- 0:09Speaker 2: Back to the Mark Simo show on WR.
- 0:14Speaker 1: Hey, let's take some calls. Eight hundred three two one
- 0:19Speaker 1: zero seven ten is the number. Let's go to Joe
- 0:23Speaker 1: in New York City. Joe, how you doing New York
- 0:26Speaker 1: City mayor election?
- 0:27Speaker 2: Mark? Mark the next one. We need help from Brooklyn
- 0:31Speaker 2: Vincent to go get rid of that communist moment. Danny.
- 0:35Speaker 2: We don't Wanni, I mean we need elder statesman spokesman Vincent.
- 0:40Speaker 1: Well, actually, you know you bring up believe it or not,
- 0:42Speaker 1: in all that mess there. You just said there was
- 0:44Speaker 1: a point in there somewhere. We got to go back
- 0:46Speaker 1: to getting like real serious people to run for office.
- 0:50Speaker 1: You know, it used to be serious types. You know
- 0:53Speaker 1: Rudy Giuliani with a ton of experience, an incredible resume,
- 0:57Speaker 1: or even you know David Dinkins. Well it wasn't a
- 1:00Speaker 1: great mayor, but you know a couple of decades in
- 1:03Speaker 1: public service and a very well spoken, articulate, reasonable sort
- 1:07Speaker 1: of a man. George Pataki and people like that. Now,
- 1:11Speaker 1: look at the people you got running for office. Mam
- 1:13Speaker 1: Donnie's twelve years old. He became a citizen a couple
- 1:16Speaker 1: of months ago, never had a job. You got people
- 1:20Speaker 1: even worse, believe it or not. You know, Mam Donnie,
- 1:22Speaker 1: when he leaves the Assembly, somebody's got to run for
- 1:26Speaker 1: a seat. You should see the three candidates that were running.
- 1:29Speaker 1: They're crazier than Mam Donnie. They're more left, more ridiculous
- 1:32Speaker 1: than so. I don't know. Well, we'll get into this later.
- 1:35Speaker 1: What happened to the Democratic Party and why this is happening.
- 1:39Speaker 1: Let's go to Mike and Florida. Mike, how you doing,
- 1:43Speaker 1: Good morning, Mark, Yes, Mike, I.
- 1:45Speaker 3: Hope you had a good Thanksgiving break.
- 1:48Speaker 1: Yeah. You know, the people say, boy, you should never retire.
- 1:51Speaker 1: If you had nothing to do all day, it's awful.
- 1:53Speaker 1: You know what, it was great. It was phenomenal. I
- 1:55Speaker 1: enjoyed having nothing to do. But go ahead, it's nice.
- 1:58Speaker 3: It's nice doing nothing all day. Is going to point
- 2:00Speaker 3: out that the Democrats have two things that they're very
- 2:03Speaker 3: cunning about. One is they'll put a topic out there,
- 2:05Speaker 3: such as the illegal bombing of the speedboat drug dealers.
- 2:10Speaker 3: They're not fisherman in speedboats. Uh. And then Republicans take
- 2:13Speaker 3: debate and they go, wow, we'll hold you know, we'll
- 2:16Speaker 3: hold an investigation and we'll.
- 2:17Speaker 1: See, Well, it's not Republicans taking the bait. Even in
- 2:21Speaker 1: the Republican Congress, you got a lot of them that
- 2:23Speaker 1: hate Donald Trump. They're looking for trouble. So it's like
- 2:26Speaker 1: this Andy McCarthy, great guy, Andy McCarthy, brilliant guy, but
- 2:29Speaker 1: he hates Trump. He hates Trump. So whenever they're write
- 2:32Speaker 1: an opportunity to pounce, Andy McCarthy takes it otherwise.
- 2:36Speaker 3: And the other the other thing they do is they
- 2:38Speaker 3: have their little group of guys. So now this, you know,
- 2:41Speaker 3: the flavor of the monk is Mark Kelly. You know
- 2:45Speaker 3: when it's you know, used to be Adam Schiff or
- 2:47Speaker 3: Jamie Raskin or Maxine Waters, and they put him out
- 2:49Speaker 3: there and they're just very devoutly stick to the script.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Yeah, that's a good point, Mike, thanks for calling. Thing
- 2:58Speaker 1: with Mark Kelly the way he looks, he looks like
- 3:00Speaker 1: a very serious, older, you know, guy, like an old
- 3:04Speaker 1: pampas or not pompus, but a very somber old guy,
- 3:08Speaker 1: you know, traditional old sort of a guy. And then
- 3:11Speaker 1: you're like, oh, he's an astronaut. He was in the military.
