Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_00: If you don't love yourself, no amount of love from external will ever feel like enough.
- 0:04SPEAKER_00: It doesn't come if you get that dream job, that dream relationship, or that dream bot.
- 0:09SPEAKER_00: It comes before.
- 0:11SPEAKER_00: You need to love yourself before you can do all that.
- 0:14SPEAKER_00: So the clip you just heard is from this week's episode of the podcast.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: Well, you're getting a little mini bonus one because we already had another one up this week, but I wanted to come on here and talk about the truth about self-love and how to actually love yourself.
- 0:27SPEAKER_00: Because guys, it is so much more than face masks.
- 0:30SPEAKER_00: It's also why I created Goddess Activation because time and time again, women are not loving themselves.
- 0:37SPEAKER_00: Whether it is one-on-one, well-nourished, akasha readings, energy healings, on the daily, I'm basically not seeing women love themselves, right?
- 0:46SPEAKER_00: You're engaging in negative self-talk, or people pleasing, or not setting boundaries, or hating their bodies, and like nitpicking, and it it breaks my heart because I've been there and it sucks, right?
- 0:56SPEAKER_00: But what you have to understand is that when you love yourself on a truly like deep level, everything in your life improves, okay?
- 1:04SPEAKER_00: Your relationships improve, your friendships improve, your magnetism improves, your happiness improves, even how much money you make, your career, all of it improves because again, everything in life is a direct reflection of how you feel about yourself and what you believe you are worthy of.
- 1:21SPEAKER_00: So we want you to start living a life where you feel magnetic and delicious in your body.
- 1:26SPEAKER_00: And when you love yourself, like everything else becomes extra.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: You don't need validation of other things.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: Everyone else is just bonus, everything else is just bonus.
- 1:33SPEAKER_00: So in these four weeks, we have four live calls, and I basically teach you how to awaken those inner goddess vibes and ignite your self-love in a way that's going to make you honestly just I don't want to say cliche when I say this, but live your best life.

- 2:19SPEAKER_00: I will warn you guys, this is not fluffy.
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: We're not gonna sit around and do face masks.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: I mean, face masks are great, but that's not what this is about.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: This is about those deep, really rooted beliefs.
- 2:27SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna leave the link in the description box.
- 2:30SPEAKER_00: Um, but yeah, let's go ahead and dive into this episode of the podcast.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: Welcome to the Live Well Podcast.
- 2:37SPEAKER_00: This podcast is designed to help you live well, body, mind, and soul.
- 2:43SPEAKER_00: I'm your host, Liv, a natural health and wellness expert, and each week you will walk away with the insights, tools, and tips to truly live your best life.
- 2:54SPEAKER_00: If you are looking to live well, you are in the right place.
- 2:57SPEAKER_00: A new episode starts now.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: Okay, everyone, welcome back into this little solo deep dive into self-love and like the truth about self-love slash how to actually love yourself.
- 3:10SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna give you guys some like we're gonna break some myths, um, we're gonna talk about what to do, we're gonna, we're gonna get into all of it, right?
- 3:17SPEAKER_00: Because you have to love yourself first.
- 3:19SPEAKER_00: And I think also there's a misconception that self-love is selfish.
- 3:23SPEAKER_00: I'm probably just gonna go on a tangent on this episode, like I do for writing normal solo episodes, because I feel like I have so much to say, and then I gotta get passionate and I go on I go on a little rant.
- 3:31SPEAKER_00: So, welcome to today's Olivia rant about self-love, right?
- 3:34SPEAKER_00: So you have to love yourself first, otherwise, nothing is else is ever going to be enough.
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: No career is gonna be enough, no relationship is gonna be enough, and no size or like if it's a size of clothing or a pair of jeans, none of it is ever going to be enough.
- 3:47SPEAKER_00: You need to love yourself before that.
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: If you do not love yourself, no amount of external will ever feel enough.
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: Love does not come if you get that dream bond, that dream relationship, that dream job.
- 3:59SPEAKER_00: It comes before.
- 4:00SPEAKER_00: You need to love yourself before you can do all of that, okay?
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: So it's not just a face mask, it's it's about your frequency.
- 4:10SPEAKER_00: It's about living in the vibration of love.
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: And when you love yourself first, love naturally radiates out from you, and your cup is so full that you give to other people from your overflow.
- 4:23SPEAKER_00: And I say this to my clients sometimes is that are you doing this from love or for love?
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: So this is a perfect example.
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: Like, if you were gonna bake cookies, I'm baking cookies for my friend Kelsey, uh, who's actually my assistant, who's like an angel of God, and I'm so grateful for Kelsey.
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: Um, so I'm making a cookie in Kelsey.
- 4:39SPEAKER_00: Am I doing this from like pure love gratitude?
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: I want to like recognize her, or am I doing this so that she will like me more?
- 4:48SPEAKER_00: So she will, I'll feel included.
- 4:50SPEAKER_00: So, etc.
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: You know, or it's like, am I going to this party because I feel like if I don't, I will have FOMO.
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: I always think about like the the Mean Girls movie.
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: So it's like it's better to be like in the plastics hating life than not being the plastics, like not.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: Are you getting FOMO from like not being in the plastics because you're afraid to say no?
- 5:09SPEAKER_00: Um, because you think it's better to be in the life hating in the plastics hating life.
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: I feel you guys know what I mean.
- 5:14SPEAKER_00: If you watch mean girls, you know what I mean.
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: But that's exactly what I mean by doing things from love, not for love.
- 5:20SPEAKER_00: So when we nourish ourselves and we give ourselves enough love, we actually are able to do this from a state of overflow.
- 5:27SPEAKER_00: And while I do, and it is possible to live from a state of overflow, like most of the time, that's not to say it's about feeling perfect and whole all the time.
- 5:39SPEAKER_00: Like, as much as I'm bursting with love and gratify like I literally have tears of gratitude most days, doesn't mean it's like 100% of the time, right?
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: We are all also human.
- 5:47SPEAKER_00: So even with a full tank of love, you are bound to still feel imperfect and broken at times.
- 5:52SPEAKER_00: What you have to understand is that self-love is about embracing yourself for all that you are and all that you experience.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: It's about accepting yourself when you feel broken rather than faulting yourself for feeling low.
