- 0:06Speaker 1: Everyone, Welcome into the Irish Staeters Podcast. As we get
- 0:09Speaker 1: closer to the Steelers pre season which actually starts next weekend.
- 0:14Speaker 1: We're really excited for it. Delighted to be joined up
- 0:16Speaker 1: by not just the guy who is a former Steeler
- 0:19Speaker 1: guy that you hear now on the Staeters sideline among
- 0:21Speaker 1: many other avenues with the Pittsburgh Steelers and beyond that,
- 0:25Speaker 1: Max Starks, Max Fulshaw, welcome, welcome back to the podcast.
- 0:28Speaker 1: I believe this is your second time on the Irish podcast.
- 0:32Speaker 2: Yeah, second second time coming on the podcast.
- 0:35Speaker 3: Excited to be here.
- 0:37Speaker 1: The second time as a charm man. And look, it's
- 0:39Speaker 1: good to see you again. I believe we run into
- 0:41Speaker 1: each shower very briefly at the Super Bowl. I was
- 0:44Speaker 1: telling everybody at home Steelers fans. I was surprised. You know,
- 0:49Speaker 1: you're a big mom and I was like, why you
- 0:51Speaker 1: just know you're an NFL player, just went just when
- 0:54Speaker 1: you run into these guys. So look, it was great
- 0:56Speaker 1: to meet you and appreciate on what was a very
- 0:59Speaker 1: busy time that week that you talk the time I
- 1:01Speaker 1: just to do something for Irish Stater respond So thank
- 1:03Speaker 1: you very much.
- 1:04Speaker 2: No, it's my pleasure and you know you know, we
- 1:07Speaker 2: had a great time on the first podcast, and then
- 1:09Speaker 2: of course, you know, doing stuff for the Steelers around
- 1:14Speaker 2: the Steelers, I'm always happy about any opportunities, you know,
- 1:19Speaker 2: to share, especially with fans that are across the pond,
- 1:23Speaker 2: and you guys are awesome, so I appreciate what you
- 1:25Speaker 2: guys do, you know, to keep that name out there
- 1:29Speaker 2: and to promote it, especially in the home country for
- 1:32Speaker 2: the Rooney family. So you know, being a part of
- 1:34Speaker 2: the Steelers organization, you kind of embrace Irish culture almost
- 1:38Speaker 2: immediately when you get there. So anytime we get a
- 1:41Speaker 2: chance to really chop it up and have a good time,
- 1:43Speaker 2: I'm all for it.
- 1:45Speaker 1: Hires your expectation and hires your excitement. As we sit now,
- 1:49Speaker 1: ten days i'd from pre season football, you.
- 1:52Speaker 2: Know what, I'm really excited for the crew, you know,
- 1:54Speaker 2: after being around them here, watching what they've done this
- 1:57Speaker 2: offseason and then seeing it live, having a padded practice
- 2:02Speaker 2: under our.
- 2:03Speaker 3: Belts just makes it that much cooler because it was.
- 2:06Speaker 2: A great day to watch what the group brought to
- 2:09Speaker 2: the table, especially that young rookie group. Not only the
- 2:12Speaker 2: free agents, but the rookies really really open and turn
- 2:17Speaker 2: some heads open, some eyes and turn some heads. And
- 2:20Speaker 2: so I'm really excited about what they're going to continue
- 2:23Speaker 2: to do to create and carve out roles and make
- 2:26Speaker 2: themselves notice. Everybody is looking good. And this is a
- 2:31Speaker 2: very deep unit. When you look at the roster.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Have you find from being Simns's college over the last
- 2:37Speaker 1: few weeks, have you find a different vibe with a
- 2:41Speaker 1: different QB room or do you find it bring much
- 2:43Speaker 1: to see him, to see an expectation to see in consistency.
- 2:47Speaker 2: I say it's a very different vibe because no team
- 2:51Speaker 2: that I've known or been around in recent memory, at
- 2:55Speaker 2: least in the twenty first century at the minimum, if
- 2:57Speaker 2: not further back, where you've actually revamped and get rid
- 3:02Speaker 2: of everybody in one position group. That's very rare for
- 3:07Speaker 2: that to happen. So it is a different vibe. All
- 3:10Speaker 2: these guys eat together, they talk to each other. They're
- 3:13Speaker 2: always together, giving each other advice as they come out
- 3:17Speaker 2: of the huddles and they switch over in turns.
- 3:20Speaker 3: Russell Wilson is always talking to Justin Fields.
