- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning, The Root, The Root, The Roots on Fire.
- 0:14Speaker 2: You're about to experience the most high octane, pedal to
- 0:16Speaker 2: the metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up
- 0:20Speaker 2: and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:24Speaker 2: This is Wayne Alan Root, Raw and unfiltered with America's
- 0:27Speaker 2: favorite conservative rock star, direct from the entertainment capital of
- 0:31Speaker 2: the world, Las Vegas. What time is it?
- 0:34Speaker 1: It's time war War.
- 0:38Speaker 2: Here's your host, one hundred percent raw truth, one hundred
- 0:41Speaker 2: percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.
- 1:00Speaker 3: All right, Sweet Root, the Root, The Root is on fire.
- 1:03Speaker 3: Welcome to the show. A judge allows Trump Administration's plan
- 1:08Speaker 3: for federal employees to move forward.
- 1:10Speaker 1: It's like a game of chess, you know, this is
- 1:13Speaker 1: the latest news.
- 1:13Speaker 3: At one minute, a judge says, no, it's always an
- 1:15Speaker 3: Obama judge or a Clinton judge or a Biden judge.
- 1:19Speaker 3: Then the next minute you find a Reagan judge or
- 1:21Speaker 3: a or a Trump judge or a Bush judge, and
- 1:24Speaker 3: hopefully you move.
- 1:25Speaker 1: You move forward. It's one step forward.
- 1:27Speaker 3: And then it's two steps back because there's always some
- 1:30Speaker 3: judge in the way. But I'm gonna write a column
- 1:32Speaker 3: on to try and write it tomorrow about my strategy
- 1:36Speaker 3: for President Trump, I think you know, Look, I'd like
- 1:38Speaker 3: to impeach all these judges.
- 1:40Speaker 1: I don't know how hard that is.
- 1:41Speaker 3: I would like to arrest all these judges for aiding
- 1:44Speaker 3: and a betting criminals, aiding and a betting the looting
- 1:47Speaker 3: of the United States, protecting government employees, unions for government employees,
- 1:51Speaker 3: covering for government employees who are looting the United States.
- 1:55Speaker 3: I don't know how difficult that is. I'm sure very difficult.
- 1:58Speaker 1: But what's easy is just ignore the judge's rulings.
- 2:02Speaker 3: Just ignore them like they don't exist until it gets
- 2:07Speaker 3: to the US Supreme Court, if the US.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Supreme Court even takes the case. Because here we are.
- 2:13Speaker 3: With judges rulely against Trump on the most minute, what's
- 2:17Speaker 3: the word I'm looking for, minutia.
- 2:19Speaker 1: Right, the smallest of details.
- 2:22Speaker 3: It's the president's right to make decisions about anything involving
- 2:27Speaker 3: spending on government agencies or closing government agencies. You have
- 2:31Speaker 3: no say as a federal judge. Whether President Trump wants
- 2:35Speaker 3: to fire government employees, that's in his purview. Whether he
- 2:39Speaker 3: wants to close entire agencies, that's in his purview. Whether
- 2:42Speaker 3: he wants to cut the spending on agencies, that's.
- 2:43Speaker 1: In his purview.
- 2:44Speaker 3: Whether he wants to cut waste, that's in his purview.
- 2:47Speaker 3: You have no right to get involved. So just ignore them.
- 2:52Speaker 3: And so he should make a statement, I'm ignoring every
- 2:55Speaker 3: judge that tries to stop me and block me. And
- 2:59Speaker 3: if the Supreme Court wants to take it up, then
- 3:01Speaker 3: we'll listen and we'll make a decision at that time.
- 3:04Speaker 3: If the United States Congress wants to take it up,
- 3:06Speaker 3: we'll make a decision at that time. But until then,
- 3:09Speaker 3: see reverse it. Put the liberals into apoplectic nausea, destroy
- 3:15Speaker 3: their lives, make their Trump to arrangement syndrome explode like thunderbombs.
- 3:21Speaker 1: You know when you say to them, you know, in
- 3:23Speaker 1: the old.
- 3:23Speaker 3: Days, I would have said, okay, judge said don't do it. Now,
- 3:26Speaker 3: I can't do it until we get another judge to
- 3:28Speaker 3: say do it. And then when they appeal, we'll wait
- 3:30Speaker 3: for them. And then we'll wait for them. We'll wait
- 3:32Speaker 3: for them. Then we'll get to the Supreme Court, we'll
- 3:34Speaker 3: wait for them. No, now, you're gonna keep doing whatever
- 3:37Speaker 3: the President orders until the Supreme Court says otherwise. And
- 3:41Speaker 3: that could be a year fin now or two years
- 3:43Speaker 3: from now, or three months from now or six months
- 3:45Speaker 3: from now, and we'll just keep doing it and doing
- 3:47Speaker 3: it and doing it until the Supreme Court stops us.
- 3:50Speaker 1: That should be his new strategy.
- 3:51Speaker 3: Ignore the judges and keep doing it, and if the
- 3:55Speaker 3: Supreme Court never takes it up, then we win.
- 3:57Speaker 1: That's it.
- 3:58Speaker 3: We don't even care what you say, because you have
- 3:59Speaker 3: no right to get involved in any of these issues.
- 4:03Speaker 3: You know, we're right about everything. I mean, look at
- 4:05Speaker 3: the most recent news that's out. I put this right
- 4:07Speaker 3: at the top. New York stock Has Change comes to
- 4:11Speaker 3: Dallas with rebranded branch, rebranded brand as Texas stock is
- 4:17Speaker 3: Change Nasdak is also circling as more big businesses flock
- 4:22Speaker 3: to Texas instead.
- 4:23Speaker 1: Of Wall Street.
