- 0:16Speaker 2: kind of from Vegas.
- 0:17Speaker 3: Is that what I gather?
- 0:18Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 0:19Speaker 3: Yeah, I used to live in Vegas.
- 0:21Speaker 4: So that's crazy, Like where off.
- 0:24Speaker 2: Of Craig in the fifteen that's like the north side
- 0:27Speaker 2: North where'd you go to high school out out there?
- 0:31Speaker 4: High school?
- 0:31Speaker 3: Way? Did you go to high school in Vegas?
- 0:33Speaker 2: Oh?
- 0:33Speaker 4: No, in the Philipps?
- 0:34Speaker 3: Oh yeah?
- 0:34Speaker 2: Okay, So when you move, like what point of time
- 0:36Speaker 2: in your life were you Like I'm going to pick
- 0:38Speaker 2: up and move to Vegas.
- 0:39Speaker 1: It wasn't necessarily like my decision to like a family
- 0:44Speaker 1: related thing, but so it was around like I would
- 0:49Speaker 1: say sixteen, like seventeen time, like right when I dropped
- 0:55Speaker 1: out a like softopom, not sophomore like the second sim.
- 1:01Speaker 4: Of my college.
- 1:02Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, like right when I dropped out, like my
- 1:05Speaker 1: papers was prossed for like so probably seventeen.
- 1:09Speaker 4: Yeah, I was seventeen when I came.
- 1:11Speaker 2: So you get to Vegas and then it's melting hot,
- 1:13Speaker 2: and you're like, why did we move here?
- 1:16Speaker 3: Man?
- 1:16Speaker 1: I have a funny story about that actually. So I
- 1:20Speaker 1: entered through Seattle, Oka, stayed there for a week because
- 1:23Speaker 1: my family was there, like on my grandma's side, and
- 1:26Speaker 1: then I finally got with my immediate family like my
- 1:29Speaker 1: mom's sisters and everybody in La. So we was out
- 1:33Speaker 1: here for a year and prices just got a little
- 1:37Speaker 1: too expensive.
- 1:38Speaker 4: And that's why to.
- 1:39Speaker 3: Vegas prices are still getting a little too expensive.
- 1:43Speaker 1: And I feel like Vegas getting hit with that too.
- 1:45Speaker 2: It is for sure, it's definitely. I mean, now you
- 1:48Speaker 2: guys got the Raiders.
- 1:49Speaker 3: There's like a basketball price.
- 1:51Speaker 4: On the on the way.
- 1:52Speaker 3: The Clippers too.
- 1:54Speaker 2: Somebody's coming. Yeah, I don't know if it's gonna be
- 1:55Speaker 2: a Clipper. Somebody's coming. Did you perform at a Clippers game?
- 1:59Speaker 4: Yes, sir?
- 2:00Speaker 3: That gotta be cool. Yeah. Are you a basketball fan?
- 2:04Speaker 1: I wouldn't say, like through and through I am, but
- 2:07Speaker 1: definitely admire the sport.
- 2:08Speaker 3: Respected It's Filipino.
- 2:10Speaker 4: Night, Yeah, Filipino Heritage Night.
- 2:13Speaker 2: When you go to Filipino Heritage Night, have you ever
- 2:16Speaker 2: ran into a little, tiny, fat round man named Brian Sampson.
- 2:22Speaker 3: To make sure, I'm sure. Introduce you to him.
- 2:25Speaker 2: He's like everyone's like Filipino uncle in the music industry.
- 2:29Speaker 3: Yeah, he just stay away. He gets you in trouble.
- 2:33Speaker 3: He gets you in trouble.
- 2:35Speaker 2: Okay, how long have you been like actually like really
- 2:39Speaker 2: taking the music profession serious?
- 2:41Speaker 1: Like it was right when I dropped out too, and
- 2:46Speaker 1: the Philippines like right at that transition, like right when
- 2:50Speaker 1: I dropped out started making metal music like full time.
- 2:55Speaker 1: And then basically like I would say, like in the
- 2:59Speaker 1: to the World's Eyes where they would say I took
- 3:01Speaker 1: it seriously. It's like when I got to the States,
- 3:05Speaker 1: start trying to rap to sing.
- 3:07Speaker 2: So you're doing like metal, yeah, like fucking like give
- 3:11Speaker 2: me like a comparison.
- 3:12Speaker 1: To deathcore, technical death core, technical death metal, brutal death cored,
- 3:17Speaker 1: the whole death spectrum.
