  Today
• 1:30
  we're
• 1:31
  talking
• 1:31
  about
• 1:31
  Jiminy
• 1:31
  Cricket
• 1:32
  and
• 1:32
  Pinocchio
• 1:34
  as
• 1:34
  part
• 1:34
  of
• 1:34
  our
• 1:34
  faces
• 1:35
  behind
• 1:35
  us
• 1:36
  here
• 1:36
  on
• 1:36
  Systematic
• 1:37
  Geekology.
• 1:38
  For
• 1:39
  those
• 1:39
  who
• 1:39
  don't
• 1:39
  know,
• 1:39
  that's
• 1:39
  our
• 1:40
  2026
• 1:40
  theme.
• 1:41
  Just
• 1:41
  looking
• 1:41
  at
• 1:41
  some
• 1:41
  of
• 1:41
  the
• 1:41
  characters,
• 1:43
  the
• 1:43
  main
• 1:43
  characters,
• 1:43
  and
• 1:44
  some
• 1:44
  of
• 1:44
  our
• 1:44
  favorite
• 1:44
  IPs
• 1:45
  and
• 1:45
  stuff.
• 1:46
  Early
• 1:46
  on
• 1:46
  in
• 1:46
  the
• 1:47
  year,
• 1:47
  we
• 1:47
  put
• 1:48
  up
• 1:48
  a
• 1:48
  vote
• 1:48
  to
• 1:48
  see
• 1:48
  what
• 1:48
  people
• 1:49
  wanted
• 1:49
  us
• 1:49
  to
• 1:49
  which
• 1:49
  characters
• 1:50
  they
• 1:50
  were
• 1:50
  most
• 1:50
  excited
• 1:51
  about.
• 1:51
  And
• 1:51
  Jiminy
• 1:52
  Cricket
• 1:52
  was
• 1:53
  one
• 1:53
  that
• 1:53
  got
• 1:53
  a
• 1:53
  lot
• 1:53
  of
• 1:54
  votes.
• 1:54
  So
• 1:55
  Andy
• 1:55
  Walsh
• 1:56
  and
• 1:56
  I
• 1:56
  are
• 1:56
  excited
• 1:57
  to
• 1:57
  talk
• 1:57
  about
• 1:57
  it.
• 1:57
  Andy,
• 1:58
  before
• 1:58
  we
• 1:58
  get
• 1:58
  into
• 1:59
  anything
• 1:59
  else,
• 1:59
  though,
• 1:59
  what
• 1:59
  have
• 1:59
  you
• 1:59
  been
• 2:00
  geeking
• 2:00
  out
• 2:00
  on
• 2:00
  lately?
• 2:01
  Well,
• 2:02
  you
• 2:02
  know,
• 2:02
  the
• 2:02
  wind
• 2:02
  was
• 2:02
  taking
• 2:03
  on
• 2:03
  my
• 2:03
  geek
• 2:03
  sails
• 2:04
  a
• 2:04
  little
• 2:04
  bit
• 2:04
  last
• 2:04
  night,
• 2:04
  but
• 2:04
  I
• 2:05
  am
• 2:05
  still
• 2:05
  excited
• 2:05
  about
• 2:06
  the
• 2:06
  New
• 2:07
  York
• 2:07
  Knicks
• 2:07
  in
• 2:07
  the
• 2:08
  NBA
• 2:08
  Finals.
• 2:09
  They
• 2:10
  had
• 2:10
  a
• 2:10
  historic
• 2:10
  run
• 2:11
  of
• 2:11
  13
• 2:12
  wins
• 2:12
  in
• 2:12
  a
• 2:12
  row,
• 2:14
  an
• 2:14
  outstanding
• 2:16
  point
• 2:16
  differential
• 2:17
  over
• 2:17
  those
• 2:17
  wins.
• 2:18
  And
• 2:19
  so,
• 2:19
  you
• 2:19
  know,
• 2:19
  we
• 2:19
  had
• 2:20
  a
• 2:20
  minus
• 2:20
  setback
• 2:20
  last
• 2:21
  night,
• 2:21
  but
• 2:21
  the
• 2:21
  future
• 2:22
  is
• 2:22
  still
• 2:22
  looking
• 2:23
  good.
• 2:24
  Nice.
• 2:24
  Nice.
• 2:25
  I'm
• 2:25
  going
• 2:26
  to
• 2:26
  be
• 2:26
  annoying
• 2:26
  and
• 2:26
  also
• 2:27
  kind
• 2:27
  of
• 2:27
  date
• 2:27
  this
• 2:28
  recording
• 2:29
  for
• 2:29
  when
• 2:30
  it
• 2:30
  comes
• 2:30
  out
• 2:30
  because,
• 2:31
  like,
• 2:32
  the
• 2:32
  state
• 2:32
  of
• 2:32
  play
• 2:33
  was
• 2:33
  relatively
• 2:34
  recent
• 2:35
  or
• 2:35
  like
• 2:35
  PlayStation's
• 2:36
  big
• 2:36
  event.
• 2:36
  Talking
• 2:37
  about
• 2:37
  all
• 2:37
  the
• 2:37
  games
• 2:37
  and
• 2:38
  stuff
• 2:38
  coming
• 2:38
  out
• 2:39
  and
• 2:39
  like
• 2:39
  all
• 2:40
  the
• 2:40
  other
• 2:40
  Kingdom
• 2:40
  Hearts
• 2:41
  fans
• 2:41
  who
• 2:41
  absolutely
• 2:41
  knew
• 2:42
  they
• 2:42
  weren't
• 2:42
  gonna
• 2:42
  say
• 2:42
  Kingdom
• 2:43
  Hearts,
• 2:43
  were
• 2:43
  still
• 2:44
  devastated
• 2:44
  that
• 2:44
  they
• 2:44
  didn't
• 2:45
  say
• 2:45
  Kingdom
• 2:45
  Hearts.
• 2:46
  But
• 2:48
  that
• 2:48
  new
• 2:48
  Hellboy
• 2:49
  coming.
• 2:49
  Hellboy,
• 2:50
  that
• 2:50
  new
• 2:50
  God
• 2:51
  of
• 2:51
  war
• 2:51
  coming
• 2:51
  out
• 2:51
  in
• 2:52
  the
• 2:52
  new
• 2:53
  Wolverine
• 2:53
  coming
• 2:54
  soon
• 2:54
  look
• 2:54
  just
• 2:55
  so
• 2:55
  good.
• 2:55
  So
• 2:55
  I've
• 2:55
  been
• 2:55
  geeking
• 2:56
  out,
• 2:56
  just
• 2:56
  watching
• 2:56
  like
• 2:56
  YouTube
• 2:57
  videos,
• 2:57
  some
• 2:57
  of
• 2:57
  the
• 2:57
  gameplay
• 2:58
  and
• 2:58
  stuff
• 2:58
  that
• 2:58
  they
• 2:58
  showed
• 2:59
  and
• 2:59
  getting
• 2:59
  excited
• 3:00
  for
• 3:00
  those.
• 3:00
  It
• 3:00
  looks
• 3:00
  like
• 3:01
  there'll
• 3:01
  be
• 3:01
  a
• 3:02
  fun
• 3:02
  time.
• 3:02
  Probably
• 3:03
  not
• 3:03
  as
• 3:03
  much
• 3:03
  fun
• 3:03
  as
• 3:03
  for
• 3:04
  me
• 3:04
  as
• 3:04
  a
• 3:04
  Kingdom
• 3:04
  Hearts
• 3:04
  4
• 3:05
  would
• 3:05
  have
• 3:05
  been,
• 3:05
  but
• 3:06
  I'm
• 3:06
  still
• 3:06
  gonna
• 3:06
  have
• 3:06
  fun.
• 3:07
  Yeah.
• 3:08
  Yeah,
• 3:08
  that,
• 3:08
  that
• 3:09
  Wolverine
• 3:09
  game,
• 3:10
  I
• 3:10
  was
• 3:10
  excited
• 3:10
  about
• 3:10
  all
• 3:11
  the
• 3:11
  X
• 3:11
  Men
• 3:11
  references
• 3:11
  and
• 3:12
  then
• 3:12
  I
• 3:12
  watched
• 3:12
  the
• 3:12
  actual
• 3:13
  gameplay
• 3:13
  and
• 3:13
  saw
• 3:14
  how
• 3:14
  gory
• 3:14
  it
• 3:14
  was
• 3:15
  and
• 3:15
  I
• 3:15
  went,
• 3:16
  maybe
• 3:16
  I'll
• 3:16
  stay
• 3:16
  with
• 3:16
  Lego
• 3:17
  Batman.
• 3:17
  Thank
• 3:17
  you.
• 3:19
  It
• 3:20
  is
• 3:20
  kind
• 3:20
  of
• 3:20
  funny
• 3:20
  though,
• 3:21
  because
• 3:21
  they're
• 3:21
  basically
• 3:21
  like,
• 3:21
  x
• 3:22
  Men
• 3:22
  don't
• 3:22
  exist
• 3:22
  in
• 3:22
  this
• 3:22
  world.
• 3:23
  And
• 3:23
  I'm
• 3:23
  like,
• 3:23
  fine.
• 3:24
  I
• 3:24
  guess
• 3:25
  I
• 3:25
  really
• 3:26
  was
• 3:26
  here
• 3:26
  for
• 3:26
  fighting
• 3:27
  as
• 3:27
  Wolverine.
• 3:27
  I
• 3:28
  some
• 3:28
  games
• 3:29
  I
• 3:29
  played
• 3:29
  for
• 3:29
  story
• 3:29
  and
• 3:30
  some
• 3:30
  I'm
• 3:30
  like,
• 3:30
  I
• 3:31
  want
• 3:31
  to
• 3:31
  be
• 3:31
  Wolverine.
• 3:33
  Yep,
• 3:33
  I
• 3:33
  saw
• 3:34
  a
• 3:35
  whatever
• 3:35
  in
• 3:36
  the
• 3:36
  blue
• 3:36
  squat,
• 3:36
  blue
• 3:37
  sky.
• 3:37
  Equivalent
• 3:37
  of
• 3:37
  a
• 3:38
  used
• 3:38
  to
• 3:38
  be
• 3:38
  a
• 3:38
  tweet
• 3:39
  is
• 3:39
  yesterday
• 3:40
  that
• 3:40
  was.
• 3:41
  Video
• 3:41
  games
• 3:41
  are
• 3:41
  basically
• 3:42
  playing
• 3:42
  with
• 3:42
  dolls.
• 3:43
  And
• 3:43
  the
• 3:43
  more
• 3:43
  the
• 3:43
  game
• 3:43
  just
• 3:44
  lets
• 3:44
  you
• 3:44
  play
• 3:44
  with
• 3:44
  dolls,
• 3:45
  the,
• 3:45
  the
• 3:45
  better
• 3:45
  it
• 3:46
  is.
• 3:46
  It's
• 3:47
  like,
• 3:47
  I
• 3:47
  don't
• 3:47
  know
• 3:47
  that
• 3:47
  that's
• 3:48
  always
• 3:48
  true,
• 3:48
  but
• 3:48
  you
• 3:49
  know,
• 3:49
  definitely
• 3:49
  what
• 3:49
  you
• 3:49
  were
• 3:49
  just
• 3:49
  describing
• 3:50
  fits
• 3:50
  into
• 3:50
  that
• 3:51
  category
• 3:51
  of
• 3:51
  I
• 3:52
  just
• 3:52
  want
• 3:52
  to
• 3:52
  be
• 3:52
  Wolverine.
• 3:53
  Yeah.
• 3:53
  Yeah,
• 3:54
  well,
• 3:54
  like
• 3:55
  Kingdom
• 3:55
  Hearts.
• 3:56
  Sorry,
• 3:56
  we're
• 3:56
  going
• 3:56
  on
• 3:57
  tangent.
• 3:57
  Kingdom
• 3:57
  Hearts,
• 3:57
  like
• 3:58
  I
• 3:58
  will
• 3:58
  sit
• 3:58
  there
• 3:58
  and
• 3:58
  they
• 3:59
  have
• 3:59
  like,
• 3:59
  they'll
• 3:59
  release
• 3:59
  where
• 4:00
  you
• 4:00
  can
• 4:00
  just
• 4:00
  watch
• 4:00
  all
• 4:00
  the
• 4:00
  videos
• 4:00
  and
• 4:01
  don't
• 4:01
  actually
• 4:01
  have
• 4:01
  to
• 4:01
  play.
• 4:01
  And
• 4:01
  I'm
• 4:02
  like,
• 4:02
  that's
• 4:02
  fine
• 4:02
  for
• 4:02
  me.
• 4:02
  Sometimes
• 4:03
  I'm
• 4:03
  like
• 4:03
  that.
• 4:04
  But
• 4:04
  like
• 4:04
  Wolverine,
• 4:05
  I.
• 4:05
  I
• 4:05
  just
• 4:06
  want
• 4:06
  to
• 4:06
  smash
• 4:06
  things.
• 4:07
  Like
• 4:07
  when
• 4:08
  you
• 4:08
  take
• 4:08
  the
• 4:08
  toys
• 4:08
  and
• 4:09
  just
• 4:09
  crush
• 4:09
  them
• 4:10
  together,
• 4:10
  that
• 4:10
  that's
• 4:10
  what
• 4:10
  I
• 4:10
  want.
• 4:12
  So
• 4:12
  yeah,
• 4:13
  I'm
• 4:13
  excited
• 4:13
  for
• 4:13
  that.
• 4:14
  Anyway,
• 4:14
  guys,
• 4:14
  we
• 4:15
  do
• 4:15
  want
• 4:15
  to
• 4:15
  shout
• 4:15
  out
• 4:15
  some
• 4:15
  of
• 4:16
  our
• 4:16
  financial
• 4:16
  supporters.
• 4:17
  You
• 4:17
  guys
• 4:17
  are
• 4:17
  amazing.
• 4:18
  Today
• 4:18
  I'm
• 4:18
  gonna
• 4:18
  mention
• 4:18
  Frank
• 4:19
  Toglauer.
• 4:20
  I'm
• 4:20
  not
• 4:20
  sure
• 4:20
  I'm
• 4:20
  saying
• 4:20
  your
• 4:21
  name
• 4:21
  right,
• 4:22
  but
• 4:22
  if
• 4:22
  you
• 4:22
  guys
• 4:23
  want
• 4:23
  your
• 4:23
  own
• 4:23
  shout
• 4:23
  out
• 4:24
  like
• 4:24
  Frank,
• 4:24
  you
• 4:25
  too
• 4:25
  can
• 4:26
  become
• 4:26

  in
• 4:29
  the
• 4:29
  show's
• 4:29

• 4:30
  and
• 4:31
  just
• 4:31
  put
• 4:31
  whatever
• 4:32
  you
• 4:32
  want
• 4:32
  there.
• 4:32
  I
• 4:32
  will
• 4:32
  attempt
• 4:33
  to
• 4:33
  pronounce
• 4:33
  it
• 4:33
  when
• 4:34
  I
• 4:34
  shout
• 4:34
  you
• 4:34
  out.
• 4:34
  So
• 4:35
  you

  don't
• 4:35
  even
• 4:35
  have
• 4:35
  to
• 4:35
  put
• 4:35
  your
• 4:35
  name.
• 4:35
  Just
• 4:36
  like,
• 4:36
  I
• 4:36
  wonder
• 4:36
  what
• 4:36
  Josh
• 4:36
  would
• 4:37
  do
• 4:37
  if
• 4:37
  I
• 4:37
  just
• 4:37
  hit
• 4:38
  A
• 4:38
  all
• 4:38
  the
• 4:38
  way
• 4:39
  through

• 4:39
  How's

• 4:42

• 4:43

  me
• 4:43
  that

  that's

• 4:45
  to
• 4:45
  become
• 4:45
  a
• 4:46

• 4:46
  though,
• 4:46
  you,
• 4:46
  you

  can
• 4:47
  still
• 4:47
  go
• 4:47
  to
• 4:47
  the
• 4:47
  website.
• 4:47
  You
• 4:47
  find
• 4:48
  like
• 4:48
  merch,
• 4:48
  you
• 4:48
  can
• 4:48
  do
• 4:49
  like
• 4:49
  a
• 4:49
  one
• 4:49
  time
• 4:49
  donation
• 4:50
  stuff
• 4:50
  like
• 4:50
  that.
• 4:50
  There's
• 4:50
  other
• 4:51
  stuff
• 4:51
  on
• 4:51
  the
• 4:51
  website
• 4:51
  other
• 4:52
  than
• 4:52
  just
• 4:52
  the
• 4:53

• 4:53
  thing,
• 4:53
  so
• 4:54
  I
• 4:54
  think
• 4:54
  it's
• 4:54
  worth
• 4:54
  checking
• 4:55
  out
• 4:55
  either
• 4:55
  way.
• 4:56
  Including
• 4:58
  the
• 4:59
  T
• 4:59
  shirt.
• 5:00
  I
• 5:00
  really
• 5:00
  like
• 5:01
  our
• 5:01
  annual
• 5:01
  themes
• 5:01
  T
• 5:01
  shirt
• 5:02
  this
• 5:02
  year.
• 5:02
  Their
• 5:02

• 5:02

• 5:03
  Us.
• 5:03
  It
• 5:03
  does
• 5:03
  look
• 5:04
  good
• 5:04
  in
• 5:04
  purple.
• 5:04
  Most
• 5:05
  of
• 5:05
  our
• 5:05
  shirts
• 5:05
  don't
• 5:06
  and
• 5:06
  I
• 5:06
  like
• 5:06
  a
• 5:07
  good
• 5:07
  purple
• 5:07

• 5:07
  So
• 5:08

• 5:09
  to
• 5:09
  support
• 5:09

• 5:15
  You
• 5:15
  can
• 5:15
  find
• 5:15
  that
• 5:15
  on
• 5:15
  the
• 5:16
  same
• 5:16
  website.
• 5:17
  Another
• 5:18
  link,
• 5:18
  different
• 5:18
  link,
• 5:19
  same
• 5:19
  show
• 5:19
  description.
• 5:20
  We'll
• 5:21
  have
• 5:21
  one
• 5:21