- 6:06SPEAKER_00: So even when I'm feeling off, or there are days where I'm like, I know I need, you know, self-love.
- 6:13SPEAKER_00: I probably, to be honest, the thing I'm most guilty of is like I give too much to others without replenishing to myself.
- 6:18SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, oh shoot, I'm like depleted.
- 6:21SPEAKER_00: I need to give more love to myself now, and it's not about I embrace all of that, and then I still like feel love for myself, even rather than faulting myself for like oh you shouldn't have done that, or feeling guilty for all of that, right?
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: So, yes, while self-love is about like filling yourself up and filling your cup, it's also about not faulting yourself and when you're feeling low or feeling broken and honoring that and not engaging in like toxic positivity because you also need to be able to recognize your emotions, right?
- 6:55SPEAKER_00: If you are feeling guilt, shame, heartbreak, any of this stuff, if you just avoid it, that shit's gonna creep up later.
- 7:01SPEAKER_00: And so you actually need to work through that and like give yourself the love and grace through that period, and that itself is an aspect of self-love.
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: Self-love is not about being happy and cheery 1000% of the time.
- 7:16SPEAKER_00: So that's important to also acknowledge.
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: So when you are in a state of self-love, you accept this sadness.
- 7:33SPEAKER_00: There's no more resistance, no more hiding your emotions.
- 7:37SPEAKER_00: It's all about acceptance and honoring your feelings.
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: So, like, for example, yesterday, I probably took Sundays off.
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: I'm very bad at not working though.
- 7:46SPEAKER_00: Like, that's one of my wounds that I learned in this lifetime is that like as a projector, I'm not meant to work all the time and I need to rest more, etc.
- 7:53SPEAKER_00: etc.
- 7:53SPEAKER_00: But I definitely feel resistance to not working.
- 7:56SPEAKER_00: When I'm working, I can like because when you're not busy all the time, you tend to like not be able to avoid your feelings, and I used to do that, etc.
- 8:03SPEAKER_00: But now what I kind of do is I accept that, like, instead of like looking for busy work or trying to see busy, I stay still and I accept feelings and work through them versus trying to hide the emotions.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: It's really all about acceptance and honoring your feelings.
- 8:21SPEAKER_00: That does not mean, however, because I see this.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: Oh wait, I need a sip of water before I go on this little rant.
- 8:26SPEAKER_00: Side note, I've been adding electrolytes to my water, and they're fantastic.
- 8:29SPEAKER_00: It's about accepting and honoring your feelings.
- 8:31SPEAKER_00: However, it is not about festering in them and the woe was me, I am so woe, you know, life is shitty, blah blah blah.
- 8:41SPEAKER_00: If life is shitty and you're feeling sad, okay, why am I feeling sad?
- 8:45SPEAKER_00: What made me sad?
- 8:46SPEAKER_00: What is this bringing up in me?
- 8:47SPEAKER_00: Do I need to journal?
- 8:48SPEAKER_00: Do I need to do breath work?
- 8:49SPEAKER_00: Do I need to book an energy healing with Liv?
- 8:51SPEAKER_00: Do I need to book a reading with Liv?
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, what do I need to do?
- 8:55SPEAKER_00: Do I need to let myself just like have a cry, play some music?
- 8:59SPEAKER_00: Do I need to move my body, do some yoga flow?
- 9:02SPEAKER_00: Do I need to like bang a pillow and like scream into it?
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: It's not hiding them, it's like honoring these feelings and okay, what do I now need to do with those in order to express them, right?
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: Because, and this is another myth that I feel like there is with self-love, that self-clove creates like this armor that basically makes you invincible.
- 9:22SPEAKER_00: While that is not true, like self-love does not make you invincible to feelings or insults and or criticism, etc.
- 9:31SPEAKER_00: Insults and criticism can still hurt even like the the strongest, you know, self-love people.
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: But you will choose to counteract all of these, whether it's like insults, criticism, or these feelings that come up with compassion, right?
- 9:43SPEAKER_00: So self-love allows you to bounce back from these attacks with ease and grace.
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: So yes, you are accepting and honoring these feelings, but you're not ruminating in like the depression or the sadness for weeks and kind of like I want to say festering in it.
- 9:58SPEAKER_00: Like to me, self-like, okay, this is a great analogy.
- 10:02SPEAKER_00: I don't know why I thought of this.
- 10:03SPEAKER_00: So it's like cooking something in like a pan, like a dish, and then leaving it in the sink to like crust and rot so that it's so freaking hard to scrape off, and like it's so much work is you let it sit in the sink and you let it fester instead of dealing with it and like honoring something moving through it and cleaning the dish, you kind of let it sit there after you're like baking a casserole and everything is now crusted and hardened on, right?
- 10:27SPEAKER_00: Self-love allows you to clean the dish quicker so that you don't have it crust on.
- 10:34SPEAKER_00: Guys, I hope that made sense.
- 10:35SPEAKER_00: It's literally because I have dishes in my sick right now that I thought about that.
- 10:39SPEAKER_00: Um, even though I'm letting those sit for the moment, but you know what I mean.
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: Okay, hopefully that gets that kind of like you know, the myth apart and like how self-love doesn't mean being happy all the time, though you will be happy a lot more of the time.
- 10:54SPEAKER_00: It's also about allowing yourself to have compassion and grace and moving through feelings and having your bounce back rate be that much quicker.
- 11:03SPEAKER_00: So, another misconception is that self-love means you no longer feel fear.
- 11:09SPEAKER_00: And like, no, we are humans, fear will still be a part of your life, even with a full tank of love.
- 11:15SPEAKER_00: Because fear is basically a sign that you are being challenged or faced with something new.
- 11:20SPEAKER_00: It's also a very natural instinct that basically helps you recognize danger, right?
- 11:24SPEAKER_00: In the olden days, it was like, oh, there's a tiger, we better run.
- 11:28SPEAKER_00: Fear is a good thing.
- 11:29SPEAKER_00: Um, but like with self-love, you will always incur new fears at different levels.
- 11:34SPEAKER_00: So the the fears now that I face at you know the level I'm at now versus like maybe a year and a half, two years ago, are definitely a lot like different.