- 3:20Speaker 2: Jesus, So would that be like Slayer type ship the
- 3:25Speaker 2: because I know there's a bunch of sub genres.
- 3:27Speaker 3: Yes, it's like industrial and it's.
- 3:29Speaker 1: Actually right on the money because Slater Slayer. If it
- 3:32Speaker 1: wasn't for them, death metal wouldn't.
- 3:34Speaker 3: Exist, right. They're kind of like the run DMC of
- 3:36Speaker 3: death metal, h.
- 3:40Speaker 4: Thrash metal.
- 3:41Speaker 3: They're thrashed. Yeah, yeah, no, so what what's the biggest
- 3:44Speaker 3: death metal band?
- 3:47Speaker 4: Say, Dying Fetus.
- 3:48Speaker 3: I've heard of Dying Fetus.
- 3:49Speaker 4: Yeah, they Cannibal Corpse.
- 3:52Speaker 3: Cannibal Corpse that is. Have you ever heard of a
- 3:58Speaker 3: is It Job for a Cowboy?
- 3:59Speaker 2: Oh?
- 3:59Speaker 1: Yeah, they're now the legendary deathcore death metal people still like,
- 4:04Speaker 1: you know, debate.
- 4:05Speaker 3: About this, yo. Listen.
- 4:07Speaker 2: I was driving me and my boy TK, who's a
- 4:10Speaker 2: producer of mine who works with me, and he we
- 4:13Speaker 2: were driving from Phoenix to l A and the he
- 4:16Speaker 2: had stay awake and I was supposed to take a nap,
- 4:20Speaker 2: so we swapped steats and he throws on, yeah.
- 4:23Speaker 3: Job for is it dropper for Cowboy? Yeah?
- 4:26Speaker 2: That's the kind of shit you were making. Oh my god, Yo.
- 4:33Speaker 2: I literally was like, bro, what the fuck is going
- 4:35Speaker 2: on right now? Like, what is even going on right now?
- 4:38Speaker 2: So you were doing like the who so wow, yep
- 4:44Speaker 2: shit salute full time. So you were like you met
- 4:47Speaker 2: been in a lot of like fucking mashpits. Yeah, unfortunately,
- 4:53Speaker 2: mosh pits are They're fun. I just saw I mean
- 4:57Speaker 2: I just saw Metallica the other day and obviously they're
- 5:01Speaker 2: kind of like not death metal. But there was times
- 5:06Speaker 2: of pits still going on throughout the whole floor, and
- 5:09Speaker 2: I was like, oh, this reminds me of high school. Yeah,
- 5:11Speaker 2: but I'm sure the pits that goes back metal show
- 5:13Speaker 2: a little bit more aggressed.
- 5:14Speaker 4: It's crazy.
- 5:15Speaker 1: It's like there's a whole lot of like mental stress
- 5:18Speaker 1: that actually goes on with like actually even the artist
- 5:20Speaker 1: that goes into it, because it takes a different kind
- 5:23Speaker 1: of like a set of group who want to see,
- 5:26Speaker 1: like you know, the violence ensue right in front of
- 5:28Speaker 1: their eyes, because like that's actually what happens when even
- 5:32Speaker 1: the guitar just starts like dumn, everybody starts wilding.
- 5:37Speaker 3: Oh my god. So is there a big scene for
- 5:40Speaker 3: that in the Philippines?
- 5:41Speaker 4: Pretty small, very very small.
- 5:43Speaker 1: That's why when I started like kind of grinding for it,
- 5:47Speaker 1: like I had to kind of put like this layer
- 5:51Speaker 1: on my figure, like how I approached the fan base,
- 5:54Speaker 1: because because it would just be like white boys like
- 5:58Speaker 1: from Here's Sow and then Norway sometimes Yeah, yeah, I.
- 6:04Speaker 2: Think there's a crt me from wrong. Wasn't there a
- 6:06Speaker 2: death metal band that one of the members killed one
- 6:12Speaker 2: of the other members and hate him.
- 6:14Speaker 4: I don't know about or is that What was that
- 6:16Speaker 4: was that?
- 6:17Speaker 1: Like, uh, they probably detail they used the album art
- 6:22Speaker 1: for they took a picture, yeah Mayhem, I don't know.
- 6:27Speaker 1: That's a black metal actually a black metal yeah black metal?
