- 0:53Speaker 5: for you that celebrated yesterday, Our condolences, our love, our
- 1:00Speaker 5: or prayers to you. Nine to eleven still a day
- 1:05Speaker 5: that should be remembered, especially if you were alive when
- 1:12Speaker 5: that day happened. Let's not forget because you know this
- 1:18Speaker 5: is America. So give us six hours and we will
- 1:22Speaker 5: forget anything and excuse anything, but something that gripped our country.
- 1:30Speaker 5: Similar to COVID paralyzed us changed the whole industry, Air
- 1:36Speaker 5: travel changed, a whole way of how you are secured changed.
- 1:44Speaker 5: Just remember, be thankful, be mindful of those who survivors,
- 1:49Speaker 5: their families. If you know, reach out, say hello, check
- 1:53Speaker 5: on them. Just wanted to say that off the top
- 1:55Speaker 5: before we get around to a bunch of shenanigous. I
- 2:02Speaker 5: mean with a capital. See I did that. Yeah, I
- 2:07Speaker 5: was glad that I didn't say like one letter. I
- 2:10Speaker 5: like that capital capital was brilliant. However you spell shenani.
- 2:15Speaker 4: That's that's because I don't know.
- 2:21Speaker 5: Hit yourself with that. With the Shenanigans, we have a
- 2:24Speaker 5: lot of them for you. Is Thursday another great game
- 2:28Speaker 5: on top? Will there be an unrest tonight? Or will
- 2:32Speaker 5: somebody just catch a limo buffalo? The Bills Josh Allen
- 2:38Speaker 5: has to do his version of Michael Vick, Lamar Jackson,
- 2:42Speaker 5: Rambael Cunningham and all the greats, that dual threat that
- 2:49Speaker 5: everybody loves. Now quarterback going to Miami hopefully with the weather.
- 2:54Speaker 5: Hey my Saints fan?
- 2:55Speaker 4: Who that.
- 2:57Speaker 5: Who that said they're gonna beat them? Saints? Prayers to
- 3:01Speaker 5: you Hurricane Katrina. Something I experienced as a player with
- 3:06Speaker 5: the Saints. I know it was talking about Francine yesterday
- 3:10Speaker 5: evening coming through. Not sure what kind of damage, what
- 3:13Speaker 5: kind of rain. But we seem to learn the lesson,
- 3:16Speaker 5: didn't we We learned, We learned learn you know, I
- 3:23Speaker 5: was down there with you. I know what you were doing,
- 3:24Speaker 5: boarding up, acting like he was just gonna stay there,
- 3:27Speaker 5: crying wolf. It was and you rightfully, so you're human.
- 3:32Speaker 5: You're human. I'm telling you. Take that phrase right there,
- 3:36Speaker 5: apply it and understand it. The hardwiring of the human
- 3:43Speaker 5: is after a couple of reps of something, repetition, you
- 3:52Speaker 5: start getting lazy and lazy and uh, they said it
- 3:57Speaker 5: was coming, it didn't come. And they said it was coming,
- 3:59Speaker 5: it didn't come. They said it was coming, it didn't come.
- 4:02Speaker 5: They said it's coming. You know what, I ain't gonna
- 4:04Speaker 5: even listen to them this time preparation fatigue. And then
- 4:08Speaker 5: it came. And that was a lot of wise the
- 4:11Speaker 5: situation that happened in New Orleans that seemed to get
- 4:15Speaker 5: lost in all the sauce the city of everybody.
- 4:18Speaker 4: It was.
- 4:19Speaker 5: It wasn't just one person. Everybody was fell down on
- 4:22Speaker 5: that job. Everybody had gotten fatigued. Yes of the storm
- 4:27Speaker 5: warning because trust me, if you're spending X amount of
- 4:31Speaker 5: dollars and taking time off and companies are closing down
- 4:35Speaker 5: to make preparation for something that started off as a
- 4:37Speaker 5: five and ended up as a point to and you
- 4:41Speaker 5: get back and it's only raining on half of your house.
- 4:46Speaker 5: The other house is sunny. And we've been living in
- 4:48Speaker 5: Atlanta for two weeks in a hotel. I'm mad, you mad,
- 4:54Speaker 5: But unfortunately that's the fleet that goes with the dog.
- 4:57Speaker 5: And in certain areas of the world, based on where
- 5:00Speaker 5: you live with the Great Gong Bow comes hurricanes and
- 5:04Speaker 5: storms and thunderstorms and all that. So be safe in
- 5:08Speaker 5: then we talk about that little lasi. If it's a
- 5:11Speaker 5: game where they're playing, hopefully they are away to day
- 5:15Speaker 5: they are, they will be in Dallas on Sunday, so
- 5:19Speaker 5: good still put them in the region, Yeah, because I
- 5:24Speaker 5: know down in as I said, Katrina, a lot of
- 5:27Speaker 5: that Houston area got hit with water and a lot
- 5:30Speaker 5: of the overflow of people ended up in Houston, in
- 5:32Speaker 5: Dallas and places like that. But good morning, glad to
- 5:35Speaker 5: be here with you. As I said, Shenanigans first and foremost,
- 5:39Speaker 5: right off the top, right off the top, Tyreek Hill
- 5:43Speaker 5: video comes out the Miami Superstar, the Cheatah, the Cheatah.
- 5:48Speaker 5: They called her as his man in the NFL at
- 5:52Speaker 5: the moment.
- 5:54Speaker 4: From Georgia Georgia Peach. He is he is a Georgia Peach.
- 6:00Speaker 5: Got arrested the other day or excuse me, got detained
- 6:05Speaker 5: similar to Scotty Scheffler a couple of weeks. So we've
- 6:09Speaker 5: had two incidents.
- 6:10Speaker 4: And really we've all beenained at least now at least.
- 6:13Speaker 5: But the only thing different nobody talked about. They actually
- 6:15Speaker 5: take Scotty down to the precinct.
- 6:17Speaker 8: They got a picture, he got a picture and shoo
- 6:20Speaker 8: him an orange shirt. Yeah, he got a picture.
- 6:23Speaker 5: Then he then he have an orange shirt. Then they
- 6:25Speaker 5: put him in.
- 6:26Speaker 4: He was arrested.
- 6:27Speaker 5: Hey, take take that.
- 6:28Speaker 4: Uh, take that Nike Polo off baby. No, he's my sponsor.
- 6:32Speaker 5: No, no, no, yeah, the count sponsor we got for yourself.
- 6:36Speaker 4: We got a new sponsor for you today.
- 6:39Speaker 7: It's it's the Clean Up Associations America.
- 6:44Speaker 5: Because we lunch.
- 6:45Speaker 4: And he got a program.
- 6:46Speaker 7: We got dental that you need, you don't even need it,
- 6:49Speaker 7: a long clock. We'll wake you up, wake you up,
- 6:52Speaker 7: escort you everywhere you need to go. We got great
- 6:55Speaker 7: security program, great security gave him. I just remember it
- 6:58Speaker 7: came back to me. Scottie was pretty much arrested. He
- 7:03Speaker 7: was pretty much arrested. Now, now got to tame the
- 7:08Speaker 7: Scottie he got creed from.
- 7:10Speaker 5: The video from the video. Tell me, gentlemen, in your
- 7:18Speaker 5: true opinion, was that not a video to show young
- 7:23Speaker 5: high school men and women what not to do at
- 7:28Speaker 5: a traffic stop. Can't we just take that and put
- 7:37Speaker 5: it on the don't list?
- 7:41Speaker 9: Uh?
- 7:42Speaker 7: In my honest opinion, I think it could be a
- 7:44Speaker 7: training video for young high school students and potential officers.
- 7:49Speaker 7: I thought that there were overreactions on both sides.