- 11:43SPEAKER_00: Like before, when I was a people pleaser and I didn't have boundaries, I've I got fear by saying no to like not hanging out with someone or fear about like leaving something early because I was just tired and as a clairsentient empath, all of everyone's emotions was just too much for me, right?
- 11:59SPEAKER_00: So, like that was like the old fear, but like there's always going to be new fear that is standing between you and that next level that you desire, right?
- 12:07SPEAKER_00: So self-love helps you push past that fear because you really understand that you are capable of attaining whatever it is that lies on the other side.
- 12:16SPEAKER_00: So, whether that is a career you want, a um a house you want, a relationship you want, a group of soul friends that you want, all of that you're able to push past it that much easier.
- 12:28SPEAKER_00: And I remember like I used to sit in fear for so long before I learned to love myself, like so so long.
- 12:34SPEAKER_00: And now it's like fear comes up, I'm like, oh yeah, no, let's push past that and we go for it.
- 12:39SPEAKER_00: And it's like, I was reflecting on this, I think the other day, was it with my friend Rach?
- 12:42SPEAKER_00: I don't know, I was telling her, I think I think it was my friend Rach, maybe it was Kayla, I don't know.
- 12:45SPEAKER_00: One of my friends.
- 12:46SPEAKER_00: Um, and I was saying that like it's it's absolutely crazy that like life now versus before, like how much faster I'm able to up-level and raise my frequency and vibration and bring new things into my life because of like the self-love work that I do, you're just able to push past it, right?
- 13:04SPEAKER_00: Because the universe is gonna keep I don't want to say testing you, but like bringing you little challenges, right?
- 13:09SPEAKER_00: That's unfortunately why we incarnated on Earth in this time, so there will always be new ones, but it's also how fast you're able to up level and do that from self-love.
- 13:17SPEAKER_00: And this is actually what we're gonna go over.
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: Well, one of the things we're gonna go over in Goddess Activation.
- 13:23SPEAKER_00: We we work on worthiness, we work on being able to receive love, we work on a bunch of things, but you have to feel worthy and you have to have the tools for self-love to be able to push past that fear.
- 13:33SPEAKER_00: So it's all about like arming your toolbox to push you back and arming you so that you're basically how do I think about it?
- 13:41SPEAKER_00: Like, okay, I'm watching Game of Thrones right now, and it's like having the good horse with like maybe Lannister quality sword made of Valyrian steel and armor versus like Aria.
- 13:57SPEAKER_00: Oh no, Aria's pretty badass.
- 13:58SPEAKER_00: Okay, versus someone else in the show that doesn't have the Valyrian steel and the armor, right?
- 14:03SPEAKER_00: Self-love is that armor that like pushes you past so you can win those challenges and up level and push past the fear.
- 14:10SPEAKER_00: I hope that makes sense.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: Uh yeah, I hope that makes sense in terms of that analogy, but that is another like myth and slash truth that I want to like bring about self-love and like why it's so important to love yourself, because you'll be able to bounce back from all these feelings.
- 14:26SPEAKER_00: You'll also be able to like bounce back from like breakups or getting your heart broken, etc.
- 14:31SPEAKER_00: Like I know now I'm like much better equipped versus like uh maybe like a year, a year and a bit ago, I would have been like, oh my god, I'm not enough, something's wrong with me, I didn't do enough, I didn't say enough, blah blah blah like no, and like now be like you're lost.
- 14:51SPEAKER_00: Like it's it's such a different level, and like oh, I can't explain like when you are anchored into that frequency and into that feeling, and you believe that like you know what's meant for you will like naturally be yours, you can't lose anything that's meant for you, etc.
- 15:06SPEAKER_00: Whether and this can also be like you know, in terms of losing jobs, losing partners, even losing friends, I'm just like what's not meant for me, like will fall away, and that's fine.
- 15:15SPEAKER_00: Like I'm meant for something better.
- 15:17SPEAKER_00: But you have to be truly anchored into that vibration and frequency of self-love, and you have to know the codes to self-love to know that happens so that when these things come up, you know the codes in order to break through it.
- 15:29SPEAKER_00: And that's again, well, not again to plug, but like what I'm gonna teach you in glass activation is all about these like codes and anchoring into that frequency.
- 15:36SPEAKER_00: Okay, so the next myth: more water.
- 15:38SPEAKER_00: Why am I so thirsty today?
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: It's not even like hot out.
- 15:42SPEAKER_00: The next myth is that self-love means you will no longer experience limiting beliefs.
- 15:47SPEAKER_00: And this kind of goes into fear, saturating beliefs, but they're fear is also different than limiting beliefs, right?
- 15:53SPEAKER_00: So let's just separate that.
- 15:54SPEAKER_00: So your inner critic will always be there.
- 15:56SPEAKER_00: Your inner critic is your ego, your subconscious mind that wants to keep you safe, right?
- 16:00SPEAKER_00: And if you guys have listened to any of my other episodes about either self-love or mindset or blocks, etc., you know that the the ego wants to keep you safe, right?
- 16:08SPEAKER_00: It wants to keep you in the comfortable.
- 16:10SPEAKER_00: Sometimes, well not sometimes, all the time, it's actually more comfortable to stay where you are than to grow, even though growth is positive.
- 16:17SPEAKER_00: So even if you are in that self-sabotaging, um, negative self-talk, not really liking your body, not really liking your life or loving yourself, it's actually more comfortable for your mind to stay there than to go into the new because new is change.
- 16:29SPEAKER_00: And as humans, we're actually we look at change as danger, so that the mind like basically pre-alerts you to freak out when there's danger, so it wants to keep you safe, right?
- 16:40SPEAKER_00: So you'll still hear that voice telling you that you aren't enough, you're not worthy, blah blah blah.
- 16:45SPEAKER_00: But when you embody self-love, you gain the insight to see how false limiting beliefs are and how false they are, and you gain the power to fight through them, right?
- 16:54SPEAKER_00: So you arm yourself with the tools, the codes, and all of these things that you need in order to actually fight through them.
- 17:02SPEAKER_00: So now when they come up and like, you know, let me let me try to give an example.
- 17:06SPEAKER_00: So, like, you maybe you try some, oh, you know what, this is actually gonna be a good one.
- 17:10SPEAKER_00: This is gonna be a good one.
- 17:11SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 17:12SPEAKER_00: So I recently pulled out my clothes for summer.
