- 3:33two weeks, Commissioner Roger Goodell is expected
- 3:35to commence the 2026 National Football League
- 3:39draft in Pittsburgh. by announcing that the Raiders
- 3:41are selecting Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza
- 3:44with the number one pick. Mendoza, however, is
- 3:48not expected to be there to join Goodell on stage
- 3:51and pose with his new team jersey and cap. According
- 3:55to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Mendoza has informed
- 3:59the National Football League that he will not
- 4:01be attending the draft in person because he plans
- 4:04to celebrate with his family in Miami instead.
- 4:07Though many presumed number one picks choose
- 4:09to attend the draft in person for the experience,
- 4:13Mendoza is far from the first opt out of going

- 4:20a three -game losing streak, edging the Milwaukee

- 4:37victory marked just the third for the Sox in
- 4:4011 games this season, avoiding a troubling 2
- 4:43-9 start. Our oldest Chapman earned his third

- 4:50prepare to face the Brewers again tonight with
- 4:53Sonny Gray on the mound. In top news, surprising
- 4:59links between autism and Alzheimer's could change
- 5:03how we treat both. The idea that two conditions
- 5:06at opposite ends of life might be biologically
- 5:09linked is beginning to append long -standing
- 5:12assumptions in brain science. Joseph Fuchsbaum
- 5:15was initially unconvinced. When early hints of
- 5:19a connection between autism and Alzheimer's began
- 5:21to appear in the medical literature a few years
- 5:24ago, they struck him as implausible. But the
- 5:28signals kept accumulating, and over time, his
- 5:31skepticism gave way to a new line of inquiry.
- 5:34I came to this kicking and screaming. I didn't
- 5:37want to believe it, said Buxbaum. Autism has
- 5:41long been treated almost exclusively as a childhood
- 5:44condition. In business news, the 60 -40 restaurant
- 5:50rule is breaking, and it is not because the food
- 5:53got worse. GLP -1 drugs have reduced millions
- 5:57of customers' appetites, but that is not the
- 6:00only culprit in the profit crunch. Many ancient
- 6:03rules in certain industries have outlived their
- 6:06value, such as spilling salt or whistling in
- 6:09the kitchen. Operators now view these beliefs
- 6:12as mere superstitions. However, no one in the
- 6:16food service industry has questioned the core
- 6:19proposition that a restaurant needs a ratio of
- 6:2160 % drinks to 40 % food to succeed long -term.
- 6:26In crypto movement, Bitcoin is unchanged. at
- 6:31$69 ,000. Ethereum is down 1 % to just over $2
- 6:37,000. And XRP is down 1 % to $1 .32. Moving on
- 6:45to a more local vibe. In our community spotlight

- 7:29back to the show. Let's talk tech. Elon Musk
- 7:35is partnering with Intel on his ambitious TeraFab
- 7:39project, which aims to build specially designed
- 7:41chips for SpaceX and XAI, as well as for Tesla.
- 7:46In an announcement on Tuesday, Intel stated it
- 7:49would collaborate with these companies to design,
- 7:52fabricate, and package ultra -high -performance
- 7:55chips at scale. The partnership is a significant
- 7:58win for Intel, which has faced challenges in
- 8:01recent years, leading to cuts in production capacity.
- 8:05Last year, the Trump administration secured an
- 8:08equity stake in Intel for around $9 billion.
- 8:12As of March 20th, the U .S. government held 8
- 8:16.4 % of Intel's outstanding shares. And in entertainment
- 8:23news... Why he should actually get excited for
- 8:27Marvel's X -Men movie reboot highlights the return
- 8:30of the mutants as a significant event in the
- 8:33Marvel Cinematic Universe. The X -Men are set
- 8:37to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe, making
- 8:39appearances in Avengers Doomsday. In addition,
- 8:44a new X -Men movie is currently in development.
- 8:47Fans are eager to see whether Marvel will continue
- 8:50the original series storyline or introduce a
- 8:53new cast. This reboot could reshape the future
- 8:57of the X -Men within the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
