4:22
SPEAKER_03: 18 months to 15 years old, all gunned down by their own father.
4:30
SPEAKER_03: Uh one of them escaped by jumping out the something they said uh allegedly jumped out the window and ran across the street.
4:39
SPEAKER_03: One of the children escaped.
4:43
SPEAKER_03: Can you imagine running from your own father?
4:46
SPEAKER_03: Because he's wielding a gun and blasting your siblings, man.
4:51
SPEAKER_03: This this world has gone to shit.
4:58

SPEAKER_03: What's up, Gerald?
5:57
SPEAKER_03: We had to open the day starting off with uh just kids, man.
6:02
SPEAKER_03: How how how you take out your own kids with guns and and and then take his own life?
6:13
SPEAKER_03: This is what I don't understand.
6:16
SPEAKER_03: Why are you taking your why take everybody else's life just to take your own life?
6:22
SPEAKER_03: And I'm sorry to say this, but why don't you just take your own life first?
6:25
SPEAKER_03: If that's if if if if that's how you feel.
6:28
SPEAKER_03: You gotta take eight lives and then take your life.
6:36
SPEAKER_03: And sorry if I offend some people by saying this, but we could have saved eight lives if you'd have just taken your own life first.
6:45
SPEAKER_03: I never I I I nothing pisses me off more than a person who takes a whole bunch of lives, or even one life, and then takes their life.
7:00
SPEAKER_03: I haven't heard much about the mom, um, at least.
7:03
SPEAKER_03: Uh question in the chat was where's where's the mom?
7:06
SPEAKER_03: I don't even know.
7:07
SPEAKER_03: If you know, put it in the chat.
7:12
SPEAKER_03: Um, because I haven't heard much about the mother at all, which is surprising.
7:19
SPEAKER_03: Uh, fire glory said, I agree with you, Flo.
7:21
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, you you you gonna take all these lives?
7:25
SPEAKER_03: And then and then and then take your own lives.
7:29
SPEAKER_03: After you done already killed these innocent kids.
7:37
SPEAKER_03: I don't get it.
7:42
SPEAKER_03: Makes no sense whatsoever.

SPEAKER_03: This is some this is some crap.
9:04
SPEAKER_03: Grandma Kathy uh says that she heard that that there was a domestic dispute behind the divorce.
9:12
SPEAKER_03: I hadn't heard that, but according to one of our community members, grandma Kathy, she is saying she heard that they were fighting over a divorce.
9:23
SPEAKER_03: I'm not sure, but Grandma Kathy says that's what she heard.
9:29
SPEAKER_03: It's just sad, sad times we're living in, man.
9:33
SPEAKER_03: 18, let's go.
9:35
SPEAKER_03: I mean, we you know, it's sad, all the kids.
9:38
SPEAKER_03: But to be 18 months and killed by gunfire from your motherfucking fat.
9:49
SPEAKER_03: Think about that, y'all.
9:51
SPEAKER_03: Just think about that, y'all.
9:52
SPEAKER_03: It's it's a it's so much the process.
9:54
SPEAKER_03: Let's just focus on this one situation right here.
9:57
SPEAKER_03: This 18 months didn't even make it to two years old, a year and a half years old.
10:06
SPEAKER_03: This baby is a year and a half and is taken out of this world before they even had a chance to take their first steps, I imagine.
10:19
SPEAKER_03: By gunfire from their father.
10:24
SPEAKER_03: Let that sink in for a minute.
10:33
SPEAKER_03: Let that sink in.
10:40
SPEAKER_03: I don't even know what to say.
10:47
SPEAKER_03: I don't even know what to say, man.
10:51
SPEAKER_03: A year and a half, a baby that's a year and a half is taken out by gunfire.
11:02
SPEAKER_03: What kind of world are we living in?
11:12
SPEAKER_03: But uh this is this is this an overall Freeport, Louisiana, man.
11:19
SPEAKER_03: What are y'all gonna do?
11:21
SPEAKER_03: What are y'all gonna do?
11:27
SPEAKER_03: Innocent life.
11:37
SPEAKER_03: Portia says she heard about it all the way in UK.
11:40
SPEAKER_03: She heard about uh one of the kids was killed on the roof while trying to escape.
11:49
SPEAKER_03: What type of scene was this, man?
11:54
SPEAKER_03: It just don't make no sense.
11:56
SPEAKER_03: It just don't make no sense.
12:00
SPEAKER_03: And then the the fucking criminal can't even face charges cuz his ass dead now.
12:12
SPEAKER_03: I don't like it at all.
12:13
SPEAKER_03: I don't like it at all.
12:22
SPEAKER_03: And the mom lost all her kids.
12:27
SPEAKER_03: Can you imagine having that many kids and losing them all to the father?
12:38
SPEAKER_03: You lose you you lose all of your kids.
12:41
SPEAKER_03: I don't know what seven kids she had, six, seven kids.
12:46
SPEAKER_03: I think I think it was like seven kids.
12:50
SPEAKER_03: She lost seven kids.
13:01
SPEAKER_03: Seven kids, y'all, all at one time.
13:24
SPEAKER_03: He hunted these kids like like deer with his bitch ass.
13:32
SPEAKER_03: With his bitch ass, man.
13:36
SPEAKER_03: And he's not even here to face the consequences, just makes no sense at all.
13:48
SPEAKER_03: So, man, prayers, prayers to that family, man.
13:52
SPEAKER_03: I don't know what else.
13:53
SPEAKER_03: I don't know if they got if their grandmother is still around, uncles, aunts, cousins, whoever they got, man.
14:00
SPEAKER_03: Just prayers to them.
14:03
SPEAKER_03: Prayers to the mother.
14:06
SPEAKER_03: I saw somebody in the comments, I think it was Elisa, they're about to fry the mother.
14:12
SPEAKER_03: I wonder where she's at, what happened, why she didn't keep these babies safe, but who knows, man?
14:18
SPEAKER_03: Who knows if she had any control over this situation at all?
14:23
SPEAKER_03: I mean, somebody decides to take a gun and start blasting.
14:26
SPEAKER_03: I don't know what what much you can do.
14:42
SPEAKER_03: Um, I will bring it.
14:44
SPEAKER_03: I'm not familiar with this case, but I'll definitely put it on the big board.
14:48
SPEAKER_03: Someone said, can we bring uh Portia said, my bad.
14:51
SPEAKER_03: Portia, hey Portia.
14:53
SPEAKER_03: Portia said, can we bring attention to Michaela Rene uh Renee Settles?
14:59
SPEAKER_03: Please, the family wants attention brought to the case.
15:02
SPEAKER_03: I don't want, I don't want to write anything on here in case it goes against guidelines.
15:08
SPEAKER_03: Um, I'm not familiar with the case.
15:10
SPEAKER_03: I can look it up, but I definitely would bring awareness for everybody to look it up, including me.