- 6:30Speaker 3: That is that from Norway?
- 6:31Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 6:32Speaker 3: Yes, and there's a big band that's what's the big band?
- 6:35Speaker 3: That's fucking yeah?
- 6:36Speaker 1: I think it was Mayhem Mayhem, the band Mayhem. They
- 6:40Speaker 1: used his bandmate's body, took a picture of it and
- 6:43Speaker 1: it is the album RT.
- 6:46Speaker 3: Wow. Yeah that's a hardcore. Say why you're into it? Man?
- 6:51Speaker 3: M hm?
- 6:53Speaker 2: Yeah, So how do you end up being this kid
- 6:54Speaker 2: who could dance and wrap it? Man?
- 7:01Speaker 1: It was like, so I've been that has just been
- 7:04Speaker 1: kind of like an escape thing growing up, you know,
- 7:08Speaker 1: like cause I'd be stressed out too much, stressing too
- 7:13Speaker 1: much about school and like all of the homeworking and
- 7:16Speaker 1: being at home always getting scolded and like you know,
- 7:22Speaker 1: nah na na she uh she was with my sisters
- 7:25Speaker 1: like in China.
- 7:26Speaker 4: I was in the Philippines all the time.
- 7:29Speaker 1: And yeah, so a lot of times, like at school
- 7:33Speaker 1: I wouldn't be too good and like you know, the
- 7:35Speaker 1: academic stuff.
- 7:37Speaker 4: But when like pe going.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Like we got a project ao, like we need to
- 7:41Speaker 1: do some dance thing, let's go, you know, un like
- 7:44Speaker 1: that type. And basically that's like kind of just been
- 7:48Speaker 1: what I doing, but never took.
- 7:49Speaker 3: It like to. I did take it siously because.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Like in elementary in sixth grade, no, fifth grade, I
- 8:01Speaker 1: was actually doing dance competitions with like some of my classmates.
- 8:05Speaker 1: And yeah, but it was like on some real thugg
- 8:09Speaker 1: and dances like like how job Milwaukee's could have came up,
- 8:13Speaker 1: but in the Philippines, Yeah.
- 8:15Speaker 3: Some real battles.
- 8:16Speaker 2: It wasn't like some like you were like like bandaged
- 8:20Speaker 2: up from the marsh pit from the night report and
- 8:22Speaker 2: then you had to go Yeah, actually, yep, that's crazy.
- 8:26Speaker 3: It's just a dope pendulum.
- 8:29Speaker 2: Like you you did death metal and you were, you know,
- 8:33Speaker 2: dancing for real because you were dancing, you you would
- 8:36Speaker 2: you got an opportunity to dance with the Jabwukee's right.
- 8:38Speaker 1: Yes, I actually had the opportunity to dance with the
- 8:43Speaker 1: ex founders. His name Philip phil He was the one
- 8:47Speaker 1: I choreo choreographed my video.
- 8:51Speaker 4: For my song up Down, which is out right now.
- 8:54Speaker 4: Y'all can seck that up?
- 8:56Speaker 3: Is that the song that I call? Yeah, yeah, it's
- 8:59Speaker 3: gonna be pretty cool. Were you, Like did you grow
- 9:02Speaker 3: up an M and M fan?
- 9:03Speaker 1: Yes, very much so, but actually cool story, like I
- 9:08Speaker 1: didn't get hip to like M's music.
- 9:12Speaker 4: Up until high school.
- 9:15Speaker 3: Like it was he got caught up. Yeah, you had
- 9:17Speaker 3: to catch up on the old ship because like.
- 9:20Speaker 1: Other than like other than that, like I would be
- 9:23Speaker 1: focused on more like the physical like kind of activities
- 9:27Speaker 1: in school. So I was also in the soccer team
- 9:30Speaker 1: and like I'll be hanging out with my cousins sometimes
- 9:32Speaker 1: like like the weekends, and we were in the field
- 9:35Speaker 1: and then he had like brought like his little iPod
- 9:39Speaker 1: at the time, and then he had lose No, I
- 9:42Speaker 1: wasn't lose yourself when I'm gone, And when I first
- 9:46Speaker 1: listened to that and then Bleachers bro and and like
- 9:50Speaker 1: I was just there, like you took me to a
- 9:53Speaker 1: whole story. Look when when I'm gone, When I'm gone,
- 9:56Speaker 1: just carry you on.
