Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. About a year ago, Congress set up a
• 0:07
Speaker 1: committee that was tasked with overseeing the investigation into Jeffrey Epstein,
• 0:13
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell, and their crimes. However, after a year, we
• 0:18
Speaker 1: still don't have much to go on. Nobody has been
• 0:22
Speaker 1: held accountable. Nobody is under investigation that we know about.
• 0:27
Speaker 1: And shockingly, the only two people that we know have
• 0:30
Speaker 1: been referred are two people that were accused by Sarah
• 0:35
Speaker 1: Kellen Vickers. Do you mean to tell me that all
• 0:38
Speaker 1: the other accusations that have been made are not up
• 0:42
Speaker 1: to snuff? That they don't have enough behind them for
• 0:46
Speaker 1: them to be pursued? Because if you're trying to tell
• 0:49
Speaker 1: me that, I'm going to tell you it's a bunch
• 0:51
Speaker 1: of BS. Because there's plenty of information about plenty of
• 0:55
Speaker 1: people who should be referred to for criminal indictment to
• 0:59
Speaker 1: the Justice Department. But we haven't seen much of that,
• 1:02
Speaker 1: have we? And unfortunately, I'm not confident that we will.
• 1:07
Speaker 1: And again, it's all by design in my opinion. I
• 1:10
Speaker 1: don't think this committee was ever enacted to get anything done.
• 1:14
Speaker 1: And if it wasn't for the discharge petition, forget it.
• 1:18
Speaker 1: So today, we have an article from Politico, and here's
• 1:22
Speaker 1: the headline. This is just the beginning. One year in,
• 1:26
Speaker 1: there's no end in sight. for Congress's Epstein probe. This
• 1:30
Speaker 1: article was authored by Haley Fuchs. The House Oversight Committee's
• 1:35
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein investigation will hit the one-year mark later this month,
• 1:39
Speaker 1: and the saga isn't ending anytime soon. Well, it's certainly
• 1:43
Speaker 1: not ending around these parts anytime soon. Now, we're definitely
• 1:47
Speaker 1: going to be talking about other things, and over the
• 1:49
Speaker 1: past few weeks, we've already started talking a little bit
• 1:52
Speaker 1: more about Alec Murdoch. Well, we're going to start talking
• 1:56
Speaker 1: about about the Tyler Robinson trial as well. Because there's
• 2:00
Speaker 1: been a lot of BS talked about Charlie Kirk's murder.
• 2:04
Speaker 1: And now that we're getting to a point where we're
• 2:06
Speaker 1: getting some actual evidence, I think it's time to have
• 2:10
Speaker 1: the conversation, right? Follow along with the trial. Look at
• 2:13
Speaker 1: the evidence. See what's what. And I'm coming into that
• 2:17
Speaker 1: with a very sober eye. I have no preconceived notions
• 2:22
Speaker 1: about anything. and we're just going to follow the evidence
• 2:25
Speaker 1: wherever it takes us. But one thing I was always
• 2:29
Speaker 1: skeptical of was Candace Owens and her bullshit. She tried
• 2:34
Speaker 1: the same thing with Brian Koberger. She tried to insert
• 2:38
Speaker 1: herself into that case and tried to turn it into
• 2:41
Speaker 1: this gigantic conspiracy. And thankfully, her bullshit didn't take. But
• 2:47
Speaker 1: here in the Charlie Kirk case, when you have something
• 2:49
Speaker 1: that explosive, something that politically sensitive, you're going to find
• 2:53
Speaker 1: an audience... For you're crazy. And Candace Owens has certainly
• 2:58
Speaker 1: capitalized on that. And when she tried it with Brian Koberger,
• 3:02
Speaker 1: I knew she was talking out of the side of
• 3:04
Speaker 1: her neck. And my guess has always been that's the
• 3:06
Speaker 1: same story when it comes to Charlie Kirk. So we're
• 3:10
Speaker 1: diving into that for ourselves. And now that the preliminary
