- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up? And welcome. This is the Rogue Recap, and
- 0:03Speaker 1: you are here with your host, Linda McLaughlin. She is pissed, off, outraged,
- 0:09Speaker 1: and has zero patience with what seems to be an
- 0:12Speaker 1: epidemic of entitlement and stupidity. Here we talk about all
- 0:16Speaker 1: the things the other shows just don't or won't touch.
- 0:20Speaker 1: Make sure to like and subscribe to her podcast so
- 0:23Speaker 1: you never miss an episode.
- 0:26Speaker 2: What's up, you, guys, and welcome to the Road Recap.
- 0:29Speaker 2: We're a couple weeks out here from the assassination of
- 0:33Speaker 2: Charlie Kirk, and if you're like me, you're questioning a
- 0:37Speaker 2: lot of what we were told about the killer and
- 0:40Speaker 2: about the murder, and about the weapon and the text
- 0:44Speaker 2: messages and just so many things surrounding that entire case.
- 0:49Speaker 2: And I feel like, I don't know about you, guys,
- 0:52Speaker 2: but I feel like I'm in a perpetual syop. And
- 0:57Speaker 2: the last couple of shows I've done, I've talked to
- 1:00Speaker 2: out the gas lighting, constant gaslighting, right like look over here,
- 1:05Speaker 2: shiny ball or you know it's you, It's not me,
- 1:08Speaker 2: Like I just want facts. I'm so disinterested and disgusted
- 1:15Speaker 2: with the copious amount of fake news and fake information
- 1:20Speaker 2: that just seems to be at the ready and it's everywhere.
- 1:24Speaker 2: I mean, I go on. Now, I saw this thing
- 1:28Speaker 2: last night. My brother sent it to me and I
- 1:30Speaker 2: was like, holy shit. It's an AI. It's an open
- 1:33Speaker 2: source AI that you can go in. You pick the
- 1:37Speaker 2: face and the voice that you want to be, and
- 1:41Speaker 2: then you basically speak whatever it is you want the character,
- 1:46Speaker 2: the actor, whatever it is the singer to say. And
- 1:51Speaker 2: it was so creepy. I was completely freaked out. I mean,
- 1:55Speaker 2: this guy was freaked out, you know. He went on
- 1:57Speaker 2: to say, and I would play it for you, but
- 1:59Speaker 2: you're one of those visual things. But he's basically like
- 2:02Speaker 2: pretending to be Taylor Swift, who I can't stand. But
- 2:06Speaker 2: he was like, Hey, I'm a dude, I'm here at home.
- 2:08Speaker 2: I'm not an engineer, I am not a Hollywood director.
- 2:11Speaker 2: I have zero professional equipment. This is an open source product,
- 2:17Speaker 2: and I am able to look and sound exactly like
- 2:21Speaker 2: a wicked, famous person. And unless you're really looking, you're
- 2:24Speaker 2: not going to notice any differences. Right, Like, if you're
- 2:27Speaker 2: just passing through and doing like your nightly scroll wherever
- 2:30Speaker 2: you do it, everybody's different, you know, I have friends
- 2:33Speaker 2: that call it the doom scroll. My one son always says,
- 2:36Speaker 2: he's like, I'm doing the doom scroll, And it's basically
- 2:38Speaker 2: where you kind of go through all the terrible news
- 2:40Speaker 2: of the day. I've given my husband a strict rule.
- 2:42Speaker 2: I said, you got to stop. I can't. You got
- 2:44Speaker 2: to watch that crap on mute because all I do
- 2:47Speaker 2: all day long is listen to horrible things. So if
- 2:49Speaker 2: we go to bed learning about, you know, the radical
- 2:52Speaker 2: Islamisation of all the various Western cultures countries, the invasion,
- 2:56Speaker 2: the lack of assimilation, Like, all I'm going to do
- 2:58Speaker 2: is I'm nightmares all night. So it's it's got to stop.