- 17:14SPEAKER_00: I don't my closets are big enough.
- 17:16SPEAKER_00: I mean, technically, I could like have all my winter and summer in one closet.
- 17:19SPEAKER_00: Either way, I folded up some of my sweaters and I brought some more summer clothes out, and I was like, oh, I should probably try on my summer clothes to see if they fit.
- 17:26SPEAKER_00: Well, okay.
- 17:27SPEAKER_00: Spoiler if they all fit, that's not the point.
- 17:28SPEAKER_00: But let's say hypothetically that they didn't fit.
- 17:30SPEAKER_00: I feel this is really good going into summer.
- 17:32SPEAKER_00: Let's say hypothetically that my shorts didn't fit, they were too too small on me anymore because I, you know, gained weight over something over thingy.
- 17:39SPEAKER_00: Hypothetically.
- 17:40SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 17:40SPEAKER_00: So hypothetically, put them on and oh no, they cannot button up.
- 17:43SPEAKER_00: I could then, like, my inner critic could still be like, you're not enough, you're not worthy, you need to lose weight, you're too big, blah blah blah blah.
- 17:51SPEAKER_00: However, when you embody self-love, you will gain the insight to see how false those beliefs are.
- 17:57SPEAKER_00: And you know, you're able to bounce back from those thoughts and be like, no, I'm hella fabulous.
- 18:04SPEAKER_00: Maybe I'll move more if that feels good in my body, but maybe I'll just buy new shorts and it's not a big deal because I love myself anyways, right?
- 18:10SPEAKER_00: So, like those instances don't become don't ruin your day, or like going baby something doesn't ruin your day, or not fitting size doesn't ruin your day because your worth and your love comes from the inside and it doesn't is not based on size or like that well, size is one example, but this could be career, you you could extrapolate this example to anything.
- 18:31SPEAKER_00: But you gain the power to really fight through them and become more resilient.
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: I think resilient is a really it's a good word.
- 18:41SPEAKER_00: Self-love makes you more resilient.
- 18:43SPEAKER_00: It's like a tool belt, right?
- 18:44SPEAKER_00: You gain the tools to help you through even the toughest of experiences.
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: I mean, to be honest, yes, trying on bathing suits or trying on clothes from last year can be a tough experience for a lot of women.
- 18:54SPEAKER_00: Because let's face it, also tough experiences will continue to like obscure your path from time to time.
- 18:59SPEAKER_00: But with a full tank of love, you'll have all the tools you need to work through those experiences and the emotions that they stir up within you.
- 19:06SPEAKER_00: And you might fall, you might stumble, and you might still have bad days, but with self-love, you react to these experiences differently.
- 19:14SPEAKER_00: You won't need to fall down and like wait to be saved by something or someone else.
- 19:19SPEAKER_00: You will be able to save you.
- 19:21SPEAKER_00: You'll be able to climb out, you'll be able to, you know, face to face with these biggest fears and beliefs that most limit you.
- 19:27SPEAKER_00: And you'll be able to bounce back stronger every single time.
- 19:31SPEAKER_00: So this is really the true essence of self-love.
- 19:34SPEAKER_00: While your life won't like magically become actually, well, it is quite a magical.
- 19:38SPEAKER_00: I don't want to say to magical become perfect, but your life doesn't get astronomically more magical because I do, I do like burst into I just feel magical every day.
- 19:47SPEAKER_00: So you know what?
- 19:48SPEAKER_00: We're gonna go back.
- 19:49SPEAKER_00: Your life does feel more magical, but it doesn't get quote unquote perfect, right?
- 19:53SPEAKER_00: You simply be like you get better at handling life, and like that's something to love.
- 19:58SPEAKER_00: Like there's always gonna be obstacles, but then when you learn to self-love, they're like easier to like wash away and like rinse away.
- 20:06SPEAKER_00: Does that make sense?
- 20:06SPEAKER_00: I'm hoping that makes sense to you guys.
- 20:08SPEAKER_00: I know I'm going on um some tangents about this.
- 20:12SPEAKER_00: So if you feel that you need to incorporate more self-love into your life, I want to share with you guys some tips that can help.
- 20:18SPEAKER_00: So, number one, you are inherently enough.
- 20:22SPEAKER_00: Living like a plentiful life does not come from material belongings or you know what society views its success.
- 20:29SPEAKER_00: The real beauty and innate goodness in ourselves comes from like priceless moments, like laughing, loving, learning, expressing, and like creating our wildest dreams.
- 20:38SPEAKER_00: So you need to believe that you are inherently enough and worthy just because you are.
- 20:44SPEAKER_00: Like you are enough because you were born.
- 20:48SPEAKER_00: End of story.
- 20:49SPEAKER_00: It's not if you are a certain size or you can fit into this, or you have abs or you have a this job, or you're in a committed relationship, or you have a big house, or you have a whatever purse.
- 21:00SPEAKER_00: Like none of that makes you enough.
- 21:02SPEAKER_00: You are enough because you're born.
- 21:03SPEAKER_00: And unfortunately, a lot of us have learned either from inner child wounds or you know, past experiences and trauma that have made us feel like not enough, that like we weren't enough because of our grades, or maybe if we didn't make the soccer team, or we didn't get into the university we wanted, whatever it was.
- 21:21SPEAKER_00: You need to go back and reprogram these and you need to go back and do some inner child work.
- 21:25SPEAKER_00: And we will do this in Goddess Activation if you joined, but you need to start believing that you are inherently enough just because you are, and until you do that, that is nothing else is ever going to stick, but it's also going to not phase you as much when those other things come up.
- 21:41SPEAKER_00: So, number two is that comparison is basically a waste of energy.
- 21:45SPEAKER_00: If you are comparing to someone, like no, no two gems, no two crystals are alike, okay?
- 21:50SPEAKER_00: Let's think about how beautiful amethyst crystals are.
- 21:53SPEAKER_00: No two are exactly the same.
- 21:55SPEAKER_00: If they are, I mean, then they're not real crystals, right?
- 21:57SPEAKER_00: They're all like special little pizzas.
- 21:59SPEAKER_00: There is only One you.
- 22:01SPEAKER_00: So you need to embrace like your gifts and your vulnerabilities and your quirkiness, your sense of humor, your passions.