- 7:53Speaker 5: Well see that then, and that's where we're gonna slow
- 7:56Speaker 5: this down because we always liked to skip to the
- 7:59Speaker 5: fourth part. You can't watch The Lord of the Rings
- 8:03Speaker 5: without watching the first part. You gotta figure out what
- 8:06Speaker 5: Surroun had already done. Why Frodo on them trying to
- 8:10Speaker 5: throw the ring. If you don't find that, you don't
- 8:12Speaker 5: you be watching a movie and not know why Frodo
- 8:14Speaker 5: trying to get rid of the ring. We jumped to
- 8:21Speaker 5: but the officer, because in this country that's what we
- 8:23Speaker 5: like to get to. We deem what somebody does after
- 8:31Speaker 5: we do something. Oh, you didn't have to hit him
- 8:34Speaker 5: like that, but what excuse is what he did. If
- 8:41Speaker 5: you want to get your session self in a situation
- 8:43Speaker 5: with law officers, here are four things to do when
- 8:47Speaker 5: they pull you over that could end up with you
- 8:49Speaker 5: being handcuffed on the side of the road. Did Tyreek
- 8:54Speaker 5: Hill display any of that?
- 8:56Speaker 4: Yes he did, And sir.
- 9:01Speaker 8: The I I tend to think that both it was.
- 9:07Speaker 1: I didn't pass about both. No, no, no, don't do that.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Don't do that. Don't ask me for my dog to do.
- 9:12Speaker 1: When I give you my dog, tell.
- 9:14Speaker 5: Me, I gotta tell you that.
- 9:15Speaker 1: No, no, you can't skip when you And I'm telling
- 9:19Speaker 1: you as she was my sky, not the see, no.
- 9:24Speaker 4: The sea.
- 9:24Speaker 1: I thought that I didn't ask you about the sea.
- 9:27Speaker 1: I asked you about the sky.
- 9:28Speaker 4: The sky.
- 9:29Speaker 5: I've asked you what color the sky is?
- 9:31Speaker 1: The sky? Oh, I did not ask you what color
- 9:34Speaker 1: the sea was? You asked me about the skiff.
- 9:37Speaker 5: No, I did not.
- 9:38Speaker 1: You asked me about saying color is the sky? Now
- 9:42Speaker 1: and you keep jumping to the sea. And I'm telling
- 9:46Speaker 1: you because that nascent in the next way of sky.
- 9:50Speaker 1: That's the problem with from them, and that's the problem
- 9:52Speaker 1: with Tino that all.
- 9:55Speaker 5: No, they're want to take their justification.
- 9:58Speaker 4: No no, no, if they choose too.
- 10:01Speaker 5: No, Now you were speeding.
- 10:05Speaker 10: You not me.
- 10:07Speaker 5: I didn't come to your job.
- 10:09Speaker 1: I didn't come on the football field and with both
- 10:11Speaker 1: bounds to my banks.
- 10:15Speaker 4: Both shoots, Jock, I came to ask you.
- 10:19Speaker 2: Easily to let your mother die.
- 10:24Speaker 4: No, no, that's not what he said. He asked when
- 10:27Speaker 4: he window down.
- 10:28Speaker 1: And that's why mischief has always illuminated in a lot
- 10:33Speaker 1: of people's lives. Listen, because they have decided that they
- 10:38Speaker 1: are going to sit around when they are going to
- 10:42Speaker 1: fix the situation. Now you cooperate. No no, no, no
- 10:48Speaker 1: no stop both the law. No week, you broke the law.
- 10:52Speaker 1: Both of us are by here. If my door is
- 10:55Speaker 1: open and.
- 10:56Speaker 5: I didn't invite you in here, and you come in
- 10:59Speaker 5: my door and I much.
- 11:00Speaker 1: The hell out of you, that's warranty. Then that's warranty
- 11:03Speaker 1: because you broke the law. But you want me to
- 11:06Speaker 1: skip the part, hope, mister sports Shot. The door was open,
- 11:10Speaker 1: so that allows me in. No it does no no no,

- 14:25Speaker 13: No no, no, no no, It's time to present the
- 14:28Speaker 13: Jock of the Day on the Sports Jockshure. It's taken
- 14:31Speaker 13: it to a completely different level.
- 14:32Speaker 5: This year where we highlight an accolte that has taken
- 14:35Speaker 5: their game to the next level.
- 15:00Speaker 4: White like this what shocks Shaw, I'm this what shocks
- 15:02Speaker 4: wing candidate.
- 15:03Speaker 5: NFL season has just started Week two Tonight Bills at Dolphins.
- 15:10Speaker 5: Thursday Night Football coming to you. Monday night, the Eagles
- 15:15Speaker 5: take on the Falcons up in Philly. So got a
- 15:21Speaker 5: great weekend of NFL action. A lot of big names.
- 15:25Speaker 5: I don't know if they're big games, but seems like
- 15:28Speaker 5: there's a lot of top tier teams playing early in
- 15:31Speaker 5: the season. One of the teams that has dominated the
- 15:36Speaker 5: last twenty to twenty five years of the NFL is
- 15:39Speaker 5: the New England Patriots. Their owner, Robert Craft, who's eighty
- 15:47Speaker 5: three years old, has been manning the ship as the
- 15:49Speaker 5: owner of this franchise for an extended amount of time.
- 15:55Speaker 5: Long time the billionaire has owned great names Tom Brady,
- 15:59Speaker 5: Bill Bella Check and on and on. A franchise that
- 16:04Speaker 5: has one six Super Bowls under Robert Kraft would make
- 16:13Speaker 5: you wonder why, as Robert Kraft alludes to he has
- 16:21Speaker 5: six Super Bowls as an owner and has not been
- 16:25Speaker 5: inducted into Pro Football Hall of Fame. He says, you
- 16:30Speaker 5: have Jerry Jones. Now I understand why Jerry. I talked
- 16:34Speaker 5: about this on Monday Show. Jerry's impact in just business
- 16:38Speaker 5: of sport, I feel is the thing that's key to him.
- 16:43Speaker 5: But come on, she, since you're a Cowboy fan, I'll
- 16:47Speaker 5: start with you. What is the reason you can give
- 16:55Speaker 5: Robert krafft of why he is not in the home.
- 17:05Speaker 4: I don't think he's.
- 17:08Speaker 18: I don't know what impact he has had in comparison
- 17:11Speaker 18: to Jerry Jones. Not not exactly. I mean in trying to.
- 17:18Speaker 4: Push the league forward.
- 17:20Speaker 18: We know that Jerry's always been out in the forefront,
- 17:22Speaker 18: but we don't we made no one really looks at
- 17:26Speaker 18: Robert Kraft in that same vein. So that kind of
- 17:30Speaker 18: makes it hard to figure out, like what is how
- 17:35Speaker 18: does an owner get into the Hall of Fame outside
- 17:38Speaker 18: of their their outside of how they impact the game itself?
- 17:47Speaker 18: So it's like, what what do we know that he's
- 17:49Speaker 18: done for anyone on the outside to say, oh, yeah,
- 17:51Speaker 18: he's a Hall of Fame owner? I'm not sure what
- 17:54Speaker 18: that is.
- 17:55Speaker 5: And so an owner shouldn't get in for crafting and
- 18:00Speaker 5: and being the architect the backing of Super Bowls? It
- 18:05Speaker 5: should be they.
- 18:07Speaker 4: Should but and but is that enough?
- 18:11Speaker 3: Okay?
- 18:13Speaker 18: If he had ten super Bowls and he weren't in,
- 18:15Speaker 18: then what I what else are we supposed to be
- 18:18Speaker 18: looking for?
- 18:20Speaker 4: Really quick?
- 18:20Speaker 7: I looked up since two thousand and five owners have
- 18:23Speaker 7: been in shrine Dan Rooney of the Steelers, Ralph Wilson
- 18:26Speaker 7: of the Bills, Eddie d. Bartolo of the forty nine Ers,
- 18:30Speaker 7: Jones of the Cowboys, Jerry Jones, and Pat Bowling of
- 18:33Speaker 7: the Broncos. How many of those coaches have more than
- 18:38Speaker 7: six Super Bowl owners?
- 18:40Speaker 4: Owners? I'm sorry, how many of those owners have more
- 18:42Speaker 4: than six super Bowl None? None? Okay?
- 18:46Speaker 7: How many of them were instrumental in putting together teams
- 18:52Speaker 7: that won even close to that many Super Bowls. I
- 18:56Speaker 7: think a lot of the reason Robert Kraft doesn't get
- 18:59Speaker 7: noticed it's because he's not a Jerry Jones, who, during
- 19:03Speaker 7: the postgame press conference about what just happened in the
- 19:07Speaker 7: game will come to the podium and go, hey, hey,
- 19:09Speaker 7: that don't need to talk right now. Y'all need to
- 19:11Speaker 7: know that the Cowboys is going to be making a
- 19:14Speaker 7: move to the and he does stuff like that. It's
- 19:17Speaker 7: like voting the posting you see on the TV. The
- 19:20Speaker 7: most is the one you think is the most qualified.