- 9:58Speaker 2: Had to eminem so you got you gotta got it's
- 10:00Speaker 2: his whole shit later, Yeah, yeah, because how.
- 10:03Speaker 3: Old are you right now?
- 10:04Speaker 4: I'm twenty five, so you're young.
- 10:06Speaker 2: So you were like I just saw fifty cent celebrate
- 10:09Speaker 2: twenty years of get Rigid. I trying, which was like
- 10:13Speaker 2: fucking nine years in the Eminem's run eight years in.
- 10:16Speaker 3: MS, so that's crazy. Yeah, I'm pretty.
- 10:19Speaker 2: Sure Slim Shady LP probably came out like the year
- 10:22Speaker 2: he were born, or I.
- 10:24Speaker 3: Would think, so nineteen ninety eight, Yeah.
- 10:28Speaker 2: I think, yeah, it's ninety eight or ninety yeah, ninety eight, yeah,
- 10:32Speaker 2: shots to him.
- 10:33Speaker 3: It might have been ninety nine. Would you know what
- 10:35Speaker 3: exact like month it was?
- 10:36Speaker 2: I don't know the exact month. That's good, we can
- 10:39Speaker 2: google it. Can we google that some Shady LP release date?
- 10:44Speaker 2: Shout out to m so obviously Eminem being one of
- 10:49Speaker 2: the greatest of all time, he's always signing artists. I
- 10:54Speaker 2: always feel like that at a very high skill level.
- 10:58Speaker 2: So when people say, oh, Eminem signed new artists, right,
- 11:01Speaker 2: They're like, oh shit, I gotta go check this out
- 11:03Speaker 2: because I know this guy gotta get down.
- 11:06Speaker 3: Like you what was the initial did he d you?
- 11:10Speaker 3: Did Paul Roseberg reach out to you? Like? What initial contact?
- 11:13Speaker 3: Point of contact?
- 11:14Speaker 2: There?
- 11:15Speaker 3: Son so nine.
- 11:20Speaker 1: Right after yeah, yeah, so like how it happened was
- 11:25Speaker 1: right when we dropped up down the music video for it,
- 11:28Speaker 1: like four days three days after that, Paul emailed us
- 11:35Speaker 1: FFP and my girl read it, and she thought it
- 11:38Speaker 1: was like fake it first because how he forma edit it?
- 11:41Speaker 1: Like should had shady glithe records? How can I get
- 11:46Speaker 1: in contact of easymen? But it's like kind of like
- 11:48Speaker 1: the homely world it you feel me? Yeah, so it's like, nah,
- 11:51Speaker 1: that can't be real.
- 11:52Speaker 3: It was like somebody scam emails getting.
- 11:54Speaker 1: Yeah, bro, And then it had to be our people
- 11:58Speaker 1: at Virgins and kind of give us the rug, like
- 12:00Speaker 1: this for real, like there's a serious meeting that's gonna happen.
- 12:05Speaker 1: And then it wasn't like a day before that we're
- 12:09Speaker 1: gonna ride out to the meeting that they told me,
- 12:13Speaker 1: So you're gonna be meeting Eminem.
- 12:15Speaker 4: I already.
- 12:18Speaker 3: Like swirling in the room, bro.
- 12:20Speaker 1: And then they comboed me with like when I got
- 12:23Speaker 1: back to go what and Dre's gonna be there.
- 12:28Speaker 4: Too, Like.
- 12:32Speaker 2: So your first meeting with Eminem doctor Dre's there.
- 12:35Speaker 3: Yeah, it's crazy, that's crazy. I want to say.
- 12:40Speaker 2: The last time they signed an artist together besides fifty,
- 12:43Speaker 2: it was a guy named stack Quote sta Quote.
- 12:45Speaker 3: They had stack Quote for a second. Oh he was
- 12:48Speaker 3: from Atlanta. Now he manages uh Atlanta.
- 12:52Speaker 2: He manages the lyrical Lemonade and cold Bennett look shot
- 12:54Speaker 2: that quote. But now it's crazy, man, So what was that? Like,
- 12:57Speaker 2: we're you nervous?
- 12:57Speaker 3: Were you fucking like did you tell them about your
- 12:59Speaker 3: death metal past? Oh? Yeah but I did?
- 13:03Speaker 1: Actually, Yo, Like that's crazy because I was so nervous.
