- 0:24[SPEAKER_01]: Unless you're a dolphin fan, you didn't get a very highly produced video this year.
- 0:31[SPEAKER_01]: But, you know, you got to record off.
- 0:33[SPEAKER_01]: So, and a play on Stephen Roth.
- 0:37[SPEAKER_01]: I was in a big fan of that.
- 0:39[SPEAKER_01]: But, we're doing this show on our Discord.

- 1:21[SPEAKER_01]: I have a special guest, which I have with me every single year for this schedule release show, like Seibo.
- 1:27[SPEAKER_01]: How are you, Blake?
- 1:29[SPEAKER_00]: I am doing great, Alfa's the best day of the year, unless you're expecting, as you said, something good from the dolphin social media team, because you know, I thought they couldn't outdo last year, where it was just a sunken treasure and dolphin swimming around, but
- 1:44[SPEAKER_00]: Somehow actually putting a little bit more effort into it, made it that much worse.
- 1:47[SPEAKER_00]: So maybe some year will get something better and not something self-acrandizing to the owner.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_00]: But, you know, here's open.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I thought the charges won as always.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_01]: It was pretty good.
- 2:00[SPEAKER_00]: Oh yeah, always.
- 2:01[SPEAKER_00]: I love the, of course, like everybody, I immediately scrub to where the Patriots were to see what kind of joke they were gonna hit.
- 2:08[SPEAKER_00]: They got in there a little bit, so I appreciate that.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_00]: If you haven't seen it yet, the Simpsons one from the Colts is excellent.
- 2:17[SPEAKER_01]: I like the Cowboys one too, the Tyler's, but it went a little too long.
- 2:21[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, eight minutes is a what yeah, that's a lot for a schedule release like you should be a little bit more snappy than eight minutes So yeah, the Simpson one I like that one a lot.
- 2:32[SPEAKER_01]: I like that one.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_01]: I think the charges are the every way champion every single year on the schedule releases But the Simpson one was all right.
- 2:39[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't mind the Tampa Bay one as well But a lot of a lot of clubs, you know put in a lot of effort this year.
- 2:48[SPEAKER_01]: I was oh, that's a much I wasn't a fan
- 2:51[SPEAKER_00]: No, I just hope there's somebody in the organization somewhere who can, I do think that's a good recruiting tool.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_00]: I do think that's a good recruiting tool for the younger fans.
- 3:02[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I would be very interested to see a study to see how many fans have become.
- 3:05[SPEAKER_00]: How many young fans of gravitate toward the chargers?
- 3:08[SPEAKER_00]: Because of seeing their video on Twitter and TikTok and, you know, all those things, it would be a very interesting study to see just the youth youth movement there.
- 3:17[SPEAKER_00]: But I digress.
- 3:19[SPEAKER_01]: All right, I'm going to ask you a couple of media questions that we're going to get into the NFL schedule first media question I wanted to ask you was
- 3:26[SPEAKER_01]: And this has to do with combat sports paramount plus and the UFC signed a 7-year 7.7 billion dollar deal and with those, you know, number of events and It's 45 events a year You've seen never used to put on 45 events a year, but now they're putting on 45 events a year of the 45 I believe 15 other numbered events which are their premium events
- 3:51[SPEAKER_01]: which used to be their paper views, but now they got put on more events and I don't think the product has suffered too much.
- 4:04[SPEAKER_01]: They're getting what they paid for, but now, you know, one of the perks that they handed over was the zoo for boxing and now zoo for boxing is spending ungodly amounts of money on talent of which they're going to put on TV.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_01]: Are you aware of an out that they have because, for example, if they do sign
- 4:30[SPEAKER_01]: Shikors Stevenson.
- 4:33[SPEAKER_01]: It's going to be to something ridiculous like $200 million dollars for for four fights or something like that.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_01]: Is there an out where they can take that property and actually put it on paper view or another venue or does it have to go on power of my plus?
- 4:49[SPEAKER_00]: Now, they do have various out they can do for, I think it's three times a year.
- 4:55[SPEAKER_00]: They can choose to keep the rights of those fights and put it on paper review.
- 5:01[SPEAKER_00]: But overall, the overall strategy is to get it on Paramount Plus, to get it on CBS.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of these fights are going to happen on CBS, so they're trying to mainstream it a whole lot more.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_00]: You know, Dana White, the elicines, it doesn't take a lot to connect the dots here as to, you know, what's going on in the greater industry of television and broadcast streaming and who or who you may not be trying to carry favor with.
- 5:34[SPEAKER_00]: So I think you're going to be surprised by just how much actually airs on CBS and not just exclusively on Paramount Plus including some of these bigger events.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, originally they wanted to they were negotiating with Netflix and Netflix were like, look, we don't want, we don't want any of your, you know, your other stuff.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_01]: We just want your number to events.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_01]: We want your USC number to events, your premium events to put them on our platform.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_01]: They were gotten more eyeballs, but now with power in my plus they're getting less eyeballs.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_01]: But they're producing more content.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_01]: How does that make?
- 6:08[SPEAKER_01]: How does that make sense to you?
- 6:10[SPEAKER_00]: Well, they're flipping the zone.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_00]: And yeah, Netflix has a much higher scrubber-based thing.
- 6:15[SPEAKER_00]: But Netflix doesn't have as a broadcast partnership.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_00]: So if they went with Netflix, they would have had to have had a secondary agreement with a broadcaster, and that's really what they want.
- 6:26[SPEAKER_00]: They want to put it on for the large amount of people.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_00]: And if you're a viewer over the age of 55, you're still much more likely to watch it on broadcast than you are to know even what Paramount Plus is.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_00]: Well, alone being able to find a device and log in and sign in to do it to get there.
- 6:44[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I work in the TV industry.
- 6:47[SPEAKER_00]: We have this fight and argument all the time with viewers, with consultants, with everything.
- 6:54[SPEAKER_00]: It is, it is the greatest challenge facing anyone in this industry.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_00]: How do you keep that broad base appeal while also serving the audience who was increasingly
- 7:03[SPEAKER_00]: uh, only streaming.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_00]: And if you're still 55 plus, there's a lot of buying power off.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's that's still where all the money is concentrated in this country in 55 plus.
- 7:14[SPEAKER_00]: So if you're an advertiser, if you're looking to spend on this, you're going to look to spend more, you're going to pay more for a package of say eight fights on on CBS than you will for the
- 7:34[SPEAKER_00]: has been very prudent and we just it just came out from John R. R. and last week that Netflix does not want a full season in a fell package.
- 7:42[SPEAKER_00]: They just want to continue having big games, big events here and there.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_00]: So we're seeing this shift in real time from, oh, we've got to have the tonnage.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_00]: We've got to be able to be as traditional ad supported television, your NBC, your CBS, your ABC, your Fox.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_00]: They sell these games.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_00]: They want the package of games because they sell them all.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_00]: bundle.
- 8:04[SPEAKER_00]: They go to Chevy and say, all right, hey, you buy all 17 games, 17 weeks, 18 weeks, I've seen that football, then we'll give it to you for 5% less, and if you just buy each game in the next one, that's been the incentive for Brock has networks.
- 8:19[SPEAKER_00]: If you're one of these subscriber-based areas such as Netflix, where yes, you're going to have some commercials in there.
- 8:27[SPEAKER_00]: But your revenue, your bottom line isn't tied to this.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_00]: But it's going to be a completely different model and I think that's what we're seeing here with Netflix saying no to UFC and then paramount plus and CBS and oh yeah, this makes sense for us so different different phases of the lifeline probably way more in depth than you want it, but very in the weeds yeah by the way, you have any any opinions as far as.
- 8:54[SPEAKER_01]: all the combat sports, their production value because in my opinion, and I've been watching this forever, I always thought that HBO did the best job.
- 9:01[SPEAKER_01]: HBO boxing did the absolute best job.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_01]: But in my opinion, I think the UFC has the best production team anywhere in combat sports.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_01]: You agree?
- 9:14[SPEAKER_00]: 100% and agree to about HBO boxing always going to be the gold standard but there's a reason you have seen it so popular among anyone under the age of 45 and that's because they know how to put on a good show and they don't linger things you can see by the way they shoot they're definitely shooting for a younger audience and it shows even older people like you and I can appreciate it.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and they have, you know, when they go and, you know, they changed it a little bit when they went over to Permanente plus they spend a little bit more money on pre shows and post shows and even those things are entertaining like I find myself just sitting there watching the post show and I'm watching the post show and I'm like 10 minutes in and I'm like why am I watching the post show?
- 9:58[SPEAKER_01]: And I guess Paramount Plus is pretty happy that I'm still sitting there watching the post show, right?
- 10:02[SPEAKER_01]: So, you know, money will spend.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_01]: Last piece of business before we get into the NFL schedule this year.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_01]: I had to trust exemption from 1961.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_01]: It was in the news a couple weeks back.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_01]: It seems like, you know, anything that could threaten the NFL is this expansion of Saturday night games and Saturday games.
- 10:29[SPEAKER_01]: There's never been more, right?
