- 0:02Speaker 1: Two Teas in a Pod. It's Teddy Mellencamp and camera Judge. Hi, guys,
- 0:09Speaker 1: welcome to another episode of to Teas and a Pod
- 0:12Speaker 1: with myself, Teddy Mellencamp.
- 0:13Speaker 2: And Dolores Katana. Just kidding, pronounce your name Rushlely Katanya whatever.
- 0:25Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, it's actually tam or Judge in case
- 0:28Speaker 1: you couldn't tell by the lovely shining attitude, shining attitudes
- 0:33Speaker 1: attitude right for I've been sitting on this couch for
- 0:36Speaker 1: five hours. It feels like, my gosh, taking fifty two
- 0:40Speaker 1: pe breaks.
- 0:42Speaker 2: Oh I know.
- 0:43Speaker 1: So today we're recapping Real Housewives of London Season one,
- 0:48Speaker 1: episode two. Okay, first I have to know your dream
- 0:56Speaker 1: first guest. Let's both put it in here.
- 0:58Speaker 2: Our dream first guests from the show. Yeah, uh, Panthea.
- 1:04Speaker 2: Panthea too, that's who I want to Yeah, I mean
- 1:06Speaker 2: I like them all, some more than others. Obviously we're
- 1:12Speaker 2: only two episodes in. I love NeSSI we're just getting
- 1:16Speaker 2: to know them but so far, and you know, it
- 1:18Speaker 2: can change who our favorite one is just like that.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Well, Panthea's mom is also my favorite.
- 1:24Speaker 2: Panthea's mom is, well, we understand Panthea a lot better now,
- 1:31Speaker 2: let's just put it that way. Was it a little
- 1:33Speaker 2: bit like seeing Heather de Roe's mom. Yes, and we
- 1:37Speaker 2: see okay, I see more of it? Yes? Yes?
- 1:41Speaker 3: Uh?
- 1:42Speaker 2: I mean is her name Charlotte or Charlotte? Because I
- 1:46Speaker 2: wasn't quite sure?
- 1:47Speaker 1: S H A R L.
- 1:49Speaker 2: Do they call her Charlotte June or Charlotte June Charlotte June?
- 1:53Speaker 1: Oh? I thought it was because I didn't want to
- 1:54Speaker 1: be called mother or grandmother.
- 1:57Speaker 2: Could you imagine? Could you having kids and going you
- 2:01Speaker 2: are not calling me mom?
- 2:03Speaker 1: Like if I was like, listen, cruise, you say mom
- 2:05Speaker 1: one more time, that we're not gonna be Teddy Joe.
- 2:08Speaker 2: From now going to boarding school so far away that
- 2:10Speaker 2: we're only going to see you once every.
- 2:12Speaker 1: Year, every other weekend.
- 2:15Speaker 2: I mean, what a different life though, just a different
- 2:19Speaker 2: way of life.
- 2:19Speaker 1: Like all kidboarding schools.
- 2:22Speaker 2: Yeah, so her kid, Cameron is eleven, tens boarding school
- 2:26Speaker 2: year round. Sanna's nine and does weekly boarding, so that
- 2:30Speaker 2: means she comes home on the weekend. But my question
- 2:33Speaker 2: is Coco's eight and she just lives at home.
- 2:36Speaker 1: Caroline Stanbury, I think she said she herself, her parents
- 2:40Speaker 1: sent her to boarding school and she was six years old.
- 2:42Speaker 2: I know, which makes sense too, knowing what we know
- 2:47Speaker 2: about her and all her motherly instinct.
- 2:52Speaker 1: I mean, it's she's so funny.
- 2:53Speaker 2: I mean, it's funny. We'll talk about it later on,
- 2:55Speaker 2: but just how she felt about being an empty nester.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, it starts out with Panthea's mother, Charlotte Art.
- 3:06Speaker 1: We can't I guess we can't even call her Panthea's
- 3:08Speaker 1: mother anymore, and she visits her immediately makes a comment
- 3:14Speaker 1: about Panthea's hair and her eyelashes. Well, Panthea feel like,
- 3:18Speaker 1: that's what my dad would do. Oh really, my head
- 3:20Speaker 1: fake eyelashes on or you did?
- 3:24Speaker 2: I can have a una brow in a mustache and
- 3:27Speaker 2: my mom would not make any comments really, Oh no,
- 3:32Speaker 2: she never does. In fact, I recently lightened my hair
- 3:37Speaker 2: since I saw her last, and when I saw her
- 3:39Speaker 2: with darker hair, she's like, oh yeah, I really love it.
- 3:42Speaker 2: And then when I started, she's like, oh thank god
- 3:44Speaker 2: you lightened it. I'm like, mom, you just told me.
- 3:48Speaker 1: Well what a was I supposed to say?
- 3:49Speaker 2: I'm like the truth?
- 3:52Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean I think I can't believe that you're
- 3:55Speaker 1: I'm your mom seems like such like a straight shooter.
- 3:57Speaker 1: I can't believe she doesn't say anything. No, Like, I'm
- 4:00Speaker 1: already kind of worried about my dad's concert and when
- 4:03Speaker 1: I show up, what I'm going to wear and how
- 4:06Speaker 1: much makeup I'm going to apply before seeing him, because
- 4:08Speaker 1: if it's a lot, he will freak out. Like when
- 4:11Speaker 1: if we were on Watch What Happens Live Together, I
- 4:13Speaker 1: remember he was like, why are you dressed like that?
- 4:17Speaker 1: Why do you have so much makeup?
- 4:19Speaker 2: Well, when we were in the hospital, first thing he
- 4:21Speaker 2: said to Matt was if you're gay, you don't trust
- 4:23Speaker 2: very well. And I'm like, oh my god.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Yeah, So I mean I get it. I get it.