15:16
SPEAKER_03: Uh the Michaela Renee Settles.
15:18
SPEAKER_03: I will look it up, but uh even with me not having looked it up, uh I want everybody to look it up for themselves, bring attention.
15:27
SPEAKER_03: Obviously, this is another family who needs our help and needs their message amplified.
15:32
SPEAKER_03: And you know that's what we do here on the flow show, no filter.
15:35
SPEAKER_03: So please, please, please check out the Michaela Renee Settles case, and I will look into it immediately following this live.
15:45
SPEAKER_03: Thank you, um, Portia, for bringing it to our attention.
15:55
SPEAKER_03: Man, sometimes I feel like we're living in hell.
16:00
SPEAKER_03: Seriously.
16:03
SPEAKER_03: But let's look in the what how many of y'all have seen what Sloan Bella said uh about the Ashley Janae case?
16:20
unknown: Bailey, also.
16:21
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna play it on a tell people daily.
16:25
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna want to tell people because he appears to be such a catch.
16:30
SPEAKER_00: Okay.
16:31
SPEAKER_00: She talked about how suggests that a partner who is a catch is someone who doesn't argue with you day in and day out.
16:39
SPEAKER_03: This is um Bella speaking on the ashty case.
16:44
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, uh causing you to have to defend yourself.
16:47
SPEAKER_00: This is the kind of cycle I get that she was in.
16:50
SPEAKER_00: So as I'm focusing on the energy, I'm trying to figure out what happened.
16:55
SPEAKER_00: And here's what I get from the perspective around her energetics and his energetics.
17:01
SPEAKER_00: So immediately, right away, he's looking at his watch.
17:05
SPEAKER_00: TikTok, tick tock, I'm in a hurry, I'm in a hurry, I'm in a hurry.
17:08
SPEAKER_00: He's in a hurry, so he proposes.
17:11
SPEAKER_00: There's a reason for the proposal, and it's not just a proposal.
17:15
SPEAKER_00: He's in a hurry to do this.
17:18
SPEAKER_00: And then I immediately flashed over to kind of the aspect of Russian friends or frenemies around him, okay?
17:25
SPEAKER_00: People from Russia.
17:26
SPEAKER_00: These are people he deals with in a business capacity, and then I'm immediately thrown into the mindset of the dark web.
17:33
SPEAKER_00: So I know that this man is working with or around or viewing the dark web.
17:39
SPEAKER_00: This is the first like triad of things that I get with you.
17:42
SPEAKER_00: There's something going on over here.
17:44
SPEAKER_00: And then immediately I go back to Ashley's energy.
17:47
SPEAKER_00: And I'm saying it like this because I wrote it down in this way when I was actually asking what happened.
17:52
SPEAKER_00: So it was written down prior to me doing this reading, so I can kind of tell you in the direction that I was getting it.
17:58
SPEAKER_00: I go immediately to Ashley's energy.
18:00
SPEAKER_00: She knew that going on this trip was a mistake.
18:03
SPEAKER_00: She felt it and she didn't listen to herself.
18:05
SPEAKER_00: And there's a lot of sorrow around that.
18:08
SPEAKER_00: She sits at the feet of her mother and asks her to forgive her and says she's sorry for what she did because I believe her mother told her to get away from this guy.
18:20
SPEAKER_00: And of course, as parents, we know our children will never listen to us, even if they love us and talk to us 24 times a day.
18:28
SPEAKER_00: They're not gonna listen.
18:29
SPEAKER_00: They're gonna do what they do because they feel like they're grown and they know better.
18:32
SPEAKER_00: And sometimes adult people can't see what's in front of them.
18:34
SPEAKER_00: But her mother, 100%, said something to Ashley along the lines of this guy you need to get away from.
18:42
SPEAKER_00: She went on the trip and it seemed and redeemed itself.
18:46
SPEAKER_00: She felt happy.
18:47
SPEAKER_00: That explained something about the manipulation that I got.
18:50
SPEAKER_00: And it was something that came through, and it was a very weird thing, so I'm not sure that I understand it.
18:55
SPEAKER_00: So it's all moving towards Ashley's birthday, a celebration of her birthday.
19:01
SPEAKER_00: Okay, she's turning 31.
19:04
SPEAKER_00: She has new business deals when she arrives home.
19:06
SPEAKER_00: She's taking the direction of her celebrity in a different way.
19:10
SPEAKER_00: She's getting ready to really ground down and do some work.
19:14
SPEAKER_00: She also wants to start a family and have a married life.
19:17
SPEAKER_00: So it's a different chapter in her life.
19:20
SPEAKER_00: And suddenly this guy comes through without allowing her to send her birthday.
19:25
SPEAKER_00: And by binding and combining the energy and proposes to her prior to her birthday.
19:30
SPEAKER_00: So all the focus goes on, you would think it went on her because she's a social media person, but it goes on to him.
19:37
SPEAKER_00: He derives and collects energy, okay, harvests energy from everybody looking at them as a couple.
19:43
SPEAKER_00: He's attaching to her.
19:45
SPEAKER_00: He's overthrowing her birthday celebrations by attaching to her.
19:51
SPEAKER_00: And I know, as I'm saying this, a lot of you will say, no, wait, I'm not engaging her with a birthday.
19:56
SPEAKER_00: I don't think your partners are manipulative like this.
19:59
SPEAKER_00: This guy went to Tanzania with an ulterior motive daily, all the time.
20:04
SPEAKER_00: He doesn't want to tell people because he appears to be such a catch.
20:09
SPEAKER_00: Okay, he appears to be a catch.
20:11
SPEAKER_00: I would suggest that um a partner who is a catch is someone who doesn't argue with you day in and day out, um causing you to have to defend yourself.
20:21
SPEAKER_00: This is the kind of cycle I get that she was in.
20:24
SPEAKER_00: So as I'm focusing on the energy, I'm trying to figure out what happened.
20:29
SPEAKER_00: Here's what I get from the perspective around her energetics and his energetics.
20:35
SPEAKER_00: So immediately, right away, he's looking at his watch.
20:38
SPEAKER_00: TikTok, TikTok.
20:40
SPEAKER_00: So it was the room.
20:42
SPEAKER_03: So Sloan Bella even went further in to talk about it.
20:51
SPEAKER_03: Some gambling situation with with this weirdo.
20:57
SPEAKER_00: And he is false.
20:58
SPEAKER_00: So immediately I call himself because he's a trigger.
21:08
SPEAKER_00: And he is false.
21:09
SPEAKER_00: So immediately I go back over here and I go to Alice of Wonderland.
21:14
SPEAKER_00: I don't want to, but I do.
21:15
SPEAKER_00: My mind goes to Alice of Wonderland and the rabbit with the watch clock.
21:19
SPEAKER_00: The clock with the watch.