- 22:07SPEAKER_00: They are the magic that makes you you.
- 22:11SPEAKER_00: Like what also, like, you don't want to be anyone else.
- 22:14SPEAKER_00: You're magical just the way you are.
- 22:17SPEAKER_00: And like, you also have to understand you cannot compare your chapter one to someone else's chapter 20.
- 22:24SPEAKER_00: Also, let's bring in, because you know, you know me, let's bring in some past lives karma and stuff like that.
- 22:30SPEAKER_00: Your soul might be on a different journey and like signed up to learn a bunch of different lessons that someone else might be learning.
- 22:36SPEAKER_00: You know, and if you spend yourself comparing instead of just like doing the work and getting yourself out, well then you're never going to like grow, right?
- 22:43SPEAKER_00: So A, like remove this the shit that makes you compare yourself, but B, don't focus on like you compared to someone else.
- 22:51SPEAKER_00: Focus on you today versus like you yesterday or you a year ago and trying to evolve and better yourself, not again from a place of like obviously from a place of love, but evolving into more of who you inherently are at your core.
- 23:06SPEAKER_00: How can you become more authentically you rather than worrying about you know what so-and-so has or so-and-so accomplished?
- 23:16SPEAKER_00: Um, and instead of using comparison, what I like to do is like use people as expanders, right?
- 23:24SPEAKER_00: Instead of comparing, like, oh, this person launched this or this person has this or they have a relationship, it's like, oh, they're showing me that it's possible for me.
- 23:35SPEAKER_00: They are an expander.
- 23:36SPEAKER_00: So you also want to make sure, like, you know, like patience and persistency, right?
- 23:40SPEAKER_00: You want to be patient with yourself, but also persistent and gently remind yourself that like self-love is ever evolving.
- 23:47SPEAKER_00: You're gonna get better and better and better at it.
- 23:49SPEAKER_00: And like, for example, I'm just gonna be like, this wouldn't be a keep up with live podcast episode of Live Wasn't Gonna Get Vulnerable.
- 23:58SPEAKER_00: Um, so there is this like one of my biggest expanders right now that I look up to.
- 24:02SPEAKER_00: Um, if you guys know Array, I love the like Array bloat capsules.
- 24:07SPEAKER_00: Um, the calm ones are also really good if you chuckle with anxiety.
- 24:09SPEAKER_00: And Sith, who is like such a she's such an authentic, amazing soul.
- 24:14SPEAKER_00: Um, like what she's done with her brand array was like such an expander.
- 24:18SPEAKER_00: And like I could have been like, oh, you know, I'm a natural palette, I haven't launched, you know, my product yet, and she's in the hands of Skinny Confidential and Melissa Wood Health, and oh my god, I wish I had that, I'm behind.
- 24:31SPEAKER_00: Oh, like, and I could have felt bad about myself, and I was like, oh my god, like she is so inspiring, she is such an expander for me to show what's possible, and like I like know that something, whatever I'm destined to do, will I get the download and will fall to me when I'm supposed to do it.
- 24:49SPEAKER_00: But like, good for her in like showing you know, people like me what is possible and expanding that, like, oh, look at the magic around you and using that as inspiration.
- 25:00SPEAKER_00: But it's because I love myself that I'm now able to look at that through that lens, versus maybe two, three years ago, if I had seen the same thing, I would have been like, you know, actually, even like a good example of what I did do two, three years ago is even on like YouTube, like, oh, I don't have half a million subscribers or a million, this person's getting more views than me.
- 25:21SPEAKER_00: Because I didn't love myself, I let that dictate how I felt about myself and my self-worth.
- 25:26SPEAKER_00: But now I'm like, oh my god, and this shows you what's possible, like it's so possible to do, and it's so inspiring that it literally makes myself tingle.
- 25:34SPEAKER_00: Okay, so that's like a good like way to like switch comparison to expansion.
- 25:39SPEAKER_00: Okay, the next thing, next tip is that you are not your past, all right?
- 25:44SPEAKER_00: So you want to respect that each moment is a gift, okay?
- 25:48SPEAKER_00: You you never bathe in the same river twice.
- 25:50SPEAKER_00: I mean, that's like a philosophical quote.
- 25:52SPEAKER_00: I don't know who said it, but like I remember this.
- 25:55SPEAKER_00: Um, because it's never the same river and it's never the same you.
- 25:58SPEAKER_00: So there's always enough room and space for growth in the present, and the past is not defining you.
- 26:03SPEAKER_00: This is like the past example that I gave does not define you.
- 26:06SPEAKER_00: Like you constantly have a new opportunity to better yourself.
- 26:10SPEAKER_00: So instead of being like, oh, it's never worked for me, you know, I've never been thin enough, I've never been this, I've never been that, I've never had enough money, I've never, oh Jesus.
- 26:19SPEAKER_00: Okay, if this is resonating with you, go listen to the how you're blocking yourself from like that episode.
- 26:24SPEAKER_00: I think it's like two, three episodes ago.
- 26:25SPEAKER_00: It's the one about blocks.
- 26:26SPEAKER_00: Go back and listen to that because you are not your past, right?
- 26:29SPEAKER_00: You have to start looking to the the future.
- 26:32SPEAKER_00: Even when people come to me and they're like, oh, I want to lose weight, I want to get back to this person, I want to get back to this size, I want to get back.
- 26:37SPEAKER_00: I'm like, what are you doing?
- 26:39SPEAKER_00: Like, why do you want to get back to that?
- 26:41SPEAKER_00: You want to be looking to the forward.
- 26:43SPEAKER_00: You're not your past, you don't want to be going to the past, you need to be looking forward and evolving into a newer, better version of you.
- 26:49SPEAKER_00: And that again comes from self-love.
- 26:52SPEAKER_00: You need to remember that, like, oh, things you did or boundaries you didn't set, like, that's the past.
- 26:59SPEAKER_00: What can you do now?
- 27:00SPEAKER_00: What is like a little step that you can take to do that?
- 27:04SPEAKER_00: Is it joining goddess activation?
- 27:06SPEAKER_00: Is it, you know, doing inner child work?
- 27:09SPEAKER_00: Is it doing some breath work sessions?