- 19:23Speaker 8: Well, I think I think that unfortunately mister Craft has
- 19:27Speaker 8: got caught up in the cheating scandal. I think that
- 19:31Speaker 8: is something that really hurt And some things I've read
- 19:35Speaker 8: is because of the couple of scandals that the NFL
- 19:38Speaker 8: had bought against them during that time that they wanted
- 19:41Speaker 8: did nullify a Bowl. It didn't nullify a Super Bowl.
- 19:44Speaker 8: But what I'm saying as far as.
- 19:46Speaker 5: The scandal is Jerry Jones's bed rock. Well, and this
- 19:50Speaker 5: is what I'm just let me let me navigate to
- 19:53Speaker 5: what I'm saying. I don't have a problem with Robert Craft.
- 19:56Speaker 8: But the people that have the vote, or if I
- 19:59Speaker 8: had a vote for the Hall of Fame for him
- 20:01Speaker 8: or the way to be able to have a voice,
- 20:04Speaker 8: I would Yes, mister Craft should be in there, Robert Craft.
- 20:07Speaker 5: But there are some who look at because I'm not
- 20:09Speaker 5: looking at what others think. Okay, I'm looking for what
- 20:15Speaker 5: you think he.
- 20:16Speaker 3: Should be there.
- 20:17Speaker 8: But the cheating scandals and the scandal with the massage
- 20:21Speaker 8: and just those different things are held against him.
- 20:25Speaker 5: But it didn't hold against Jerry.
- 20:26Speaker 18: Just had a child that he say Jerry outside of football,
- 20:32Speaker 18: But I guess the football, a scandal that is connected
- 20:37Speaker 18: to football is what may be affecting Roberts.
- 20:40Speaker 5: Yeah. Wait now, right now, the whole spygate thing, the
- 20:45Speaker 5: spy gate to deflate the football, Well, let me ask
- 20:50Speaker 5: you just what I don't understand about that.
- 20:53Speaker 7: Generally, when we talk about law, there is accusation, there
- 20:59Speaker 7: is charges, there is trial, and you're found either innocent.
- 21:04Speaker 3: Well, they found out that they did spygate.
- 21:06Speaker 4: They did so.
- 21:08Speaker 7: Once once you are charged and found guilty of a crime,
- 21:12Speaker 7: there is a punishment phase. Once the punishment phase has
- 21:16Speaker 7: been completed, you have quote unquote.
- 21:20Speaker 4: Served your time and paid your debt to society.
- 21:25Speaker 5: They went on Robert Krafft guilty of deflating the football
- 21:28Speaker 5: and Spygate.
- 21:29Speaker 7: That's what I'm saying, and and and all of them,
- 21:32Speaker 7: Well see that, that's what I'm saying.
- 21:34Speaker 8: It doesn't make sense, but unfortunately that's what we where
- 21:39Speaker 8: we are with politically correct in the political peace.
- 21:43Speaker 7: No, and that's what I'm saying. It's peace by peace.
- 21:46Speaker 7: How they want to be politically correct. You'll you'll take
- 21:50Speaker 7: a Jerry Jones and let whatever's going on with him happen.
- 21:54Speaker 7: You'll let a Deshine Watson stay in the league. And
- 21:57Speaker 7: then you want to tell Robert Krafft that after the
- 22:00Speaker 7: six Super Bowls with more to Sports Shock Show right
- 22:03Speaker 7: after this, you.
- 22:05Speaker 19: Keep talking up beside, Now, what's the poor way.
- 22:11Speaker 20: You get Twain?
- 22:15Speaker 4: Don't bowl Wayne?
- 22:16Speaker 12: More of the Sports Jock Show with Wayne Dan videos

- 22:23Speaker 21: hopping on one foot, or maybe juggling cats while riding
- 22:26Speaker 21: the unicycle. Sounds ridiculous, right, but guess what, that's exactly
- 22:31Speaker 21: what texting while.
- 22:32Speaker 3: Driving is like.
- 22:33Speaker 21: Your human brain only has the capacity to focus on

- 23:54Speaker 16: Daisy was abandoned by her family and placed in foster
- 23:58Speaker 16: care at fifteen years old. Her life was full of uncertainty.
- 24:03Speaker 16: She thought she'd never have a permanent place to call home.
- 24:08Speaker 23: Before I was adopted, I felt like I wasn't enough.
- 24:11Speaker 23: I had this hole in my heart and I never
- 24:13Speaker 23: knew what I needed to patch that hole. But when
- 24:16Speaker 23: my mom asked to adopt me, that hole was closed.
- 24:19Speaker 23: It feels so normal now to say that I'm a
- 24:22Speaker 23: part of this family. I am surrounded by love, I
- 24:25Speaker 23: feel safe, and that hole inside of me is gone.
- 24:29Speaker 4: I am whole.
- 24:30Speaker 23: I'm finally enough, just as I am.
- 24:33Speaker 16: The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption is changing the lives
- 24:37Speaker 16: of teenagers at risk of aging out of foster care.
- 24:42Speaker 16: Like Daisy, every child deserves a permanent, loving home. You

- 24:55Speaker 4: And now back to the sports. John Wayne Gandy the DZO.
- 25:13Speaker 11: Two thousand g y'all, I need a on coil, y'all,
- 25:18Speaker 11: you should welcome me back.
- 25:19Speaker 4: You want a ball till you fall. I can help
- 25:21Speaker 4: you with that. You want beef for analytics.
- 25:23Speaker 11: Fock of melt in your hat because I'm a wild
- 25:25Speaker 11: ball Bearrian too hard of scaring him?
- 25:28Speaker 4: What this what shock? Show them?
- 25:29Speaker 5: This what shock? Wayne Gain A good morning to you.
- 25:32Speaker 5: We left talking about Robert Kraft, the owner of the Patriots.
- 25:34Speaker 5: One of my boys just hit me up and says
- 25:38Speaker 5: that I can't hold on to make sure I'm reading
- 25:43Speaker 5: this right, which I can't give Robert Kraft credit for
- 25:48Speaker 5: the super Bowl because he don't play. Uh, that is
- 25:51Speaker 5: not true. The people that put the Super Bowl team together,
- 26:00Speaker 5: which typically includes the owner. Last time I checked it
- 26:06Speaker 5: allways goes just like the secretary gets a ring. Everybody
- 26:13Speaker 5: the equipment man gets a ring. So no, those things
- 26:17Speaker 5: are not the same. Just make sure people understand when
- 26:22Speaker 5: I say Robert Kraft did he deflate the football? I'm
- 26:24Speaker 5: not saying that it's not under his watch. I'm saying
- 26:28Speaker 5: for him to take credit for that, you would have
- 26:30Speaker 5: to go and he would have had to been like,
- 26:32Speaker 5: go down there and deflate the footballs. He could have
- 26:36Speaker 5: been just like us, what they're doing out there, deflating
- 26:38Speaker 5: football and just found out, but knowing what team he
- 26:42Speaker 5: put together, spending the money, the facilities and all those
- 26:45Speaker 5: kind of things. It goes along with So for you
- 26:48Speaker 5: out there that don't know, everybody that's involved wins the
- 26:53Speaker 5: Super Bowl, the people, the people in everybody gets a
- 26:58Speaker 5: ring or some kind of pendent signify. It goes on
- 27:01Speaker 5: their books, it goes on their next job search and all.
- 27:06Speaker 5: That's why the player personnel guy goes from one team
- 27:10Speaker 5: winning the Super Bowl to the GM and of the
- 27:12Speaker 5: next team, everybody gets part of it. Scouts, everybody gets
- 27:16Speaker 5: bonuses typically when you win super Bowls. So Robert Kraft
- 27:22Speaker 5: being the owner, under his ownership six super Bowls, Now
- 27:28Speaker 5: the scandal was in it. You say spygate, you say
- 27:31Speaker 5: the flakegate. You said one of them was proven, the
- 27:34Speaker 5: other one was not. A both they approved both proven, okay,
- 27:37Speaker 5: And whether they're Super Bowls taken away.