- 4:32Speaker 1: But do you think that her upbringing obviously plays a
- 4:35Speaker 1: role in her personality as an adult?
- 4:39Speaker 2: No shit, ye yes.
- 4:42Speaker 1: But we're seeing a pattern now where housewives are actually
- 4:47Speaker 1: tell talking about their moms and their mommy issues. We've
- 4:50Speaker 1: got Joeellen, We've got Bronwyn, We've got now Panthea.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Well I again, I was doing that fifteen years ago
- 4:58Speaker 2: on the show on Orange County. You I don't remember
- 5:00Speaker 2: because you don't watch back then. But oh yeah, I
- 5:02Speaker 2: had my mom at a woman's expo talking about being
- 5:06Speaker 2: raised by a family that never said I loved you ever.
- 5:09Speaker 1: Oh my gosh.
- 5:10Speaker 2: Yeah. But her mom is a lot, like a lot,
- 5:13Speaker 2: a lot.
- 5:15Speaker 1: Yeah, her mom. I mean, I think Panthea is a lot.
- 5:19Speaker 2: Panthea is a little bit more motherly than her mom.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Correct, I mean her mom was like going to sporting
- 5:26Speaker 1: events isn't even my thing, like being kids sporting events.
- 5:31Speaker 2: But it's kind of one of those things like why
- 5:33Speaker 2: do you have kids? And why do I feel like
- 5:35Speaker 2: Panthea is the only child because this woman when I
- 5:38Speaker 2: had one, I don't want her to call me mom.
- 5:39Speaker 2: And I'm never having a child again.
- 5:41Speaker 1: I think she I think she is an only child's
- 5:44Speaker 1: she goes, I just made that up.
- 5:46Speaker 2: I got knocked up. Shit, this is happening, never doing
- 5:51Speaker 2: this again.
- 5:52Speaker 1: I think that she has one, but I mean we'll
- 5:55Speaker 1: find out in a second. But as they're kind of
- 5:59Speaker 1: talking to each other from the beginning, the mom doesn't
- 6:03Speaker 1: fill to herself in front of Panthea's kids either. It's
- 6:06Speaker 1: like they're not even sitting there, like the mom's like
- 6:09Speaker 1: Panthea's like, I am so excited that my son is
- 6:14Speaker 1: going to the what Junior Olympics or whatever it is,
- 6:18Speaker 1: and the and Charlte's like, who cares? Who have that?
- 6:24Speaker 2: And then her daughter goes, did she ever congratulate you? Never? Never, once,
- 6:31Speaker 2: because she never showed up to anything.
- 6:33Speaker 1: Just this whole thing sets things into perspective. I also see,
- 6:38Speaker 1: like why Panthea has such a soft spot for her husband.
- 6:44Speaker 1: He seems like such a nurture, like the fact that
- 6:46Speaker 1: he like brings her tea in bed and does all
- 6:49Speaker 1: those things for her. His name Ed, I don't remember
- 6:51Speaker 1: we decided to name them all the same things, ed.
- 6:55Speaker 2: Ed.
- 6:56Speaker 1: But no, I think this was a good way to
- 6:59Speaker 1: start it off the episode because I was laughing.
- 7:03Speaker 2: Well, yeah, and it shows you why Panthea is such
- 7:06Speaker 2: a hard ass, and then we learn later on why
- 7:09Speaker 2: she hates liars.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Yeah. Then NeSSI goes to the London book fair.
- 7:20Speaker 2: What was the last time you went to a book fair?
- 7:23Speaker 1: If I did, it was I got lost and accidentally
- 7:25Speaker 1: ended up by a book fair. Do you mean a library?
- 7:29Speaker 2: Well, you know, probably the last book fair I went
- 7:32Speaker 2: to is you know when your kids in elementary school
- 7:34Speaker 2: there's book fairs and you got to take them and
- 7:36Speaker 2: they get to buy. Oh.
- 7:37Speaker 1: Then I went last year, Oh because dove, but they
- 7:41Speaker 1: don't call it book fairs anymore. They call it something
- 7:43Speaker 1: else because you're going to purchase the books. Like I
- 7:46Speaker 1: think where they are is like where editors are buying books, a.
- 7:53Speaker 2: Little bit different than the book fairs that we dofflementary school. Yeah, yeah,
- 7:57Speaker 2: well Nessie, she wrote her own book. Yeah, there was
- 8:01Speaker 2: a kid's cooking book. Is that right?
- 8:05Speaker 1: She's been working on a children's cooking book. And then
- 8:09Speaker 1: as she's talking about that, why.
- 8:12Speaker 2: Did Juliet show up in a dinosaur outfit paired with valentinos?
- 8:18Speaker 1: I honestly felt like Juliet was kind of trying to
- 8:20Speaker 1: steal the spotlight from Nassi.
- 8:22Speaker 2: Well I kind of went like, oh, I have those Valentinos.
- 8:25Speaker 2: I haven't worn them in fifteen years.
- 8:29Speaker 1: But I still was like, why is she coming and
- 8:31Speaker 1: making such a big ordeal about herself when she's supposed
- 8:35Speaker 1: to be there supporting her friend. I didn't think that
- 8:37Speaker 1: was a supportive move.
- 8:38Speaker 2: Was Juliet the one that borrowed the clothes that Amanda
- 8:41Speaker 2: went after? Yes, Okay, they're not so calmed and reserved
- 8:47Speaker 2: as she was in the first scene. She's kind of
- 8:52Speaker 2: attention getter showing up to a book fair in a
- 8:57Speaker 2: dinosaur outfit.
