you know, what you're talking about is,
- 2:43:50you know, right now for me, it's not
- 2:43:54I I don't see its
- 2:43:57Unknown: immediate relevance. I that's why I asked you whether the this was under citizenship
- 2:44:02or not, and
- 2:44:04Unknown: was it valid? You know? Well well, it was well and so we could talk about valid.
- 2:44:09We know that they they write this off under their taxes, so they've gotten value. They've sold it
- 2:44:15at least once, who knows how many times.
- 2:44:18But so they have,
- 2:44:20you know, under a fraudulent
- 2:44:22monetary system,
- 2:44:25what is my obligation?
- 2:44:27Right? And and who's
- 2:44:30Unknown: unjust ly enriched? Nancy, don't forget that the the the original creditor had an insurance policy on it. So they got paid by insurance
- 2:44:39also.
- 2:44:41Unknown: Right. And and and I I don't even think about that
- 2:44:44initially, Larry. So that's right. So in unpacking, you know, trying to
- 2:44:51relearn or to learn new anew,
- 2:44:54you know, coming in clean hands, being
- 2:44:57responsible
- 2:44:58on
- 2:45:00as a national as a state citizen, as a
- 2:45:03free inhabitant of the republic. You know,
- 2:45:07Unknown: it
- 2:45:10Unknown: it takes a while to understand
- 2:45:13and to because I wanna be
- 2:45:15honorable.
- 2:45:17Unknown: But then I If I may. Under
- 2:45:19Unknown: unpack that, oh, this whole thing is fraud.
- 2:45:23This whole thing is fraud and how how Absolutely. Approach it with honor.
- 2:45:28Unknown: Right.
- 2:45:29Unknown: I just wanna say,
- 2:45:31just remember,
- 2:45:33everything they do is in fraud.
- 2:45:36They don't loan you any money. They don't loan us any money. They create current
- 2:45:42c
- 2:45:43with the ink
- 2:45:45from your signature,
- 2:45:47your autograph.
- 2:45:49Oh,
- 2:45:50Unknown: yeah. Yeah.
- 2:45:52Yeah. I'm I'm I'm very much aware about that,
- 2:45:55Unknown: Dave. Thank you. A judge a judge reviewed my $30,000
- 2:45:59Unknown: debt, and he I know you are, Nancy. I know you are. I'm just saying it for anybody that's out there listening that doesn't know. Right? Oh, sure. Just for to, you know, to add to the conversation
- 2:46:11that these these banksters, these fraudsters,
- 2:46:15they're gangsters
- 2:46:16and right? They've been ripping us off since since we were in the womb,
- 2:46:23and I yield.
- 2:46:25Unknown: That that that $30,000
- 2:46:27debt that that
- 2:46:28hospital wanted to put on me, a judge reviewed it and dismissed it.
- 2:46:33Never heard it from him again.
- 2:46:36Never paid a dime.
- 2:46:38I don't know why.
- 2:46:40Unknown: Dave, what you're saying is true
- 2:46:42that they don't loan you anything and, of course, Roger teaches us that your signature is what creates the currency.
- 2:46:50But all of that is kind of irrelevant in the sense that
- 2:46:54when you sign the application in that application,
- 2:46:57it says that you are promising to pay back
- 2:47:00all of the so called money you're borrowing from the bank
- 2:47:04because they're not you're not borrowing anything from them,
- 2:47:08obviously, which you just talked about.
- 2:47:11But you signed that you would pay back that so called loan of credit.
- 2:47:17And so all the judge can look at is that contract. So, Samuel, even what you're saying does you know, were you a US citizen or is this for US citizens?
- 2:47:27It's all irrelevant because if you sign that, you signed it under that legal person that you would be dependent And
- 2:47:35Unknown: that's why I asked Nancy for the first time. I I never had any background on,
- 2:47:40you know, where she was starting this from. And that's
- 2:47:43the reason I asked.
- 2:47:45Unknown: Oh, and I I mean, actually, so summer of twenty twenty three, I'd submitted my affidavit in March 2023. So I was
- 2:47:55no longer a US citizen at that time.
- 2:47:59But
- 2:48:01I I'm at this particular point, I I'm agreeing with
- 2:48:05Larry in terms of this is contractual and commercial
- 2:48:11in nature,
- 2:48:13least that I can
- 2:48:15most clearly and solidly stand on.
- 2:48:19So that makes the most sense that
- 2:48:21that I can move forward on and defend it. So I'm open to further broadening of my
- 2:48:29perspective and knowledge base. But I think that the most powerful thing is understanding
- 2:48:35how to challenge and dispute. And I think that's what kind of the message, like, your experience with the hospital
- 2:48:42debt.
- 2:48:43And
- 2:48:45and and my experience is disputing it and being willing to stand up, you know, saying I, oh, and so, you know, the time that I was in March in March of this year, when this
- 2:48:59debt collector whose court date is for this coming Monday, they've not done anything, they've not filed their bill of particulars,
- 2:49:06They didn't have any proof of claim at the time of the initial hearing.
- 2:49:11But,
- 2:49:15you know, it's it's it's just calling their bluff, being willing to call them on their bluff.
- 2:49:21Unknown: Well, like Larry says, they're they're taking these big bundles of numbers,
- 2:49:26you know, of debt,
- 2:49:28and they're doing the numbers on them. They they know they're gonna get all these default judgments. They probably borrowed money against it because it's so,
- 2:49:36you know profitable
- 2:49:39and they know what the numbers are. It's sort of just like insurance companies. They they know what they're gonna be paying out roughly unless there's a huge disaster. Right? And they they bank it. Well, and the court makes a lot of money. I mean, it's $60 court cost just for that initial hearing,
- 2:49:56Unknown: and it says us the stack of papers in front of that plaintiff's attorney is about a foot high, if not higher. And that's just one session for about an hour or an hour and a half. And there's probably two or three other courts going on at the same time.
- 2:50:11Unknown: There's also that resident trust who might be getting billed
- 2:50:15as well. Yeah.
- 2:50:18Unknown: Oh, know what I wanted way beyond the court cost. Who knows what that is. Right? Oh, yeah. Yeah. And what the the court what the judge or magistrate
- 2:50:26asked me after I, you know, came up to the front and just she said, well,
- 2:50:31why do you feel that this is not your
- 2:50:35debt?
- 2:50:36I thought, well, that's interesting. Feel? Feel. That's cute. Yeah. It was cute. Yeah. It's like, okay. Because I'm just watching. I'm trying to try to pay attention to the words that are used.
- 2:50:46And and I said to her, I said, well, I've reviewed the documents that the plaintiff has have submitted to me, and I'm not persuaded that that it's a legal obligation of mine.
- 2:50:59That was the initial hearing. So then, you know, it's that's all that I said. That's all that was needed. Right? And so but I I didn't say anything about feel.
- 2:51:09Unknown: That's like, that's funny. Why do I A lot of these a lot of these attorneys and judges,
- 2:51:14they know each other. They're friends.
- 2:51:17I'm sure. Literally, they're friends. They
- 2:51:20they have been dealing with each other for years. In Duval County here,
- 2:51:24this one debt collector I was dealing with, Haight Haight and Landau,
- 2:51:29and I think they're in a couple of states.
- 2:51:31And they are big time debt collectors for the for Bank of America and several other big banking institutions.
- 2:51:39And I went and looked on the docket, and I went back ten years
- 2:51:43to see how many cases
- 2:51:45they filed
- 2:51:47and with and with what and with what judges they filed them with.
- 2:51:51And it was into the thousands.
- 2:51:54Like, in one year, you might have, like, 200 cases filed
- 2:51:59against people.
- 2:52:01And so these same attorneys
- 2:52:04are in front of these judges
- 2:52:07Unknown: all the time, every day, day in and day out. Are getting kickbacks on every default judgment they write. And That's true. Just remember the three Stooges attorneys were
- 2:52:19Dewey, Cheatham, and Howe.
- 2:52:22Unknown: Exactly. I mean, the the judge has agreed handicaps on the golf course.
- 2:52:28Unknown: The judges, I mean, they're depending on their retirement through this whole system.
- 2:52:33So, of course, they're gonna give debt collectors
- 2:52:36favorable,
- 2:52:37you know, ruling.
- 2:52:40Unknown: Yes. Can I can I butt in a minute?
