Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: From Hollywood to your.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Air on Air with a Ryan Seacrest.
- 0:09Speaker 1: It's kiss FM. Okay, let's get to it. You've heard
- 0:13Speaker 1: of a booty call. Now, it's very popular to make
- 0:17Speaker 1: a foodie call. Are you making a late night foody call? Okay,
- 0:19Speaker 1: So explain what it is and let's dive into it.
- 0:22Speaker 3: Well, before we get into it, I think this has
- 0:24Speaker 3: to stem from the fact that everything is just so
- 0:27Speaker 3: expensive these days. Money is tight for a lot of people.
- 0:31Speaker 3: So singles are hitting up dating apps like Hinge and
- 0:33Speaker 3: Bumble and whatever to do these foody calls.
- 0:37Speaker 4: And it's exactly what it sounds like.
- 0:39Speaker 3: It's going out on dates mainly just to get that
- 0:43Speaker 3: free meal. You might not be completely into that guy
- 0:46Speaker 3: or girl, but you're like, you know what, I'm hungry.
- 0:51Speaker 1: Eat around the studio in a minute to find out
- 0:53Speaker 1: who would do this and who would not do this.
- 0:54Speaker 2: Back room, I'm going right to you in a second.
- 0:56Speaker 1: Keep going.
- 0:57Speaker 4: So that's it.
- 0:58Speaker 1: That's it.
- 0:58Speaker 3: And the fact that like this is going to so
- 1:00Speaker 3: normalized on TikTok because people are sharing their videos or
- 1:03Speaker 3: their experiences and it's it's just kind of a thing that's.
- 1:06Speaker 4: Like a reality right now. But It's not anything new.
- 1:09Speaker 3: People have been doing this for years and admitting to
- 1:12Speaker 3: it years in the past.
- 1:14Speaker 4: So I don't know.
- 1:15Speaker 3: If I were single, I think I would definitely thrive
- 1:19Speaker 3: from this moment.
- 1:21Speaker 2: I'm all for it.
- 1:22Speaker 1: Like, good for you if you get asked out and
- 1:24Speaker 1: they take you to eat and they buy your food,
- 1:26Speaker 1: good on you. The question is how do you play it?
- 1:29Speaker 1: Like you know you're there for the foody call? Do
- 1:31Speaker 1: you give a good performance?
- 1:37Speaker 4: You're right?
- 1:38Speaker 3: And then at one point do you you put the
- 1:40Speaker 3: barrier up? Because you can't just like cross the line
- 1:43Speaker 3: because then it turns into something else.
- 1:44Speaker 1: I mean, are you a method actor in this situation?
- 1:46Speaker 1: Like how do you go about it? And then how
- 1:48Speaker 1: do you break it at the end? I mean you
- 1:49Speaker 1: just kind of you can go through disappear. All right.
- 1:51Speaker 2: Let me just go to the back.
- 1:52Speaker 1: Who's single? On the back? Is anybody mean? Okay, Fansie
- 1:55Speaker 1: and Mikayla, great, MICHAELA. Would you do this and would
- 1:58Speaker 1: you put the charade on during the dinner?
- 2:00Speaker 5: Okay?
- 2:00Speaker 6: So I think I have done this? Yeah, girls, right,
- 2:05Speaker 6: and I have. Like there's times where I've talked to
- 2:07Speaker 6: guys in dating apps and I'm like, oh, like I
- 2:08Speaker 6: don't think I'm feeling this, but he'll ask me out
- 2:10Speaker 6: and I'm like, hey, well, well hurt like for some
- 2:13Speaker 6: practice in a free you know, I'm.
- 2:15Speaker 4: Not gonna be mad.
- 2:17Speaker 1: It's a dress rehearsal. Yeah, you try out some materials.
- 2:20Speaker 1: See what questions work, what doesn't? What keeps a flow? Right, phonsie?
- 2:24Speaker 1: Have you done this?
- 2:26Speaker 7: So?
- 2:27Speaker 2: Being that if I would have to pay for the
- 2:29Speaker 2: bill right like and be.
- 2:31Speaker 8: Used, I feel used, yeah, because I'm like, well, first
- 2:33Speaker 8: of all, like imagine taking like my favorite girl to
- 2:36Speaker 8: my favorite place right like that'd be Olive Garden and
- 2:39Speaker 8: then associating the chicken and shrimp carbonara, which is my
- 2:44Speaker 8: favorite thing, associating that with freaking like financial loss and rejection,
- 2:51Speaker 8: used and being used, like, I don't think I would
- 2:54Speaker 8: do it. So I think Tanya is kind of right though,
- 2:56Speaker 8: like even though we give her a hard time, but like, yeah,
- 2:59Speaker 8: like for me, it's like, come on, like I love you.
- 3:04Speaker 1: So you're looking for love, like you're looking for love
- 3:07Speaker 1: love and pasta. Yes, okay, here's the dachapionship for a beat.
- 3:10Speaker 1: What about a little friendship for a second off that
- 3:12Speaker 1: have love every.
- 3:12Speaker 3: Time you go out You're right, Ryan, because what if
- 3:14Speaker 3: you go into this with the free meal mentality, but
- 3:17Speaker 3: then once you start on the date you actually are
- 3:19Speaker 3: vibing with this person, You're like, Wow, actually, I'm so
- 3:20Speaker 3: glad I went on this date because you feel guilty
- 3:23Speaker 3: that you.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Went in playing the charade, because you you you go,
- 3:30Speaker 1: you commit to the foody call. Love you guys in
- 3:33Speaker 1: the love foody call goes, you go out. You're just
- 3:36Speaker 1: using them for the right and then you start to
- 3:38Speaker 1: like they drive them right and you start to date.
- 3:41Speaker 2: Do you ever tell them that you use them for
- 3:43Speaker 2: a foody call?
- 3:44Speaker 3: Yes, yeah, you do, you do, And it's I think
- 3:48Speaker 3: that's an honest thing to do.
- 3:51Speaker 4: You know, I don't know that.
- 3:52Speaker 3: I was completely one hundred percent in, but then once
- 3:54Speaker 3: we got to know each other, I obviously love you now.
- 3:57Speaker 2: Fanzie, did all of Garden get rid of the all
- 3:59Speaker 2: you can eat breadsticks? I think they did? No, No, no,
- 4:01Speaker 2: they're still there. So they're still there.
- 4:03Speaker 1: Thanks.
- 4:04Speaker 8: Yeah, Like, if you order like an entree or whatever,
- 4:07Speaker 8: you still get unlimited salad and bread sticks, and you
- 4:09Speaker 8: could just get unlimited salad, soup and bread sticks.
- 4:11Speaker 2: This is not a commercial, by the way. I just
- 4:14Speaker 2: like to advertise.
- 4:14Speaker 1: I don't think yeah, but yeah, have you had the
- 4:18Speaker 1: eclant Palmerson?
- 4:19Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, so good?
- 4:22Speaker 1: Okay, maybe at Amanda at Cerritos, can we grab everybody?
- 4:25Speaker 1: Come on in a man at Cerritos? Good morning? How
- 4:27Speaker 1: are you.
- 4:29Speaker 5: Great?
- 4:30Speaker 9: How are you?
- 4:31Speaker 1: I'm okay, Thank you for asking. So your boyfriend broke
- 4:35Speaker 1: something at a party. What happened?
- 4:38Speaker 10: Yeah, So we were at a backyard Halloween party last
- 4:42Speaker 10: weekend and I kind of am just calling it because
- 4:45Speaker 10: I don't know, this is a red flag.
- 4:47Speaker 5: Great.
- 4:48Speaker 10: So my wofriend was like showing off basically that he
- 4:51Speaker 10: could do a handstand, and he accidentally hit one of
- 4:54Speaker 10: their string lights and chattered the bulb. Of course, we
- 4:57Speaker 10: like picked up all the glass so that no one
- 4:59Speaker 10: would get hurt. But he didn't want to tell the
- 5:02Speaker 10: hosts that he did it, and I was like we should.
