- 0:21Speaker 1: take you through recent history, all the most powerful people
- 0:24Speaker 1: and the most powerful events. And it's a fascinating read,
- 0:27Speaker 1: Confronting America. Get Bill O'Reilly's new book. Also, watch the podcast.
- 0:31Speaker 1: We'll do it live. Watch his YouTube channel. Go to
- 0:36Speaker 1: BillOReilly.com and get everything there. BillOReilly.com. Bill O'Reilly, how you doing?
- 0:44Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a busy time, obviously, for everybody in the business.
- 0:50Speaker 2: Just trying to get through it, Simone. Two more weeks.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Yeah, that's going to be some election night in two
- 0:56Speaker 1: weeks from tonight, watching that. What do you think?
- 1:00Speaker 2: Yeah, it's going to be diverse. The one thing I
- 1:04Speaker 2: know is that everybody's mad. So nobody's not mad. And
- 1:13Speaker 2: I'm trying to think back in the Vietnam era, it
- 1:15Speaker 2: was like that, too. But how that's going to manifest
- 1:20Speaker 2: itself as far as people choosing a candidate. For example,
- 1:24Speaker 2: I think Blakeman's going to upset Hochul here in New York.
- 1:29Speaker 2: which would be a stunning blow to the radical left Democrats.
- 1:36Speaker 2: But he'll still get waxed out in California. And as
- 1:41Speaker 2: far as the Senate is concerned, it's impossible at this
- 1:45Speaker 2: point to picket. You know, when I watch these idiots
- 1:49Speaker 2: on television, and they truly are idiots, and they're speculating
- 1:54Speaker 2: about this and that, they don't know. It's like going
- 1:58Speaker 2: to Miss Cleo. Remember Miss Cleo? You know, you give
- 2:02Speaker 2: the woman 50 bucks and she looks at some bones. Yeah,
- 2:07Speaker 2: I mean, come on. The one thing that you have
- 2:10Speaker 2: to build on is facts. In Michigan, for example, I
- 2:14Speaker 2: said it is the big Democratic star, charismatic guy. I
- 2:18Speaker 2: can't see black Americans coming out for the man. I
- 2:22Speaker 2: cannot see it. That would go against every tradition. um...
- 2:28Speaker 2: african-americans uh... they uh... and i'm generalizing of course they're
- 2:35Speaker 2: very centered into their community and how to improve it
- 2:40Speaker 2: and i'll try it is about a far away from
- 2:42Speaker 2: their community as you can get putin is closer but
- 2:46Speaker 2: i hope so i think that though i always people
- 2:50Speaker 2: in detroit a run out and vote for our side
- 2:52Speaker 2: i uh... you know i'd be shocked And if that
- 2:56Speaker 2: doesn't happen, then Rodgers will win.
- 3:00Speaker 1: So let's say Blakeman wins. We think Blakeman will win.
- 3:03Speaker 1: He should win. And within a year, he's turned New
- 3:06Speaker 1: York around quite a bit. He's lowered the taxes. Everything's better.
- 3:09Speaker 1: Could that be the end of this crazy socialist democratic
- 3:12Speaker 1: crap all over the place?
- 3:15Speaker 2: It's going to cause a lot of angst, that's for sure.
- 3:18Speaker 2: So I had Blakeman on the nose of the news yesterday.
- 3:21Speaker 1: Yeah, that's very good.
- 3:21Speaker 2: And I don't usually do, you know, politicians because they're
- 3:25Speaker 2: just going to give you, you know, the can line
- 3:27Speaker 2: and all that. But I ran into Blakeman last week
- 3:31Speaker 2: on Long Island, and, you know, I had a conversation
- 3:34Speaker 2: with him. I said, okay, look, I'll invite Hulk, or
- 3:36Speaker 2: he'll never come on. And then I'll invite you, and
- 3:40Speaker 2: you come on if you want. And he did. and
- 3:42Speaker 2: the thing about blakeman uh... and i don't know about
- 3:46Speaker 2: where i mean i know i'm uh... i live in
- 3:48Speaker 2: nashville county in the he's a county commissioner the director
- 3:51Speaker 2: of it uh... the thing about him is that he's
- 3:55Speaker 2: got a very sharp point of view and this point
- 3:59Speaker 2: of view is law and order number one and the uh...