- 3:14Speaker 1: That seems like a very old fashioned sort of a
- 3:17Speaker 1: So he was talking about running for president, got nowhere.
- 3:20Speaker 1: So now it's all different with him because you see
- 3:24Speaker 1: him all over television acting like a left wing cook,
- 3:26Speaker 1: like a flame, throwing hate the president, left wing, spewing hatred.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Now that Democrats like him, Aha, this guy's great. You
- 3:33Speaker 1: know when he looked traditional, reasonable, no interest. Now that
- 3:37Speaker 1: he's like spewing nonsense and fishes hate. Now they love
- 3:40Speaker 1: the guy. Let's go to Jerry in Greenwich, Connecticut. Jerry,
- 3:44Speaker 1: how you doing.
- 3:45Speaker 4: I'm doing well, Mark, thank you for taking my call.
- 3:48Speaker 4: I'm not a joking. I'm eighty six years old, and
- 3:52Speaker 4: I would like to know if there is a college,
- 3:55Speaker 4: a special college for all these democrats to go and
- 3:58Speaker 4: graduate for lying to the American people. If there's a
- 4:03Speaker 4: special college, because haven't never heard so many people lie?
- 4:06Speaker 1: Oh, you mean a special college to teach craziness lying
- 4:09Speaker 1: left wing? Yes, there is. It's called Yale, it's called Harvard,
- 4:11Speaker 1: it's called Columbia, it's called it's every mayor Ivy League college.
- 4:17Speaker 4: I knew there was some college that they go to
- 4:20Speaker 4: learn to lie. Anyway, thank you. Take all.
- 4:23Speaker 1: I have a good day, all right, thanks for calling. Yeah,
- 4:25Speaker 1: you know, the problem is, see the left wing, the
- 4:29Speaker 1: crazy George Soros left, they're like the communist Chinese. They
- 4:32Speaker 1: plot like one hundred years out. The Republicans are all
- 4:35Speaker 1: busy going to work every day. They plot like two
- 4:38Speaker 1: days out. You know, these Democrats they plot for decades.
- 4:43Speaker 1: So the plot years ago is to infiltrate the colleges,
- 4:46Speaker 1: get rid of the professor, put in the left wing professors,
- 4:48Speaker 1: real left wing professors, then left wing people on the board,
- 4:53Speaker 1: to trustees, presidents, all that. So they became these left
- 4:57Speaker 1: wing communists and doctrine nations sent you send you have.
- 5:01Speaker 1: So many people are afraid to send their kid to college.
- 5:03Speaker 1: You know he used to. Your kid got accepted at Harvard.
- 5:06Speaker 1: You're like cry, You're so happy. Now you cry because
- 5:08Speaker 1: you're so scared he's going to come back a total communist.
- 5:11Speaker 1: There's a lot of these stories about a guy who
- 5:13Speaker 1: fled Cuba on a life round a raft and got
- 5:17Speaker 1: to Miami. Somehow. He's trying to escape communism, socialism. He
- 5:20Speaker 1: came to America. People like Jerry worked hard, became very
- 5:25Speaker 1: very successful. Now they're able to send their kid to Harvard.
- 5:29Speaker 1: And this guy sends his kid to Harvard, he comes
- 5:30Speaker 1: back at communist. Guess when his whole life trying to
- 5:34Speaker 1: escape communism, his son comes back at communists. So now,
- 5:37Speaker 1: but we'll get more into this. What happened to the
- 5:38Speaker 1: Democratic Party? How did it go so far to the
- 5:41Speaker 1: kooky left? A little later, Hey, Michael Goodwin, not with
- 5:45Speaker 1: us today on vacation. It's Thanksgiving. But we'll talk to
- 5:49Speaker 1: the brilliant columnist Liz Peak next on seven to ten
- 5:53Speaker 1: wor