- 4:24Speaker 3: They're calling it ya All Street, that funny ya All
- 4:27Speaker 3: Street instead of Wall Street. Everybody is we might as
- 4:30Speaker 3: well move Washington, d C. The nation's capital. Abandon Washington
- 4:34Speaker 3: and move it to Dallas. Right, That's where the New
- 4:37Speaker 3: York stockis Change is moving Dallas. I'm telling you right now,
- 4:43Speaker 3: everything good happens in Dallas and in Texas. Nothing good
- 4:47Speaker 3: is happening in Washington, d C. That's why we need
- 4:50Speaker 3: to move large portions of federal government out of Washington.
- 4:53Speaker 1: Dallas would be a good place to put them.
- 4:55Speaker 3: Texas is becoming the to facto capital of the United States.
- 5:00Speaker 3: I thought i'd bring it up right at the start
- 5:02Speaker 3: of the show. And of course we should. We should
- 5:04Speaker 3: let California or demand the California seceeeds. I don't want
- 5:08Speaker 3: them anymore. There's nothing about them that I agree with.
- 5:11Speaker 3: Nothing in California do I agree with. All My conservative
- 5:15Speaker 3: friends have left or are leaving. They're running for their lives.
- 5:18Speaker 3: Everyone needs to get out of that state. Who is
- 5:20Speaker 3: not on welfare, or a felon or an illegal alien,
- 5:24Speaker 3: or a fem nazi who believes all men should be
- 5:27Speaker 3: murdered other than that, or Muslim who believes all Jews
- 5:30Speaker 3: should be murdered other than that. No one should stay
- 5:32Speaker 3: in California because the state is a wreck. The state's
- 5:35Speaker 3: a disaster, the state is bankrupt without federal aid. Let
- 5:38Speaker 3: it sink or swim on its own. Call it the
- 5:40Speaker 3: People's Communist State of cal Mexico for now on, and
- 5:45Speaker 3: that's the end of it.
- 5:45Speaker 1: It's not part of the United States anymore. Can you
- 5:47Speaker 1: imagine how good that would be?
- 5:49Speaker 3: Could they win one election Without California, could Democrats ever
- 5:53Speaker 3: win the Senate or the House without California's two guaranteed
- 5:58Speaker 3: Democrats Senate seats and how many guarantee Congressional seats I
- 6:02Speaker 3: don't even know, like forty five, I don't know, whatever
- 6:04Speaker 3: the number is. It's like almost the entire Democrat Party
- 6:08Speaker 3: allotmenting in the House is due to California.
- 6:11Speaker 1: They've got a lock on the House.
- 6:13Speaker 3: Only because of California they have any chance to ever
- 6:15Speaker 3: win in the House.
- 6:17Speaker 1: So get rid of California.
- 6:19Speaker 3: They can't win the presis see, they can't win the Senate,
- 6:21Speaker 3: they can't win the House. And America is a completely
- 6:24Speaker 3: red country with that California. And while we're at it,
- 6:26Speaker 3: just take the whole West coast, take California, as I
- 6:29Speaker 3: call it, People's Communists, Republic of Cali, Mexico, and take Oregon,
- 6:34Speaker 3: and take Washington. And if you got rid of those three,
- 6:36Speaker 3: America would be one hundred percent red Republican nation. You know,
- 6:40Speaker 3: it wouldn't matter what happens in DC or Maryland, or
- 6:43Speaker 3: what happens in what are other big liberal states, what
- 6:45Speaker 3: happens in Rhode Island, what happens in Massachusetts, what happens
- 6:49Speaker 3: in Illinois would be so meaningless. We would dominate the House,
- 6:53Speaker 3: the Senate, the Census, We'd get all the congressional seats,
- 6:57Speaker 3: We'd dominate everything. We'd win the presides even next hundred years.
- 7:01Speaker 3: Get rid of California, Washington, and Oregon. That alone guarantees
- 7:05Speaker 3: as a completely red Republican nation. All right, I'm going
- 7:09Speaker 3: to hop back to the judges because I just think
- 7:12Speaker 3: my idea works, and I think we got to do it,
- 7:14Speaker 3: and there's so many people agreeing with me. El Salvador's president,
- 7:18Speaker 3: Naib Bucele urges Trump to impeach activist Obama judges in
- 7:23Speaker 3: order to save America, and Elon Musk agrees. I agree
- 7:27Speaker 3: as well, but I don't know how hardest to impeach.
- 7:29Speaker 3: In the meantime, what you're worrying about impeaching them, just
- 7:33Speaker 3: ignore them. That's exactly what judges were doing in l Salvador.
- 7:40Speaker 3: In twenty twenty one, Bukelli wrote, so we impeach them all,
- 7:43Speaker 3: and then proceeded to.
- 7:44Speaker 1: Fix the country. And fix the country he did.
- 7:47Speaker 3: El Salvador's murder rate has plummeted to record lows, while
- 7:50Speaker 3: its economy is experiencing impressive growth. He also promised to
- 7:55Speaker 3: be an ally of the Trump administration recently agreed to
- 7:58Speaker 3: the most unprecedented, extraordinary migratory agreement anywhere in the world.
- 8:02Speaker 3: His popularity ratings are through the roof. He won last
- 8:05Speaker 3: year's presidential election by a landslide. We must impeach the
- 8:10Speaker 3: judges who are grossly undermining the will of the people
- 8:12Speaker 3: and destroying America. It's the only way. Bravo who said that,
- 8:17Speaker 3: Elon Musk and Boo Kelly indicated his approval for this
- 8:21Speaker 3: idea by reposting Musk's response, So you know, it's really ridiculous.