- 10:30[SPEAKER_01]: Like this is the most Saturday games that the NFL has had in its history.
- 10:35[SPEAKER_00]: None of them are going to interfere with college football, are they?
- 10:44[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, what do you make of this this, uh, at least the noise surrounding this a couple of weeks.
- 10:51[SPEAKER_00]: I would say I would say if the NFL was worried the schedule where you got today would have been a whole lot different.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_00]: This is a schedule that is brash and bold and is leading with their chin saying, come and get me if you want me.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, this is not a, this is not something that I, I think they're worried about to the extent that they think they have any actual
- 11:13[SPEAKER_00]: that unfortunately law fair is a very common tactic with media these days.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_00]: We're seeing in late nights.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_00]: We're seeing in other areas.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_00]: I'll stay mostly above the fray here.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to get into politics of it all, but.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_00]: You know, going after broadcasters is a really easy target right now, most of the American people have a very negative view of the the traditional terrestrial broadcasters as well as many of the table broadcasters.
- 11:42[SPEAKER_00]: And that's universal, right, left, middle.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_00]: So it's an easy target.
- 11:46[SPEAKER_00]: It's an easy way that's where
- 11:54[SPEAKER_00]: uh... brand car has the FCC chairman uh... has shown a uh... desire and a willingness to go after licenses uh... and so that kind of stuff worries me a whole lot more than a few off-hand notes about anti-trust and you know potential monopolies but now this is uh... i would be very shocked if it can do anything i think um...
- 12:21[SPEAKER_00]: The NFL's bigger worry would be being taken down by their own hubris.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_00]: I know we're going to get into the schedule here in a minute, but when I look at the schedule, I look at a broad swath of
- 12:34[SPEAKER_00]: content of stuff and you know it's not an original thought there's been plenty of think pieces already as it's come out that there's going to be a Thanksgiving Eve game along with the Black Friday game and we're going to have Christmas Eve and three games on Christmas and we're going to have you know five straight days of football and the various points and we're going to have this window and this window and Saturday games for CBS and Fox and it's still Saturday games for NFL Network and 930 AM kickoffs and a Wednesday night kickoff
- 13:03[SPEAKER_00]: it's a lot of content.
- 13:05[SPEAKER_00]: I know the demand is there.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_00]: I know the demand is there and I know that they're trying to ring every dollar.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_00]: These networks are out of advertisers when the pool is drying up yearly for other facets.
- 13:18[SPEAKER_00]: People aren't buying prime time anymore.
- 13:21[SPEAKER_00]: They're not coming into by trackering ghosts on CBS.
- 13:25[SPEAKER_00]: They want, you know, that Chicago Buffalo game in week 15.
- 13:32[SPEAKER_00]: first CSI Miami, which isn't on the air anymore, but that's the trend we're going for.
- 13:40[SPEAKER_00]: And so the NFL keeps parsing this, parsing this, parsing this, parsing this.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_00]: And what we're starting to see now is a risk of versus two in the way they're scheduling teams.
- 13:50[SPEAKER_00]: So you look, this is the most teams in the modern era that have gone without a prime time game.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_00]: Miami, the jets, Vegas, the Saints, the Cardinals, all without a single prime time game.
- 14:02[SPEAKER_00]: All right, now that's five teams last year.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_00]: There were two teams without prontemp games.
- 14:06[SPEAKER_00]: There's a couple more teams with just one.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_00]: That would be the Tennessee Titans and the Cleveland Browns.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_00]: So I might not have football game.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_00]: And at Thursday night game, it's Sicily.
- 14:18[SPEAKER_00]: But we're seeing the part where, yes, there are more great games because the NFL is promoting these teams.
- 14:23[SPEAKER_00]: Well, there's great players in the diversity of areas.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_00]: But I have a great fear of it kind of hit me as I was following through and kind of putting the schedule together and seeing everything here.
- 14:34[SPEAKER_00]: We saw something happen in the last decade to 15 years in college football, where the blue bloods really have separated.
- 14:43[SPEAKER_00]: When it comes to TV ratings, when it comes to interest in the sport, if you're Michigan, if you're Ohio State, if you're Alabama, if you're LSU, if you're Florida, if you're
- 14:52[SPEAKER_00]: You know, you have been the ratings dominant team in last 15 years, and even a team looking at the end of last year who pops up, the ratings still on a approach what the, what the Michigan Ohio State game got, you know, you see Miami pop up, you know, you're a hurricane fan.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_00]: That size of Florida, they've been mostly irrelevant for the last 15 to 20 years.
- 15:14[SPEAKER_00]: And you saw that in the numbers all throughout last year,
- 15:17[SPEAKER_00]: All the way now moving forward, will they be able to elevate?
- 15:20[SPEAKER_00]: I think so Miami, more than Indiana, because Miami is that historical brand.
- 15:25[SPEAKER_00]: And I think that's going to help them, but I don't want to say the same thing happening in that fall.
- 15:30[SPEAKER_00]: And I look at something like the Chargers only getting three prime time games.
- 15:36[SPEAKER_00]: And that's why I took Umbridge with Albert Brear's post that was posted and vetted.
- 15:41[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, the number of prime time games is exactly the amount of, you know, how much people care.
- 15:48[SPEAKER_00]: I'm sorry, I'll, that's BS, the Chargers have three prime time games.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_00]: The Broncos have three prime time games.
- 15:55[SPEAKER_00]: If we're only going by that, the Texans have four.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_00]: The Bengals with Joe Burrow have three.
- 16:01[SPEAKER_00]: You can't tell me those are not big draws, and this is what people get wrong with this schedule every year.
- 16:07[SPEAKER_00]: All right, I love Primetime Games, you love Primetime Games.
- 16:12[SPEAKER_00]: There is a Sunday Monday, whatever.
- 16:14[SPEAKER_00]: And it's a great slate across the board this year.
- 16:16[SPEAKER_00]: But the highest rate of games every week is not the Primetime Games, not Sunday Night Football.
- 16:22[SPEAKER_00]: It's the afternoon game, the afternoon kick on Fox or CBS.
- 16:26[SPEAKER_00]: That is the highest rate of game nearly every week.
- 16:28[SPEAKER_00]: And when you look back at the end of the season, and total, it's those games that are at the top of the charts.
- 16:37[SPEAKER_00]: All right, and yeah, we will have, you know, one off games and we'll talk about them as we go through here, that we'll get higher than are not in those slots.
- 16:46[SPEAKER_00]: But I just, I take umbridge with this dichotomy that prime time games are the most important thing in anything we do.
- 16:56[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I agree.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_01]: You don't think that it's being hurt by having so much content that you're reducing the slate, the Sunday slate,
- 17:07[SPEAKER_01]: to.
- 17:09[SPEAKER_01]: There's going to be fewer four o'clock options now.
- 17:13[SPEAKER_00]: I think that the noon kicks will struggle more than the or the one o'clock kicks will struggle more than the four o'clock kicks.
- 17:21[SPEAKER_00]: I think we're right here on the edge.
- 17:23[SPEAKER_00]: I think the NFL is at the precipice of having too many slots where you're deluding it too much.
- 17:28[SPEAKER_00]: But as I look across at the 425 games, the 425
- 17:34[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, that's where you have some of your biggest games.
- 17:36[SPEAKER_00]: You have the Niners and Cowboys in that slot.
- 17:38[SPEAKER_00]: You're telling me that's not gonna draw a huge number on Fox.
- 17:41[SPEAKER_00]: You got the Cowboys and Ravens in Rio.
- 17:43[SPEAKER_00]: And that's a lot.
- 17:44[SPEAKER_00]: You've got the Chiefs and the Bengals.
- 17:47[SPEAKER_00]: You've got the Patriots and the Bills.
- 17:51[SPEAKER_00]: One of their games at 425.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_00]: You got a Steelers Ravens game at 425.
- 17:55[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, all kinds of NFC East versus NFC North type matchups that are in there.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't worry about those matchups.
- 18:04[SPEAKER_00]: And I do think, to some extent, the NFL saw that there might be a watering down of some of those 1PM games, that's the only explanation I can come to for why one of the best games of last year involving two, well, I play off team in a near play off team.
- 18:22[SPEAKER_00]: If they didn't miss the field goal, but you're telling me that the bills and
- 18:31[SPEAKER_00]: that's absolutely insane.
- 18:33[SPEAKER_00]: But what that tells me is that the NFL two things, the NFL knows that the one PM slate is maybe a little weaker than it has been.
- 18:42[SPEAKER_00]: In part because you have teams like Miami and the Jets who are in the eastern time zone that are going to be playing regional games at one who are not nearly strong is maybe they have been in the past as, you know, biggest average brands, but it also tells me that they are absolutely going to pull the contracts after this year and they're at look to green and go shit if they go back to CBS next year and say hey.
- 19:06[SPEAKER_00]: You know, the nine in are the, the one, excuse me, the one PM game over here.
- 19:12[SPEAKER_00]: Look how big that was up year over year and it may just because they put that one game in that slot, that could be enough to say, oh, well, it was up 3% year over year.