• 3:14
Speaker 1: hearing started this week, I've been able to get more
• 3:16
Speaker 1: of a handle on what the prosecution actually has. Because remember,
• 3:21
Speaker 1: that's what matters. What's the evidence? Because for me, that's
• 3:25
Speaker 1: all that really matters. Not my opinion, not what I think,
• 3:29
Speaker 1: not what my bias tells me, but where does the
• 3:32
Speaker 1: evidence take us? So that's what we're going to be
• 3:35
Speaker 1: doing when we're covering the Tyler Robinson trial. And the
• 3:40
Speaker 1: first series that I have planned is just diving into
• 3:43
Speaker 1: the official narrative and what the official story is and
• 3:47
Speaker 1: what evidence the government says it has. And look, as
• 3:52
Speaker 1: you all know, I'm not exactly somebody who trusts the government,
• 3:56
Speaker 1: but that doesn't mean that every case is a gigantic conspiracy.
• 3:59
Speaker 1: So we're going to get to that in a little bit.
• 4:01
Speaker 1: But first, let's finish this article. No matter which party
• 4:05
Speaker 1: ends up in control in the next Congress, the oversight
• 4:08
Speaker 1: panel will remain under pressure to continue to investigate the
• 4:12
Speaker 1: late convicted sex offender and the web of power players
• 4:15
Speaker 1: who may have been complicit in his crimes. May have
• 4:18
Speaker 1: been complicit. May have been complicit. All these fools were complicit,
• 4:24
Speaker 1: one way or the other. Doesn't mean everybody was diddling,
• 4:27
Speaker 1: but everybody was around. Everybody knew. And anybody who says
• 4:32
Speaker 1: any different, they're bullshitting you. Democrats are making clear that
• 4:36
Speaker 1: they view the committee's work under Republican leadership as incomplete,
• 4:40
Speaker 1: and that the Epstein case will be central to their
• 4:42
Speaker 1: oversight of President Donald Trump's administration if they win the
• 4:46
Speaker 1: majority in the midterms. And I think that's a likely possibility, right?
• 4:52
Speaker 1: I mean, the midterms historically fade to the side that's
• 4:57
Speaker 1: not in power. So I would think that the Democrats,
• 5:01
Speaker 1: with everything that's going on, are going to make some
• 5:04
Speaker 1: inroads and at least take the House. Is that going
• 5:07
Speaker 1: to be enough? I don't know. And to tell you
• 5:10
Speaker 1: the truth, I'm not exactly confident in the Democrats' leadership either.
• 5:15
Speaker 1: Just take a look at how they dealt with Graham Plattner.
• 5:21
Speaker 1: This is just the beginning, Representative Melanie Stansbury of New Mexico,
• 5:25
Speaker 1: an oversight Democrat, said in an interview. I believe this
• 5:29
Speaker 1: is the administration's watergate. I think that it's clear that
• 5:32
Speaker 1: they're complicit in covering crimes and shielding the president from
• 5:36
Speaker 1: accountability and evading the law. And so I'd like to
• 5:39
Speaker 1: see all of them in front of the committee under oath. Well,
• 5:43
Speaker 1: I'd like to see that too. And there's certainly a cover-up,
• 5:47
Speaker 1: and I think it would be good if we focused
• 5:49
Speaker 1: more on that cover-up. But people like Melanie Stansberry, they're
• 5:55
Speaker 1: only interested in salacious nonsense. She hasn't hammered down on
• 6:01
Speaker 1: the real facts of the case. Every single one of
• 6:03
Speaker 1: these Congress people that get up there, the first question is,
• 6:06
Speaker 1: Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Donald Trump. And that's not how
• 6:09
Speaker 1: we're going to get to the victory line. I keep
• 6:12
Speaker 1: telling you guys that. And if that makes people mad,
• 6:15
  Speaker 1: I don't care. I don't know how many times I
• 6:18
Speaker 1: have to say it. I'm not in this for the clicks.
• 6:20