- 3:23Speaker 2: Justin Fields is always talking to Kyle Allen vice versa.
- 3:27Speaker 3: It's a really cool competitive but like familial environment.
- 3:32Speaker 2: When you watch them interact with each other and something
- 3:35Speaker 2: that's really special because that does not happen. And so
- 3:39Speaker 2: to bring four brand new guys into this room with
- 3:41Speaker 2: a brand new offense at the same time is something
- 3:45Speaker 2: that is really cool to see happen in real time.
- 3:48Speaker 1: As somebody who's obviously played in the league for such
- 3:50Speaker 1: a long time and you've had that distinguished career. Every
- 3:54Speaker 1: game is important, every snap, every din is important. But
- 3:57Speaker 1: what's you know, what was your mindset going in the
- 4:00Speaker 1: in terms of obviously you'll have more limited time to
- 4:03Speaker 1: different guys back in the day, how do you feel
- 4:07Speaker 1: like this point of the year is just so important
- 4:09Speaker 1: just for your progression as a player.
- 4:12Speaker 3: It's a proving ground.
- 4:14Speaker 2: No super Bowl winning Steelers squad has ever missed this part.
- 4:20Speaker 3: A training camp, like every Super.
- 4:22Speaker 2: Bowl is built on those fields at Saint Vincent, Like
- 4:26Speaker 2: going all the way back to mean Joe Green, right,
- 4:30Speaker 2: Terry Bradshaw, Frankel Harris, all these guys went to training
- 4:34Speaker 2: camp and played on that very field that the guys
- 4:37Speaker 2: are playing on today. So it's a really integral part
- 4:40Speaker 2: in becoming a Steeler and then starting a.
- 4:43Speaker 3: Super Bowl run.
- 4:44Speaker 2: So those things are so important and the history and
- 4:47Speaker 2: the tradition is also something that the Roonies hold very
- 4:50Speaker 2: dear to them. I mean, you think about this, fifty
- 4:53Speaker 2: plus years of coming to Saint Vincent and playing on
- 4:57Speaker 2: those fields, getting guys ready, picking the fifty three guys
- 5:01Speaker 2: who are going to be members of the Steelers starts here.
- 5:04Speaker 3: So I love the tradition.
- 5:06Speaker 2: It sets your mind, It gets you away from all
- 5:08Speaker 2: of the city and the people and the fans. It
- 5:12Speaker 2: allows you to really focus in be in dorm rooms,
- 5:16Speaker 2: go back to college type days where it's only about football.
- 5:20Speaker 2: No family distractions, no friend distractions, no lawns to cut,
- 5:25Speaker 2: none of that stuff matters. You're here to focus on
- 5:28Speaker 2: one thing that's football and becoming a Pittsburgh Steeler.
- 5:31Speaker 1: I've seen our friend from Sky Sports and the UKN
- 5:33Speaker 1: Ireland Need Reynolds, had the chance to go to training
- 5:36Speaker 1: camp Monday Tuesday, and he was sort of talking about
- 5:38Speaker 1: how he felt like Li Trobe and Business College is
- 5:42Speaker 1: like that traditional vibe, like that traditional old time NFL
- 5:45Speaker 1: vibe which just resonates through even on an Instagram story.
- 5:48Speaker 1: So definitely getting excited for it. I guess one of
- 5:52Speaker 1: the main storylines this week coming out of all the
- 5:54Speaker 1: training camp has been out of rowin Wilson. It's good
- 5:57Speaker 1: to at least hear mack Stott. You know it's not
- 6:00Speaker 1: a serious injury, because even whenever it first happened, he
- 6:03Speaker 1: was carded the off it seemed like, God, it might
- 6:04Speaker 1: be it might be more serious for him, and it
- 6:07Speaker 1: seems like he's only gonna, you know, potentially miss a
- 6:09Speaker 1: few weeks, which is obviously good for the team.
- 6:10Speaker 3: And it's a relief, No, it's a big relief.
- 6:14Speaker 2: And you know, anytime you have training camp and you
- 6:17Speaker 2: get into drills and competitive drills, you always kind of
- 6:20Speaker 2: hold your breath a little bit because two years ago
- 6:23Speaker 2: we drafted Calvin Austin, the third, first day of pads,
- 6:27Speaker 2: we lose Calvin Austin for the whole year.
- 6:29Speaker 3: So you kind of hold your breath in those moments.