- 5:05Speaker 10: We should tell them at least and he's like, no, no,
- 5:08Speaker 10: it's it's no big deal. And I was like, we
- 5:09Speaker 10: should at least buy them the new bowl and he
- 5:12Speaker 10: was like, it's fine. I'm sure it happens all the time.
- 5:15Speaker 10: So it's really been bothering me and I just want
- 5:17Speaker 10: to know if that's the red flag.
- 5:20Speaker 2: Ah, I go both ways.
- 5:25Speaker 3: I think it's a major red flag. It shows a
- 5:27Speaker 3: lot of like what his character's like. That he's a liar.
- 5:32Speaker 2: It's harsh. He's also trying to not cause a stir
- 5:36Speaker 2: at the party. Consider it he broke something.
- 5:39Speaker 4: If something to this air house, you would want them
- 5:41Speaker 4: to do this break something, not tell you.
- 5:43Speaker 2: I would if up my house. I would know in
- 5:45Speaker 2: a second.
- 5:46Speaker 4: I know you would know in a second.
- 5:47Speaker 11: You wonder if you were having a party.
- 5:49Speaker 2: I don't have a party. That's how I would know.
- 5:51Speaker 4: I had you guys, you would wow really.
- 5:57Speaker 2: Once.
- 5:59Speaker 11: But I feel like if you're having a party, you
- 6:01Speaker 11: don't notice every little thing.
- 6:04Speaker 3: Yeah, like there are the owner is going to realize
- 6:06Speaker 3: it later, Yes, yeah.
- 6:08Speaker 2: I just think that how many people at the party
- 6:12Speaker 2: just kick it under the rug and move on.
- 6:15Speaker 4: That's so bad. No, I think it's bad.
- 6:17Speaker 1: But it's also considering you really want to bring down
- 6:19Speaker 1: the party in the host at this party, I.
- 6:21Speaker 12: You're the one not talking about karma, about putting cones
- 6:23Speaker 12: in front of my street, and now you're an Amanda.
- 6:26Speaker 2: Oh, now you're gonna tell me.
- 6:30Speaker 1: With the karma. Maybe what you do is you don't
- 6:33Speaker 1: mention it then, and then afterwards you send a little
- 6:35Speaker 1: replacement say thanks to the party.
- 6:37Speaker 2: I want to let you know I had a little
- 6:38Speaker 2: mishap here. You go same and send the item.
- 6:41Speaker 1: That's what you do.
- 6:43Speaker 13: Idea.
- 6:43Speaker 4: Well it's too like that you already left, but yes
- 6:46Speaker 4: you need to.
- 6:47Speaker 1: I'm saying send it as a thank you and say sorry,
- 6:50Speaker 1: I didn't want to disturb you at your party, but
- 6:52Speaker 1: I had a little mishapp and here it is boo.
- 6:56Speaker 10: Well, yeah, I don't mind doing that at all. But
- 6:59Speaker 10: is it a red flag that he didn't want to
- 7:01Speaker 10: say anything.
- 7:01Speaker 14: Yes, that's what I figured.
- 7:05Speaker 2: Set a party.
- 7:07Speaker 5: I like the guy.
- 7:07Speaker 1: What's the guy's name, Chuck.
- 7:12Speaker 5: Jack?
- 7:12Speaker 4: Strike one Jack?
- 7:16Speaker 1: No, No, I don't know enough about Jack, but I
- 7:20Speaker 1: don't think you walk away from Jack right now. Let's
- 7:22Speaker 1: just play it out. Put it in your strike one.
- 7:25Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, all right, thanks Samanda.
- 7:29Speaker 1: Bye.
- 7:29Speaker 2: You know, sometimes you don't disturb people's vibe and so
- 7:34Speaker 2: you just deal with it later.
- 7:35Speaker 4: I don't know. I like people that come clean.
- 7:37Speaker 3: The other day, we had Savea's birthday party and my
- 7:40Speaker 3: seventeen year old niece came and grabbed me and she
- 7:41Speaker 3: goes I'm so sorry. I was playing with the stamps
- 7:44Speaker 3: of the kids. I didn't even think about it, and
- 7:45Speaker 3: I got it on your white couch and I was like,
- 7:48Speaker 3: oh my gosh, I don't worry about it. We'll get
- 7:49Speaker 3: it out later.
- 7:51Speaker 11: But still the same, the exact same thing.
- 7:54Speaker 4: And she I love that.
- 7:56Speaker 3: She told she couldn't have said anything, and it was
- 7:57Speaker 3: so not even noticeable. It was like on the bottom,
- 8:00Speaker 3: like I just think, like that was great. I love
- 8:02Speaker 3: people that are honest. I got a problem now that
- 8:05Speaker 3: she said his name is Jack, got a picture in
- 8:08Speaker 3: my head. Hey, just what, Amanda, Thanks for holding there,
- 8:10Speaker 3: you're still there.
- 8:11Speaker 1: I just wait to know. Now you said Jack, come
- 8:13Speaker 1: picturing that? What's that dude? Jack from White Lotus season two?
- 8:15Speaker 1: You know he's on the boat. I can't stop picturing Jack.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Oh yeah, and he said Jack.
- 8:20Speaker 4: Well his name starts with a J. That's a whole
- 8:23Speaker 4: other issue.
- 8:24Speaker 9: White is such a good show.
- 8:26Speaker 2: Well Jack on season two the boat. I got this
- 8:28Speaker 2: guy can do what he wants.
- 8:30Speaker 1: Oh gosh, one two point seven kiss FM. Okay, so
- 8:35Speaker 1: here we are on the radio and we have a
- 8:39Speaker 1: work dilemma with testing Glendale. But could anybody ever steal
- 8:42Speaker 1: your work here and take credit for it. I guess
- 8:43Speaker 1: it'd be tough because you hear our voice and you'd
- 8:46Speaker 1: know like I couldn't be you, you couldn't be me.
- 8:48Speaker 1: That'd be it would TESTA is on the line in
- 8:53Speaker 1: Glendale and she's saying that her coworker keeps copying her.
- 8:57Speaker 1: So tested, this sounds like something right out of high school.
- 8:59Speaker 1: Copy my pa paper and getting credit for it. What's
- 9:02Speaker 1: happening at work?
- 9:04Speaker 13: Yeah? Okay, So my coworker she keeps literally copying everything
- 9:09Speaker 13: I do and it's driving me crazy. I got my
- 9:13Speaker 13: hair cut in a pixie cut and she did the
- 9:16Speaker 13: same thing. Two weeks later. I started wearing Slayer jeans.
- 9:20Speaker 15: So did she.
- 9:22Speaker 13: I took a ceramics class and she posted a vase
- 9:26Speaker 13: she made on Instagram with the captioned my new obsession
- 9:31Speaker 13: her Stanley. I know her Stanley is the same color
- 9:35Speaker 13: as my Stanley. So how do I bring this up?
- 9:38Speaker 1: I started brought it upd She's literally like, personally, this
- 9:45Speaker 1: is a personal attack.
- 9:47Speaker 4: Yes, so was that movie where this happens.
- 9:49Speaker 2: She turns into the Titanic.
- 9:52Speaker 3: Titanic female Freaky Friday, the new one, old one, the
- 10:00Speaker 3: old one.
- 10:02Speaker 2: So I don't like it.
- 10:03Speaker 1: I mean, she's by the way, she's completely disrespecting you.
- 10:05Speaker 1: She's not only doing it and trying to cover it up,
- 10:07Speaker 1: she's doing it, and then she's posting it.
- 10:10Speaker 3: They sometimes say that copying is the form of flattery,
- 10:14Speaker 3: So yeah, you just look at it that way, best form.