- 2:52:44Sure. While my while my mind's holding with what, is is this Nancy or Julie?
- 2:52:50Unknown: This is Nancy.
- 2:52:52Unknown: Nancy.
- 2:52:53Okay.
- 2:52:55When you said you don't feel you know, they said, do you feel like you owe this debt?
- 2:53:01What what you said, okay. Then you answered
- 2:53:05again and said,
- 2:53:08Unknown: what I said that just kinda stopped them or shut them up? I just no. This is the initial hearing of the creditor.
- 2:53:15So you get the warrant of debt after, you know, they've reached out to you, sent you a couple mailings, and you don't respond.
- 2:53:22And or you have, and they still take you to court. So this is the initial hearing.
- 2:53:27And Oh, okay. Most Mhmm. As Larry is saying, most of the people
- 2:53:33in that stack of paper of court cases do not dispute. They don't show up. So it's a default judgment. So when the the magistrate asked me, you know, I came up, say, woah. Woah. I'm here. I'm here. They'll go on because it's like lightning fast.
- 2:53:49It just it just this is like one act, you know, default default, you know.
- 2:53:53But I said,
- 2:53:55well, I've reviewed
- 2:53:56the documents
- 2:53:58that the plaintiff
- 2:53:59has sent me and submitted. Because at that
- 2:54:03anything really into the court yet.
- 2:54:07But
- 2:54:09I I think for some reason,
- 2:54:11they'd sent me
- 2:54:14what they typically send for bill of particulars. But I just said, well, I've reviewed
- 2:54:20what they have sent me, and I'm not persuaded
- 2:54:24that it's a legal obligation of mine. So I just had thought about that previous
- 2:54:30to prior to going in there, I was prepared
- 2:54:33with what I was gonna say.
- 2:54:35Unknown: Right? And actually And the whole court thing is an assembly line.
- 2:54:39Unknown: Yeah. Like you said, it's going so fast.
- 2:54:42Unknown: Yeah. And I just Basically,
- 2:54:44Unknown: what Nancy's saying is there's three answers.
- 2:54:47Yes, no, and I don't know, and she chose the I don't know answer.
- 2:54:51Unknown: Oh, yeah. That's very good, Larry.
- 2:54:54Unknown: Okay.
- 2:54:55That's good.
- 2:54:56That's good. I wanted to talk to while that was I didn't wanna interrupt. No.
- 2:55:01That was that was very
- 2:55:03and then you said then you said, did they stop at that point? What happened then?
- 2:55:08Unknown: They scheduled for the trial. And then the court ordered
- 2:55:13the plaintiff, the debt collector,
- 2:55:15to submit to the court and to me the their proof of claim, their bill of particulars
- 2:55:21by a certain date,
- 2:55:23and that I was ordered court ordered to respond to that bill of particulars
- 2:55:28by a certain date to the court and to the plaintiff.
- 2:55:31And in this in this one particular case that's coming up this Monday, which won't happen,
- 2:55:37They didn't do any of that. They didn't submit they didn't have proof of claim on the hearing date,
- 2:55:42and I objected to it. I motioned
- 2:55:45I had the presence of mind to say, your honor, I motion to dismiss for lack of evidence.
- 2:55:51Unknown: Yes. And
- 2:55:53Unknown: and and she said, well, it was a female.
- 2:55:56Said, well,
- 2:55:58you know, I think that, you know, I would give you a continuance so that it's only fair
- 2:56:03to give the plaintiff a continuance
- 2:56:07too. And I just shut my mouth, and I was not gonna be belligerent or
- 2:56:11host hostile, because I'm play I'm approaching this
- 2:56:16in a high frequency state
- 2:56:18of gratitude and play.
- 2:56:22So Okay. This is a game,
- 2:56:25and I'm in this game,
- 2:56:27and I'm gonna learn how to play the game.
- 2:56:30Because
- 2:56:31I've already What is it? I've already volunteered into it. I've already joined this game.
- 2:56:37And so I've gotta, you know, if I wanna get out of this game, stop playing this game, I it's time for me to grow up and learn how to play this game,
- 2:56:46you know. So
- 2:56:48so I so it sounds that's a really good shorthand thing, Larry, of yes, no, or I don't know. And I just
- 2:56:55because when I looked at doing a chapter seven bankruptcy
- 2:56:58in last summer,
- 2:57:00and some attorneys two attorneys, you know, your name is on the is public information that you're under this lawsuit. So you get solicitations
- 2:57:08from lawyers that who want to defend you.
- 2:57:12And one of I called them both, and one of them said, well, you know, when you go into the court, just say don't say anything about your contacting a tore an attorney or you you're doing gonna do chapter seven bankruptcy or anything. Just say you're you need further time to evaluate
- 2:57:29the the information
- 2:57:31and consultant it and to consult counsel.
- 2:57:35And so
- 2:57:36they that's basically saying the same thing I don't know, Is that you're you're not prepared to answer yes or no. I need more time, your honor. So but I just I just it was curious. It was interesting to know that how they frame the question. How do you why do you feel
- 2:57:54that this is not
- 2:57:56your your debt or your,
- 2:57:58you know, your debt obligation?
- 2:58:00Feel. Oh,
- 2:58:01my feelings have nothing to do with this.
- 2:58:06Unknown: Wouldn't read too much into that. That's the way a lot of people talk. Like, even when you got news anchors
- 2:58:12giving interviews, they they they'll say to their, guest,
- 2:58:16you know, how do you feel about the like, after they ask their question, how do you feel about this? That's just how people talk in America. That judge was just trying to be friendly but still
- 2:58:25show that she's
- 2:58:28she's inwardly siding with her constituents,
- 2:58:31Unknown: the other attorneys. I don't care what the what the the court's motivation. I'm not assigning any particular
- 2:58:40weight or strategy or agenda. I'm just noting
- 2:58:44that that's what they asked me, that why do you feel this? Because I'm not approaching it on a feeling basis. I'm not gonna answer to the feeling question. I'm just going to stick. And that's what you need to you have need to have your script,
- 2:58:57and it's good to know the parameters of what you're gonna answer.
- 2:59:02You know, I know that I was I I knew exactly what I was gonna say,
- 2:59:07and I was gonna stick to the script. And I knew what to expect because of a that free consult with an attorney that
- 2:59:15the purpose of the meeting is gonna be this, and you only have to say this.
- 2:59:20And then what's gonna happen is they're gonna schedule a court date.
- 2:59:23And then you from that point on,
- 2:59:26you make other choices. So it helps to know,
- 2:59:30Larry, for me, just in my process,
- 2:59:34to know the the extent of their the arena
- 2:59:38and the consequences,
- 2:59:39immediate consequences of that,
- 2:59:42environment.
- 2:59:43Right? So they're gonna ask me this. They're gonna ask me that. And the outcome the outcome here is they're gonna schedule a trial date.
- 2:59:52Right? That's all that's gonna happen. That helps me to prepare and not
- 2:59:57not and to reduce my anxiety.
- 3:00:00Right? So that I am more in charge of my emotions
- 3:00:04or anxiety. Because, you know, fear inhibits our critical thinking.
- 3:00:09Unknown: If you wanted to be assertive
- 3:00:11and polite toward the judge when she said, how do you feel about this? Is this your is this your debt?
- 3:00:17How do you feel about this? She could say, well, your honor, if you're asking me what my thoughts are,
- 3:00:23I don't know if this is my debt. So far,
- 3:00:27opposing counsel hasn't provided any evidence that would show that I am legally obligated to pay this debt.
- 3:00:34And then you just keep quiet and wait for the judge or the opposing counsel to respond.
- 3:00:40And that's how he really handles a matter like that. So
- 3:00:44Unknown: Yeah. Well, that's that's that's wonderful. And what I did was perfectly appropriate too. So,
- 3:00:51you know, people are not gonna use the exact same words, but the essence of
- 3:00:57what you're trying to accomplish is
- 3:00:59what's important. I mean, you can follow you can so we're talking about scripts here. And I just knew, okay, this they have to prove their claim and what they prove. So I'm not going to really answer the I'm gonna answer respectfully and sit and friendly,
- 3:01:16civilly to the the judge. I'm not gonna be hostile or
- 3:01:20obstructionist. I'm saying, well, you know, they haven't proved it so far. I've looked at their documents, and I'm not persuaded
- 3:01:26that it's my legal
- 3:01:28obligation. It's not So so what you what you said was probably more elegant, I don't know, or more legalese.