- 27:40Speaker 4: No where the games where their wins voided on their schedule.
- 27:46Speaker 7: They took drafts and they paid, were players suspended They
- 27:50Speaker 7: to Tom Brady, Yeah, okay, and they were suspended and
- 27:53Speaker 7: then they did fines and basically find so there was
- 27:58Speaker 7: a charges penal team and so and so we're gonna
- 28:04Speaker 7: still insert that in twenty twenty four. You know, white
- 28:07Speaker 7: white men, now waite, you know that that's called double jeopardy.
- 28:14Speaker 7: You know that that's against the legal system of America,
- 28:19Speaker 7: but the moral system of America it's based off and
- 28:22Speaker 7: the legal systems based off our morals.
- 28:25Speaker 4: But the difference is with the morals. We vacillate.
- 28:28Speaker 5: If there's an owner that should be in the Hall
- 28:30Speaker 5: of Fame, would this man not qualified with six Super
- 28:33Speaker 5: Bowl wins?
- 28:37Speaker 3: I would say yes, yes, oh yeah, he qualify.
- 28:41Speaker 5: Well okay, so well, hopefully Robert you get because I
- 28:45Speaker 5: know what you're You know, you're talking to your doctors
- 28:48Speaker 5: and your physicians and your therapists, and you want to
- 28:53Speaker 5: at eighty three be inducted where you can stand, walk, engage,
- 29:01Speaker 5: give your speech as you so I can definitely imagine
- 29:06Speaker 5: you like to get that in soon because you want
- 29:09Speaker 5: to stand on your own two feet and accept your
- 29:15Speaker 5: own flowers, which is a natural thing at this point
- 29:20Speaker 5: in your life. And hopefully so if Bill Belichick and
- 29:24Speaker 5: Tom Brady and the rest of these guys, if Tom
- 29:27Speaker 5: Brady in four more years is in the Hall of Fame,
- 29:31Speaker 5: then I hope your family takes the NFL to court,
- 29:38Speaker 5: because for one piece to go into the Hall of Fame,
- 29:41Speaker 5: all of it has to go in.
- 29:43Speaker 4: Someone from the Patriots already just recently been inducted.
- 29:46Speaker 7: Since then, then somebody from the Patriots get inducted than
- 29:50Speaker 7: Richard Seymour or something like that. And I'm saying, well,
- 29:54Speaker 7: I think we'll be seen the next few years that
- 29:57Speaker 7: guys from those teams will be inducted.
- 30:01Speaker 4: Just well, just how about cinema all at the same time.
- 30:07Speaker 22: The the.
- 30:10Speaker 4: Time you gotta wait and all that. Then yeah, I.
- 30:13Speaker 5: Mean it's a five year window. Most of those guys
- 30:18Speaker 5: are for players, I know, so we will see how
- 30:23Speaker 5: that shows up. Shannon Sharp once again in the wheel
- 30:26Speaker 5: cycle for some controversy. Shannon who seems to live in
- 30:34Speaker 5: this bubble of social media gratification because I don't buy
- 30:50Speaker 5: what you're selling, but you sell it and people put
- 30:54Speaker 5: it on their counters in their house. Channon Sharp is
- 30:58Speaker 5: now saying that a sexual live scream that came from
- 31:02Speaker 5: his phone. First he started off with the lie and
- 31:06Speaker 5: said that he was hacked. Oh I got hacked.
- 31:10Speaker 18: That's just a reflex anyway to get the drugle social
- 31:14Speaker 18: media the reflex.
- 31:17Speaker 5: Then he went on to late last night to explain
- 31:22Speaker 5: that before he got busy, as he put it, he
- 31:26Speaker 5: threw his phone on the bed and some kind of
- 31:30Speaker 5: way all the buttons got hit to send him to
- 31:35Speaker 5: live screen. Now he might be able to say that to.
- 31:40Speaker 7: You because you don't know nothing about social media, and
- 31:43Speaker 7: that might make sense to you, But you got to
- 31:45Speaker 7: do a whole lot of button hitting to go live. First,
- 31:49Speaker 7: you have to right First, you have to open the app,
- 31:53Speaker 7: then you have to open the live stream function. Then
- 31:57Speaker 7: you have to hit go live, and then it asks
- 32:01Speaker 7: you do you want to practice or do you want
- 32:04Speaker 7: to go live? And you say go live, and then
- 32:07Speaker 7: it does a five four three two one of So
- 32:14Speaker 7: Shannon saved that one for Big Kenny. You can run
- 32:18Speaker 7: that by the sports job because he don't do social media.
- 32:21Speaker 4: I do social media, and I.
- 32:22Speaker 7: Know it takes more than throwing a phone on a
- 32:25Speaker 7: bed before you get busy for you to go live.
- 32:28Speaker 7: Trust me out and throwing my phones a lot of
- 32:29Speaker 7: places before getting busy, and I never went live.
- 32:33Speaker 4: Do you understand what I'm saying?
- 32:34Speaker 7: So the lie you started off with was disingenuous, and
- 32:38Speaker 7: this explanation is even worse.
- 32:41Speaker 4: And just saying he was courting attention.
- 32:44Speaker 5: From my knowledge, he seems to be using the Paris
- 32:49Speaker 5: Hilton Kim Kardashian playbook. Yeah, with his whole new career.
- 32:56Speaker 4: His whole his that that with salaciousness. Yeah, the topics
- 33:01Speaker 4: he talks about, the things he gets on.
- 33:06Speaker 5: It seems like he has kind of stepped away from
- 33:11Speaker 5: sports reporting, has dabbed into some other like sports reality, tabloid.
- 33:20Speaker 5: He is national inquirer.
- 33:23Speaker 3: He won't.
- 33:26Speaker 7: That's tabloid. That's tabloid journalism. And so it's working for him. Yes,
- 33:32Speaker 7: that's the thing. If that's what he wants to be.
- 33:36Speaker 5: Why is he getting a pass? Because he's still able
- 33:40Speaker 5: to go and work for companies that say they stand
- 33:46Speaker 5: in the meadow of Lily's.
- 33:50Speaker 7: Disney, Daisy's Disney Disney. He works for ESPN, which is
- 33:54Speaker 7: owned by Disney.
- 33:55Speaker 4: ABC.
- 33:56Speaker 5: These things that he talks about from all the way,
- 33:59Speaker 5: Remember a couple with sharono Unco all of that, Yeah,
- 34:03Speaker 5: with Dion and him and you know how we would
- 34:06Speaker 5: turn the girl around and all that to you know,
- 34:09Speaker 5: fighting on the court with te t Morant, Ti Morant
- 34:17Speaker 5: like those things. Usually Disney has decided deemed wrong.
- 34:22Speaker 7: Correct Now, I think why he gets a pass for
- 34:25Speaker 7: it is because, for as many sensibilities as Disney has
- 34:31Speaker 7: and enforces, their allegiance is to the ratings at the
- 34:37Speaker 7: end of the day and where they see him. Mostly,
- 34:40Speaker 7: he's not a Disney personality that you'll catch on a
- 34:45Speaker 7: regular network. He's compartmentalized. You only see him on ESPN
- 34:50Speaker 7: until he gets on his own platform. So the kids,
- 34:54Speaker 7: the moms, the wives, the grandmothers, they might miss some
- 34:57Speaker 7: of that. Turned around and then I told her, I
- 35:00Speaker 7: do it, I do it, I do it.
- 35:01Speaker 4: Jed like that. You know what I'm saying? Ojo ha.
- 35:04Speaker 4: Somebody's yet.
- 35:05Speaker 5: Is there any word that on he's on first take?
- 35:10Speaker 24: Yes?
- 35:10Speaker 5: Yes? Has there an been any word of him being
- 35:14Speaker 5: let off today or no?
- 35:16Speaker 8: Had yesterday? He simulcast in he wouldn't. He wasn't on set,
- 35:22Speaker 8: but he was on video.
- 35:24Speaker 7: And it may be a thing where contractually Disney's just
- 35:29Speaker 7: looking for an out. You know, a lot of this
- 35:32Speaker 7: we can't because of the explanations that he gave.
- 35:35Speaker 4: It was an error.