21:21
SPEAKER_00: Pocket watch, guys, my words today.
21:24
SPEAKER_00: The pocket watch and the rabbit running down the trail.
21:27
SPEAKER_00: And this guy, the boyfriend, is chasing the rabbit down the trail.
21:32
SPEAKER_00: Okay.
21:32
SPEAKER_00: The pocket watch is very prominent in the way that I feel about this reading.
21:38
SPEAKER_00: It's very, very prominent.
21:39
SPEAKER_00: It's like the timing of this whole event is specific to him, not her, but to him.
21:46
SPEAKER_00: Or he would have hijacked her birthday.
21:47
SPEAKER_00: I'm being dead serious about that.
21:49
SPEAKER_00: He would have thought about it differently, celebrated her, come back and given her an engagement rate.
21:53
SPEAKER_00: He targeted her for a reason, and it's not to be done specifically.
21:58
SPEAKER_00: Now immediately I go back to.
23:49
SPEAKER_00: And he is false.
23:50
SPEAKER_00: So immediately I go back over here and I go to Alice in Wonderland.
23:55
SPEAKER_00: I don't want to, but I do.
23:56
SPEAKER_00: My mind goes to Alice in Wonderland and the rabbit with the watch clock.
24:01
SPEAKER_00: With the watch, pocket watch.
24:04
SPEAKER_03: So I'm gonna stop right there.
24:06
SPEAKER_03: And so we can talk about it.
24:08
SPEAKER_03: Now, if you couldn't, if you don't understand what Salon Bella is is claiming, she is claiming that this guy, Joe McCann, is heavily involved on some shady dark web stuff.
24:24
SPEAKER_03: And on the dark web, in order to make up and make money, he has to it's like gambling on like he has to have sex with let's say Janae by a certain time.
24:44
SPEAKER_03: Uh he has to uh uh he has to kill her by a certain time, he has to propose to her by a certain time.
24:59
SPEAKER_03: Um and and if he hits these benchmarks, he is able to get paid.
25:18
SPEAKER_00: This is what we're talking about happening in this particular instance.
25:22
SPEAKER_00: But I want to kick out on the energy of what actually happened.
25:25
SPEAKER_03: So here I go find your free.
25:30
SPEAKER_03: Uh says I said the same thing about it potentially being an online snuff on a video last week.
25:35
SPEAKER_03: Very much ritual.
25:36
SPEAKER_03: Oh, we gotta check out your video, find your free.
25:39
SPEAKER_03: Because I'm I'm interested by this by this theory.
25:58
SPEAKER_03: I agree.
26:01
SPEAKER_03: But um everybody say what's up to C Tuck.
26:10
SPEAKER_03: Hello, what up, what uh man, just talking about these crazy stories.
26:15
SPEAKER_02: Man, yeah, it's crazy.
26:21
SPEAKER_03: Go ahead and give your input, man, on what's been going on.
26:24
SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna mute a little bit because I got, you know, just for the background noise.
26:28
SPEAKER_02: Oh yeah, no, oh, before I even get into that, man, you know, I had to uh apologize to y'all for my absence, man.
26:36
SPEAKER_02: I had to I had to take a beat, man.
26:38
SPEAKER_02: Tuesday after, like a little bit after the show, like after I got to work, I had got a phone call that my uncle had passed away.
26:47
SPEAKER_02: And so my mama had called me.
26:50
SPEAKER_02: She was crying and everything.
26:51
SPEAKER_02: So that that was like that was devastating for real.
26:55
SPEAKER_02: I ain't even gonna hold you.
26:56
SPEAKER_02: People be asking me, am I okay?
26:58
SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, I'm not, for real.
27:00
SPEAKER_02: Because it's like there's a dude that bought me my first cologne set, like, told me how to brush my hair, put my do-rag on in the mirror when I was a kid and stuff like that.
27:11
SPEAKER_02: Like all the stuff that my own father wasn't there for, he was there.
27:18
SPEAKER_02: So that that kind of like got me got me shook a little bit.
27:22
SPEAKER_02: So it's it's kind of crazy.
27:24
SPEAKER_02: But I had I had to take a couple days off for real.
27:27
SPEAKER_02: But I I'm I'm back trying to shake back for it and be, you know, trying to shake back and get to some type of normalcy and everything like that.
27:35
SPEAKER_02: I know it ain't gonna, it ain't gonna happen like that, but it, you know, I'm just taking it day by day.
27:41
SPEAKER_02: But as far as getting my opinion on everything like that, I knew it was something fishy.
27:48
SPEAKER_02: I knew it was something fishy.
27:49
SPEAKER_02: I I said that in the beginning.
27:51
SPEAKER_02: I knew it was something fishy with that Ashley Janae stuff just by Yeah, thank y'all for y'all condolences.
27:57
SPEAKER_02: I I I really appreciate that.
27:59
SPEAKER_02: I really do.
28:00
SPEAKER_02: I really do.
28:01
SPEAKER_02: But what I like I was saying, like, with that whole thing, like I say, he wasn't even, he they wasn't even together that long to begin with.
28:08
SPEAKER_02: And I say, not saying that it's a certain time frame that you gotta be with somebody or something, because you heard stories with the little love at first sight type shit.
28:18
SPEAKER_02: So I I get all of that, but the way he was moving, it was just crazy.
28:23
SPEAKER_02: And then even when you looking at the pictures, the majority of the pictures, he wasn't even smiling.
28:28
SPEAKER_02: Like he it looked like he wasn't even didn't even really wanna be there.
28:31
SPEAKER_02: He was there because he had to be there or something like that.
28:35
SPEAKER_02: Like if you, if you out of, I don't even, I don't even give a damn.
28:40
SPEAKER_02: If you out of the state and you with your and you with your old lady or your your your old man or whatever, y'all, it's it's some it's either one of y'all's birthday, you gonna celebrate them because like nine times out of ten, like, I'm happy because I'm seeing you happy.
28:54
SPEAKER_02: And if we got this whole itinerary, I didn't laid all of this stuff out, and I'm just I I know what's playing, and I'm just so happy that I'm just can't wait to see I'm anxious to see your reaction.
29:06
SPEAKER_02: Just to see how surprised you is, just to see the smile on your face.
29:10
SPEAKER_02: So the fact that he it wasn't even that, I'm like, nope, that's that's red flag number one.
29:17
SPEAKER_02: And then when I seen that video, because I wasn't even here, I heard like the Sloan lady name in passing, but I wasn't really hip hip to her.
29:26
SPEAKER_02: But when I start like, when I jumped down the rabbit hole to see what she was about, and just started seeing the little reaction videos she was doing, I'm like, man, I I knew it was kind of like yeah, uh, one of them I told you so tight moments.
29:42
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, man.
29:43
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it's definitely, definitely weird.