- 8:28Speaker 3: Musk acknowledged report by The Gateway Punnit which revealed how
- 8:31Speaker 3: Senate Minority leader had confirmed a record two hundred and
- 8:34Speaker 3: thirty five federal judges across the four.
- 8:36Speaker 1: Years that Biden was in office.
- 8:39Speaker 3: Sh really amazing, really amazing. These are the roadblocks. They're
- 8:45Speaker 3: all communists. Joe McCarthy was right, he was just early.
- 8:49Speaker 3: We got to stop him. Now, is Wayne Wright. Alan
- 8:53Speaker 3: Jerschwitz thinks I'm right. He expressed confusion to concern over
- 8:57Speaker 3: recent judicial actions that he believes this. Alan Jerschwitz, the
- 9:01Speaker 3: greatest lawyer of all time, the most brilliant lawyer of
- 9:03Speaker 3: all time, he believes significantly encroach upon the authority of
- 9:06Speaker 3: President Donald Trump. Harvard law professor Alan Deerschowitz argued, the
- 9:10Speaker 3: courts are stepping into areas traditionally reserved for executive decision making,
- 9:15Speaker 3: particularly related.
- 9:16Speaker 1: To Trump's actions well in office.
- 9:19Speaker 3: The courts are intruding significantly into the court areas of
- 9:23Speaker 3: presidential authority. He was particularly critical of judicial decisions that
- 9:27Speaker 3: he believes in a dangerous precedent by undermining the separation
- 9:30Speaker 3: of powers, a cornerstone of America governance.
- 9:34Speaker 1: Jerschwitz pointed to several cases where courts.
- 9:36Speaker 3: Have ruled against Trump, including issues related to national security
- 9:39Speaker 3: and immigration policies. He questioned the legality and long term
- 9:43Speaker 3: implications of these rulings. He emphasized the importance to judicial restraint,
- 9:49Speaker 3: warning that unchecked judicial activism could lead to a weakening
- 9:52Speaker 3: of the executive branch's decision ability to act decisively. There
- 9:56Speaker 3: has to be some deference to the president's authority, and
- 10:00Speaker 3: that well, no one is above the law. The courts
- 10:01Speaker 3: must recognize the constitutional powers of the presidency.
- 10:05Speaker 1: I would go a step further.
- 10:06Speaker 3: I would say that the people of America elected Trump
- 10:08Speaker 3: in a landslide, and these judges are unelected. They're appointed
- 10:13Speaker 3: by Biden and his boss Obama. They're appointed by Obama,
- 10:17Speaker 3: They're appointed some of them even still by Clinton. They're
- 10:20Speaker 3: all appointed by liberals. They've got an agenda, they've got
- 10:23Speaker 3: a bias. They're trying to destroy this country, and they're
- 10:26Speaker 3: trying to say they are more powerful and more important
- 10:30Speaker 3: than the President of the United States, and we know
- 10:33Speaker 3: they're not.
- 10:34Speaker 1: Just ignore them.
- 10:37Speaker 3: Great example, Judge Federal Judge is temporarily barred Elon Musk
- 10:41Speaker 3: Government Efficiency Team for accessing federal student loan and financial
- 10:45Speaker 3: aid information stored at the US Department of Education. Judge
- 10:50Speaker 3: Randolph Moss of the US District Court for the District
- 10:53Speaker 3: of Columbia. You want to bet who was appointed by
- 10:56Speaker 3: Obama or Biden. You want to bet loser? You loser.
- 11:02Speaker 3: I'd love to impeach you. I'd love to have US
- 11:04Speaker 3: Marshalls arrescue and send you on a trip to Guantanamo
- 11:08Speaker 3: or El Salvador to their prison. But at least ignore him,
- 11:12Speaker 3: President Trump, if you don't want to peach him, arrest them.
- 11:15Speaker 3: Ignore them. Their rulings are meaningless. They have no authority
- 11:18Speaker 3: over you. AID inspectors general fired by Trump sue to
- 11:23Speaker 3: get their jobs back. Case is assigned to Obama judge.
- 11:29Speaker 3: I'm telling you these Obama judges think they run the
- 11:32Speaker 3: country and they don't. Federal judge blocking spending Freeze has
- 11:36Speaker 3: history of Trump to arrangement syndrome. He accused Trump of
- 11:40Speaker 3: being a racist and said racism is white people's problem,
- 11:44Speaker 3: and we all have racism inside of us. All these
- 11:47Speaker 3: judges need to be thrown out of their asses on court,
- 11:49Speaker 3: out of their own court. And Hi, this is Wayne

- 15:10Speaker 3: I just tweeted out, I use my brakes to look
- 15:13Speaker 3: at news and also to tweet and send out my
- 15:17Speaker 3: social media posts.
- 15:18Speaker 1: I just tweeted out.
- 15:19Speaker 3: Under the article about the United States Attorney General and
- 15:23Speaker 3: DOJ suing New York and Letitia James, I tweeted out,
- 15:27Speaker 3: sue my state Nevada. Asap illegals all get driver's license
- 15:32Speaker 3: in Nevada.
- 15:33Speaker 1: They are voting. Stop them now and forever. Sue this state.
- 15:39Speaker 3: Sue are Department of Voter Vehicles. Sue are Attorney General.
- 15:43Speaker 3: Sue are Secretary of State. They are all dirty in
- 15:47Speaker 3: my opinion, jurty. They know exactly what they're doing. They
- 15:52Speaker 3: know how to win elections. They're stealing elections with illegal
- 15:56Speaker 3: aliens voting. Yes, Nevada voted for Trump all the way
- 16:00Speaker 3: down the line. They voted for Democrats. We have a
- 16:03Speaker 3: governor Republican and we have a president that Nevada voted for,
- 16:06Speaker 3: but everything else is Democrat, everything Congress, Senate, secretary of state,
- 16:13Speaker 3: attorney general. It's all because they are stealing with fraud.