- 10:19Speaker 1: Until someone's stealing your real stuff, proprietary stuff. And then
- 10:22Speaker 1: it's like, I understand that you are a little hot
- 10:25Speaker 1: blooded about it. I would be too, So let's talk
- 10:27Speaker 1: about how you address it. So she's doing it, she's not.
- 10:29Speaker 1: Multiple times, it's not okay, it's not cool. Why don't
- 10:32Speaker 1: you just go straight in with your honest feelings about it?
- 10:35Speaker 2: Awkward?
- 10:36Speaker 1: No, No, this is on her. You don't carry guilt,
- 10:41Speaker 1: You don't carry awkwardness. She your coworker, started it and
- 10:45Speaker 1: she needs to hear how it's making you feel and
- 10:47Speaker 1: understand why it's wrong.
- 10:50Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 10:51Speaker 12: I would just ignore it, Yeah, Ryan, try to have
- 10:55Speaker 12: that conversation. Pretend to have that conversation with somebody.
- 10:59Speaker 15: High.
- 11:00Speaker 12: I just noticed that you bought the same color water
- 11:03Speaker 12: mug as me. Can you please not copy my water?
- 11:08Speaker 4: Weird?
- 11:09Speaker 1: Hi? You buy the same clothes for your boyfriend slash
- 11:11Speaker 1: fiance slash husband. Now that I wear I don't know,
- 11:15Speaker 1: you're biting my style for your husband.
- 11:18Speaker 4: How do you respond, Tanya? Happy?
- 11:22Speaker 11: You should be so happy that you should.
- 11:24Speaker 1: Be you should be a happy person because of it. Actually,
- 11:29Speaker 1: I don't mind, because it does. It does make me
- 11:31Speaker 1: think I'm making some good choices. And he looks good.
- 11:34Speaker 4: He's a good looking That's what I'm saying.
- 11:35Speaker 3: When somebody copies you, when someone wants to you know,
- 11:39Speaker 3: I don't think Test is okay with that.
- 11:40Speaker 2: I think she wants to address He cuts a little much.
- 11:47Speaker 4: I don't know if lost you.
- 11:51Speaker 2: Have you left us and gone to another place.
- 11:53Speaker 4: He's like, I'm good guys.
- 11:53Speaker 16: Bye.
- 11:54Speaker 2: She's like, I don't want to hear.
- 11:56Speaker 13: I just like, don't want to make it weird at work?
- 12:00Speaker 4: Do you know what I mean?
- 12:02Speaker 2: Well, you have two choices. Either don't let it get
- 12:04Speaker 2: to you or go right after it.
- 12:07Speaker 1: That's it.
- 12:07Speaker 4: I mean, he's right, So you.
- 12:10Speaker 1: Just pick which one you you want to feel and
- 12:12Speaker 1: handle and go for it. But you can be delivered
- 12:15Speaker 1: with both. I mean there are bigger issues.
- 12:18Speaker 3: I mean you can be you know, petty about it
- 12:21Speaker 3: and really call her out, like post it on Instagram
- 12:25Speaker 3: and be like so and.
- 12:26Speaker 1: So stole my Look, maybe I'll do it one a.
- 12:28Speaker 1: He just looked the other way. Petty toxic, who wore
- 12:30Speaker 1: it best? All right, that's good luck on this and
- 12:37Speaker 1: keep us posted. All right, okay, all right, you take
- 12:41Speaker 1: your care bye. All right, it's flattery, but it's right.
- 12:46Speaker 4: Tanya does copy everything you wear for Robbie.
- 12:49Speaker 2: What's he feel how's he feel about that?
- 12:52Speaker 11: I don't know if he knows.
- 12:55Speaker 2: Well, I'm going to tell him the next baby suit
- 12:58Speaker 2: that I wear that he has it's on. I'm telling him.
- 13:03Speaker 1: Why would you tell him? That's weird too?
- 13:08Speaker 2: No, you're stealing it and not giving me any credit
- 13:09Speaker 2: for it.
- 13:12Speaker 1: She's taking all the credits, taking ownership of the I.
- 13:18Speaker 11: It is amazing. Top I found you.
- 13:21Speaker 4: You're a welcome bay.
- 13:23Speaker 1: We don't call it top. It's a shirt.
- 13:24Speaker 4: Look at this blouse.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, he can have all the tops he wants.
- 13:29Speaker 1: I'll keep my shirts, all right.
- 13:31Speaker 2: It's kiss. I have a quote of the day today.
- 13:33Speaker 1: Now, if you're trying to go out with a name
- 13:34Speaker 1: for your child on the way, they just put out
- 13:36Speaker 1: a list of the first names of people who are successful,
- 13:41Speaker 1: and they say that these names could be more likely
- 13:43Speaker 1: to generate success in their adult life. One female Jennifer,
- 13:49Speaker 1: two female Mary, Mary, three female Susan.
- 13:56Speaker 4: My name often autocorrects to Susan.
- 14:00Speaker 2: Yeah, I probably have called you Susan in my text.
- 14:04Speaker 4: Many people say Susan sometimes.
- 14:07Speaker 2: Now male names.
- 14:08Speaker 1: This is on a list if you want your child
- 14:10Speaker 1: to possibly have more success these names, they say, Robert
- 14:13Speaker 1: Michael and James Michael. Look Michael, we got one on
- 14:17Speaker 1: the list. Yeah, fingers crossed for his band next tour.
- 14:20Speaker 4: That's right.
- 14:22Speaker 1: Today's quote don't let someone who gave up on their
- 14:26Speaker 1: dreams talk you out of yours. Oh love that so true.
- 14:32Speaker 2: They may just want you to come along with stay
- 14:34Speaker 2: out of it.
- 14:34Speaker 11: Misery loves company. Not in this town, actually, I think specifically.
- 14:40Speaker 4: M myself as a town, like, don't come at me.
- 14:44Speaker 2: You've incorporated yourself. All right, let's go to Lincoln Heights.
- 14:48Speaker 1: I think this is relationship advice, our wheelhouse, our specialty.
- 14:54Speaker 2: Yvonne or how do people what do people say directly.
- 15:00Speaker 1: With your name?
- 15:01Speaker 9: Yvon You're right?
- 15:04Speaker 2: Well, welcome Levon.
- 15:05Speaker 1: Nice to have you on.
- 15:07Speaker 2: So tell me you ran into your ex? Where and
- 15:09Speaker 2: what happened?
- 15:12Speaker 9: Yeah, So I just ran into my ex in like
- 15:14Speaker 9: the most random place. It was the DMV. That's pretty random, really.
- 15:19Speaker 9: I was just there, Yeah, I was there getting my
- 15:22Speaker 9: my real ID.
- 15:24Speaker 16: And I guess he had some kind of issue with
- 15:27Speaker 16: his car registration or something that I hadn't seen him
- 15:30Speaker 16: in a really long time, and I kind of feel
- 15:32Speaker 16: like this is a sign that maybe we should get
- 15:34Speaker 16: back together.
- 15:35Speaker 9: Is it a sign that we should? I feel like,
- 15:39Speaker 9: hold on, why did you tell me?
- 15:42Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 15:42Speaker 2: Why did you break up?
- 15:45Speaker 9: Honestly, we just had really different priorities.
- 15:48Speaker 16: I really wanted something serious, and I feel like he
- 15:51Speaker 16: was still in his going out all the time phase.
- 15:54Speaker 9: But after I saw him at the DMV, he.
- 15:57Speaker 1: Just looked really like grown up, younger than you are.
- 16:02Speaker 9: He's a little older than me.
- 16:06Speaker 3: What did you feel when you saw him? Did you
- 16:07Speaker 3: get like the tingly butterfly feeling, really she.
- 16:10Speaker 2: Wants to get back together?
- 16:12Speaker 9: Kind of? Yeah? I mean I hadn't seen him in
- 16:14Speaker 9: so long.
- 16:15Speaker 1: It's just I don't know.
- 16:16Speaker 9: I wasn't expecting. I just wasn't expecting to see him.