- 3:01Speaker 2: But it was wild to see this guy. He was
- 3:05Speaker 2: as freaked out as I was watching it. I was like,
- 3:07Speaker 2: oh my god. But again, it just you have to
- 3:11Speaker 2: have like a moment where you like hit the pull
- 3:13Speaker 2: us and then you do like what I call the
- 3:15Speaker 2: AI check, right, you run it through the AI check
- 3:18Speaker 2: a meter and you say is this real or not?
- 3:21Speaker 2: And one of the things that I do, because I
- 3:23Speaker 2: do a ton of work in this space in media.
- 3:25Speaker 2: If I'm creating a meme or a graphic or a video,
- 3:29Speaker 2: and I need to use something, and obviously I don't
- 3:31Speaker 2: want to get into a licensing issue or have any
- 3:33Speaker 2: of those kinds of problems. I will create something. I'll
- 3:37Speaker 2: to create it in grock, I'll create it in one
- 3:39Speaker 2: of these open source platforms, and I'm like, it is
- 3:42Speaker 2: super easy. Now, what I will tell you is I
- 3:45Speaker 2: don't think it replaces human talent. I'll still give it
- 3:48Speaker 2: to my graphic designer and I'll say, hey, can you
- 3:51Speaker 2: make this look perfect? This is what I want. This
- 3:55Speaker 2: is my you know, amateur effort. Please take it and
- 3:58Speaker 2: make it professional. So there's something to that, but it
- 4:03Speaker 2: just scares a crap out of me. I mean, they
- 4:04Speaker 2: can take your voice, they can take your face, your likeness,
- 4:09Speaker 2: they can take your inflections, your hand gestures, like all
- 4:13Speaker 2: these things that are so personal to each and every
- 4:16Speaker 2: one of us, and you're like, oh my god. It's
- 4:19Speaker 2: kind of like when people would say Biden doesn't have
- 4:21Speaker 2: a body double or Clinton doesn't have a body double,
- 4:24Speaker 2: and you'd see Hillary Clinton after the nine to eleven collapse.
- 4:27Speaker 2: And you can call me conspiracy theorists all day long,
- 4:31Speaker 2: but ladies listening to this are going to agree with
- 4:34Speaker 2: me one hundred percent as a woman. There are certain
- 4:39Speaker 2: things you always do the same way. Okay, your hair
- 4:44Speaker 2: goes the same way unless you're styling it for a
- 4:46Speaker 2: special event. You put your pocketbook on the same shoulder,
- 4:51Speaker 2: You wear certain rings on the same fingers. And when
- 4:55Speaker 2: Hillary Clinton collapse that day at that nine to eleven event,
- 4:59Speaker 2: You'll know, when she came back out and they said
- 5:02Speaker 2: she was fine, her rings were on the wrong fingers,
- 5:05Speaker 2: her purse was on the wrong shoulder, her the way
- 5:08Speaker 2: she moved and the way she was talking were different.
- 5:10Speaker 2: I was like, uh, yeah, I'm sorry. This is like
- 5:13Speaker 2: an amazing actress, but this is not Hillary Clinton, no way,
- 5:16Speaker 2: no hey. And you know these are the things, you know.
- 5:19Speaker 2: It's like when they said, you know, Joe Biden came
- 5:23Speaker 2: out that day and he had that super deep voice
- 5:25Speaker 2: and like it's COVID. I'm like, yeah, it's twenty twenty four.
- 5:28Speaker 2: It's not COVID. I don't know what it is, but
- 5:30Speaker 2: it's not COVID. He's also six foot five. I don't
- 5:33Speaker 2: know when that happened. Like, oh, there's a camera angle.
- 5:36Speaker 2: I'm like, okay, everybody else looks the same height. Just
- 5:40Speaker 2: stupid stuff, you know. But the problem is is They've
- 5:43Speaker 2: made everything so impossible to ask about, so impossible to question.
- 5:50Speaker 2: And I feel that way about I mean, even look
- 5:52Speaker 2: at President Trump yesterday at the you know, the UN.