- 27:10SPEAKER_00: Is it doing some energy and like what is that that you need to do to clear the past so that it no longer defines who you are and you can start loving yourself for where you are now?
- 27:23SPEAKER_00: The next tip is to practice loving self-talk, right?
- 27:27SPEAKER_00: So this sounds basic, but sometimes we talk ourselves in the harshest tone.
- 27:31SPEAKER_00: I I say this to people all the time: if you talk to your best friend the way you talk to yourself, like you probably would have friends, like using words that you would like never repeat out loud to another person.
- 27:41SPEAKER_00: And this could be something that we learned, you know, in our home growing up, or you may have seen modeled to you by sisters or moms.
- 27:48SPEAKER_00: I'm I'm gonna use mainly female because just because we tend to be the hardest on ourselves, um, or you know, even how we are talking, to be honest.
- 27:56SPEAKER_00: So instead of berating yourself, using like self-defeating language, you really need to reframe your language and use words that build you up and not tear you down.
- 28:06SPEAKER_00: You need to start being your own cheerleader.
- 28:10SPEAKER_00: You need to start talking to yourself how you would talk to everyone else.
- 28:14SPEAKER_00: And this sounds so basic, but the first step is literally just becoming aware that you are doing it.
- 28:20SPEAKER_00: Like, for example, you know, not taking compliments.
- 28:23SPEAKER_00: That's like a big one that's like, oh no, I'm blah blah blah blah.
- 28:26SPEAKER_00: Or like when someone compliments, oh you have nice hair, blah, oh no, and like you kind of like dismiss it.
- 28:32SPEAKER_00: Or like, oh, I look okay, like, or you're talking in like more of a neutral tone, you want to be talking in like a very positive tone.
- 28:41SPEAKER_00: Or like, you know, I always the way I explain to it with my clients is like you should talk to you how you would want your partner to talk to you, like, or if your partner said that about you, like how would you feel the way you talk about you, if your like boyfriend, husband, etc., or girlfriend, who knows, um, said that about you, like, how would you feel?
- 29:00SPEAKER_00: So then why are you saying that about yourself?
- 29:02SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 29:03SPEAKER_00: Your cells literally respond to the language you use.
- 29:07SPEAKER_00: So if you're familiar with the water experiment, I know I've mentioned this before, but I'm gonna mention it again because it's such a powerful study.
- 29:13SPEAKER_00: You talk one way, well, they had two different waters.
- 29:15SPEAKER_00: One of the told you're ugly, you're disgusting, you're gross, blah blah.
- 29:19SPEAKER_00: The other one was like you're loving, you're beautiful, etc.
- 29:21SPEAKER_00: They just talked to the water, like literally talked to a glass of water.
- 29:24SPEAKER_00: Then they looked at the water under the microscope.
- 29:26SPEAKER_00: The one that they were told that it was ugly, disgusting, blah blah blah.
- 29:29SPEAKER_00: It was all like chaotic and mismatched.
- 29:31SPEAKER_00: I mean, look at the images on Google, it's just the best way to explain it.
- 29:33SPEAKER_00: The one they talked positively too was all like nicely organized and basically like beautiful snowflakes.
- 29:38SPEAKER_00: We are 70% water guys.
- 29:39SPEAKER_00: You need to start with, well, A, the awareness that you're doing it, and B stop doing it because it literally programs yourself.
- 29:48SPEAKER_00: Even things that like when you walk past the mirror or you're like naked or something like that, or you're naked and you're like, ew, I have a surge mark, or ew, look at that cellulite, or low, ew, like, oh, I need to like lose five pounds, or ew, my boobs need to be bigger, or ew, I have a breakout, like, no, stop.
- 30:07SPEAKER_00: Like, stop.
- 30:10SPEAKER_00: That's basically like be aware of it and then stop.
- 30:14SPEAKER_00: Um, and again, if you need help with with the stopping and becoming aware of all this, um, this is like why goddess activations for you.
- 30:22SPEAKER_00: So here's the deal.
- 30:25SPEAKER_00: Or here's like the like how to actually love yourself, right?
- 30:28SPEAKER_00: Because you can spoil yourself with like money and like products and Sephora, or thinking that loving yourself means like spending, you know,$200 on jeans that basically, you know, thinking that like self-love can be bought, thinking that it comes from a face mask or makeup or clothing, etc.
- 30:48SPEAKER_00: You know, it's not like it's basically not.
- 30:52SPEAKER_00: That's like that's bullshit.
- 30:53SPEAKER_00: That's not self-love.
- 30:55SPEAKER_00: Um, because it basically like sits there, and then you never even feel like the occasion to wear it because you know you don't have enough self-love to actually do what makes you feel good, anyways.
- 31:05SPEAKER_00: So, you know, from the outside looking in, you know, things can look like you know, all smooth sailing, or it's look like gravy, you know.
- 31:11SPEAKER_00: Well, but whether you are like wearing like new clothes or this or that or going on the dates or all that, if you don't love yourself, then like none of that even matters, none of that even resonates on a deep level because those are things you do once you've done the deeper, more healing work, right?
- 31:31SPEAKER_00: Because you're probably doing that, but you might also be engaging in like binge-purge cycles, you might be engaging in negative self-talk or um shaming your body, or you know, it's more from afar like self-loathing than self-love.
- 31:46SPEAKER_00: Like, you want to be doing these things because you love yourself, not buying a face mask because you hate your face and you're hoping that that's going to solve like your acne.
- 31:56SPEAKER_00: That makes sense.
- 31:56SPEAKER_00: Like, oh, I hate my skin so much, so let me buy this face mask because that's self-love.
- 32:00SPEAKER_00: Like, no.
- 32:01SPEAKER_00: So, like your intentions are good, but you're still you were trying to find happy, you're still trying to find happy and be happy in an ill-directed way, right?
- 32:10SPEAKER_00: You're looking for self-love in the wrong places in people, products, material, items when you really need to find it within yourself.
- 32:18SPEAKER_00: So, I'm gonna ask you have you loved you lately?
- 32:25SPEAKER_00: And I'm not talking about like the the false self-loathing kind of self-love.
- 32:28SPEAKER_00: I'm talking about the unjudgmental, forgiving, patient, optimistic, delicious self-love that makes your heart burst because you feel so much love.