- 16:18Speaker 9: It's like a random place to run into.
- 16:19Speaker 1: Somebody, right, But I think this is something that like
- 16:22Speaker 1: your your knee jerk reaction is to think, you know what,
- 16:26Speaker 1: I loved him. I liked him, it's easy. I met
- 16:28Speaker 1: somebody else. We should try it again. But he didn't
- 16:32Speaker 1: work out for a reason. And I'm not so sure
- 16:35Speaker 1: that reason or those reasons disappear so fast.
- 16:38Speaker 12: Yeah, but as time goes on his life priorities might
- 16:42Speaker 12: have changed.
- 16:43Speaker 1: And how long How long ago was the breakup?
- 16:47Speaker 9: It was about a year and a half ago.
- 16:49Speaker 4: I think it's still kind of fresh.
- 16:51Speaker 1: Is he single?
- 16:53Speaker 7: I think so.
- 16:55Speaker 9: We didn't really get into that, but I think he is.
- 16:58Speaker 4: Do you guys talk for a long time. Was it easy?
- 17:02Speaker 16: It was really easy, Like we kind of just fell
- 17:05Speaker 16: back into conversation and I don't know. I think it
- 17:08Speaker 16: just kind of threw me. I wasn't expecting to see him, Yvon.
- 17:12Speaker 1: I'm not so sure that the things that you broke
- 17:17Speaker 1: up about would disappear. But I will say this, I'm
- 17:22Speaker 1: a big believer in fate and timing as the stars.
- 17:27Speaker 1: And if he was there, what are the odds the
- 17:30Speaker 1: same time for the same thing. Maybe you connect with him,
- 17:35Speaker 1: you have a text, conversation, coffee, a bite to eat,
- 17:39Speaker 1: and just feel it out, but don't jump into it
- 17:42Speaker 1: all of a sudden.
- 17:42Speaker 4: Yeah, that's that's a good advice.
- 17:44Speaker 9: Yeah, that's a good idea.
- 17:47Speaker 1: All right, Well keep us posted. Yeah, in the loop
- 17:53Speaker 1: on this all right?
- 17:55Speaker 9: Mm hmm, thank you, thank you for calling.
- 17:57Speaker 4: Thanks, bye bye.
- 18:01Speaker 2: She does not so sounds so happy.
- 18:03Speaker 4: There is that what she wants.
- 18:06Speaker 11: I think we nailed it.
- 18:07Speaker 2: It's worth it, it's worth a try, it's worth a check.
- 18:11Speaker 4: I think so too. And I'm usually like once they're
- 18:15Speaker 4: your ax, they're your ax, You're.
- 18:16Speaker 2: At it's out. It's a long time, two year and
- 18:18Speaker 2: a half.
- 18:19Speaker 12: I feel like it's it's not enough time for him
- 18:22Speaker 12: to go from wanting to party to wanting to settle down.
- 18:25Speaker 4: That's true. Why couldn't he change a year ago for her?
- 18:28Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 18:29Speaker 4: Annoying. I don't think that should get back together now.
- 18:33Speaker 1: So kind of hoping the show would go fast to
- 18:35Speaker 1: get to this sicity. I've been excited to. I don't
- 18:38Speaker 1: know why because I didn't read the article, but I
- 18:40Speaker 1: had to do something about dating and height and I'm
- 18:44Speaker 1: obviously very comfortable at five to eight with my height,
- 18:48Speaker 1: but what does it mean?
- 18:50Speaker 3: So Tinder is rolling out this new feature that's got
- 18:54Speaker 3: everyone talking, and they're testing a height filter. So basically,
- 18:59Speaker 3: if you're a platinum subscribers, that's about forty dollars a month.
- 19:03Speaker 3: You can now set a minimum and maximum height for
- 19:07Speaker 3: potential matches. Mom, if I was on the apps, I
- 19:10Speaker 3: would totally pay forty bucks a month to like funnel
- 19:13Speaker 3: out the exact height.
- 19:15Speaker 2: Would you put your height up there?
- 19:17Speaker 13: Well?
- 19:17Speaker 4: No, this is the height that you want for a
- 19:19Speaker 4: potential match. Yeah, okay, it's your wish list.
- 19:22Speaker 3: Like for me, I always wanted to view somebody those
- 19:25Speaker 3: six foot or taller.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Don't care. That's just me.
- 19:30Speaker 4: Some people do care about height, Okay, so keep it going.
- 19:33Speaker 2: I mean I think people might care about my height.
- 19:36Speaker 11: I don't care about height.
- 19:38Speaker 3: Tinder says they're trying this out how to help people
- 19:42Speaker 3: connect more intentionally, but not everyone's buying it. Some folks
- 19:46Speaker 3: are calling it superficial and discriminatory, while others say, hey,
- 19:50Speaker 3: other apps like Hinge already have this. But Tinder's new
- 19:53Speaker 3: CEO is trying to shake off the apps hook up
- 19:56Speaker 3: heavy image and appeal more to gen Z users looking
- 20:00Speaker 3: for meaningful connections. They don't want to be known as
- 20:03Speaker 3: the hookup app, which Tinder kind of has that reputation
- 20:06Speaker 3: that there's no like meaningful relationships that come out of Tinder.
- 20:10Speaker 3: You go to bumble hinge other apps for that. But
- 20:13Speaker 3: the highth filter has sparked a lot of debate online,
- 20:16Speaker 3: and I think that it's just an interesting take. If
- 20:18Speaker 3: you know what you want, what's the point of like
- 20:22Speaker 3: meeting somebody, chatting with them, going out on a date,
- 20:25Speaker 3: and then when you get there, they're five to six
- 20:27Speaker 3: and you're like five eight and you're like, I.
- 20:30Speaker 4: Will never because sometimes you don't know.
- 20:33Speaker 11: Yeah, same like you don't know what's best for you.
- 20:37Speaker 4: Sometimes you know what you want, but sometimes you.
- 20:40Speaker 2: Don't care about the height.
- 20:43Speaker 4: People care about that height.
- 20:46Speaker 1: I have been asked in the past, do I mind
- 20:49Speaker 1: that said person is taller than I am, and especially
- 20:53Speaker 1: in heels, And I say, no.
- 20:55Speaker 4: Well you're different. But I have girlfriends that are like deal.
- 20:59Speaker 3: Know, like when they're looking through profiles, they'll be like,
- 21:02Speaker 3: oh my gosh, he's sitting down in all his pictures,
- 21:05Speaker 3: and that's for a reason.
- 21:06Speaker 4: You know, he's not comparing it's a picture with him
- 21:09Speaker 4: and all his bros. You can tell you a man
- 21:13Speaker 4: with his bro thank.
- 21:14Speaker 3: You, because if it's a picture with his bros and
- 21:16Speaker 3: he's sitting down or they're all sitting down. He doesn't
- 21:18Speaker 3: have any standing pictures with his bros. Then you can
- 21:21Speaker 3: see that there's a height not I don't say issue,
- 21:25Speaker 3: but do you know.
- 21:28Speaker 1: It's so true.
- 21:32Speaker 12: All of our wedding pictures and his groomsmen, he's like
- 21:35Speaker 12: in the middle, he's the shortest and all his groomsmen
- 21:37Speaker 12: are like towering over him.
- 21:39Speaker 1: And why is that so funny? Like you're so excited
- 21:43Speaker 1: to say it, and I find it not so funny.
- 21:48Speaker 11: He finds it funny too.
- 21:50Speaker 1: Oh really, I think.
- 21:51Speaker 2: He's being nice to his wife heat down inside.
- 21:56Speaker 1: He cries at night when you're asleep under your Hairy
- 21:58Speaker 1: Styles pillow over it?
- 22:04Speaker 4: You should have did you incorporate the Harry Styles pillow
- 22:07Speaker 4: into the wedding?
- 22:10Speaker 2: The naked uncle? I couldn't get pack the naked uncle story.