- 8:58Speaker 1: Yeah, she's showing up to a book for it in
- 9:01Speaker 1: a book fair and a dinosaur outfit. And then I
- 9:03Speaker 1: love how I couldn't tell if maybe they only had
- 9:06Speaker 1: the cover of the book, because like I felt like
- 9:09Speaker 1: they were very stingy. Was showing us any pages? Yeah, yeah,
- 9:12Speaker 1: I don't know. I feel like she was. She was
- 9:13Speaker 1: coming in and she was like, I'm going to try
- 9:15Speaker 1: to steal a little attention here. But what this also
- 9:19Speaker 1: shows me is that Nessie does a lot so far,
- 9:22Speaker 1: She's sent a lot. Yeah, she writes cookbooks, she's a
- 9:26Speaker 1: chef to the Queen.
- 9:28Speaker 2: I mean like she was in finance.
- 9:30Speaker 1: She was in finance. She had sex on the first
- 9:34Speaker 1: date and still married twenty years later.
- 9:36Speaker 2: Yeah, she's doing something right. She's doing something right well, Juliet,
- 9:39Speaker 2: even though she was in her damn dinosaur outfit. She
- 9:41Speaker 2: said she wanted to resolve things with Panthea. But she
- 9:45Speaker 2: says she doesn't listen. Panthea doesn't listen. Well, she doesn't
- 9:50Speaker 2: well when she thinks she's right, she's right.
- 9:53Speaker 1: Wow. But don't know any people like that.
- 9:56Speaker 2: Okay, I know, not me. NeSSI also is I feel
- 9:59Speaker 2: like she tries to smooth things over with everybody, because
- 10:02Speaker 2: she says, well, there must be a good side to
- 10:04Speaker 2: Panthea if you guys were good friends for so long.
- 10:08Speaker 2: And I wanted to get a megaphone and just say
- 10:10Speaker 2: that out loud, because if you're friends with some but
- 10:14Speaker 2: I'm not taking it on my cast, but maybe I am.
- 10:17Speaker 2: But if you're good friends with somebody for ten years
- 10:19Speaker 2: and you had a falling out, don't act like they're
- 10:21Speaker 2: the fucking devil.
- 10:23Speaker 1: Well, either don't like act like they're the fucking devil,
- 10:26Speaker 1: or don't act like this is really about a dentist.
- 10:28Speaker 1: In this episode, we find out that that fight was
- 10:32Speaker 1: six years ago.
- 10:33Speaker 2: I have a question, Yeah, do you think that they
- 10:37Speaker 2: have not spoken six years?
- 10:39Speaker 1: Threw Panthea off when it came to juliet in the
- 10:43Speaker 1: first week, was because they see each other all the
- 10:46Speaker 1: time and they just coexist. And then at that first
- 10:50Speaker 1: dinner function, Juliette came up to Panthea and it was like, Hi, beautiful,
- 10:55Speaker 1: you looking gorgeous.
- 10:58Speaker 2: That's more context and that makes more sense for them
- 11:02Speaker 2: for her to bring it up, because if they were
- 11:05Speaker 2: great friends all this time, and this situation happened six
- 11:08Speaker 2: years ago and they have been having fun and going
- 11:11Speaker 2: out and doing things in the past six years and
- 11:14Speaker 2: it was never brought up, then I would be like,
- 11:17Speaker 2: what are you talking about?
- 11:19Speaker 1: No, I think it would be the same as if
- 11:20Speaker 1: I walked into a room and LVP was there, like
- 11:24Speaker 1: I maybe would like raise my hand like I'm not
- 11:27Speaker 1: gonna like, oh hi, beautiful, how's it going one one?
- 11:30Speaker 1: Like you're gonna what are you going to do to me?
- 11:32Speaker 2: Either? But if they were good friends, so let's say
- 11:35Speaker 2: me and you go and film and I'm like, you're like, oh,
- 11:38Speaker 2: you know that time that you jumped off the group text.
- 11:42Speaker 1: Like yeah, but the differences we are still talking every
- 11:47Speaker 1: single day, so we're working through it. They have not
- 11:49Speaker 1: talked in six years.
- 11:51Speaker 2: How do you know that?
- 11:52Speaker 1: That's what they said.
- 11:53Speaker 2: So they have not had a relationship, no friendship, no
- 11:56Speaker 2: mating each other out of it, like it's something of
- 11:59Speaker 2: this quote we see each other up at events.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Okay, you never greeted me that way. But Panthea brought
- 12:06Speaker 1: it up on camera before the party, so she had
- 12:09Speaker 1: an agenda. She wanted it to be okay.
- 12:11Speaker 2: So I don't remember hearing that, So that makes more
- 12:13Speaker 2: sense because I'm like, if they've been friends for all
- 12:16Speaker 2: this past six years and they get on a TV
- 12:17Speaker 2: show and you're going to bring up something from six
- 12:19Speaker 2: years ago. No, you're just doing that for TV time.
- 12:22Speaker 1: They were friends six years ago, And I don't know.
- 12:26Speaker 1: It would be like finding someone from your past that
- 12:29Speaker 1: came onto the show that you didn't know at all,
- 12:31Speaker 1: that you haven't spoken to in six years. Cause that
- 12:34Speaker 1: was Jen, but you hadn't. It wasn't that you hadn't
- 12:37Speaker 1: spoken to her in six years. Not.
- 12:39Speaker 2: It wasn't six years. It was a couple of years
- 12:41Speaker 2: that we really didn't have much of a friendship.
- 12:45Speaker 1: Yeah, but like you didn't really have a falling out either. Well,
- 12:51Speaker 1: I mean these two had a massive falling out, so
- 12:55Speaker 1: they would have to see each other at events.
- 12:58Speaker 2: Just keep my mouth shut on that one bit.
- 13:00Speaker 1: It wasn't.
- 13:00Speaker 2: We weren't like on perfect terms, Like oh no, Like
- 13:04Speaker 2: a lot of stuff had gone down. But meanwhile, Amanda's
- 13:08Speaker 2: trying to stay out of all the drama. She facetimes
- 13:11Speaker 2: her stepdaughter who's very close. She's very close to her
- 13:14Speaker 2: despite not being able to see her during the divorce.
