- 1:51Speaker 2: Do you foresee a rate cut happening in September?
- 1:54Speaker 3: Let's go perview of my crystal ball. But I will say,
- 2:00Speaker 3: I'm gonna getlicked up. I'm gonna get something to be
- 2:02Speaker 3: I'm wrong about. I'm gonna say yes, got a fee
- 2:06Speaker 3: the streets one way or another, right, I'm gonna say yes,
- 2:08Speaker 3: we would need a rate cut at some point. I
- 2:11Speaker 3: don't have any intel or pow oh to all the Democrats.
- 2:15Speaker 3: None of anything that I said is reflective of how
- 2:17Speaker 3: I feel about Nancy Pelosi and Janet Yelling I know
- 2:21Speaker 3: you're not let me in the building, but them two
- 2:23Speaker 3: lout doors let me walk through, Yes, please? But yeah,
- 2:27Speaker 3: I think hopefully one rake cut will come in September.
- 2:30Speaker 3: It will be the one for the year if we
- 2:32Speaker 3: do it. But I hope.
- 2:33Speaker 1: So do you think one for the year.
- 2:37Speaker 3: I don't see how they do more because they I
- 2:38Speaker 3: don't think they can push us back down to two
- 2:41Speaker 3: percent after fourteen fifteen years of quantitative easy, and I
- 2:46Speaker 3: think if they were going to push us towards that
- 2:48Speaker 3: rate level, we would have been there already. The average
- 2:52Speaker 3: home mortgage is what seven percent now?
- 2:56Speaker 1: Well Fed Palace spoke last week, so the inflation number
- 3:00Speaker 1: is going down slightly. CPI is going down and according
- 3:05Speaker 1: to the CME, the Chicago Mercantal Exchange, who track this
- 3:09Speaker 1: and you are in you're in the green here, they
- 3:13Speaker 1: said that there's a ninety five percent chance that there
- 3:15Speaker 1: will be a rate cut in September.
- 3:17Speaker 3: Bravo. I took that part upto seeing me in Chicago,
- 3:21Speaker 3: they hopes, though, we need look at it. No, and
- 3:27Speaker 3: if I don't want any chance to win, he better
- 3:28Speaker 3: call Chicago and make sure that the number is right and.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Then have one in November and hopefully if you're still
- 3:34Speaker 1: there to get one in December, right called.
- 3:39Speaker 3: Moving company right into the Christmas rally.
- 3:43Speaker 1: We need it?
- 3:45Speaker 2: Yeah, all right, hit the like button and share. So
- 3:50Speaker 2: analyst Tom Lee has predicted the S and P five
- 3:53Speaker 2: hundred will reach fifteen thousand by twenty thirty. So that
- 3:57Speaker 2: would be like almost triple from where it is now. Yeah,
- 4:01Speaker 2: in a relatively short period of time. Twenty thirty is
- 4:04Speaker 2: not that far away. Six years, So is that even
- 4:09Speaker 2: realistic that the S and P four hundred is going
- 4:11Speaker 2: to increase triple in three years, in four years, six years,
- 4:17Speaker 2: six years?
- 4:18Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't. I mean love I love time. I
- 4:20Speaker 3: know some people don't like him because he's always super bullish,
- 4:23Speaker 3: but the thing that it does get right is better
- 4:26Speaker 3: to be bullish on the market long term because if
- 4:28Speaker 3: you look at a graph of how often we're positive
- 4:30Speaker 3: versus negative, I think, what seventy eight percent of the
- 4:33Speaker 3: time we're to the up. I don't know for a triple,
- 4:35Speaker 3: but I can see us doubling, especially if they start
- 4:39Speaker 3: moving some of these bummass companies out of the way.
- 4:42Speaker 3: Walgreens got kicked out. If the spy does and reshuffling
- 4:46Speaker 3: and put some better companies in there and replace the
- 4:48Speaker 3: ones in the laggards or value driven companies. I definitely
- 4:53Speaker 3: can see it's doubling by twenty thirty. Tripling will be tough.
- 4:56Speaker 3: We'll have to go and then in order for that
- 4:59Speaker 3: to happen, we will need to get back to get
- 5:01Speaker 3: back to two percent three percent interest rate across the board,
- 5:04Speaker 3: And I don't know if we'll have that many cuts.
- 5:05Speaker 3: But if we get down to two to three percent
- 5:07Speaker 3: and they reshuffle some of the companies that are in there,
- 5:11Speaker 3: we could triple. But I don't see us getting that
- 5:15Speaker 3: many rate cuts in our favor. I really don't. But
- 5:20Speaker 3: the biggest lesson is to stay long in the market
- 5:23Speaker 3: no matter what.
- 5:25Speaker 1: Well.
- 5:25Speaker 2: It's also can speak us hyperinflation, which is true. So
- 5:31Speaker 2: if the theory that the market is raped is true,
- 5:35Speaker 2: then it would be like, Okay, you know previously seven
- 5:38Speaker 2: percent average, that's people one hundred. That's not going to
- 5:42Speaker 2: do it if inflation is higher than that, So you
- 5:44Speaker 2: would have to get double digit return. And rule of
- 5:48Speaker 2: seventy two is that if you get seven point two
- 5:50Speaker 2: percent on your investment for a ten year period of time,
- 5:52Speaker 2: then that doubles your investment So now if the new
- 5:55Speaker 2: seven point two is fourteen percent or twenty percent right now,
- 6:00Speaker 2: you're going to start to see a higher increase while
- 6:03Speaker 2: money is getting devalued. You need a higher rates of
- 6:06Speaker 2: return to actually keep up with inflation. The regular seven
- 6:09Speaker 2: percent is not going to cut it anymore. So that's
- 6:13Speaker 2: something to consider.
- 6:14Speaker 3: That's a great point. I never thought about that. That's
- 6:16Speaker 3: a great point.
- 6:17Speaker 1: And at that number, what does that put the NaSTA?
- 6:23Speaker 1: What does that put the.
- 6:26Speaker 3: NASA could go belisted. If if the spy triples, then
- 6:32Speaker 3: that's a quintumplin for NaSTA.
- 6:34Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, hold for the long.
- 6:40Speaker 3: Term, yeah hold, no matter what. But ver shot, that's
- 6:43Speaker 3: a great point about the inflation point for sure.
- 6:49Speaker 2: Yeah, something to think about, something to consider.
- 6:51Speaker 4: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 6:55Speaker 4: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from l Salvador
- 6:59Speaker 4: a q of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged
- 7:03Speaker 4: with filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are
- 7:07Speaker 4: just some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of
- 7:11Speaker 4: President Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy Noman, the United
- 7:14Speaker 4: States Secretary of Homeland Security, Under President Trump, attempted illegal
- 7:19Speaker 4: border crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and
- 7:23Speaker 4: over one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If
- 7:26Speaker 4: you are here illegally, your next you will be fine
- 7:30Speaker 4: nearly one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You
- 7:34Speaker 4: will never return. But if you register using our CBP
- 7:38Speaker 4: home app and leave now, you could be allowed to
- 7:41Speaker 4: return legally. Do what's right, leave now. Under President Trump,
- 7:46Speaker 4: America's laws, border and families will be protected.
- 7:49Speaker 3: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security,