- 5:56Speaker 2: The teleprompter doesn't work, the microphone doesn't work. Yes, escalator
- 6:00Speaker 2: stops working, and can we talk for a hot second
- 6:02Speaker 2: about the Secret Service? Holy shit, they didn't even move.
- 6:06Speaker 2: I'm like, I'm sorry the president of the free world
- 6:10Speaker 2: is currently stuck on an escalator to just suddenly stop
- 6:13Speaker 2: moving in the middle of the UN, which is like,
- 6:16Speaker 2: you know, terrorist nation there, nobody there is our friend.
- 6:19Speaker 2: I don't know why the hell it's in the middle
- 6:21Speaker 2: of New York City. Please leave, Please put that stuff
- 6:24Speaker 2: in like I don't know Somalia or Africa, or I
- 6:29Speaker 2: don't know London anywhere else, because it doesn't belong here.
- 6:33Speaker 2: We don't want you here. Take your free Palestine protests
- 6:36Speaker 2: and shove that shit up your ass and take it
- 6:38Speaker 2: over to some other country where people want to hear
- 6:40Speaker 2: your noise. We don't want to hear it. I have
- 6:43Speaker 2: zero interest in having people that want to recognize Palestine
- 6:48Speaker 2: as its own state and not acknowledge what has happened
- 6:52Speaker 2: with Hamas and say that there's nothing more to see
- 6:54Speaker 2: here in the city of New York. It's ridiculous. And
- 6:58Speaker 2: let me tell you something else. Somebody who works in
- 7:00Speaker 2: New York, and I have many friends that work in
- 7:02Speaker 2: New York, and we've all been going in and out
- 7:04Speaker 2: of the city for the last couple of weeks because
- 7:06Speaker 2: they have like a week of prep and then they
- 7:07Speaker 2: have two weeks of this nonsense. And obviously this week
- 7:09Speaker 2: was nuts because we had Zelenskia b d or we
- 7:12Speaker 2: have Macron, you know, we had uh, we had had
- 7:15Speaker 2: a Trump. You know, it's a lot of people. Okay, fine,
- 7:20Speaker 2: but they closed down. So the United Nations is in
- 7:24Speaker 2: Midtown on you know, on the east side, on the
- 7:27Speaker 2: East River, and so where I work is on the
- 7:30Speaker 2: west side, and I can tell you they have streets
- 7:32Speaker 2: closed down all the way to eighth Avenue, you know,
- 7:35Speaker 2: in the middle, from fifty seventh Street down to thirty
- 7:38Speaker 2: eighth Street. You can't get anywhere. They literally are not
- 7:41Speaker 2: letting people walk on the street. Yesterday, I went to
- 7:45Speaker 2: get out of my office and they're like, oh, you
- 7:47Speaker 2: can't exit on this side. So you walk across the
- 7:49Speaker 2: bider're like, oh, you can't exit on this side. I'm
- 7:51Speaker 2: like all right, so not trying to be a wise ass,
- 7:54Speaker 2: but neither side is allowing you out of the building,
- 7:57Speaker 2: Like what are you guys doing? Like it's just stupid,
- 8:00Speaker 2: and like there's no traffic control. There's no they're not
- 8:04Speaker 2: controlling people. Like you know, pedestrians in New York City
- 8:07Speaker 2: think they ruled a roost. They have zero regard for
- 8:10Speaker 2: moving vehicles. Mind you. It took me three and a
- 8:13Speaker 2: half hours yesterday to drive into Manhattan because I missed
- 8:18Speaker 2: my train, and I guess, in some weird way it
- 8:20Speaker 2: was a blessing because there were no trains out of
- 8:23Speaker 2: Manhattan last night. There were no trains in and out today.
- 8:26Speaker 2: It's just, I honestly, some of the things that we
- 8:29Speaker 2: are unable to do as a first world nation in
- 8:32Speaker 2: twenty twenty five frighten me. I'm like a that right.
- 8:36Speaker 2: I don't know who's running these things, hulcal, but I
- 8:39Speaker 2: can tell you one thing. New York is a hot
- 8:41Speaker 2: mess and we don't need the un there, so please leave.