- 13:08Speaker 1: Like I don't know if that's even the right word
- 13:10Speaker 1: for it. What's a more nervousness nervous level of nervousness
- 13:14Speaker 1: that I can pinpoint? But yeah, So at that point,
- 13:18Speaker 1: man like Dre was sitting on a couch like kind
- 13:21Speaker 1: of in a lobby like that in the studio right here,
- 13:24Speaker 1: and he stood up when I went in, like he superstar?
- 13:27Speaker 4: What said to me?
- 13:30Speaker 3: You what your doctor Drake bro? Yeah?
- 13:35Speaker 4: So and then I kept walking.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Then I went to like the angle to see in
- 13:39Speaker 1: the door, and I saw him sitting at the edge.
- 13:41Speaker 1: Well I like spind again, like in disbelief. And then
- 13:45Speaker 1: I kept walking on and then he stood up when
- 13:48Speaker 1: I walked to the door of the studio. He was like, ezek,
- 13:51Speaker 1: you where you've been the last twenty years?
- 13:55Speaker 3: Oh?
- 13:55Speaker 4: Right, you were four?
- 13:57Speaker 3: What was he What was he like for you? Like,
- 13:59Speaker 3: what was the one thing he communicated to you?
- 14:01Speaker 2: Obviously we know the song that he saw that kind
- 14:03Speaker 2: of you know, he shared that, but what was what
- 14:06Speaker 2: was it about.
- 14:07Speaker 3: You that he said that? Like he really gravitated towards.
- 14:12Speaker 1: So at first he said, man, your lines like you
- 14:16Speaker 1: definitely like spit them and you talking your shit and
- 14:21Speaker 1: we just fuck with it, man, and then you can
- 14:23Speaker 1: sing and dance too. Like when I found out about you,
- 14:26Speaker 1: like like, who the fuck is this? That's like me
- 14:28Speaker 1: imitating how he was. Yeah, that's how they kind of
- 14:33Speaker 1: woke it down. And then so I just took it
- 14:36Speaker 1: to Dre and I called him up and then Jay
- 14:40Speaker 1: was like this like yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, it's crazy.
- 14:48Speaker 2: All right, We got to stop the interview real quick.

- 17:48Speaker 4: Then they ain't done. Some shoes there, some boots man.
- 17:50Speaker 3: Them boots war boots for sure.
- 17:54Speaker 4: Ready flat.
- 17:56Speaker 2: It's dough too, because like I do feel like the
- 17:58Speaker 2: last like you know, for six years we've seen like
- 18:01Speaker 2: a dope. You know, we got guys like Pilo who
- 18:04Speaker 2: are out here who are Filipino obviously representing the Bay.
- 18:07Speaker 2: But I feel like artists who happen to be Asian
- 18:10Speaker 2: are like prospering.
- 18:11Speaker 3: There's a girl named Tweet that's popping right now for you.
- 18:15Speaker 2: How important is it to make sure like you're representing
- 18:18Speaker 2: for your homeland at the same time as being you know,
- 18:22Speaker 2: representing Eminem and doctor Dre You know what I mean.
- 18:24Speaker 1: It's to me, it's like default, Like even when I
- 18:27Speaker 1: try to spit, it just comes out naturally. Like it's
- 18:30Speaker 1: because I feel like when it comes to brighten lines,
- 18:34Speaker 1: it just goes to show like from the feast out
- 18:37Speaker 1: point you kind of also ask yourself, so this is
- 18:39Speaker 1: all you're talking about, So where are you from? And
- 18:41Speaker 1: then you say where you're from? Then it's just you
- 18:44Speaker 1: already represented without even knowing, right. And then I just
- 18:48Speaker 1: took that like into perspective where I'm going to take
- 18:52Speaker 1: that responsibility and throughout like going forward what I've already said,
- 18:56Speaker 1: and you know, basically try to mature the sound of
- 19:00Speaker 1: like the music I've already created and like you know,
- 19:03Speaker 1: still to this, stay forward.
- 19:04Speaker 3: That still man, how often do you go back home.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Or you know right now like only not yet very expensive,
- 19:12Speaker 1: not yet again, but we did for a homecoming tour
- 19:15Speaker 1: like last last year, last yeah, last year.
- 19:20Speaker 3: Yo. I heard you can't do anything out there, they'll
- 19:23Speaker 3: put you in jail. I just watched the Vice episode
- 19:26Speaker 3: about did you see that Vice episode?