• 5:21
  the
• 5:21
  entirety
• 5:22
  of

  our
• 5:23

• 5:24

• 5:24
  Us
• 5:25
  series
• 5:25
  that
• 5:25
  we've
• 5:25
  done
• 5:25
  so
• 5:25
  far
• 5:26
  in
• 5:26
  2026.
• 5:28
  The
• 5:28
  only
• 5:28
  ones
• 5:28
  that
• 5:29
  won't
• 5:29
  be
• 5:29
  on
• 5:29
  the
• 5:29
  playlist
• 5:30
  will
• 5:30
  be
• 5:30
  the
• 5:30
  ones
• 5:30
  that
• 5:30
  were
• 5:31
  released
• 5:31
  as
• 5:32
  separate
• 5:32
  bonus
• 5:33
  episodes
• 5:33
  for
• 5:33
  free.
• 5:33
  On
• 5:34
  the
• 5:34
  website,
• 5:34
  but
• 5:34
  all
• 5:34
  the
• 5:34
  ones
• 5:35
  that
• 5:35
  have
• 5:35
  been
• 5:35
  on
• 5:35
  the
• 5:35
  main
• 5:35
  feed
• 5:36
  are
• 5:36
  in
• 5:36
  a
• 5:36
  single
• 5:36
  playlist
• 5:37
  using
• 5:37
  that
• 5:38
  link.
• 5:39
  So,
• 5:39
  all
• 5:39
  that
• 5:40
  said,
• 5:41
  it's
• 5:41
  time
• 5:41
  for
• 5:41
  us
• 5:41
  to
• 5:41
  jump
• 5:42
  into
• 5:42
  our
• 5:43
  main
• 5:43
  discussion,
• 5:44
  which
• 5:45
  we're
• 5:45
  talking
• 5:46
  Pinocchio,
• 5:47
  which
• 5:47
  is
• 5:48
  just,
• 5:48
  you
• 5:49
  know,
• 5:49
  like,
• 5:49
  we
• 5:49
  do
• 5:49
  a
• 5:49
  Disney
• 5:50
  series
• 5:50
  on
• 5:51
  here.
• 5:51
  There's
• 5:51
  like,
• 5:51
  the
• 5:51
  Disney
• 5:52
  stuff,
• 5:52
  and
• 5:52
  we
• 5:52
  go
• 5:52
  through,
• 5:53
  like,
• 5:53
  movie
• 5:53
  at
• 5:53
  a
• 5:53
  time.
• 5:54
  Like,
• 5:54
  I
• 5:54
  just
• 5:55
  don't
• 5:55
  expect
• 5:55
  some
• 5:55
  of
• 5:56
  these,
• 5:56
  like
• 5:56
  Pinocchio
• 5:57
  to
• 5:57
  show
• 5:57
  up
• 5:58
  outside
• 5:58
  of
• 5:58
  that,
• 5:58
  like,
• 5:59
  niche.
• 5:59
  Like,
• 5:59
  we're
• 6:00
  specifically
• 6:00
  talking
• 6:01
  about
• 6:01
  Disney
• 6:01
  animation,
• 6:02
  you
• 6:02
  know.
• 6:02
  Yeah,
• 6:03
  I
• 6:03
  did
• 6:03
  not
• 6:03
  see
• 6:03
  this
• 6:04
  one.
• 6:04
  Coming
• 6:04
  either,
• 6:06
  but
• 6:06
  here
• 6:06
  we
• 6:06
  are.
• 6:07
  So
• 6:07
  we're
• 6:07
  talking
• 6:08
  about
• 6:08
  Jiminy
• 6:08
  Cricket
• 6:09
  and
• 6:09
  his
• 6:09
  role
• 6:09
  across
• 6:10
  several
• 6:10
  iterations
• 6:11
  of
• 6:11
  Pinocchio.
• 6:12
  Most
• 6:13
  telling.
• 6:13
  I
• 6:13
  thought
• 6:13
  it
• 6:13
  was
• 6:13
  really
• 6:14
  interesting
• 6:14
  how
• 6:14
  they
• 6:14
  used
• 6:15
  him
• 6:15
  in
• 6:15
  the
• 6:18
  Del
• 6:18
  Goro.
• 6:20
  Guillermo
• 6:20
  del
• 6:21
  Toro.
• 6:21
  Yeah,
• 6:22
  his
• 6:22
  Pinocchio.
• 6:22
  I
• 6:22
  thought
• 6:22
  it
• 6:23
  was
• 6:23
  interesting
• 6:23
  how
• 6:23
  they
• 6:23
  used
• 6:23
  the
• 6:23
  Cricket
• 6:24
  there.
• 6:24
  I
• 6:24
  couldn't
• 6:25
  think
• 6:25
  of
• 6:25
  his
• 6:25
  name
• 6:25
  for
• 6:25
  the
• 6:25
  life
• 6:25
  of
• 6:26
  me.
• 6:26
  It's
• 6:26
  one
• 6:26
  of
• 6:26
  TJ's
• 6:27
  favorites.
• 6:27
  He
• 6:27
  thinks
• 6:28
  it's
• 6:28
  the
• 6:28
  superior
• 6:28
  Pinocchio
• 6:29
  movie.
• 6:31
  But
• 6:32
  how
• 6:32
  they
• 6:32
  used
• 6:32
  him
• 6:32
  in
• 6:33
  it
• 6:33
  there
• 6:33
  was
• 6:33
  interesting,
• 6:33
  and
• 6:34
  I
• 6:34
  think
• 6:34
  it
• 6:34
  has
• 6:34
  to
• 6:34
  do
• 6:35
  with
• 6:35
  what
• 6:35
  Disney
• 6:35
  did.
• 6:35
  Because
• 6:36
  in
• 6:36
  the
• 6:37
  book
• 6:37
  that
• 6:37
  little
• 6:38
  cricket
• 6:38
  dies
• 6:38
  pretty
• 6:39
  quick.
• 6:40
  Like,
• 6:41
  almost.
• 6:41
  Actually,
• 6:42
  I
• 6:42
  think
• 6:42
  it
• 6:42
  is
• 6:42
  literally
• 6:43
  immediately
• 6:43
  he's
• 6:44
  just
• 6:44
  dead.
• 6:46
  And
• 6:46
  Disney
• 6:47
  decided
• 6:47
  that
• 6:47
  wasn't
• 6:47
  great
• 6:48
  for
• 6:48
  a
• 6:48
  kid
• 6:48
  film,
• 6:48
  so
• 6:49
  they
• 6:49
  changed
• 6:49
  it.
• 6:49
  Made
• 6:50
  him
• 6:50
  to
• 6:50
  this
• 6:50
  lovable,
• 6:52
  you
• 6:52
  know,
• 6:52
  cricket
• 6:53
  on
• 6:53
  your
• 6:53
  shoulder.
• 6:54
  Speaking
• 6:54
  advice.
• 6:55
  Mild
• 6:55
  mannered,
• 6:56
  very
• 6:56
  kind
• 6:57
  character
• 6:58
  who
• 6:58
  really
• 6:59
  outlives
• 6:59
  the
• 6:59
  movie
• 7:00
  of
• 7:00
  Pinocchio.
• 7:01
  And
• 7:01
  I
• 7:01
  think
• 7:02
  that's
• 7:02
  why
• 7:03
  these
• 7:03
  other
• 7:03
  iterations
• 7:04
  like
• 7:04
  Del
• 7:04
  Toro's
• 7:05
  movie
• 7:06
  don't
• 7:06
  just
• 7:06
  have
• 7:06
  the
• 7:06
  cricket
• 7:07
  killed
• 7:07
  off
• 7:07
  immediately.
• 7:08
  I
• 7:08
  think
• 7:09
  Disney
• 7:09
  made
• 7:09
  the
• 7:10
  character
• 7:10
  more
• 7:10
  than
• 7:10
  he
• 7:10
  was,
• 7:11
  you
• 7:11
  know.
• 7:12
  Yeah.
• 7:12
  I
• 7:12
  mean,
• 7:13
  you
• 7:13
  say
• 7:13
  he
• 7:13
  outlived
• 7:14
  Pinocchio.
• 7:14
  I
• 7:14
  mean,
• 7:14
  he
• 7:15
  is
• 7:15
  one
• 7:15
  of
• 7:15
  the
• 7:15
  three
• 7:16
  faces
• 7:17
  of
• 7:18
  Disney.
• 7:19
  And
• 7:19
  I
• 7:19
  don't
• 7:19
  know
• 7:20
  about
• 7:20
  the
• 7:20
  seat,
• 7:20
  but,
• 7:21
  you
• 7:21
  know,
• 7:21
  as
• 7:22
  Mickey
• 7:22
  Mouse
• 7:22
  enters
• 7:23
  the
• 7:23
  public
• 7:23
  domain
• 7:24
  and,
• 7:24
  you
• 7:24
  know,
• 7:24
  is
• 7:24
  perhaps
• 7:25
  a
• 7:25
  little
• 7:25
  bit
• 7:25
  less
• 7:26
  usable
• 7:27
  as
• 7:27
  an
• 7:27
  identifiable
• 7:28
  character,
• 7:28
  Jiminy
• 7:29
  Cricket
• 7:29
  may
• 7:29
  come
• 7:30
  to
• 7:30
  the
• 7:30
  fore
• 7:30
  a
• 7:30
  bit
• 7:30
  more
• 7:31
  as
• 7:31
  the
• 7:32
  company
• 7:32
  mascot
• 7:34
  along
• 7:34
  with
• 7:34
  Tinkerbell.
• 7:35
  I
• 7:35
  don't
• 7:35
  know.
• 7:35
  I
• 7:36
  don't
• 7:36
  run
• 7:36
  Disney,
• 7:36
  but
• 7:37
  I
• 7:37
  just.
• 7:38
  Yeah,
• 7:38
  yeah,
• 7:39
  yeah.
• 7:39
  I
• 7:39
  mean,
• 7:39
  he's
• 7:39
  in.
• 7:40
  Well,
• 7:41
  so
• 7:41
  obviously
• 7:42
  he's
• 7:42
  in
• 7:42
  Pinocchio.
• 7:43
  And
• 7:43
  I
• 7:43
  think
• 7:43
  everyone
• 7:43
  listening
• 7:44
  probably
• 7:44
  knows
• 7:44
  he
• 7:45
  is
• 7:45
  the
• 7:45
  little
• 7:45
  cricket
• 7:46
  who
• 7:46
  is
• 7:46
  Pinocchio's
• 7:47
  conscious
• 7:47
  and
• 7:47
  gives
• 7:48
  him
• 7:48
  advice
• 7:48
  throughout
• 7:48
  the
• 7:48
  Disney
• 7:49
  animate
• 7:49
  film.
• 7:50
  Cricket.
• 7:51
  But
• 7:51
  he.
• 7:52
  Yeah.
• 7:53
  What
• 7:53
  did
• 7:53
  I
• 7:53
  say?
• 7:54
  No,
• 7:54
  you
• 7:54
  said
• 7:54
  Cricket,
• 7:55
  which
• 7:55
  is
• 7:55
  correct.
• 7:56
  He
• 7:56
  is
• 7:56
  called
• 7:56
  Jiminy
• 7:57
  Cricket,
• 7:57
  but
• 7:57
  he
• 7:58
  is
• 7:58
  a
• 7:58
  cricket
• 7:59
  because
• 7:59
  he
• 7:59
  has
• 8:00
  four
• 8:01
  limbs
• 8:01
  and
• 8:02
  no
• 8:02
  wings
• 8:04
  and
• 8:04
  is
• 8:05
  bipedal.
• 8:07
  Yeah.
• 8:08
  He
• 8:08
  looked
• 8:08
  kind
• 8:08
  of
• 8:08
  like
• 8:08
  an
• 8:08
  ant,
• 8:09
  but
• 8:09
  that.
• 8:10
  Besides
• 8:11
  with,
• 8:12
  like,
• 8:12
  less
• 8:12
  legs.
• 8:12
  I
• 8:12
  don't
• 8:13
  know,
• 8:13
  something
• 8:13
  about
• 8:13
  his
• 8:13
  face
• 8:13
  is
• 8:14
  weird
• 8:14
  to
• 8:14
  me.
• 8:14
  Okay.
• 8:14
  But
• 8:15
  he
• 8:15
  shows
• 8:15
  up
• 8:15
  in
• 8:16
  fun
• 8:16
  and
• 8:16
  fancy
• 8:16
  free,
• 8:18
  so
• 8:18
  it's
• 8:18
  one
• 8:18
  of
• 8:18
  the,
• 8:19
  like,
• 8:19
  package
• 8:20
  film
• 8:20
  era
• 8:20
  films.
• 8:21
  We
• 8:21
  have
• 8:21
  him
• 8:21
  in
• 8:21
  Mickey's
• 8:22
  Christmas
• 8:22
  Carol,
• 8:22
  who
• 8:23
  Framed
• 8:23
  Robert
• 8:23
  A
• 8:23
  Rabbit.
• 8:24
  He's
• 8:24
  in
• 8:24
  the
• 8:24
  Once
• 8:25
  Upon
• 8:25
  a
• 8:25
  Time
• 8:25
  show.
• 8:26
  For
• 8:26
  some
• 8:26
  reason,
• 8:27
  he's
• 8:27
  in
• 8:28
  a
• 8:28
  lot
• 8:28
  of
• 8:28
  educational
• 8:29
  shorts
• 8:29
  that
• 8:29
  Disney
• 8:29
  did
• 8:29
  like
• 8:30
  in
• 8:30
  the
• 8:30
  50s
• 8:30
  and
• 8:30
  60s.
• 8:32
  And
• 8:32
  of
• 8:32
  course,
• 8:33
  most
• 8:33
  notably
• 8:33
  for
• 8:34
  me,
• 8:34
  he
• 8:34
  is
• 8:35
  in
• 8:35
  all
• 8:35
  of
• 8:35
  the
• 8:35
  Kingdom
• 8:35
  Hearts
• 8:36
  games
• 8:36
  because
• 8:36
  he
• 8:36
  is
• 8:37
  the
• 8:37
  one
• 8:37
  who
• 8:37
  has
• 8:37
  the
• 8:37
  journal
• 8:38
  that
• 8:38
  logs
• 8:39
  everything
• 8:39
  that's
• 8:39
  happened.
• 8:39
  Yeah.
• 8:40
  And
• 8:40
  I
• 8:40
  think,
• 8:42
  rightly
• 8:42
  or
• 8:42
  wrongly,
• 8:42
  I
• 8:43
  kind
• 8:43
  of
• 8:43
  associate
• 8:43
  him
• 8:43
  with
• 8:44
  the
• 8:44
  wonderful
• 8:44
  world
• 8:45
  of
• 8:45
  Disney,
• 8:46
  like,
• 8:46
  presentations.
• 8:47
  The,
• 8:47
  you
• 8:47
  know.
• 8:48
  Oh,
• 8:48
  yeah,
• 8:48
  the,
• 8:48
  like,
• 8:49
  Sunday
• 8:49
  night,
• 8:50
  you
• 8:50
  know,
• 8:50
  feature.
• 8:51
  Sometimes
• 8:51
  it'd
• 8:51
  be
• 8:51
  a
• 8:51
  feature
• 8:52
  film,
• 8:52
  sometimes
• 8:52
  it
• 8:52
  was
• 8:53
  more
• 8:53
  like
• 8:53
  a
• 8:53
  documentary
• 8:54
  behind
• 8:54
  the
• 8:54
  scenes
• 8:55
  kind
• 8:55
  of
• 8:55
  thing.
• 8:55
  Or
• 8:55
  maybe
• 8:55
  I'm
• 8:56
  merging
• 8:56
  different
• 8:56
  kinds
• 8:56
  of
• 8:57
  shows.
• 8:57
  But
• 8:57
  anyway,
• 8:57
  I.
• 8:58
  I
• 8:58
  remember
• 8:58
  him
• 8:58
  being
• 8:59
  a
• 8:59
  presenter
• 9:00
  character
• 9:01
  on.
• 9:02
  On
• 9:02
  Disney
• 9:03
  programs
• 9:03
  of
• 9:03
  my
• 9:04
  childhood.
• 9:04
  Yeah.
• 9:05
  Yeah.
• 9:05
  I
• 9:05
  think
• 9:05
  he
• 9:06
  was
• 9:06
  in
• 9:06
  House
• 9:06
  of
• 9:06
  Mouse
• 9:06
  a
• 9:06
  lot
• 9:07
  too,
• 9:07
  I
• 9:07
  feel
• 9:07
  like.
• 9:08
  But
• 9:08
  it
• 9:08
  definitely
• 9:09
  outlives
• 9:09
  this
• 9:10
  one
• 9:10
  film.
• 9:11
  So
• 9:11
  if
• 9:11
  you
• 9:11
  don't
• 9:11
  know
• 9:11
  who
• 9:11
  Jiminy
• 9:12
  Cricket
• 9:12
  is,
• 9:13
  I'm
• 9:13
  kind
• 9:13
  of
• 9:13
  impressed,
• 9:13
  actually,
• 9:15
  because
• 9:15
  he's
• 9:15
  pretty
• 9:16
  much
• 9:16
  everywhere.
• 9:18
  Yeah.
• 9:18
  So
• 9:19
  in
• 9:19
  the
• 9:19
  original
• 9:19
  book,
• 9:20
  we
• 9:20
  mentioned
• 9:20
  it
• 9:21
  earlier,
• 9:22
  what
• 9:22
  actually
• 9:22
  happens?
• 9:24
  Pinocchio
• 9:25
  the
• 9:25
  cricket
• 9:26
  tries
• 9:26
  to
• 9:26
  give
• 9:26
  him
• 9:26
  some
• 9:26
  advice.
• 9:27
  Pinocchio
• 9:28
  being
• 9:28
  the
• 9:28
  nice
• 9:28
  little
• 9:29
  boy,
• 9:29
  he
• 9:29
  took
• 9:29
  the
• 9:30
  book,
• 9:30
  throws
• 9:30
  it
• 9:30
  against
• 9:31
  at
• 9:31
  the
• 9:31
  little
• 9:31
  cricket
• 9:32
  and
• 9:32
  murders
• 9:32
  it
• 9:33
  so
• 9:33
  that
• 9:33
  it
• 9:33
  will
• 9:33
  shut
• 9:34
  up.
• 9:35
  And
• 9:35
  then
• 9:35
  later
• 9:35
  on
• 9:35
  throughout
• 9:36
  the