29:46
SPEAKER_03: But real quick, going back to your situation, that sounds like the way the way your uncle was there for you, it sounded like that was a close that she he was probably real close to your mom.
29:56
SPEAKER_03: They probably had a close relationship.
29:58
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, because that's really normally how that goes.
30:01
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, same mama, same daddy type shit.
30:03
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so super close.
30:04
SPEAKER_03: So you was almost like his son.
30:06
SPEAKER_03: That's how it goes.
30:07
SPEAKER_02: And he would tell me that too.
30:09
SPEAKER_03: Like, even when because I was born in Florida.
30:11
SPEAKER_02: When my mama and my pop split, he was the one of the ones that drove the U-Haul truck down there to come get us from Florida and shit.
30:18
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, like yeah, he was, yeah, that was my dog.
30:21
SPEAKER_02: That was my yeah, yeah.
30:23
SPEAKER_03: A lot of times people don't, you know, like it's it's like losing an uncle, because I've been there, like, you know, people you lose uncles and aunts, but every uncle and aunt is not the same, you know.
30:35
SPEAKER_03: I mean, some you know, sometimes you can say I lost an uncle, and it'd be somebody you ain't even really close to, but it's your uncle, so you feel for him.
30:41
SPEAKER_03: But then sometimes you lose an uncle who's like a father, for sure.
30:44
SPEAKER_03: And that's what it sounds like with you lost.
30:46
SPEAKER_03: So I I understand, I know the difference.
30:48
SPEAKER_03: Like it hit it hit hard like a father, like you lost a father, lots of because like I like I even was telling my granddad and everybody else.
30:56
SPEAKER_02: I'm like, even if I would have got that call about my own father, like I it would have fucked me up, but it would have fucked me up from a whole aspect as to where I'm like, damn, I wish he would have been more adamant to be a part of my life so we could have experienced this.
31:13
SPEAKER_02: We could have did this.
31:14
SPEAKER_02: My uncle was there for all that.
31:17
SPEAKER_02: Like, I ain't like he was he was there.
31:19
SPEAKER_02: Graduations, birthday parties, Christmas.
31:22
SPEAKER_02: Like, I don't got no pictures with my dad, like opening birthday presents, Christmas presents, none of that.
31:28
SPEAKER_02: I got them with my uncle.
31:30
SPEAKER_02: He took me to my first concert when I was like that, like okay.
31:34
SPEAKER_03: No, I know.
31:36
SPEAKER_03: I know I call Uncle what we gotta put a name on him, man, so we can shout him out.
31:40
SPEAKER_02: That's my uncle D, man.
31:41
SPEAKER_02: His name was Uncle D.
31:43
SPEAKER_03: Uncle D.
31:44
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, Uncle D, we gotta shout out Uncle D, man, for leaving the impression and and leaving a piece of him and you for sure.
31:53
SPEAKER_03: And I know you're gonna make him continue to make him proud.
31:57
SPEAKER_03: I'm sure all the stuff he taught you, all the game he gave you, man, all of that, I already know, man.
32:04
SPEAKER_03: And it's it's a blessing to have an uncle like that because everybody don't have an uncle like that.
32:10
SPEAKER_02: For real.
32:11
SPEAKER_02: And then, like, even like even like on the communication aspect, I don't, I ain't got no ill-will feelings or nothing like that because I know the last thing that every time we talked on the phone or whatever, I I didn't get off the phone with him without saying I love you.
32:27
SPEAKER_02: So I know the last thing I said to him was I love you.
32:30
SPEAKER_02: And I always, always gave him his flowers and just let him know like how much I appreciated him and everything that he did, or just and not even everything that he did, just appreciating him.
32:44
SPEAKER_02: Because even after he had his own kids, he even had a son.
32:49
SPEAKER_02: Like he got his own son, but he still he never that treatment never went away.
32:54
SPEAKER_03: That's what's up, and that's real, man.
32:56
SPEAKER_03: And uh, uncles mean a lot, man.
32:59
SPEAKER_03: Uncles need to get a little bit more shine, too, because people don't realize it's some uncles who like fathers out here.
33:05
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, people don't we don't talk about it a lot, but it is it's a lot of them, a lot of them that pick up slack for dads who are not there, and so they need to get a little bit more shine.
33:14
SPEAKER_03: So we're gonna give them a little bit more shine today on this show.
33:17
SPEAKER_03: And shout out uncle D and prayers to your family, and especially your mother.
33:22
SPEAKER_03: My mother lost her best brother, who was my uncle, art was my uncle D.
33:27
SPEAKER_03: And and when she lost, I saw it, so that's what I'm telling you.
33:29
SPEAKER_03: I know, you know what I'm saying?
33:31
SPEAKER_03: My mom lost her best brother who did all the same stuff you saying he did for me, and so I know the dynamic of that.
33:38
SPEAKER_03: You know what I'm saying?
33:38
SPEAKER_03: My mom still ain't been the same, to be honest.
33:41
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, she cares, but that's our brother, you know.
33:44
SPEAKER_03: That that she cares about she loves everybody, but that's Uncle Art was the one.
33:49
SPEAKER_02: So, oh for sure.
33:50
SPEAKER_03: Trust me, I feel it, and I know what you're going through, and you're with your mama.
33:54
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so we're here as a community, man.
33:57
SPEAKER_03: But yeah, man, so it's just a sad situation.
34:01
SPEAKER_03: But I guess getting back to the story.
34:03
SPEAKER_03: Um, they that the parents still ain't got out there.
34:09
SPEAKER_03: I don't think so.
34:09
SPEAKER_02: I ain't heard nothing about them getting.
34:11
SPEAKER_03: I don't understand that, man.
34:13
SPEAKER_03: And I'm not down in the parents, but I don't understand that.
34:17
SPEAKER_02: I would have I ain't even gonna hold you, Flo, even if I didn't have the liquid cap, like the liquid cash to make that happen, bro.
34:23
SPEAKER_02: I'm putting that shit on the credit card, bro.
34:25
SPEAKER_02: We just gotta get the fuck out of there.
34:26
SPEAKER_02: We gotta get the fuck out of here.
34:28
SPEAKER_02: Like, like we got to, like, hell no, like, and I'll worry about that shit later.
34:32
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, like ain't no ain't no way I'm about to have like not even just not just I ain't about to have nobody in my family stuck in no situation like that, even if whether they departed or not.
34:44
SPEAKER_02: But my own kid, you got me hell no, I'm on the first thing smoking.
34:48
SPEAKER_02: First thing smoking, there's no I can't do nothing here.
34:52
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, everything is over there, and I gotta get over there on the motherfucking plane ride.
34:57
SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna be on Duolingo trying to learn at Tanzanian language.
35:01
SPEAKER_03: Exactly.
35:03
SPEAKER_03: Hey, look, we we where we deal with our like the Mexicans, we have you you know, they got that dictator thing.