Speaker 1: I don't even do any marketing for my podcast. If
• 6:23
Speaker 1: you found my podcast, either somebody told you about it
• 6:26
Speaker 1: or you stumbled upon it. So if you think I
• 6:29
Speaker 1: care about winning any popularity contests or doing what the
• 6:34
Speaker 1: masses want me to do, you've come to the wrong place.
• 6:38
  Speaker 1: I really just don't care. I don't have any kind
• 6:40
Speaker 1: of social media profile to worry about. I don't have sponsors.
• 6:44
Speaker 1: I don't have crowdfunding. None of it. So I'm able
• 6:48
Speaker 1: to say whatever I want whenever I want to say it.
• 6:52
Speaker 1: And at times it costs me listeners. And hey, that's cool.
• 6:55
Speaker 1: I get it. But I'm not going to change who
• 6:58
Speaker 1: I am. And I'm certainly not going to play any
• 7:00
Speaker 1: games to try and, you know, get people to listen
• 7:03
Speaker 1: to my podcast. What I'm saying to you is the
• 7:07
Speaker 1: same shit I'd be saying in the backyard to the homies.
• 7:12
Speaker 1: And if you don't believe me, you can ask them.
• 7:16
Speaker 1: Do you know how many times these people, my friends,
• 7:18
Speaker 1: have told me to shut my app? They didn't care.
• 7:21
Speaker 1: They don't want to hear it for five more seconds. Eh,
• 7:24
Speaker 1: just about every barbecue. Finally, one of them said to me,
• 7:28
Speaker 1: Hey Bobby, why don't you just start a podcast? And
• 7:31
Speaker 1: then you can run your yap all day, and you
• 7:33
Speaker 1: can say what you want to say, and we won't
• 7:35
Speaker 1: have to listen to your nonsense anymore. It works out
• 7:38
Speaker 1: great for everybody. So my point is, even if nobody
• 7:41
Speaker 1: was listening, I'd still be saying the same stuff. And
• 7:44
Speaker 1: you know why? Because this is what I believe. This
• 7:47
Speaker 1: isn't some LARP. This isn't some GAG. This isn't me
• 7:52
Speaker 1: just making pretend. The shit I tell you on this podcast,
• 7:57
Speaker 1: that's what I believe. Republicans, meanwhile, say the public's appetite
• 8:02
Speaker 1: for answers in the Epstein case won't be satiated no
• 8:05
Speaker 1: matter what new details the panel unearths. Oh, give me
• 8:09
Speaker 1: a break. Before it was the Republicans crying and crying
• 8:12
Speaker 1: and crying nonstop about the Epstein issue. But now all
• 8:16
Speaker 1: of a sudden, oh, there's never going to be enough. Well,
• 8:19
Speaker 1: how about you give us something worthwhile? How about we
• 8:22
Speaker 1: start there? People are never going to be satisfied with
• 8:28
Speaker 1: a congressional investigation throughout history, said Oversight Chair James Comer
• 8:32
Speaker 1: of Kentucky, who, due to GOP term limits, will no
• 8:35
Speaker 1: longer be the panel's top Republican in the next Congress. Well,
• 8:39
Speaker 1: thank God, because James Comer is an absolute tool. An
• 8:44
Speaker 1: absolute buffoon. Him and his robber barons have caused A
• 8:49
Speaker 1: lot of damage here. And they have destroyed a lot
• 8:52
Speaker 1: of credibility. While he had hoped to wrap up the
• 8:55
Speaker 1: interviews by the August recess, Comer added, it's probably going
• 8:58
Speaker 1: to be hard because it seems like after every deposition,
• 9:02
Speaker 1: we get another name or two that we need to
• 9:04
Speaker 1: talk to. Imagine if they would have just done their
• 9:06
Speaker 1: jobs from the very beginning. I know, novel idea. That
• 9:12
Speaker 1: means the congressional Epstein probe could continue for the foreseeable
• 9:16
Speaker 1: future not only out of hope of finding a smoking gun,
• 9:19
Speaker 1: but also because of the political incentives to keep investigating.
• 9:23
Speaker 1: For Democrats, as well as Republicans, are impossible to resist.
• 9:28