- 3:01:36Unknown: Oh, you you you did fine. I'm just telling you how I would have approached that. That's all. You know? Yeah. Well, those are But That's that's a great You don't ever wanna be hostile toward a judge. That's that's a good way of, you know,
- 3:01:48losing your case
- 3:01:50and and having, you know definitely having a continuance granted,
- 3:01:54you know, as far as the opposing counsel's concerned. But another thing to it was brought up before,
- 3:02:01you know, what if the debt collector
- 3:02:04gets a copy, like, when they buy the portfolio
- 3:02:07from the original creditor containing thousands of of accounts,
- 3:02:12and it just so happens that there's a copy of your application
- 3:02:17in that electronic
- 3:02:18portfolio.
- 3:02:20And then they they they attach that as an exhibit to their
- 3:02:24to their complaint that they send you with the summons.
- 3:02:28And then they bring that up at the pretrial,
- 3:02:32you know, at the pretrial meeting or hearing, the pretrial hearing, whatever you wanna call that.
- 3:02:38Because what the judge is trying to determine is, is this is this a legitimate debt?
- 3:02:44That's why she asked you, you know, what what are what are your thoughts on this? And she asked me, how do I know, yes, do I feel?
- 3:02:50What's Right. It's either yes, it is my debt or no, it isn't my debt or I don't know if it's my debt. And that helps the judge because she's got a lot of cases on her docket.
- 3:03:00That helps her determine, you know, do we just need to dismiss this? Because what if you said, well, your honor, I mean, that's not even my name on on the complaint. Or, your honor, I mean, there's another person associated.
- 3:03:12I'm sure that's another person's name. Like, say it's the it's a similar name,
- 3:03:17but the the spelling is slightly different. You could say, well, that's not how I spell my name. I mean, the and I'm not familiar with that debt. And so the the judge can, you know, immediately dismiss it, and then they they would have to move on or get more more information if if this is your debt.
- 3:03:36Unknown: But Okay. Going back Larry, in an initial hearing like this,
- 3:03:41So,
- 3:03:43for instance,
- 3:03:45the
- 3:03:47this one is coming up for Monday. At the initial hearing,
- 3:03:52they didn't have anything to show the judge.
- 3:03:56They didn't have anything to proof of claim at the initial hearing.
- 3:04:00So
- 3:04:01number one, is it how how likely is it gonna be that there's gonna be a document
- 3:04:07that the plaintiff's attorney has is gonna be all that information? Very unlikely.
- 3:04:12So there You're right. In that case Right. They were expecting a that you wouldn't show up and that they would just get a default judgment. But they didn't miss didn't dismiss it. And I it wouldn't have been dismissed out of hand anyway because
- 3:04:25here in that in my case, they didn't have anything, and the judge didn't wanna dismiss it. I moved to dismiss for lack of evidence.
- 3:04:34And the the court wanted to give the plaintiff
- 3:04:38the opportunity
- 3:04:40to get their act together, which they haven't, which fine. If I'm not where the judge is in bed with the plaintiff. Sure. Sure. But my my point being so let's get back to
- 3:04:51the court testimony and affidavit
- 3:04:54from the custodian of records from the original alleged alleged original creditor.
- 3:04:59Even if they sent me a stack
- 3:05:02that had a contract,
- 3:05:04number one, it's not gonna be a credit card application. It's not gonna be in my signature.
- 3:05:09Right? Is it because it's something online.
- 3:05:12So
- 3:05:13I'm going if they do not have certification and affidavit from the alleged original creditor
- 3:05:19certifying that the documents that they have, that they bought, they they're presenting
- 3:05:23are valid and correct, it's hearsay
- 3:05:26and inadmissible.
- 3:05:29So that's gonna be my point of attack. I'm gonna stay on that baby all the way to the end.
- 3:05:35Unknown: So Well, just remember though that you brought up a
- 3:05:39was an application done online.
- 3:05:41An electronic signature
- 3:05:43there's there's some type of law that was passed
- 3:05:46several decades ago, and electronic signature is just as valid. Like, if you print your name That's argument,
- 3:05:53Larry. Well, I know. I'm just saying that FYI,
- 3:05:56it's just as valid as a as a I know. A a wet ink signature.
- 3:06:01Unknown: My point, Larry, my point
- 3:06:04is if they do not have
- 3:06:07under penalty of perjury an affidavit,
- 3:06:10a sworn firsthand knowledge testimony
- 3:06:13from the alleged original correct creditor
- 3:06:16stating that this document,
- 3:06:19these records are true and correct,
- 3:06:23which they unlikely
- 3:06:24to have,
- 3:06:26it's hearsay
- 3:06:27and inadmissible.
- 3:06:29So it doesn't even matter
- 3:06:31if they have a contract
- 3:06:32that appears to be signed.
- 3:06:34If the documents they are using as evidence, a proof of claim, do not begin and end with
- 3:06:41an affidavit from the alleged original creditor
- 3:06:45who's a custodian of records,
- 3:06:48they don't got butt kiss.
- 3:06:51It's hearsay.
- 3:06:53So you have to know that. Like, I have there's another
- 3:06:57creditor
- 3:06:58from
- 3:07:00about the same time that I've done a dispute.
- 3:07:04Just not it's not gone to court yet. They haven't submitted for a warrant of debt.
- 3:07:09But
- 3:07:11they've sent me a a terms of agreement.
- 3:07:15But there's nothing in those pages
- 3:07:18that tie it to my me,
- 3:07:20to my account. It's just general terms of agreement for a line of credit with them.
- 3:07:25So but and that doesn't even matter.
- 3:07:28Because what I know now,
- 3:07:30if they do not have
- 3:07:33from the original creditor
- 3:07:36an affidavit,
- 3:07:37sworn testimony from someone with per firsthand knowledge,
- 3:07:43they don't have anything. It's all in it. It's hearsay.
- 3:07:46That's so powerful. Now, if they do have that, then I'm okay. What's the worst thing that that's gonna happen? Oh,
- 3:07:54I I get to negotiate a settlement.
- 3:07:58Okay.
- 3:08:01So I'm prepared for that.
- 3:08:04Unknown: So but I do you understand what I'm saying? The the point is Yeah. Settlement's always good. I mean, if you could only pay for half the or even a third of the debt,
- 3:08:13you know, if you can negotiate it down to a third of what it was, that's always a win win. You know? They're getting something, and you're getting rid of that a potential judgment or you're getting rid of, you know, what the original value was for that debt,
- 3:08:28that's always a good thing.
- 3:08:30So agree with you. Yeah. They definitely have to have an affidavit.
- 3:08:34Unknown: Right. That is true. So that so regardless
- 3:08:38of the stack of papers that they present,
- 3:08:41it's not gonna be at the first initial hearing anyway.
- 3:08:44Because they're they're trusting that most people are not gonna show up, and they may not have anything to show like this latest
- 3:08:51example that I've shared.
- 3:08:53So
- 3:08:54but it's so important to know that no matter how thick that stack of papers in the bill of particulars or whatever they wanna call it, the proof of claim that they're submitting, you're looking for
- 3:09:06an affidavit from the original alleged the alleged original creditor.
- 3:09:11Now they might have
- 3:09:13an affidavit from within their organization,
- 3:09:16like LVNV Funding is the plaintiff in these two case recent cases of mine.
- 3:09:22They have an affidavit
- 3:09:24within their organization,
- 3:09:26their custodian of records. I don't care.
- 3:09:29It means nothing. It's hearsay because they don't have the original
- 3:09:33predator.
- 3:09:35So it's hearsay. It's invisible.
- 3:09:37So
- 3:09:38once you really understand
- 3:09:40that and you just start looking at what they've sent you,
- 3:09:44it's go, well, this doesn't matter. This doesn't matter. It's all hearsay.
- 3:09:48I mean, that
- 3:09:50Unknown: Nancy?
- 3:09:51Unknown: What?
- 3:09:53Unknown: Well, I I just wanna interject why we're here. Well, I think why we're here.
- 3:09:58And I'm I'm not trying to say that this is
- 3:10:02directly applicable to what you're doing right now,
- 3:10:05but just as an interjection into the way we should be thinking as a group
- 3:10:11is
- 3:10:12there's two words
- 3:10:15that control all the laws
- 3:10:17and all The US citizens.