- 35:36Speaker 7: So are we going to fire him for technology failing
- 35:39Speaker 7: him or technology betraying him? That seems a bit unfair.
- 35:43Speaker 7: And you know, he's not afraid to throw the race
- 35:45Speaker 7: card out there, so a lot of that is them
- 35:48Speaker 7: probably just looking for exit.
- 35:49Speaker 18: Strategy and I think the trans termined like if there's
- 35:52Speaker 18: had they already said a president a precedent with is
- 35:56Speaker 18: a lot of people brought up Paul Pierce and why
- 35:58Speaker 18: he was let go from you s p N for
- 36:00Speaker 18: his uh for his Instagram live So if they're trying
- 36:06Speaker 18: to well that's the thing. Is that different or is
- 36:09Speaker 18: this in the same ballpark?
- 36:12Speaker 4: See this?
- 36:13Speaker 7: In my opinion, Paul Pierce was willfully and deliberately going
- 36:20Speaker 7: live to show the debauchery he was.
- 36:22Speaker 4: And that may be the factor to where won't be
- 36:25Speaker 4: let go.
- 36:28Speaker 5: Compared to But you and your quick tutelage of me
- 36:33Speaker 5: just share it with me that this couldn't have been
- 36:37Speaker 5: an accident.
- 36:40Speaker 4: How I mean, and again the penalty happened, it has
- 36:51Speaker 4: to be beyond a reasonable smart will do that. More

- 41:46Speaker 5: the one that's going to be the longest, the hardest,
- 41:49Speaker 5: those kind of things. In the NFL. Fridays about half
- 41:55Speaker 5: is tough. Saturdays we don't do nothing, then we play again.
- 41:58Speaker 5: So you're asking these guys to gear up in such
- 42:03Speaker 5: a short window. And that's why, as we see later
- 42:07Speaker 5: in the year, these games be so raggedy. You know,
- 42:12Speaker 5: I'm always telling I wouldn't even bet these games because
- 42:16Speaker 5: that energy especially. Start if you want some information, start
- 42:20Speaker 5: looking up dates and ages of people, because that'll let
- 42:23Speaker 5: you know too. Because if once you cross over thirty,
- 42:27Speaker 5: the everybody yell into the micro yes, no, yell yeah.
- 42:35Speaker 5: That's how football is. That's how your body and your
- 42:39Speaker 5: mind functions all the time, and a chaotic screen that
- 42:46Speaker 5: you keep inside, and to get that back takes a while.
- 42:54Speaker 5: It's a life levitating. It's like comeback as any and
- 42:58Speaker 5: you probably talk the boxes anybody, especially when I always
- 43:01Speaker 5: say direct competition. Yes, it is that. It's an out
- 43:05Speaker 5: of body. It's it's part of the drug that.
- 43:12Speaker 4: You miss.
- 43:14Speaker 5: You miss this levitating thirty five year old, But I
- 43:21Speaker 5: got this energy like I'm twelve and all my senses
- 43:28Speaker 5: are high. That's what. Why do you think they darken
- 43:30Speaker 5: the stadium and shoot the lights. It's a mental Freudian.
- 43:38Speaker 4: Mine showtime showtime, they showtime click And I'm just saying
- 43:43Speaker 4: that because that doesn't come back in seventies.
- 43:46Speaker 2: Dude.
- 43:46Speaker 7: Now, well let me ask you my Google, all of
- 43:53Speaker 7: that stuff, my medullas, my shephers, how did we get here?
- 43:58Speaker 4: If thirst you know because you play.
- 44:01Speaker 7: The players who are in the game know it, because
- 44:04Speaker 7: they're the ones struggling through the Thursday night game? How
- 44:08Speaker 7: did they allow themselves to get put into not only
- 44:11Speaker 7: a Thursday night game, but an extra preseason game. And
- 44:15Speaker 7: then we're gonna do an extra regular season game and
- 44:18Speaker 7: then you've got to move to Super Bowl back because.
- 44:20Speaker 4: We're gonna is it the money?
- 44:23Speaker 5: President?
- 44:23Speaker 4: President?
- 44:24Speaker 3: Time off? Also, do you know how equate that to it?
- 44:27Speaker 8: Asking for less ota, not less time on the practice field,
- 44:31Speaker 8: so that people they had to figure out a way
- 44:33Speaker 8: We're gonna have to get you on the field to
- 44:35Speaker 8: get the money, or because you always you always talking
- 44:38Speaker 8: about money, but I'm saying you always don't get paid
- 44:41Speaker 8: game by game. But what I'm saying is like you
- 44:44Speaker 8: always talk about how we see a lot of the
- 44:47Speaker 8: injuries because of less practice times, less time.
- 44:50Speaker 5: On the field.
- 44:51Speaker 8: So I'm just saying, seemed like they're getting more money,
- 44:54Speaker 8: less time on the field, uncertain situations, but they're adding
- 44:58Speaker 8: more game time times and other things that they had
- 45:03Speaker 8: to preoccupy those instead of whether they should be practicing
- 45:06Speaker 8: more or rehabing more.
- 45:10Speaker 18: I don't, I don't or dd it lines up with
- 45:12Speaker 18: the I always look at with the how it's covered
- 45:17Speaker 18: in the media. All Right, Sunday, we have the game, Monday,
- 45:21Speaker 18: we talk about Sunday's game. Tuesday, we talk about Sunday's game. Wednesday,
- 45:26Speaker 18: Tuesday off, Well, I'm talking about like how the media
- 45:30Speaker 18: cover the coaches are still talking how the media covers it. Tuesday,
- 45:34Speaker 18: talk a little bit about Sunday's games, and then but
- 45:37Speaker 18: there was the Monday game, so we got to talk
- 45:39Speaker 18: about that Wednesday, we'll talk a little bit about Monday's game,
- 45:43Speaker 18: but Thursday, now we're looking towards the next game. And
- 45:48Speaker 18: they've talked so much about the next game on that Thursday, like,
- 45:51Speaker 18: oh we should I wish we had a game today,
- 45:53Speaker 18: So now we have Thursday. And but there's no games
- 45:56Speaker 18: on Friday or Saturday most of the time because that's
- 45:59Speaker 18: for or high school in college. But as far as
- 46:03Speaker 18: like getting ready for the next game, like it's it's
- 46:07Speaker 18: like like they're impatient. So the NFL capitalized on that,
- 46:12Speaker 18: like on how the media it can get a little impatient.
- 46:16Speaker 18: And now the fans are like, oh, we can't wait
- 46:19Speaker 18: for Sunday for the next game, so let's just put
- 46:23Speaker 18: a game on Thursday to get everybody ready for Sunday.
- 46:27Speaker 4: And well, well that.
- 46:28Speaker 5: Couldn't be true because I'm not looking forward to the
- 46:30Speaker 5: Nights game.
- 46:32Speaker 4: As a fan. As a fan something I feel like
- 46:35Speaker 4: a lot of fans are more like the game.
- 46:40Speaker 5: I'll watch it because of the names. But you could
- 46:42Speaker 5: have not played this game. All this became was a
- 46:46Speaker 5: function of packages. When the NFL exploded, I was selling
- 46:50Speaker 5: your Monday Night package, but then I kept you kept
- 46:53Speaker 5: coming in here talking about you want to buy a package.
- 46:56Speaker 5: So I saw your Sunday night package to go on
- 47:00Speaker 5: with the Sunday one o'clock package that goes along with
- 47:03Speaker 5: the Sunday four o'clock package, and then you kept in
- 47:06Speaker 5: Fox or you know whatever, Wanner Brothers. I want a package,
- 47:13Speaker 5: and so noway can we get a package? Well, how
- 47:17Speaker 5: much you're willing to pay for it? And then you
- 47:18Speaker 5: told me, and now we got a package.
- 47:20Speaker 4: And so this is the thing.
- 47:22Speaker 7: There are times when in certain industries, as we say
- 47:26Speaker 7: all the time, that fleet goes with the dog, A
- 47:28Speaker 7: lot of people talk about the lack of preparation and
- 47:30Speaker 7: the injuries.
- 47:31Speaker 4: Well you got enough money to go to the doctor.
- 47:34Speaker 7: Now is how people see that you sold that part
- 47:38Speaker 7: that rest, that recovery.