35:08
SPEAKER_03: You you you put it on your on your phone, yeah, and just soon they talking to exactly what they're saying, and then you talking that man, I'm gonna I'm gonna figure it out, but no way.
35:18
SPEAKER_03: I I can't.
35:19
SPEAKER_03: That's the one part.
35:20
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, I don't understand how they could even be over here.
35:23
SPEAKER_02: It's been weeks, too.
35:25
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, if this shit just happened yesterday, I'm like, all right, let me get them like a day or two, but it'd been like two weeks, yeah.
35:32
SPEAKER_02: And and and they and it ain't like it's nothing that's preventing them from getting a ticket, like, oh yeah, you can't purchase a ticket until we finish it.
35:40
SPEAKER_03: Like, man, get your ass over there.
35:42
SPEAKER_03: Get up out of there, man.
35:44
SPEAKER_03: I don't care what what we have to do.
35:46
SPEAKER_03: Because look, I'll look at it like this.
35:48
SPEAKER_03: If we just at least get over there, it this this story viral.
35:51
SPEAKER_03: Somebody gonna make sure we're good over there on like hotel stay or or villa, like you know what I'm saying?
35:56
SPEAKER_02: Like, you can't transportation, everything.
35:58
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, transportation, everything, man.
36:00
SPEAKER_03: And so something like that kind of shows me that I'm sure, of course, her parents loved her, but if I was just a judge off of this situation, they wouldn't, they wasn't aggressive enough about her.
36:15
SPEAKER_03: You know what I'm saying?
36:16
SPEAKER_03: Like, if you like this in death, I can imagine how passive and laid back they had to be when she was here.
36:24
SPEAKER_03: You know what I'm saying?
36:25
SPEAKER_03: Like, and so the reason why I bring that up is not even to down the parents.
36:31
SPEAKER_03: I bring that up to say vultures like Joe McCann peeped at.
36:37
SPEAKER_03: Follow me, I'm making a point.
36:39
SPEAKER_03: Vultures like him, they can they they prey on people who have uh lackadaisical, laid-back people around them.
36:50
SPEAKER_03: If, if, if, if, if, if, if they were the type of family that was on her like a hawk, he wouldn't even trust her, he would have chosen another victim.
36:59
SPEAKER_03: That's my point.
37:00
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and this is how the world works in human nature.
37:04
SPEAKER_03: When we see um, when a when a when a predator sees that you're vulnerable, I give you a perfect example.
37:11
SPEAKER_03: I use my own thing, my own situation, and give you an example.
37:16
SPEAKER_03: Now, when I was with Floyd Mayweather, he has a history of intimidating, dogging, and just manipulating and doing some crazy things to artists, especially when he was young, right?
37:29
SPEAKER_03: But when I moved when he signed me in, I moved out there, my whole family moved to Vegas.
37:34
SPEAKER_03: My dad and my mom and sister and brother all moved to Vegas when I got signed.
37:39
SPEAKER_03: Guess who out of all the artists he never batted an eye at or ever tried anything on?
37:46
SPEAKER_03: Me.
37:46
SPEAKER_03: You know why?
37:48
SPEAKER_03: Because my tribe was, he already knew they was, they was they was two seconds away.
37:52
SPEAKER_03: But the other artists who he, and I'm gonna just be clear, it was times when there were artists who who who were who had pew's put to that to them and and took it out to the desert and made and and just threatened and just intimidated.
38:08
SPEAKER_03: You know how the streets is, C Tuck.
38:09
SPEAKER_02: I don't want to go into but that type of stuff, right?
38:13
SPEAKER_03: But guess what they had, what the difference between me and them?
38:16
SPEAKER_03: They would be a guy who didn't have much family or or or you know, did was like almost a loner, didn't have anybody behind them.
38:25
SPEAKER_03: And guess what people do?
38:27
SPEAKER_03: They take advantage of that.
38:28
SPEAKER_02: For sure.
38:29
SPEAKER_03: They pick and choose.
38:30
SPEAKER_03: So my whole point of bringing up how this family is operating is showing me that they didn't have enough arms around Janae to let motherfuckers like Joe McCann know my baby ain't the one to play with.
38:42
SPEAKER_03: You know what I'm saying?
38:42
SPEAKER_03: So, because like in my family, any women in my family, any guy around them, from the presence we have, they know that this ain't the one you want to fuck around with.
38:55
SPEAKER_03: You know what I mean?
38:56
SPEAKER_03: Go, you better go fuck around with somebody who don't have uncles and brothers and cousins and and mamas and aunties who like this.
39:04
SPEAKER_04: You know what I mean?
39:05
SPEAKER_03: Even when we ain't there, our presence is felt.
39:08
SPEAKER_03: And so they're gonna move on to the next one.
39:10
SPEAKER_03: So I'm just letting y'all know and everybody to know.
39:13
SPEAKER_03: When you got, especially women, you have to let the people, them guys that that they around, you got to let them know you're a little bit crazy.
39:23
SPEAKER_03: You gotta let them know my my father taught me that.
39:26
SPEAKER_03: I remember I think I told y'all the story when I was immediately signed to Floyd.
39:30
SPEAKER_03: I was in my early 20s, I was a baby.
39:32
SPEAKER_03: And we was having a good time.
39:34
SPEAKER_03: Floyd was partying.
39:35
SPEAKER_03: We had this when we all first met up in Vegas.
39:38
SPEAKER_03: And in the middle of the party, my dad said, I just wanna let you know, Floyd, and anybody know that anything happened to that when he was pointing at me, I'm blasting somebody's ass and driving my own stuff to the prison.
39:53
SPEAKER_03: Remember I told you that?
39:54
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, but guess what?
39:55
SPEAKER_03: I didn't have no problem, and and so many other artists have problems.
39:59
SPEAKER_03: And I ain't saying you gotta take it that far.
40:01
SPEAKER_03: But what I am saying is let them people around your daughters know, whether you got a male in the family or a female, let them know, like, hey, no disrespect, but I will crash out about mine.
40:14
SPEAKER_03: For sure.
40:15
SPEAKER_03: So then you know what they do?
40:16
SPEAKER_03: Because they really cowards.
40:18
SPEAKER_03: Joe McCann, them type of people are cowards.
40:20
SPEAKER_03: What they do is say, you know what?
40:22
SPEAKER_03: Well, this ain't the one I'm about to, I'm I'm gonna do this crazy shit on.
40:25
SPEAKER_03: Let me let me let me move on to a victim who don't have nobody around them acting like this.
40:30
SPEAKER_03: So I'm just putting that word out, y'all, because it can say you'd be surprised what a little presence and a little message will do and what lives are the same.
40:39
SPEAKER_03: I'm living proof of that.
40:40
SPEAKER_03: I watched artists around me in that situation uh get intimidated, manipulated, and done wrong.