- 6:32Speaker 2: So it was good to get that diagnosis to know
- 6:34Speaker 2: that he's only gonna miss a little bit of time
- 6:37Speaker 2: and that he's going to be able to come back
- 6:39Speaker 2: to the team a lot sooner because I think he's
- 6:41Speaker 2: a kid.
- 6:41Speaker 3: When you think about the.
- 6:42Speaker 2: Wide receiver room, one of the things is who is
- 6:45Speaker 2: the number two receiver? Because Deontay Johnson was traded Dante
- 6:50Speaker 2: Jackson was picked up in that trade, and I would
- 6:53Speaker 2: say right now that trade is working out pretty good.
- 6:55Speaker 2: Dante Jackson's actually been going against George Pickens a lot
- 6:58Speaker 2: in camp and he's.
- 6:59Speaker 3: Holding his own.
- 7:00Speaker 2: So when you're talking about getting a starter for a starter,
- 7:03Speaker 2: that's where that it happens. And then we draft a
- 7:05Speaker 2: young man that you think could come in and help
- 7:07Speaker 2: this team. You always want to see those guys at
- 7:09Speaker 2: least get a full opportunity to try and help.
- 7:12Speaker 3: And I think hearing that was a very big relief.
- 7:16Speaker 1: And we talked there with Calvin Austin. I'm not sure
- 7:18Speaker 1: if you've seen it, because you'd be not busy mocks.
- 7:20Speaker 1: Over the last few weeks, both Calvin and Connor Heyward
- 7:23Speaker 1: had the chance to come over to Belfast on Cork
- 7:26Speaker 1: for to a football connects with young people and also
- 7:30Speaker 1: the check about Dublin as well. That's pretty cool for
- 7:32Speaker 1: a start. That shows you how small the world is getting.
- 7:35Speaker 1: Calvin was really really excited when he got into Belfast
- 7:38Speaker 1: to you know, really help out the kids grow and
- 7:40Speaker 1: you're gonna have to get over here at some point month.
- 7:43Speaker 2: And hey, I'm crossing my fingers right now Michael, I
- 7:46Speaker 2: want to make it over. I'm glad those guys were
- 7:49Speaker 2: able to come over, and I saw they had a
- 7:50Speaker 2: lot of fun. Like you said, I saw Calvin was
- 7:53Speaker 2: really engaged with the youth and helping at the youth
- 7:55Speaker 2: football camps.
- 7:56Speaker 3: He looked like he did a great job.
- 7:57Speaker 2: From the clips I saw then, of course Connor trying
- 8:00Speaker 2: trying to hit out of out of a deep bunker
- 8:03Speaker 2: on one of the courts, watching him do it, And
- 8:08Speaker 2: then also was did he have a cricket bat or
- 8:11Speaker 2: what was the other thing where he hit? He hit
- 8:13Speaker 2: something else? I couldn't I couldn't quite tell what it was.
- 8:16Speaker 1: I think it might so I'll double check just after
- 8:18Speaker 1: we record. I think it might have been like a hurling.
- 8:21Speaker 3: Hurl right right, he was hurling, that's right.
- 8:23Speaker 2: I couldn't remember which one it was, like trying to
- 8:26Speaker 2: remember off the top of my head.
- 8:27Speaker 3: But yeah, I saw the clips.
- 8:28Speaker 2: I loved it, and it's awesome, and yeah, hopefully one
- 8:31Speaker 2: of these days i'll get I'll get out there and
- 8:32Speaker 2: we can share a pint.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Absolutely, Mom, If if not this year, if I'm not
- 8:38Speaker 1: in Pittsburgh this year, I'll definitely try and get you
- 8:40Speaker 1: some hurling merchandise in New Orleans for for radio row
- 8:43Speaker 1: for the Super Bowl and hope hopefully the Staters team
- 8:45Speaker 1: is there. You're obviously a guy that doesn't doesn't just
- 8:48Speaker 1: talk Steeters, you talk the league as well. Every year
- 8:52Speaker 1: one of the storylines in August is about this division
- 8:55Speaker 1: that we are in, the AFC North and how competitive
- 8:57Speaker 1: it is. It feels mocks like like every year, but
- 9:01Speaker 1: really this year, Mon, it just seems like it's taking
- 9:03Speaker 1: that next level up because obviously you know what sort
- 9:06Speaker 1: of the show and Watson we're going to get, Like,
- 9:08Speaker 1: are we gonna see Joe burrowmachrom injury wants, the situation
- 9:12Speaker 1: in Baltimore with Derrek Henry. It just it's so hard
- 9:14Speaker 1: to predict. On not second half of the season, when
- 9:18Speaker 1: all the North teams play, Shopper is going to be
- 9:21Speaker 1: a blood fast but as a fun it's gonna be
- 9:23Speaker 1: great to watch.