- 47:41Speaker 5: Well, and that's what I said. Monday's sports is just
- 47:44Speaker 5: entertainment now, yes, because the casual fan does not even
- 47:51Speaker 5: require the sport to be well.
- 47:56Speaker 4: Played, No, not at all, just beyond just beyond something.
- 48:01Speaker 5: So for someone who's was in it before it really
- 48:04Speaker 5: turned into full entertainment, it's disheartening. But football has turned
- 48:11Speaker 5: into Floyd Mayweather fighting Conor McGregor entertainment pretty much. They
- 48:18Speaker 5: don't care that it's not a quality match or as no,
- 48:22Speaker 5: it's just a whole bunch of braggadocia's talk.
- 48:24Speaker 7: And you know, Travis Kelsey goes down. I think he
- 48:28Speaker 7: may have broken his but look at how concerned Taylor looks.
- 48:32Speaker 5: We'll be back more to Sports Jock Show right after this.

- 51:54Speaker 5: Wayne kN D. The w NBA season is winding down
- 51:57Speaker 5: his regular season. About three or four James left to
- 52:01Speaker 5: their forty game season, so they should be here maybe
- 52:05Speaker 5: back Tuesday Wednesday of next week. Done with the regular
- 52:09Speaker 5: season and into the playoffs. Interesting story coming out the
- 52:13Speaker 5: players and the union players' unions upset with the w
- 52:19Speaker 5: NBA commissioner and what she had or what she didn't say.
- 52:26Speaker 5: Kathy Eglbert, who is the WNBA commissioner, that she failed
- 52:34Speaker 5: to condemn racist and volatile behavior from fans on social media.
- 52:42Speaker 5: Back to social media once again, guys, because you know
- 52:44Speaker 5: I love y'all to educate me on this. I read
- 52:49Speaker 5: the thing that miss Egelbert talked about, and basically it
- 52:54Speaker 5: seems as dough in her knowledge of how the world
- 53:00Speaker 5: works getting on this subject. Other than saying I hope
- 53:08Speaker 5: nobody has something mean to say, what power does she
- 53:15Speaker 5: have to limit social medium? I'm always asking you these questions,
- 53:26Speaker 5: your player, I don't like you, I'm gonna say things
- 53:32Speaker 5: about you. How does the commissioner? What is it that
- 53:38Speaker 5: they think her or her crystal ball can do? Just
- 53:44Speaker 5: keep saying don't go on social media? What is she
- 53:48Speaker 5: supposed to do?
- 53:49Speaker 4: I don't know. We're talking about a platform where a
- 53:54Speaker 4: man had his.
- 53:57Speaker 7: Physical activity all the broadcast and can't do nothing about it.
- 54:03Speaker 7: People went and found a woman's photo, say it ain't
- 54:06Speaker 7: even her and put it out there.
- 54:08Speaker 4: She can't do nothing about it. People get filmed and
- 54:11Speaker 4: recorded all the.
- 54:12Speaker 7: Time doing things that they wish you didn't see, and
- 54:16Speaker 7: there's nothing you can do about it. How is she
- 54:19Speaker 7: going to restrict free speech platform? And this is the
- 54:24Speaker 7: thing with racism. Everybody wants you to jump up and
- 54:27Speaker 7: take racism head on, But which direction am I fighting?
- 54:32Speaker 4: What am I supposed to say? Stop being racist? It
- 54:34Speaker 4: ain't gonna work.
- 54:35Speaker 3: And then the WNBA I look at this like pigging
- 54:39Speaker 3: back in, piggyback off. Kenny.
- 54:40Speaker 8: Also, who is to like some of the players, y'all
- 54:46Speaker 8: do some things on your social media platform that's not
- 54:50Speaker 8: too great and not that nice out there, so when
- 54:54Speaker 8: it hits back to you, it's to me it's like
- 54:56Speaker 8: what's good for the goose is good for the gatherer.
- 54:58Speaker 3: Sometime you're criticize it, you get criticized.
- 55:01Speaker 8: So if you play in that sand box, understand that
- 55:05Speaker 8: the same thing that makes you laugh makes you cry.
- 55:07Speaker 8: So they're gonna have to I don't see how this
- 55:10Speaker 8: the commissioner can control.
- 55:12Speaker 5: Like you said, who says what I mean?
- 55:16Speaker 8: It's not like she got something to reach out to
- 55:18Speaker 8: Google and say, hey, help us out with this situation.
- 55:21Speaker 3: Can you check the algorithm?
- 55:23Speaker 8: But at the same time, you got your players out
- 55:26Speaker 8: here promoting different things on different agendas, So you're gonna
- 55:30Speaker 8: have you expect that that people are gonna attack you
- 55:33Speaker 8: and come at you.
- 55:33Speaker 5: And all this is stemming from once again the Caitlyn
- 55:36Speaker 5: Clark and jewelryes rivalry that's supposed to be. Nobody still
- 55:44Speaker 5: has given me enough evidence of where this rivalry is
- 55:47Speaker 5: supposed to exist. It's all made up, but it seems
- 55:51Speaker 5: like a media employ to drive everything. And then you
- 55:56Speaker 5: upset that it went to some kind of race, when
- 56:00Speaker 5: that's what it was about from the beginning, from the beginning.
- 56:03Speaker 5: That's what it was about from the beginning.
- 56:07Speaker 7: The w n b A players themselves upset because y'all
- 56:12Speaker 7: keep exalting this white girl and all us been here
- 56:16Speaker 7: from the beginning with our heart, our hearts and our
- 56:21Speaker 7: souls and our black skin trying to make this league,
- 56:24Speaker 7: and here come the white girl, and y'all just so unfair.
- 56:27Speaker 7: Now people piggyback off that and jump on that bandwagon
- 56:31Speaker 7: to ride with you.
- 56:32Speaker 4: And now you want the commissioner to say something.
- 56:34Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't get greg. Do you see a point
- 56:36Speaker 5: of what the commissioner could have done other than I mean,
- 56:40Speaker 5: I can get up here at the press conference and
- 56:42Speaker 5: I can bring it up. Is that all they wanted acknowledge?
- 56:47Speaker 4: Right that that that has to be it, because that's
- 56:50Speaker 4: really all.
- 56:51Speaker 5: She can do. Yeah, that's all I can see.
- 56:53Speaker 4: They say, like, you don't like racism and that's all.
- 57:00Speaker 3: The NBA will not tolerate racism. That's what is that
- 57:02Speaker 3: what they want her to say?
- 57:05Speaker 5: Imagine and and even reading some of the stuff, I
- 57:08Speaker 5: guess anything negative said that Angela angel Reese thinks any
- 57:13Speaker 5: negative comes from a Caitlyn Clark fan. The how is
- 57:22Speaker 5: that realistic?
- 57:27Speaker 18: Because that's that's all she reads on social media? And
- 57:30Speaker 18: by that not like she just opens it and there
- 57:33Speaker 18: it is. She searches Caitlyn Clark angel Reese on Twitter.
- 57:38Speaker 30: That's what I'm saying that everybody tries to make that
- 57:42Speaker 30: actually look, no, it's already got anytime anytime their name
- 57:50Speaker 30: is mentioned, it pops up in her timeline at the time.
- 57:53Speaker 1: And.
- 57:56Speaker 4: She's got again for sports jock.
- 58:00Speaker 7: He might not understand, but when you get these alerts,
- 58:04Speaker 7: I'm just big Kenny, and I get more alerts than
- 58:06Speaker 7: I can read.
- 58:07Speaker 4: I know Katelan Clark ain't going through.
- 58:09Speaker 7: Seven thousand, eight twenty thousand alerts looking for some negative
- 58:14Speaker 7: comments about her.
- 58:15Speaker 4: And again the w NBA started this. This was your baby.
- 58:23Speaker 7: You nurtured that, you burped it, you changed it, you
- 58:26Speaker 7: got it walking and talking, and now that it is
- 58:30Speaker 7: on its own out there embarrassing you.
- 58:33Speaker 5: You want Daddy to do something I as we go
- 58:36Speaker 5: to break. I was even watching the Fever Dream game
- 58:41Speaker 5: the other night. A couple of nights ago, the Fever
- 58:44Speaker 5: came back and won, and the commentator was saying that
- 58:49Speaker 5: the Dream went to overtime. The Dream were upset with Caitlin.