Speaker 1: And I have to tell you, the way that this
• 9:30
Speaker 1: topic has been politicized recently is a big-time turnoff. That's
• 9:35
Speaker 1: never what this was supposed to be. I can't tell
• 9:38
Speaker 1: you how many people back in 2019 I worked with
• 9:42
Speaker 1: to try and get justice here That I didn't agree
• 9:45
Speaker 1: with politically. But I was able to shelve my personal
• 9:48
Speaker 1: bias for the greater good. And the greater good was
• 9:52
Speaker 1: getting rid of these scumbags. But unfortunately that didn't work.
• 9:57
Speaker 1: And it's becoming more and more clear to me that
• 10:01
Speaker 1: there's never going to be unity on any topic. If
• 10:04
Speaker 1: we can't come to the center here and come to
• 10:08
Speaker 1: some kind of truce while we get rid of these people,
• 10:12
Speaker 1: forget it. It's over. America is effectively broken into different
• 10:16
Speaker 1: groups now. There's no single America There's no heartbeat of America.
• 10:23
Speaker 1: There's only what's good politically, and I find it disgusting.
• 10:27
Speaker 1: These are real people. People whose lives were fucking ruined.
• 10:32
Speaker 1: And the same people that ignored them the first time around. Well,
• 10:36
Speaker 1: now they're just politicizing everything and not making any ground
• 10:40
Speaker 1: and not bringing anyone to justice. I mean, they won't
• 10:43
Speaker 1: even go after the banking records. What does that tell you?
• 10:47
Speaker 1: You don't want to follow the money? Of one of
• 10:49
Speaker 1: the biggest launderers in the history of America? Okay, cool.
• 10:54
Speaker 1: So you're just not serious about what's going on? The
• 11:00
Speaker 1: panel interviewed more than a dozen people and none so
• 11:02
Speaker 1: far have shared any new information culminating in criminal charges.
• 11:07
Speaker 1: But the panel has made history by making a host
• 11:09
Speaker 1: of powerful people answer for their willful association with a
• 11:14
Speaker 1: convicted sex offender. Among them, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick the
• 11:19
Speaker 1: billionaire investor Leon Black, and tech mogul and philanthropist Bill Gates.
• 11:24
Speaker 1: Black and Gates both admitted to knowing about Epstein's criminal history,
• 11:28
Speaker 1: at least in part, while continuing to associate with him. Oh,
• 11:32
Speaker 1: they knew they didn't care. Like I told you. Unlike
• 11:37
Speaker 1: the rest of these people, I don't hide from what
• 11:39
Speaker 1: I've said in the past. All those reposted episodes, they're
• 11:44
Speaker 1: from 2021, 2019, all the way back. And as you
• 11:49
Speaker 1: can see, the record has been consistent, at least around
• 11:53
Speaker 1: these parts. There have been some other revelations too. Sarah Kellen,
• 11:57
Speaker 1: a former assistant, gave lawmakers the names of two men
• 12:00
Speaker 1: potentially implicated in Epstein's misdeeds. Hairstylist Frederick Fakai and former
• 12:06
Speaker 1: Miami Beach Mayor Philip Levine, who both have denied wrongdoing. Well,
• 12:12
Speaker 1: Frederick Fakai is not a new name to us. We've
• 12:14
Speaker 1: been talking about him for a while. But I will say,
• 12:18
Speaker 1: I never heard anything about Mr. Levine. Mr. Levine, whatever
• 12:21
Speaker 1: you want to call him. Up until Sarah Kellan told
• 12:24
Speaker 1: us what she told us. So, that is a new name.
• 12:28
Speaker 1: One thing I'll give the committee is that is a
• 12:29
Speaker 1: new name. Black, in the middle of his transcribed interview,
• 12:33
Speaker 1: was slapped with subpoenas that'll force him to reappear and
• 12:37
Speaker 1: hand over nondisclosure agreements that could be tied to Epstein.
• 12:42
Speaker 1: And ousted former Attorney General Pam Bondi underscored the extent
• 12:46