- 32:40SPEAKER_00: The real self-love that can't be bought, that doesn't come from a store or a person or an item.
- 32:46SPEAKER_00: So, like, and what does that actually mean?
- 32:49SPEAKER_00: It means changing your mentality.
- 32:52SPEAKER_00: Instead of thinking, oh, I hate the way like my arms look or my stomach looks in this this shirt or this crop top, you know, my stomach is exactly perfect as it is.
- 33:04SPEAKER_00: This or like perhaps like this shirt just isn't right for me, or like I need something else to make me feel good.
- 33:11SPEAKER_00: It means basically silencing that inner meme girl instead of listening to that voice in your head that's like you can't do that, you will never be enough.
- 33:19SPEAKER_00: You need to listen to your inner optimist that's like, yes, you fucking can.
- 33:23SPEAKER_00: You are a goddess, you are magnetic, you are like divine pure light radiating.
- 33:30SPEAKER_00: You are beautiful, you are gorgeous.
- 33:33SPEAKER_00: And like, I bet you, just because this is what happens all the time, I bet you if I asked most of you guys right now to stand in the mirror, make eye contact with yourself, and just say everything I just said out loud while making eye contact, you couldn't do it.
- 33:47SPEAKER_00: Like, as a spoiler alert, like you can do anything, and I really don't mean this in like a cliche fluffy way, I mean it in the truest sense of the sentiment.
- 33:58SPEAKER_00: You can do anything.
- 34:00SPEAKER_00: Like, it means disregarding your insecurities, it means rewriting that story in your head and acknowledging that you are like acknowledging all that you are right here, right now.
- 34:11SPEAKER_00: And I've said it before, and I said it again: self-love is all about appreciating your own unique brand of beauty and recognizing and honoring yourself.
- 34:20SPEAKER_00: But this can be hard to do, especially when you don't know where to start, or when you are blinded by society's definition of worthy.
- 34:26SPEAKER_00: So let's start square one, you know, as I say, put pen to paper and write down everything you love about yourself.
- 34:34SPEAKER_00: So be mindful, you know what to focus on.
- 34:38SPEAKER_00: Self-love isn't just about body image or what's on the outside, it's also about taking notice about what's on the inside and your unique talents that are that's irreplaceable, that allows you to take a space in this world, right?
- 34:49SPEAKER_00: It's you know, phoning a friend or like, you know, you can even ask a friend, you know, what she loves about you and using those answers as a jumping off point if you're really struggling.
- 35:01SPEAKER_00: But the hard truth about self-love is that while sometimes it's bubble bass and you know, eating pizza in your pajamas and watching younger, which is really good on Amazon Prime.
- 35:11SPEAKER_00: I'm obsessed with younger right now, it's a show.
- 35:14SPEAKER_00: Um, usually self-love means tough love, it means doing the deep hard work.
- 35:19SPEAKER_00: Because let me tell you, like, yeah, we can do face masks, and oh, I'm gonna whatever, guys.
- 35:25SPEAKER_00: I did face masks for most of my life, and it wasn't until I did the deep work that self-love actually changed, right?
- 35:31SPEAKER_00: Because those those other things, the the face masks, the buying myself this all came from a place of trying to fix something, and it's because I didn't love myself, and it was like, oh, I'm doing this to fix it.
- 35:43SPEAKER_00: So self-love truly is a practice, it is not a destination, right?
- 35:47SPEAKER_00: It's like yoga, it's a practice you cultivate, not something you arrive at because it is something that you're going to have to keep practicing over and over and over again.
- 35:56SPEAKER_00: And like I said, with time you naturally get better at it.
- 35:59SPEAKER_00: So don't please don't expect that just one day, like like I said, you're not gonna be 100% loving all the time because you will always be um, you'll always have those one-off days where like there's gonna be an off day.
- 36:10SPEAKER_00: So expecting yourself to be perfect at self-love is actually a really unloving thing to do.
- 36:15SPEAKER_00: Because expecting yourself to be perfect at anything is really a harsh way, and the perfectionism, again, if you struggle with perfectionism, you need to get into goddess activation.
- 36:23SPEAKER_00: Because perfectionism comes from people pleasing or like wanting to be thinking that perfect, well, A is attainable, but also is a with your perfectionism is basically a first class ticket to not loving yourself.
- 36:38SPEAKER_00: That's what I wanted to say because you'll always be disappointed in yourself, right?
- 36:41SPEAKER_00: You'll love is all about acceptance.
- 36:45SPEAKER_00: Love goes easy on you, love is understanding.
- 36:48SPEAKER_00: So by accepting where you are in your self-love journey, and by understanding that you're only human, that is actually loving yourself instead of like judging, grading, and pressing yourself to be perfect.
- 36:58SPEAKER_00: So, you know, with that being said, as you practice your loving yourself more, some days, like I said, are gonna be easier than others, and that is okay.
- 37:06SPEAKER_00: That is life, that is a human experience.
- 37:09SPEAKER_00: And even though, you know, there are days where it's harder, these are actually blessings in disguise because when it's hard to love yourself, you actually like birth a strong ass desire to truly love yourself, and it's from that desire and that real self-love that is born.
- 37:24SPEAKER_00: Like, it is it's easy to like love yourself when you're vibing high and do five tests, whatever.
- 37:30SPEAKER_00: It is harder to love yourself when you were going through the shit.
- 37:33SPEAKER_00: So, like, you know, if you used to be like, honestly, I used to be like a perfectionist.
- 37:38SPEAKER_00: Um, I don't want you to lose your self-loathing about like self-deprecating, self-loathing, something like that.
- 37:45SPEAKER_00: Um, but after lots of practice, like now I love myself a lot more.
- 37:50SPEAKER_00: I still have days where I get triggered and I almost fall back to love patterns or I almost doubt myself, but then that's part of the practice because then I bring in all those tools and I bring in the like the reprogramming, the codes, because every moment when you're not acting loving towards yourself is really an opportunity to practice self-love.
- 38:08SPEAKER_00: So again, every moment you are not acting loving towards yourself is an opportunity to practice more self-love.
- 38:15SPEAKER_00: So self-love, so or this goes back to the face mask thing because self-care is not self-love until you actually love yourself.
