An 18-year-old, Earl DeAngelo Charles Jr., is facing first-degree murder and armed carjacking charges after allegedly shooting and killing 32-year-old Christopher Gove in a brazen daylight carjacking. Charles, reportedly looking for a vehicle near his own home, targeted a running SUV with keys still in it — and when the owner confronted him, the shooting erupted. Gove, a newly minted homeowner remembered by neighbors as kind and generous, was fatally wounded. Police connected Charles to the crime via a shell casing matching a gun from a prior case, and later found the stolen SUV crashed…