- 3:10:21Those two words are born
- 3:10:23and reside.
- 3:10:26So if you're asked how you feel
- 3:10:29if I'm asked how I feel about it, well, I would tell them I feel that I wasn't born and I don't reside and I can back it up with my paperwork.
- 3:10:40And that the original creditor
- 3:10:42is my lord and savior
- 3:10:44and not you clowns.
- 3:10:48Unknown: Well, I I appreciate that, Samuel, but I'm not there. I mean, I understand that your perspective,
- 3:10:55and I don't see how that would
- 3:10:57Don't don't you think the judge would run over that, roll over that real quick? I don't see that how that's gonna serve me in that setting. I I just don't at this point. It's not gonna serve you, especially when you're in their setting and they've got jurisdiction.
- 3:11:10Unknown: But I'm just saying to ask my agent to my 90 year old mother-in-law,
- 3:11:15how do you feel, mom? She would hold her hand up and put her two fingers on her thumb and rub them together.
- 3:11:22That's how she felt.
- 3:11:25Unknown: As an as an ultimate goal,
- 3:11:28it used to be understood
- 3:11:30that they passed that fourteenth amendment
- 3:11:33to give black slaves
- 3:11:35civil rights,
- 3:11:37not constitutional
- 3:11:38protections,
- 3:11:39civil rights.
- 3:11:43Unknown: Well, freedom is is knowing, being able to discern
- 3:11:48what's in front of you
- 3:11:50and how to respond.
- 3:11:53Unknown: Yeah. And it it and we're so far from thinking that way because we've been brainwashed all our lives.
- 3:12:00Unknown: Well, you know, I'm I'm grateful
- 3:12:02for each piece of information that I get. What I I I've I'm discovering and practicing and playing with,
- 3:12:10experimenting
- 3:12:11in the laboratory of my life
- 3:12:14is this particular arena.
- 3:12:16And
- 3:12:18I think it's
- 3:12:19immeasurably
- 3:12:20well, I think it's very powerful to understand about the business exemption rule and about hearsay.
- 3:12:26It's very powerful, and that frees people. So that is another way in which we can free ourselves from the fraud that we have
- 3:12:34volunteered into, been co you know,
- 3:12:37Unknown: we've we've gotten ourselves involved in. So Nancy, I missed the business exemption rule. What is that?
- 3:12:45Unknown: It's about hearsay.
- 3:12:47So you would look under
- 3:12:49your state's
- 3:12:51court rules of evidence under hearsay,
- 3:12:54and
- 3:12:55there's
- 3:12:56it'll probably vary a little bit from state to state. But there's federal rules, but usually, these matters are are done in your general district court, so it's state.
- 3:13:06And you'll see where it when it starts talking about
- 3:13:11firsthand knowledge,
- 3:13:13direct knowledge,
- 3:13:15someone being able to testify who had from in around the time of the events
- 3:13:21and can testify
- 3:13:22to the validity of
- 3:13:25the accuracy of the information. So it's has to do with
- 3:13:31the original
- 3:13:33predator.
- 3:13:34What it's it's talking about hearsay.
- 3:13:37Right, Dave? So
- 3:13:39in in these contracts,
- 3:13:42these debt situations,
- 3:13:44the original creditor
- 3:13:45doesn't certify the accuracy
- 3:13:48and validity.
- 3:13:49They don't have someone a a custodian of records.
- 3:13:53They don't sell with their portfolios
- 3:13:55of of receivables when they sell them off. Discharge they're discharging these accounts.
- 3:14:01They don't have some they don't have certification,
- 3:14:04validation, someone who is
- 3:14:06under penalty of perjury,
- 3:14:08a document
- 3:14:10that goes along with
- 3:14:12that information,
- 3:14:13that validates the debt, the the the account. Got it. Thank you very much.
- 3:14:19You're welcome.
- 3:14:23So, Samuel, I just you know, this is for me, it's a way
- 3:14:27that I can tangibly
- 3:14:29not only
- 3:14:31free myself one account at a time that's in front of me. I think it's very powerful information.
- 3:14:41Unknown: No. I'm not saying that what you're doing isn't admirable and
- 3:14:45empowering. What I'm saying is as a group, ultimately, we need to think that in the futures,
- 3:14:51how do we conduct ourselves like, you know, maybe private contracts with private money for things that we need when we need to raise capital and and empower each other with our own contracts, our own paperwork,
- 3:15:06you know, because that's our power to to to do this.
- 3:15:11And it it if we don't exercise it, we just keep losing it more and more.
- 3:15:17Unknown: Well, learning learning the basics of contract and how to interact with that system. Unfortunately, until it's dead or goes away, it becomes trampled or
- 3:15:27we're gonna have to know how to interact with it.
- 3:15:31Unknown: Yeah. We just wanna be equitable with each other and unfortunately we enter into these contracts with the system
- 3:15:37which is not fair or equitable. It
- 3:15:40takes advantage of us and it milks us
- 3:15:43every step of the way that it can and it punishes us for things that are not punishable
- 3:15:50prior to the fourteenth amendment.
- 3:15:54Unknown: Yeah.
- 3:15:57Yep.
- 3:15:59Unknown: Agree. Or the loss of common law essentially. You know, you need a harm party or or property in order to have a claim, an action.
- 3:16:08And
- 3:16:09that's that's the kind of world I wanna live in. I you know?
- 3:16:14Unknown: I appreciate all y'all's input. This is Christian.
- 3:16:17I didn't mean to butt in, but
- 3:16:19I'm gonna go I'm gonna check and see when this letter has hit
- 3:16:24them.
- 3:16:25And you know what? What y'all have
- 3:16:27I've taken notes, and I'll
- 3:16:29I'll be back Monday.
- 3:16:32I don't wanna distract another, but y'all have really given me some some power.
- 3:16:40Unknown: Oh, good, Christian.
- 3:16:45Unknown: I I appreciate it, Larry and and Nancy,
- 3:16:50Dewey, her,
- 3:16:52everyone.
- 3:17:01Unknown: And Sherry.
- 3:17:03Glad we were of help, Christian.
- 3:17:06Unknown: What's that?
- 3:17:08Unknown: I said and Sherry,
- 3:17:10and then glad glad we were of help.
- 3:17:13Unknown: Oh oh, immensely.
- 3:17:15Immensely.
- 3:17:18And we need to pray that we empower ourselves
- 3:17:22with the Lord
- 3:17:24in these situations
- 3:17:26because I'll tell you,
- 3:17:28like y'all all say, how we're
- 3:17:32sold sold out from our birth. You know? And
- 3:17:36I I love y'all all. Be praying for y'all y'all's protection and y'all's wisdom would increase
- 3:17:45exceedingly,
- 3:17:46abundantly above that which you can't even ask or think.
- 3:17:50In Jesus' name.
- 3:17:54Unknown: Hey, Christian. Don't forget
- 3:17:56Unknown: don't forget your breathing exercises.
- 3:17:59Unknown: Oh, yeah. I did hold on to that tree like you told me to the other day
- 3:18:05and took off my boots out there in the in in town.
- 3:18:13Thank you for that too.
- 3:18:15Unknown: You had access to the chat, there's a lot of info in there also.
- 3:18:21If someone has your email address, I can text it over to them.
- 3:18:27Unknown: Like
- 3:18:29I say, I've man, I'm I trust all y'all, but I I'm so scared now.
- 3:18:36You know, I'm just worried about them getting, I asked Paul. I think he said they wouldn't be able to get my email after I changed my
- 3:18:44accounts and everything.
- 3:18:46And I'm just I get a warning on there. Don't give email out. And and, you know, that's the only thing I'm I'm really I'm really
- 3:18:56like a snake. I I am not stepping on that snake right now.
- 3:19:02Unknown: Well, how are you gonna get information
- 3:19:04if no one has your email?
- 3:19:08Unknown: Yeah. Ranch
- 3:19:10dot chitango dot com. He can get the information that's in the chat,
- 3:19:15Unknown: a lot of the good stuff.
- 3:19:17Unknown: Don't you think we have don't you think we have leaks of people trying to
- 3:19:23find out what we're doing and and find out and then pose as
- 3:19:29interlopers?
- 3:19:31Unknown: What? Like me for ten years or more?
- 3:19:34Unknown: No. Not like you. No. I'm just saying.