- 13:16Speaker 2: And this is where I'm very confused and I want
- 13:18Speaker 2: more information on this. So she does say that when
- 13:22Speaker 2: she got divorced, she did not see her kids at
- 13:25Speaker 2: all for a while.
- 13:27Speaker 1: I think she was talking about her stepkids.
- 13:30Speaker 2: She says, I didn't speak to my kids for a
- 13:32Speaker 2: period of time, So I don't know if that's all
- 13:35Speaker 2: three kids. She didn't clarify that, but I want to
- 13:38Speaker 2: hear more about that.
- 13:40Speaker 1: I think she's going to be a very closed book
- 13:42Speaker 1: about it. I bet she had a very close divorce.
- 13:45Speaker 1: And that's why when Panthea starts bringing this up later on,
- 13:51Speaker 1: she gets passed, because, like, I'm not sure how genuine
- 13:54Speaker 1: and how transparent Amanda's being.
- 13:58Speaker 2: She's not one of those people that are just going
- 13:59Speaker 2: to tell you everything.
- 14:01Speaker 1: Yeah, No, she's not.
- 14:02Speaker 2: She won't even tell us how much she got from
- 14:04Speaker 2: her divorce.
- 14:05Speaker 1: No, and even Sudden did that.
- 14:09Speaker 2: I mean she did, didn't she she did do that,
- 14:11Speaker 2: But Dady said didn't. They say it was like one
- 14:13Speaker 2: of the biggest settlements.
- 14:15Speaker 1: Yeah, but they don't know. They don't know if it's
- 14:17Speaker 1: twenty million, fifty million, half of the assets, whatever it was.
- 14:21Speaker 1: But either way, you could tell she did get emotional
- 14:24Speaker 1: when she was saying I didn't talk to my kids,
- 14:25Speaker 1: and then they made sure to show her face times
- 14:28Speaker 1: of her talking to her kids.
- 14:30Speaker 2: Yeah, but I just need more information on that. I
- 14:34Speaker 2: hope that she talks more about that.
- 14:35Speaker 1: Well, she definitely clammed shut real quick when Panther brought
- 14:40Speaker 1: it up at the dinner later on in that episode.
- 14:42Speaker 2: Pampa, Yeah.
- 14:44Speaker 1: Then Karen gets her nails done with her daughters and
- 14:46Speaker 1: talks about her fashion line, saying it's been a dream for.
- 14:50Speaker 2: A while, five years to be exact.
- 14:52Speaker 1: I like how her relationship with their kids. Her daughters
- 14:56Speaker 1: are beautiful, Her daughters are beautiful and they're funny.
- 14:59Speaker 2: Yeah, said it was her lifetime dream to be a
- 15:01Speaker 2: fashion designer and that's why she originally moved to London
- 15:05Speaker 2: to attend fashion school, and it's been taking her five
- 15:08Speaker 2: years to get her line off the ground. So I'm
- 15:11Speaker 2: sure we'll be seeing more of that.
- 15:13Speaker 1: No, And I loved when we saw the flashback of
- 15:15Speaker 1: her and like an outfit that she did herself as
- 15:19Speaker 1: a little kid. Mm hmm, Like that was okay. I mean,
- 15:23Speaker 1: I like that they're building the stories so we know
- 15:26Speaker 1: who each person really is.
- 15:28Speaker 2: I was wondering if you want to go do some
- 15:30Speaker 2: Chinese yoga with me next week.
- 15:32Speaker 1: I definitely don't and if I do want, but.
- 15:37Speaker 2: Also why did why are they doing?
- 15:41Speaker 1: Why did a man to come in like formal wear
- 15:44Speaker 1: and then all of a sudden have a tank top on.
- 15:46Speaker 1: I was like, what is going on?
- 15:48Speaker 2: He layered Teddy?
- 15:50Speaker 1: She was lay She's not layered in our allow yoga
- 15:53Speaker 1: sweatshirts like we are. But this is when they do this.
- 16:00Speaker 1: I didn't know it was this pounding this whatever it is.
- 16:03Speaker 2: At last armpit pounding it.
- 16:06Speaker 1: Oh no, this is why we can't try new things, tam.
- 16:11Speaker 1: But then this is where Juliette and the girls talk
- 16:16Speaker 1: about how they really hope that Juliet and Panthea can
- 16:19Speaker 1: figure things out. I'm like, I don't even have to
- 16:22Speaker 1: finish this episode to tell you this is not going down.
- 16:25Speaker 2: Yeah, this is.
- 16:27Speaker 1: Not going to happen.
- 16:29Speaker 2: Why do I feel like the women on this cast
- 16:31Speaker 2: talk about Panthea the same way the girls on my
- 16:33Speaker 2: cast talk about me. Oh no, there's un predictable. She's
- 16:43Speaker 2: got a mean side.
- 16:44Speaker 1: Da da. I just I don't see you like that,
- 16:47Speaker 1: So I just like blocked that aspect out until unless
- 16:50Speaker 1: I'm recapping your ship, like I take you as the
- 16:53Speaker 1: person you are.
- 16:54Speaker 2: I got boundaries, I yell at her close.
- 16:58Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, it's such a I think it's a
- 17:01Speaker 1: lot of it's very petty.
- 17:04Speaker 2: So far, Yeah, yeah, so far.
- 17:07Speaker 1: Then Juliette goes shopping with Caroline stan Barry, which I
- 17:11Speaker 1: got so excited to see her. I know, just when
- 17:13Speaker 1: she walked in and she's grabbing shoes like she's at Target,
- 17:17Speaker 1: like me at Target. Like when I see it's like.
- 17:20Speaker 2: Yeah, I said, I said, big lot.