40:47
SPEAKER_03: I didn't get a I didn't have a scratch on me.
40:50
SPEAKER_03: I left Vegas in fully intact to this day.
40:56
SPEAKER_03: So I know you hey C Tuck, I I know you ain't gonna play about yours because you got you got a daughter, right?
41:01
SPEAKER_02: Two.
41:02
SPEAKER_03: Two.
41:03
SPEAKER_03: You already know the presence when they get older and guys coming around and this and that.
41:08
SPEAKER_03: You already know, right?
41:09
SPEAKER_03: Oh yeah.
41:10
SPEAKER_02: See, I I didn't I didn't game them up so so good so far, man.
41:15
SPEAKER_02: I honestly, if I feel kind of scared for a dude that's trying to talk to them that ain't got their shit together.
41:22
SPEAKER_02: Because they're gonna make it rough for them.
41:24
SPEAKER_02: But they they already know.
41:26
SPEAKER_02: They like, I'm like, shit, whatever happened, I don't care how old you are.
41:28
SPEAKER_02: I'm like, you better tell them motherfuckers you're gonna call your daddy.
41:32
SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna be there.
41:33
SPEAKER_02: And then I I even seen in the comments where they were talking about uh like what if the parents ain't have a passport and stuff like that.
41:40
SPEAKER_02: I mean, that's kind of hard to believe with how their daughter is.
41:44
SPEAKER_02: It ain't like with her trying to like do her traveling and stuff, it's kind of hard to believe that her parents wouldn't have no passport.
41:51
SPEAKER_02: But in the even in the case that they didn't, I mean even entertained that they didn't.
41:55
SPEAKER_02: If I ain't had no passport and I had to get the fuck out of the country to get my kid, you can go to Detroit.
42:00
SPEAKER_02: They got a 24 hour house.
42:01
SPEAKER_02: There you go.
42:01
SPEAKER_02: They got a 24-hour passport.
42:04
SPEAKER_02: Same day.
42:04
SPEAKER_02: Take your ass to Michigan.
42:06
SPEAKER_02: I will, I don't give a damn how much I gotta pay.
42:08
SPEAKER_02: I will put it on the credit, I will max a credit card out.
42:11
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, get my kid.
42:12
SPEAKER_02: I will fly the fuck to Michigan, get the passport, and fly my ass the motherfucking times and then 10 bucks to Antarctica, wherever my damn kid at.
42:23
SPEAKER_02: It ain't no excuse.
42:24
SPEAKER_03: Ain't no excuse.
42:24
SPEAKER_03: Then they give them my same day, and it's only like a hundred dollars more.
42:27
SPEAKER_02: Come on, bro.
42:28
SPEAKER_03: It ain't even it ain't even no big fee.
42:30
SPEAKER_03: I did it.
42:31
SPEAKER_02: I work at the post office, so you know the people that be coming in to get their passport.
42:35
SPEAKER_02: Oh, I need it by this date.
42:37
SPEAKER_02: Even with the expedited shipping, you ain't gonna get it.
42:39
SPEAKER_03: You might as well drive to Michigan.
42:41
SPEAKER_03: Go to Michigan.
42:41
SPEAKER_02: Let them know off top.
42:42
SPEAKER_03: And if you're close to the Atlanta, Atlanta got the same thing, same day.
42:46
SPEAKER_02: For sure.
42:46
SPEAKER_03: So, yeah, like I'm like too.
42:48
SPEAKER_03: Ain't no excuse, man.
42:49
SPEAKER_03: And that's why I don't understand it.
42:50
SPEAKER_03: But like I told you, it lets me know that that's why Joe McCann took advantage the way he did.
42:56
SPEAKER_03: I know how these perverts and predators operate.
42:59
SPEAKER_03: Yep.
43:00
SPEAKER_03: His family, her family was too is too laid back, two hands off.
43:05
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, no, for sure.
43:07
SPEAKER_03: It's just I see it every day, man.
43:09
SPEAKER_03: But hey, look, ain't no way you ain't supposed to be out there.
43:12
SPEAKER_03: Like you said, it ain't no I don't you can get a passport same day.
43:15
SPEAKER_03: You got a GoFundMe going.
43:17
SPEAKER_03: You got any if you was a if if you the way this story is viral, as long as you're aggressive, you could get the money to do whatever you gotta do.
43:26
SPEAKER_03: Hell yeah, you know what I'm saying?
43:28
SPEAKER_03: You can reach out wherever.
43:30
SPEAKER_02: I mean, but then like, and then like you said, they got the GoFundMe going.
43:35

SPEAKER_03: They cut man all with that type of money and influence and shit he got, they letting ain't gonna be no case.
44:11
SPEAKER_03: It's a long time for you to be over here in America while he over there and his and his family and his money or or his friends or whatever, because they said they got friends over there.

44:31
SPEAKER_02: What uh Sloan said, there's like some little gambling ring or something like that.
44:35
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, like I wouldn't be surprised if it's like they were doing some little shell company shit on some on the crypto, and they might get jammed up.
44:43
SPEAKER_02: That's why he she said he got the indictment in the US.
44:47
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
44:52
SPEAKER_02: Grandma Caddy said she'd be on the street.
44:54
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I'd be right there with you.
44:57
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah, for sure.
45:01
SPEAKER_02: Man, yeah, but that that's that, yeah, that that's that's wild.
45:07
SPEAKER_02: Uh they gotta they gotta do do a move a little bit better with that.
45:11
SPEAKER_02: And we had to see that.
45:13
SPEAKER_03: See, I like hey look, I like when people bring up this this my girl D.
45:16
SPEAKER_03: Let me because I get I get to say how I would have handled it.
45:20
SPEAKER_03: I I venture to say that that's not what's stopping them, but let me tell you something.
45:24
SPEAKER_03: If if Tanzania was was not issuing me a visa with all this going on, the whole fucking world would know about it, and the whole world would be coming down on Tanzania like white on rice.
45:36
SPEAKER_03: It wouldn't happen.
45:37
SPEAKER_03: That's what I'm saying.
45:38
SPEAKER_03: Ain't no excuse.
45:39
SPEAKER_03: You think Tanzania is gonna sit back?
45:41
SPEAKER_03: I will have it with a government because it's it's threatening them yo my baby died there.
45:47
SPEAKER_02: They can get issued on on like underneath like emergency circumstances.
45:52
SPEAKER_03: Exactly.
45:52
SPEAKER_03: I already know that.
45:53
SPEAKER_03: That's what I'm saying, and I appreciate D for bringing it up because I want every excuse to be brought up so we can combat it and show you that ain't no excuse.
46:02
SPEAKER_03: Your baby died, it's the number one story in the world right now.
46:05
SPEAKER_03: You just seen somebody over in UK talking about they know everybody knows about this story.
46:10
SPEAKER_03: Anybody standing in your way will get they ass, they ass will be grass.