- 3:19:38I did you know, I'm and that's why I try to, thank everybody that I've been hearing.
- 3:19:45I I trust y'all. You know? And I and I've already changed my status with the secretary of state,
- 3:19:51but I I
- 3:19:53I'm just saying,
- 3:19:57the hackers, which y'all were talking about today, how how
- 3:20:01the hackers are
- 3:20:03Unknown: Well, I think they would be bored with us with what we talk about.
- 3:20:08Unknown: Yeah. But what do you think these data centers are all about? I mean, they're collecting date data all the time. That's what they do. That's their job.
- 3:20:17And And that's help kill us too. Right?
- 3:20:21Unknown: Thank thank you. Thank you. That's what that's what these phones, these doggone
- 3:20:26iPhones, and and that's what they're doing. They're gathering information so they can pattern them
- 3:20:32pattern. We we don't know the truth from the untruth.
- 3:20:38Unknown: Cut off the data, and they don't need their their data centers go
- 3:20:42bankrupt.
- 3:20:44Unknown: Well, remember, they're doing it for a job. We're doing it from our hearts.
- 3:20:52Unknown: Big deal. Doing it to kill the planet. I mean, all the
- 3:20:57waste
- 3:20:58and the energy
- 3:21:01to take it takes to,
- 3:21:03you know, manipulate one of those stupid things. And then the Chinese, they've already figured out how to do it through your own phones. I mean, it's
- 3:21:14Unknown: And they're poisoning us poisonous with the food too.
- 3:21:18Unknown: Well, and the shots and everything else. Yeah. The air. And the dogs. Yeah.
- 3:21:23Unknown: They already know they already know what we're doing.
- 3:21:27And,
- 3:21:28you know, don't don't be
- 3:21:30don't be afraid.
- 3:21:32What does Christ say how many times in the Bible? Don't be afraid.
- 3:21:36Unknown: Fear not. That's right. Fear not.
- 3:21:40Unknown: Is their biggest
- 3:21:41weapon.
- 3:21:43So release the secret weapon.
- 3:21:47Listen. They they already know what we're doing, and they can't stop us.
- 3:21:52Unknown: Okay? Last night last night, Paul found a health manual from 2011,
- 3:21:58and I posted it a couple of times on here.
- 3:22:04And I sent it to YouTube, Murr.
- 3:22:06And
- 3:22:07Unknown: Thank you. I think I got it out of there and put it in the numeral two
- 3:22:12radio ranch, doctorthankyou.com.
- 3:22:15Unknown: No. Okay. Hey, Christian.
- 3:22:18Unknown: Yes.
- 3:22:19Unknown: I wanna just take a minute to elaborate on this idea of
- 3:22:24the
- 3:22:25debt collector has to provide an affidavit like Nancy was talking about.
- 3:22:30So when a third party debt collector or their law firm files a collection lawsuit,
- 3:22:36they must state their claim in the complaints, but they are not legally required
- 3:22:41to attach an affidavit from the original bank right away.
- 3:22:46So most states,
- 3:22:48Texas,
- 3:22:49only require the collector to attach enough basic paperwork
- 3:22:53to give you notice of what they are suing over such as a recent
- 3:22:58account statement or a generic bill of sale.
- 3:23:02The collector will eventually need an affidavit or a witness to win a trial
- 3:23:08or a summary judgment.
- 3:23:10They usually supply a sworn statement, get this, from their own employee,
- 3:23:16and I've seen this myself,
- 3:23:19a debt buyer representative
- 3:23:21who swears they reviewed the purchased electronic
- 3:23:24files.
- 3:23:25You can object to their employee's affidavit by arguing
- 3:23:30it is hearsay.
- 3:23:31Since the employee never worked for the original bank, they cannot legally swear
- 3:23:36to how the bank kept its records. That's what Nancy's talking about.
- 3:23:42Unknown: Yep.
- 3:23:44Unknown: And that's what that's what I got on an affidavit. It was like they they they
- 3:23:50they put it they put it so light
- 3:23:53that they signed their signature,
- 3:23:55and it's not on none of the attorneys
- 3:23:58that's listed on and I got that same one that
- 3:24:03that Nancy had is at LVBN
- 3:24:08in Utah
- 3:24:10collector.
- 3:24:12Unknown: Yep. They're a debt buyer. Big time debt buyer.
- 3:24:16They file thousands of lawsuits across the country probably
- 3:24:20every every week.
- 3:24:22Unknown: Yeah. Yep.
- 3:24:25Unknown: Wow. But what they do is they have these I've received them in the lawsuits that I that I was involved in,
- 3:24:34and they just they're they're so generic.
- 3:24:37You know? It's like anybody could have wrote this. And so and, you know, like Roger always says, unless you object,
- 3:24:44then you agree.
- 3:24:45And so if you don't if if you see that affidavit
- 3:24:48and you don't file an objection
- 3:24:51into the docket, you know, into the court record,
- 3:24:55that you are
- 3:24:57disagreeing that this could be entered as evidence,
- 3:25:00you know, this affidavit because this is all hearsay. I mean, who is this person? An out of state witness?
- 3:25:06And we don't even know if they worked for the original creditor.
- 3:25:10And so you can object to that, and you must object to it.
- 3:25:14Unknown: Oh, that is good. That is good.
- 3:25:17And make sure that's that that I object
- 3:25:20on their for on the record. Yeah.
- 3:25:29That that'd be a that'd be a nasty
- 3:25:32Unknown: tricks because most people don't know, like I said, how to conduct themselves in court.
- 3:25:38And so they they're not gonna know to object to that. You know? And that's probably why most people don't even show up.
- 3:25:48Unknown: Yeah. That that that they cannot
- 3:25:51that they cannot
- 3:25:52confirm
- 3:25:54through affidavit that they were the original
- 3:25:58employee of the debtor?
- 3:26:04Unknown: Well, they they that affidavit is not gonna be an affidavit by
- 3:26:09an employee for the original creditor.
- 3:26:12Okay. The custo specifically,
- 3:26:15custodian of records
- 3:26:16would have to
- 3:26:18for the the custodian of records for the original creditor, let's just say Bank of America was suing you and some law firm
- 3:26:26or a a third party debt collector
- 3:26:29has this account information
- 3:26:31and they attach an affidavit to it, that affidavit would have to be by the original creditor,
- 3:26:38Bank of America, and their custodian of record
- 3:26:41signing under penalties of perjury
- 3:26:43that they
- 3:26:44they have access to your account and that you defaulted on it and this was the amount. They would have to have all of that on a one or two page affidavit
- 3:26:54with specific information
- 3:26:56and it then it would have to be notarized.
- 3:27:00That is what an affidavit
- 3:27:01Unknown: That's why your objection would be hearsay because it's
- 3:27:06and and you have to give a reason. So when you object, you have to get a reason and
- 3:27:12then the judge
- 3:27:13should comment one way or the other because you're giving him that chance to put his opinion
- 3:27:20on whether you're accurate or not. And that then if it it's against you is appealable.
- 3:27:26Unknown: Okay. Exactly.
- 3:27:29Unknown: And the judge can't say duly noted if you have an objection.
- 3:27:34He has to say either
- 3:27:35objection sustained
- 3:27:37or
- 3:27:38Unknown: whatever the other Okay. Of that is. Right. Well, the judge can reserve their their right to
- 3:27:46they could reserve their their ruling.
- 3:27:49They they could rule at a later time too. There's always three choices.
- 3:27:56Unknown: Not if you even don't courtroom
- 3:27:59kung fu guy.
- 3:28:02What's the three choices?
- 3:28:05Unknown: Well, they could sustain it. They could overrule it, or they could reserve their ruling.
- 3:28:11Unknown: Okay.
- 3:28:12Unknown: And when the judge is ambiguous,
- 3:28:14you could say objection,
- 3:28:15point of clarification,
- 3:28:18Unknown: and get him to clarify. Right. I said I didn't say that he could reserve
- 3:28:23his you know, hold off on his judgment. I said he can't say duly noted
- 3:28:28because sometimes they say that.
- 3:28:33Unknown: Right. And you you could ask for clarification from the judge because if you don't get a ruling out of them,
- 3:28:40then it's not appealable. You gotta get that on the record.
- 3:28:43Okay.