• 9:36
  book,
• 9:36
  the
• 9:36
  cricket
• 9:36
  kind
• 9:37
  of
• 9:37
  comes
• 9:37
  back
• 9:37
  as
• 9:37
  like
• 9:37
  a
• 9:37
  ghost
• 9:38
  and
• 9:38
  he's
• 9:39
  just
• 9:39
  kind
• 9:39
  of
• 9:39
  Pinocchio's
• 9:40
  conscious.
• 9:40
  Pretty
• 9:41
  different,
• 9:41
  I
• 9:41
  think,
• 9:41
  from
• 9:41
  the
• 9:42
  version
• 9:42
  most
• 9:42
  people
• 9:42
  are
• 9:42
  familiar
• 9:43
  with,
• 9:43
  because
• 9:43
  most
• 9:43
  people
• 9:43
  aren't
• 9:44
  familiar
• 9:44
  with
• 9:44
  the
• 9:44
  book
• 9:44
  anymore,
• 9:45
  I
• 9:45
  don't
• 9:45
  think.
• 9:46
  Yeah,
• 9:46
  yeah.
• 9:47
  I
• 9:47
  certainly
• 9:47
  never
• 9:47
  read
• 9:47
  the
• 9:47
  book.
• 9:49
  When
• 9:50
  you
• 9:50
  told
• 9:50
  me
• 9:50
  about
• 9:50
  that
• 9:51
  or
• 9:51
  when
• 9:51
  I
• 9:51
  read
• 9:51
  about
• 9:51
  it
• 9:52
  in
• 9:52
  your
• 9:52
  outline,
• 9:52
  I
• 9:52
  was.
• 9:52
  Oh,
• 9:53
  this
• 9:53
  is
• 9:53
  all
• 9:53
  news
• 9:53
  to
• 9:53
  me.
• 9:54
  Interesting.
• 9:56
  That's
• 9:56
  pretty
• 9:57
  funny.
• 9:57
  So
• 9:58
  for
• 9:58
  you
• 9:58
  then
• 9:59
  and
• 9:59
  for,
• 9:59
  you
• 9:59
  know,
• 10:00
  I
• 10:00
  guess
• 10:00
  that
• 10:01
  most
• 10:01
  people.
• 10:01
  Could
• 10:02
  you
• 10:02
  maybe
• 10:03
  just
• 10:03
  lay
• 10:03
  out
• 10:03
  who
• 10:03
  is.
• 10:04
  What
• 10:04
  is
• 10:05
  Jiminy's
• 10:05
  Cricket
• 10:06
  story
• 10:06
  in
• 10:06
  the
• 10:07
  Disney
• 10:07
  animated
• 10:07
  film?
• 10:08
  Yeah.
• 10:08
  So
• 10:09
  just
• 10:09
  like
• 10:09
  he
• 10:10
  is
• 10:10
  a
• 10:10
  cricket
• 10:10
  with
• 10:10
  air
• 10:11
  quotes.
• 10:11
  He's
• 10:11
  kind
• 10:11
  of
• 10:11
  a
• 10:11
  conscience
• 10:12
  with
• 10:12
  air
• 10:12
  quotes.
• 10:14
  He's
• 10:14
  the
• 10:14
  narrator
• 10:15
  of
• 10:15
  the
• 10:16
  story.
• 10:19
  He
• 10:19
  reminds
• 10:19
  me
• 10:19
  of
• 10:20
  Gonzo
• 10:21
  and
• 10:21
  Rizzo
• 10:21
  the
• 10:21
  rat
• 10:21
  in
• 10:22
  Muppet
• 10:22
  Christmas
• 10:22
  Carol.
• 10:23
  It's
• 10:23
  sort
• 10:23
  of
• 10:23
  a
• 10:24
  waifish
• 10:26
  character
• 10:27
  sort
• 10:28
  of
• 10:28
  drifting
• 10:28
  through
• 10:28
  town.
• 10:29
  And
• 10:30
  it's
• 10:30
  like,
• 10:30
  oh,
• 10:30
  what
• 10:30
  light
• 10:31
  through
• 10:31
  yonder
• 10:31
  window
• 10:32
  breaks?
• 10:32
  Let
• 10:32
  me
• 10:32
  go
• 10:32
  check
• 10:32
  that
• 10:33
  out.
• 10:33
  Maybe
• 10:33
  I
• 10:34
  can
• 10:34
  get
• 10:34
  something
• 10:34
  to
• 10:34
  eat
• 10:34
  and
• 10:35
  get
• 10:35
  somewhere
• 10:35
  to
• 10:35
  stay
• 10:35
  warm
• 10:36
  and,
• 10:37
  you
• 10:38
  know,
• 10:38
  peeps
• 10:39
  on
• 10:39
  Geppetto
• 10:40
  putting
• 10:41
  the
• 10:41
  finishing
• 10:41
  touches
• 10:42
  on
• 10:42
  his
• 10:43
  marionette,
• 10:44
  Pinocchio,
• 10:45
  and,
• 10:46
  you
• 10:46
  know,
• 10:46
  introducing
• 10:47
  him
• 10:47
  to
• 10:47
  his
• 10:48
  pet
• 10:48
  cat
• 10:48
  and
• 10:49
  his
• 10:49
  pet
• 10:49
  fish.
• 10:50
  And
• 10:52
  Jiminy
• 10:52
  Cricket
• 10:53
  just
• 10:53
  kind
• 10:53
  of,
• 10:53
  you
• 10:53
  know,
• 10:54
  enjoys
• 10:54
  the
• 10:55
  show
• 10:55
  and
• 10:55
  then
• 10:55
  just
• 10:55
  sort
• 10:56
  of
• 10:56
  crashes
• 10:56
  there.
• 10:57
  And
• 10:57
  Geppetto,
• 10:58
  you
• 10:59
  know,
• 10:59
  as
• 10:59
  he's
• 11:00
  drifting
• 11:00
  off
• 11:00
  to
• 11:00
  sleep,
• 11:01
  makes
• 11:01
  some
• 11:01
  kind
• 11:01
  of
• 11:01
  comment
• 11:01
  about
• 11:02
  wishing
• 11:03
  that,
• 11:03
  you
• 11:03
  know,
• 11:03
  Pinocchio
• 11:04
  was
• 11:04
  a
• 11:04
  real
• 11:04
  boy.
• 11:05
  And
• 11:06
  so
• 11:07
  the
• 11:07
  Blue
• 11:07
  Fairy
• 11:07
  shows
• 11:08
  up
• 11:08
  to
• 11:08
  bring
• 11:09
  to
• 11:09
  animate
• 11:10
  Pinocchio.
• 11:11
  And,
• 11:12
  you
• 11:12
  know,
• 11:13
  Jiminy
• 11:13
  Cricket
• 11:14
  kind
• 11:14
  of
• 11:14
  gets
• 11:14
  tangled
• 11:14
  up
• 11:14
  in
• 11:15
  this.
• 11:15
  Because
• 11:15
  he's
• 11:15
  there,
• 11:16
  he
• 11:16
  kind
• 11:16
  of
• 11:16
  gets
• 11:16
  tangled
• 11:16
  up
• 11:16
  in
• 11:17
  this.
• 11:17
  Like,
• 11:17
  what,
• 11:17
  you
• 11:17
  know,
• 11:17
  what's,
• 11:18
  you
• 11:18
  know,
• 11:18
  who's
• 11:19
  going
• 11:19
  to
• 11:19
  look
• 11:19
  out
• 11:19
  for
• 11:19
  Pinocchio?
• 11:20
  Like,
• 11:20
  you
• 11:20
  know,
• 11:21
  Blue
• 11:21
  Fairy.
• 11:22
  I'm
• 11:22
  not
• 11:22
  sure.
• 11:22
  You're
• 11:23
  being
• 11:23
  a
• 11:23
  very
• 11:23
  responsible
• 11:24
  parent
• 11:25
  slash
• 11:26
  wish
• 11:27
  granter.
• 11:28
  You've
• 11:28
  animated
• 11:28
  and
• 11:29
  given
• 11:29
  sentience
• 11:29
  to
• 11:30
  this
• 11:30
  being
• 11:31
  without
• 11:31
  any
• 11:31
  sort
• 11:32
  of
• 11:32
  development
• 11:33
  or
• 11:33
  education
• 11:34
  or
• 11:34
  anything.
• 11:35
  I
• 11:36
  think
• 11:36
  we
• 11:36
  need
• 11:36
  some
• 11:37
  training
• 11:37
  wheels
• 11:38
  on
• 11:38
  this
• 11:38
  bike
• 11:38
  here.
• 11:38
  And
• 11:39
  volunteers,
• 11:40
  or
• 11:40
  is
• 11:41
  conscripted
• 11:41
  to
• 11:41
  be
• 11:42
  his
• 11:42
  conscience,
• 11:44
  proceeds
• 11:45
  to
• 11:45
  then
• 11:45
  oversleep
• 11:45
  on
• 11:45
  his
• 11:46
  first
• 11:46
  day
• 11:46
  on
• 11:46
  the
• 11:46
  job,
• 11:47
  allowing
• 11:48
  Pinocchio
• 11:48
  to
• 11:48
  be
• 11:49
  taken
• 11:49
  in
• 11:50
  by
• 11:52
  a
• 11:52
  couple
• 11:52
  of
• 11:53
  ne'
• 11:53
  er
• 11:53
  do
• 11:53
  wells
• 11:54
  who
• 11:55
  talk
• 11:55
  him
• 11:56
  out
• 11:56
  of
• 11:56
  going
• 11:56
  to
• 11:56
  school
• 11:56
  and
• 11:57
  instead
• 11:57
  going
• 11:57
  to
• 11:59
  star
• 12:00
  in
• 12:00
  a
• 12:01
  puppet
• 12:02
  exploitation
• 12:02
  show.
• 12:03
  I
• 12:03
  don't
• 12:03
  really
• 12:03
  know
• 12:04
  what.
• 12:05
  I
• 12:05
  don't
• 12:05
  know
• 12:06
  how
• 12:06
  to
• 12:06
  describe
• 12:06
  that.
• 12:06
  Right.
• 12:06
  But
• 12:07
  it's
• 12:07
  a
• 12:07
  puppet
• 12:07
  show,
• 12:07
  I
• 12:08
  guess,
• 12:08
  that
• 12:08
  is
• 12:08
  also
• 12:08
  somehow
• 12:09
  kind
• 12:09
  of
• 12:09
  a
• 12:09
  scam.
• 12:09
  But
• 12:09
  it's
• 12:10
  not
• 12:10
  clear
• 12:10
  what
• 12:10
  the
• 12:10
  scam
• 12:10
  is,
• 12:12
  except
• 12:12
  that
• 12:12
  it's
• 12:13
  also
• 12:13
  exploiting
• 12:13
  Pinocchio
• 12:14
  as
• 12:14
  the
• 12:14
  like.
• 12:15
  Well,
• 12:15
  here's
• 12:15
  a.
• 12:15
  Here's
• 12:16
  a
• 12:16
  puppet
• 12:16
  that
• 12:16
  we
• 12:16
  don't
• 12:16
  have
• 12:17
  to
• 12:17
  puppet.
• 12:17
  And
• 12:17
  people
• 12:17
  will
• 12:17
  be
• 12:18
  intrigued
• 12:18
  by
• 12:18
  that.
• 12:20
  And
• 12:22
  so
• 12:22
  then
• 12:22
  Jiminy
• 12:23
  Cricket
• 12:23
  tries
• 12:23
  to
• 12:24
  rescue
• 12:24
  him
• 12:24
  from.
• 12:25
  Pinocchio
• 12:25
  discovers
• 12:26
  that
• 12:26
  this
• 12:26
  is
• 12:27
  not
• 12:27
  a.
• 12:27
  A
• 12:28
  one
• 12:28
  off.
• 12:28
  He's
• 12:29
  now
• 12:30
  imprisoned
• 12:30
  by
• 12:31
  the
• 12:32
  Stromboli,
• 12:32
  the
• 12:33
  puppet
• 12:34
  show
• 12:35
  auteur.
• 12:36
  And
• 12:37
  so
• 12:37
  Jiminy
• 12:38
  Cricket
• 12:38
  tries
• 12:38
  to
• 12:38
  rescue
• 12:39
  him
• 12:39
  from
• 12:39
  that,
• 12:40
  but
• 12:41
  can't
• 12:41
  pick
• 12:41
  the
• 12:41
  lock
• 12:42
  because
• 12:42
  it's
• 12:42
  too
• 12:43
  old.
• 12:43
  And
• 12:44
  so
• 12:45
  Pinocchio
• 12:45
  winds
• 12:46
  up
• 12:46
  in
• 12:47
  Pleasure
• 12:48
  island
• 12:48
  in
• 12:48
  this
• 12:48
  whole
• 12:48
  other
• 12:49
  scam
• 12:49
  of
• 12:49
  turning
• 12:50
  boys
• 12:51
  into
• 12:51
  donkeys
• 12:52
  for
• 12:53
  cheap
• 12:54
  labor.
• 12:57
  And
• 12:57
  they
• 12:58
  finally
• 12:58
  get
• 12:58
  out
• 12:58
  of
• 12:59
  that
• 12:59
  and.
• 12:59
  And
• 13:00
  then
• 13:00
  Jiminy
• 13:01
  Cricket
• 13:01
  and
• 13:02
  Pinocchio
• 13:02
  go
• 13:02
  home
• 13:03
  and
• 13:03
  find
• 13:03
  that
• 13:03
  Geppetto
• 13:04
  has
• 13:04
  gone
• 13:04
  looking
• 13:04
  for
• 13:04
  his
• 13:05
  missing
• 13:06
  boy
• 13:07
  and
• 13:08
  has
• 13:08
  wound
• 13:08
  up
• 13:09
  in
• 13:09
  the
• 13:09
  belly
• 13:09
  of
• 13:09
  a
• 13:09
  whale.
• 13:09
  And
• 13:10
  so
• 13:10
  the
• 13:10
  third
• 13:10
  act
• 13:10
  is
• 13:11
  now
• 13:11
  we're
• 13:11
  in
• 13:11
  the
• 13:11
  belly
• 13:11
  of
• 13:12
  the
• 13:12
  whale.
• 13:12
  How
• 13:12
  do
• 13:12
  we
• 13:12
  get
• 13:12
  out
• 13:13
  of
• 13:13
  that?
• 13:13
  Oh,
• 13:14
  that's
• 13:14
  right.
• 13:15
  Whales
• 13:16
  can
• 13:16
  sneeze
• 13:17
  and.
• 13:18
  Yeah,
• 13:18
  yeah.
• 13:19
  And,
• 13:19
  you
• 13:19
  know,
• 13:20
  so
• 13:20
  I,
• 13:20
  you
• 13:21
  know,
• 13:21
  I
• 13:21
  had
• 13:21
  not
• 13:22
  watched
• 13:22
  this
• 13:22
  movie
• 13:23
  since
• 13:23
  probably
• 13:24
  I
• 13:24
  was
• 13:24
  a
• 13:24
  child.
• 13:24
  I
• 13:24
  don't
• 13:25
  think
• 13:25
  our
• 13:25
  kids
• 13:26
  were
• 13:26
  interested
• 13:26
  in
• 13:26
  it.
• 13:26
  I
• 13:27
  don't
• 13:27
  remember
• 13:27
  watching
• 13:27
  with
• 13:27
  our
• 13:27
  kids.
• 13:28
  Maybe
• 13:28
  my
• 13:28
  wife
• 13:28
  did
• 13:29
  when
• 13:29
  I
• 13:29
  wasn't
• 13:29
  around
• 13:29
  because
• 13:31
  she
• 13:31
  had
• 13:32
  more
• 13:32
  time
• 13:32
  with
• 13:32
  them
• 13:32
  when
• 13:32
  they
• 13:32
  were
• 13:33
  that
• 13:33
  age.
• 13:33
  But.
• 13:34
  Yeah,
• 13:35
  so
• 13:36
  the
• 13:36
  donkey
• 13:36
  thing
• 13:36
  freaked
• 13:37
  me
• 13:37
  out
• 13:37
  as
• 13:37
  a
• 13:37
  little
• 13:37
  kid.
• 13:37
  So
• 13:37
  it
• 13:38
  was
• 13:38
  never
• 13:38
  one
• 13:38
  that
• 13:38
  I
• 13:38
  was
• 13:38
  really
• 13:38
  all
• 13:39
  that
• 13:39
  interested
• 13:39
  in
• 13:39
  revisiting.
• 13:40
  I
• 13:40
  kind
• 13:40
  of
• 13:41
  put
• 13:41
  it
• 13:41
  on
• 13:41
  in
• 13:41
  the
• 13:41
  background
• 13:42
  yesterday
• 13:42
  just
• 13:42
  to
• 13:42
  refresh
• 13:43
  my
• 13:43
  memory
• 13:43
  a
• 13:43
  little
• 13:43
  bit
• 13:44
  of
• 13:45
  what
• 13:46
  exactly
• 13:46
  happens.
• 13:47
  I
• 13:47
  remember
• 13:48
  the
• 13:48
  whale,
• 13:48
  I
• 13:48
  remember
• 13:48
  the
• 13:48
  donkeys.
• 13:49
  I
• 13:49
  remember
• 13:51
  I've
• 13:51
  got
• 13:51
  no
• 13:51
  strings
• 13:51
  to
• 13:52
  hold
• 13:52
  me
• 13:52
  down.
• 13:52
  But
• 13:53
  wasn't