- 8:43Speaker 2: So that's my final statement on that. And the NYPD,
- 8:47Speaker 2: My god, what a terrible job they did yesterday. I
- 8:49Speaker 2: watched them stand there and do absolutely nothing in the
- 8:53Speaker 2: midst of massive traffic, Pedestrians crossing on the don't walk
- 8:57Speaker 2: creating more traffic. A little bit effort, a little bit
- 9:01Speaker 2: of involvement, goes a long way. And as somebody who
- 9:03Speaker 2: supports our police, I got to tell you, these are
- 9:06Speaker 2: easy things. Guys. Just get involved, help out. They are
- 9:09Speaker 2: so quick to scream and yell at you if you
- 9:11Speaker 2: go the wrong way. I'm like, well, help people out,
- 9:13Speaker 2: go the right way. Nobody knows where they're going, nobody
- 9:16Speaker 2: knows how to get from point A to point B.
- 9:18Speaker 2: Just screaming at people, it doesn't help anybody. I really
- 9:22Speaker 2: at points look around and I'm just kind of like,
- 9:24Speaker 2: I think humanity has definitely taken a turn for the worst.
- 9:28Speaker 2: And if we've learned anything through this, Charlie Kirk experience
- 9:32Speaker 2: the dichotomy between followers of Christ, people who believe in
- 9:37Speaker 2: you know, morals, the sanctity of life, the sanctity of marriage.
- 9:42Speaker 2: There is a palpable difference between those individuals and the
- 9:46Speaker 2: people that are screaming at current campus, you know, Republicans
- 9:50Speaker 2: and people that are trying to open TPUSA locations. And
- 9:54Speaker 2: some of the folks I follow, like cam Higbee, you know,
- 9:58Speaker 2: he's out there and he's filming these lunatic Antifa members,
- 10:02Speaker 2: which have just recently been designated a terrorist group by
- 10:05Speaker 2: our president. And I have no idea why in the world, Ice,
- 10:11Speaker 2: our national Guard, our law enforcement is not having a
- 10:15Speaker 2: heavier hand with these people. I mean, they are surrounding
- 10:18Speaker 2: federal buildings, They are using bullhorns at night to protest
- 10:23Speaker 2: and scream outside of hotels. I mean, isn't there like
- 10:26Speaker 2: a sound ordinance or some sort of you know, I
- 10:31Speaker 2: don't know, There's got to be something where you're like
- 10:33Speaker 2: affecting the public at two in the morning on a bullhorn,
- 10:36Speaker 2: where it's like, hey, asshole, you know, some people have
- 10:38Speaker 2: to get up and go to work tomorrow. We realize
- 10:40Speaker 2: that you guys are all paid and bought by sorrows,
- 10:43Speaker 2: but the rest of us we still have a paycheck.
- 10:44Speaker 2: So if you could just you know, shuffle along, thank
- 10:47Speaker 2: you very much. Last I heard, you get paid whether
- 10:49Speaker 2: you protest or not, so you should be good. But
- 10:51Speaker 2: there's just this very strange, you know, dichotomy of the
- 10:56Speaker 2: way we behave but also the way we're treated. You know,
- 10:59Speaker 2: even today with the shooting this morning at the ICE
- 11:01Speaker 2: facility in Dallas, Texas, you know the shooter again, is
- 11:06Speaker 2: a gamer on a discord. I don't know if he's
- 11:09Speaker 2: trans or not. Who the hell knows. But it's like
- 11:12Speaker 2: he shoots three people. He shoots the detainees, not the officers.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Then he shoots himself. And then people like Gabby Giffords,
- 11:21Speaker 2: who was a victim of gun violence, comes out and says,
- 11:24Speaker 2: this is what's wrong with America. It's gun violence. I'm like,
- 11:27Speaker 2: you've got to be kidding me. It's not gun violence.
- 11:32Speaker 2: You know. Guns don't kill people. Spoons don't make people fat,
- 11:35Speaker 2: cars don't run other people over. It's people people do that.