Speaker 1: to which her then-deputy, Todd Blanche, led the Justice Department's
• 12:50
Speaker 1: haphazard release of the Epstein files after Congress forced the
• 12:54
Speaker 1: department's hand last fall. Blanche, now the acting Attorney General
• 12:59
Speaker 1: vying to lead the DOJ permanently, is expected to be
• 13:02
Speaker 1: heavily questioned about the matter at his Senate confirmation hearing
• 13:06
Speaker 1: next week, and House Oversight could separately call him to
• 13:10
Speaker 1: speak with the panel in the coming weeks. Look, if
• 13:14
Speaker 1: Todd Blanche... actually gets confirmed, that's going to tell us
• 13:18
Speaker 1: everything we need to know. Because if they confirm him,
• 13:23
Speaker 1: that means they're all in on it. A yes vote
• 13:27
Speaker 1: is a vote for Jeffrey Epstein's bullshit. And that's just
• 13:31
Speaker 1: the way it is. Representative Robert Garcia of California, who
• 13:37
Speaker 1: is poised to become oversight chair next year if Democrats
• 13:40
Speaker 1: sweep the fall elections, noted that the ongoing investigation has
• 13:44
Speaker 1: also set a new precedent The panel's decision earlier this
• 13:47
Speaker 1: year to compel the sworn testimony of former President Bill Clinton,
• 13:51
Speaker 1: he said, could pave the way for other former presidents
• 13:56
Speaker 1: to be hit with subpoenas. And that includes Trump, who
• 13:59
Speaker 1: has drawn scrutiny from his own relationship with Epstein. And
• 14:03
Speaker 1: it was very transparent at the time what the Democrats
• 14:05
Speaker 1: were trying to do. The whole entire goal with getting
• 14:09
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton up there and the Democrats going along with
• 14:12
Speaker 1: it was to eventually get Trump in the crosshairs. That's
• 14:15
Speaker 1: what they were trying to do. They want Trump up
• 14:18
Speaker 1: there to give a deposition, and now that Bill Clinton
• 14:20
Speaker 1: did it, well, how can Trump deny them? He'll try,
• 14:25
Speaker 1: but it gives them political ammunition. And at the end
• 14:28
Speaker 1: of the day, that's what Robert Garcia is looking for.
• 14:32
Speaker 1: I have a lot of doubts about Robert Garcia and
• 14:35
Speaker 1: his real motivations. Sorry, but I do. That includes Trump,
• 14:40
Speaker 1: who has drawn scrutiny for his own relationship with Epstein.
• 14:43
Speaker 1: Democrats have argued the administration has concealed the extent of
• 14:47
Speaker 1: that relationship. But Trump has maintained that he and Epstein
• 14:51
Speaker 1: had a falling out long before Epstein's death by suicide, allegedly,
• 14:55
Speaker 1: behind bars in 2019. The president has not been charged
• 15:00
Speaker 1: with wrongdoing. There are, however, limits to what Congress can
• 15:04
Speaker 1: do to bring people to account. Already, committee Republicans have
• 15:08
Speaker 1: recommended that the Justice Department investigate allegations against Frederick Fokai
• 15:13
Speaker 1: and Levine. In a statement, a DOJ official confirmed the
• 15:16
Speaker 1: department had received the recommendation from the committee and the
• 15:20
Speaker 1: FBI was looking into it. Oh, I'm sure they are.
• 15:27
Speaker 1: The allegations Kellen made in her interview to Oversight included
• 15:30
Speaker 1: names of reported perpetrators that she apparently did not raise
• 15:34
Speaker 1: in her FBI interviews during the course of the investigation
• 15:37
Speaker 1: into Epstein and Maxwell. The official said, The FBI is
• 15:41
Speaker 1: in the process of confirming that. If during the course
• 15:44
Speaker 1: of their review, FBI encounters of evidence of a federal crime,
• 15:48
Speaker 1: they will investigate the matter. Wow, well, we can all
• 15:51
Speaker 1: rest easy. The FBI is on the job, folks. Comer