• 13:53
  exactly
• 13:54
  sure
• 13:54
  of
• 13:54
  all
• 13:54
  the
• 13:54
  plot
• 13:55
  mechanics.
• 13:56
  And
• 13:56
  yeah,
• 13:57
  Jiminy
• 13:58
  Cricket
• 13:58
  kind
• 13:58
  of.
• 13:59
  Kind
• 13:59
  of.
• 13:59
  All
• 13:59
  right.
• 14:00
  Kind
• 14:00
  of
• 14:00
  helps
• 14:00
  out.
• 14:01
  Kind
• 14:01
  of
• 14:01
  falls
• 14:02
  asleep
• 14:02
  at
• 14:02
  the
• 14:02
  wheel
• 14:02
  some.
• 14:03
  Yeah,
• 14:03
  yeah.
• 14:04
  Also
• 14:04
  fun
• 14:05
  in
• 14:05
  the
• 14:05
  book.
• 14:05
  I'm
• 14:05
  pretty
• 14:05
  sure
• 14:05
  it's
• 14:06
  a
• 14:06
  big
• 14:06
  shark
• 14:06
  instead
• 14:07
  of
• 14:07
  a
• 14:07
  whale.
• 14:07
  Okay.
• 14:08
  Which
• 14:08
  is
• 14:08
  definitely
• 14:09
  cooler.
• 14:10
  But
• 14:12
  yeah,
• 14:12
  so
• 14:12
  we
• 14:13
  have.
• 14:13
  We've
• 14:13
  actually
• 14:13
  reviewed
• 14:14
  several
• 14:14
  Pinocchios
• 14:15
  on
• 14:15
  this
• 14:15
  show,
• 14:15
  weirdly
• 14:16
  enough,
• 14:17
  but
• 14:17
  during
• 14:18
  the
• 14:18
  Disney
• 14:18
  eras,
• 14:19
  TJ
• 14:19
  and
• 14:19
  I
• 14:19
  talk
• 14:19
  about
• 14:19
  why
• 14:20
  a
• 14:20
  lot
• 14:20
  of
• 14:20
  people
• 14:20
  consider
• 14:20
  the
• 14:21
  animated
• 14:21
  one
• 14:22
  basically
• 14:22
  the
• 14:23
  perfect
• 14:23
  animated
• 14:24
  film.
• 14:24
  So
• 14:24
  this
• 14:24
  is
• 14:25
  like
• 14:25
  the
• 14:25
  standard
• 14:26
  for
• 14:26
  animators.
• 14:27
  But
• 14:27
  I
• 14:27
  think
• 14:27
  that's
• 14:27
  more
• 14:28
  from
• 14:28
  like
• 14:28
  an
• 14:28
  art
• 14:28
  perspective
• 14:29
  than
• 14:29
  a
• 14:29
  story
• 14:30
  perspective
• 14:30
  because
• 14:31
  they
• 14:31
  just
• 14:31
  do
• 14:32
  a
• 14:32
  lot
• 14:32
  of
• 14:32
  really
• 14:32
  interesting
• 14:33
  things
• 14:33
  for
• 14:33
  the
• 14:33
  time.
• 14:34
  Because
• 14:34
  you
• 14:34
  gotta
• 14:34
  remember,
• 14:34
  this
• 14:35
  is
• 14:35
  a
• 14:35
  really,
• 14:35
  really
• 14:35
  old
• 14:36
  film,
• 14:36
  guys.
• 14:38
  It
• 14:39
  is
• 14:39
  not
• 14:39
  by
• 14:40
  any
• 14:40
  means
• 14:41
  from
• 14:41
  our.
• 14:41
  My
• 14:42
  generation.
• 14:43
  I
• 14:43
  don't
• 14:43
  think
• 14:43
  it's
• 14:43
  actually.
• 14:43
  I
• 14:44
  don't
• 14:44
  think
• 14:44
  it's
• 14:44
  from
• 14:44
  Andy's
• 14:44
  generation
• 14:45
  really
• 14:45
  either.
• 14:45
  Thank
• 14:46
  you.
• 14:46
  No,
• 14:47
  I,
• 14:47
  I
• 14:48
  would
• 14:48
  not
• 14:48
  even
• 14:48
  remember.
• 14:48
  How
• 14:49
  old
• 14:49
  it
• 14:49
  is,
• 14:49
  but
• 14:49
  I'm
• 14:49
  pretty
• 14:49
  sure
• 14:50
  I
• 14:50
  wouldn't.
• 14:51
  I
• 14:51
  would
• 14:51
  say
• 14:51
  that
• 14:51
  it's
• 14:51
  for
• 14:52
  my
• 14:52
  grandparents
• 14:52
  generation.
• 14:53
  I
• 14:53
  don't
• 14:53
  think
• 14:53
  even
• 14:54
  think.
• 14:54
  Yeah,
• 14:54
  that
• 14:55
  would
• 14:55
  have
• 14:55
  been
• 14:55
  my
• 14:55
  guess.
• 14:56
  So.
• 14:56
  Yeah,
• 14:57
  yeah,
• 14:58
  yeah.
• 14:58
  But
• 14:59
  I
• 14:59
  think,
• 14:59
  you
• 14:59
  know,
• 14:59
  I
• 14:59
  think
• 15:00
  it's
• 15:00
  a
• 15:00
  good
• 15:00
  movie
• 15:00
  overall.
• 15:01
  I,
• 15:01
  I
• 15:02
  think
• 15:02
  Jiminy
• 15:03
  Cricket's
• 15:03
  role.
• 15:04
  And
• 15:04
  that's
• 15:04
  what's
• 15:05
  weird
• 15:05
  to
• 15:05
  me.
• 15:05
  It's
• 15:05
  like
• 15:06
  somehow
• 15:07
  culturally,
• 15:08
  he
• 15:08
  seems
• 15:08
  to
• 15:08
  have
• 15:08
  a
• 15:09
  bigger
• 15:09
  impact
• 15:09
  than
• 15:09
  he
• 15:09
  actually
• 15:10
  has
• 15:10
  in
• 15:10
  this
• 15:11
  story.
• 15:12
  Yeah,
• 15:12
  yeah,
• 15:13
  there's
• 15:13
  definitely
• 15:13
  a.
• 15:14
  Like,
• 15:14
  well,
• 15:14
  what
• 15:14
  if
• 15:14
  Indiana
• 15:15
  Jones
• 15:15
  was
• 15:15
  never
• 15:15
  in
• 15:16
  the
• 15:16
  movie?
• 15:17
  Would
• 15:17
  it
• 15:17
  be
• 15:17
  any
• 15:17
  different?
• 15:18
  There's
• 15:18
  a
• 15:18
  little
• 15:18
  bit
• 15:18
  of
• 15:18
  that
• 15:19
  flavor
• 15:19
  to
• 15:19
  Jiminy
• 15:19
  Cricket
• 15:20
  too.
• 15:21
  Yeah,
• 15:21
  yeah.
• 15:21
  And
• 15:22
  it's.
• 15:22
  It
• 15:22
  is
• 15:23
  weird
• 15:23
  because,
• 15:23
  like,
• 15:24
  again,
• 15:24
  the
• 15:24
  book
• 15:25
  compared
• 15:25
  to
• 15:26
  the
• 15:26
  movie.
• 15:26
  The
• 15:26
  book,
• 15:27
  Jiminy
• 15:27
  Cricket's
• 15:28
  dead.
• 15:28
  He
• 15:28
  comes
• 15:28
  back
• 15:28
  as
• 15:28
  a
• 15:28
  ghost
• 15:29
  a
• 15:29
  couple
• 15:29
  times
• 15:29
  to
• 15:29
  be
• 15:29
  like,
• 15:29
  hey,
• 15:30
  what
• 15:30
  are
• 15:30
  you
• 15:30
  doing?
• 15:30
  But
• 15:30
  he's
• 15:30
  like,
• 15:31
  not
• 15:31
  really
• 15:31
  there
• 15:32
  for
• 15:32
  most
• 15:32
  of
• 15:32
  it.
• 15:33
  And
• 15:33
  Pinocchio
• 15:34
  in
• 15:34
  the
• 15:34
  movie
• 15:35
  is
• 15:35
  kind
• 15:35
  of
• 15:35
  naive
• 15:35
  and
• 15:36
  he
• 15:36
  goes
• 15:36
  along
• 15:36
  with
• 15:36
  stuff
• 15:36
  in
• 15:37
  the
• 15:37
  book.
• 15:37
  Pinocchio
• 15:38
  is
• 15:38
  just
• 15:38
  kind
• 15:39
  of
• 15:39
  an
• 15:39
  asshole
• 15:39
  kid.
• 15:40
  Like,
• 15:40
  you're
• 15:40
  like,
• 15:40
  this
• 15:41
  kid
• 15:41
  might
• 15:42
  be
• 15:42
  the
• 15:42
  worst
• 15:42
  child.
• 15:44
  Like,
• 15:44
  he's
• 15:44
  just
• 15:44
  not
• 15:45
  good.
• 15:46
  So
• 15:46
  it
• 15:46
  is
• 15:46
  kind
• 15:47
  of
• 15:47
  funny
• 15:47
  seeing
• 15:47
  those
• 15:47
  differences
• 15:48
  as
• 15:49
  well.
• 15:49
  And
• 15:50
  I
• 15:50
  just
• 15:50
  not
• 15:50
  sure
• 15:51
  how
• 15:51
  much
• 15:51
  of
• 15:52
  an
• 15:52
  impact
• 15:52
  it
• 15:52
  was.
• 15:53
  Jiminy
• 15:53
  Crickets
• 15:53
  and
• 15:54
  more
• 15:54
  that
• 15:54
  they
• 15:54
  just
• 15:54
  wrote
• 15:55
  Pinocchio
• 15:55
  as
• 15:56
  more
• 15:56
  naive
• 15:56
  in
• 15:56
  this,
• 15:56
  you
• 15:57
  know.
• 15:57
  Yeah,
• 15:58
  that's
• 15:58
  fair.
• 15:59
  Also,
• 16:00
  let's
• 16:00
  just
• 16:00
  point
• 16:00
  out,
• 16:01
  you
• 16:01
  know,
• 16:01
  Jiminy
• 16:02
  Cricket
• 16:02
  at
• 16:02
  the
• 16:03
  end
• 16:03
  of
• 16:03
  the
• 16:03
  movie
• 16:03
  for
• 16:03
  doing
• 16:03
  very
• 16:04
  little
• 16:04
  gets
• 16:04
  a
• 16:04
  very
• 16:04
  shiny
• 16:05
  medal.
• 16:05
  Unlike
• 16:05
  Chewbacca,
• 16:06
  who
• 16:06
  did
• 16:06
  a
• 16:06
  whole
• 16:06
  lot
• 16:06
  more
• 16:07
  for
• 16:07
  a
• 16:07
  lot
• 16:07
  less
• 16:07
  reward.
• 16:10
  Poor
• 16:10
  Chewy.
• 16:10
  Poor
• 16:11
  Chewy.
• 16:12
  So
• 16:13
  do
• 16:13
  you
• 16:13
  have
• 16:13
  any,
• 16:14
  like,
• 16:14
  favorite
• 16:14
  lines
• 16:15
  or
• 16:15
  moments
• 16:15
  from
• 16:15
  Jiminy
• 16:16
  Cricket
• 16:16
  that
• 16:16
  like
• 16:16
  stand
• 16:17
  out
• 16:17
  to
• 16:17
  you
• 16:17
  or
• 16:17
  is
• 16:18
  it
• 16:18
  just.
• 16:19
  I
• 16:19
  don't
• 16:19
  know.
• 16:21
  Yeah,
• 16:21
  I
• 16:22
  mean,
• 16:22
  you
• 16:22
  know,
• 16:22
  I
• 16:23
  think
• 16:23
  my
• 16:23
  favorite
• 16:23
  bit
• 16:23
  was.
• 16:24
  That
• 16:24
  was
• 16:24
  the
• 16:24
  lock
• 16:25
  picking
• 16:25
  bit.
• 16:25
  I'm
• 16:25
  just
• 16:25
  like,
• 16:26
  oh,
• 16:26
  I
• 16:26
  can
• 16:26
  get
• 16:26
  you
• 16:26
  out
• 16:26
  of
• 16:27
  this
• 16:27
  cage.
• 16:27
  Oh,
• 16:28
  no,
• 16:28
  never
• 16:29
  mind.
• 16:29
  It's
• 16:30
  the
• 16:30
  wrong
• 16:30
  model.
• 16:30
  I
• 16:30
  don't
• 16:31
  know
• 16:31
  how
• 16:31
  to
• 16:31
  pick
• 16:31
  this
• 16:31
  lock.
• 16:32
  I'm
• 16:32
  not
• 16:33
  that
• 16:33
  kind
• 16:33
  of
• 16:33
  cricket.
• 16:34
  Like,
• 16:34
  I
• 16:34
  don't
• 16:34
  understand.
• 16:35
  I
• 16:36
  just
• 16:36
  don't
• 16:36
  understand
• 16:36
  here
• 16:37
  what's
• 16:37
  going
• 16:37
  on.
• 16:38
  Yeah,
• 16:39
  but
• 16:39
  yeah,
• 16:39
  like
• 16:40
  I
• 16:40
  said,
• 16:40
  I
• 16:41
  wasn't
• 16:41
  totally
• 16:41
  engaged
• 16:42
  with
• 16:42
  it
• 16:42
  this
• 16:42
  time.
• 16:43
  And
• 16:43
  so
• 16:44
  perhaps
• 16:44
  that
• 16:44
  allows
• 16:45
  a
• 16:45
  bit
• 16:45
  more
• 16:45
  cynical
• 16:45
  distance.
• 16:47
  And
• 16:47
  you're
• 16:48
  absolutely
• 16:48
  right
• 16:48
  that
• 16:49
  it's
• 16:49
  a
• 16:49
  gorgeous
• 16:49
  looking
• 16:50
  film
• 16:50
  and
• 16:51
  very
• 16:51
  well
• 16:51
  animated.
• 16:53
  No
• 16:53
  notes
• 16:53
  on
• 16:54
  that
• 16:54
  front,
• 16:55
  but
• 16:55
  yeah,
• 16:56
  just
• 16:56
  a
• 16:56
  bit
• 16:57
  puzzling
• 16:59
  in
• 16:59
  terms
• 16:59
  of
• 16:59
  story
• 16:59
  structure.
• 17:01
  I
• 17:02
  would
• 17:02
  still
• 17:02
  put
• 17:03
  AI
• 17:03
  artificial
• 17:04
  intelligence
• 17:04
  as
• 17:05
  my
• 17:05
  favorite
• 17:05
  Pinocchio
• 17:05
  story
• 17:06
  or
• 17:06
  the
• 17:06
  best
• 17:06
  Pinocchio
• 17:07
  story
• 17:08
  with
• 17:08
  all
• 17:08
  respect
• 17:08
  to
• 17:09
  tj.
• 18:11
  Oh,
• 18:11
  poor
• 18:12
  tj.
• 18:12
  But.
• 18:14
  But
• 18:14
  the.
• 18:15
  Yeah,
• 18:16
  I
• 18:16
  mean,
• 18:16
  it's
• 18:16
  weird.
• 18:17
  I
• 18:17
  can't
• 18:17
  think
• 18:17
  of
• 18:17
  anything
• 18:17
  in
• 18:18
  this.
• 18:18
  Like,
• 18:19
  I
• 18:19
  like
• 18:19
  how
• 18:20
  he
• 18:20
  narrates
• 18:20
  it
• 18:21
  in
• 18:21
  a
• 18:21
  funny
• 18:21
  fancy
• 18:22
  free.
• 18:22
  Like
• 18:22
  I
• 18:22
  found
• 18:22
  that
• 18:23
  was
• 18:23
  actually
• 18:23
  really
• 18:23
  compelling
• 18:24
  way
• 18:24
  to
• 18:24
  tell
• 18:25
  the
• 18:25
  story
• 18:25
  because
• 18:26
  he's
• 18:26
  a
• 18:26
  likable
• 18:26
  character,
• 18:28
  obviously.
• 18:28
  I
• 18:28
  like
• 18:28
  him
• 18:29
  in
• 18:29
  Kingdom
• 18:29
  Hearts.
• 18:29
  He's
• 18:30
  very
• 18:30
  useful
• 18:30
  that
• 18:30
  he
• 18:31
  keeps
• 18:31
  my
• 18:31
  journal
• 18:31
  and
• 18:32
  I
• 18:32
  can
• 18:32
  go
• 18:32
  and
• 18:32
  see
• 18:32
  which
• 18:33
  dalmatians
• 18:33
  I've
• 18:33
  found
• 18:34
  or
• 18:34
  not
• 18:34
  found
• 18:34
  yet.
• 18:35
  But
• 18:36
  like,
• 18:36
  I
• 18:36
  can't
• 18:37
  think
• 18:37
  of
• 18:37
  anything
• 18:37
  specific
• 18:38
  that
• 18:38
  he
• 18:38
  said
• 18:38
  or
• 18:38
  did
• 18:38
  that
• 18:39
  I'm
• 18:39
  like,
• 18:39
  oh,
• 18:39
  yeah,
• 18:39
  that
• 18:39
  was
• 18:40
  my
• 18:40
  favorite
• 18:40
  Jiminy
• 18:41
  Cricket.
• 18:43
  So
• 18:44
  I
• 18:44
  don't
• 18:44
  know,
• 18:44