- 22:14Speaker 2: It was all I needed.
- 22:15Speaker 1: And also, yeah, Harry's I was told not to go
- 22:17Speaker 1: like to Harry Styles because I think that's the one
- 22:20Speaker 1: guy that he does not like to hear about. It's good,
- 22:26Speaker 1: it's kiss Okay, time for Ryan's roses. Lisa has reached
- 22:33Speaker 1: out to us and she says, dear Ryan, Sisney and Tanya,
- 22:38Speaker 1: this is really weird. My husband's been getting gifts in
- 22:41Speaker 1: the mail and the mail almost every day. They don't
- 22:44Speaker 1: say who they're from. He says it must be a
- 22:46Speaker 1: wrong address. I think he's lying. All right, Lisa, give
- 22:49Speaker 1: us thanks for reaching out. Give us a little more
- 22:51Speaker 1: detail here. So this is coming in actually the mail.
- 22:54Speaker 16: Right, yeah, yeah, we'll get stuff from Amazon, like almost
- 22:59Speaker 16: every single day.
- 23:00Speaker 2: Amazon got it.
- 23:01Speaker 1: Okay, So you're getting deliveries packages, right, and it's coming
- 23:04Speaker 1: from somebody else?
- 23:05Speaker 2: Is there a theme to what these packages are?
- 23:10Speaker 5: No?
- 23:11Speaker 16: I mean it's like sunglasses, a pillow, a phone charger,
- 23:17Speaker 16: a Bluetooth speaker, coffee cup, like it's just really random stuff,
- 23:23Speaker 16: a journal, cologne.
- 23:25Speaker 1: Like weird, right, yeah, why don't you do?
- 23:29Speaker 16: Your husband though, Well, he's all, oh, someone must have
- 23:34Speaker 16: the wrong address, but like what it's it's been almost
- 23:38Speaker 16: a month, like oh and last week he got a
- 23:45Speaker 16: Laker's jersey and he's like obsessed with the Lakers. And
- 23:48Speaker 16: then a beard tremor and he has a beard, so.
- 23:52Speaker 2: Like, yeah, but what if it's what's fun joke?
- 23:59Speaker 16: Well, he called amaz On and see, like, you know
- 24:02Speaker 16: who's sending all these gifts and they wouldn't tell him
- 24:05Speaker 16: of course, but they did say that they are legitimate
- 24:07Speaker 16: purchases and no one's claimed them as missing items. So
- 24:12Speaker 16: I mean, he's cheating on me, or he was cheating
- 24:16Speaker 16: on me, and like they he broke it off, and
- 24:20Speaker 16: maybe this is her way of trying to taunt him
- 24:23Speaker 16: or get his attention, or maybe he's got a string.
- 24:27Speaker 2: That's your theory.
- 24:28Speaker 1: Your theory is this is residual from him either cheating
- 24:33Speaker 1: on you before or cheating on you. Now, that's that's
- 24:35Speaker 1: why we're here, correct, Yeah, yeah, And he's keeping these
- 24:39Speaker 1: gifts or sending them back.
- 24:42Speaker 16: No, he's keeping them and using them.
- 24:44Speaker 9: It's driving me absolutely crazy.
- 24:45Speaker 2: Somebody are great, Wow, they're great.
- 24:47Speaker 1: Okay, well we are going to put you on hold.
- 24:51Speaker 1: We'll come back and we will get into it. Two
- 24:54Speaker 1: point seven kiss FM. We are about to call Lisa's
- 24:58Speaker 1: husband because he's been getting packages and Amazon. She thinks
- 25:02Speaker 1: these are coming from a woman he's either cheated on
- 25:04Speaker 1: or cheating with, and they are gifts essentially, and some
- 25:08Speaker 1: good gifts, and he's keeping them, and she theorizes that
- 25:12Speaker 1: he's cheating. But Lisa, you must not trust him to
- 25:15Speaker 1: go that far. There must be a reason you don't
- 25:18Speaker 1: trust him, and I think that he's cheating because he's
- 25:19Speaker 1: getting gifts.
- 25:21Speaker 9: Yeah, no, I it's there's.
- 25:26Speaker 16: There was a situation a while ago with some texts.
- 25:31Speaker 1: Okay, so this has been lingering for a while, got it.
- 25:34Speaker 1: I understand the background. Now, so you're looking over your shoulder. Okay,
- 25:37Speaker 1: we are going to call. I need you to say Ryan,
- 25:39Speaker 1: you have my permission to call, and then his name.
- 25:44Speaker 9: Okay, Ryan, you have my permission to call.
- 25:47Speaker 2: We're going to do that now, be very quiet.
- 25:50Speaker 1: Sisney's going to take over and ask him who he
- 25:52Speaker 1: wants to send some flowers to Red Roses to.
- 25:54Speaker 2: Let's find out who's top of mind.
- 25:56Speaker 1: Okay, okay, Hello, Hi.
- 26:11Speaker 4: I'm looking for Greg.
- 26:14Speaker 5: This is this is Greg.
- 26:15Speaker 17: Hi.
- 26:15Speaker 16: There.
- 26:16Speaker 4: My name is Gretchen. I'm calling from Weebi Blueman. How
- 26:19Speaker 4: you doing this morning?
- 26:21Speaker 17: I'm fine great.
- 26:22Speaker 3: You know, we deliver all over Norwalk and surrounding areas,
- 26:26Speaker 3: and we're offering a free promotion today. It's a free
- 26:27Speaker 3: dozen red Roses that you can send anybody they like.
- 26:32Speaker 5: You're saying, what are you saying?
- 26:35Speaker 3: So it's a promo that we do about once a month,
- 26:37Speaker 3: and you can send these flowers to anybody. They can
- 26:41Speaker 3: receive them by lunchtime today, or if a different day
- 26:43Speaker 3: is more convenient for you, that works too. But they
- 26:45Speaker 3: are free. I don't need cash from you. I don't
- 26:47Speaker 3: need credit card info, you're billing address, anything like that.
- 26:50Speaker 3: We just hope that if you are pleased with our arrangements,
- 26:52Speaker 3: you come back as a customer one day.
- 26:55Speaker 5: Oh that's awesome. Okay, you could send them to my wife.
- 26:58Speaker 4: Great.
- 26:58Speaker 5: What's her name, Lisa?
- 27:01Speaker 4: Uh huh? And what did you want to put on
- 27:03Speaker 4: the card?
- 27:05Speaker 5: Okay, put to my sweet angel, love monkey?
- 27:11Speaker 4: Okay, to my sweet angel love monkey.
- 27:13Speaker 17: Cute.
- 27:15Speaker 5: Yeah, that's a daughter. My daughter used to call me
- 27:18Speaker 5: guy when she was little, so it kind of stuck
- 27:19Speaker 5: at the nickname.
- 27:21Speaker 4: Oh I love that.
- 27:22Speaker 1: Greg, your voice is being broadcast on the radio, and
- 27:24Speaker 1: we have your sweet angel on the phone with us.
- 27:27Speaker 1: Actually right now, Lisa, Lisa's asked us to reach out
- 27:31Speaker 1: to you.
- 27:32Speaker 2: And the gist Greg.
- 27:36Speaker 5: Isn't admit of being called monkey on the radio.
- 27:39Speaker 1: Well, yes, yes, yes you did, but that's not why
- 27:44Speaker 1: we're here. We're here because Lisa, your wife is concerned
- 27:47Speaker 1: that you might be having an affair. What seriously are
- 27:55Speaker 1: you receiving gifts packages from Amazon, or you're getting deliveries.
- 28:00Speaker 5: Oh my god.
- 28:05Speaker 2: Okay, hold on, yes, I am okay, and you know
- 28:12Speaker 2: where they're coming from.
- 28:12Speaker 16: Tell me who is sending them, Greg, I need to
- 28:15Speaker 16: know what's going on, Lisa.
- 28:18Speaker 17: Oh okay, yeah, I do know who who is sending them.