- 19:22[SPEAKER_00]: So, you know, give us 3% more.
- 19:26[SPEAKER_00]: So, and it may have also been, like there's a million explanations, but
- 19:30[SPEAKER_00]: That's the thing, the most obvious explanation for why you've seen some of the stuff.
- 19:34[SPEAKER_00]: This is the weirdest schedule out that we've had in years and we knew it was going to be a little strange because of all the new windows and all the new opportunities out there.
- 19:43[SPEAKER_00]: But this is this is a full sea change from what we've seen in the past.
- 19:48[SPEAKER_00]: I'm looking forward to getting into it with you.
- 19:52[SPEAKER_01]: before we go to break here and on the other side, we will talk dolphin schedule, and we'll take it week by week to, you know, whatever's catching your eye, that particular week in the broader schedule.
- 20:02[SPEAKER_01]: But anything catch your eye that's out of the order and every before we go to break.
- 20:07[SPEAKER_00]: I think the number one thing everyone eyes are going to go to is the Thanksgiving schedule is absolutely and completely unreal.
- 20:18[SPEAKER_00]: Last year, of course, we talked about it on the show last year.
- 20:21[SPEAKER_00]: The biggest rating that NFL will see all year was going to be Dallas and Kansas City in that afternoon window on CBS.
- 20:30[SPEAKER_00]: All right, obviously Dallas, Kansas, they don't play every year.
- 20:33[SPEAKER_00]: All right, so, and it was, it was, it had a 51 million, it was a monster juggernaut of a broadcast.
- 20:43[SPEAKER_00]: So how do you follow that up this year?
- 20:45[SPEAKER_00]: You don't want the headlines saying NFL thinks giving down 5% in the trades.
- 20:50[SPEAKER_00]: NFL doesn't want that.
- 20:51[SPEAKER_00]: Now the journal probably doesn't care.
- 20:53[SPEAKER_00]: But the NFL cares about that for advertisers.
- 20:55[SPEAKER_00]: They care about that for perception.
- 20:56[SPEAKER_00]: It's the whole reason they went after the NBA on Christmas
- 21:03[SPEAKER_00]: Everyone's talking about the NFL game that day, but on Thanksgiving this year you have big market Chicago, you know, historical franchise in the Detroit game.
- 21:15[SPEAKER_00]: You've got one of the classic NFCE's matchups that's in prime time every year and has been for 20 years.
- 21:20[SPEAKER_00]: The Eagles and Cowboys, the Eagles, by the way, with the most standalone games of any other team with 8 between
- 21:30[SPEAKER_00]: incredible for that that the Eagles got that kind of attention after last year and then you end up with what will be the highest rated game of the year I believe and that will be in the city in Buffalo that that was the moment I that got me on my chair and said whoa because Casey in Buffalo has been protected by CBS for years all right and for this game to not only be later in the year but to also not only be on NBC but to be on Thanksgiving
- 22:00[SPEAKER_00]: That is going to be a monster now assuming everyone's healthy.
- 22:03[SPEAKER_00]: assuming my home is healthy assuming all is helping nobody else matters.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_00]: Galci gets her, DJ, more gets her, James Cook gets her, not gonna impact ratings, but you have Allen, you have, you have my homes in there, and it's gonna be massive.
- 22:18[SPEAKER_00]: And it's, it is that, wow moment that, that just drove it over the top, we're gonna see huge gains over the game and that slot last year, certainly more than we saw for the Green Bay Miami Game a couple years ago.
- 22:31[SPEAKER_00]: that none of us really want to remember.
- 22:34[SPEAKER_00]: So, yeah, that was the big thing that the Thanksgiving slate is just, you know, wow with three exclamation points.
- 22:42[SPEAKER_00]: And the Christmas slate's not far back from it.
- 22:45[SPEAKER_00]: And we can talk about that once we get in there.
- 22:47[SPEAKER_00]: If you only ask for one thing, I could come up with 12, but it's definitely the chiefs and bills on Thanksgiving.
- 22:53[SPEAKER_01]: Alright, we're gonna go to break and when we come back we will take the scheduled week per week featuring, of course, the dolphins, but first these words.
- 23:04[SPEAKER_01]: All right, and we are back.
- 23:05[SPEAKER_01]: All right, let's take the schedule week per week and I guess you could you could sprinkle in your thoughts on the broader NFL schedule, but the dolphins open up and I saw this and I was thinking, oh, I get it, but then I was like, I don't get it because I don't think the Fernando Mendoza's playing in this game.
- 23:23[SPEAKER_01]: I think this game had a chance to have some juice.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_01]: with Fernando Mendoza making his first career start against Miami Dolphins against the the hometown Miami Dolphins in Las Vegas at home at 425 on CBS September 13th.
- 23:38[SPEAKER_01]: But I don't think that's going to be the case.
- 23:40[SPEAKER_01]: I think it's going to be Kirk Cousins.
- 23:41[SPEAKER_01]: That's going to be starting that game.
- 23:43[SPEAKER_01]: So your thoughts on that matchup and the broader opening week and a false schedule.
- 23:50[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you know, I posted an event yesterday when we got this matchup, but if you can't get excited for week one against the traditional, uh, you know, AFC opponent and the writers of so much history, then, you know, I don't want to say check your poses might be dangles not here anymore, but, you know, then I don't want to know you if you're not excited by that.
- 24:09[SPEAKER_00]: It's a great first game.
- 24:11[SPEAKER_00]: It definitely gets you excited as a fan, especially in a year where you don't have a lot to get excited about.
- 24:16[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's the undercard, you know, it's playing undercard to the, it's a double, double header.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_00]: So both networks have double header that day, so there's a game on CPS, a game on Fox, the same time, so very, very few, maybe 5% of the country is going to get this game.
- 24:34[SPEAKER_00]: Unless you have NFL Sunday ticket and then you're able to see it obviously, but yeah, it's really just going to be in the Miami and South Florida markets and in the Vegas markets.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, anywhere outside that you've got the cardinals and the chargers also going so that's going to eat into penetration as well.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_00]: So I think it's a great first match up for for Miami and maybe one of the few games and it were already favored by by you know minus three going into the game.
- 25:01[SPEAKER_00]: we'll see I'm not going to talk predictions because I'm more optimistic the most my nature and I don't want to sound like an idiot here this time next year because I'm like oh yeah that we can win 10 games.
- 25:12[SPEAKER_00]: We're not going to win 10 games.
- 25:13[SPEAKER_00]: We know that.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_00]: You know that.
- 25:15[SPEAKER_00]: I know that, but yeah, it's a great spot for Miami very low profile, which is a trend.
- 25:23[SPEAKER_00]: We'll see this year.
- 25:23[SPEAKER_00]: And the bigger the bigger week one is it's just a really strong end to the week with the cowboys and giants on something that I football,
- 25:41[SPEAKER_00]: with everything going on surrounding that team that and this fact that Super Bowl was kind of a dud.
- 25:46[SPEAKER_00]: We wouldn't replay that, but hey, here we are.
- 25:50[SPEAKER_00]: I'm here for the Patriots starting on one.
- 25:51[SPEAKER_00]: I think they massively regress this year, but that's just me.
- 25:57[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, overall, it's a good week one schedule across for very balanced.
- 26:02[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of fun, fun positions, and you know, you can
- 26:09[SPEAKER_01]: All right, week two, September 20th, at San Francisco at 405 on Fox, this will mark the third time that they play in San Francisco to only one time that San Francisco has come to Miami.
- 26:24[SPEAKER_01]: It seemed like it was going to be a home in home there for a little while, but it's always an interesting matchup.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_01]: It's a very good team, very good talented team.
- 26:32[SPEAKER_01]: There's a lot of, you know, there's some,
- 26:37[SPEAKER_01]: There's some particle, let's just say, with Bobby slow it with Jeff Hathley formally being of the 49ers a few years back.
- 26:44[SPEAKER_01]: So it's an interesting matchup.
- 26:46[SPEAKER_01]: This should be double digit underdogs in this one.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_01]: But what do you make week two?
- 26:51[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you know what they should think here, of course, the 49ers coming back from Melbourne, Australia, for that.
- 26:56[SPEAKER_00]: There is not a game.
- 26:57[SPEAKER_00]: They technically have a rest of the vanage of plus three in this game to the dolphins.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_00]: But how does that impacted with the
- 27:04[SPEAKER_00]: The whole travel will be as technically they're playing Friday morning and in Australia.
- 27:09[SPEAKER_00]: How does that really going to impact the team?
- 27:11[SPEAKER_00]: So maybe the Niners are a little sluggish or maybe the dolphins upset the raiders and they have a little winter their sale.
- 27:17[SPEAKER_00]: The dolphins don't match up with the Niners.
- 27:18[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know why she already said that.
- 27:20[SPEAKER_00]: And this is this is the undercard to the Cowboys and Commanders.
- 27:23[SPEAKER_00]: So nobody's watching this.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_00]: Outside dolphins of 49ers fans.