- 3:28:45Unknown: So you ask the judge
- 3:28:48what what do you ask the judge to
- 3:28:52Unknown: Well, I mean, if for one thing, you should always have if if you're at a hearing, you should have witnesses with you taking very specific notes of what they hear.
- 3:29:02And, you know, because sometimes
- 3:29:05sometimes it might be too late or whatever or someone can't afford to get a or maybe they can't get a a court reporter scheduled.
- 3:29:14And if you if you have a court reporter, you gotta give the opposing counsel,
- 3:29:18you know,
- 3:29:19notice.
- 3:29:20That's what due process is all about. You gotta give them a significant amount of time
- 3:29:26that you're, you know, that you plan on having a court reporter there.
- 3:29:31And but you wanna clarify what the judge if he says duly noted or whatever. You wanna say, judge,
- 3:29:38are you saying that you're reserving your ruling for a latter time?
- 3:29:42Because I I I need that ruling, you know, on appeal,
- 3:29:47you know, in case I need to appeal this this case.
- 3:29:50And so you wanna get all of that on the record, you wanna get your if you don't have a court reporter, you wanna get your witnesses to to, you know, mark that down in their notes that they actually heard that.
- 3:30:00And Yeah. So things like that, little little tricks, they all try to play on people
- 3:30:06that are ignorant.
- 3:30:08Unknown: Yeah. This is a small town. So this is a small town. And like you say that I don't know if that was you, Larry, or somebody said they're in bed with the the, planet.
- 3:30:19So that just
- 3:30:21that's your mother.
- 3:30:23Unknown: That's Well, that was Dave. Dave said that, and it is true. What he's saying is just like what I said, they all know each other. They're they're doing
- 3:30:32they're all they're all doing business. This is business to them. You know? Nothing personal to you. It's just business. Right? But like the mafia says.
- 3:30:40And
- 3:30:41they're they're trying to extort
- 3:30:43money from you. You know? But they all know each other. And, of course, the judge is gonna rule
- 3:30:49in the favor in favor of
- 3:30:51of his of
- 3:30:53his or her constituents
- 3:30:55because they they they work with each other on a daily basis.
- 3:30:59You know? They know each other. They might even go out in.
- 3:31:03Unknown: Larry, there's a guy in New York. His name is Eric, and he's got a a website called courtroomwatch.com.
- 3:31:13Courtroomwatch.com.
- 3:31:16You contact him if you're going to court,
- 3:31:19and he tries to put together a team to go to your hearings so they can, you know, be witnesses for you.
- 3:31:27Unknown: You know what? Just perfect. That that's what needs to be done. Yep. Okay. Let let me tell you what happened here. We had we
- 3:31:35had
- 3:31:36court watchers here before
- 3:31:39at at different times,
- 3:31:41And that judge said he would say, everybody out.
- 3:31:45Get every all these people, Republic of Texas or something like that. Get them out of here.
- 3:31:51And he emptied the courtroom
- 3:31:54from all court watchers.
- 3:32:00Unknown: What's their big thing over what
- 3:32:03Unknown: what's their big thing over not having someone record
- 3:32:08what's going on so they can go and actually get their notes down and what have you. What's that big deal over that?
- 3:32:17That's silly. Off data tracks and everything.
- 3:32:21I know. But thing is is
- 3:32:24you can tell by data tracks and stuff if something's been dubbed over or whatever or changed
- 3:32:31nowadays.
- 3:32:32They have experts in that.
- 3:32:35I know some.
- 3:32:36And,
- 3:32:37so what's the big deal over not having a recording?
- 3:32:43Or or someone recording?
- 3:32:46Unknown: Well, a judge may not allow you to have
- 3:32:49a judge may not allow you to have
- 3:32:51to a a judge may not allow anyone to record in their courtroom.
- 3:32:56They say it's their courtroom. They set the rules. For their court reporter.
- 3:33:02Well, I mean, it would be your court reporter. Well, some some jurisdictions,
- 3:33:06they actually have a court reporter, and that's up to you to find out. So if they if you find out they they don't have a court reporter,
- 3:33:15then you have to hire your own. And I always recommend that. I mean, that's what saved me
- 3:33:21this this last time I had a deal with a collection lawsuit. That that believe me, it saved me.
- 3:33:27And, otherwise, the judge would have ran ran right over me.
- 3:33:32So, anyway,
- 3:33:34you it's up to you to hire one and it costs around a $100
- 3:33:38and then they charge so much money per page.
- 3:33:41So say you have a fifteen minute hearing
- 3:33:43and it and that equates to, I don't know, a dozen pages
- 3:33:48and they might charge like $5
- 3:33:50a page.
- 3:33:52And so you owe them you have to pay the initial fee to hire them to be there. It might be a $100.
- 3:33:59And then after after the hearing is over with, you you would request the transcript
- 3:34:05and then you would pay for how many pages that that transcript transcript has been equated to.
- 3:34:11And that protects you on appeal
- 3:34:14because, you know, all courts
- 3:34:17except for traffic courts and there's there's another one in there. All courts in America really are courts of record.
- 3:34:25And the way to preserve the oral
- 3:34:28record is to have a court reporter in there, but you're not allowed to just record it and you can't use that on appeal. Like, if you secretly had your phone recording the whole hearing or the trial
- 3:34:41and then you knew the the the opposing counsel
- 3:34:44was doing some wrong things and the judge was not ruling correctly,
- 3:34:48you couldn't you can't create a transcript out of your own phone.
- 3:34:52You're right. You have to have a certified court reporter in there
- 3:34:56that's, you know, that that's certified by the state that they that they are allowed to be in there recording,
- 3:35:04you know, via via their their notes that they type in
- 3:35:08Unknown: in, you know, in the courtroom. So these are a lot of things you gotta take into consideration. Well, I I just want to throw in my in my special court martial forty six years ago coming up in June.
- 3:35:22They
- 3:35:23they missed a lot of stuff. I have a transcript that things like an inch and a half or more thick
- 3:35:30and they were missing some things in there. And they like it. They
- 3:35:36Unknown: like to double space it to to run up your cost so.
- 3:35:40Unknown: It didn't cost me a dime.
- 3:35:43Unknown: Yeah. But if I'm If if the court had had their own court reporter
- 3:35:48because that's just the way they do things, I wouldn't trust that. I'd still have my own in there.
- 3:35:54Now the court may not give you permission.
- 3:35:56They may say,
- 3:35:58well, we have our own court reporter, so I'm not going to allow that. Well, then what you do at that point is you get at least two other people to go with you, give them some paper and a pen, and just tell them to the best they can
- 3:36:13to write down everything they hear,
- 3:36:17you know, and that that could serve as as a a rec a court record for appeal purposes.
- 3:36:24Unknown: To people that know shorthand.
- 3:36:27Unknown: On
- 3:36:28in in on appeal, you gotta pay about $4,000?
- 3:36:34Unknown: No. If you appeal a case, it's it might be, like, $200 or whatever.
- 3:36:39Unknown: Okay.
- 3:36:40Stampers the judge could do anything he wants in his court, but they frown on him disturbing the public peace.
- 3:36:48But the bean counters are keeping track of all the judges and whether they're moneymakers or not.
- 3:36:54So if you tie them up
- 3:36:57and cost too much money,
- 3:36:59their tendency is to leave it go.
- 3:37:02And, of course,
- 3:37:04we should be using abatements in my opinion and not enter court.
- 3:37:09Unknown: That also goes
- 3:37:11with the prosecutors.
- 3:37:13Unknown: If they have your case on on the desk for very long, they wanna get rid of it.
- 3:37:22Unknown: God bless y'all.
- 3:37:24I'm gonna leave y'all alone, and I'm gonna see where I am right now. And then on Monday,
- 3:37:31come back with maybe some information more.
- 3:37:34I sure thank y'all all.
- 3:37:40Unknown: Bye bye. Christian, no matter how this goes down, you could feel empowered that they you're judgment proof. They they can get a judgment against you, but they can't collect on it. You got nothing to worry about. So you could actually have some fun and just play along if you want and try to challenge them. Maybe they'll go away. Maybe you want to submit a document that Paul's helping you write that, you know, will settle on this amount. And if they if they don't accept that, then just just let things go. You know? That's what that's what we got in that's what we got in now. I haven't got that's what I'm gonna check on today and see if it's been
- 3:38:15Unknown: delivered. It's supposed to have been delivered
- 3:38:18from Friday
- 3:38:21Friday or Thursday from Memorial Day,
- 3:38:25and they hadn't they hadn't received it. Two days ago, I checked, and they hadn't received that yet. And it was supposed to be I sent it proof of mailing with tracking,
- 3:38:37and
- 3:38:38and
- 3:38:39it still hadn't been received yet. Shows. But I not that's not today. That was I checked on that
- 3:38:46probably
- 3:38:49let's see. Today is what? Monday? No. Today is Friday? Saturday.