- 19:28Speaker 1: And don't be like getting to but if you know somebody,
- 19:32Speaker 1: you know somebody, don't worry if you come on.
- 19:33Speaker 3: I'm not coming to the Filipino smoking weed.
- 19:36Speaker 2: Most times when I go to a different country, I'll
- 19:38Speaker 2: bring weed with me because I'll be like there. I
- 19:42Speaker 2: heard they don't fund I heard the president don't play around.
- 19:44Speaker 2: There used to be and the jails look very populated.
- 19:50Speaker 2: They look crazy.
- 19:51Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 19:52Speaker 2: Yo, we were talking a little bit off camera about uh,
- 19:55Speaker 2: the most I would say, like legendary Filipino cuisine for
- 19:59Speaker 2: people who don't like eat normal shit. You know, they
- 20:02Speaker 2: see like tiktoks of was it blute? But and it's uh,
- 20:06Speaker 2: it's it's I want to try it. I don't want
- 20:10Speaker 2: to try it. I feel like I kind of have
- 20:11Speaker 2: to try it. It's like a half is it a chicken?
- 20:16Speaker 2: Is it ducky? So it's a half Like it's almost
- 20:19Speaker 2: like a duck embryo that's like half developed?
- 20:22Speaker 3: Right? Yeah? Have you had it?
- 20:24Speaker 1: I had it like two times in my life. How
- 20:27Speaker 1: is it?
- 20:28Speaker 4: It's an acquired taste?
- 20:29Speaker 2: Do you put hot sauce on it or any sort
- 20:32Speaker 2: of sauce? You you just eat it the way it is.
- 20:34Speaker 4: I would just put soy sauce.
- 20:36Speaker 3: Soy sauce. Okay, let's try it. I don't give it
- 20:39Speaker 3: a shot. Man. Is it crunchy?
- 20:42Speaker 1: Depends on what you would say crunchy.
- 20:48Speaker 2: I'm making a TikTok out of it, for sure, for
- 20:51Speaker 2: sure making a TikTok out of it.
- 20:53Speaker 3: Let's go. I can't wait to watch them. Maybe we'll
- 20:57Speaker 3: do it together. Okay, all right, yeah, you'll serve it up.
- 21:01Speaker 2: I'll eat it and then you know, everybody can make
- 21:03Speaker 2: fun of me for for what I'm sure will be
- 21:07Speaker 2: interesting reaction.
- 21:10Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I'm putting care.
- 21:13Speaker 2: Hey, yo, so you you put out this new record
- 21:16Speaker 2: with am Realist, Like, is that something you're in the
- 21:18Speaker 2: studio with him or is that like a record you have?
- 21:21Speaker 3: Like I'm about that record.
- 21:23Speaker 1: At first, because like prior, like it was just a
- 21:26Speaker 1: regular day, like I was working on songs and that
- 21:28Speaker 1: was one of them.
- 21:30Speaker 4: To the beat.
- 21:30Speaker 2: You're making your own beat too, right, So yeah, so
- 21:32Speaker 2: you do everything record yourself?
- 21:36Speaker 3: Yes, you do everything. Dance, Yeah, you do all that.
- 21:42Speaker 3: You know, you can do anything. Man.
- 21:48Speaker 4: Yeah, I'll just try to hone in focus though.
- 21:52Speaker 3: But you're working on that record?
- 21:54Speaker 1: Yeah, I had this song basically the first verse first
- 21:58Speaker 1: and the chorus, it's just that. And then found out
- 22:03Speaker 1: we went to you know, the studio with EM and
- 22:06Speaker 1: Dre and I showed them, Yeah, they fuck with it,
- 22:11Speaker 1: and then basically after that it was just passed back
- 22:15Speaker 1: and forth.
- 22:16Speaker 3: Oh wow, so you get the m verse back. That's
- 22:19Speaker 3: gotta be a bro.
- 22:21Speaker 4: It's so crazy.
- 22:23Speaker 1: Like how like I reacted to when I first listened
- 22:25Speaker 1: to it, like I was so turned because I wanted
- 22:28Speaker 1: to listen to it again. Yeah, and then there was
- 22:31Speaker 1: like this wait time. Now like now I understand, I
- 22:36Speaker 1: understand what Boogie felt, what Boogie felt when he got
- 22:40Speaker 1: on the song man.
- 22:42Speaker 4: Yes, west Side.
- 22:43Speaker 3: Bo west Side book is amazing.