46:15
SPEAKER_03: You know what I'm saying?
46:16
SPEAKER_03: So, whatever was the excuse, who whoever, whether it was Tanzania, whoever was stopping me from coming to see my baby will be um under a magnifying glass and scorched.
46:27
SPEAKER_03: They're supposed to get over there.
46:30
SPEAKER_02: Um they had put me in jail somewhere because I wouldn't stop.
46:33
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, ain't no way you're not stopping me.
46:35
SPEAKER_03: That's like if they said, say C Tuck was in charge of who could go to Tanzania.
46:39
SPEAKER_03: If C Tuck was stopping me, then the whole world would know C Tuck is stopping me from seeing my baby.
46:45
SPEAKER_03: Oh, and see Tuck got exactly and see Tuck I have problems and it would get solved.
46:50
SPEAKER_03: It's no excuse when you're talking about death, yeah, die, mysterious circumstances, uh-uh.
46:58
SPEAKER_03: You gotta put whoever's stopping you on blast.
47:01
SPEAKER_03: That's what I'm saying.
47:02
SPEAKER_03: Got to and and as of right now, I haven't heard one soul saying they stopping the family from going over there.
47:08
SPEAKER_03: I ain't heard who it is, I ain't heard they say the family ain't over here because of this or because of that.
47:14
SPEAKER_03: Have you?
47:14
SPEAKER_03: Nope.
47:15
SPEAKER_03: And if anybody has heard any reason why the family isn't over there, put it in the chat, please.
47:20
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, no, I'm with all that until I but until I hear that, I that's the energy I got towards that.
47:27
SPEAKER_02: Mm-hmm.
47:29
SPEAKER_03: We need to know why.
47:30
SPEAKER_03: Look, we need to know why she date the family can't get over there.
47:34
SPEAKER_02: You feel me?
47:34
SPEAKER_02: Like, you know, I ain't trying to offend nobody, but we know uh-uh.
47:38
SPEAKER_02: We if we're gonna play cards, you gotta allow me the ability to call the spade a spade.
47:42
SPEAKER_03: Mm-hmm.
47:43
SPEAKER_03: Mm-hmm.
47:43
SPEAKER_03: Like I said, I ain't trying to down the family.
47:45
SPEAKER_03: I'm talking about because guess what?
47:48
SPEAKER_03: Unfortunately, this ain't gonna be the last time we have something like this, and maybe somebody out here listening.
47:55
SPEAKER_03: Exactly.
47:56
SPEAKER_03: So maybe people out there listening might catch this and know that if it ever comes down the pipe, don't get your ass over there.
48:04
SPEAKER_03: That's you have no choice.
48:05
SPEAKER_03: You have to get over there because if you want her to get justice, you gotta realize all his money and power, he knows people over there every day.
48:15
SPEAKER_03: You just giving them a chance to scrub the inner.
48:18
SPEAKER_03: We don't scrub the video, scrub this, scrub that.
48:22
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, all the evidence.
48:23
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, he's scored, they just scrubbing left and right.
48:27
SPEAKER_03: Can't if we want to get justice, we can't allow it's just every day.
48:31
SPEAKER_03: It just makes me know, like, damn man, it ain't gonna be a case in a minute.
48:36
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that and that's what I was worried about too.
48:38
SPEAKER_02: I'm like, damn, eventually they're gonna have a skeleton of a skeleton, they're gonna be like, Yeah, we don't have enough to proceed.
48:44
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and then it's like that that that young woman ain't gonna get her justice.
48:51
SPEAKER_02: So I I I'm I'm hoping like fingers, toes, cross, everything.
48:55
SPEAKER_02: Yep.
48:56
SPEAKER_03: I'm I'm praying that it don't, that it don't yeah, I'm praying she get justice, man, because it this is crazy.
49:01
SPEAKER_03: And and even down to they saying Joe is detained, some saying he arrested.
49:07
SPEAKER_03: We ain't hearing the fact that we not still even hearing his side or anything in no kind of way.
49:13
SPEAKER_03: I don't like that.
49:14
SPEAKER_02: Like, why it wasn't a press conference, it wasn't no uh public statement, ain't no interrogation videos, no I'm saying it'd been weeks.
49:23
SPEAKER_02: Weeks, I can see if this just happened like a couple days ago, it'd have been it'd have been at least two weeks.
49:28
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, he getting preferential treatment already, even if he detained, because they some people saying arrested, but some ain't saying he arrested.
49:36
SPEAKER_03: Some just saying he detained, and we don't even have no evidence of that.
49:40
SPEAKER_02: This ain't being detained for questioning.
49:42
SPEAKER_02: Okay, what questions did y'all ask him, dog?
49:44
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, is he being detained in the jail?
49:46
SPEAKER_02: Let me let me see the the transcript.
49:49
SPEAKER_02: Right, let me see what y'all got.
49:50
SPEAKER_03: Hey look, he could be being detained in a five-star villa somewhere eating lobster and shrimp.
49:55
SPEAKER_03: We don't know.
49:56
SPEAKER_02: Got the got the giraffes feeding them grapes and shit.
49:59
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, we don't know.
50:00
SPEAKER_03: They that's all say, man.
50:02
SPEAKER_03: That that is why, if it was me and mine, I'm over there.
50:06
SPEAKER_03: I don't want to hear about what's going on.
50:08
SPEAKER_03: I want to see him detained, I want to see where he's at.
50:12
SPEAKER_03: I want to see the footage.
50:13
SPEAKER_03: Where is the videotape at?
50:15
SPEAKER_03: I want to see the footage from the security cam, from your office.
50:20
SPEAKER_03: You know what I'm saying?
50:20
SPEAKER_03: I I I can't I can't I can't sit back in America and I just couldn't do it.
50:27
SPEAKER_03: And I don't think I don't think too many people in the comments will be sitting back in America with their legs crossed for two, three weeks.
50:36
SPEAKER_02: I wouldn't.
50:38
SPEAKER_03: I don't think grandma Kathy would, I don't think Elise would, I don't think Lazy Baby would.
50:43
SPEAKER_03: I don't think any of y'all or 90% of y'all, I don't think y'all would be uh sitting back.
50:52
SPEAKER_03: And like again, this is not a shot at the family.
50:55
SPEAKER_03: They doing whatever they know how to do.
50:57
SPEAKER_03: I'm just telling you what I would have done.
50:59
SPEAKER_02: Grandma Kathy had motherfuckers shaking in their boots from the pool.
51:02
SPEAKER_02: She was to get out the pool if she had them shaking the shit from.
51:07
SPEAKER_03: I think Grandma Kathy would swam over there if she had to.
51:12
SPEAKER_02: Man, hell yeah.
51:12
SPEAKER_02: She swam from Seattle, nigga.
51:16
SPEAKER_02: Straight down there.