- 27:28[SPEAKER_00]: So you know, honestly at this point, all you hope for is the substation doesn't get you.
- 27:34[SPEAKER_00]: And you come out healthy and, you know, you make it there.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_00]: Is otherwise it's a pretty underwhelming week too.
- 27:41[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, obviously the lions and bills open up the new bill stadium on Thursdays and that football is a big deal.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_00]: But, you know, you look for the Colts and Chiefs on saying that football.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_00]: Woohoo.
- 27:55[SPEAKER_00]: Giants Rams, the nice match up.
- 27:56[SPEAKER_00]: Draw the eyeballs, my knife up ball.
- 27:58[SPEAKER_00]: But, you know, kind of an underwhelming week too.
- 28:01[SPEAKER_00]: And the dolphins are part of that.
- 28:03[SPEAKER_00]: I always love it when the dolphins play the Niners, of course, there will always have that moment a few years ago when Trent Scherfield catches the ADR touchdown and we all thought we were on the Super Bowl.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_00]: So I think we have one, we are one in one of those two games you're talking about with the Niners.
- 28:20[SPEAKER_00]: We played them week three in San Francisco, also at a 405 game, and just kick their butts a few years ago.
- 28:27[SPEAKER_00]: So maybe there's a chance, but you know, probably not.
- 28:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, dolphins are too one against them, and the last three.
- 28:35[SPEAKER_01]: So, yeah.
- 28:37[SPEAKER_01]: And lost a one that mattered.
- 28:38[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, they did.
- 28:41[SPEAKER_01]: week three it's the home opener and what a home opener it's going to be uh... if you're listening to andy read he says patch around will be ready for training camp which means that he's going to be ready for training camp he's going to start the season and if he's going to start the season that means he's going to be there week three in Miami at one p.m. on cbs uh... casey plane at one p.m. tells you all you need to know about the opponent right
- 29:10[SPEAKER_00]: Amen.
- 29:11[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it is, uh, but good.
- 29:13[SPEAKER_00]: This is the great thing about this game.
- 29:15[SPEAKER_00]: We'll can see via schedule.
- 29:16[SPEAKER_00]: We're probably getting Kevin Harlan for this game, which gives the dolphins of fighting chance.
- 29:21[SPEAKER_00]: Um, these are the Harlan effect, but, but yeah, I mean, if the cheats, you, you nailed it.
- 29:27[SPEAKER_00]: I couldn't say any better.
- 29:27[SPEAKER_00]: The cheats are playing at one o'clock, then you know they're playing a bad team.
- 29:31[SPEAKER_00]: And that happens to be Miami this year.
- 29:32[SPEAKER_00]: So, uh, not too much there talk about, of course, um,
- 29:37[SPEAKER_00]: some great games later in the day, the Rio game, the rape of the Cowboys, Ram's Broncos is one of the better Sunday night games, and then Eagles and Bears will be a monster on my knife with balls, so far as the ratings go.
- 29:49[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, of Valkan's Packers, there's enough football, man.
- 29:54[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, you could you could definitely see if the dolphins were a better team.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_00]: Where this could have easily been a prime time game, and we'll talk about that kind of as we,
- 30:04[SPEAKER_00]: Excuse me, we'll talk about that as we go on where you see slots where Miami and past years would have easily slide into a prime time game.
- 30:12[SPEAKER_00]: This is one of those weeks where I think you're looking at this would have easily been a Thursday's not football game instead of Malcolm's Packers in past years, but yeah, that's a tough assignment.
- 30:24[SPEAKER_00]: That's this is almost like when in 2019 when we played the Ravens for the home opener, it may be that ugly.
- 30:31[SPEAKER_01]: week four October fourth at Minnesota.
- 30:34[SPEAKER_01]: This is a this is a very interesting spot because this used to be there was a stat and I'm gonna quote it, you know, it's not gonna be too accurate, but it's gonna be pretty close to to damn accurate.
- 30:49[SPEAKER_01]: This is a stat running from the mid-2000s to the early 2010s.
- 30:58[SPEAKER_01]: In the NBA, a team would go out west, come back east, and then go back out west.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_01]: The second trip out west, the wind percentage for teams from the east, going back out west, after they had come from the west to play back east, if that makes any sense to you, was a whopping 11%.
- 31:19[SPEAKER_01]: Meaning, and usually everybody was making the same stop.
- 31:21[SPEAKER_01]: They were stopping in Denver.
- 31:23[SPEAKER_01]: Everybody was doing the West Coast swing.
- 31:25[SPEAKER_01]: Then they would come back to play a home game at home, on the East Coast.
- 31:30[SPEAKER_01]: And then they would go back to Denver, back out West to Denver, and then they would always lose to Denver.
- 31:35[SPEAKER_01]: And the win percentage, and this was the sample size that reached 55 games, okay?
- 31:41[SPEAKER_01]: So it was a considerable sample size, 11%.
- 31:47[SPEAKER_01]: They're having the dolphins do that here because they're going out to Minnesota after coming back home to play kc 1 p.m. Fox.
- 31:56[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think Minnesota is very good this year, but there can be better than the dolphins, but this is an interesting spot.
- 32:02[SPEAKER_01]: Interesting week, week four.
- 32:04[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you know, I'm not sure I'd call meapolis the West, but I think you're right, as far as the point with the travel goes.
- 32:11[SPEAKER_00]: you can't go to straight road games come back home and go on the road again and I haven't packed you it's just going to happen it's it's a bad spot for the dolphins the Vikings for some reason these games are always weird
- 32:24[SPEAKER_00]: With Minnesota, of course, I go back to was it 2000 and one where maybe 2002 where Miami was in the one seed with two weeks left, play the Vikings on a Saturday, blew it and then lost the next week and ended up as the six.
- 32:46[SPEAKER_01]: But that's not the interesting part of that game against the Minnesota Vikings.
- 32:50[SPEAKER_01]: The interesting part of that game of Minnesota Vikings was that the Dolphins had 11, 3 announced.
- 32:57[SPEAKER_01]: And they lost.
- 32:59[SPEAKER_00]: Oh god, I think I memory hold that game.
- 33:01[SPEAKER_00]: That's that's awful.
- 33:02[SPEAKER_01]: How does your defense have 11, 3 announced?
- 33:05[SPEAKER_01]: You dominated Kirk Cousins and Justin Jefferson, huh?
- 33:09[SPEAKER_01]: Problem is that you didn't have 3 announced on three, three drives and those are the three drives that they scored.
- 33:14[SPEAKER_01]: Touch Tons on and that's what beat you.
- 33:16[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and the end of that season with Bridgewater and I do think I now that you say that I'm remembering the jet's game too, to eakin the playoffs and
- 33:26[SPEAKER_00]: I just don't really want to remember that out, so thanks a lot for that.
- 33:29[SPEAKER_01]: All right, let's, let's briskly move along to week five October 11th coming back home.
- 33:35[SPEAKER_01]: One PM CBS, the Bengals, last time we played the Bengals, wasn't fun.
- 33:42[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think it should be fun this time either, because they should be much, much healthier because it's early in the season, that's when usually the Bengals are their healthiest.
- 33:49[SPEAKER_01]: That's when they do most of their losing, which is odd, right?
- 33:52[SPEAKER_01]: The Bengals are always healthy to start the season.
- 33:54[SPEAKER_01]: They're always falling apart toward the end of the season, but they do all their winning at the end of the season.
- 33:58[SPEAKER_01]: They've been doing that for four consecutive years.
- 34:01[SPEAKER_01]: Week five, your thoughts.
- 34:04[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, this is the use that it's going to be ugly.
- 34:07[SPEAKER_00]: I assume everyone will be healthy.
- 34:09[SPEAKER_00]: To me, it's super bowl of boss for the Bengals.
- 34:12[SPEAKER_00]: It's either tea, playoff, Ron, or Zack Tyler.
- 34:15[SPEAKER_00]: Taylor, finally gets fired.
- 34:16[SPEAKER_00]: Um, you know, I think for Joe Burrow, I think for those who enjoy watching him in the league, I hope it's the latter, um, because I'm not sure how much longer he's going to play for a franchise like Cincinnati.
- 34:28[SPEAKER_00]: Um, but yeah, it's a, it's a really ugly game and probably won't get a lot of, uh, a lot of play.
- 34:36[SPEAKER_00]: It'll probably be one of the league games that, uh, early window.
- 34:40[SPEAKER_00]: You know, later you have the, uh, the Bears and Packers on Fox that'll be a big game.
- 34:46[SPEAKER_00]: yet the nine or c-hawks uh... also in fox kind of weirdy of both of those games uh... going at the same time uh... and then you have ravens and valkins on senate football which is just uh... along the latest in a long line of disappointing things for him and bc's got to be upset about when they can look at their schedule i guess they they it's that thanos meme uh... you know what it takes to get the chiefs and and uh...