- 28:28Speaker 5: Okay, So she's one of the other coaches. I don't
- 28:33Speaker 5: know how much she's told you. I'm a high school
- 28:36Speaker 5: track coach at a school well we'll not name, and
- 28:41Speaker 5: one of the other coaches from a different school is
- 28:45Speaker 5: a woman, and she and I see each other a
- 28:47Speaker 5: lot at competitions. And one day I dropped my sunglasses
- 28:53Speaker 5: and a lens popped out. There was no big deal.
- 28:55Speaker 5: We had a good laugh about it. And then a
- 28:58Speaker 5: few days later sunglasses has arrived, and then that started
- 29:02Speaker 5: the thing, and the gifts haven't stopped.
- 29:05Speaker 9: Why why would you not tell me that you lied
- 29:08Speaker 9: to me? Because you even called Amazon.
- 29:11Speaker 5: I'm sorry, it's just a little it's a little weird, right,
- 29:15Speaker 5: woman sending my gifts and you sometimes get a little jealous.
- 29:21Speaker 9: Yeah, well, okay, with good reason.
- 29:23Speaker 1: I guess something happened in the past.
- 29:25Speaker 13: Greg.
- 29:29Speaker 5: We don't need to get into that.
- 29:30Speaker 4: Well, we know about it, We know about the text.
- 29:34Speaker 5: Oh that was a long time ago.
- 29:38Speaker 1: Okay, But that's what I mean.
- 29:40Speaker 9: I'm jealous.
- 29:42Speaker 2: There's not nothing's going on.
- 29:43Speaker 5: There's absolutely nothing going on.
- 29:45Speaker 1: But why didn't you tell your wife about it? That's
- 29:47Speaker 1: the thing I'm trying to understand and put together here.
- 29:50Speaker 5: I mean, it's just it's the kind of thing that
- 29:53Speaker 5: I assumed I would would make her uncomfortable, and so
- 29:56Speaker 5: I just I just lied about it. Okay.
- 30:00Speaker 1: Well, look we've taken a step forward. There's progress here.
- 30:03Speaker 1: You now know what's going on and up to you
- 30:06Speaker 1: how you want to handle it. But thank you for
- 30:07Speaker 1: reaching out, Greg, Thank you for a little transparency here.
- 30:12Speaker 17: Yeah, I mean I was on the spot, you know.
- 30:17Speaker 9: Okay, let me please ask one question. Let me ask
- 30:21Speaker 9: one question. How have you kissed her? How you kissed her?
- 30:30Speaker 4: The silence tells it all, Lisa.
- 30:32Speaker 5: Quick, look, stupid, it was nothing. It was.
- 30:37Speaker 2: You did cheat day.
- 30:39Speaker 1: Greg.
- 30:40Speaker 2: You have no credibility.
- 30:42Speaker 18: You know.
- 30:44Speaker 16: You ar right after you was that meat in Fresno
- 30:48Speaker 16: where you spent the night.
- 30:52Speaker 5: I don't think we can talk about this on the radio.
- 30:55Speaker 16: Yeah, well you slept with her, didn't you.
- 30:57Speaker 9: That's why you don't talk about the.
- 30:59Speaker 17: Radio because I did not sleep with her.
- 31:01Speaker 1: I did not sleep but you kissed her and you
- 31:04Speaker 1: didn't tell us that. So Greg, there's no credibility, bro.
- 31:07Speaker 1: That's what I'm trying to say, is the story just
- 31:09Speaker 1: continues to evolve. We keep peeling layers off of it.
- 31:12Speaker 1: We are going to take you off the air now, Lisa,
- 31:13Speaker 1: You've got more information and more information again, So thank
- 31:17Speaker 1: you for reaching out to us. Good luck to you,
- 31:19Speaker 1: Lisa getting the full scope of the truth of the liar.
- 31:23Speaker 1: I mean, he just kept revealing more the more we talked,
- 31:26Speaker 1: and going back to the flower shop, we be blooming.
- 31:29Speaker 4: Yeah, we be blooming.
- 31:32Speaker 1: We're glad that Mikees were off because we all laughed
- 31:34Speaker 1: very hard when you said that.
- 31:37Speaker 4: With Ryan Seacrest.
- 31:40Speaker 1: Okay, kiss FM. So let's go back to the Ryan's
- 31:43Speaker 1: Roses call. And here, I mean, there are a couple
- 31:45Speaker 1: of concepts in this Ryan's Roses call. And the reason
- 31:47Speaker 1: that Lisa married to Greg reached out was because she
- 31:51Speaker 1: didn't have full trust in her husband because there was
- 31:53Speaker 1: an incident a while back, a texting incident with another woman,
- 31:57Speaker 1: and I don't think she's ever let that get out
- 31:58Speaker 1: of her head, which I don't blame her her. So
- 32:00Speaker 1: then when she sees gifts being sent to him and
- 32:02Speaker 1: deliveries coming to him on a regular basis through Amazon
- 32:06Speaker 1: that are like nice gifts, she thinks it's from another woman.
- 32:09Speaker 1: I now understand why she would connect that dot and
- 32:11Speaker 1: reach out to us. Okay, yeah, So we get her husband,
- 32:14Speaker 1: Greg on the line, who tells us a very detailed
- 32:17Speaker 1: story about a coach at another school and sunglass lens
- 32:21Speaker 1: falling out of his sunglasses, and she then, you know,
- 32:24Speaker 1: never stopped. I guess they'd all laugh about it and
- 32:26Speaker 1: never stopped giving him gifts or fixing the glasses. How
- 32:29Speaker 1: it started. And then she keeps sending him things but
- 32:31Speaker 1: she won't stop. And then he reveals that there's nothing
- 32:34Speaker 1: going on. And then as we talk further, he says, well,
- 32:36Speaker 1: I yes, it was a stupid moment we kissed, so
- 32:39Speaker 1: I just don't you can't believe anything. The guy says,
- 32:42Speaker 1: Then there was a I don't know what kind of
- 32:44Speaker 1: a trip, like a track of mean or something. And
- 32:47Speaker 1: because they're coaches, and she thinks that they spent time together,
- 32:50Speaker 1: the night together, and I don't blame her, because he
- 32:53Speaker 1: kept saying no, no, no, and then well yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 32:57Speaker 4: It was lie after lie after lie.
- 33:00Speaker 2: He sounded at first, and I have to say yeah.
- 33:05Speaker 1: When he said Lisa to my sweet angel whatever on
- 33:07Speaker 1: the card, I started thinking, Okay, this guy's just caught
- 33:11Speaker 1: up in some miscommunication and it's really not his faults.
- 33:14Speaker 2: It's looking like it is, but it's not.
- 33:16Speaker 4: He's just a good liar. Well he won't try at
- 33:18Speaker 4: the beginning.
- 33:19Speaker 11: Yeah, I feel like he's a horrible liar actually.
- 33:22Speaker 5: And.
- 33:23Speaker 2: If his wife didn't have the trust before, she definitely
- 33:26Speaker 2: doesn't have the trust now.
- 33:27Speaker 17: So what do you do?
- 33:29Speaker 2: Let's go aljamra Hi, Mandy, good morning, how are you?
- 33:33Speaker 5: I'm good?
- 33:33Speaker 14: How about you?
- 33:35Speaker 1: Great? Thank you?
- 33:36Speaker 2: So the other coach is in love with him, you think?
- 33:40Speaker 14: Yeah, I think she's definitely in love with him after
- 33:43Speaker 14: they kissed, and she's sending him a bunch of gifts
- 33:46Speaker 14: because she's in love with him and trying to stir
- 33:49Speaker 14: up some issues with marriage.