- 11:41Speaker 2: I don't know where we got lost in the accountability
- 11:44Speaker 2: area of life, but there has to be some because
- 11:48Speaker 2: there are millions upon millions of law abiding Second Amendment
- 11:52Speaker 2: respecting gun owners all over this country, myself and my
- 11:56Speaker 2: husband included, and we don't ever miss We're not out
- 12:01Speaker 2: there shooting people up. Our guns are in biometrics safe
- 12:04Speaker 2: so that nobody gets hurt. And let me tell you something,
- 12:07Speaker 2: criminals who have the will and the mindset to commit
- 12:12Speaker 2: a crime are not interested in gun laws. Again, please
- 12:16Speaker 2: take a look at Chicago. Some of the most stringent
- 12:19Speaker 2: gun laws in the country, California, Cartel City. Nobody can
- 12:25Speaker 2: to have a gun. People are getting shot every day,
- 12:29Speaker 2: every single one of these blue cities, every single one.
- 12:34Speaker 2: They're run by Democrats who are inept and they're far
- 12:37Speaker 2: more interested in talking about equality and how they're you know,
- 12:42Speaker 2: they're oppressed and they have issues than they are about
- 12:45Speaker 2: solving problems. They just want to keep everybody down because
- 12:49Speaker 2: if they can keep you down, they can keep you
- 12:51Speaker 2: on the dole. It is that simple. And so we
- 12:55Speaker 2: have to be very very forceful with our elected officials
- 12:59Speaker 2: that currently have the reins Republicans and I won't. We
- 13:03Speaker 2: never even talked about the Ilhano mar thing last week.
- 13:06Speaker 2: I mean, we had an opportunity to censure and get
- 13:09Speaker 2: this creep out of our country, and four scumbag Republicans
- 13:13Speaker 2: voted against our own party and with the Democrats. Why
- 13:18Speaker 2: what are you people doing? This is the kind of
- 13:21Speaker 2: shit that really pisses me off. This is the kind
- 13:25Speaker 2: of stuff that makes me say, who bought and paid you?
- 13:29Speaker 2: You know what happened that you felt like you needed
- 13:33Speaker 2: to turn on your own people and vote for this
- 13:36Speaker 2: woman who hates America. All that she does all day
- 13:40Speaker 2: long is tell people how Somalia is her first love
- 13:45Speaker 2: and America is a terrible, hateful country and we need
- 13:48Speaker 2: to be careful. Shut up. Please, if you love Somalia
- 13:53Speaker 2: so much, take your husband, your brother, whatever you call
- 13:57Speaker 2: them with you and go back. Please leave today. We
- 14:01Speaker 2: would love for you to go that much. I can
- 14:03Speaker 2: promise you from the bottom of my heart. And I
- 14:06Speaker 2: sincerely do not know what people are doing with these Republicans,
- 14:11Speaker 2: Corey Mills being one of them, I mean, my god,
- 14:15Speaker 2: I just could not believe from the There are very
- 14:19Speaker 2: few things that leave me speechless, that was one of them,
- 14:22Speaker 2: and I was just like, why in the world would
- 14:27Speaker 2: you vote against what is happening here with ilhan O
- 14:31Speaker 2: mar This is a unique opportunity for us to finally
- 14:36Speaker 2: get this scumbag out of here. And what are we
- 14:39Speaker 2: doing instead? Oh? I know, we'll We'll just keep it here.
- 14:43Speaker 2: It's great. And I'll be honest with you if you are,
- 14:46Speaker 2: if you are a constituent of one of these people,
- 14:50Speaker 2: I pray to you that you get them out of here.
- 14:53Speaker 2: So I'm going to tell you what these jerks said.