- 4:02Speaker 2: nashville county police department is a good department underwriter uh...
- 4:07Speaker 2: and you know it's much tougher to police in new
- 4:09Speaker 2: york city than it is in nashville but There's a
- 4:12Speaker 2: lot of miscreants in Nassau floating around, and they've gotten
- 4:16Speaker 2: that under control. Taxes were the highest taxed state in
- 4:19Speaker 2: the union. They've come down a little bit in Nassau County,
- 4:23Speaker 2: but not anything dramatic because the state and the county
- 4:27Speaker 2: and everybody else owes so much money. I'm expecting Blakeman
- 4:32Speaker 2: to hold the line or drop it a little bit
- 4:35Speaker 2: if he can in certain areas. He can certainly cut
- 4:38Speaker 2: out waste and fraud, which Hochul and the Democrats will
- 4:42Speaker 2: never do. And the big joke among people who really
- 4:46Speaker 2: are tuned into this is the affordability. You haven't heard
- 4:49Speaker 2: about that in about two weeks since I just blew
- 4:52Speaker 2: it up. Affordability, you don't think the Democratic Party, if
- 4:56Speaker 2: they win, is going to raise taxes? I mean, so
- 5:01Speaker 2: any money that you would save in the grocery store
- 5:03Speaker 2: at a gas pump is going to go right into
- 5:06Speaker 2: their hands and their pockets. In the form of taxation.
- 5:10Speaker 2: Taxation isn't just your paycheck. It's nine bucks going into
- 5:16Speaker 2: the city. It's what are they charging out of park?
- 5:19Speaker 2: Fifteen percent tax to park. I mean, it's every blanket
- 5:26Speaker 2: thing that we do in New York state is taxed. Everything.
- 5:29Speaker 2: I mean, next, they're going to be tracking. They're going
- 5:34Speaker 2: to be taxing trick or treating. You know, there'll be
- 5:36Speaker 2: some guy following around a kid, like, give me half
- 5:39Speaker 2: of that. You know, so I'm going, you don't think
- 5:43Speaker 2: the Democratic Party are going to raise taxes? So what
- 5:47Speaker 2: are you talking about affordability? How's that going to shake?
- 5:51Speaker 2: And there's never an answer to that question.
- 5:55Speaker 1: You know, they have controlled every inch of government in
- 5:58Speaker 1: New York State and city for the last 15 years.
- 6:00Speaker 1: How do they, if there's an affordability crisis, didn't they
- 6:04Speaker 1: cause it? How did they get away from not having
- 6:06Speaker 1: an answer?
- 6:06Speaker 2: Of course they caused it. Of course they caused it.
- 6:10Speaker 2: But there is a line, it's about $ 60, 000 in New
- 6:14Speaker 2: York City, where people below that line don't pay much
- 6:19Speaker 2: tax at all, federal or state or anything. In fact,
- 6:24Speaker 2: the government pays them. So you get what they call
- 6:27Speaker 2: a tax rebate if you earn less than a certain
- 6:30Speaker 2: amount of money. And so those people, they don't care
- 6:34Speaker 2: about affordability. It doesn't concern them other than higher prices
- 6:40Speaker 2: cut into whatever cash they may have on hand. But taxes,
- 6:46Speaker 2: it doesn't bother them because they're not in the tax zone.
- 6:49Speaker 2: The people that get really hurt are the working people
- 6:54Speaker 2: who live in the suburbs and upstate New York and
- 6:58Speaker 2: all that who work. bust their buns every day. And
- 7:03Speaker 2: in the paycheck, it keeps going up and up and
- 7:06Speaker 2: up and up. And when you look at where the
- 7:09Speaker 2: money goes, it's a scandal. So what are we paying now?