- 22:44Speaker 2: Who were some of your outside of M obviously, like
- 22:47Speaker 2: what were some of your like hip hop influences?
- 22:49Speaker 3: Like what were you listening to? Like what do you
- 22:51Speaker 3: listen to? Like, who are your goats.
- 22:52Speaker 1: Like Eminem, Kendrick lamar Asap, Rocky, Tech nine, Hopson, m
- 23:05Speaker 1: Snoop Dogg.
- 23:08Speaker 3: Yep? Have you seen Tech nine live yet? No? Really
- 23:12Speaker 3: that there's so much like shows text like the Greatest Man.
- 23:16Speaker 4: I wouldn't.
- 23:17Speaker 3: I wouldn't when it comes to performing, he's.
- 23:19Speaker 4: Like he got that metal background too.
- 23:22Speaker 2: He's amazing his life shows fucking sick Hopson, Sick Live.
- 23:26Speaker 3: Oh, b Like did you see that like his bait
- 23:29Speaker 3: like recently like.
- 23:30Speaker 1: Saying that, yeah, that was cool enough?
- 23:33Speaker 3: They were smart went viral. He's smart. Everybody, you got
- 23:37Speaker 3: a free chance to throw it at me.
- 23:39Speaker 2: They filmed it at the right time and it went viral.
- 23:42Speaker 2: You have a link with Dizzy right in Vegas who
- 23:43Speaker 2: used to be side with Hopson Funk Volume.
- 23:47Speaker 1: Funny story actually not necessarily me and like you know,
- 23:52Speaker 1: directly like one of my homeboys that makes beats for
- 23:56Speaker 1: me now. And I also collaborated with Michael barrs Okay,
- 24:00Speaker 1: he actually gotten recently like connected with him.
- 24:03Speaker 2: So there's out there dizzy. There's a kid named Echo
- 24:06Speaker 2: that's dope. There's a bunch of dudes in Vegas enter fire,
- 24:11Speaker 2: but that's hope. You grew up listening to Hopson and
- 24:13Speaker 2: Tech nine. You gotta see Tech live. It's like fucking
- 24:16Speaker 2: it's insane.
- 24:17Speaker 4: Yeah, I want to.
- 24:19Speaker 2: And what's your favorite uh Tech nine song or album?
- 24:24Speaker 4: Tech nine song Strangulation Cipher with what's his name? Stevie Stone, Yes, STEVEE.
- 24:34Speaker 3: Stone?
- 24:34Speaker 1: And I think the Sis Crew is there sas Crew
- 24:38Speaker 1: and also Gods God Demis. However, will you say his name?
- 24:45Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 24:45Speaker 1: That one, that's my favorite. When I heard that, there
- 24:48Speaker 1: was all just like spasm back.
- 24:50Speaker 4: To back to back to back to back.
- 24:52Speaker 3: You haven't heard the Eminem song that Tech did with m.
- 24:57Speaker 4: Come on that too.
- 24:58Speaker 3: That's crazy, that's for real, that's super dope.
- 25:02Speaker 2: Yeah, Yo, honestly, you see him live and it will
- 25:04Speaker 2: inspire your live show. Like you're probably already amazing live
- 25:07Speaker 2: because you come from your background that you come from
- 25:09Speaker 2: and you dance and you do so much.
- 25:11Speaker 3: No, I'm down to learn.
- 25:12Speaker 1: I want to real for sure, Like breath control alone, bro,
- 25:17Speaker 1: his cit is nasty, get.
- 25:19Speaker 2: It, it's super super narc all right. So what's coming
- 25:23Speaker 2: up for you? Obviously you're working on. Are you working
- 25:25Speaker 2: on your shady Aftermath debut? Hmm?
- 25:28Speaker 3: Maybe what helps you? Yes?
- 25:30Speaker 1: Yes, so right now, like working on songs day and
- 25:36Speaker 1: day out, and like you know, like continuing the drafts
- 25:39Speaker 1: and just keep piling forward and like you know, honding
- 25:43Speaker 1: on these songs I already have. But also one of
- 25:46Speaker 1: the focus I want to keep going is like creating
- 25:49Speaker 1: the emotion pictures for these songs that I've already done,
- 25:54Speaker 1: like for example, right now, Duality reducts, Yes, the songs
- 25:59Speaker 1: where we got.
- 26:00Speaker 3: On Yeah and b now shout to him be now
- 26:04Speaker 3: man start stocked.