  I'm
• 18:44
  kind
• 18:44
  of
• 18:44
  at
• 18:45
  a
• 18:45
  loss.
• 18:45
  I
• 18:45
  do.
• 18:45
  Like,
• 18:46
  when
• 18:46
  he
• 18:46
  shows
• 18:46
  up,
• 18:46
  he
• 18:47
  is
• 18:47
  a
• 18:47
  likable
• 18:47
  character.
• 18:48
  I
• 18:48
  think,
• 18:48
  for
• 18:48
  me,
• 18:50
  I
• 18:50
  feel
• 18:50
  like
• 18:50
  I'm
• 18:51
  gonna
• 18:51
  sound
• 18:51
  too
• 18:51
  much
• 18:51
  like
• 18:51
  the.
• 18:52
  Like
• 18:52
  a.
• 18:52
  Like
• 18:52
  Gen
• 18:53
  Z
• 18:53
  almost,
• 18:53
  but
• 18:54
  I'm
• 18:54
  like,
• 18:54
  it's
• 18:54
  almost
• 18:55
  more
• 18:55
  about
• 18:55
  the
• 18:55
  vibe.
• 18:56
  Like,
• 18:56
  Jiminy
• 18:56
  Cricket
• 18:57
  shows
• 18:57
  up.
• 18:57
  He's
• 18:58
  a
• 18:58
  calming,
• 18:59
  friendly,
• 19:00
  wise
• 19:00
  presence,
• 19:01
  but
• 19:02
  I
• 19:02
  don't
• 19:02
  think
• 19:02
  of
• 19:02
  anything
• 19:02
  that
• 19:03
  I'm
• 19:03
  like,
• 19:03
  oh,
• 19:03
  that
• 19:03
  was
• 19:03
  a
• 19:03
  good
• 19:03
  line.
• 19:04
  Or
• 19:04
  I
• 19:04
  like
• 19:04
  how
• 19:04
  he
• 19:04
  did
• 19:04
  that
• 19:04
  or
• 19:05
  anything.
• 19:05
  It
• 19:05
  just
• 19:05
  kind
• 19:05
  of
• 19:06
  like,
• 19:06
  if
• 19:06
  he
• 19:06
  shows
• 19:07
  up
• 19:07
  in
• 19:07
  something,
• 19:07
  I'm
• 19:07
  like,
• 19:08
  oh,
• 19:08
  I
• 19:08
  know
• 19:08
  what
• 19:08
  he's
• 19:09
  supposed
• 19:09
  to
• 19:09
  be,
• 19:09
  and
• 19:10
  I
• 19:10
  can
• 19:10
  connect
• 19:11
  there,
• 19:11
  you
• 19:11
  know?
• 19:12
  Yeah,
• 19:13
  I
• 19:13
  think
• 19:13
  you're
• 19:14
  right
• 19:14
  that
• 19:14
  he
• 19:14
  works
• 19:14
  very
• 19:15
  well
• 19:15
  as
• 19:15
  the
• 19:15
  narrator
• 19:16
  of
• 19:16
  the
• 19:16
  story,
• 19:17
  and
• 19:17
  so
• 19:18
  it
• 19:18
  makes
• 19:18
  sense
• 19:18
  to
• 19:19
  insert
• 19:20
  him
• 19:20
  into
• 19:20
  the
• 19:20
  story
• 19:20
  so
• 19:21
  that
• 19:21
  he
• 19:21
  can
• 19:21
  be
• 19:21
  present
• 19:21
  for
• 19:22
  the
• 19:22
  events
• 19:23
  and
• 19:23
  not
• 19:23
  just
• 19:23
  sort
• 19:23
  of
• 19:24
  looming
• 19:24
  or
• 19:24
  lurking
• 19:25
  through
• 19:25
  the
• 19:25
  whole
• 19:25
  story.
• 19:26
  And.
• 19:27
  Yeah,
• 19:27
  yeah,
• 19:28
  I
• 19:28
  suppose
• 19:29
  he
• 19:29
  does
• 19:30
  provide
• 19:30
  a
• 19:31
  certain
• 19:31
  level
• 19:31
  of,
• 19:32
  like,
• 19:33
  he
• 19:33
  seemed,
• 19:34
  you
• 19:34
  know,
• 19:34
  for
• 19:34
  much
• 19:34
  as.
• 19:34
  As
• 19:34
  much
• 19:35
  as
• 19:35
  we're
• 19:35
  kind
• 19:35
  of
• 19:35
  going,
• 19:35
  what
• 19:35
  in
• 19:35
  the
• 19:36
  world
• 19:36
  is
• 19:36
  happening
• 19:36
  in
• 19:36
  this
• 19:36
  story?
• 19:37
  To
• 19:37
  a
• 19:37
  certain
• 19:37
  extent,
• 19:38
  that
• 19:38
  is
• 19:38
  also
• 19:38
  Jiminy
• 19:39
  Cricket's
• 19:39
  reaction
• 19:40
  as.
• 19:41
  As
• 19:42
  unsuccessful
• 19:43
  as
• 19:43
  he
• 19:43
  is
• 19:43
  largely
• 19:44
  in
• 19:44
  averting
• 19:45
  the
• 19:45
  problems
• 19:46
  of
• 19:46
  the
• 19:46
  story
• 19:46
  or,
• 19:47
  you
• 19:47
  know,
• 19:47
  averting
• 19:48
  the
• 19:48
  troubles
• 19:49
  that
• 19:49
  befall
• 19:50
  everyone,
• 19:50
  he
• 19:50
  kind
• 19:50
  of
• 19:51
  has
• 19:51
  a
• 19:51
  sense
• 19:51
  of,
• 19:51
  this
• 19:52
  is.
• 19:52
  This
• 19:52
  is
• 19:52
  not
• 19:52
  a
• 19:53
  good
• 19:53
  idea.
• 19:53
  What
• 19:54
  are
• 19:54
  we
• 19:54
  doing?
• 19:54
  This
• 19:55
  is
• 19:55
  bonkers.
• 19:56
  Don't
• 19:56
  send
• 19:57
  this
• 19:57
  kid
• 19:57
  out
• 19:57
  into
• 19:57
  the
• 19:57
  world
• 19:58
  this
• 19:58
  unprepared
• 19:59
  for
• 19:59
  everything
• 20:00
  around
• 20:00
  him.
• 20:02
  And
• 20:02
  so
• 20:03
  he
• 20:03
  does
• 20:03
  seem
• 20:03
  to
• 20:03
  be,
• 20:03
  like,
• 20:04
  the
• 20:04
  one
• 20:04
  responsible
• 20:04
  adult
• 20:05
  in
• 20:05
  the
• 20:05
  world.
• 20:06
  Even
• 20:07
  if
• 20:07
  he's
• 20:08
  not
• 20:08
  the
• 20:08
  most.
• 20:08
  Maybe
• 20:09
  competent,
• 20:09
  he's
• 20:09
  at
• 20:09
  least
• 20:10
  the
• 20:10
  most
• 20:10
  intelligent
• 20:11
  or
• 20:11
  the
• 20:11
  most
• 20:11
  sort
• 20:11
  of
• 20:13
  worldly
• 20:13
  wise
• 20:14
  character
• 20:16
  among
• 20:18
  the
• 20:19
  good
• 20:19
  guys,
• 20:19
  for
• 20:19
  lack
• 20:20
  of
• 20:20
  a
• 20:20
  better
• 20:20
  word,
• 20:20
  among
• 20:21
  the
• 20:21
  heroes
• 20:21
  and
• 20:21
  protagonists
• 20:22
  of
• 20:22
  the
• 20:22
  story.
• 20:23
  Yeah,
• 20:23
  I
• 20:23
  do
• 20:24
  kind
• 20:24
  of
• 20:24
  wonder.
• 20:25
  I
• 20:25
  don't.
• 20:25
  Like,
• 20:25
  I
• 20:25
  don't
• 20:26
  know
• 20:26
  if
• 20:26
  they
• 20:26
  thought
• 20:26
  this
• 20:26
  deep
• 20:27
  about
• 20:27
  it,
• 20:27
  but
• 20:27
  part
• 20:28
  of
• 20:28
  me
• 20:28
  is
• 20:28
  wondering
• 20:28
  if
• 20:28
  it's
• 20:29
  literally
• 20:29
  because
• 20:29
  of
• 20:30
  his
• 20:30
  size.
• 20:30
  Like,
• 20:31
  if
• 20:31
  he
• 20:31
  was
• 20:32
  a
• 20:32
  large
• 20:32
  human,
• 20:33
  would
• 20:33
  Pinocchio
• 20:34
  have
• 20:34
  listened
• 20:34
  to
• 20:34
  him
• 20:35
  better?
• 20:35
  Like,
• 20:35
  is
• 20:35
  it
• 20:35
  because
• 20:36
  he's
• 20:36
  just
• 20:36
  so
• 20:36
  easy
• 20:36
  to
• 20:37
  ignore
• 20:37
  because
• 20:37
  he's
• 20:38
  literally
• 20:38
  a
• 20:38
  cricket,
• 20:40
  you
• 20:40
  know?
• 20:41
  Yeah,
• 20:42
  I
• 20:42
  mean,
• 20:42
  that's
• 20:42
  a
• 20:42
  good
• 20:43
  question.
• 20:43
  It's
• 20:43
  hard
• 20:43
  because
• 20:44
  Pinocchio
• 20:44
  just
• 20:44
  has
• 20:44
  no
• 20:45
  reference
• 20:46
  on
• 20:46
  the
• 20:46
  world
• 20:46
  at
• 20:46
  all.
• 20:47
  Right.
• 20:47
  It's
• 20:47
  hard
• 20:48
  to
• 20:48
  know
• 20:48
  if
• 20:48
  he
• 20:48
  would.
• 20:49
  If
• 20:49
  he
• 20:49
  would
• 20:49
  recognize
• 20:50
  anybody
• 20:51
  else.
• 20:51
  But,
• 20:51
  yeah,
• 20:51
  I
• 20:51
  suppose
• 20:52
  his
• 20:52
  naivete
• 20:53
  does
• 20:53
  lead
• 20:53
  him
• 20:54
  to
• 20:54
  just
• 20:54
  sort
• 20:54
  of
• 20:54
  kind
• 20:54
  of
• 20:55
  blindly
• 20:55
  trust
• 20:55
  Honest
• 20:56
  John
• 20:57
  because,
• 20:58
  you
• 20:58
  know,
• 20:59
  because
• 20:59
  he's
• 21:00
  an
• 21:00
  adult,
• 21:00
  because
• 21:00
  he
• 21:00
  seems
• 21:00
  to
• 21:00
  know
• 21:01
  what
• 21:01
  he's
• 21:01
  talking
• 21:01
  about.
• 21:01
  I
• 21:01
  don't
• 21:01
  know.
• 21:01
  Jiminy
• 21:02
  Cricket
• 21:02
  also
• 21:02
  seems
• 21:03
  to
• 21:03
  know
• 21:03
  what
• 21:03
  he's
• 21:03
  talking
• 21:03
  about,
• 21:04
  But
• 21:06
  I
• 21:06
  think
• 21:06
  maybe
• 21:06
  the
• 21:06
  issue
• 21:07
  there
• 21:07
  is
• 21:07
  more
• 21:07
  just
• 21:08
  like
• 21:09
  doing
• 21:09
  stuff
• 21:09
  is
• 21:09
  more
• 21:09
  interesting
• 21:10
  than
• 21:10
  not
• 21:10
  doing
• 21:10
  stuff.
• 21:12
  So
• 21:12
  I'm
• 21:12
  going
• 21:12
  to
• 21:12
  give
• 21:12
  this
• 21:12
  a
• 21:12
  try.
• 21:13
  It
• 21:13
  seems
• 21:13
  like
• 21:13
  fun.
• 21:16
  So
• 21:16
  true.
• 21:16
  So
• 21:16
  true.
• 21:16
  Well,
• 21:17
  you
• 21:17
  know,
• 21:17
  we've
• 21:17
  kind
• 21:17
  of
• 21:17
  danced
• 21:18
  around
• 21:18
  this
• 21:18
  for
• 21:18
  a
• 21:18
  minute,
• 21:19
  but
• 21:19
  in
• 21:20
  all
• 21:20
  of
• 21:20
  our.
• 21:21
  The
• 21:21
  faces
• 21:21
  behind
• 21:22
  this
• 21:22
  episodes,
• 21:22
  we
• 21:23
  want
• 21:23
  to
• 21:23
  ask
• 21:23
  and
• 21:24
  look
• 21:24
  at,
• 21:24
  like,
• 21:24
  how
• 21:25
  would
• 21:25
  the
• 21:25
  story
• 21:25
  be
• 21:25
  different
• 21:26
  without
• 21:27
  the
• 21:27
  character's
• 21:27
  influence?
• 21:29
  And
• 21:30
  I
• 21:30
  don't
• 21:31
  know
• 21:31
  if
• 21:32
  what's
• 21:32
  funny
• 21:33
  is,
• 21:33
  I.
• 21:34
  I
• 21:34
  personally,
• 21:35
  I
• 21:35
  think
• 21:35
  he
• 21:36
  had
• 21:36
  a
• 21:36
  more
• 21:36
  of
• 21:36
  an
• 21:36
  impact
• 21:37
  in
• 21:37
  the
• 21:37
  book
• 21:37
  than
• 21:38
  he
• 21:38
  did
• 21:38
  in
• 21:38
  the
• 21:38
  animated
• 21:39
  film,
• 21:40
  and
• 21:40
  he
• 21:40
  died
• 21:41
  immediately
• 21:41
  in
• 21:41
  the
• 21:42
  book.
• 21:43
  But
• 21:44
  the
• 21:44
  moment
• 21:44
  he
• 21:44
  comes
• 21:44
  back
• 21:44
  as
• 21:45
  a
• 21:45
  ghost
• 21:45
  and
• 21:45
  he
• 21:45
  says
• 21:45
  something
• 21:46
  here
• 21:46
  and
• 21:46
  there,
• 21:46
  like,
• 21:46
  I
• 21:47
  think
• 21:47
  the
• 21:47
  scarcity
• 21:48
  of
• 21:48
  him
• 21:49
  and
• 21:49
  then
• 21:49
  just
• 21:50
  appearing
• 21:50
  momentarily
• 21:51
  and
• 21:51
  then
• 21:51
  it
• 21:51
  being
• 21:51
  so
• 21:52
  obviously
• 21:52
  supernatural,
• 21:53
  I
• 21:53
  think
• 21:53
  had
• 21:53
  more
• 21:53
  of
• 21:54
  an
• 21:54
  impact
• 21:54
  of,
• 21:54
  oh,
• 21:54
  hey,
• 21:55
  I
• 21:56
  should
• 21:56
  listen
• 21:56
  to
• 21:56
  this
• 21:57
  ghost
• 21:57
  that
• 21:57
  was
• 21:57
  brought
• 21:58
  back
• 21:58
  from
• 21:58
  the
• 21:58
  dead
• 21:59
  to
• 21:59
  tell
• 21:59
  me
• 21:59
  that
• 21:59
  I'm
• 21:59
  being
• 22:00
  stupid.
• 22:01
  Seems
• 22:01
  to
• 22:01
  have
• 22:01
  more
• 22:01
  of
• 22:01
  an
• 22:02
  impact
• 22:02
  than
• 22:03
  the
• 22:03
  tiny
• 22:03
  little
• 22:04
  cricket
• 22:04
  who
• 22:04
  keeps
• 22:04
  following
• 22:04
  one
• 22:05
  around
• 22:05
  that's
• 22:05
  going,
• 22:06
  don't
• 22:06
  do
• 22:06
  that.
• 22:07
  You
• 22:08
  know?
• 22:09
  Yeah,
• 22:09
  he
• 22:10
  seems
• 22:10
  to.
• 22:10
  I
• 22:11
  mean,
• 22:11
  he
• 22:11
  is
• 22:11
  aware
• 22:12
  of
• 22:12
  the
• 22:12
  problems.
• 22:13
  He
• 22:13
  does
• 22:13
  have
• 22:13
  a
• 22:13
  bit
• 22:14
  of
• 22:14
  a
• 22:14
  Cassandra
• 22:14
  role
• 22:15
  that
• 22:15
  he
• 22:15
  can
• 22:15
  see
• 22:16
  that
• 22:16
  the
• 22:16
  problem's
• 22:16
  coming
• 22:16
  and
• 22:17
  no
• 22:17
  one
• 22:17
  listens
• 22:17
  to
• 22:17
  him.
• 22:19
  But
• 22:20
  his
• 22:20
  role
• 22:20
  is
• 22:21
  more
• 22:21
  of
• 22:22
  trying
• 22:22
  to
• 22:22
  help
• 22:22
  Pinocchio
• 22:23
  out
• 22:23
  of
• 22:23
  the
• 22:23
  scrapes
• 22:23
  that
• 22:24
  he
• 22:24
  gets
• 22:24
  into,
• 22:25
  because
• 22:25
  he
• 22:25
  doesn't
• 22:25
  listen
• 22:26
  to
• 22:26
  his
• 22:26
  conscience,
• 22:27
  which
• 22:27
  is
• 22:27
  not
• 22:27
  really
• 22:27
  the
• 22:27
  function