- 7:13Speaker 2: Three times as much money for our students to go
- 7:17Speaker 2: to school as Florida? Three times as much? For what?
- 7:24Speaker 2: Florida has better test scores than we do. What are
- 7:28Speaker 2: you getting? you're not getting anything. And then you have a,
- 7:34Speaker 2: it goes, uh, the money that is put out because
- 7:38Speaker 2: no one is watching the money. And that's the big
- 7:43Speaker 2: fraud in Minnesota and California in Maine. You say, oh yeah,
- 7:47Speaker 2: we'll take all your money and nobody's going to watch it.
- 7:50Speaker 2: So the crooks steal it. And where does AI comes in, man?
- 7:54Speaker 2: These guys, these gangsters are already working on that. Um,
- 7:59Speaker 2: And so, you know, I'm sitting here, I'm a logical,
- 8:02Speaker 2: simple guy. And when I do speak to my liberal friends,
- 8:07Speaker 2: they are, they have a we hate Trump, number one.
- 8:11Speaker 2: That's still number one with a bullet on the billboard chart.
- 8:15Speaker 2: We hate him. Okay. And then they have very little
- 8:19Speaker 2: after that. Very, very little accomplishments, future economic growth. You
- 8:27Speaker 2: don't get much. You get a lot of mumbles. You
- 8:29Speaker 2: get what Hochul does. $ 8 billion you've spent, Governor Hochul,
- 8:35Speaker 2: on migrants?
- 8:36Speaker 1: $ 8 billion in a year on migrants?
- 8:41Speaker 2: That alone should elect Blakeman.
- 8:46Speaker 1: Well, let's hope so. Hey, we only got like a
- 8:48Speaker 1: minute left. France, Macron not bringing out the military, not
- 8:52Speaker 1: stopping this rioting. What is he thinking?
- 8:58Speaker 2: He's thinking, where can I get my croissant? I mean,
- 9:02Speaker 2: it's France. You've been to France, right?
- 9:05Speaker 1: Yeah, of course.
- 9:07Speaker 2: Come on. It's France. France is a society that has
- 9:13Speaker 2: expectations of the government giving them what they want. That's it.
- 9:21Speaker 2: That's your expectation. Give me pension. Give me Housing, gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme.
- 9:29Speaker 2: And now France doesn't have any money. They're broke. The U.K.
- 9:32Speaker 2: is broke. Soon Spain will be broke. You can't absorb
- 9:37Speaker 2: millions of people who the first thing they do when
- 9:40Speaker 2: they get into your country is go on the national
- 9:42Speaker 2: health insurance toll. You can't pay their bills. That's exactly
- 9:47Speaker 2: what's happening.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Bill O'Reilly, we're out of time. But, hey, great podcast.
- 9:52Speaker 1: We'll do it live. We got to watch the Stephen A.
- 9:55Speaker 1: Smith episode. You got somebody coming up later this week?
- 9:59Speaker 2: We're doing election specials this week because the interest is
- 10:05Speaker 2: so intense. And I think I got the best lineup.
- 10:08Speaker 2: I got all the guys that haven't made 50,000 mistakes.
- 10:13Speaker 2: And that means nobody from CNN. These people just root.
- 10:20Speaker 2: So I got really good people, hard-eyed people, no ideology.
- 10:25Speaker 2: They come in, they say, this is what's going on,
- 10:27Speaker 2: and that's what I want. So that'll be the long
- 10:29Speaker 2: form for the next week or maybe 10 days. And
- 10:33Speaker 2: then we'll get back to the usual chaos.
- 10:35Speaker 1: Everybody watch Bill O'Reilly's podcast. We'll do it live. Check
- 10:38Speaker 1: out his YouTube channel. Make sure you get his latest book,

- 10:53Speaker 2: I'll tag along. All right.