- 16:17Speaker 3: Nevada has been stolen illegal aliens voting. They got driver's license.
- 16:23Speaker 3: You realize our Republican Governor Sandoval is the one who
- 16:26Speaker 3: urged and pushed and cajoled and cheerleaded to get driver's
- 16:31Speaker 3: license for legals. And from that moment on, we've lost
- 16:33Speaker 3: basically every race in the history of Nevada from that
- 16:36Speaker 3: day forward, other than Trump and then recently the governor.
- 16:39Speaker 1: That's it.
- 16:41Speaker 3: Every important race, last secretary of state, attorney general, every
- 16:45Speaker 3: congressional office seat, every Senate seat, Assembly, legislature, Assembly, Senate.
- 16:56Speaker 3: We just lose and lose and lose. It's because illegals
- 16:59Speaker 3: are voting. They're stealing the seats. And when you talk
- 17:04Speaker 3: about these judges, this explains it. President Trump's political opponents
- 17:10Speaker 3: who tried to imprison him, bankrupt and remove them from
- 17:12Speaker 3: the ballot and make him politically irrelevant by introducing a
- 17:15Speaker 3: partisan committee to investigate January sixth, and who's inflammatory rhetoric
- 17:19Speaker 3: created a ripe environment for two assassination attempts are now
- 17:24Speaker 3: suffering major health issues, according to health experts. Doctors say
- 17:30Speaker 3: the issues involve anxiety, uncertainty, despair, guilt, depression, insomnia, grief,
- 17:36Speaker 3: fear and panic. Georgetown University psychology professor Andrea bun War
- 17:40Speaker 3: it's all axios. There is an element of chaos right now,
- 17:44Speaker 3: a sense of not knowing what's coming and not be
- 17:46Speaker 3: able to control what's coming. As humans, we don't love uncertainty.
- 17:51Speaker 3: It's something we don't tend to tolerate well. And then
- 17:53Speaker 3: when we're anxious, it's excruciating. Doctor Glenn Burnett, and interness
- 17:57Speaker 3: for Wyoming, told journalist Mark Alprin the health issues have
- 18:01Speaker 3: a lot to do with Donald Trump and the fears
- 18:02Speaker 3: of what he's going to do or what's gonna happen
- 18:04Speaker 3: in the country. We're dealing with depression, anxiety, all kinds
- 18:07Speaker 3: of medical problems related to that, insomnia, chess paying, chess pressure,
- 18:13Speaker 3: and then the people there's some genuine fear and panic.
- 18:17Speaker 3: He advises his patients to turn off computers and televisions
- 18:20Speaker 3: to restore their mental health. Oh man, I think these
- 18:26Speaker 3: people are all nuts. I think these judges are all nuts.
- 18:29Speaker 3: I think they're all They're basically brainwashed Stepford wife communists,
- 18:32Speaker 3: is what they are. And I know because I went
- 18:34Speaker 3: to college with them. I went to columb University with
- 18:36Speaker 3: these brainwash Stepford wife communists. They're all horrible people. You
- 18:40Speaker 3: think they're nice and they just disagree with you politically.
- 18:43Speaker 1: No, no, no no.
- 18:44Speaker 3: If you ever got undercover videos or undercover audios on
- 18:47Speaker 3: these people, you'd find.
- 18:48Speaker 1: They hate you, they hate me, they hate.
- 18:51Speaker 3: Us, they want to kill us, they want to destroy
- 18:53Speaker 3: the country. They hate white people, and most of them
- 18:56Speaker 3: are white, by the way. They hate themselves self hating
- 18:59Speaker 3: lou users. Oregon Democrat Maxine Dexter shouts we have to
- 19:05Speaker 3: f Trump, and she doesn't say F either. I'm just
- 19:08Speaker 3: giving you the first letter of the word she uses.
- 19:10Speaker 3: We have to f Trump. She screamed it out during
- 19:13Speaker 3: a rally on Monday in Oregon. The obscenity came as
- 19:19Speaker 3: the American Federation of Government Employees gathered on Capitol Hill,
- 19:22Speaker 3: Oh was in Washington, Excuse me and rally to save
- 19:25Speaker 3: the civil servants and oppose Trump's push to reduce the
- 19:29Speaker 3: size of the federal government's workforce.
- 19:31Speaker 1: Isn't that just too bad?
- 19:33Speaker 3: You're just gonna have to go find a job in
- 19:35Speaker 3: the private sector. But what you're afraid of is government
- 19:39Speaker 3: employees can't get a job in the private sector. Nobody
- 19:43Speaker 3: wants to hire you. We all know you're a lazy bum.
- 19:47Speaker 3: We know that you look at your watch all day,
- 19:49Speaker 3: waiting for the day to end, and you accomplish nothing.
- 19:52Speaker 3: And again, I'm not talking about ever law enforcement or military,
- 19:57Speaker 3: or fire or paramedics. Those are people that are heroes
- 20:01Speaker 3: that rescue and say. I'm talking about the losers just
- 20:04Speaker 3: sit on their butts and get paid salaries far above
- 20:07Speaker 3: the private sector, and get benefits far above the private sector,
- 20:11Speaker 3: and get pensions not even far above pensions that no
- 20:14Speaker 3: one gets anymore in the private sector.
- 20:16Speaker 1: Who's got a pension.
- 20:17Speaker 3: I don't have a pension for being a famous radio host.
- 20:20Speaker 3: I don't have a pension for being a famous TV host.
- 20:23Speaker 3: I don't get a pension. Why do you get a pension?