  doesn't

  I

  we

  literally
• 23:41
  witnessing

  48

  hours
• 23:43
  of

  Pinocchio's

  He

  no

• 23:47
  right
• 23:48
  and

  wrong.
• 23:48
  He's

  just

  kind
• 23:49
  of
• 23:49
  like,
• 23:49
  I
• 23:49
  don't

  know.
• 23:50
  I'm
• 23:50
  here.
• 23:50
  I'm
• 23:50
  doing
• 23:51
  stuff.
• 23:51
  This
• 23:52
  is
• 23:52
  fun.
• 23:52
  Oh,
• 23:52
  wait,
• 23:52
  no,
• 23:53
  it's
• 23:53
  not
• 23:53
  fun.
• 23:53
  Help.
• 23:54
  I
• 23:54
  don't
• 23:54
  want
• 23:54
  to
• 23:54
  be
• 23:54
  on
• 23:55
  this
• 23:55
  ride
• 23:55
  anymore.
• 23:56
  He.
• 23:57
  Yeah,
• 23:57
  yeah.
• 23:58
  What's.
• 23:58
  It's
• 23:59
  too.
• 23:59
  Man.
• 24:00
  I
• 24:00
  hate
• 24:00
  to
• 24:01
  do
• 24:01
  this,
• 24:01
  but,
• 24:01
  like,
• 24:01
  I
• 24:02
  don't
• 24:02
  have
• 24:02
  a
• 24:02
  lot
• 24:02
  of
• 24:02
  reference
• 24:02
  for
• 24:03
  Jiminy
• 24:03
  Cricket.
• 24:04
  So
• 24:04
  I
• 24:04
  apologize,
• 24:05
  Will,
• 24:05
  that
• 24:05
  I
• 24:05
  have
• 24:05
  to
• 24:05
  keep
• 24:05
  bringing
• 24:06
  up
• 24:06
  Kingdom
• 24:06
  Hearts.
• 24:07
  But,
• 24:08
  like,
• 24:08
  I
• 24:08
  do
• 24:08
  think
• 24:09
  it's
• 24:09
  funny
• 24:09
  how
• 24:10
  in
• 24:10
  the
• 24:10
  very
• 24:10
  first
• 24:10
  Kingdom
• 24:11
  Hearts
• 24:11
  game,
• 24:11
  you
• 24:11
  have
• 24:12
  Jiminy
• 24:12
  Cricket.
• 24:12
  He's
• 24:12
  just
• 24:13
  like,
• 24:13
  with
• 24:13
  Donald
• 24:13
  and
• 24:13
  Goofy,
• 24:14
  you
• 24:14
  run
• 24:14
  into
• 24:15
  him.
• 24:15
  That's
• 24:15
  your
• 24:15
  little
• 24:16
  gang
• 24:16
  sora,
• 24:16
  Donald,
• 24:17
  Goofy.
• 24:17
  Then
• 24:17
  you
• 24:17
  have
• 24:17
  tiny
• 24:18
  little
• 24:18
  Pinocchio,
• 24:18
  and
• 24:19
  all
• 24:19
  he
• 24:19
  does
• 24:19
  is,
• 24:19
  like,
• 24:19
  take
• 24:19
  the
• 24:19
  journal.
• 24:20
  But,
• 24:20
  like,
• 24:21
  you
• 24:21
  see
• 24:21
  Pinocchio
• 24:22
  in
• 24:22
  a
• 24:22
  wrong
• 24:23
  world,
• 24:23
  and
• 24:23
  he's
• 24:24
  like,
• 24:24
  oh,
• 24:24
  Pinocchio,
• 24:24
  what
• 24:24
  are
• 24:25
  you
• 24:25
  doing
• 24:25
  here?
• 24:25
  And
• 24:25
  he's
• 24:25
  like,
• 24:25
  oh,
• 24:26
  I
• 24:26
  lost
• 24:26
  Geppetto.
• 24:27
  He's
• 24:27
  in
• 24:27
  a
• 24:27
  big
• 24:27
  whale
• 24:28
  somewhere.
• 24:29
  And
• 24:29
  he's
• 24:29
  like,
• 24:29
  so
• 24:30
  are
• 24:30
  them.
• 24:30
  I'll
• 24:30
  help.
• 24:32
  And
• 24:32
  then
• 24:32
  later,
• 24:32
  Pinocchio's
• 24:33
  heart
• 24:33
  gets
• 24:33
  stolen
• 24:34
  from,
• 24:34
  and
• 24:34
  he's
• 24:35
  just
• 24:35
  like,
• 24:35
  oh,
• 24:35
  I
• 24:36
  like
• 24:36
  Pinocchio.
• 24:36
  Go
• 24:37
  help
• 24:37
  him.
• 24:38
  I'm
• 24:38
  like,
• 24:38
  what?
• 24:38
  What
• 24:38
  is
• 24:39
  he
• 24:39
  actually
• 24:39
  doing
• 24:39
  here?
• 24:39
  Like,
• 24:40
  the
• 24:40
  journal
• 24:40
  part,
• 24:41
  I
• 24:41
  get,
• 24:41
  like.
• 24:41
  I
• 24:41
  get
• 24:42
  the
• 24:42
  function
• 24:42
  in
• 24:42
  the
• 24:42
  game,
• 24:42
  but,
• 24:43
  like,
• 24:43
  as
• 24:43
  far
• 24:43
  as,
• 24:43
  like,
• 24:43
  story
• 24:44
  wise,
• 24:44
  we
• 24:45
  were
• 24:45
  probably
• 24:45
  gonna
• 24:46
  go
• 24:46
  help
• 24:46
  Pinocchio
• 24:47
  getting
• 24:47
  his
• 24:48
  heart
• 24:48
  stolen
• 24:48
  either
• 24:49
  way,
• 24:49
  right?
• 24:50
  Like,
• 24:50
  I
• 24:51
  felt
• 24:51
  like
• 24:51
  he
• 24:51
  was
• 24:51
  just
• 24:51
  kind
• 24:52
  of
• 24:52
  there
• 24:52
  to
• 24:52
  say
• 24:52
  the
• 24:53
  obvious
• 24:53
  thing.
• 24:54
  I
• 24:54
  don't
• 24:55
  know.
• 24:56
  Which
• 24:56
  feels
• 24:56
  like
• 24:56
  kind
• 24:56
  of
• 24:57
  his
• 24:57
  role
• 24:57
  in
• 24:57
  the
• 24:57
  movie,
• 24:57
  too,
• 24:58
  is
• 24:58
  he
• 24:58
  just
• 24:58
  kind
• 24:58
  of
• 24:59
  says
• 24:59
  the
• 24:59
  obvious
• 25:00
  thing,
• 25:00
  right?
• 25:01
  So
• 25:02
  I'm
• 25:02
  not
• 25:02
  sure
• 25:03
  that
• 25:03
  any
• 25:04
  of
• 25:04
  these
• 25:04
  stories
• 25:04
  would
• 25:04
  be
• 25:05
  drastically
• 25:05
  different
• 25:05
  without
• 25:06
  him.
• 25:07
  The
• 25:07
  only
• 25:07
  exception
• 25:08
  is
• 25:08
  fun
• 25:08
  and
• 25:09
  fancy
• 25:09
  free
• 25:09
  because
• 25:09
  he's
• 25:10
  the
• 25:10
  one
• 25:10
  telling
• 25:10
  the
• 25:10
  story.
• 25:11
  So
• 25:11
  without
• 25:11
  him,
• 25:11
  we
• 25:12
  wouldn't
• 25:12
  have
• 25:12
  heard
• 25:12
  the
• 25:13
  story.
• 25:13
  That's
• 25:13
  the
• 25:13
  only
• 25:14
  thing
• 25:14
  I
• 25:14
  could
• 25:15
  think
• 25:15
  of.
• 25:17
  So,
• 25:18
  Andy,
• 25:19
  would
• 25:19
  you
• 25:19
  rather
• 25:20
  be.
• 25:20
  So
• 25:20
  this
• 25:20
  is
• 25:20
  another
• 25:20
  one.
• 25:20
  We're
• 25:21
  asking
• 25:21
  all
• 25:21
  of
• 25:21
  them.
• 25:21
  Would
• 25:21
  you
• 25:21
  rather
• 25:22
  be,
• 25:22
  like,
• 25:22
  the
• 25:22
  mentor
• 25:22
  or
• 25:23
  the
• 25:23
  mentee?
• 25:23
  So
• 25:23
  in
• 25:23
  this
• 25:23
  case,
• 25:24
  would
• 25:24
  you
• 25:24
  rather
• 25:24
  be
• 25:24
  Jiminy
• 25:25
  Cricket
• 25:25
  acting
• 25:26
  as
• 25:26
  the
• 25:26
  conscious
• 25:26
  for
• 25:27
  someone
• 25:27
  else,
• 25:28
  or
• 25:29
  would
• 25:29
  you
• 25:29
  rather
• 25:29
  be
• 25:31
  a
• 25:31
  puppet
• 25:32
  who
• 25:32
  just
• 25:32
  got
• 25:32
  introduced
• 25:33
  to
• 25:33
  the
• 25:33
  world
• 25:33
  with
• 25:34
  a
• 25:34
  cricket
• 25:35
  for
• 25:35
  your
• 25:35
  Conscience.
• 25:37
  You
• 25:37
  know,
• 25:39
  as
• 25:39
  somebody
• 25:40
  who
• 25:40
  has
• 25:40
  voluntarily
• 25:40
  taken
• 25:41
  up
• 25:41
  a
• 25:41
  career
• 25:41
  in
• 25:42
  public
• 25:42
  health,
• 25:43
  I
• 25:43
  think
• 25:43
  the
• 25:44
  answer
• 25:44
  is,
• 25:44
  I
• 25:44
  am
• 25:45
  Jiminy
• 25:45
  Cricket.
• 25:49
  I
• 25:49
  would
• 25:49
  not
• 25:49
  do
• 25:49
  well.
• 25:50
  As
• 25:51
  fun
• 25:51
  as
• 25:52
  it
• 25:52
  might
• 25:52
  seem
• 25:52
  at
• 25:52
  times,
• 25:52
  I
• 25:53
  would
• 25:53
  not
• 25:53
  do
• 25:53
  well
• 25:53
  as
• 25:53
  the
• 25:54
  carefree,
• 25:55
  fancy
• 25:55
  free.
• 25:56
  Let's
• 25:56
  just
• 25:57
  go
• 25:57
  along
• 25:57
  for
• 25:57
  the
• 25:57
  ride
• 25:57
  until
• 25:58
  it
• 25:58
  isn't
• 25:58
  fun
• 25:59
  anymore.
• 26:00
  I
• 26:01
  can
• 26:01
  see
• 26:01
  the
• 26:01
  appeal
• 26:01
  of
• 26:02
  that.
• 26:02
  And
• 26:02
  there
• 26:02
  are
• 26:02
  people
• 26:03
  like
• 26:03
  that
• 26:03
  who
• 26:03
  have
• 26:03
  a
• 26:04
  lot
• 26:04
  more
• 26:04
  fun
• 26:04
  than
• 26:04
  I
• 26:04
  do
• 26:04
  in
• 26:05
  certain
• 26:05
  circumstances.
• 26:06
  But
• 26:07
  I'm
• 26:07
  just
• 26:08
  being
• 26:08
  honest
• 26:08
  about
• 26:09
  what
• 26:09
  I
• 26:10
  know
• 26:10
  about
• 26:10
  myself.
• 26:10
  That
• 26:11
  is
• 26:11
  not
• 26:11
  me.
• 26:11
  And
• 26:12
  I
• 26:12
  don't
• 26:12
  think
• 26:12
  I
• 26:12
  am
• 26:12
  capable
• 26:13
  of
• 26:13
  being
• 26:13
  that.
• 26:13
  Even
• 26:13
  if
• 26:14
  it
• 26:14
  might
• 26:14
  be
• 26:14
  more
• 26:14
  fun
• 26:15
  some
• 26:15
  of
• 26:15
  the
• 26:15
  time.
• 26:17
  I
• 26:17
  just
• 26:18
  truly.
• 26:18
  I
• 26:18
  think
• 26:18
  both
• 26:19
  options
• 26:19
  are
• 26:19
  bad
• 26:20
  options
• 26:20
  in
• 26:20
  this
• 26:21
  scenario.
• 26:22
  You're
• 26:22
  either
• 26:23
  a
• 26:23
  tiny
• 26:23
  cricket
• 26:24
  trying
• 26:24
  to
• 26:24
  give
• 26:25
  advice
• 26:25
  to
• 26:25
  someone
• 26:25
  you
• 26:25
  know
• 26:26
  isn't
• 26:26
  gonna
• 26:26
  listen
• 26:27
  to
• 26:27
  you,
• 26:28
  or
• 26:29
  you
• 26:30
  are
• 26:30
  literally
• 26:30
  just
• 26:31
  thrown
• 26:31
  into
• 26:31
  the
• 26:31
  world
• 26:32
  with
• 26:32
  no
• 26:33
  frame
• 26:33
  of
• 26:33
  reference
• 26:33
  of
• 26:33
  anything
• 26:34
  and
• 26:34
  expected
• 26:34
  to
• 26:35
  just
• 26:35
  listen
• 26:35
  to
• 26:36
  some
• 26:36
  tiny
• 26:36
  little
• 26:36
  cricket
• 26:37
  telling
• 26:37
  you
• 26:37
  what
• 26:37
  to
• 26:37
  do.
• 26:38
  Yeah,
• 26:38
  can.
• 26:39
  Can
• 26:39
  I
• 26:39
  be
• 26:39
  the
• 26:39
  goldfish
• 26:40
  that
• 26:40
  gets
• 26:40
  a
• 26:40
  slice
• 26:41
  of
• 26:41
  cake?
• 26:41
  Is
• 26:42
  that
• 26:42
  an
• 26:42
  option?
• 26:43
  That
• 26:43
  does
• 26:44
  sound
• 26:44
  better.
• 26:47
  You
• 26:47
  know,
• 26:47
  just.
• 26:48
  Just
• 26:48
  to
• 26:48
  be
• 26:48
  different.
• 26:49
  I
• 26:49
  guess
• 26:49
  I'll
• 26:49
  be.
• 26:50
  I'll.
• 26:50
  I'll
• 26:50
  say
• 26:51
  I
• 26:51
  could
• 26:51
  be
• 26:51
  the
• 26:51
  puppet.
• 26:52
  I
• 26:52
  do
• 26:52
  like
• 26:53
  being
• 26:53
  introduced
• 26:54
  to
• 26:54
  new
• 26:54
  things,
• 26:54
  and
• 26:54
  I
• 26:54
  think
• 26:54
  it
• 26:55
  would
• 26:55
  be
• 26:55
  fun
• 26:55
  to
• 26:55
  see
• 26:55
  the
• 26:55
  world
• 26:56
  through
• 26:56
  new
• 26:56
  eyes,
• 26:57
  but
• 26:57
  also
• 26:58
  terrifying.
• 26:59
  And
• 26:59
  also,
• 27:00
  I
• 27:00
  think
• 27:00
  I'd
• 27:01
  probably
• 27:01
  die
• 27:01
  pretty
• 27:01
  quickly.
• 27:03
  Like,
• 27:03
  that's
• 27:03
  the
• 27:03
  biggest
• 27:04
  problem
• 27:04
  is,
• 27:04
  like,
• 27:04
  either
• 27:05
  way,
• 27:05
  I'm
• 27:05
  like,
• 27:06
  it's
• 27:06
  not
• 27:06
  gonna
• 27:07
  end
• 27:07
  well.
• 27:08
  Yeah.
• 27:09
  But,
• 27:09
  you
• 27:09
  know,
• 27:09
  you
• 27:09
  get
• 27:10
  it.
• 27:10
  You
• 27:10
  get
• 27:10
  a
• 27:10
  magic.
• 27:10
  Get
• 27:10
  out
• 27:11
  of
• 27:11
  here.
• 27:11
  Pick
• 27:11
  a
• 27:11
  poison.
• 27:11
  Get
• 27:12
  a
• 27:12
  jail
• 27:12
  free
• 27:12
  card
• 27:12
  when
• 27:13
  the
• 27:13
  blue
• 27:13
  fairy
• 27:13
  comes
• 27:14
  along
• 27:14
  and
• 27:14
  fixes
• 27:14
  your
• 27:14
  donkey
• 27:15
  ears.
• 27:16
  That's
• 27:16
  true.
• 27:17
  That's
• 27:18
  true.
• 27:21
  Oh,
• 27:21
  man.
• 27:22
  All
• 27:22
  right,
• 27:22
  so
• 27:23
  going
• 27:24
  a
• 27:24
  little
• 27:24
  bit
• 27:24
  deeper,
• 27:25
  asking
• 27:25
  a
• 27:25
  couple
• 27:26
  more
• 27:26
  questions
• 27:26
  here.
• 27:26
  Just
• 27:27
  kind
• 27:27
  of
• 27:27
  like
• 27:27
  thinking
• 27:28
  through,
• 27:28
  I
• 27:28
  don't
• 27:28
  know,
• 27:28
  maybe
• 27:29
  some
• 27:29
  philosophy
• 27:29
  and
• 27:30
  stuff
• 27:30
  around
• 27:30
  this.
• 27:32
  I
• 27:32
  think
• 27:32
  we're
• 27:33
  asked
• 27:33
  to
• 27:33
  believe
• 27:33
  that
• 27:34
  someone
• 27:34
  like
• 27:34
  Pinocchio
• 27:35
  needs
• 27:35
  to
• 27:35
  be
• 27:35
  fully
• 27:36
  dependent
• 27:36
  on
• 27:37
  someone
• 27:37
  like
• 27:38
  Jiminy
• 27:38
  Cricket
• 27:39
  who's
• 27:39
  just
• 27:39
  listening
• 27:39
  to
• 27:40
  all
• 27:40
  of
• 27:40
  his
• 27:40
  advice
• 27:40
  and
• 27:40
  stuff
• 27:41
  like
• 27:41
  that.
• 27:41
  But
• 27:41
  that
• 27:41
  kind
• 27:41
  of
• 27:41
  feels
• 27:42
  like
• 27:42
  a.
• 27:43
  I
• 27:43
  don't
• 27:43
  know,
• 27:43
  like
• 27:44
  too
• 27:44
  much
• 27:44
  of
• 27:45
  a
• 27:45
  dependent
• 27:45
  relationship.
• 27:46
  Like,
• 27:46
  borderline
• 27:47
  toxic,
• 27:48
  what
• 27:48
  they
• 27:48
  want
• 27:49
  us
• 27:49
  to
• 27:49
  think
• 27:49
  Pinocchio
• 27:50
  is
• 27:50
  supposed
• 27:50
  to
• 27:51
  do.
• 27:52
  And
• 27:52
  yet
• 27:53
  it
• 27:53
  does
• 27:53
  seem
• 27:53
  smart.
• 27:54
  If
• 27:55
  you
• 27:55
  have
• 27:55
  someone
• 27:55
  giving
• 27:55
  you
• 27:56
  solid
• 27:56
  advice,
• 27:56
  you
• 27:56
  should
• 27:57
  listen
• 27:57
  to
• 27:57
  them.
• 27:58
  But
• 27:58
  I
• 27:58
  don't
• 27:58
  know
• 27:58
  if
• 27:58
  it
• 27:58
  should
• 27:59
  be
• 27:59
  that
• 27:59
  dependent.
• 28:00
  You
• 28:00
  know
• 28:00
  what
• 28:01
  I
• 28:01
  mean?
• 28:01
  So
• 28:01
  that.
• 28:01
  That's
• 28:02
  one
• 28:02
  of
• 28:02
  the
• 28:02
  things
• 28:02
  that's
• 28:02
  like,
• 28:02
  I
• 28:03
  don't.
• 28:03
  What
• 28:04
  they're
• 28:04
  Asking
• 28:04
  us
• 28:04
  to
• 28:04
  believe
• 28:05
  about
• 28:05
  the
• 28:05
  character.
• 28:05
  I'm
• 28:05
  not
• 28:06
  even
• 28:06
  sure
• 28:06
  if
• 28:06
  I
• 28:07
  want
• 28:07
  to
• 28:07
  believe
• 28:07
  about
• 28:08
  that.
• 29:37
  Right.
• 29:39
  There's
• 29:39
  the
• 29:39
  notion
• 29:40
  that
• 29:41
  I've
• 29:41
  been
• 29:41
  introduced
• 29:41
  to
• 29:42
  relatively
• 29:43
  recently,
• 29:43
  of
• 29:44
  doing
• 29:44