- 33:53Speaker 1: I don't doubt it because she's she definitely something happened,
- 33:57Speaker 1: like he admitted to it. So something happened, and now
- 34:00Speaker 1: she wanted to be known that she's involved, because she's
- 34:03Speaker 1: sending the gifts yeah, and he I mean, he revealed
- 34:06Speaker 1: who it was, so I think that your theory is
- 34:08Speaker 1: probably right. Now the question becomes, Lisa, I don't know
- 34:11Speaker 1: if did she say they have kids? I can't remember.
- 34:13Speaker 1: But then the question becomes, does she just leave because
- 34:16Speaker 1: if you don't have peace of mind or you can't
- 34:18Speaker 1: sleep at night, then is that toxicity worth it?
- 34:21Speaker 2: He's just not a truth teller.
- 34:22Speaker 4: Yeah, they do have kids. Remember he said his daughter
- 34:24Speaker 4: used to call him monkey.
- 34:26Speaker 2: Oh yes, okay, right, So it's very complicated.
- 34:28Speaker 1: But if she's if she can't sleep at night, then
- 34:31Speaker 1: she's gonna have to make a tough decision. What Manny
- 34:36Speaker 1: I said, you.
- 34:36Speaker 14: Need sleep with kids, So if she needs to leave
- 34:39Speaker 14: him in order to get some sleep, then that that's necessary.
- 34:43Speaker 14: And also it seems a little itchy.
- 34:46Speaker 2: I agree. Thank you Mandy for listening to us.
- 34:49Speaker 1: No Brad Ryan's Rose's play some of these talkbacks back
- 34:54Speaker 1: from inside our iHeart Radio app.
- 34:56Speaker 2: It's the free iHeart Radio app.
- 34:57Speaker 1: Great way to listen to the show every day from anywhere,
- 35:00Speaker 1: especially if you're on the move, on your device, on
- 35:02Speaker 1: every kind of device that's out there. So these are
- 35:05Speaker 1: going to be a little bit random and The first
- 35:07Speaker 1: one is from Vanessa Vanessa and Covina.
- 35:10Speaker 2: So she says Sisney is right about what?
- 35:13Speaker 4: Oh, I like it already.
- 35:14Speaker 7: This is Vanessa from us Covina. I just wanted you
- 35:17Speaker 7: all to know that Ciciney is not hearing things in
- 35:21Speaker 7: her head. I too have heard a random todome when
- 35:26Speaker 7: watching Netflix.
- 35:27Speaker 11: Have a great day, guys.
- 35:29Speaker 1: Okay, so you're hearing the todome stamp when you're watching
- 35:31Speaker 1: in the middle of a series or a show right
- 35:33Speaker 1: every now.
- 35:33Speaker 4: And then, not like every day, but it's happened in
- 35:35Speaker 4: the past. And I just feel so seen right now.
- 35:39Speaker 2: And is that because things are coming out they wait?
- 35:42Speaker 4: The reason we don't know. I don't know why, but
- 35:44Speaker 4: that was a rumor.
- 35:44Speaker 2: Howey you know people on Netflix?
- 35:45Speaker 11: Then we asked them, yes, yes, do not remember we
- 35:49Speaker 11: had her on the show?
- 35:50Speaker 1: Yes? And what did she say?
- 35:51Speaker 12: She said she's worried about Sisney, but that she will
- 35:56Speaker 12: ask internally.
- 35:57Speaker 1: But she so she didn't know.
- 35:58Speaker 4: No, I'm not alone here obviously. Vanessa and West Covina.
- 36:02Speaker 1: Here's it too, Well, maybe she's using your password. Okay,
- 36:06Speaker 1: here's Maria who listened to us and heard the grunting.
- 36:10Speaker 1: So I was called nicely, very very much.
- 36:13Speaker 4: Audio is bad.
- 36:14Speaker 1: No, I'm not gonna play it. But I was called
- 36:15Speaker 1: out at the gym for making uh well, if you
- 36:17Speaker 1: want to hear it, but I was.
- 36:18Speaker 17: I was.
- 36:19Speaker 1: I was told at the jim that I make this
- 36:20Speaker 1: kind of noise. This is me working out by a
- 36:24Speaker 1: jym goer. That's me. I don't think I was doing
- 36:26Speaker 1: legs and it's noxious. I don't know. I'm struggling to
- 36:31Speaker 1: get through whatever it was. Anyway, here's Maria.
- 36:33Speaker 15: I am listening to the recorder that Brian Bryan got
- 36:37Speaker 15: a complain that sounds like me.
- 36:39Speaker 1: With my new yoga exercise that I can barely make.
- 36:45Speaker 5: We're the same ash.
- 36:46Speaker 1: Well, you're older than me for a few months, but
- 36:48Speaker 1: it sounds like me trying to do those poses. It's
- 36:53Speaker 1: good to know somebody else is making those strange noises.
- 36:57Speaker 10: How a lovely big.
- 36:58Speaker 2: Guy tickled it.
- 37:03Speaker 1: I think the point is when you grunt while working out,
- 37:05Speaker 1: most of the time you don't realize it. And I
- 37:07Speaker 1: was told that, and I understand, and I had no idea.
- 37:09Speaker 1: I sounded like that all right. Here is Blondie Ma
- 37:12Speaker 1: Reno Valley, Hi, good morning. She's a comment about time
- 37:15Speaker 1: healing all wounds.
- 37:16Speaker 15: Hi, good morning, Sistany, Tanya, and Ryan. I'm listening to
- 37:20Speaker 15: you guys this morning from Moreno Valley, California. Good morning.
- 37:23Speaker 15: It's funny that you guys are talking about the past
- 37:26Speaker 15: and you know forgiveness this time heal.
- 37:29Speaker 1: Yes, it does.
- 37:29Speaker 15: Have you guys read the Four Agreements. Humans are the
- 37:33Speaker 15: only ones who constantly punish themselves for the same mistake
- 37:36Speaker 15: over and over and over and over again.
- 37:40Speaker 4: That is not fair. Any who's have a great morning.
- 37:43Speaker 15: Thank you.
- 37:44Speaker 1: It is a fantastic book to read it and reread
- 37:47Speaker 1: and one more talk back. Thank you very much for
- 37:48Speaker 1: reaching out. Blondie, Michelle and Fountain Valley has a question
- 37:51Speaker 1: for us, Hi, Ryan, I was.
- 37:53Speaker 19: Just wondering if you guys will be doing any contests
- 37:58Speaker 19: or just Ney Atland ticket. My grandkids and kids have
- 38:02Speaker 19: them really wanting to go, so I just want to
- 38:05Speaker 19: enter if there is a contest coming up soon. But
- 38:09Speaker 19: I love your guys this show. I appreciate all of
- 38:12Speaker 19: you guys. You really need my day go by quick,
- 38:15Speaker 19: even when I'm having a bad day just listening to
- 38:17Speaker 19: you guys.
- 38:17Speaker 13: You're wonderful.
- 38:18Speaker 4: Have a great day.
- 38:20Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 38:20Speaker 1: Michelle Kiss We have a very tight family here. I
- 38:24Speaker 1: got the front room, in the back room, I got
- 38:25Speaker 1: a studio. You got the new intern Sophia, you got Phonsie,
- 38:29Speaker 1: got Mikayla. There's Ruby Lots goes into all the things
- 38:33Speaker 1: that happen here, and that's great. Figure all Busy Tubbs
- 38:37Speaker 1: is here too, but he's Tubbs. So I'm talking about
- 38:42Speaker 1: the backroom specifically. Sydney has some drama to break down,
- 38:45Speaker 1: and we just need to make sure it's like a
- 38:47Speaker 1: family meeting.
- 38:48Speaker 4: It happen.
- 38:49Speaker 1: You can't have any tension. Things, can't just sit. What's
- 38:51Speaker 1: happening sinstant in the back room.
- 38:53Speaker 4: So last week.
- 38:58Speaker 3: Mkayla expressed that she missed the Jonas Brothers concert and
- 39:08Speaker 3: then that again because and she was going to like
- 39:10Speaker 3: so many shows, right, so she was like back to back.