- 14:57Speaker 2: Corey Mills says, we may not like or agree with
- 15:00Speaker 2: what someone says, but that does not mean we should
- 15:02Speaker 2: deny their protected First Amendment right. Bullshit. Tom McClintock says,
- 15:07Speaker 2: this disgusting and hateful speech is still speech and it's
- 15:10Speaker 2: protected by our First Amendment. Bullshit. Jeff Hurd says, I
- 15:15Speaker 2: voted against today's censure because it tried to strip another
- 15:18Speaker 2: member of Congress from committees and to silence her for
- 15:21Speaker 2: exercising her First Amendment right to free speech. That's absolutely
- 15:27Speaker 2: not what is happening here. And let me tell you
- 15:31Speaker 2: something else. Ilhan Omar is not saying things that are
- 15:38Speaker 2: just like, oh I don't like this person, or I
- 15:40Speaker 2: don't like this. She is lying about somebody who is
- 15:44Speaker 2: literally not hearing anymore to defend himself. It's repulsive. That's
- 15:50Speaker 2: a completely different thing. And we're not we want to
- 15:54Speaker 2: center her for being an elected member of Congress lying
- 15:57Speaker 2: about somebody who was assassinated for literally expressing their freedom
- 16:02Speaker 2: of speech. And now you think that you should protect
- 16:05Speaker 2: hers because she bashes him. What planet are we on?
- 16:09Speaker 2: It does not make sense not to mention the fact
- 16:12Speaker 2: that she's committed immigration fraud and is somehow a multimillionaire
- 16:16Speaker 2: from being in Congress. Can we please just look at
- 16:19Speaker 2: the things that we need to look at to get
- 16:21Speaker 2: rid of her. It's hate speech. She's all about hate speech.
- 16:26Speaker 2: She's the one who says she's a victim of it
- 16:28Speaker 2: every single day. Well, let me tell you something for
- 16:30Speaker 2: somebody who is a victim of it every single day.
- 16:32Speaker 2: She's sure his hell is pretty good at it. She
- 16:35Speaker 2: really is. But anyways, back to Tyler Robinson, if you're
- 16:38Speaker 2: like me, you're starting to wonder what the hell is
- 16:41Speaker 2: really going on. And I'm not saying that he's not
- 16:43Speaker 2: in on it in some way, but there's just something
- 16:46Speaker 2: very strange about the whole Tyler Robinson, Lance Twigs, the
- 16:50Speaker 2: weird text messages between them, they look like they were
- 16:53Speaker 2: written by somebody in their forties, not somebody in their twenties.
- 16:57Speaker 2: Not to mention the fact, why would anybody write their
- 17:00Speaker 2: entire basically a timeline of what they did to murder
- 17:06Speaker 2: somebody in a text message? I mean, does that seem
- 17:09Speaker 2: believable to anybody else? It's I mean, it's evidence. I
- 17:14Speaker 2: don't know. It just feels wrong to me. I'm sure
- 17:16Speaker 2: we won't get the truth on that, just like we
- 17:19Speaker 2: don't have the truth still on Thomas Crooks, who tried
- 17:21Speaker 2: to kill President Trump and Butler. I mean, we don't
- 17:24Speaker 2: know anything about that guy, not one damn thing. We
- 17:28Speaker 2: got Ryan Ruth he got you know, he was found
- 17:30Speaker 2: guilty on all charges. Then he's trying to stab himself
- 17:33Speaker 2: with a pen. I'm like, okay, so clearly we're trying
- 17:35Speaker 2: to get into the mental health institution so we don't
- 17:38Speaker 2: have to live the rest of our life in jail.
- 17:40Speaker 2: I mean, it's just not hard, guys. You know, this
- 17:42Speaker 2: stuff is so insane. And the problem is too, is
- 17:46Speaker 2: that when you try to talk about it, like I said,
- 17:48Speaker 2: people start freaking out. You're not allowed to say that.
- 17:50Speaker 2: You're not allowed to say. Why am I not allowed
- 17:52Speaker 2: to say? I'll tell you what. I'm gonna call for
- 17:54Speaker 2: my first Amendment right to tell you people that you're
- 17:56Speaker 2: all full of shit? How's that? Congratulations? You're welcome. This
- 18:00Speaker 2: is the Rogue Recap. As you can tell, I'm pretty