  the
• 29:44
  emotional
• 29:45
  labor
• 29:45
  in
• 29:45
  a
• 29:45
  relationship
• 29:46
  and
• 29:46
  things
• 29:46
  like
• 29:47
  that.
• 29:47
  It's
• 29:47
  not
• 29:47
  exactly
• 29:48
  the
• 29:48
  dynamic
• 29:49
  here,
• 29:49
  but
• 29:49
  there
• 29:49
  is
• 29:49
  a
• 29:49
  little
• 29:49
  bit
• 29:50
  of
• 29:50
  that.
• 29:51
  You
• 29:51
  need
• 29:51
  somebody
• 29:51
  else
• 29:52
  to
• 29:52
  do
• 29:52
  the
• 29:52
  thinking
• 29:52
  and
• 29:53
  being
• 29:54
  responsible
• 29:54
  for
• 29:55
  you.
• 29:55
  And
• 29:56
  when
• 29:57
  you
• 29:57
  are
• 29:57
  a
• 29:57
  child
• 29:57
  and
• 29:57
  three
• 29:58
  days
• 29:58
  old,
• 29:58
  absolutely,
• 29:59
  that
• 29:59
  is
• 30:00
  valid.
• 30:01
  But,
• 30:02
  yeah,
• 30:03
  I
• 30:03
  think
• 30:03
  there
• 30:04
  is
• 30:04
  a
• 30:04
  temptation
• 30:05
  to
• 30:06
  just
• 30:07
  always
• 30:08
  rely
• 30:09
  on
• 30:09
  that.
• 30:09
  Right.
• 30:09
  That
• 30:10
  as
• 30:10
  long
• 30:10
  as
• 30:11
  somebody
• 30:11
  else
• 30:11
  can
• 30:12
  be
• 30:12
  the
• 30:12
  adult,
• 30:13
  for
• 30:13
  me,
• 30:13
  I'm
• 30:14
  just
• 30:14
  gonna
• 30:15
  light
• 30:15
  my
• 30:15
  finger
• 30:15
  on
• 30:16
  fire
• 30:16
  and
• 30:17
  go
• 30:17
  to
• 30:17
  the
• 30:18
  marionette
• 30:19
  show
• 30:19
  and
• 30:20
  smoke
• 30:20
  cigars
• 30:21
  and
• 30:21
  shoot
• 30:21
  pool.
• 30:23
  Who
• 30:23
  wouldn't
• 30:23
  want
• 30:23
  to
• 30:24
  do
• 30:24
  that?
• 30:24
  Instead
• 30:24
  of
• 30:25
  having
• 30:25
  to
• 30:25
  think
• 30:26
  about
• 30:26
  the
• 30:26
  consequences
• 30:26
  of
• 30:27
  your
• 30:27
  decisions.
• 30:28
  And,
• 30:28
  yeah,
• 30:28
  I
• 30:28
  get
• 30:28
  the
• 30:28
  appeal.
• 30:29
  And
• 30:29
  yeah,
• 30:29
  sometimes
• 30:30
  good
• 30:30
  and
• 30:31
  fun
• 30:31
  things
• 30:31
  can
• 30:31
  come
• 30:31
  of
• 30:32
  that.
• 30:32
  But
• 30:33
  I
• 30:33
  don't
• 30:33
  think
• 30:34
  as
• 30:34
  an
• 30:34
  adult,
• 30:35
  again,
• 30:35
  children
• 30:36
  get
• 30:37
  a
• 30:37
  pass
• 30:37
  because
• 30:38
  they
• 30:38
  are
• 30:38
  supposed
• 30:39
  to
• 30:39
  have
• 30:39
  parental
• 30:40
  figures
• 30:40
  and
• 30:41
  guidance
• 30:41
  and
• 30:41
  so
• 30:42
  forth.
• 30:42
  But
• 30:42
  as
• 30:42
  an
• 30:43
  adult,
• 30:43
  sometimes
• 30:43
  you
• 30:44
  do
• 30:44
  have
• 30:44
  to
• 30:44
  be
• 30:44
  the
• 30:44
  adult
• 30:45
  in
• 30:46
  a
• 30:46
  relationship,
• 30:46
  in
• 30:46
  a
• 30:47
  dynamic
• 30:47
  where
• 30:48
  you're
• 30:49
  the
• 30:49
  one
• 30:49
  thinking
• 30:49
  for
• 30:49
  yourself
• 30:50
  about
• 30:50
  what
• 30:51
  the
• 30:51
  consequences
• 30:51
  of
• 30:52
  your
• 30:52
  choices
• 30:52
  are
• 30:52
  going
• 30:53
  to
• 30:53
  be
• 30:53
  and
• 30:53
  not
• 30:53
  always
• 30:53
  offloading
• 30:54
  that
• 30:54
  to
• 30:54
  somebody
• 29:26
  else.
• 30:55
  Yeah,
• 30:55
  I
• 30:56
  think.
• 30:56
  I
• 30:57
  think
• 30:57
  in
• 30:57
  healthy
• 30:57
  relationships,
• 30:58
  like
• 30:59
  friendships,
• 30:59
  whatever.
• 31:00
  Like
• 31:00
  relationships,
• 31:02
  there's
• 31:02
  probably
• 31:02
  a
• 31:03
  time
• 31:03
  where
• 31:04
  each
• 31:04
  person
• 31:04
  is
• 31:05
  probably
• 31:05
  supposed
• 31:05
  to
• 31:05
  be
• 31:06
  the
• 31:06
  Jiminy
• 31:06
  Cricket.
• 31:07
  Exactly.
• 31:08
  Like.
• 31:08
  So
• 31:09
  we've
• 31:09
  been
• 31:09
  watching
• 31:09
  that.
• 31:10
  Me
• 31:10
  and
• 31:10
  my
• 31:10
  wife
• 31:10
  have
• 31:10
  been
• 31:10
  watching
• 31:11
  Broadchurch.
• 31:12
  I've
• 31:12
  saw
• 31:12
  part
• 31:12
  of
• 31:13
  it,
• 31:13
  the
• 31:13
  American
• 31:13
  version,
• 31:14
  like,
• 31:14
  a
• 31:14
  long
• 31:14
  time
• 31:14
  ago,
• 31:14
  but
• 31:14
  I
• 31:14
  never
• 31:15
  actually
• 31:15
  finished
• 31:15
  it.
• 31:15
  So
• 31:15
  me
• 31:15
  and
• 31:15
  wife
• 31:16
  are
• 31:16
  going
• 31:16
  through
• 31:16
  that,
• 31:16
  watching
• 31:17
  that.
• 31:17
  And
• 31:18
  David
• 31:18
  Tennant's
• 31:19
  character
• 31:20
  at
• 31:20
  season
• 31:20
  two,
• 31:21
  all
• 31:21
  of
• 31:21
  a
• 31:21
  sudden,
• 31:21
  it's
• 31:21
  taking
• 31:22
  this
• 31:22
  other
• 31:22
  character
• 31:23
  that
• 31:23
  he'd
• 31:23
  been
• 31:23
  working
• 31:23
  alongside
• 31:24
  and
• 31:25
  the
• 31:25
  other
• 31:25
  detective,
• 31:26
  Detective
• 31:27
  Miller.
• 31:27
  I
• 31:27
  actually
• 31:27
  need
• 31:28
  your
• 31:28
  set
• 31:28
  of
• 31:28
  eyes,
• 31:28
  someone
• 31:29
  to
• 31:29
  look
• 31:29
  at
• 31:29
  this.
• 31:30
  I'm
• 31:31
  too
• 31:31
  close
• 31:31
  to
• 31:31
  it.
• 31:31
  I
• 31:31
  need
• 31:32
  someone
• 31:32
  else
• 31:32
  to
• 31:32
  see
• 31:32
  it
• 31:33
  with
• 31:33
  fresh
• 31:33
  eyes.
• 31:34
  And
• 31:34
  she's
• 31:34
  kind
• 31:35
  of
• 31:35
  able
• 31:35
  to
• 31:35
  come
• 31:35
  in
• 31:35
  and
• 31:35
  go,
• 31:35
  hey,
• 31:36
  you've
• 31:36
  missed
• 31:36
  this.
• 31:36
  You
• 31:36
  haven't
• 31:37
  seen
• 31:37
  this.
• 31:37
  You
• 31:37
  weren't
• 31:37
  thinking
• 31:38
  about
• 31:38
  it
• 31:38
  this
• 31:38
  way.
• 31:38
  And
• 31:39
  I'm
• 31:39
  like,
• 31:39
  yeah,
• 31:39
  that.
• 31:40
  That
• 31:40
  makes
• 31:40
  sense.
• 31:40
  That's
• 31:41
  like
• 31:41
  her
• 31:41
  being
• 31:41
  a
• 31:41
  Jiminy
• 31:42
  Cricket
• 31:42
  that
• 31:43
  he
• 31:43
  asked
• 31:43
  for
• 31:44
  someone
• 31:44
  else's
• 31:44
  advice
• 31:45
  and
• 31:45
  perspective
• 31:45
  because
• 31:46
  he
• 31:46
  got
• 31:46
  too
• 31:46
  close
• 31:46
  to
• 31:46
  a
• 31:46
  situation.
• 31:48
  I
• 31:48
  know.
• 31:48
  I
• 31:48
  have,
• 31:49
  like,
• 31:49
  tj,
• 31:49
  when
• 31:50
  we
• 31:50
  make
• 31:50
  sure.
• 31:51
  For
• 31:51
  my
• 31:51
  other
• 31:51
  podcast,
• 31:52
  the
• 31:52
  whole
• 31:52
  church
• 31:52
  podcast,
• 31:52
  I
• 31:53
  run
• 31:53
  a
• 31:53
  lot
• 31:53
  of
• 31:53
  stuff
• 31:53
  by
• 31:53
  him
• 31:53
  because
• 31:54
  I
• 31:54
  get
• 31:54
  really
• 31:54
  excited
• 31:55
  and
• 31:55
  I'm
• 31:55
  like,
• 31:55
  oh,
• 31:55
  this
• 31:55
  is
• 31:56
  really
• 31:56
  cool.
• 31:56
  It's
• 31:56
  the
• 31:57
  metaphysics
• 31:58
  of
• 31:58
  this
• 31:59
  version
• 31:59
  of
• 32:00
  a
• 32:00
  Theology
• 32:01
  of
• 32:01
  God.
• 32:01
  And
• 32:02
  TJ's
• 32:02
  like,
• 32:02
  hey,
• 32:03
  this
• 32:03
  is
• 32:03
  a
• 32:03
  church
• 32:04
  unity
• 32:04
  podcast.
• 32:05
  What
• 32:05
  does
• 32:05
  that
• 32:05
  have
• 32:05
  to
• 32:05
  do
• 32:06
  with
• 32:06
  church
• 32:06
  unity?
• 32:07
  So
• 32:07
  I
• 32:07
  need
• 32:07
  him
• 32:08
  to
• 32:08
  be
• 32:08
  like,
• 32:09
  hey,
• 32:09
  wait
• 32:09
  a
• 32:09
  minute,
• 32:09
  is
• 32:09
  that
• 32:10
  relevant?
• 32:10
  Because
• 32:10
  I
• 32:11
  just
• 32:11
  get
• 32:11
  excited
• 32:11
  about
• 32:11
  something.
• 32:12
  Let's
• 32:12
  just
• 32:12
  talk
• 32:12
  about
• 32:12
  that.
• 32:15
  I
• 32:15
  think
• 32:15
  there
• 32:16
  are
• 32:16
  times
• 32:16
  where
• 32:16
  we
• 32:17
  do
• 32:17
  it
• 32:17
  for
• 32:17
  each
• 32:17
  other
• 32:18
  in
• 32:18
  a
• 32:18
  healthy
• 32:18
  way.
• 32:19
  Yeah.
• 32:19
  And
• 32:20
  the
• 32:20
  whole
• 32:20
  ecosystem
• 32:21
  of
• 32:21
  science
• 32:22
  as
• 32:22
  it's
• 32:22
  currently
• 32:22
  constructed
• 32:23
  is
• 32:23
  based
• 32:24
  on
• 32:24
  that
• 32:24
  principle
• 32:24
  that
• 32:25
  everything
• 32:25
  goes
• 32:26
  through
• 32:26
  peer
• 32:26
  review.
• 32:28
  Your
• 32:28
  grant
• 32:28
  applications,
• 32:29
  your
• 32:30
  publications,
• 32:30
  after
• 32:30
  you've
• 32:31
  done
• 32:31
  the
• 32:31
  research,
• 32:32
  all
• 32:32
  of
• 32:32
  it.
• 32:34
  The
• 32:34
  assumption
• 32:34
  is
• 32:34
  always,
• 32:35
  nobody
• 32:35
  can
• 32:35
  do
• 32:36
  this
• 32:36
  on
• 32:36
  their
• 32:36
  own.
• 32:36
  You
• 32:36
  always
• 32:37
  have
• 32:37
  to
• 32:37
  get
• 32:37
  somebody
• 32:37
  else
• 32:37
  to
• 32:38
  check
• 32:38
  it
• 32:38
  for
• 32:38
  you.
• 32:38
  And
• 32:38
  then
• 32:39
  you
• 32:39
  change
• 32:39
  roles.
• 32:40
  Exactly.
• 32:40
  Then
• 32:40
  the
• 32:41
  next
• 32:41
  time
• 32:41
  you're
• 32:41
  the
• 32:42
  reviewer
• 32:42
  and
• 32:42
  they're
• 32:42
  the
• 32:43
  person
• 32:43
  with
• 32:43
  the
• 32:44
  idea
• 32:44
  that
• 32:44
  that
• 32:44
  needs
• 32:44
  to
• 32:45
  be
• 32:45
  double
• 32:45
  checked.
• 32:46
  So,
• 32:47
  yeah,
• 32:47
  you
• 32:47
  know,
• 32:47
  I
• 32:48
  think
• 32:48
  there's,
• 32:48
  there's
• 32:48
  definitely.
• 32:49
  It's
• 32:50
  not
• 32:50
  that,
• 32:50
  you
• 32:50
  know,
• 32:50
  you
• 32:50
  can,
• 32:50
  you
• 32:51
  can
• 32:51
  always
• 32:51
  be
• 32:51
  independent.
• 32:52
  It's
• 32:52
  that
• 32:52
  there
• 32:52
  needs
• 32:52
  to
• 32:53
  be
• 32:53
  that
• 32:53
  mutual
• 32:54
  give
• 32:54
  and
• 32:54
  take
• 32:55
  as
• 32:55
  opposed
• 32:55
  to
• 32:55
  always
• 32:55
  giving
• 32:56
  and
• 32:56
  always
• 32:56
  taking.
• 32:56
  Yeah.
• 32:57
  Respect.
• 32:58
  Not
• 32:58
  depending
• 32:58
  on
• 32:58
  other
• 32:59
  people
• 32:59
  being
• 32:59
  able
• 33:00
  to
• 33:00
  think
• 33:00
  for
• 33:00
  yourself,
• 33:01
  but
• 33:01
  still
• 33:01
  knowing
• 33:02
  your
• 33:02
  shortcomings.
• 33:02
  Yeah.
• 33:04
  One
• 33:04
  other
• 33:05
  thing
• 33:05
  that,
• 33:05
  that
• 33:05
  it
• 33:06
  made
• 33:06
  me
• 33:06
  think
• 33:06
  of,
• 33:06
  and
• 33:06
  it's
• 33:07
  going
• 33:07
  to
• 33:07
  be
• 33:07
  really
• 33:07
  silly,
• 33:08
  but
• 33:09
  Pinocchio
• 33:10
  first
• 33:10
  sees
• 33:10
  Jiminy,
• 33:10
  and
• 33:11
  mind
• 33:11
  you,
• 33:11
  no
• 33:11
  context,
• 33:12
  some
• 33:12
  little
• 33:12
  cricket
• 33:13
  starts
• 33:13
  telling
• 33:13
  him
• 33:13
  what
• 33:13
  to
• 33:13
  do
• 33:14
  and
• 33:14
  he
• 33:14
  just
• 33:14
  throws
• 33:14
  the
• 33:15
  book
• 33:15
  and
• 33:15
  murders
• 33:15
  them.
• 33:15
  In
• 33:16
  the,
• 33:16
  in
• 33:16
  the
• 33:17
  book
• 33:17
  version,
• 33:18
  obviously.
• 33:19
  Hey,
• 33:19
  you
• 33:19
  shouldn't
• 33:19
  just
• 33:20
  kill
• 33:20
  figs
• 33:20
  for
• 33:20
  aggravating
• 33:21
  you.
• 33:21
  That's
• 33:22
  bad.
• 33:22
  But
• 33:22
  at
• 33:22
  the
• 33:23
  same
• 33:23
  time,
• 33:23
  it
• 33:23
  does
• 33:24
  bring
• 33:24
  up
• 33:24
  a
• 33:24
  point
• 33:24
  of
• 33:25
  like,
• 33:26
  maybe
• 33:26
  don't
• 33:26
  be
• 33:26
  the
• 33:27
  guy
• 33:27
  giving
• 33:27
  unsolicited
• 33:28
  advice
• 33:28
  to
• 33:28
  someone
• 33:29
  you
• 33:29
  don't
• 33:29
  know.
• 33:30
  That's
• 33:30
  probably
• 33:31
  also
• 33:31
  not
• 33:31
  great.
• 33:32
  Like
• 33:32
  in
• 33:32
  this
• 33:32
  case,
• 33:32
  he's
• 33:32
  a
• 33:33
  child
• 33:33
  puppet.
• 33:34
  Whatever.
• 33:35
  Understandable.
• 33:36
  But
• 33:36
  I
• 33:36
  am
• 33:36
  also
• 33:37
  thinking
• 33:37
  of,
• 33:37
  like,
• 33:38
  if
• 33:38
  you,
• 33:38
  you
• 33:38
  know,
• 33:39
  we
• 33:39
  need
• 33:39
  to
• 33:39
  be
• 33:39
  Jiminy
• 33:39
  Crickets
• 33:40
  for
• 33:40
  one
• 33:40
  another
• 33:40
  every
• 33:40
  now
• 33:40
  and
• 33:41
  then.
• 33:41
  But
• 33:41
  there's
• 33:41
  also
• 33:41
  a
• 33:42
  point
• 33:42
  of
• 33:42
  like,
• 33:42
  realizing
• 33:43
  when
• 33:43
  someone
• 33:44
  wants
• 33:45
  that
• 33:45
  of
• 33:45
  you
• 33:45
  and
• 33:46
  when
• 33:46
  they
• 33:46
  don't.
• 33:47
  You
• 33:47
  know,
• 33:49
  a
• 33:49
  lot
• 33:49
  of
• 33:49
  times
• 33:49
  people
• 33:49
  go
• 33:49
  through
• 33:50
  something
• 33:50
  traumatic,
• 33:51
  maybe
• 33:51
  they
• 33:51
  need
• 33:51
  advice.
• 33:52
  They
• 33:52
  might
• 33:53
  not
• 33:53
  be
• 33:53
  ready
• 33:53
  to
• 33:53
  hear
• 33:54
  it
• 33:54
  yet.
• 33:54
  So
• 33:55
  unsolicited
• 33:55
  advice
• 33:56
  isn't
• 33:56
  always
• 33:57
  great
• 33:57
  either.
• 33:58
  Yeah,
• 33:58
  some.
• 33:58
  Sometimes
• 33:59
  people
• 33:59
  want,
• 33:59
  you
• 34:00
  know,
• 34:00
  need
• 34:00
  validation
• 34:01
  of
• 34:01
  their
• 34:01
  emotions
• 34:02
  or
• 34:03
  empathy
• 34:04
  or
• 34:04
  sympathy
• 34:04
  or
• 34:04
  something
• 34:04
  like
• 34:05
  that.
• 34:05
  Yes.
• 34:06
  Yeah.
• 34:07
  And
• 34:07
  not
• 34:07
  for
• 34:07
  you
• 34:07
  to
• 34:07
  just
• 34:07
  sound
• 34:08
  like
• 34:08
  a
• 34:08
  little
• 34:08
  buzzing
• 34:08
  bug
• 34:09
  going,