- 35:11[SPEAKER_00]: and bills for the Thanksgiving night cost everything because look at their schedule it cost everything else if you're getting Ravens and Valkans and we didn't talk about last week at the Panthers on Saturday night football so not exactly murderers row there but bills and rams on my night football is great and you know as Dolphin fans this year we're I know I will be you know watching just as much as the rest of the league as as the Dolphin game as well so
- 35:38[SPEAKER_00]: week six October 18th is their by week so no losing will be will be done that week but but what's the the feature game for week six on the NFL slate it's got to be two to full the book in the Thursday night c-hawks Broncos see rule i think we all wanted last year um certainly with a healthy bone x that'll be a great game and then look where we're both fans of a certain age you put cowboys and packers on your TV and we're going to be happy
- 36:07[SPEAKER_00]: So can't wait for that one, that's a Sunday night game.
- 36:12[SPEAKER_00]: One of the rare wins for a Sunday night football.
- 36:14[SPEAKER_00]: My net football's not too bad, commanders and miners, but it comes back to the prime time games.
- 36:19[SPEAKER_00]: The daytime schedules kind of weak, you know, unless you're really big into watching the Chargers and Chiefs and I'm not.
- 36:27[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, now that you mentioned the Cowboys I was perusing because I was, you know, I want to go to that week one game in Las Vegas for obvious reasons.
- 36:37[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but I was looking for a Cowboy game to visit and my god yet to get to see those ticket prices.
- 36:45[SPEAKER_01]: And they sell up that they sell all season long like who are these people that are that are buying, they're paying these prices for these tickets in that stadium.
- 36:54[SPEAKER_00]: Dallas is a very rich city.
- 36:56[SPEAKER_00]: I think if you've been to Dallas recently, no, not recently.
- 37:01[SPEAKER_00]: Dude, it is, it is not what it used to be.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_00]: It is, it is a very wealthy, very well-to-do city.
- 37:07[SPEAKER_00]: And there's a lot of money.
- 37:08[SPEAKER_00]: And the Cowboy games are no longer for the average fan, the Hank Hill person.
- 37:13[SPEAKER_00]: It's, it's now for the oil barons.
- 37:15[SPEAKER_00]: It's, you've got to pay to get in.
- 37:17[SPEAKER_00]: It's, you're right, the prices are ridiculous.
- 37:21[SPEAKER_01]: week 7 October 25th at New York Jets.
- 37:24[SPEAKER_01]: I would call this the toilet bowl.
- 37:25[SPEAKER_01]: The only problem is that Miami actually is going to play in a toilet bowl and that would be in week 11 in Buffalo.
- 37:33[SPEAKER_01]: I'll get to that when we get to week 11.
- 37:36[SPEAKER_01]: But week 7 it's at the New York Jets 1PM CBS.
- 37:40[SPEAKER_01]: This is an important game for obvious reasons for fans of the draft and
- 37:44[SPEAKER_01]: And such I don't know what Miami's record's going to be there.
- 37:48[SPEAKER_01]: They have an opportunity to have two wins by this point.
- 37:51[SPEAKER_01]: I believe But you got to figure these two of the worst teams in the league and there's not a very desirable game But it is in New York.
- 38:00[SPEAKER_01]: Miami wins this game.
- 38:01[SPEAKER_01]: You could kiss the the first overall pick.
- 38:03[SPEAKER_00]: Goodbye We do have another game against New York coming up.
- 38:07[SPEAKER_00]: So that's good And it would be very Miami to win in New York and then come back and lose in Miami
- 38:14[SPEAKER_00]: Um, but yeah, no one cares about this game and it's even too early to talk tank, you know, even if, you know, at this point, if you're talking tank, then you're probably here in a bunch of Steven Nacements, you know, decline about the travesty that is that teams are tanking and comparing the dolphins to the, um, to the wizards and the jazz and the unethical tanking and all that.
- 38:37[SPEAKER_00]: So,
- 38:38[SPEAKER_00]: I hope for our mental state, the two of us who listen to a lot of that stuff that we're not in that position quite yet at rather tank later and get a couple of games and our back end of the schedule is so incredibly tough that I think we'll tank even if we don't want to and later half.
- 38:56[SPEAKER_00]: So if we get it when against the jets, all right, well, it's the jets, you know, but yeah, I definitely don't want to be picking after the jets next year
- 39:06[SPEAKER_00]: And like, whether it's Archmaine and I've been listened to to Simon, you know, maybe doesn't come out, maybe, you know, you know, whatever happens there, but my nightmare is seen a manning in New York.
- 39:17[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to see it with the jets, obviously, and he's really live with the with the giants, but I think I might just pack it in and go home if if the jets get a legitimate quarterback, I'll just you're going to start only boys for the Cowboys, I'll go be a bears fan.
- 39:32[SPEAKER_00]: you know, something other, just so I can hear you say Chicago more times.
- 39:38[SPEAKER_00]: So.
- 39:39[SPEAKER_01]: Chicago.
- 39:40[SPEAKER_01]: uh uh but wait I wanted to ask you a question what is the earliest in the season when we start to see the end of hunt graphic because that was something I was asking on our only on on only friends on our discord i was asking will we see the dolphins in a in the hunt graphic and we conducted a poll and i think sixty percent of you said no you're not going to see my amy in a in the hunt graphic so when do we actually see that graphic it's a week 15
- 40:10[SPEAKER_00]: Now, believe or not, there is a rule in this when it comes to broadcast, and it's after week 10.
- 40:17[SPEAKER_00]: After week 10, you can start seeing in the hunt graphics.
- 40:20[SPEAKER_01]: Jesus.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_01]: So, go be eight games left, and we're seeing in the hunt graphics?
- 40:26[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
- 40:27[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, wow.
- 40:29[SPEAKER_00]: They become more prevalent the further you go on, but Red Zone in particular, as they're trying to fill time, they will absolutely week 11 on, start showing in the hunt graphics, start getting
- 40:39[SPEAKER_00]: You know, thinking about, oh, here we are, here's, here's that.
- 40:42[SPEAKER_00]: So if you're around 500, even if you're say three and five, it probably still going to be on that graphic.
- 40:47[SPEAKER_00]: So there's a chance for a lot of people to be wrong, depending on how many wins they can stack up here.
- 40:55[SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, after week 10, all right, week 8, November 1st, in Miami, Patre's come to town, which means my variable comes to town.
- 41:05[SPEAKER_01]: Which means, you know, it's November 1st, you know, the weather's really, really nice.
- 41:08[SPEAKER_01]: And we really got some really high end hotels on South Beach, you know, and in Fort Laudogale.
- 41:14[SPEAKER_01]: So if Mike Ribble wants to bring a lady friend, November 1st, I think that's the week to do it.
- 41:20[SPEAKER_01]: Your thoughts, we came.
- 41:23[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I think for for both of our today, so I had a allegedly brain-a-lady friend to Oto.
- 41:29[SPEAKER_00]: But, um,
- 41:31[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, look, I hate the Patriots.
- 41:33[SPEAKER_00]: I hate the fact that they went on this magical as the Charger said in their video, Cupcake Tour last year to make the Super Bowl.
- 41:43[SPEAKER_00]: I wish that we would shock them and beat them.
- 41:47[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not sure Mike variables gonna be the coach.
- 41:50[SPEAKER_00]: When they're here, I don't know what's gonna happen to the Patriots, but at the very least, we're the undercard again.
- 41:58[SPEAKER_00]: Um, you know, with the, uh, Chieson Broncos being the lead game.
- 42:02[SPEAKER_00]: So a few people are going to see us, and, uh, you know, those stakes, um, you know, this is one of those games you would look at.
- 42:10[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, we're in the Flex window now, uh, for Sunday night football games.
- 42:15[SPEAKER_00]: But Sunday night game is eagles and commanders.
- 42:17[SPEAKER_00]: There's no way that's getting flexed out even at the dolphins and patriots are really good.
- 42:21[SPEAKER_00]: Um, so it's going to stay there and that window, if not move up to one o'clock.
- 42:26[SPEAKER_00]: at the end of the day.
- 42:27[SPEAKER_00]: But the rest of schedule for that week is, you know, about what you'd expect for the turn and Halloween.
- 42:34[SPEAKER_00]: Um, you know, this is where you see the Ravens and Bills on November 1st and pairing that with the, uh, with the afternoon game, the Chiefs and Broncos, uh, CBS two killer games.
- 42:47[SPEAKER_00]: back to back there.
- 42:48[SPEAKER_00]: I'm sure they would have preferred to have the bill's Ravens on a different late double-header window for more viewers.
- 42:56[SPEAKER_00]: But they're going to get a huge thing and very important here out.
- 42:59[SPEAKER_00]: This is the this is the last Sunday before the election, before the midterm elections.
- 43:07[SPEAKER_00]: And that's big for two reasons.
- 43:08[SPEAKER_00]: Number one, if you're watching a football game that day, I'm sorry because you're going to be seeing nothing but
- 43:16[SPEAKER_00]: on your local stations.
- 43:18[SPEAKER_00]: They'll probably be easily $20 million spent just in football those days on local affiliates for these games.
- 43:26[SPEAKER_00]: So if you don't like local commercials, get your meat button ready or watch Red Zone.