• 15:56
Speaker 1: hinted that the House Oversight Committee would pursue criminal referrals
• 15:59
Speaker 1: to the DOJ, too. We believe there are people that
• 16:02
Speaker 1: deserve to be prosecuted, and we're going to do everything
• 16:05
Speaker 1: in our ability to see that happen. I promise the
• 16:08
Speaker 1: survivors that. Yeah, well, pretty words. Let's see some action.
• 16:14
Speaker 1: Garcia said some witnesses who came to testify voluntarily and
• 16:18
Speaker 1: were not sworn in under oath would, in a Democratic majority,
• 16:21
Speaker 1: be called back again to give formal depositions, such as Bondi. Well,
• 16:26
Speaker 1: that's good. They should all be formal. Voluntarily. Committee Democrats
• 16:31
Speaker 1: have also expressed an interest in getting testimony via subpoena
• 16:36
Speaker 1: from FBI Director Kash Patel as they explore not just
• 16:40
Speaker 1: Epstein's network of associates, but the federal government's uneven handling
• 16:44
Speaker 1: of the matter. That's what we have to focus on.
• 16:48
Speaker 1: I know people don't want to hear it. Everybody wants
• 16:51
Speaker 1: the salacious, big-time caller. And I'm here to tell you,
• 16:54
Speaker 1: that's not going to happen. That ship is sailed. If
• 16:58
Speaker 1: you want justice here, focus on the cover-up. If you
• 17:02
Speaker 1: want to fuck around and cause distractions and whatever, cool,
• 17:05
Speaker 1: talk about the other shit. But if you're looking for justice,
• 17:09
Speaker 1: and you're looking to hold people accountable... One way to
• 17:12
Speaker 1: do it, folks. The Epstein probe will not be over,
• 17:17
Speaker 1: Garcia pledged, until they release all the files and until
• 17:21
Speaker 1: ideally criminal convictions out of the DOJ. But any referral
• 17:26
Speaker 1: would be merely advisory. Only the Trump administration can decide
• 17:29
Speaker 1: who to target with federal charges. It's also highly unlikely
• 17:33
Speaker 1: that a sitting president could be compelled to participate in
• 17:36
Speaker 1: the committee's Epstein probe through a subpoena. That wasn't the point.
• 17:41
Speaker 1: It's for when he's out of office. They're going to
• 17:43
Speaker 1: try and hit him with that subpoena when he's out
• 17:45
Speaker 1: of office to get him to testify. That was the goal.
• 17:50
Speaker 1: Representative Thomas Massey suggested that the House effort was only
• 17:53
Speaker 1: serving to provide cover for the Justice Department to avoid accountability. Frankly,
• 17:58
Speaker 1: bringing all these people in is still part of the

Speaker 1: the whole thing. Bingo. That's all it is. That's all
• 18:24
Speaker 1: it ever will be. Massey teamed up last year with

Speaker 1: Representative Ro Khanna to force a vote on legislation requiring

Speaker 1: compelling the Justice Department to turn over the Epstein files

Speaker 1: to Congress. That vote launched the Epstein probe at a

Speaker 1: when Trump finally relented and allowed Congress to pass Massey

Speaker 1: And remember, he couldn't veto it. So that's the only

Speaker 1: reason he got behind it. Since that time, the rollout

Speaker 1: he didn't know how the Epstein investigation would end, but

Speaker 1: you say some cool stuff and people like it and

Speaker 1: of you. Highly disappointing. And you know what else has
• 20:41
Speaker 1: been disappointing? The whole entire committee. This whole entire process
• 20:46
Speaker 1: has been disappointing. And I don't think that's going to change.
• 20:50
Speaker 1: Because I think this committee had one goal and one purpose.
• 20:53
Speaker 1: And that purpose was to control the blast radius. And
• 20:57
Speaker 1: if it wasn't for that discharge petition, that's exactly what

Speaker 1: they would have done. Alright folks, that's going to do
