Charter just pulled off a massive $34.5 billion merger with Cox, making Spectrum the nation’s largest broadband and video provider — and Arizona’s Phoenix and southern Tucson areas are getting major upgrades. Cox customers will soon see the Spectrum brand, with free mobile service for non-mobile users and full Spectrum packages launching by mid-September.