- 26:08Speaker 2: Also Filipino Yeah and stop yeap, what's he here?
- 26:14Speaker 3: He's been here. I've been interviewed him a few times.
- 26:16Speaker 3: Oh that's crazy, that's good guy, good guy man. Hey,
- 26:21Speaker 3: Hey listen, don't go to Stockton.
- 26:23Speaker 4: Though, I've been there.
- 26:25Speaker 3: It's cool, don't go back. Stockton's great. I just say
- 26:29Speaker 3: it's it's a lot going on out there. Man, It's
- 26:32Speaker 3: one of the more active places in California.
- 26:35Speaker 4: Yeah, the Bay, there's a lot.
- 26:37Speaker 2: There's like a lot of like just drama in Stockton.
- 26:40Speaker 2: And then Brian Sampson, the fact I was told you
- 26:41Speaker 2: about earlier, he's from there.
- 26:43Speaker 1: Ah, I can't understand where you're coming from. Yeah, but
- 26:49Speaker 1: I feel like they what they got going is just
- 26:51Speaker 1: for them.
- 26:52Speaker 2: Are you popping in the Bay right now? Because the
- 26:54Speaker 2: Bay's fucking like Filipino?
- 26:56Speaker 3: Like, am I America?
- 26:58Speaker 2: Am I like what your big markets like obviously, Like
- 27:01Speaker 2: if you like when you look at like Spotify, where
- 27:04Speaker 2: where would you say you're like biggest markets are, like
- 27:06Speaker 2: where your most fans are.
- 27:09Speaker 1: To be honest, Like when I first like brew up
- 27:11Speaker 1: here in the States, like when Binalo, like in terms
- 27:16Speaker 1: of demographically, I was seeing a lot definitely Philippines that's
- 27:19Speaker 1: the fault. And then here in US, I was seeing
- 27:23Speaker 1: New York. It was going crazy like in the first
- 27:27Speaker 1: and then also Texas.
- 27:32Speaker 4: And then after.
- 27:33Speaker 1: That basically it started like kind of fluctuating on different
- 27:37Speaker 1: scales of like the world then we saw we was
- 27:41Speaker 1: like the stats was going crazy in Cambodia, India dope.
- 27:46Speaker 2: So you got fans all over the world and now
- 27:48Speaker 2: you got you got this shady aftermath behind you. So
- 27:53Speaker 2: things are gonna get crazy for you. They're already getting
- 27:56Speaker 2: crazy once you go like super creasy with the hip hop.
- 28:00Speaker 2: Are you gonna do like a death metal passion project?
- 28:02Speaker 3: Aha? Yo? You you you read into my mind.
- 28:06Speaker 2: Just like, hey, yo, I gotta I gotta get this out,
- 28:10Speaker 2: like even if it's just for me, you guys could
- 28:12Speaker 2: like it or not, but I gotta get this one out.
- 28:14Speaker 1: Like yeah, probably like someone down the line, because I gotta.
- 28:18Speaker 1: I got o my homies. That not just because when
- 28:21Speaker 1: I was still in the Philippines, I made homies like
- 28:23Speaker 1: that's in here in the States right the collaborating with
- 28:27Speaker 1: the metal stuff. I haven't even met them in person,
- 28:30Speaker 1: because this life just life's you.

- 33:22Speaker 2: like Vikings came from.
- 33:24Speaker 3: I think so.
- 33:26Speaker 1: Makes sense them dudes, like even now if they didn't
- 33:30Speaker 1: grow up as Vikings, their ancestors like we're Vikings and
- 33:34Speaker 1: they have to let it out. We're just mentally with
- 33:37Speaker 1: those parents like sharing their kids' stories.
- 33:39Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 33:40Speaker 2: Like and then that leads to like, you know your

- 34:22Speaker 1: But I feel like it's like this new wave of
- 34:25Speaker 1: artists us today, like my generation, Like I feel like
- 34:31Speaker 1: that's the market now.
- 34:32Speaker 2: I mean, if you're smart and you're like with YouTube
- 34:36Speaker 2: and the way software is so easy to get for
- 34:38Speaker 2: free if you want to get it cracked, like you
- 34:41Speaker 2: can like really learn it all of it on your own, yep,
- 34:45Speaker 2: or be at least good enough to do all of
- 34:47Speaker 2: it until you get to a point where you can