- 39:13Speaker 4: Going to San Diego. Where was the show that you
- 39:15Speaker 4: were supposed to go to?
- 39:16Speaker 9: Phoenix?
- 39:17Speaker 3: It was Phoenix And she missed because she was filling
- 39:20Speaker 3: in for Ruby because Ruby got married and went on
- 39:23Speaker 3: your honeymoon.
- 39:24Speaker 1: Were you gone home?
- 39:24Speaker 4: I went on a mini moon, mini.
- 39:26Speaker 3: Moon, mini moon, And so she was kind of just
- 39:29Speaker 3: like letting out the fact that that Jonahs brother specifically
- 39:33Speaker 3: that show.
- 39:34Speaker 4: The main was the special guest, and the main is
- 39:38Speaker 4: your favorite.
- 39:39Speaker 1: Just get to the issue of what why please? I
- 39:41Speaker 1: can hear it issue. The issue is Ruby scheduled her
- 39:44Speaker 1: mini moon during your favorite concert.
- 39:47Speaker 18: Yeah, and I thought you were going to go to
- 39:49Speaker 18: see another show, though I didn't know it was that one.
- 39:52Speaker 6: No, it was Jonas in the main. But Ruby, she
- 39:55Speaker 6: had her wedding. I mean, you know, what are we
- 39:57Speaker 6: gonna do? And so she held it down because she
- 39:59Speaker 6: had and that and that was that.
- 40:01Speaker 3: But I was like, you're not holding any like grudge
- 40:05Speaker 3: or like resentment or anything like that, right.
- 40:07Speaker 6: I mean, it was a once in a lifetime thing
- 40:09Speaker 6: then I'll never see again.
- 40:10Speaker 4: But no, I'm just kidding.
- 40:11Speaker 1: No, it's okay.
- 40:12Speaker 2: If you're not, it's fair, all right.
- 40:16Speaker 1: So Ruby, Uh, do you have anything to ease the
- 40:19Speaker 1: pain for Michayla here?
- 40:23Speaker 17: No?
- 40:23Speaker 18: I mean I told her thank you for covering for me.
- 40:26Speaker 18: I don't know, like months ago, so I didn't know
- 40:31Speaker 18: she was gonna go. And then she said last minute
- 40:34Speaker 18: she was trying.
- 40:34Speaker 1: To go, So I was like, oops, yeah, she didn't.
- 40:38Speaker 1: I guess the way it was not okay the way
- 40:40Speaker 1: you say it's okay, Mikayla. But let's just put it
- 40:42Speaker 1: this way. When roles are reversed, guess who's stepping up.
- 40:46Speaker 2: And in for you, Ruby, So you just mark it down.
- 40:50Speaker 4: It's coming up.
- 40:51Speaker 2: Oh yeah, well we're getting a billboard, so it's coming faster.
- 40:53Speaker 1: We better watch out. We're getting Mikayla meet Mary michaela
- 40:57Speaker 1: dot calm on a billboard. Right, no tension. I think
- 41:01Speaker 1: it's a fair conversation. I think look, Ruby, apparently this
- 41:05Speaker 1: is the once in a lifetime for you as well.
- 41:07Speaker 1: So things happen. Half of the men divorce. Oh my gosh,
- 41:16Speaker 1: I'm just making a broad statement.
- 41:18Speaker 4: A broad statement. Well not I'm here, look at us
- 41:21Speaker 4: happily married.
- 41:22Speaker 1: Well not me.
- 41:23Speaker 2: All right, Next I got silent. You guys are so awkward.
- 41:30Speaker 1: Now I have this one. So we got Leo on
- 41:34Speaker 1: the line here. Leo is calling in here at eight
- 41:37Speaker 1: hundred and five to one to two seven. Leo, good morning. Hey,
- 41:42Speaker 1: So you're calling about your fiance.
- 41:45Speaker 20: Yeah, well it's kind of about the wedding, uh imitationless.
- 41:51Speaker 5: So we're getting this fall. We're getting married this fall.
- 41:53Speaker 20: Putting together the invite list, and my fiance had this
- 41:58Speaker 20: great idea because her birthday was last week. She decided
- 42:02Speaker 20: that anybody who did not wish her happy birthday is
- 42:05Speaker 20: not getting invited to the wedding.
- 42:10Speaker 2: Anybody did not wish her happy birthday doesn't go to
- 42:13Speaker 2: the wedding.
- 42:13Speaker 20: The petty Now you're not going to be invited to
- 42:15Speaker 20: the wedding. Yeah, like, yeah, I think that's pretty petty,
- 42:19Speaker 20: it seems to me, but she doesn't really care what
- 42:21Speaker 20: I think.
- 42:23Speaker 2: I think it's pretty petty too.
- 42:24Speaker 4: Does this is it petty or is it brilliant?
- 42:28Speaker 19: Ah?
- 42:28Speaker 2: Good, good question.
- 42:29Speaker 1: Actually, you know those things that are so obviously one
- 42:32Speaker 1: thing might just be the opposite, Like maybe this is
- 42:34Speaker 1: a clever, brilliant, deliberate, strong move.
- 42:37Speaker 4: Right, Like you're not that close with a friend of
- 42:39Speaker 4: me to not even text me on my birthday.
- 42:41Speaker 2: So thank you for reframing that.
- 42:43Speaker 1: I love it.
- 42:49Speaker 4: You know why you love it because you're like low
- 42:51Speaker 4: key petty.
- 42:56Speaker 17: The wedding party a little smaller.
- 42:59Speaker 1: Yeah, it's the only question I raised is does this
- 43:03Speaker 1: pettiness worry you to run away?
- 43:07Speaker 17: My final question was is this a red flag?
- 43:10Speaker 21: Like is this because like like somebody they said, a
- 43:14Speaker 21: couple of important people you know probably forgot or just
- 43:16Speaker 21: didn't wish or have your birthday, and I know in
- 43:20Speaker 21: the wedding.
- 43:21Speaker 1: You know the thing is I mean, actually, Sistany's right,
- 43:25Speaker 1: I kind of like it for this exercise. But you
- 43:27Speaker 1: don't want to marry someone for the rest of your
- 43:30Speaker 1: life till death, do us part, bro till dead, get
- 43:34Speaker 1: it to die, die, Okay.
- 43:36Speaker 2: You don't want to be if somebody's petty until you die.
- 43:39Speaker 4: Die, maybe you don't have to be, so.
- 43:43Speaker 3: Maybe you don't have to be so stuck to the
- 43:45Speaker 3: petty like you know, like if it's someone important in
- 43:48Speaker 3: your life, obviously still invite them to the wedding. But
- 43:50Speaker 3: I think it's more of the randoms, like the ones
- 43:52Speaker 3: that you thought were kind of your friends or like
- 43:54Speaker 3: acquaintances and they didn't say havey birthdays.
- 43:55Speaker 1: It's like bye, yeah, those that I'm okay with it's
- 43:59Speaker 1: you know, my sister, and uh yeah, obviously let that go.
- 44:04Speaker 5: There are a couple of people that were just didn't
- 44:07Speaker 5: do it. So on.
- 44:10Speaker 1: The bright side, you found someone you think you want
- 44:12Speaker 1: to be with forever and you're about to get married,
- 44:15Speaker 1: just just check it all out, check it all out
- 44:18Speaker 1: before you commit. Thank you and good luck. Ye yeah,
- 44:25Speaker 1: I like that's a very clean way to edit. But
- 44:30Speaker 1: you can't have pettiness in the marriage, can't.
- 44:33Speaker 5: Can you?
- 44:34Speaker 4: No, not against each other at least no, that.
- 44:36Speaker 2: Would be bad.
- 44:37Speaker 1: It's a kiss up. That's it for us today, Kiss FM.
- 44:41Speaker 1: We're back tomorrow with some more action, including a second
- 44:45Speaker 1: date update. Thanks guys, have a good one.