- 43:30[SPEAKER_00]: And number two, it's one of those weird scheduling quirks that the NFL likes to do before an election, the commanders are in prime time at home.
- 43:38[SPEAKER_00]: Eagles commanders, there's this whole stats of the last commander's home game, you know,
- 43:45[SPEAKER_00]: going back to the Kennedy administration, if the commanders win, the incumbent party maintains control, if they lose, the incumbent party loses control.
- 43:56[SPEAKER_00]: So one of those weird, just voodoo things that happens, that the NFL clearly plays into is I feel like every two years, but it's a midterm, our general, the commanders are in prime time, you know, right before the election.
- 44:08[SPEAKER_00]: So,
- 44:08[SPEAKER_00]: One of those little through lines that you look at, but I think we'll all be happy and once we get past this week, just so we don't just do the pull-up class anymore.
- 44:17[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I was told once that they do that because the lobbying class and the political consultant class spend a lot of money, go to a lot of parties, consume a lot of alcohol, spend a lot of money in high-end restaurants and they want them in and around DC and what a better place to entertain them at than at a football game, right?
- 44:40[SPEAKER_00]: So, absolutely, especially the beautiful new RFK stadium, they're going to build and they'll have all those places on sites, they can even double dip there if they want.
- 44:50[SPEAKER_01]: All right, Dolphins remain home week nine.
- 44:52[SPEAKER_01]: Remember eighth, they play the line.
- 44:55[SPEAKER_01]: One PM CBS, that game has the potential to be completely ugly.
- 45:03[SPEAKER_01]: But, you know, what's what's the featured game for that week week nine?
- 45:08[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, I don't envy Dan Campbell coming to smash us.
- 45:12[SPEAKER_00]: That's going to be ugly.
- 45:14[SPEAKER_00]: The feature game is really it's a box game, Packer of Patriots, you know, when the afternoon window that's easily going to be the highest rate game of the day.
- 45:23[SPEAKER_00]: The something that game is sneaky good if Baker stays healthy and the bugs can kind of jump back here, buck and ears bears.
- 45:35[SPEAKER_00]: The buck and ears are so,
- 45:37[SPEAKER_00]: juggle and high two years ago, you know, had this great run last last year, regressed.
- 45:42[SPEAKER_00]: If there are any of these in that name, number, that, that game will do a number.
- 45:47[SPEAKER_00]: But overall, it's a pretty underwhelming week as you look across the board.
- 45:50[SPEAKER_00]: Jaguars, Ravens, on Thursday night football.
- 45:53[SPEAKER_00]: I know the Jaguars are, you know, a good team, and they made the playoffs last year.
- 45:59[SPEAKER_00]: But,
- 46:00[SPEAKER_00]: you know, you're not going to convince me that you're gonna get a bunch of eyeballs on prime for that.
- 46:04[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, it's kind of a home drum week.
- 46:06[SPEAKER_00]: You got your standard NFC e-smatch up with the Giants and Eagles.
- 46:09[SPEAKER_00]: That game's an early window on Fox.
- 46:12[SPEAKER_00]: So that's probably what most people we see and what the dolphins are getting, you know, curb stomped by the lands, the lions.
- 46:19[SPEAKER_00]: But the lions, you know, this is the one opportunity to talk about that.
- 46:22[SPEAKER_00]: The lions by far is the team that
- 46:27[SPEAKER_00]: really saw a regression in their amount of standalone games, four prime time games plus the international game.
- 46:35[SPEAKER_00]: You know, this was a team that was a darling even last year, and certainly two years ago.
- 46:38[SPEAKER_00]: So very interesting to see how the NFL is kind of handled that.
- 46:43[SPEAKER_00]: And maybe writing the wave of their success that maybe they're betting that it starts to wane a little bit, be very interesting to see.
- 46:57[SPEAKER_00]: and I would love to see him back in the playoffs.
- 47:00[SPEAKER_01]: Week 10, November 15th, they traveled to Indianapolis, 1PM CBS again, like at this point, they're just, you know, the schedule makers just see Miami, just automatically just throw them at 1PM on CBS, because they're gonna be on CBS for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, eight weeks and a row.
- 47:19[SPEAKER_01]: So, yeah.
- 47:21[SPEAKER_01]: Week 10, Yeah, what's the first date?
- 47:23[SPEAKER_01]: Anything interesting in the slate on Week 10.
- 47:26[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean Cowboys, Niners, Fox Lake Game is by far the the biggest game on the slate.
- 47:33[SPEAKER_00]: It's talked about that already.
- 47:35[SPEAKER_00]: You've got the Patriots Lions in Munich, very interesting in the Fox actually purchased this game, so it'll be part of a triple header on Fox that day where you get the Patriots Lions early in the morning and an exclusive window and then they've got Vikings Packers, we'll lead there afternoon.
- 47:55[SPEAKER_00]: there one p.m. window and then you've got that Cowboy's Niners game.
- 47:58[SPEAKER_00]: So much in the same way that we were talking about CBS and the Ravens, the Ravens and Bill's game followed by the chiefs and Broncos.
- 48:09[SPEAKER_00]: This is the same thing for Fox.
- 48:11[SPEAKER_00]: They revise nothing go back and say, hey, look how great the numbers improved.
- 48:14[SPEAKER_00]: Give us more money.
- 48:15[SPEAKER_00]: That's exactly what we're seeing here.
- 48:17[SPEAKER_00]: So you see with both of the premium or the both of the
- 48:25[SPEAKER_01]: Alright, week 11, November 22, number 22, at Buffalo, at CBS, and we don't have time for this, by the way, for this game.
- 48:37[SPEAKER_01]: It's at one p.m.
- 48:39[SPEAKER_01]: They're playing in the toilet bowl.
- 48:42[SPEAKER_01]: Look, I'm fond of saying, I'm an expert on a lot of things.
- 48:46[SPEAKER_01]: I'm kind of an expert on TV production, and I'm really an expert on draft design.
- 48:52[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know anybody sat in a board room, looked at the renderings and said, yep, this was what we want our stadium to look like.
- 49:00[SPEAKER_01]: It looks like a bidet.
- 49:01[SPEAKER_01]: The stadium looks like a bidet.
- 49:04[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know who thought that up,
- 49:07[SPEAKER_01]: We're going to be playing in that per day on November 22nd.
- 49:09[SPEAKER_00]: It's so bad.
- 49:11[SPEAKER_00]: I don't understand it at all.
- 49:14[SPEAKER_00]: You're the bills.
- 49:16[SPEAKER_00]: You have, you know, high marks ADM, you know, formerly the rich.
- 49:20[SPEAKER_00]: You know, has had so much character and now it's just a cookie cutter.
- 49:24[SPEAKER_00]: I don't get it.
- 49:26[SPEAKER_00]: We have progressed so much in stadium design of the last decade from these original great-looking
- 49:36[SPEAKER_00]: Um, you know, with or without a roof.
- 49:39[SPEAKER_00]: And there you go.
- 49:40[SPEAKER_00]: It's it's lame.
- 49:41[SPEAKER_00]: And I hated the bears renderings.
- 49:43[SPEAKER_00]: Look bad.
- 49:44[SPEAKER_00]: They look almost similar to what the bills did.
- 49:47[SPEAKER_00]: The Browns New Stadium looks very similar to what they did.
- 49:51[SPEAKER_00]: Those two have domes, which don't get me started on the bears and and Browns having domes.
- 49:58[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, I mean, look, regardless, the bills are going to drowns us in Buffalo.
- 50:06[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, average temperatures 42 on November 22nd and we're in half days, I have brainers now.
- 50:11[SPEAKER_00]: So I know we don't have to anymore, Malin knows how to play in the cold, planning, green bay, but you know, honestly, it is what it is.
- 50:21[SPEAKER_00]: But there's no really any standout games this week either, which is very interesting to me right before the Thanksgiving onslaught.
- 50:29[SPEAKER_00]: and maybe you can catch the bills looking ahead of the chiefs on Thursday night on this game maybe you have a chance to do that but other than that like I look at this late and you know your main double header game is the Steelers' angles.
- 50:44[SPEAKER_00]: Not exactly on spiring and to your point earlier in the in the in the in the broadcast here you know this is where you lose some of the
- 50:58[SPEAKER_00]: the next week because you just don't have as many options here.
- 51:01[SPEAKER_00]: And just a fun side here before we move on.
- 51:04[SPEAKER_00]: I'm actually following through here on NFL.com going through each week.
- 51:08[SPEAKER_00]: They actually have an ad currently up for the commanders and dolphins Sunday November 16th in Madrid.
- 51:15[SPEAKER_00]: So they have last year's ad up for the Madrid games.
- 51:18[SPEAKER_00]: So that is that that gives me a lot of confidence in the in the people working on NFL.com these days.