- 17:26Speaker 1: I mean.
- 17:26Speaker 2: And then Julie gets all emotional talks about her daughter
- 17:29Speaker 2: leaving for un for UNI, and meanwhile Caroline's like, why,
- 17:35Speaker 2: HI just think you're gonna have a lot of sex.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Well, I was wondering where's Sergio. Was he standing outside
- 17:42Speaker 1: the front door?
- 17:43Speaker 2: He was, He was the checker.
- 17:45Speaker 1: He was ready to check her out, Like I was, like,
- 17:49Speaker 1: what is happening? I have not seen a scene without surgery.
- 17:53Speaker 1: I know right he was.
- 17:54Speaker 2: He was there somewhere. I gotta believe that.
- 17:56Speaker 1: He was pouring the champagne in the back.
- 17:58Speaker 2: But I exactly, it would stand. She cannot understand about
- 18:01Speaker 2: getting emotional about empty nesting. She's been very open with
- 18:10Speaker 2: her not being very maternal on different shows that she's
- 18:14Speaker 2: been on.
- 18:15Speaker 1: Yeah, because as Julie is getting emotional and saying, I
- 18:18Speaker 1: can't believe my daughter's leaving. Caroline's like I have the
- 18:21Speaker 1: complete opposite. Every time I have no problem, like this
- 18:25Speaker 1: is all fine, She's like, yeah, we saw my.
- 18:27Speaker 2: Daughter last night for dinner. I mean, she she's close
- 18:29Speaker 2: to her kids, but she's just I feel like they're
- 18:32Speaker 2: in London, they just send their kids a lot like
- 18:36Speaker 2: New York, right, they just send their kids off as
- 18:39Speaker 2: soon as they're able to walk bye, glad to birth
- 18:42Speaker 2: you go to school.
- 18:45Speaker 1: Yeah, But I mean, I think the good thing about
- 18:49Speaker 1: London versus when you're on the East Coast, Like if
- 18:52Speaker 1: you're in California and you send your kids to boarding
- 18:54Speaker 1: school in the East Coast, it's not like it's because
- 18:57Speaker 1: well you're not seeing them every weekend.
- 18:58Speaker 2: That's in Californa and you're sending your kids at boarding school.
- 19:02Speaker 2: It's because they're in trouble and they're a bad seed,
- 19:05Speaker 2: and you're like, get out, you're going to military camp.
- 19:09Speaker 1: But then Juliet and Stanbury talk about Amanda's divorce settlement.
- 19:15Speaker 2: Again Vegas divorce settlement in the UK.
- 19:19Speaker 1: Yeah, and now I kind of actually need to know
- 19:23Speaker 1: how much.
- 19:23Speaker 2: It is well, hopefully we'll find out.
- 19:27Speaker 1: We're not going to find out. Also, I want to
- 19:29Speaker 1: know who he is, like he was royalty or something.
- 19:32Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 19:35Speaker 2: I know nothing about lunch.
- 19:36Speaker 1: I like how they're like, we don't know if she
- 19:37Speaker 1: was married to two three, four, five, sixteen guys? We
- 19:40Speaker 1: don't know. Did you hear them say that? Like all
- 19:44Speaker 1: of them have said that. But then Nassi gets lunch
- 19:48Speaker 1: with Panthea and they talk about the situation with Juliet.
- 19:51Speaker 2: Two totally opposite people.
- 19:54Speaker 1: Two totally opposite people.
- 19:57Speaker 2: And then we find out that Panthea has trust issues
- 20:00Speaker 2: and hatred towards liars because of her very first husband,
- 20:04Speaker 2: who she said was having like other families, right after
- 20:08Speaker 2: she had her baby or baby when she was pregnant.
- 20:10Speaker 1: I can't remember her, yeah, like right after she had
- 20:11Speaker 1: her baby. Yeah, there was another baby mama that was
- 20:15Speaker 1: maybe his ex that said that she was pregnant with
- 20:17Speaker 1: his baby.
- 20:18Speaker 2: And then his ex wife contacted her, that's who it was,
- 20:21Speaker 2: and said, oh, by the way, I'm pregnant with your baby.
- 20:25Speaker 2: I mean, but she does agree to move forward with Juliat.
- 20:28Speaker 1: She does agree, but after she talks about that he
- 20:32Speaker 1: had a multiple other women pregnant. I think that that's
- 20:36Speaker 1: where we see now. I'm like, I feel like a
- 20:41Speaker 1: lot of why she is why she is, isn't We
- 20:44Speaker 1: can't really blame the mother anymore.
- 20:46Speaker 2: Oh yeah, we can put her right in there. We
- 20:48Speaker 2: can put her in there mother and the ex husband,
- 20:51Speaker 2: and we can blame all, all of it, all, all
- 20:53Speaker 2: of it.
- 20:54Speaker 1: Okay, mother's not very nurturing.
- 20:57Speaker 2: She picked guys that you know, treated her like shit
- 20:59Speaker 2: and cheated on her, so we could see why she
- 21:02Speaker 2: has a hard exterior.
- 21:06Speaker 1: Panthea kind of reminds me of Joellen, but with a
- 21:10Speaker 1: British accent. Yeah, there's like just like that the newbie
- 21:17Speaker 1: like vibe, but just like coming in hot, not too
- 21:21Speaker 1: worried about the repercussions, but like the repercussions are going
- 21:24Speaker 1: to hit them soon.
- 21:25Speaker 2: Well, Panthea has a very big personality. Yeah, and I
- 21:29Speaker 2: do believe that she's exactly the same person off camera
- 21:32Speaker 2: as she is on camera. Oh seeing her mom.
- 21:35Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I think she is. But that's where I
- 21:38Speaker 1: don't think Amanda is, And I don't think we know
- 21:42Speaker 1: the other girls well enough to know.