- 58:57Speaker 5: That's why they was playing her so hard because she
- 59:01Speaker 5: sold out their arena. So because when she came to Atlanta,
- 59:08Speaker 5: the two times she came to Atlanta, they had to
- 59:10Speaker 5: go to the State arm and she sold it out
- 59:13Speaker 5: and they took that as disrespect.
- 59:15Speaker 7: So you ain't want to go talk to your marketed person.
- 59:18Speaker 7: So you disaffected me by by by giving me a
- 59:21Speaker 7: higher profile.
- 59:22Speaker 5: And more money.
- 59:23Speaker 4: What y'all got, what y'all got to see.
- 59:27Speaker 5: Right up to do.

- 1:00:48Speaker 32: something exciting, life insurance. Three quarters of Americans believe that

- 1:00:56Speaker 32: forty nine percent actually have life insurance.

- 1:01:08Speaker 25: When I was forty, with a kid in college and
- 1:01:10Speaker 25: bills piling up, I was worried how my family was
- 1:01:12Speaker 25: survive without me. That's what I'm in an appointment with

- 1:02:11Speaker 6: You comes, I'm yeah, I'm.
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: Gonna go on the way you.
- 1:02:31Speaker 4: Welcome back to the Swat Shop Show.
- 1:02:32Speaker 5: I'm the swart Shock Wadning came to. Good morning to you.
- 1:02:35Speaker 5: Glad to be here with you, Big Kenny command you,
- 1:02:38Speaker 5: Greg bat producer all in the building. Uh, I know
- 1:02:41Speaker 5: we talked about the NFL kicking off the night, but
- 1:02:45Speaker 5: I'm quite sure if you check your local listings. As
- 1:02:48Speaker 5: they used to say, Uh, there are some college games
- 1:02:52Speaker 5: on tonight. College is in week three, but week two,
- 1:03:00Speaker 5: don't start the week zero. Stop.
- 1:03:04Speaker 4: No, that don't make sense. It's we three. It's really
- 1:03:08Speaker 4: weak three, but it's really weak two.
- 1:03:09Speaker 7: It's week to see that. That sounded like Shannon shop.
- 1:03:14Speaker 7: That sounded like I didn't do it, but I kind
- 1:03:16Speaker 7: of did it. But I pushed the wrong button. But
- 1:03:18Speaker 7: don't but don't push theyselves what I don't understand. It's
- 1:03:21Speaker 7: all they all confused.
- 1:03:24Speaker 5: But going into a big game tonight, not tonight on
- 1:03:29Speaker 5: Saturday is our man prime time. Dean Sanders, his son
- 1:03:33Speaker 5: Shiloh had four arm surgery. Looks to be out for
- 1:03:37Speaker 5: two or three weeks to safety, which is it's tough
- 1:03:41Speaker 5: with something like that for him. Uh So I'll keep
- 1:03:45Speaker 5: my eye on Shilow. Maybe give him an extra week
- 1:03:47Speaker 5: because he is a physical football player. He likes to hit. Yes,
- 1:03:51Speaker 5: I can't even stop. I can't even sit there and
- 1:03:54Speaker 5: try to border that down, you know, man like he
- 1:03:57Speaker 5: has an aggressiveness. Uh and neither his brother.
- 1:04:02Speaker 3: Nor his dad has.
- 1:04:03Speaker 5: He will come over there and try to I wasn't surprised.
- 1:04:08Speaker 5: He basically I wasn't surprised he hurt hisself.
- 1:04:10Speaker 7: Right, he'd be trying to lay some long trying to
- 1:04:13Speaker 7: lay some would on't you. But this is the thing, Like,
- 1:04:17Speaker 7: but he wanted to play like he's six flas and
- 1:04:19Speaker 7: they say his farm is broken. Okay, so that's not fractured.
- 1:04:24Speaker 7: That's that's broken. So I'm assuming pins in it.
- 1:04:28Speaker 4: Yeah, they put pins with the cast. He probably play
- 1:04:31Speaker 4: and I'm saying, but he his style.
- 1:04:33Speaker 5: I'm saying for that right.
- 1:04:34Speaker 7: Oh and see this is where I guess I was confused.
- 1:04:37Speaker 7: He can be capable of playing in about two three weeks, yes,
- 1:04:41Speaker 7: but his arm will still be broken.
- 1:04:43Speaker 4: Those pins probably still will be in there. Okay, that's
- 1:04:47Speaker 4: I've always I've always thought that was a high risk.
- 1:04:50Speaker 5: No, Well, guy's played with broken fingers all the little
- 1:04:52Speaker 5: bone small bones. I don't know which bone it was.
- 1:04:55Speaker 5: It could have been a smaller bone that just would
- 1:04:58Speaker 5: be healed faster if put some screws in there. It's
- 1:05:02Speaker 5: more of the the kind of injury and his style
- 1:05:06Speaker 5: of play, right, because he likes to hit. So you know,
- 1:05:11Speaker 5: you really want a broken arm to be on somebody
- 1:05:13Speaker 5: that just cover there for ness in the game. But
- 1:05:19Speaker 5: they are playing Colorado State on this Saturday. Any fireworks
- 1:05:24Speaker 5: from the coach and deon this week, I seem from
- 1:05:27Speaker 5: what I have no fireworks this week, and last year
- 1:05:30Speaker 5: it was something going into this game, mama, he says,
- 1:05:35Speaker 5: will definitely be looking for a little revenge, uh in
- 1:05:39Speaker 5: this game in which they lost command. To you reading
- 1:05:42Speaker 5: something that that the game is.
- 1:05:44Speaker 18: I mean like last year the game being on ESPN
- 1:05:49Speaker 18: and at the high ratings even as late as the
- 1:05:51Speaker 18: game went. This time it's going to be on CBS,
- 1:05:54Speaker 18: so there it's just going to be even more scrutinized.
- 1:06:00Speaker 18: I think this is this is one of those situations
- 1:06:03Speaker 18: where like, no matter who Colorado's playing, they're gonna get
- 1:06:06Speaker 18: the eyes, no matter how bad they might be. This year,
- 1:06:10Speaker 18: I feel like they still might be bad, They're still
- 1:06:14Speaker 18: going to get the attention. And I don't know, I
- 1:06:19Speaker 18: guess I'm.
- 1:06:19Speaker 4: Just not right here for it.
- 1:06:21Speaker 7: I wanted to ask you said that you it's clear
- 1:06:24Speaker 7: to see Shiloh plays with a more aggressive style than
- 1:06:26Speaker 7: his father or his brother Shador. Where do you think
- 1:06:31Speaker 7: that came from? If it wasn't instilled in him by
- 1:06:35Speaker 7: those that are rearing him up? Do you think he
- 1:06:39Speaker 7: just trying to get out of a shadow. That's gonna
- 1:06:41Speaker 7: be my signature. I'm gonna be the more physical Sanders.
- 1:06:45Speaker 7: Do you think that that's just something that you can't teach.
- 1:06:48Speaker 5: Yeah, a lot of guys I know that like the hit.
- 1:06:51Speaker 5: They just like to hit. That's how they move Bacon,
- 1:06:57Speaker 5: run closer to the wall before they start stopping. Then
- 1:07:01Speaker 5: you so imagine taking off and challenging each other to
- 1:07:06Speaker 5: see who can run closer to the wall. And each
- 1:07:10Speaker 5: and every milli centimeter that you shorten is physicality. And
- 1:07:18Speaker 5: hitters are reckless, I mean, and that's why I say
- 1:07:23Speaker 5: he plays with that kind of I'm just gonna go
- 1:07:26Speaker 5: over here with my one hundred and ninety five two
- 1:07:28Speaker 5: hundred pounds and you're gonna feel all of it. So
- 1:07:32Speaker 5: he's never even almost protecting himself because remember, that's a
- 1:07:36Speaker 5: hurdle in your brain that you're trying to get over
- 1:07:40Speaker 5: to create physicality, to get over the cautiousness of being hurt,
- 1:07:45Speaker 5: of being hurt. That's what you practice. That's when coaches
- 1:07:49Speaker 5: talk about getting out and doing drills and old Oklahoma
- 1:07:53Speaker 5: drills and drills like that to build that up, because
- 1:07:59Speaker 5: each and every time you're willing to go past and
- 1:08:02Speaker 5: then I'm talking about middle of the meters makes you
- 1:08:06Speaker 5: even more pope right too, if you can ever reach
- 1:08:11Speaker 5: like some the running lot level where I don't even
- 1:08:15Speaker 5: care death before dishonorm you're gonna feel this then you
- 1:08:21Speaker 5: and you're in an elite category because it's you know,
- 1:08:24Speaker 5: you never have any hesitation. So I was just with
- 1:08:28Speaker 5: his arm. I love to see him back because I
- 1:08:31Speaker 5: think they need him because he is the one who
- 1:08:34Speaker 5: kind of sets the tempo back there, and it's a
- 1:08:36Speaker 5: lot of pressure on Dean. This is to me, this
- 1:08:40Speaker 5: is a must win game for Colorado because I'm thinking
- 1:08:44Speaker 5: as much as much.