- 51:26[SPEAKER_01]: week 12 dolphins come back home to play the jets one p.m. CBS again uh... anything look a lot of people out i think people are just gonna tune in just to see how the young guys are playing but i can't i can't fathom that this this game gets i don't i don't know if it'll crack 300 thousand locally but at one p.m. CBS week 12
- 51:53[SPEAKER_01]: What will some of us that maybe are not as involved with this franchise may want to tune in elsewhere to watch what is that else to watch on week 12 because this is not a very appetizing game.
- 52:06[SPEAKER_00]: Now the bad thing for this Sunday slate is this is Thanksgiving week so you do have five games before you can get to Sunday.
- 52:13[SPEAKER_00]: All of them great games including the Packers Rams on Thanksgiving Eve on Netflix and then the Broncos Steelers on Prime on Black Friday.
- 52:21[SPEAKER_00]: I tell you get to the actual day
- 52:24[SPEAKER_00]: And that same window with the Dolphins and Jets, the other games that in that window are a Stain Spangles, Raiders and Browns, Ravens and Texans, Giants and Colts, and Falcons and Vikings.
- 52:36[SPEAKER_00]: So not exactly a murderers' row in that early window.
- 52:41[SPEAKER_00]: So hopefully everybody's just watching the Dolphins and helping we lose.
- 52:45[SPEAKER_00]: The afternoon window, you have one great anchor game.
- 52:48[SPEAKER_00]: You have the C-Oxin Niners.
- 52:50[SPEAKER_00]: good game, but the rest of the game is not great.
- 52:52[SPEAKER_00]: So I night footballs, the Patriots and Chargers, at this point, the Justin Herbert's probably in a body bag, so who knows what's going on there.
- 52:59[SPEAKER_00]: It's late in the year.
- 53:00[SPEAKER_00]: And then you have the Panthers and Box on my night football.
- 53:03[SPEAKER_00]: So I'd say enjoy your Thanksgiving and then maybe spend your time with the family on Sunday.
- 53:10[SPEAKER_01]: week 13, this is the first of likely three cold weather games for this team down the stretch.
- 53:20[SPEAKER_01]: with Malik Wilson company.
- 53:22[SPEAKER_01]: I also, by the way, everybody keeps saying, oh, yeah, Malik Wilson's play is pretty good in the cold.
- 53:26[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but he lives here now, which means he's gonna accolade me to the weather here now.
- 53:32[SPEAKER_01]: Damn Renal played really well in the cold.
- 53:34[SPEAKER_01]: In Pittsburgh.
- 53:35[SPEAKER_01]: He also played pretty well in the cold when he was here in Miami, but guess what happened to the Dolphins, all those years?
- 53:40[SPEAKER_01]: They lost games.
- 53:42[SPEAKER_01]: So at Denver 405 p.m. What will be watching that's worth watching in the 1 o'clock slate that week before we tune in?
- 53:51[SPEAKER_01]: Showing the watch.
- 53:52[SPEAKER_01]: The Dolphins play against probably the best team in the AFC.
- 53:56[SPEAKER_01]: And Jane Wattel, by the way.
- 53:59[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and Jalen Water, which is the kicker, you know, I think that most eyes in the early window are going to be on the Giants of 49ers, either the Giants are meddling here or even a little bad.
- 54:11[SPEAKER_00]: That matchups, such a traditional matchup on Fox, I think it's going to get eyeballs.
- 54:15[SPEAKER_00]: Chargers bucking the ears of both teams are healthy, certainly has some appeal nearly window.
- 54:19[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's neat.
- 54:20[SPEAKER_00]: You good game that day will be the Packers and Saints.
- 54:23[SPEAKER_00]: I think Tyler
- 54:25[SPEAKER_00]: continue from last year and have a pretty good year this year.
- 54:28[SPEAKER_00]: I think that could be an interesting game.
- 54:30[SPEAKER_00]: And then Jaguars bears sneaky good game.
- 54:33[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not very high on the bears this year.
- 54:35[SPEAKER_00]: And really think that they could do some damage.
- 54:39[SPEAKER_00]: Jaguars will see.
- 54:42[SPEAKER_00]: The good news is if you're tuned into the Dolphins and Broncos, you're not messing much in the afternoon window.
- 54:47[SPEAKER_00]: You're not getting to see the bills and Patriots boohoo for Dolphin fans.
- 54:51[SPEAKER_00]: It's not a big deal.
- 54:51[SPEAKER_00]: That's the main game.
- 54:53[SPEAKER_00]: that afternoon.
- 54:55[SPEAKER_00]: You know, the good news is if you can get through our game and what I'm sure will be a disgusting game for us.
- 55:01[SPEAKER_00]: Um, you know, something like football not so great.
- 55:04[SPEAKER_00]: Texas and Steelers, we imagine that awful wild card game last year.
- 55:07[SPEAKER_00]: You know, that was on Monday night.
- 55:09[SPEAKER_00]: So, hey, yeah, let's put down primetime again, but this time on Sunday night, great job in FL.
- 55:13[SPEAKER_00]: Um, and then Cowboys C. Hawks though, great game.
- 55:18[SPEAKER_00]: the Cowboys are still in it.
- 55:21[SPEAKER_00]: We'll see.
- 55:21[SPEAKER_00]: I, you look, you're, you're more into the Cowboys, you know the Cowboys better than I do.
- 55:26[SPEAKER_00]: I can't imagine that they're not going to be better than they were last year.
- 55:30[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, that, that more talent this year, they're going to be a good team this year.
- 55:36[SPEAKER_01]: They'll be in and around the playoffs.
- 55:39[SPEAKER_01]: Week 14.
- 55:41[SPEAKER_01]: Chicago Bears come to town December 13th, 1 p.m. CBS.
- 55:47[SPEAKER_01]: I would say believe it or not, but I think you would believe it.
- 55:50[SPEAKER_01]: It is the hottest ticket for the Miami Dolphins this season.
- 55:54[SPEAKER_01]: It'll be the hottest crowd I believe.
- 55:56[SPEAKER_01]: There could be 45,000 bare fans in that stadium.
- 56:00[SPEAKER_01]: But it's gonna be it's gonna be a hot ticket like a few if you're a season ticket holder of the Miami Dolphins Like you'll be able to I think pay for the season with your ticket if you sell it here to a bear's fan That week so pretty hot week for bear's fans to come down That's a hot for the dolphins as the bear's gonna be pretty damn good as well like this is a murderers role of a schedule that they're a buck to embarking after they play Denver
- 56:28[SPEAKER_00]: Well, absolutely.
- 56:29[SPEAKER_00]: If you look at the math metrics, Miami has the toughest stretch week 13 on of any team in the league.
- 56:37[SPEAKER_00]: It shows, you know, as far as DVOA from last year, there's no one outside the top eight that we play after week 13.
- 56:47[SPEAKER_00]: So that's what I said earlier, you know, whether we want to thank or not, we may be tank.
- 56:50[SPEAKER_00]: Um, you know, at the end of the year anyway.
- 56:53[SPEAKER_00]: So, um, it's one of those things.
- 56:55[SPEAKER_00]: And if you look at it to, you know, we're, we're at a rest of this advantage for the year, you know, we're minus, we're minus seven days over on rest.
- 57:05[SPEAKER_00]: And a lot of that comes from the back into here.
- 57:07[SPEAKER_00]: You know, Chicago and Green Bay.
- 57:09[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, we were neutral rest.
- 57:11[SPEAKER_00]: But we've got less rest in the Broncos, we've got less rest in the Characters, the Bills, the Patriots.
- 57:17[SPEAKER_00]: So I mean, we're on a net rest, this advantage, as well as a talent disadvantage.
- 57:22[SPEAKER_00]: My God, man, if this is, this is bleak.
- 57:26[SPEAKER_00]: And for all those 45,000 bare fans, I hope they enjoy it because, you know, it's gonna be a Merry Christmas, I think, in Chicago.
- 57:35[SPEAKER_01]: week 15 December 2020 if at Green Bay like I'm telling you like this is like this is some type of sick joke once once they play the jets at home on week 12 we're made this guy just said whoa look at what we're giving the dolphins
- 57:50[SPEAKER_01]: Do you think anybody like spoke up in the room and said, I don't know.
- 57:53[SPEAKER_01]: I think we're, I think we'll be a little too hard on them here.
- 57:56[SPEAKER_01]: But yes, they play in Green Bay, halfway, John Erick Sullivan, they go back home, one PM, CBS.
- 58:02[SPEAKER_01]: That's the good news.
- 58:03[SPEAKER_01]: Nobody's gonna watch this game.
- 58:05[SPEAKER_01]: So, so they can lose by as many points as they want.
- 58:09[SPEAKER_01]: But week 15, what else are we watching that week?
- 58:11[SPEAKER_01]: It's the week right before Christmas, it's December 20th.
- 58:16[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, big week for advertising.
- 58:19[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, before everything happens, certainly when we still had water, you looked at the schedule and said, oh, you know, maybe this is a prime time game.
- 58:27[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe this is, this is a sneaky one.
- 58:29[SPEAKER_00]: And yeah, I gave Miami some house surprises us and as a better team, you know, there's certainly some flex appeal there, you know, minds of Vikings, if the Vikings fall apart, like I think they might, that could be an opportunity.