- 21:44Speaker 2: No, they're kind of centering on just a few of
- 21:47Speaker 2: the girls now, there's another Juliet right that's not on
- 21:51Speaker 2: the show yet.
- 21:52Speaker 1: Yeah, but apparently she comes into episode five and really
- 21:57Speaker 1: stirs things up. I heard.
- 21:59Speaker 2: Do you think they brought her in because they thought
- 22:01Speaker 2: they needed her?
- 22:03Speaker 1: I think it took a while for her deal to close.
- 22:06Speaker 1: I'm just guessing. I have absolutely noing five episodes. I mean,
- 22:11Speaker 1: how long did it take for what's her name to
- 22:14Speaker 1: come in? That was her husband was having a fair Oh? Rula, yeah, Rula.
- 22:19Speaker 2: Yeah. You know, it's never a great idea to do
- 22:21Speaker 2: that because one year on Orange County we had a
- 22:27Speaker 2: baseball player. His wife Kaman filmed half the season and
- 22:33Speaker 2: then the guy dropped out and they had to cut
- 22:38Speaker 2: all of cut her out.
- 22:40Speaker 1: According to her, she couldn't decide which television show she
- 22:44Speaker 1: wanted to do, So Juliette better be coming in great
- 22:46Speaker 1: because if she could.
- 22:48Speaker 2: So. Was she on the New Ladies of London reboot?
- 22:52Speaker 1: They wanted her for that. She was not on it.
- 22:55Speaker 2: She was not on it.
- 22:56Speaker 1: Okay, she was on the OG.
- 23:00Speaker 2: Yeah I watched that, yeah, way back in the day.
- 23:03Speaker 1: But she wasn't on the new one. So I think
- 23:05Speaker 1: that's why it Because she was on the OG. Then
- 23:07Speaker 1: she was getting offers from being on this and the remake.
- 23:12Speaker 2: There was something I don't remember. Maybe you remember that
- 23:14Speaker 2: popped up today that Andy gave a reason why Ladies
- 23:18Speaker 2: of London was canceled. Did you hear about that?
- 23:21Speaker 1: Oh, because I had the reason Ladies of London was canceled.
- 23:26Speaker 1: He says, bad ratings. Oh all right, Andy Cohen, But.
- 23:30Speaker 2: That will do it. He raally says that.
- 23:32Speaker 1: Yeah, what Karen's dinner party?
- 23:42Speaker 2: I know?
- 23:43Speaker 1: And guess who kicks it off. Panthea kicks things off
- 23:47Speaker 1: by letting us know the reason she thinks Juliette is overdressed?
- 23:51Speaker 1: Like at this point, is she just being a hater
- 23:52Speaker 1: for no reason?
- 23:55Speaker 2: Now, well, she didn't like her. She also said that
- 23:58Speaker 2: Panthea thinks Juliet borrowed her that night. Well it was
- 24:02Speaker 2: a Zimmerman dress and isn't that the brand that she
- 24:05Speaker 2: was previously accused of borrowing from.
- 24:07Speaker 1: Well, I think she's saying she borrows dresses from everybody.
- 24:11Speaker 1: I don't think she's solely saying she borrowed dresses from
- 24:13Speaker 1: her or that that was the same dress.
- 24:16Speaker 2: Well, no, are you saying she borrows dress from fronts
- 24:19Speaker 2: or she borrows dresses from designers.
- 24:21Speaker 1: I think she does both.
- 24:23Speaker 2: If designers we've talked about this, want to send dresses tomorrow,
- 24:28Speaker 2: how about it.
- 24:29Speaker 1: London is a very different housewife situation than OC and
- 24:33Speaker 1: Beverly Hills, because I did not ever have anybody sending
- 24:36Speaker 1: me formal where to attend any event? Did you No?
- 24:43Speaker 2: But I don't really ask, and I don't really have
- 24:45Speaker 2: somebody that goes out and asks. I mean I have.
- 24:48Speaker 1: I had one hold a diamond shoot in a dress
- 24:51Speaker 1: that wasn't mine, like it was somebody else's, and I
- 24:55Speaker 1: was like, I was desperate, and I was just like,
- 24:57Speaker 1: I'm making calls to figure out how I could get
- 24:59Speaker 1: a dress, but like that I wouldn't do that for
- 25:01Speaker 1: every event. That would be very time consuming. Yeah, I agree,
- 25:07Speaker 1: But then Karen, of course it's panthea directly across from
- 25:11Speaker 1: each other.
- 25:16Speaker 2: I think so.
- 25:18Speaker 1: I think so. I think that according to Sutton, that
- 25:21Speaker 1: is the only way that you can hold a dinner
- 25:24Speaker 1: function is with name tags.
- 25:26Speaker 2: A lot of people think that it's fancy. People think
- 25:28Speaker 2: that I'm like, I don't care.
- 25:30Speaker 1: I actually hate it.
- 25:30Speaker 2: I want a paper plate and sit.
- 25:32Speaker 1: Down, your food up on the counter and get yourself eaten.
- 25:37Speaker 1: On the couch. But I I don't care. I don't
- 25:42Speaker 1: love a name plate, like and I don't love having
- 25:46Speaker 1: to sit somewhere that somebody else picked for me. Like
- 25:48Speaker 1: I went to one really fancy wedding where they split
- 25:51Speaker 1: up every single couple like by table. Yeah. So I
- 25:56Speaker 1: was sitting with like five strangers at a table, and
- 25:58Speaker 1: I was like, why would I have wanted to come
- 26:02Speaker 1: to that?
- 26:02Speaker 2: Have you ever changed your name to another seat?
- 26:11Speaker 1: I think I have at Kyle's once. I think I did.