- 38:24SPEAKER_00: So one of the most popular ways to get yourself going on a self-love journey is to actually start taking better care of yourself.
- 38:30SPEAKER_00: But if you go, you know, on you can even go on Google, Pinterest, whatever it is, and you search self-care, you'll come up with like probably a million lists or ideas of like how to do it.
- 38:40SPEAKER_00: And don't get me wrong, self-care is great, but self-care means nothing without authentic self-love behind it.
- 38:47SPEAKER_00: Because self-care without love is just self-obligation.
- 38:51SPEAKER_00: Okay, so one more time.
- 38:53SPEAKER_00: Self-care without self-love is just self-obligation.
- 38:59SPEAKER_00: So you really want to be present to what you are doing while you are doing it.
- 39:04SPEAKER_00: Real happiness is not about putting conditions on what you get and what you get.
- 39:07SPEAKER_00: Like, if I get this raise, I'll be happy.
- 39:09SPEAKER_00: Um, because honestly, it can get awfully frustrating when things don't go your way if that's how you're basing it on.
- 39:15SPEAKER_00: But when that happens, if you continue to seek the knowledge and ways to abide by like your values and your goals, you may not be there yet, but you will be a lot closer than you were yesterday.
- 39:24SPEAKER_00: And that's kind of how it just gets to be.
- 39:26SPEAKER_00: Because it's not running away basically when shit hits the fan.
- 39:31SPEAKER_00: Um, honestly, I I have zero respect for people who claim to love themselves, yet the moment things get rough, they kind of like go off the deep end.
- 39:41SPEAKER_00: Oh, how do I say this?
- 39:43SPEAKER_00: Um love yourself enough to know that you deserve better.
- 39:48SPEAKER_00: And that means if you have a problem, you need to learn how to fix it and not just run away from it and not deal with the issue.
- 39:56SPEAKER_00: Okay, so the next thing I want to mention is that self-love is not defensive.
- 40:01SPEAKER_00: You need to realize that you and only you control your choices and actions.
- 40:06SPEAKER_00: You are responsible for your well-being and you are responsible for the fulfillment of your goals and your dreams.
- 40:12SPEAKER_00: Understanding your own worth means knowing that not everybody will be able to see it.
- 40:18SPEAKER_00: And that's okay.
- 40:20SPEAKER_00: But when you make a decision and that sacrifices all that you are, that is on you.
- 40:25SPEAKER_00: No one else is accountable for that.
- 40:27SPEAKER_00: Okay?
- 40:28SPEAKER_00: So when that happens, you know, well learn to offer like your help in exchange.
- 40:34SPEAKER_00: Like, fair isn't everyone getting the same thing, fair is everyone getting, if that makes sense.
- 40:41SPEAKER_00: And on the same note, like self-love is also not obnoxious.
- 40:45SPEAKER_00: It's important to be authentic in how we connect with others, but it's just important to know that you aren't perfect, and it's not about perfection.
- 40:53SPEAKER_00: Confidence plays a huge part in self-love, but ultimately, this is what it is.
- 40:58SPEAKER_00: It's not everybody will like me, it is not everyone will like me, and I am fine with that.
- 41:05SPEAKER_00: Okay, like you will there will you could be the juiciest peach, but there will still be people who don't like peaches.
- 41:11SPEAKER_00: Okay, like being me doing what I do, I get trolls, I get hate, I get random whatever comments, and like they used to like destroy me for days.
- 41:20SPEAKER_00: And now I honestly laugh and I'm just like, what?
- 41:23SPEAKER_00: And I send them love because I'm unshakable and I am so anchored into like my self-love and my core.
- 41:31SPEAKER_00: Because when someone dislikes you, it is a reflection of their character.
- 41:36SPEAKER_00: How you react to it on the other hand is a reflection of yours.
- 41:40SPEAKER_00: When's again, when someone dislikes you, it is a reflection of their character.
- 41:45SPEAKER_00: How you react to it on the other hand is a reflection of yours.
- 41:49SPEAKER_00: So stand up for yourself in appropriate ways in appropriate context, and putting yourself first does not warrant any negative judgment towards whoever wronged you.
- 41:58SPEAKER_00: So I really want you guys to understand that like when you when you love yourself, your whole life changes, okay?
- 42:05SPEAKER_00: Not just like your relationships improve, not just your romantic, but your friendship ones, because your relationships are a mirror for ourselves.
- 42:12SPEAKER_00: When you love yourself and you feel more confident and comfortable in your body and you know, to be intimate with your partner, you attract better relationships that actually give you what you want.
- 42:21SPEAKER_00: You magnetize soul friendships that are expanders for you, that are based on love and respect and aren't catty or gossipy.
- 42:28SPEAKER_00: You know, your magnetism improves, you become more magnetic in your power and in your confidence.
- 42:33SPEAKER_00: You can speak your truth when you are fully and authentically you.
- 42:36SPEAKER_00: You're able to walk into a room and not be shared or like not shared, scared or shy or worry about being too much or whatever it is.
- 42:45SPEAKER_00: Your health improves because you cannot heal a body you hate.
- 42:48SPEAKER_00: When you love yourself, your body is able to heal from so many conditions, right?
- 42:52SPEAKER_00: Because a lack of self-love can manifest in countless physical ways: acne, weight gain, addictions, adrenal fatigue, amenorrhea, eating disorders, asthma, cancer, eczema, psoriasis, IBS, IBD, dysmenorrhea, endometriosis, headaches, vaginitis, migraines, I mean, honestly, there's so many ties.
- 43:11SPEAKER_00: And of course, your happiness improves, right?
- 43:13SPEAKER_00: Because you wake up each day not only excited and ready, but you experience so much more pleasure in your day, and you're able to enjoy a delicious life that is like fun and easy, and when you aren't constantly at war with yourself.
- 43:27SPEAKER_00: If you are not loving yourself, please get into goddess activation.

- 43:35SPEAKER_00: Because I cannot strive this enough.
- 43:37SPEAKER_00: Self-love is so so important, and it's so much more deeper than face masks or you know, doing all these things.
- 43:44SPEAKER_00: Like, yes, those can be great acts of service, but if you are using those as a coping and you're not doing the real work, no amount of that is actually going to do the deep work to bring it so that you naturally feel that way on a given day, on a given month, etc.