- 20:25Speaker 3: Why would you get a pension about one hundred thousand
- 20:27Speaker 3: a year or two hundred thousand a year or three
- 20:29Speaker 3: hundred thousand year.
- 20:30Speaker 1: Are you kidding me?
- 20:31Speaker 3: I get a pension of zero. I gotta work till
- 20:33Speaker 3: the day I die. If I stop working. I get zero.
- 20:37Speaker 1: All right, coming up next, great interview. We'll be right back.

- 22:28Speaker 1: By a mile.
- 22:29Speaker 3: Meanwhile, the average Wall Street money manager loses to the

- 23:53Speaker 1: All right, my guest is here, doctor Mark Moyer.
- 23:57Speaker 3: He's a former senior Trump appointee at GUS where USAID,
- 24:02Speaker 3: the agency that is in the news like twenty.
- 24:05Speaker 1: Three and a half out of twenty four hours. Kind
- 24:08Speaker 1: of amazing.
- 24:09Speaker 3: Author of the book Masters of Corruption, How the Federal
- 24:12Speaker 3: Bureaucracy Sabotaged the Trump Presidency, Mark Moyer, Doctor Mark Moyer,
- 24:18Speaker 3: Welcome to the Way Allen Roots Show.
- 24:20Speaker 1: How are you.
- 24:21Speaker 4: I'm good, great to be with you.
- 24:23Speaker 1: So, when I look at.
- 24:24Speaker 3: The subtitle of your book, how the federal bureaucracy sabotaged
- 24:28Speaker 3: the Trump presidency, obviously you mean the first time around?
- 24:32Speaker 1: Can they do it again?
- 24:33Speaker 3: Or do you think Trump has now outsmarted them with
- 24:36Speaker 3: Elon Musk and Doge and all that he prepared for
- 24:40Speaker 3: over the last four years and the right people around him.
- 24:43Speaker 1: What's your best guess who's going to win this round?
- 24:47Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 24:47Speaker 5: So I think what you're seeing is a direct reaction
- 24:50Speaker 5: to the first term, which is what I wrote about
- 24:53Speaker 5: in the book, And the bureaucracy took advantage of the
- 24:56Speaker 5: first Trump administration. They weren't prepared, they didn't know how
- 24:59Speaker 5: to deal with and so now what we're seeing is
- 25:01Speaker 5: they've had four years to think about this, and clearly
- 25:05Speaker 5: they were ready on day one to come in and
- 25:09Speaker 5: start taking control of the bureaucracy and tearing a lot
- 25:12Speaker 5: of it apart. And US eight was one of the
- 25:15Speaker 5: first targets, and they were, as I read the book,
- 25:18Speaker 5: that was one of the worst bureaucracies in the federal government.
- 25:22Speaker 5: And we saw quickly they were resisting what Trump was
- 25:26Speaker 5: trying to do. And then they just invited their own
- 25:28Speaker 5: destruction because that gave them an excuse for the administration
- 25:32Speaker 5: to shut them down, because bureaucrats are supposed to follow
- 25:35Speaker 5: the orders of the White House. And they got away
- 25:37Speaker 5: with not doing it the first time, but this time
- 25:39Speaker 5: they tried it and they got in trouble.
- 25:43Speaker 3: I think it's clear that Trump is ready for all
- 25:45Speaker 3: the federal workers and federal agency heads this time around.
- 25:49Speaker 1: Trump has the advantage.
- 25:50Speaker 3: And he's he's fixnaying them, but he's not ready for
- 25:53Speaker 3: the judges. I don't know what you do about federal
- 25:56Speaker 3: judges that try to impede you every stop of the way,
- 25:59Speaker 3: block you every step of the way, put obstacles in
- 26:01Speaker 3: front of you, gigantic rocks that you can't get over.
- 26:04Speaker 1: I don't know what you can do to stop these judges.
- 26:06Speaker 1: But someone has got to show.
- 26:08Speaker 3: Them who the boss is and either arrest them or
- 26:10Speaker 3: impeach them if they're impeding our agenda.
- 26:13Speaker 5: I would think, yeah, well, it is a difficult problem.
- 26:16Speaker 3: Now.
- 26:16Speaker 5: One thing the Democrats have been very good at doing
- 26:19Speaker 5: is finding ways to get their cases before judges who
- 26:23Speaker 5: are on their side.
- 26:24Speaker 4: I think we'll see more efforts to do this.
- 26:27Speaker 5: I do think hopefully the Supreme Court is going to
- 26:29Speaker 5: do the right thing. I think in the case of
- 26:32Speaker 5: birthright citizenship, for example, I think that should go to
- 26:35Speaker 5: the court. I mean, clearly the definition of birthright citizenship
- 26:40Speaker 5: and the Constitution doesn't say we should give it to
- 26:43Speaker 5: illegal immigrants. And you've had lower courts coming out against this.
- 26:47Speaker 5: Now the American Bar Association up in arms. But that's
- 26:51Speaker 5: a case where I do think hopefully the courts will
- 26:53Speaker 5: come in. And this is of course, one of the
- 26:55Speaker 5: virtues of the first Trump term is he was able
- 26:57Speaker 5: to appoint some Supreme Court justices are going to be
- 27:01Speaker 5: probably more favorable to conservative values.
- 27:04Speaker 3: Maybe you have more faith than me in those Supreme
- 27:06Speaker 3: Court justice even the ones that he picked seems to
- 27:09Speaker 3: go against us on some of these important issues. And
- 27:11Speaker 3: of course Roberts seems to go the Chief Justice of
- 27:15Speaker 3: the Supreme Court seems to go against us on every
- 27:17Speaker 3: important issue. So it's really, you know, what's the word condundrum?