- 26:16Speaker 2: Okay, I did this. Guess what I did. I'm not
- 26:19Speaker 2: going to tell you where, because you know guys will
- 26:21Speaker 2: know what I'm talking about. We were all at a
- 26:25Speaker 2: table and names were at each seat. I didn't like where,
- 26:29Speaker 2: I said, I moved at. And then they say during
- 26:33Speaker 2: the announcement, if you lift your plate up, there'll be
- 26:37Speaker 2: a winner of something.
- 26:39Speaker 1: Oh. No, and the person who seat we were in
- 26:41Speaker 1: it was you. No, was where you were supposed to be.
- 26:45Speaker 2: No, I lift my plate and I was the winner.
- 26:53Speaker 2: I'm like, Oh, I cheated. I cheated. I was supposed
- 26:56Speaker 2: to have the seat.
- 26:57Speaker 1: You're like, damn it, oops, oops, Daisy, God made me
- 27:02Speaker 1: do it, So God made me do it. Oh my gosh.
- 27:06Speaker 1: But then, like after we're getting through a bunch of
- 27:09Speaker 1: the Julia and Panthea stuff, then Panthea starts coming for Amanda.
- 27:16Speaker 2: She's questioning Amanda about the money coming for I think, well,
- 27:21Speaker 2: she's talking about rumors.
- 27:23Speaker 1: She's trying to make it casual, like, oh my god,
- 27:25Speaker 1: everybody's just been chatting about it, and I wanted to
- 27:28Speaker 1: get it out there in the open. And Amanda looks
- 27:31Speaker 1: at her like, you're dead to me. Oh.
- 27:33Speaker 2: Amanda's oh, she's so proper and fancy that she's like, oh, okay,
- 27:41Speaker 2: I see you.
- 27:42Speaker 1: Yes, And then she's like uh huh.
- 27:45Speaker 2: And claims Amanda receives somewhere between twenty and fifty million
- 27:50Speaker 2: dollars in her divorce.
- 27:52Speaker 1: Yeah. And then but what about when Panthea says that
- 27:57Speaker 1: she heard Amanda forced her ex husband to adopt her
- 28:00Speaker 1: child so she could have more money, how did she
- 28:02Speaker 1: think that was gonna go over? Well? I am sorry, no,
- 28:06Speaker 1: like that is not a nice thing to say.
- 28:09Speaker 2: No, And Amanda she kept her composure and she's like, Nope,
- 28:13Speaker 2: that's absolutely not true. Mada, No, not true. And everybody
- 28:18Speaker 2: else is like no, Panthea, no, you've already had it
- 28:23Speaker 2: out with juliet Now you're gonna piss off Amanda.
- 28:28Speaker 1: I mean, Amanda definitely went home with like a Panthea
- 28:30Speaker 1: voodoo doll that you guys made in Orange County.
- 28:33Speaker 2: Probably, But then Panthea that kind of doubles down, like
- 28:38Speaker 2: in her I think it's her confessional where she says
- 28:40Speaker 2: that Amanda doesn't like gossip because there's a lot of
- 28:43Speaker 2: gossip about her.
- 28:45Speaker 1: Well, because Amanda is rich. Honey, she is rich, I
- 28:51Speaker 1: would say. But then Panthea kind of apologizes for the
- 28:54Speaker 1: situation with Juliette. Do you think she's saying that they'll
- 28:58Speaker 1: have to agree to disagree, but still and so.
- 29:01Speaker 2: She hate that, saying I hate listen that to me?
- 29:05Speaker 1: How does that fix anything? It's like you, I'm right,
- 29:08Speaker 1: I'm right, but I will not pick that fight with
- 29:12Speaker 1: you anymore, But I'll pick every other fight I possibly can't.
- 29:15Speaker 2: There was a there was a talk that Amanda and
- 29:17Speaker 2: her step children had not seen each other in six years. Yeah,
- 29:22Speaker 2: six years. It seemed like when they were talking on
- 29:26Speaker 2: the phone, everything was great.
- 29:27Speaker 1: That's a long time, but everything again, I need more information, Yeah,
- 29:31Speaker 1: we just need more information on that.
- 29:33Speaker 2: But then how about when they start going back and
- 29:37Speaker 2: forth about the clothes again and all that shit, and
- 29:39Speaker 2: she goes, you should borrow clothes, you have a better wardrobe.
- 29:43Speaker 1: And then she's like, your wardrobe stuck in nineteen ninety.
- 29:46Speaker 2: She goes, she peaked in the two thousands, she said.
- 29:50Speaker 1: And then I looked at the dress and it was
- 29:51Speaker 1: the one with shoulder pads, and I'm like, I feel
- 29:54Speaker 1: like it's like straight. I was like, oh, no, we've
- 29:56Speaker 1: all worn that dress. I can't remember what variations. It's like,
- 30:02Speaker 1: there's none of your body is showing. It's like up here,
- 30:05Speaker 1: so it's tied around your neck, and then it's long sleeve,
- 30:08Speaker 1: but you have big shoulder pads that kind of make
- 30:10Speaker 1: you like this, and then it goes down to right
- 30:12Speaker 1: above your knee. We all had one in a variation
- 30:15Speaker 1: of colors, and I feel like Shannon may have worn
- 30:18Speaker 1: one to the reunion. It was yellow, but then she
- 30:21Speaker 1: also had fringe at the bottom.
- 30:23Speaker 2: Oh, Jean, didn't remind me of that look.
- 30:27Speaker 1: But then so we get Panthea giving this half assed
- 30:31Speaker 1: apology that's not really an apology. But then the girls
- 30:35Speaker 1: stand up and at this moment, I think it's the
- 30:37Speaker 1: only time I could tell that they were actually close
- 30:40Speaker 1: at one point in their life because they're trying to
- 30:42Speaker 1: decide which way to go, and you could see them
- 30:44Speaker 1: look at each other and they actually laughed, and I
- 30:47Speaker 1: was like.