- 58:40[SPEAKER_00]: If you look at that late window, you have Cowboys, Rams, you have Broncos, Raiders.
- 58:45[SPEAKER_00]: uh... you know raiders by that point in those that should be playing show guys feet wet should be at least a bit of a challenge for the broncos in Vegas with that game you know and then you look patriice chiefs on on money knife football the last game before christmas
- 59:01[SPEAKER_00]: I'd really like to make a joke about, you know, elf and, you know, a gift for that special someone, but I won't because I don't want to get sued and Dave Fortinoy is starting to sue everybody.
- 59:12[SPEAKER_00]: At this point, who speaks poorly of Mike Grable, so not worth the risk.
- 59:17[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, the other games, though, are pretty good, you know, while we're playing the Packers, everyone's gonna be watching the Ravens and Steelers, and that really went though.
- 59:24[SPEAKER_00]: So,
- 59:25[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, even if it's a snow globe, snowmageddon game, you know, no one's gonna be watching us, which is very good.
- 59:33[SPEAKER_01]: week 16, uh, they play with the chargers and it says flex here on my sheet.
- 59:38[SPEAKER_01]: It says December 28th, 29th, and if all the more CBS, what does that all mean?
- 59:45[SPEAKER_00]: So that means that after week 13, the NFL will decide on a pool of five games that will two of which will go to NFL network in an afternoon in a prime time slot.
- 59:58[SPEAKER_00]: So in week 16, those games are Miami and the chargers, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Carolina Pittsburgh, Washington, Minnesota, and Tampa Bay Atlanta.
- 1:00:08[SPEAKER_00]: So Miami had this a few years ago with the Vegas game.
- 1:00:13[SPEAKER_00]: They got flexed over the NFL network.
- 1:00:15[SPEAKER_00]: If you remember that's the one where Ryan's it's Patrick.
- 1:00:17[SPEAKER_00]: went super Saiyan on us and you know one that game by sure will it happened the year after that with the bills when we went in there and had the lead in the fourth quarter and you know we got pelted by snowballs every time and the officials let it happen so it's that same sort of situation looking at those games you know Miami's got to be competitive to be in that conversation
- 1:00:44[SPEAKER_00]: that situation.
- 1:00:47[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I'd be surprised that they're flexed, but it is an opportunity for having to play their way into having eyeballs that they're much better than I think anybody really thinks they will be.
- 1:00:57[SPEAKER_01]: All right, we move on.
- 1:00:59[SPEAKER_01]: As we're finishing up here, week 17, January 3rd, 4th against the Buffalo Bells at home, CBS, once again.
- 1:01:08[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and help us all.
- 1:01:10[SPEAKER_00]: Not a great way to start
- 1:01:11[SPEAKER_00]: But the good news is before that on New Year's Eve, you get Ravens and Bengals on New Year's Eve.
- 1:01:16[SPEAKER_00]: That's a great game.
- 1:01:18[SPEAKER_00]: Certainly a nasty way to ring out what I'm sure a lot of people would say was a pretty nasty year in 2026.
- 1:01:26[SPEAKER_00]: So it's probably pretty sitting.
- 1:01:28[SPEAKER_00]: You know, you got Lions and Bears, the league game, probably going to be a good one.
- 1:01:34[SPEAKER_00]: Is it a good one, Parker?
- 1:01:35[SPEAKER_01]: Isn't that week also the first week of the College Football Playoff?
- 1:01:39[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, this would be the week of the quarter final, so there's to be the week after the uh, on campus games.
- 1:01:48[SPEAKER_01]: So these are going to be the bowl games.
- 1:01:49[SPEAKER_01]: This is going to be cotton, the cotton bowl, all that stuff.
- 1:01:53[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, yes.
- 1:01:54[SPEAKER_00]: I believe that is correct.
- 1:01:55[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 1:01:57[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:01:57[SPEAKER_00]: Um, yes.
- 1:01:58[SPEAKER_00]: That is correct.
- 1:01:59[SPEAKER_01]: Um, this this should be a week where we get five consecutive days of football.
- 1:02:04[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah, it'll be, it'll just make it worse going back to work because January 1st is on a Friday.
- 1:02:10[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to have all this football over the weekend and we're still going to have football on the 4th and 5th and 6th that we're consuming and productivity is just going to go in the toilet, go to the bill stadium.
- 1:02:25[SPEAKER_01]: week 18 January 10th 11th at New England.
- 1:02:29[SPEAKER_01]: This is where everybody's going to be scoreboard watching.
- 1:02:31[SPEAKER_01]: I guess New England will probably need this game to make the playoffs.
- 1:02:36[SPEAKER_01]: I guess we could play spoiler once again in New England, but the season will come to a merciful end here.
- 1:02:43[SPEAKER_01]: We get 10.
- 1:02:45[SPEAKER_01]: Any games that you eyeball for week 18 and you say, whoa, like last year, anybody, anybody would have told you
- 1:02:54[SPEAKER_01]: Baltimore had that feel and I had that feel before the season, right?
- 1:03:01[SPEAKER_01]: And then a pain right like everybody was right at the end of the, at the end of the season, that game was going to decide a playoff spot and a division title.
- 1:03:11[SPEAKER_01]: Any game catch your eye in this regard, week 18.
- 1:03:13[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, I interest you in the Steelers Ravens again.
- 1:03:17[SPEAKER_00]: I'm doing this a day there they're there week 18 look they they they know what they're doing here they're looking for They got high off of that last year and they definitely want to replay that.
- 1:03:28[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, Steelers Ravens All right, you got Lions Packers It's less sexy, but you got Jaguar as cold, which could be for the division you've got Seahawks Rams the best game of the year Scheduled in week 18 after week 16 on Christmas night
- 1:03:45[SPEAKER_00]: All right, so, and then you got Cowboys Commanders, Eagles, Giants, and who does the NFC teams up being good and who's, you know, being competitive in that.
- 1:03:54[SPEAKER_00]: So, yeah, there's a lot of a lot of great game possibilities there, for sure, going into that.
- 1:04:04[SPEAKER_00]: So,
- 1:04:07[SPEAKER_01]: All right, so I don't know, I think that that C-Hox C-Hox Rams is probably the Sunday Night Football game and that's going to decide that division.
- 1:04:18[SPEAKER_01]: I think that that's the one.
- 1:04:20[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, I think so too.
- 1:04:23[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, look, that those games were so important last year.
- 1:04:28[SPEAKER_00]: I am really bummed that they did not choose to
- 1:04:35[SPEAKER_00]: Spread those games out that we have at week 16 and week 18 for those two great games because if look if if staff are gets hurt Then you know, what are we gonna do we're not gonna have We're not gonna have that at all as as is thing, but yeah, that is the clear leader in the club house for the last game of the season It's a big deal.
- 1:04:55[SPEAKER_00]: We know it's a big deal and I think the NFL isn't some ways planning on it You know being that so
- 1:05:04[SPEAKER_01]: All right, we're going to call it right here, but on the way out, let me ask you this, any changes to booths, to lead teams.
- 1:05:13[SPEAKER_01]: I do know that Chris Sims got canned off of Sunday night, football, and Mike Tomlin is in his place.
- 1:05:22[SPEAKER_00]: I would say to any of our dear listeners, who want to answer that question, they should join Vetted for $25.
- 1:05:27[SPEAKER_00]: I will not say that here, but I have talked about that on the Vetted.
- 1:05:33[SPEAKER_00]: So again, behind the paywall, but I think it would be foolish for me to say that on a podcast that goes out on the feed.
- 1:05:40[SPEAKER_00]: But yes, there are some major shakeups that are coming to booths in the coming years.
- 1:05:45[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 1:05:46[SPEAKER_01]: Mike Tomman, hot media property, who knew, right?
- 1:05:51[SPEAKER_00]: Just wait till Sean McVay leaves, it'll be a record deal.
- 1:05:54[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 1:05:56[SPEAKER_01]: We're going to call it right here.
- 1:05:57[SPEAKER_01]: That's Blake Sebel.
- 1:05:58[SPEAKER_01]: I'm Alfred Orteaga.
- 1:06:01[SPEAKER_01]: Do you want to tell the people anywhere they want to find anything you want to promote on on the show like You know what all do is promote the discord again.
- 1:06:10[SPEAKER_00]: That's where you can find me in the vetted TV shenanigans and and information and stuff you never wanted to know but now you do I do not do this for any social media following In fact, it's frowned upon in my position to do so, but you can find me on LinkedIn and
- 1:06:29[SPEAKER_00]: If you want, I'm sure you don't get many of those promoted on here, but yeah, no, just if you want to, if you want to me to promote something, I promote you, I promote Simon Chris Kyle certainly on on his show and locked on and so many of the great posters, you know, who I I should name here, but I don't want to make this we've already been here for over an hour.
- 1:06:55[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to do that to you.
- 1:06:56[SPEAKER_00]: I know we're pushing nine in the east, but now thank you to everybody out there who follows throughout the year and for this great community that you guys have built.