- 3:38:54So I did I did that
- 3:38:57I did that
- 3:38:59checked on that, I think, Wednesday, and it hadn't hadn't been delivered yet. So
- 3:39:06Unknown: Yeah. Pull up that form. I mean, you you'd be amazed to see that there's at least 25 items that are exempt.
- 3:39:13I mean, that's more than the state of Florida.
- 3:39:16There's only about 12 items
- 3:39:18that are exempt from garnishment.
- 3:39:21And the first one is wages. If your wages are exempt,
- 3:39:27If you take care of a dependent and you provide
- 3:39:30more than
- 3:39:31half of the expenses for that dependent,
- 3:39:34then your wages are exempt. And then the last one, number 12 is a line called other and you could fill that in and I've used tenancy by the entirety
- 3:39:45on that line.
- 3:39:47But I mean, there's just 12 lines there, 12 items of exemption,
- 3:39:52but your state has like 25 of them. I couldn't believe that, you know, you can exempt firearms,
- 3:39:58personal property like clothing, and different things like that. That's pretty amazing.
- 3:40:04Unknown: Yes.
- 3:40:08Unknown: Yeah. It's nice to not leave you
- 3:40:11bare in the on the sidewalk. It's that's big of them.
- 3:40:15Unknown: Yeah. Isn't that the truth?
- 3:40:20You did have
- 3:40:23Unknown: a exam Well, the thing is the the thing is, Samuel,
- 3:40:27this John Watts, it might have been him or another attorney that I was listening to years ago when I was really steeped in all this stuff.
- 3:40:35And and this attorney's made the statement that the only rights you have
- 3:40:40are the rights that you know you have.
- 3:40:42And so, you know, a lot of people, maybe they don't get that claim of exemption form
- 3:40:47from the debt collector after the judgment is given. Maybe it was lost in the mail or maybe they they intentionally did not send it to you
- 3:40:55thinking, well, he's not gonna he probably doesn't know about, you know,
- 3:41:00this particular form. After all, I got a default judgment on him. He didn't show up in court.
- 3:41:06And so, you know, there's all kinds of tricks
- 3:41:09that these debt collectors will will try on people.
- 3:41:12And and so if you don't know that this form exists, then you can't claim exemption on them. You know? So Hey,
- 3:41:25Unknown: Larry.
- 3:41:26Are you on your computer?
- 3:41:30Unknown: No. I'm standing in my driveway. I just got off work, and I'm Oh, okay. My phone with earbuds. I wonder what Michigan's exemptions are.
- 3:41:38Unknown: There there's a bill in the house right now. They're trying to pass, medical assisted suicide.
- 3:41:45The Democrats are it's getting some pushback, but they'll probably pass it.
- 3:41:51Unknown: Well, I think in Florida, I hear they
- 3:41:53couple of years ago, they used to try to collect on medical bills, And I think the the state legislature
- 3:42:00put an end to that. And
- 3:42:02and so I don't think they could do that anymore. And then there might be several other states that have followed that that that same pathway.
- 3:42:11Unknown: I've heard that. Yep.
- 3:42:18Unknown: And the main reason for that is because of the HEPA laws.
- 3:42:22These debt collectors would be getting sensitive
- 3:42:25information in these documents
- 3:42:27that they're not allowed to be privy to.
- 3:42:30And so I think the state of Florida cracked down on them saying, you know,
- 3:42:34you might wanna
- 3:42:36you know, move your business elsewhere like in terms of collecting on credit card debts or whatever but not medical debts because you're not allowed to have documentation
- 3:42:46that has private information in it.
- 3:42:48So
- 3:42:51Unknown: I have some stuff that's hanging out from
- 3:42:54eleven years ago is last time I ever talked to them.
- 3:42:58And,
- 3:42:59you know, it's gotten so old. They, you know, have sent letters saying, oh, we can't sue you now or whatever.
- 3:43:06And they keep on trying to contact me and it's like,
- 3:43:10if I don't know the number or I see them pop up, it's like, I don't even answer it.
- 3:43:17I find that that's the best peace of mind. Don't let them in your head.
- 3:43:24Unknown: That's a good one. That's a good one. They they got so many people. That's what I always thinking. If they finally can't prevail
- 3:43:31against me,
- 3:43:33then they send it to some other debt collector.
- 3:43:37What about that, Larry?
- 3:43:41Unknown: Are you Yeah. They can pass the hot potato.
- 3:43:44They could that's called passing the hot potato. Someone another debt collector can definitely buy,
- 3:43:49a debt buyer's,
- 3:43:51you know, debt.
- 3:43:52So
- 3:43:53that's definitely true.
- 3:43:55Unknown: Thing about buying it's over ten years old
- 3:43:58and
- 3:44:01yeah.
- 3:44:03Unknown: I don't know. Unless I have a stupid There might be a statute of limitations on that credit report.
- 3:44:10Unknown: I think that's seven years, and it's not on my credit report.
- 3:44:17Unknown: Like I say, I'm not worried about my I'm
- 3:44:22gonna check with you on Monday. God bless you all. Yep.
- 3:44:27Unknown: I gotta get off too. So
- 3:44:29have a good day, Christian. Larry, the
- 3:44:32Unknown: continuing wrong doctrine has to do with statute of limitations.
- 3:44:37And you might be interested in looking at that.
- 3:44:40Continuing wrong
- 3:44:42doctrine.
- 3:44:45Unknown: Oh, is that a website?
- 3:44:46Unknown: No. It's it's it's a Maxim, I think.
- 3:44:51Continuing
- 3:44:52Wrong
- 3:44:54Doctrine.
- 3:44:57Unknown: Yeah. I'll have to look into that.
- 3:45:00I know of I think Family Guardian has
- 3:45:04maxims of law on it and
- 3:45:07you you gotta kinda do a little search. They got so much information on there, but I'm pretty sure I found it on Family Guardian.
- 3:45:15And they got, like, all these maxims of law that are all bible based.
- 3:45:21They sometimes have one scripture or several scriptures to back it up, like each maxim of law. And I think I remember seeing, like, 50 to a 100 of them.
- 3:45:31It's pretty amazing.
- 3:45:32Unknown: So that might be in there. Well, I don't know. It is a doctrine
- 3:45:38of law.
- 3:45:43Unknown: Oh, just one last thing.
- 3:45:45This is Nancy. I
- 3:45:47I'll just read it's very short. I'll read this. This is from the bill of sale of the original creditor on
- 3:45:54one of the accounts and cases.
- 3:45:56It ends with this bill of sale is executed without recourse
- 3:46:01and without representation
- 3:46:02of any warranty of collectability
- 3:46:05or otherwise,
- 3:46:06comma, expressed or implied.
- 3:46:10Unknown: Did they send that to you, Nancy? Yeah.
- 3:46:13You gotta be kidding me. That is what that is forbidden.
- 3:46:19Unknown: Oh my gosh. That's like a the silver bullet right there. So smoking gun, I should say. Yeah. Well yeah. So that that's the, you know, that's but I think I've seen that in the other
- 3:46:31documentation.
- 3:46:32But, yeah, it says here,
- 3:46:34you're making no warranties about its collectability.
- 3:46:38Unknown: They must have said you that by mistake because that's what John Watts is always going after.
- 3:46:44They the debt collectors,
- 3:46:45especially
- 3:46:48that that big one out west,
- 3:46:50they they will never show that to him and he's always asked for it, you know.
- 3:46:55They won't show him they won't show him that particular page.
- 3:46:59So they have to show you the entire bill of sale with all page numbers
- 3:47:03and they they often leave out that important part.
- 3:47:09Unknown: Well and that's and and probably
- 3:47:12well, this is the one that they they didn't show any proof in the initial hearing and the one that has not submitted the bill of particulars. And this is LVNV Funding
- 3:47:23LLC.
- 3:47:24And
- 3:47:25and also, they have an affidavit here, but it says very clearly,
- 3:47:30plaintiff's affidavit of indebtedness and ownership of account.