- 9:25Speaker 2: Oh no, I mean when we get past the week
- 9:27Speaker 2: nine by and we did and beyond it is an
- 9:31Speaker 2: absolute gauntlet the Steelers team to always rise to the
- 9:33Speaker 2: occasion and.
- 9:36Speaker 3: Knowing that we have Cam Sutton is a.
- 9:39Speaker 2: Guy that's spended the first eight weeks of the season
- 9:43Speaker 2: to have him come in for division play and for
- 9:46Speaker 2: Kansas City and Philadelphia, which is that last gauntlet, the
- 9:50Speaker 2: last eight games of the season. Man, I'm excited because
- 9:54Speaker 2: I think this team has the potential as long as
- 9:56Speaker 2: they stay healthy along the way getting to the division play.
- 10:00Speaker 2: I think it's gonna be some that's gonna be fun
- 10:02Speaker 2: because you're gonna be getting teams rapid.
- 10:03Speaker 3: Fire like all within like small shots of the season.
- 10:06Speaker 2: Whereas the rest of the guys in our division play
- 10:09Speaker 2: each other once or twice before that time. This spread
- 10:12Speaker 2: out for them, but it's very truncated for the Steelers.
- 10:14Speaker 2: So this could be an excellent opportunity or it could
- 10:17Speaker 2: be a rough one. However you embrace it. But I
- 10:20Speaker 2: think Mike Tomlin is one that he always says, we're
- 10:24Speaker 2: not seeking comfort, right, We're not looking for the easy
- 10:28Speaker 2: way out. Even in practice yesterday with pads, it was
- 10:32Speaker 2: raining up until practice. I think if you would asked him,
- 10:34Speaker 2: I'm sure he would have liked to have had the
- 10:35Speaker 2: rain with no lightning and pushed through it. So creating
- 10:39Speaker 2: these environments here make the season a little bit better
- 10:43Speaker 2: because you've gone through this stuff, you have experience to
- 10:46Speaker 2: draw off of and I look at the rest of
- 10:48Speaker 2: that division and it is tough.
- 10:50Speaker 3: It's the toughest division in all the football. I know
- 10:52Speaker 3: other divisions have.
- 10:53Speaker 2: Taken steps forward, but when you play in the AFC
- 10:57Speaker 2: North year in and year out, you know you and you.
- 11:00Speaker 3: Come out on the other side playing in the playoffs.
- 11:03Speaker 2: You've gone through something. And I really like the Stealers prospects.
- 11:07Speaker 2: If we can get to that point healthy add some
- 11:11Speaker 2: guys along the way that our fresh camp Sun is
- 11:13Speaker 2: a seasoned veteran. To put him in a nickel slot
- 11:16Speaker 2: when it comes to vision time, I think he's gonna
- 11:18Speaker 2: turn some heads.
- 11:18Speaker 3: Because you won't have any tape on him.
- 11:20Speaker 2: He'll be fresh coming into it, so you'll be having
- 11:23Speaker 2: to scramble to find out what he did before.
- 11:25Speaker 3: And this is a new role for him.
- 11:27Speaker 2: So I'm really excited about the season that come, but
- 11:29Speaker 2: you're right, end of the year, it's gonna be a gauntlet.
- 11:31Speaker 3: Three games in ten days is tough. Is a tough sledding.
- 11:33Speaker 1: At one point, we've said on every podcast for the
- 11:36Speaker 1: last month, somebody in Ireland, we're not complaining with a
- 11:38Speaker 1: six o'clock in the evening Christmas dag and very very
- 11:42Speaker 1: excited for that there. That'sh what your opposition as well.
- 11:44Speaker 1: You mentioned and coach Tomlin as somebody's played under him,
- 11:48Speaker 1: you must be delighted to see him obviously extend his
- 11:52Speaker 1: contract on really you know, take that question mark away.
- 11:55Speaker 1: He's gonna be in Pittsburgh for anover while to come,
- 11:58Speaker 1: and it's great to stay.
- 11:59Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, no, I mean anytime a coach can get
- 12:01Speaker 2: an extention, especially one that is his greatest coach, Shalman.
- 12:05Speaker 2: Let's face it, to go this long in the league
- 12:07Speaker 2: and not have a losing season is a huge mark
- 12:11Speaker 2: because some of the best struggle to do that, and
- 12:15Speaker 2: he's setting.