51:17
SPEAKER_02: Uh-uh, uh-uh.
51:19
SPEAKER_02: She wouldn't even be out of breath, neither.
51:21
SPEAKER_03: So, uh speaking of grandma Kathy, let's touch on David before we get the hell out of here.
51:26
SPEAKER_02: Um bruh, I caught that.
51:28
SPEAKER_02: I caught the episode in there.
51:30
SPEAKER_02: I I was I'm like, man, I soon as I seen that news come, I'm like, man, I know Grandma Kathy doing fucking backflips.
51:37
SPEAKER_03: I think I think everybody thought about Grandma Kathy when that came through.
51:43
SPEAKER_02: As soon as I hit my phone, I'm like, damn, I'm like, go on here, Grandma Kathy.
51:47
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, I can't wait till she hears about this.
51:50
SPEAKER_03: So what happened that the update from the last episode show was people were saying that the LAPD jumped a gun by by by arresting him because the grand jury hadn't filed charges.
52:10
SPEAKER_03: And so they said they had to today, Monday, to file charges, or they would have to let David go free.
52:17
SPEAKER_02: Oh my god.
52:18
SPEAKER_02: Oh, but guess what?
52:22
SPEAKER_03: People were saying the LAPD might have messed up, but uh the LAPD might have did the right thing because they said that LAPD did that because they was tired of the grand jury and and and and the people needed to file charges, they was tired of them bullshit, so they kind of just put them on the clock, and over the weekend they said we're gonna be trying filing charges Monday.
52:46
SPEAKER_03: Thank god over the weekend.
52:48
SPEAKER_03: They said because they put the pressure, but guess what?
52:50
SPEAKER_03: They just did, they did what I'm saying.
52:53
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, whoever in your way from justice, you have to put pressure on them, you have to put the magnifying glass on them.
53:00
SPEAKER_03: You know what I'm saying?
53:01
SPEAKER_03: And that's what the LAPD just did.
53:04
SPEAKER_02: They say remember, they were trying to make it seem like the LAPD was trying to do like some cover-up shit, or they was a part of it, right?
53:11
SPEAKER_03: Like, uh-uh.
53:12
SPEAKER_03: Uh-uh, right.
53:13
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, we're about to show you y'all part of the cover-up.
53:17
SPEAKER_03: Somebody in the jury is holding this back.
53:20
SPEAKER_03: So let's let's update.
53:23
SPEAKER_03: Uh, charges expected to be filed against David and Teen's death.
53:28
SPEAKER_03: Sources say this is from Eyewitness News ABC.
53:32
SPEAKER_03: They're saying charges will be filed today against pop singers David uh for the death of 14-year-old Celeste uh Hernandez Revis.
53:42
SPEAKER_03: Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hockman will hold a press conference with the LAPD chief Jim McDonald today at 10 a.m.
53:52
SPEAKER_03: I'm sure that's uh California time.
53:55
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so that's probably what about what's that one?
53:58
SPEAKER_02: 1 o'clock here.
53:59
SPEAKER_03: So 1 o'clock p.m.
54:01
SPEAKER_03: Y'all uh make sure y'all tune in to the press conference for David.
54:04
SPEAKER_03: Grandma Kathy, make sure you tune in.
54:07
SPEAKER_03: I don't know.
54:08
SPEAKER_02: 10 o'clock for grandma Kathy.
54:09
SPEAKER_03: Okay, because she's on West Coast Time.
54:11
SPEAKER_03: So Grandma Kathy, make sure you tune it in.
54:13
SPEAKER_03: Tune in.
54:14
SPEAKER_03: But they say sources told ABC News the arrest is based on evidence and probable cause that was developed and that it was not an indictment.
54:22
SPEAKER_03: Meantime, the medical examiner has ruled the teen's death a homicide.
54:27
SPEAKER_03: A Los Angeles uh criminal defense attorney who spoke with eyewitness news said we can expect to see some fireworks in the case on Monday.
54:37
SPEAKER_03: And the major issue at the arraignment will be whether or not Senior David stays in custody.
54:41
SPEAKER_03: For now, he is being held without bail.
54:44
SPEAKER_03: Uh as he should.
54:47
SPEAKER_03: Yep, prosecutors have two ways they can keep David in custody.
54:50
SPEAKER_03: One, by filing charges that are death penalty eligible, or by arguing for no bail, stating that their case is strong enough and David could be a safety or flight risk if released.
55:03
SPEAKER_03: On the defense side, they could argue for scheduled bail so the senior can be released, arguing there's no possibility David could flee due to his fame status.
55:12
SPEAKER_03: The issue with this case is there's no real dispute that the car was registered to David.
55:17
SPEAKER_03: The question is whether or not uh the DNA that was recovered from the car can circumstantially prove he was somehow involved in her death.
55:25
SPEAKER_03: I think that's why it's been some time between the discovery of the body and his arrest.
55:30
SPEAKER_03: Is that they're care they're they're carefully picking apart and bringing together all the evidence.
55:35
SPEAKER_03: We'll have some answers soon, whether or not he was involved or whether or not he wasn't involved.
55:41
SPEAKER_03: Uh ABC said an uh uh attorney said in his client is innocent and did not kill Celeste.
55:48
SPEAKER_03: He said, let us be clear the actual evidence in this case will show that David Burke did not murder uh Celeste Revis.
55:57
SPEAKER_03: That's where we at.
55:59
SPEAKER_02: We're gonna see.
56:00
SPEAKER_03: We're gonna see.
56:00
SPEAKER_03: Today is a big day.
56:02
SPEAKER_03: But they put pressure on the grand jury to uh people that look, they arrested him.
56:07
SPEAKER_03: They say we got what more than enough evidence for an indictment.
56:10
SPEAKER_03: If we ain't got enough evidence for an indictment here, ain't no such thing as enough evidence.
56:15
SPEAKER_03: Like they say, they always say the grand jury can indict a ham sandwich if it wants to.
56:20
SPEAKER_02: Come on, bro.
56:21
SPEAKER_03: So, so so you know, LAPD, they got a lot of like dirt on their name, but they but they stepped up on this one, they stepped up on this one.
56:32
SPEAKER_03: Like you said, uh C Tuck, they've been trying to say that the LAPD was behind the cover up and all that.
56:38
SPEAKER_03: And the LAPD said my famous word, she man.
56:43
SPEAKER_03: We about to throw the cuffs on old boy, and then now it's the ball in y'all court.
56:48
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so I like to see it.
56:51
SPEAKER_02: Y'all uh I think he, I think, uh, I think he uh passed away.
56:56
SPEAKER_02: The dude that be saying that uh she oh he did.
56:59
SPEAKER_02: I think he did, but man, that's that was that's my dude, man.
57:03
SPEAKER_02: That shit was funny.
57:04
SPEAKER_02: I remember when I first heard it.