- 27:22Speaker 3: How could they be appointed by conservative presidents? They claim
- 27:25Speaker 3: to be conservative justices, and then the minute they get
- 27:28Speaker 3: to the Supreme Court they become deep state accomplices.
- 27:31Speaker 1: It's very strange.
- 27:33Speaker 3: You are a whistleblower on all the waste and abuse
- 27:37Speaker 3: at USAID.
- 27:39Speaker 1: So what did you witness?
- 27:41Speaker 3: Tell us what you saw, and also tell us is
- 27:44Speaker 3: a whistleblower even protected anymore? I know under Biden it
- 27:48Speaker 3: sure didn't seem like they were. What about you.
- 27:50Speaker 5: Yeah, So there's a lot of different forms of corruption
- 27:53Speaker 5: that were going on at us AID, and this is
- 27:56Speaker 5: also part of how they invited their own destruction. One
- 28:00Speaker 5: form of corruption is that they were deliberately hiding spending
- 28:06Speaker 5: from the president.
- 28:08Speaker 4: Which is a serious form of fraud.
- 28:11Speaker 5: Said a case in Syria where they had some programs
- 28:14Speaker 5: going on that they thought might not pass muster of
- 28:17Speaker 5: the president, so they simply tried to.
- 28:20Speaker 4: Hide those we had.
- 28:22Speaker 5: There's a video which actually posted online where you have
- 28:25Speaker 5: career bureaucrats talking about how they're going to try to
- 28:28Speaker 5: obstruct the administration. And so you have this ideological component
- 28:33Speaker 5: and then you also have the purely greed component.
- 28:37Speaker 1: And in the.
- 28:39Speaker 5: Office where I was in charge, my own deputy, a
- 28:43Speaker 5: career bureaucrat, turned out, was using his job to drum
- 28:46Speaker 5: up business for a company that he was the chairman
- 28:49Speaker 5: of the board of. Now, the mere fact that a
- 28:52Speaker 5: senior career bureaucrat is the chairman of the board of
- 28:54Speaker 5: a contractor is a sign of how badly the system
- 28:57Speaker 5: was being run. And you had lawyer, you know, we
- 29:01Speaker 5: had a so called ethics lawyer. He was he was
- 29:03Speaker 5: possibly the most unethical person in the agencies.
- 29:06Speaker 1: He actually proved this whole deal.
- 29:08Speaker 5: And so then I report this, thinking, you know, they
- 29:12Speaker 5: will actually do something that's so egregious.
- 29:14Speaker 4: And what happens is they.
- 29:15Speaker 5: Let this guy escape by he slides over to another
- 29:19Speaker 5: federal agency, Department of Defense, and keeps his job. He
- 29:22Speaker 5: escapes punishment, and Department of Justice doesn't go after him.
- 29:26Speaker 5: In the meantime, they accused me of divulging classified information,
- 29:31Speaker 5: which was a total scam, and they use that as a.
- 29:34Speaker 4: Pretext to fire me.
- 29:36Speaker 5: Now, if I'd actually done that, they would have raided
- 29:38Speaker 5: my house and arrested me.
- 29:39Speaker 4: They didn't do that, but they used it that.
- 29:41Speaker 5: You know, they come up with these phony accusations and say, well,
- 29:44Speaker 5: you've been accused of something, therefore you must have done it.
- 29:46Speaker 3: You know a lot of these I've said for twenty
- 29:49Speaker 3: years now, Mark on radio NTV that an awful lot
- 29:53Speaker 3: of government employees, an awful lot of people in Congress
- 29:55Speaker 3: in the House and said it they make one hundred
- 29:58Speaker 3: and seventy thousand a year plus all they can steal.
- 30:01Speaker 3: And I think it's true, right, I mean, I know
- 30:03Speaker 3: it wasn't you. I know there are some really nice
- 30:06Speaker 3: and good and honest government officials and quote unquote public servants,
- 30:10Speaker 3: but I think there's an awful lot that are trying
- 30:13Speaker 3: to steal everything they can steal and get a piece
- 30:16Speaker 3: of kickback on every contract, everything the government buys, everything
- 30:20Speaker 3: the government spends, They're trying to grab a piece and
- 30:23Speaker 3: get a kickback.
- 30:23Speaker 1: Am I on the right track.
- 30:25Speaker 5: There's certainly a lot of that at USAID and it
- 30:29Speaker 5: was an agent a lot of money forty two billion
- 30:31Speaker 5: dollars spent last year. And when you have those kind
- 30:35Speaker 5: of sums of money, you are inviting a certain degree
- 30:38Speaker 5: of corruption. And what happens is that you have the
- 30:41Speaker 5: career bureaucrats, they get to decide who gets this money.
- 30:45Speaker 5: They sit on these panels which are supposed to be partial,
- 30:48Speaker 5: but we know that, you know, they've got.
- 30:50Speaker 4: Friends at these agencies.
- 30:51Speaker 5: And what often happens is they'll award at a big
- 30:54Speaker 5: contract to somebody and then next year suddenly they've got
- 30:57Speaker 5: a great, high paying.
- 30:58Speaker 4: Job with that company.
- 31:00Speaker 3: Right there, you go, there's the answer. I said this
- 31:03Speaker 3: about the COVID vaccine. All the people at the FDA,
- 31:06Speaker 3: after they vote yes on the COVID vaccine and they
- 31:09Speaker 3: cover up the debts and the covid vaccine, they all
- 31:12Speaker 3: mysteriously a year and two years and three years later
- 31:14Speaker 3: wind up on the board of the same big pharm
- 31:17Speaker 3: of companies, or their wife's on the board, or their
- 31:19Speaker 3: brothers on the board, or their fathers on the board,
- 31:22Speaker 3: or their sons on the board. Somehow, someway, they're rewarded
- 31:25Speaker 3: for their vote. And it's sickening, it really is. We
- 31:28Speaker 3: have about ninety seconds left. So the last question I
- 31:30Speaker 3: have for you. Trump administration dramatically cutting USAID's employees. Right
- 31:36Speaker 3: fourteen thousand employees, they're saying only a few hundred are essential.