- 3:47:34And it says, I am an authorized representative for the current owner,
- 3:47:38LVNV Funding LLC.
- 3:47:40Unknown: So, you know Yeah. That's hearsay.
- 3:47:43Unknown: It's hearsay.
- 3:47:46Unknown: But, you know, it's impressive. That could be objected to. Definitely. It's
- 3:47:50Unknown: intimidating if you don't know what you're looking at. If, you know so
- 3:47:55Unknown: Right. And most people don't know that these things and that's how the debt collectors
- 3:48:01continue to win
- 3:48:04even if they don't get a default judgment and they take it, you know, to to they take the case to a court,
- 3:48:11you know, and someone does try to show up.
- 3:48:15They they did a little studying and the debt collector still wins because they don't they don't know how to object.
- 3:48:22And they don't know, like, really what's going on here.
- 3:48:27Unknown: Yeah. But it just makes me smile now.
- 3:48:34Unknown: I'm trying to take notes on what you just said
- 3:48:38about that
- 3:48:40disclaimer.
- 3:48:42Unknown: Well,
- 3:48:44Christian, do you wanna take my email down?
- 3:48:47Unknown: Okay.
- 3:48:49Unknown: K. It's n as in Nancy, m
- 3:48:52as in Mary,
- 3:48:53o r r
- 3:48:56three three. So n m o r r three three. Hold on. Hold on. N
- 3:49:03Unknown: m as in man, m as in man?
- 3:49:07Unknown: Yeah. Nancy m Nancy Mary o r r three three. So nmorr33@protonmail.com.
- 3:49:24Unknown: K.
- 3:49:25Would you do that one more time? Sure. N
- 3:49:29Unknown: as in Nancy,
- 3:49:30m as in Mary,
- 3:49:32o r r
- 3:49:34three three.
- 3:49:37So nmorr33@protonmail.com.
- 3:49:43Unknown: Proton?
- 3:49:44Unknown: Yeah. P r o t o n
- 3:49:46m a I l. Proton
- 3:49:49mail dot com.
- 3:49:52Unknown: Proton a l?
- 3:49:54Unknown: No. Mail. Proton p r I t yeah. Mail. M a I l.
- 3:50:00Unknown: Dot com. Okay. Thank you. Thank you.
- 3:50:06Unknown: Okay.
- 3:50:08Thank you.
- 3:50:09I mean, they they this is really
- 3:50:13you know, I have found it very empowering. Doesn't mean it's gonna be
- 3:50:18absolutely
- 3:50:19criminals will try to get away with anything, but three for three right now. So
- 3:50:25Unknown: Because you got the same you got the same thing that I got, the bill of sale, and you got you got an affidavit that barely written.
- 3:50:35And so that's something I wanna
- 3:50:38that's that's the things I was kinda scared of right there, but it's hearsay like you said. So
- 3:50:44that's what I want.
- 3:50:46Unknown: Right. Well, read the read the go to the top of your of that affidavit that they've submitted and read it. It says that they're they work for the plaintiff, which is not the original creditor, the alleged
- 3:50:59original creditor.
- 3:51:01So then you know, face it, this is not the alleged this is not testimony.
- 3:51:07This is from the original
- 3:51:09custodian of records from the alleged
- 3:51:12original creditor, so it's hearsay.
- 3:51:16So it's inadmissible.
- 3:51:17It's inadmissible.
- 3:51:19It's get thrown out.
- 3:51:21And I didn't even need to say that in my
- 3:51:24grounds of defense.
- 3:51:27Have to go back and look at what my grounds of defense were
- 3:51:31for the previous case. But
- 3:51:34yeah.
- 3:51:35But anyway, have a good weekend.
- 3:51:37Unknown: Thank you so much. You're welcome.
- 3:51:43Unknown: Samuel.
- 3:51:45Hey, Samuel.
- 3:51:50Unknown: Yeah, Joan.
- 3:51:52Unknown: Hi.
- 3:51:53I wanted to ask you about two things. Wanted to ask you
- 3:51:57when you said, well I wanted to ask you about something about Oceans Alive,
- 3:52:01you know that supplement, but before that I'll ask you what you said something about,
- 3:52:07I don't know maybe forty five minutes ago, when you said you are not born,
- 3:52:12Did you mean you are not born in The United States?
- 3:52:18Unknown: No. The judge challenged me on because the fourteenth amendment says you have to be born
- 3:52:24and reside
- 3:52:26to be a fourteenth amendment citizen. Right? That's where I'm getting it from?
- 3:52:31Yeah. If a judge were to challenge me, well, you look boring to me. Well,
- 3:52:37there's over 60 some million
- 3:52:40murders
- 3:52:41that
- 3:52:42show that that word
- 3:52:44is not something for a Christian.
- 3:52:48So I'm rejecting it.
- 3:52:52I'm not born. I I've got a soul. I existed before births
- 3:52:57and that's would be my
- 3:53:00my stance.
- 3:53:02And I sure as hell don't reside. I have dominion.
- 3:53:05Again, sticking with the Bible.
- 3:53:08Okay.
- 3:53:11Unknown: And then what I wanted to ask you about Oceans Alive,
- 3:53:14do do you have one of the supplements that tastes like
- 3:53:18help soup?
- 3:53:21Unknown: You know? Well, yeah. Yeah. It tastes very oceany like kelp green
- 3:53:25kinda. Yeah. I would say so. It's phytoplankton.
- 3:53:29Unknown: Right? So Yeah. It says pure phytoplankton.
- 3:53:34Unknown: Four.
- 3:53:36Yeah. And it and it's no they don't call it oceans alive anymore. They call it recharge.
- 3:53:42Unknown: Yeah.
- 3:53:43I remember you saying that. It's just that I've got this bottle from before
- 3:53:47and but I had not.
- 3:53:50What I wanted to ask you was,
- 3:53:53do do you take it in juice or water or just straight in the mouth like
- 3:53:58help to?
- 3:54:00Unknown: I hold it under my tongue straight.
- 3:54:04Unknown: It's wrong. For
- 3:54:06Unknown: a few for a few minutes,
- 3:54:08Unknown: probably. Okay. Okay.
- 3:54:10Unknown: I hold a lot of things in my mouth because I figure it's also
- 3:54:14if if something's full of minerals and vitamins,
- 3:54:17you know, like, say,
- 3:54:19Wallach's
- 3:54:21or Dave's powder which where we get Wallach's
- 3:54:24mineral liquid from,
- 3:54:27I like holding that in my mouth too because your your teas are very porous and they can absorb that mineral, I figure. So like I mean, it's bitter as well. If so, it's,
- 3:54:37you know
- 3:54:38Uh-huh. But I still I still like to do that.
- 3:54:41Unknown: Okay.
- 3:54:43Yeah. That's how I did it.
- 3:54:45And I was but it was so, you know, like kelp soup. I was thinking of adding pineapple juice, but I I wanted to ask you just to see how you do it.
- 3:54:56Unknown: What is that? The name what is the name of that?
- 3:55:00Unknown: Recharge.
- 3:55:01Recharge.
- 3:55:03It's like
- 3:55:04ocean
- 3:55:06plankton.
- 3:55:08It's like ocean vest it's like tastes like kelp.
- 3:55:12Unknown: Yeah. Two it's it's two different types of plankton
- 3:55:16that are supposed to be the most nutritious that they
- 3:55:20they cycle down through a computer process and a water filtration process and breed those two, and then they make this concentrate out of it. And
- 3:55:30according to the blurbs on it, there's there's substances in here that man hasn't yet even identified.
- 3:55:40I like things like that.
- 3:55:42Unknown: Is that from doctor Wallach?
- 3:55:44Unknown: No. No. It's I think the the name of the company is Oceans Alive, but the product is called Recharge.
- 3:55:52Unknown: And where do you get that?
- 3:55:55Unknown: You get it directly from them
- 3:55:58or Amazon,
- 3:56:00places like that,
- 3:56:02big
- 3:56:03retailer of health products.
- 3:56:06Unknown: Okay.
- 3:56:12Yeah. That's that's wonderful. I really
- 3:56:16appreciate that.
- 3:56:18I told y'all I was leaving, but y'all keep me y'all keep me enthused.
- 3:56:27Unknown: Okay. Thank you, Samuel.