- 30:47Speaker 2: Oh, they're going to start off fresh.
- 30:50Speaker 1: They had a moment of seeing each other. I think
- 30:55Speaker 1: it was the first time they made eye contact.
- 30:57Speaker 2: I'm plugged and resolution.
- 31:00Speaker 1: Oh yeah, but Juliette says Pantheas still needs to take responsibility,
- 31:05Speaker 1: and Panthea says everything about Juliette is fake, including her
- 31:09Speaker 1: Instagram likes. Oh that's right, I forgot she said that
- 31:13Speaker 1: fighting words.
- 31:15Speaker 2: How do you know if somebody's likes are fake?
- 31:17Speaker 1: Like there's timber when there's this happened a couple of years. Yeah,
- 31:21Speaker 1: it's like when some housewives that follow me every single
- 31:25Speaker 1: post I get, we'll say the same thing, like they'll
- 31:29Speaker 1: be like looking good or like great or amazing and
- 31:33Speaker 1: oh yeah, okay.
- 31:35Speaker 2: So I recently just got a DM from a content
- 31:40Speaker 2: creator and said, Hey, just want to give you a
- 31:42Speaker 2: heads up. Somebody bought thoughts about you and they're posting
- 31:47Speaker 2: it on all the content creators and I and they
- 31:49Speaker 2: sent it to me and it was one saying tamor's
- 31:51Speaker 2: a racist? Oh and he goes or she I don't
- 31:55Speaker 2: know who it was said, multiple accounts have the same
- 31:58Speaker 2: comment and it's empty account different variations of the same state, because.
- 32:04Speaker 1: You can just I think people can just plug it
- 32:06Speaker 1: in and then I mean, that's what.
- 32:09Speaker 2: Who is so petty that would do that? I mean
- 32:12Speaker 2: I have kind of have a feeling of who I
- 32:14Speaker 2: think did it? But who? Why? What does that?
- 32:18Speaker 1: Do?
- 32:18Speaker 3: People know their bots and also the likes you can
- 32:22Speaker 3: you can tell here's a sidetrick, guys, if you don't
- 32:26Speaker 3: if you don't know this, you can tell if somebody's
- 32:28Speaker 3: likes on their pictures are fake by going and watching
- 32:30Speaker 3: their videos.
- 32:32Speaker 1: So if all of a sudden, somebody has one hundred
- 32:34Speaker 1: thousand likes on something and then four thousand people watch
- 32:37Speaker 1: their videos, that's how many people are actually looking at
- 32:42Speaker 1: what they're doing.
- 32:43Speaker 2: Yeah, I know, like like social media agents they can
- 32:48Speaker 2: pick up on that like that.
- 32:50Speaker 1: Yeah, they make you submit all your stuff and if
- 32:53Speaker 1: anything's fake, then you're not. You're gonna get paid less
- 32:57Speaker 1: for your paid posts.
- 32:58Speaker 2: Because I have a social media agent and he had
- 33:01Speaker 2: sent me. Sometimes they'll send me examples of what they
- 33:04Speaker 2: want from different creators and I go, ah, God, don't
- 33:06Speaker 2: tell me you're working with her, and they're like, no,
- 33:09Speaker 2: we had to get rid of her because all her
- 33:12Speaker 2: followers were fake.
- 33:14Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't do that. I'm frightened. But that being said,
- 33:17Speaker 1: I'll probably never move up from one point to Millie.
- 33:20Speaker 1: I will be here till the day though.
- 33:22Speaker 2: I Well, when they had that big drop, I went
- 33:24Speaker 2: from one eight to one seven, I think I lost,
- 33:27Speaker 2: Like I ended up like forty thousand. I lost, And
- 33:30Speaker 2: I think I'm tapped out with my in my housewife world,
- 33:34Speaker 2: you know, unless you move on to something else.
- 33:36Speaker 1: Unless we become motivational speakers. Yeah, exactly, Avenue, I.
- 33:40Speaker 2: Don't think exactly.
- 33:41Speaker 1: Our following is growing. People know who we are, and
- 33:44Speaker 1: they they're like as.
- 33:45Speaker 2: I feel like they really crack down on those motivational
- 33:49Speaker 2: speakers that were trying to sell programs. Do you remember
- 33:53Speaker 2: there was a time a few years ago where there
- 33:55Speaker 2: was a ton of them, like, I'm going to teach
- 33:57Speaker 2: you how to sell real estate flip houses and all
- 34:01Speaker 2: that stuff.
- 34:01Speaker 1: Well, I think you can't really sell stuff on Instagram anymore.
- 34:05Speaker 1: Like there's certain things you can't sell, like you have
- 34:08Speaker 1: to say this is paid yeah, yeah, yeah, whatever. But
- 34:13Speaker 1: I mean I think it's a good show. I think
- 34:15Speaker 1: it's getting into a little slow, but I'm getting into it.
- 34:18Speaker 2: Okay, So we got to get one of the girls on.
- 34:20Speaker 2: I don't feel like Bravo's promoting it very much.
- 34:24Speaker 1: That's why we need to promote it.
- 34:26Speaker 2: Well, I'll get some girls on because one of the
- 34:28Speaker 2: producers on that show used to work on our show,
- 34:30Speaker 2: so he reached out to me and thanked us for
- 34:33Speaker 2: recapping the show.
- 34:35Speaker 1: Yeah we're getting hooked. So congratulations, guys. Yeah, all right,
- 34:39Speaker 1: talk to you later. I'll see you in person tomorrow.
- 34:42Speaker 1: Tam Oh that's right. Yeah.
- 34:43Speaker 2: I love driving LA, especially in the morning.
- 34:46Speaker 1: Oh my god, can you some positive energy here?
- 34:50Speaker 2: You get your happy ass and drive in traffic for
- 34:53Speaker 2: three hours.