- 12:15Speaker 3: A new mark not only for the league but for himself.
- 12:19Speaker 2: He's he's only beating himself right now, and that's something
- 12:22Speaker 2: that's awesome to see because he loves those challenges. He
- 12:25Speaker 2: loves being the guy that breaks the norms and the
- 12:28Speaker 2: stereotypes of expectation and gets the most out of his guys.
- 12:33Speaker 2: And now he's got a very talented roster to do
- 12:36Speaker 2: more than that. We talked about his early days, you know,
- 12:39Speaker 2: I played on I played on the Super Bowl teams,
- 12:42Speaker 2: and for him to potentially get back to that that
- 12:45Speaker 2: that place with.
- 12:46Speaker 3: The squad that he has.
- 12:48Speaker 2: You're happy for him because coach Alman does work hard,
- 12:50Speaker 2: he does care about his guys, and he is excellent
- 12:54Speaker 2: at what he does. Like I always say this to guys,
- 12:56Speaker 2: I'm like, oh, man, you know, coach he's you know,
- 12:59Speaker 2: that's the only thing hanging on is that he's never
- 13:01Speaker 2: had a loser. I said, listen, I said, if he
- 13:03Speaker 2: got fired today, I can tell you a lot of teams,
- 13:07Speaker 2: if not all of them, would take a serious look
- 13:10Speaker 2: at Mike Tomin being their head coach if he doesn't
- 13:12Speaker 2: get posed by a network and get paid and gets
- 13:14Speaker 2: paid way more than he paid here. I was like,
- 13:16Speaker 2: I was like, back right now, this boy in his career,
- 13:18Speaker 2: he's taking a pay cut to stay as the Steelers coach.
- 13:21Speaker 2: So guys should be blessed about this era because when
- 13:24Speaker 2: it does come to an end, it's going to be
- 13:26Speaker 2: a thing you look back on and say, man, I
- 13:28Speaker 2: got to be a part of that. I got to
- 13:29Speaker 2: see that, I got to witness greatness because he will
- 13:33Speaker 2: when he decides to end his career, be up there
- 13:35Speaker 2: talking about putting on a yellowjacket, having a bronze bust.
- 13:38Speaker 1: And kin, I'm not I completely agree with that with
- 13:42Speaker 1: just Abrahener SAand on for the Irish people on this call,
- 13:45Speaker 1: listening to this podcast, and we have the All Ireland
- 13:47Speaker 1: Football and Herland Finals the last two weeks eighty five
- 13:49Speaker 1: and people in the court park sitting with a gritness
- 13:51Speaker 1: and looking back and and remembering those moments. So congratulations
- 13:56Speaker 1: to Claire and the Arma. Hopefully we'll get you to
- 13:58Speaker 1: those games at some point as well, Mox over the
- 14:00Speaker 1: next ten years. And you're talking about obviously this week
- 14:03Speaker 1: seeing the first practices with pods on. Has anybody set
- 14:07Speaker 1: out to you where it's not like you know, you're
- 14:09Speaker 1: it's not like where you're going. Oh my god, I
- 14:10Speaker 1: didn't expect off from someone, But is there anyone that
- 14:12Speaker 1: you're you're sort of keeping an eye on and going
- 14:14Speaker 1: He's really shown so far.
- 14:16Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, I'm really keeping an eye on Peyton Wilson,
- 14:20Speaker 2: rookie rookie linebacker.
- 14:21Speaker 3: He has really shown a lot without pads on.
- 14:25Speaker 2: And then as advertised, when the pants, when the pads
- 14:28Speaker 2: got on, he took it. He had a big blast
- 14:31Speaker 2: you know in the backsone backers against Jalen Warren and
- 14:35Speaker 2: yeah he got stoned. But the way he kept fighting
- 14:38Speaker 2: through all all the adversity and playing hard.
- 14:42Speaker 3: He's made plays in teen periods and he's also.
- 14:45Speaker 2: Made an impact on One on One's another guy, Darnel Washington.
- 14:49Speaker 2: I know he's a second year guy who drafted him
- 14:51Speaker 2: last year, but he's a guy that just was kind
- 14:55Speaker 2: of underutilized under Matt Canada.
- 14:58Speaker 3: And now you see what Arthur.
- 14:59Speaker 2: Smooth just in the small I emphasize the tight ends
- 15:01Speaker 2: are really involved.