- 31:42Speaker 1: Does that make sense to you? Is that correct.
- 31:45Speaker 5: I'd certainly say from my time there that there were
- 31:48Speaker 5: a lot of people who were not pulling their weight,
- 31:51Speaker 5: and you had a lot of people telecommuting, which you know,
- 31:55Speaker 5: some people can do that, but a lot of them,
- 31:57Speaker 5: I think from talking to their supervisors, they'll tell you, yeah,
- 31:59Speaker 5: they're not doing as much work when they're at home.
- 32:01Speaker 5: And of course one of the biggest problems is you
- 32:03Speaker 5: can't fire anybody, so you've got a lot of deadwood there,
- 32:08Speaker 5: and so you could easily, i think, cut half the
- 32:11Speaker 5: workforce without probably much of a problem. Now they're talking
- 32:17Speaker 5: about cutting, you know, ninety five ninety seven percent. Well,
- 32:20Speaker 5: first we've got to figure out what they're going.
- 32:22Speaker 4: To still be doing.
- 32:23Speaker 5: That's still very much up in the air, and I
- 32:26Speaker 5: do think you're going to need more employees.
- 32:27Speaker 4: But one of the.
- 32:28Speaker 5: Things they're looking at is what they're calling schedule f
- 32:31Speaker 5: where you bring in people, but they're at will employees.
- 32:35Speaker 5: They're not unionized employees, which is what you have now essentially.
- 32:40Speaker 5: So you know, it's like in a teacher's union, you
- 32:42Speaker 5: can't fire the bad teachers, so it's the same way
- 32:44Speaker 5: you can't find the bad bureaucrats.
- 32:46Speaker 4: And if that's the case. You're going to have a
- 32:47Speaker 4: lot of people who are just.
- 32:48Speaker 1: Not up to it.
- 32:49Speaker 5: And you know what I saw happen is it was
- 32:52Speaker 5: so hard to fire somebody that the only thing you
- 32:54Speaker 5: could really do is push them into some job where.
- 32:57Speaker 4: They're really not doing much. But of course, is waste a.
- 33:00Speaker 5: Lot of taxpayer money to pay people that.
- 33:03Speaker 4: Show up Martin do nothing on the job.
- 33:05Speaker 3: Mark, I'm laughing because I grew up on a rough
- 33:07Speaker 3: streets of New York and I believe in schedule F.
- 33:11Speaker 3: You can imagine what I think Schedule F represents.
- 33:14Speaker 1: We got to run. I give a big Schedule F
- 33:16Speaker 1: to the government employees.
- 33:17Speaker 3: Doctor Mark Moyer, former senior Trump appointee at USAID and

- 36:46Speaker 3: All right, sway down the Roots is back live and
- 36:50Speaker 3: in person on a memorys. President Trump announces he will
- 36:54Speaker 3: be holding a press conference tomorrow to release a list
- 36:58Speaker 3: of names of entities and people involved in government fraud
- 37:02Speaker 3: and abuse. I can't wait for this one. This comes
- 37:05Speaker 3: one day after Elon Musk said dog who was investigating
- 37:08Speaker 3: how government workers mysteriously accrued millions of dollars. Listen, I've
- 37:12Speaker 3: been saying this for years and years, and it goes so.
- 37:15Speaker 1: Strongly in Nevada, where I live.
- 37:17Speaker 3: I'm telling you, nobody has ever followed up where government
- 37:21Speaker 3: employees live. If you ever followed up where people that
- 37:25Speaker 3: used to be major government employees in the state of
- 37:27Speaker 3: Nevada lived, Secretaries of state, attorney generals, governors, senators, congressmen,
- 37:38Speaker 3: and of course government bureaucrats, agency heads. Nobody ever makes
- 37:43Speaker 3: more than one hundred and fifty to one hundred and
- 37:45Speaker 3: one hundred and seventy thousand a year.
- 37:47Speaker 1: But yet you would find some of them.
- 37:49Speaker 3: Are living in the lap of luxury, multimillion dollar lifestyles.
- 37:53Speaker 3: They live in three million dollar mansions, four million dollar mansions,
- 37:56Speaker 3: five million dollar mansions.
- 37:57Speaker 1: Maybe they have five houses around the world. How did
- 37:59Speaker 1: that happen?
- 38:01Speaker 3: I think that all these government people are getting kickbacks.
- 38:04Speaker 3: They're all getting a piece of the action. And I
- 38:07Speaker 3: wrote that many times over the years, and I wrote
- 38:09Speaker 3: it again last week and earlier this week, and I
- 38:13Speaker 3: send all my articles to President Trump, and President Trump
- 38:16Speaker 3: literally said that these people are getting kickbacks. They're getting kickbacks.
- 38:22Speaker 3: You know, we do find it rather odd. There are
- 38:24Speaker 3: quite a few people in a bureaucracy who have a
- 38:26Speaker 3: salary says essentially of a few hundred thousand dollars, but
- 38:30Speaker 3: somehow managed to accrue tens of millions of dollars of
- 38:33Speaker 3: net worth while they're in that position. We're just curious
- 38:37Speaker 3: where it came from. Whether I have very good investing,
- 38:40Speaker 3: in which case we should take their investment advice. Perhaps
- 38:43Speaker 3: they seem to me mysteriously getting wealthy and we don't
- 38:45Speaker 3: know why, where to come from. I think the reality
- 38:48Speaker 3: is they're getting wealthy at the taxpayer expense. This is
- 38:52Speaker 3: what I've been writing and saying for twenty years. Government
- 38:56Speaker 3: employees are on the take. Trump says he's gonna name names.