• 34:09
  you're
• 34:10
  doing
• 34:10
  that
• 34:10
  wrong.
• 34:11
  They
• 34:12
  might
• 34:12
  throw
• 34:12
  a
• 34:12
  book
• 34:12
  at
• 34:12
  you.
• 34:13
  So,
• 34:13
  yeah,
• 34:14
  maybe
• 34:14
  don't
• 34:14
  do
• 34:15
  that.
• 34:16
  Oh,
• 34:16
  man.
• 34:16
  I
• 34:17
  truly
• 34:17
  am
• 34:17
  running
• 34:18
  out
• 34:18
  of
• 34:18
  things
• 34:18
  to
• 34:18
  talk
• 34:18
  about
• 34:19
  with
• 34:19
  Jiminy
• 34:20
  Cricket.
• 34:20
  I
• 34:20
  do
• 34:20
  love
• 34:20
  the
• 34:21
  character.
• 34:21
  He's
• 34:22
  an
• 34:22
  icon
• 34:22
  for
• 34:22
  a
• 34:22
  reason.
• 34:23
  I
• 34:23
  think
• 34:23
  he's
• 34:23
  a
• 34:24
  good
• 34:24
  design.
• 34:24
  He's
• 34:25
  likable.
• 34:26
  I'm
• 34:26
  just
• 34:26
  not
• 34:26
  sure
• 34:26
  he
• 34:27
  has
• 34:27
  a
• 34:27
  huge
• 34:27
  impact
• 34:27
  on
• 34:28
  the
• 34:28
  story
• 34:28
  or
• 34:29
  Pinocchio
• 34:30
  for
• 34:30
  that
• 34:30
  matter.
• 34:32
  But,
• 34:32
  hey,
• 34:32
  he's
• 34:33
  good.
• 34:33
  He
• 34:33
  gives
• 34:33
  good
• 34:34
  advice.
• 34:34
  He's
• 34:35
  a
• 34:35
  likable
• 34:35
  character
• 34:35
  who
• 34:36
  is
• 34:36
  a
• 34:36
  good
• 34:36
  narrator
• 34:37
  in
• 34:37
  other
• 34:38
  IPs.
• 34:39
  And,
• 34:39
  you
• 34:40
  know,
• 34:40
  in
• 34:40
  fairness,
• 34:42
  as
• 34:42
  somebody
• 34:43
  who
• 34:43
  has.
• 34:43
  Who
• 34:43
  has
• 34:43
  been
• 34:43
  a
• 34:44
  new
• 34:44
  parent.
• 34:44
  Right.
• 34:45
  You
• 34:45
  don't
• 34:45
  want
• 34:46
  people
• 34:46
  judging
• 34:47
  your
• 34:47
  abilities
• 34:48
  as
• 34:48
  a
• 34:48
  parent
• 34:49
  based
• 34:50
  on
• 34:50
  the
• 34:50
  first
• 34:51
  three
• 34:51
  days.
• 34:52
  Right.
• 34:53
  There
• 34:53
  is
• 34:53
  a
• 34:53
  pretty.
• 34:54
  Pretty
• 34:54
  strong
• 34:54
  learning
• 34:55
  curve
• 34:55
  to
• 34:56
  the
• 34:56
  whole
• 34:56
  thing.
• 34:56
  And,
• 34:57
  you
• 34:57
  know,
• 34:58
  you
• 34:58
  might
• 34:59
  not
• 34:59
  be
• 34:59
  your
• 34:59
  best
• 34:59
  at
• 35:00
  those
• 35:00
  first
• 35:00
  three
• 35:00
  days.
• 35:00
  A
• 35:01
  little
• 35:01
  bit
• 35:01
  sleep
• 35:01
  deprived,
• 35:03
  a
• 35:03
  little
• 35:03
  bit
• 35:04
  sort
• 35:04
  of
• 35:04
  disoriented.
• 35:06
  There's
• 35:06
  no
• 35:06
  instructions.
• 35:07
  Nobody
• 35:08
  tells
• 35:08
  you
• 35:09
  how
• 35:09
  this
• 35:09
  is
• 35:09
  going
• 35:09
  to
• 35:09
  work,
• 35:10
  Geppetto,
• 35:12
  you
• 35:12
  know,
• 35:12
  and
• 35:12
  so,
• 35:13
  yeah,
• 35:14
  maybe
• 35:14
  a
• 35:15
  little
• 35:15
  bit
• 35:15
  of
• 35:15
  grace
• 35:15
  for
• 35:16
  Jiminy
• 35:16
  Cricket
• 35:16
  and
• 35:17
  Geppetto
• 35:17
  and
• 35:17
  that.
• 35:18
  You
• 35:18
  know,
• 35:19
  you
• 35:20
  don't
• 35:20
  usually
• 35:20
  start
• 35:20
  this
• 35:21
  job
• 35:22
  with
• 35:23
  a
• 35:25
  functional
• 35:25
  toddler
• 35:26
  five
• 35:26
  year
• 35:26
  old.
• 35:26
  Like,
• 35:27
  you
• 35:27
  know,
• 35:27
  he
• 35:27
  has
• 35:28
  the
• 35:28
  physicality
• 35:29
  of
• 35:30
  somebody
• 35:30
  who
• 35:30
  can
• 35:30
  get
• 35:30
  in
• 35:30
  a
• 35:30
  lot
• 35:31
  more
• 35:31
  trouble
• 35:31
  than
• 35:31
  a
• 35:32
  newborn
• 35:32
  infant
• 35:33
  does.
• 35:33
  Yeah.
• 35:33
  Which
• 35:34
  is
• 35:34
  actually
• 35:35
  terrifying
• 35:35
  when
• 35:35
  you
• 35:35
  think
• 35:36
  about
• 35:36
  it
• 35:36
  from
• 35:37
  the
• 35:37
  parent
• 35:37
  perspective.
• 35:39
  Which,
• 35:39
  you
• 35:40
  know,
• 35:40
  also,
• 35:40
  maybe
• 35:40
  Jiminy
• 35:41
  Cricket
• 35:41
  could
• 35:41
  have
• 35:41
  done
• 35:42
  better
• 35:42
  working
• 35:42
  with
• 35:42
  Geppetto.
• 35:43
  I
• 35:43
  mean,
• 35:43
  like,
• 35:43
  hey,
• 35:44
  this
• 35:44
  is
• 35:45
  what
• 35:45
  Jiminy
• 35:45
  Cricket.
• 35:46
  This
• 35:46
  is
• 35:46
  what
• 35:46
  Pinocchio
• 35:47
  is
• 35:47
  doing
• 35:47
  right
• 35:47
  now.
• 35:48
  I
• 35:48
  am
• 35:48
  a
• 35:48
  tiny
• 35:49
  bug.
• 35:49
  Could
• 35:49
  you
• 35:50
  please
• 35:50
  help?
• 35:50
  Right.
• 35:51
  Maybe
• 35:51
  don't
• 35:51
  send
• 35:52
  him
• 35:52
  to
• 35:52
  school
• 35:52
  right
• 35:52
  away.
• 35:52
  Maybe
• 35:53
  try
• 35:53
  to
• 35:53
  be
• 35:53
  his
• 35:53
  dad
• 35:54
  for
• 35:54
  a
• 35:54
  couple
• 35:55
  hours.
• 35:55
  Hours
• 35:55
  before
• 35:56
  just
• 35:57
  offloading
• 35:57
  him
• 35:57
  to.
• 35:58
  To
• 35:58
  the
• 35:58
  school
• 35:58
  system.
• 35:59
  That.
• 35:59
  That
• 36:00
  part
• 36:00
  is.
• 36:00
  Yeah.
• 36:01
  Maybe
• 36:01
  the
• 36:01
  school
• 36:02
  is
• 36:02
  the
• 36:02
  real
• 36:02
  bad
• 36:02
  guy.
• 36:03
  The
• 36:04
  school
• 36:04
  system
• 36:05
  of
• 36:05
  Italy,
• 36:05
  at
• 36:06
  whatever
• 36:06
  time
• 36:06
  this
• 36:07
  was.
• 36:08
  Well,
• 36:08
  we
• 36:09
  don't
• 36:09
  know.
• 36:09
  He
• 36:09
  never
• 36:09
  got
• 36:09
  there.
• 36:10
  Maybe
• 36:10
  he
• 36:10
  would
• 36:10
  have
• 36:10
  received
• 36:11
  tremendous
• 36:12
  education
• 36:12
  if
• 36:12
  he
• 36:13
  had
• 36:13
  just
• 36:13
  gone.
• 36:16
  Yeah.
• 36:16
  So
• 36:16
  stay
• 36:17
  in
• 36:17
  school,
• 36:17
  kids.
• 36:18
  That's
• 36:18
  the.
• 36:21
  I
• 36:21
  don't
• 36:22
  know,
• 36:22
  man.
• 36:22
  There
• 36:23
  just.
• 36:23
  There
• 36:23
  isn't
• 36:24
  a
• 36:24
  ton
• 36:24
  for
• 36:25
  me
• 36:25
  here.
• 36:27
  I
• 36:27
  did
• 36:28
  have
• 36:28
  fun.
• 36:28
  I
• 36:28
  like
• 36:28
  thinking
• 36:29
  about
• 36:29
  the
• 36:29
  character.
• 36:30
  I
• 36:30
  like
• 36:30
  that
• 36:30
  the
• 36:30
  character
• 36:31
  exists,
• 36:31
  that
• 36:31
  we're
• 36:31
  lifting
• 36:32
  him
• 36:32
  up.
• 36:32
  He
• 36:32
  is
• 36:32
  definitely
• 36:33
  one
• 36:33
  of
• 36:33
  the
• 36:33
  faces
• 36:34
  behind
• 36:34
  Pinocchio.
• 36:34
  Even
• 36:35
  if
• 36:35
  he's
• 36:35
  not
• 36:36
  an
• 36:37
  incredibly
• 36:37
  competent
• 36:38
  face
• 36:38
  behind
• 36:39
  Pinocchio,
• 36:41
  so
• 36:42
  is
• 36:42
  what
• 36:42
  it
• 36:42
  is.
• 36:43
  Do
• 36:43
  you
• 36:43
  have
• 36:43
  anything
• 36:43
  else
• 36:44
  before
• 36:44
  we
• 36:44
  wrap
• 36:44
  up
• 36:44
  or
• 36:44
  you
• 36:44
  think
• 36:45
  we're.
• 36:45
  We're
• 36:45
  good
• 36:45
  to
• 36:45
  go?
• 36:47
  No,
• 36:47
  I
• 36:47
  think
• 36:47
  I
• 36:48
  have
• 36:48
  said
• 36:48
  more
• 36:48
  than
• 36:48
  I
• 36:48
  ever
• 36:49
  expected
• 36:49
  to
• 36:49
  on
• 36:49
  Jiminy
• 36:50
  Cricket.
• 36:52
  Yeah,
• 36:52
  yeah,
• 36:52
  me
• 36:53
  too.
• 36:53
  Me
• 36:53
  too.
• 36:55
  That
• 36:55
  said,
• 36:56
  we
• 36:56
  will
• 36:56
  say
• 36:57
  slightly
• 36:58
  More
• 36:58
  about
• 36:58
  Jiminy
• 36:59
  Cricket.
• 37:00
  After
• 37:00
  this
• 37:01
  episode,
• 37:01
  we'll
• 37:01
  do
• 37:02
  a
• 37:02
  bonus
• 37:02
  question.
• 37:03
  Andy
• 37:03
  and
• 37:04
  I
• 37:04
  are
• 37:04
  going
• 37:04
  to
• 37:04
  answer
• 37:05
  this
• 37:05
  for
• 37:05
  our
• 37:06
  members.
• 37:06
  If
• 37:06
  you
• 37:06
  want
• 37:06
  to
• 37:07
  be
• 37:07
  an
• 37:07
  official
• 37:07
  member,
• 37:07
  you
• 37:07
  can
• 37:08
  go
• 37:08
  over
• 37:08
  there
• 37:08
  and
• 37:08
  hear
• 37:08
  what
• 37:09
  Andy
• 37:09
  and
• 37:09
  I
• 37:09
  think
• 37:09
  about
• 37:10
  what
• 37:10
  other
• 37:11
  Disney
• 37:11
  character
• 37:13
  might
• 37:13
  have
• 37:13
  been
• 37:13
  served
• 37:14
  well
• 37:14
  to
• 37:14
  have
• 37:14
  Jiminy
• 37:15
  Cricket
• 37:15
  as
• 37:15
  their
• 37:16
  conscience.
• 37:16
  It's
• 37:16
  gonna
• 37:17
  be
• 37:17
  a
• 37:17
  multi
• 37:17
  layered
• 37:17
  question
• 37:18
  because
• 37:18
  we
• 37:18
  also
• 37:19
  have
• 37:19
  to
• 37:19
  figure
• 37:19
  out
• 37:19
  which
• 37:19
  Disney
• 37:20
  character
• 37:20
  would
• 37:20
  actually
• 37:21
  listen
• 37:21
  to
• 37:21
  Jiminy
• 37:22
  for
• 37:22
  him
• 37:22
  to
• 37:22
  be
• 37:23
  impactful.
• 37:24
  So
• 37:25
  if
• 37:25
  you
• 37:25
  want
• 37:25
  to
• 37:25
  hear
• 37:25
  our
• 37:25
  thoughts
• 37:26
  on
• 37:26
  that,
• 37:26
  there
• 37:26
  will
• 37:27
  be
• 37:27
  a
• 37:27
  bonus
• 37:27
  question
• 37:27
  you
• 37:27
  can
• 37:28
  check
• 37:28
  out.
• 37:28
  But
• 37:28
  for
• 37:28
  now,
• 37:29
  Andy,
• 37:30
  if
• 37:30
  you
• 37:30
  had
• 37:30
  to
• 37:30
  give
• 37:30
  a
• 37:30
  recommendation
• 37:31
  for
• 37:31
  our
• 37:32
  listeners,
• 37:34
  what
• 37:34
  would
• 37:34
  it
• 37:34
  be?
• 37:35
  Yeah,
• 37:36
  I
• 37:36
  think
• 37:36
  I'm
• 37:36
  just
• 37:36
  gonna
• 37:37
  be
• 37:37
  obvious
• 37:38
  and
• 37:38
  say
• 37:39
  Steven
• 37:39
  Spielberg's
• 37:40
  artificial
• 37:40
  intelligence.
• 37:42
  Good
• 37:42
  movie,
• 37:42
  good
• 37:42
  Pinocchio
• 37:43
  story,
• 37:44
  Good
• 37:44
  John
• 37:44
  Williams
• 37:45
  score.
• 37:46
  You
• 37:47
  know,
• 37:47
  era
• 37:48
  standout.
• 37:48
  Early
• 37:48
  performance
• 37:48
  from
• 37:49
  Haley
• 37:49
  Joel
• 37:49
  Osmit.
• 37:50
  Check
• 37:51
  it
• 37:51
  out.
• 37:51
  All
• 37:51
  right.
• 37:52
  It's
• 37:52
  not
• 37:52
  going
• 37:52
  to
• 37:52
  answer
• 37:52
  any
• 37:53
  of
• 37:53
  your
• 37:53
  questions
• 37:53
  about
• 37:54
  modern
• 37:54
  day
• 37:54
  AI,
• 37:55
  but
• 37:55
  it
• 37:55
  is
• 37:55
  a
• 37:55
  good
• 37:55
  Pinocchio
• 37:56
  story.
• 37:57
  Yeah,
• 37:58
  man.
• 37:59
  So
• 38:00
  I'm
• 38:00
  going
• 38:00
  to
• 38:00
  do
• 38:01
  a
• 38:01
  really
• 38:02
  lame
• 38:03
  thing
• 38:04
  here
• 38:04
  because
• 38:04
  I
• 38:04
  think
• 38:04
  I've
• 38:04
  already
• 38:05
  recommended
• 38:05
  this,
• 38:06
  but
• 38:08
  there's
• 38:08
  a
• 38:08
  book,
• 38:09
  few
• 38:09
  different
• 38:09
  creators
• 38:10
  behind
• 38:10
  it,
• 38:11
  an
• 38:11
  illustrated
• 38:11
  version
• 38:12
  of
• 38:12
  Pinocchio,
• 38:12
  almost
• 38:13
  like
• 38:13
  a
• 38:13
  graphic
• 38:13
  novel
• 38:14
  version
• 38:15
  that
• 38:15
  I
• 38:15
  think
• 38:15
  is
• 38:15
  really
• 38:16
  cool.
• 38:17
  The
• 38:17
  creators
• 38:18
  behind
• 38:18
  it,
• 38:18
  you
• 38:18
  have
• 38:18
  Mike
• 38:19
  Magnolia
• 38:19
  and
• 38:19
  Lemony
• 38:20
  Snicket
• 38:21
  working
• 38:21
  together.
• 38:22
  The
• 38:22
  author.
• 38:23
  The
• 38:23
  books,
• 38:23
  of
• 38:23
  course,
• 38:24
  still
• 38:24
  by
• 38:24
  Carlo
• 38:24
  Collodi,
• 38:25
  but
• 38:26
  Mike
• 38:26
  Magnolia
• 38:27
  illustrating
• 38:28
  Lemony
• 38:28
  Snicket,
• 38:29
  kind
• 38:29
  of
• 38:29
  figuring
• 38:30
  out
• 38:30
  exactly
• 38:30
  how
• 38:31
  it
• 38:31
  should
• 38:31
  fit
• 38:31
  in
• 38:31
  a
• 38:32
  comic
• 38:32
  book
• 38:32
  style.
• 38:33
  It's
• 38:33
  so
• 38:33
  good,
• 38:34
  I
• 38:34
  actually
• 38:35
  loved
• 38:35
  it.
• 38:35
  That
• 38:35
  might
• 38:36
  be
• 38:36
  my
• 38:36
  favorite
• 38:37
  version
• 38:37
  of
• 38:37
  Pinocchio.
• 38:39
  So
• 38:39
  if
• 38:39
  you
• 38:39
  get
• 38:39
  your
• 38:39
  hands
• 38:40
  on
• 38:40
  it,
• 38:40
  I
• 38:40
  recommend
• 38:40
  that
• 38:40
  one.
• 38:41
  If
• 38:41
  it's
• 38:41
  too
• 38:41
  expensive
• 38:42
  for
• 38:42
  you,
• 38:42
  you
• 38:43
  can
• 38:43
  ask
• 38:43
  your
• 38:43
  public
• 38:43
  library
• 38:44
  to
• 38:44
  get
• 38:44
  it
• 38:44
  and
• 38:45
  they
• 38:45
  will
• 38:45
  usually.
• 38:46
  So
• 38:47
  maybe
• 38:47
  check
• 38:47
  that
• 38:47
  out.
• 38:48
  Be
• 38:49
  sure
• 38:49
  to
• 38:49
  rate
• 38:49
  and
• 38:49
  review
• 38:50
  our
• 38:50
  show
• 38:50
  wherever
• 38:51
  you
• 38:51
  get
• 38:51
  your
• 38:51
  podcast,
• 38:52
  please.
• 38:54
  Apple
• 38:54
  Podcast,
• 38:55
  Spotify,
• 38:55
  Podchaser,
• 38:56
  wherever
• 38:57
  the
• 38:57
  recommendations
• 38:58
  help.
• 38:58
  The
• 38:58
  algorithms
• 38:58
  think
• 38:59
  our
• 38:59
  show
• 38:59
  is
• 38:59
  important
• 39:00
  so
• 39:00
  that
• 39:00
  other
• 39:00
  people
• 39:00
  will
• 39:01
  find
• 39:01
  it
• 39:01
  and
• 39:02
  maybe
• 39:02
  we
• 39:02
  can
• 39:02
  be
• 39:02
  more
• 39:03
  impactful
• 39:03
  than
• 39:03
  Jiminy
• 39:04
  Cricket,
• 39:04
  but
• 39:04
  that's
• 39:05
  up
• 39:05
  to
• 39:05
  you.
• 39:06
  We
• 39:06
  do
• 39:06
  ask
• 39:07
  that
• 39:07
  you
• 39:07
  rate

  and

• 39:08
  do
• 39:08
  get
• 39:08
  your
• 39:09

• 39:10
  I
• 39:10
  just
• 39:10
  said
• 39:10
  that.
• 39:11
  Also
• 39:11
  want
• 39:11
  to

• 39:13
  You

• 39:14
  keep

  We