- 15:03Speaker 3: So when you think about Darnel Washington, what he brings.
- 15:05Speaker 2: He is a humongous human being, you know, six foot
- 15:08Speaker 2: eight and almost two hundred and seventy pounds but runs
- 15:11Speaker 2: a four to six forty, which is lightning fast like
- 15:14Speaker 2: a moving skyscraper, you know when he's out on the field.
- 15:18Speaker 2: And the way that they're reutilizing and reintroducing us to
- 15:22Speaker 2: Pat Fryerman with all the passes, Darneld Washing is the
- 15:24Speaker 2: guy that's gonna benefit from a lot of these two
- 15:26Speaker 2: tight end sets that they're going to have this season.
- 15:29Speaker 2: And I can't wait to see what those two guys
- 15:31Speaker 2: really bring to the table because they've surprised me. Jack
- 15:34Speaker 2: coleto another one, you know, he's been a hammer, He's
- 15:37Speaker 2: a true fullback on this roster, and he's being utilized
- 15:40Speaker 2: as a lead blocker for Nasee and Jalen, So I'm
- 15:43Speaker 2: really excited to see what he brings to the table.
- 15:45Speaker 2: A lot of fun things offensively but defensively.
- 15:48Speaker 3: With such a veteran group, you look at some of the.
- 15:50Speaker 2: Young guys that can make an instant impact, and they're
- 15:52Speaker 2: already starting to do so. They already starting to catch
- 15:54Speaker 2: our eyes on the film.
- 15:57Speaker 1: Just before we go with terms of catching eyes preseason
- 16:00Speaker 1: and starts next week at leet Friday night, early Saturday
- 16:03Speaker 1: morning our time, a home preseason opener against the Texans.
- 16:08Speaker 1: Between now and Dan Macks, what do you want to
- 16:11Speaker 1: see from this team? And you know, what would you
- 16:13Speaker 1: like to see in that preseason home opener? Albeit its
- 16:16Speaker 1: preseason for you guys, it's getting back in the booth,
- 16:18Speaker 1: getting back talking about football after eight months out almost
- 16:22Speaker 1: since since since January in Buffalo. What would you like
- 16:25Speaker 1: to see month.
- 16:27Speaker 3: I would just like to see clean execution.
- 16:30Speaker 2: I'd like to see an offense that can a put
- 16:32Speaker 2: up numbers and b run the football and pick up
- 16:36Speaker 2: where they left off for a year ago. This team
- 16:39Speaker 2: after Week nine average one hundred and forty five yards
- 16:43Speaker 2: a game rushing the football, and it looked really good,
- 16:46Speaker 2: really dominating things that were used to seeing and identifying
- 16:49Speaker 2: with Steelers football on the offensive side with Arthur Smith,
- 16:53Speaker 2: and then also when you look at defensively, you know,
- 16:56Speaker 2: seeing this defense get after the football linebackers that are healthy,
- 17:00Speaker 2: young Patrick Queen and Landon Robert really getting in there
- 17:04Speaker 2: and having a good time. Like you said, Peyton Wilson
- 17:06Speaker 2: seeing what he can do. And also pass rush. You
- 17:10Speaker 2: gotta love pass rush anytime you see TJ. Watt and
- 17:12Speaker 2: Alex high Smith going after guys. And then you add
- 17:15Speaker 2: in the young Nick Herbig, who's been a really good
- 17:18Speaker 2: compliment to them walking into the rotation, and then adding
- 17:21Speaker 2: some other pieces. I'm really excited to see who's going
- 17:24Speaker 2: to be the number four outside linebacker, you know, Kyra
- 17:27Speaker 2: Johnson Winman, another kid that's a rookie that we brought
- 17:31Speaker 2: in from Michigan State. Like really chopping up and seeing
- 17:33Speaker 2: who can get that fourth outside pass.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Rush For anyone considering going to badly it next Friday night,
- 17:39Speaker 1: Mox has just give everybody in Ireland that you can
- 17:42Speaker 1: you're a reason to stay up a number of reasons
- 17:44Speaker 1: to stay up mix not just thought you will be
- 17:46Speaker 1: on the call on the sideline as well for dot KMS.
- 17:49Speaker 1: So certainly looking forward to to listening and watching you
- 17:51Speaker 1: over the next few weeks in pre season. And I
- 17:53Speaker 1: know you're a busy man and we all enjoy listening
- 17:56Speaker 1: to you on this podcast, so and want to take
- 17:58Speaker 1: this opportunity to wish you well over this season. I'm