- 39:01Speaker 3: I'm gonna read you some of the names that hundreds
- 39:03Speaker 3: of millions and even billions of dollars have been given to.
- 39:06Speaker 3: I say it in front of our Attorney general. There's
- 39:09Speaker 3: no chance that there's not kickbacks or something going on.
- 39:12Speaker 3: When you give millions and millions of dollars to somebody
- 39:14Speaker 3: that stands to look at something for fifteen minutes and
- 39:17Speaker 3: walks away with millions of dollars, that money's coming back
- 39:20Speaker 3: in some form.
- 39:21Speaker 1: And that's only one form of corruption. Let's be honest.
- 39:25Speaker 3: Trump said out of a list of two hundred expenditures,
- 39:27Speaker 3: only three looked reasonable.
- 39:29Speaker 1: Three looked reasonable, the other one hundred and ninety seven.
- 39:33Speaker 1: This looting involved.
- 39:35Speaker 3: See I figured this all out years ago, and nobody
- 39:38Speaker 3: ever wanted to say it out loud but me. They've
- 39:40Speaker 3: all looted the government. They've looted the taxpayers. They've stolen
- 39:44Speaker 3: your money. All this money that we're paying.
- 39:48Speaker 1: In taxes, it's a crock of crap. It's total bs.
- 39:53Speaker 3: The government doesn't need thirty nine percent of your money.
- 39:57Speaker 3: That's the highest tax rate, thirty nine percent ridiculous. Under
- 40:01Speaker 3: Reagan there were only two flat tax rates, fifteen and
- 40:04Speaker 3: twenty eight. No one needs thirty nine percent of your money.
- 40:07Speaker 3: They're stealing it. The tax rate should be like fifteen flat.
- 40:11Speaker 1: Period.
- 40:12Speaker 3: All the rest is waste and theft and looting. They're
- 40:16Speaker 3: stealing your money. These are the kind of things they're
- 40:20Speaker 3: driving liberals mad because this is how they all survive.
- 40:24Speaker 1: In my opinion, the way the countries run.
- 40:26Speaker 3: All the liberal Democrat politicians and a lot of rhinos too,
- 40:30Speaker 3: a lot of rhinos. They're all positioned to approve the
- 40:33Speaker 3: budget and the money, and then they give billions and
- 40:37Speaker 3: billions of dollars in spending in government contracts to all
- 40:40Speaker 3: these people that donate to them, and then they get
- 40:44Speaker 3: a kickback.
- 40:45Speaker 1: On top of it.
- 40:46Speaker 3: So the politicians get rich for giving out the money
- 40:49Speaker 3: and the people accepting the money. The George Soros types,
- 40:53Speaker 3: George Soros and George Soros types. My opinion, these people
- 40:58Speaker 3: are all getting rich off us. They're getting billions off us,
- 41:02Speaker 3: and they're kicking back millions the government employees and politicians.
- 41:06Speaker 3: That's how the whole country is being run, and therefore
- 41:09Speaker 3: there's no money. Wayne Rood has to earn an honest living.
- 41:13Speaker 3: I've managed to make millions of dollars as an honest person,
- 41:17Speaker 3: and I got a hustle all day long, at the
- 41:19Speaker 3: age of sixty three years old, to find advertisers and
- 41:22Speaker 3: make a living. And these people have been stealing the
- 41:25Speaker 3: people's money. All the liberal talk show hosts, their stations,
- 41:29Speaker 3: their networks, their syndicators are getting rich because government was
- 41:33Speaker 3: doling out the money to them.
- 41:37Speaker 1: I get nothing. And on top of.
- 41:38Speaker 3: That, they're silencing and censoring me. They paid money to
- 41:43Speaker 3: make Stanford University silence.
- 41:45Speaker 1: And censor me.
- 41:47Speaker 3: I just signed the contract with my attorney today. I'm
- 41:49Speaker 3: suing Stanford University for millions of dollars. They hurt my
- 41:53Speaker 3: career and they damaged me by censoring me. It's so
- 41:57Speaker 3: dirty and it's so disgusting. What's happened in this country.
- 42:00Speaker 3: Trump fires USAID's top watchdog after reports of billions wasted
- 42:05Speaker 3: on educating Al Qaeda terrorists and drag shows. And it's
- 42:09Speaker 3: also USAD said, They said, USAD funded terrorist regimes that
- 42:14Speaker 3: killed over three thousand United States soldiers. Your money's been stolen.
- 42:19Speaker 3: It was even stolen to kill American boys and girls
- 42:22Speaker 3: in the military. This show, As I Say Goodbye Today,
- 42:25Speaker 3: sponsored by Energized Health, the program that changed my life.
- 42:28Speaker 3: Energized Health was just amazing for me. It's not a
- 42:31Speaker 3: weight loss program. It is a fat loss program. I
- 42:33Speaker 3: had no weight to lose, but the fat, which is
- 42:36Speaker 3: in everybody's body, just melted off Me just melted off.
- 42:39Speaker 3: It changed the way I look, changed the way I feel,
- 42:41Speaker 3: made me look younger, made me look better, made me healthier,
- 42:44Speaker 3: and all of a sudden, I gained three new TV
- 42:46Speaker 3: shows past the age of sixty one. Has anyone ever
- 42:48Speaker 3: done that in history? It's my fountain of youth. It
- 42:51Speaker 3: reversed aged me. Here's your chance to be like Wayne.