- 1:08:46Speaker 18: Don't you feel that way, you like, forget the opponent
- 1:08:48Speaker 18: like they've got it into a conference play and and
- 1:08:51Speaker 18: and you because the go ahead. Well, I'll just say,
- 1:08:55Speaker 18: like if they're the goal I think for them is
- 1:08:59Speaker 18: to at least get a bowl game, so trying to
- 1:09:02Speaker 18: find those six wins if you're not. If they don't
- 1:09:07Speaker 18: get this win, then where those other winds gonna come from?
- 1:09:10Speaker 5: The rest of us look at.
- 1:09:13Speaker 8: The team like Nebraska last year, who wants to avenge
- 1:09:16Speaker 8: a loss against Colorado.
- 1:09:19Speaker 3: They felt like they shouldn't have lost, and they're gonna come.
- 1:09:22Speaker 8: In with everything they got and if they're not prepared,
- 1:09:25Speaker 8: you're gonna you're gonna look at that because I thought
- 1:09:27Speaker 8: it was funny speaking social media again, how the Nebraska
- 1:09:31Speaker 8: they won. They was playing Chadura song in the locker room,
- 1:09:34Speaker 8: dancing to it, and then there's a so called rumor
- 1:09:37Speaker 8: that they don't want when he throws a touchdown pass,
- 1:09:41Speaker 8: don't want the band playing. They want to they're playing
- 1:09:44Speaker 8: his song while they're out to stand, So you know
- 1:09:47Speaker 8: it's it's a lot of that going on. So you,
- 1:09:50Speaker 8: like said, you're creating a lot of different animosities, like
- 1:09:56Speaker 8: kids want to go harder.
- 1:09:57Speaker 7: I want to beat you. I want to beat you
- 1:09:59Speaker 7: just because of all the shenanigans. I think command you.
- 1:10:03Speaker 7: Greg had a good point with no matter where Colorado goes,
- 1:10:09Speaker 7: they'll get that attention. But I also believe that with
- 1:10:12Speaker 7: that attention comes an expectation of production. If you constantly losing,
- 1:10:17Speaker 7: don't nobody want to see that.
- 1:10:19Speaker 5: Oh we know.
- 1:10:20Speaker 7: We're not watching a whole bunch of blowouts. And you
- 1:10:23Speaker 7: get this your last season doing.
- 1:10:25Speaker 5: That, and this is the key.
- 1:10:27Speaker 4: That's why I say this is a must win. The
- 1:10:29Speaker 4: viewership will go down if you lose this game, Yes
- 1:10:34Speaker 4: it will, Yes it will.
- 1:10:36Speaker 5: Then you you This is really a game of keeping
- 1:10:39Speaker 5: the eyes on you. It doesn't seem like that because
- 1:10:44Speaker 5: it's only their third game. But if they lose this game,
- 1:10:47Speaker 5: then you don't become a must see. Let me remember
- 1:10:53Speaker 5: to set the DVR now.
- 1:10:55Speaker 7: Team now, because you started losing some of that lust
- 1:11:00Speaker 7: because last season and now this season, you started off
- 1:11:04Speaker 7: with a loss. The second game you played, it was
- 1:11:07Speaker 7: it a loss. They won the first person okay, and
- 1:11:10Speaker 7: that second lost the second. I don't think I even
- 1:11:12Speaker 7: tuned in until the second game, and then they lost
- 1:11:15Speaker 7: that one. So each time it used to be a
- 1:11:18Speaker 7: litany of celebrities on the sideline.
- 1:11:21Speaker 4: Last week it was just too.
- 1:11:25Speaker 7: They don't make no different They don't make no difference.
- 1:11:29Speaker 4: Lo time and what's the boy name?
- 1:11:34Speaker 7: Younger dollars school and found their way to Jackson Mississippi missed.
- 1:11:39Speaker 4: Me, but that mainly because miss me mad producer, mainly because.
- 1:11:45Speaker 5: What is your product? You one of the worst teams
- 1:11:48Speaker 5: defensively to stop the run. You don't run the ball.
- 1:11:53Speaker 5: Everybody is one hundred and fifty behind. Travis Hunter is
- 1:11:58Speaker 5: what Travis Hunter is? So, now what do you have
- 1:12:02Speaker 5: for me?
- 1:12:03Speaker 4: Shadur is a mixed bag.
- 1:12:05Speaker 7: Some days he's successful some even in the days where
- 1:12:08Speaker 7: he loses, he does good.
- 1:12:11Speaker 4: Ain't nobody checking for no losers?
- 1:12:13Speaker 5: Once I get a glimpse of what what Shades Prime
- 1:12:16Speaker 5: got on today, I can turn onto something else.
- 1:12:19Speaker 4: Now, No, I'm asking you as no, I'm being real.
- 1:12:25Speaker 4: Have you ever heard of the term?
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: What?
- 1:12:26Speaker 4: What is it? After?
- 1:12:28Speaker 19: That?
- 1:12:28Speaker 5: You don't stop nobody? You have given nobody else. The
- 1:12:33Speaker 5: three people you gave any acknowledgment, one of them is
- 1:12:38Speaker 5: out in Shiloh. Yes, one of them is one legit
- 1:12:44Speaker 5: top five pick that we always knew that. So he
- 1:12:48Speaker 5: almost can't really do anything more than what he's already
- 1:12:51Speaker 5: shown me. He's shown you NFL right, yes, first round pick.
- 1:12:55Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:12:55Speaker 5: So now I'm looking for what else do you have?
- 1:13:00Speaker 7: Because of all we come in here to do is
- 1:13:02Speaker 7: is scout Travis Hunter. We could we just got our
- 1:13:05Speaker 7: job is done. We were we were on him in
- 1:13:09Speaker 7: high school, right, we knew we were gonna draft him
- 1:13:11Speaker 7: in high school. The only thing that made it a
- 1:13:14Speaker 7: story was when he latched on to coach Prime and
- 1:13:17Speaker 7: went to Jackson State so I'm saying, let him lose
- 1:13:21Speaker 7: this game and at the end of the season he
- 1:13:25Speaker 7: won't be the coach Jackson State.
- 1:13:28Speaker 4: And as we go to break because I was thinking
- 1:13:30Speaker 4: about the thing, he's like the.
- 1:13:33Speaker 5: Adrian Bronner guy. Yes, people forget how closed Adrian Bronno.
- 1:13:38Speaker 7: Had gotten into that Floyd Arena sunshine, that that that
- 1:13:44Speaker 7: atmosphere people was tuning in the problem they was.
- 1:13:49Speaker 5: They were willing to go through anything with him. Three losses.
- 1:13:53Speaker 5: Everybody was like, Oh, man, ain't no good.
- 1:13:56Speaker 4: You you more troubled than you were. Just one of
- 1:13:59Speaker 4: these want to be blowing.
- 1:14:01Speaker 5: We'll be back with more to Sports Duck Show.
- 1:14:04Speaker 2: Oh Don't bowl Wayne.

- 1:14:35Speaker 33: bad you think they are. Well, if you think you
- 1:14:38Speaker 33: could do better, then get in the game and prove it.

- 1:17:11Speaker 5: flashed a little body in one show and became a star,
- 1:17:15Speaker 5: didn't she? I started giving her all kind of movies.
- 1:17:17Speaker 5: I tried to watch that TV show. She was in
- 1:17:20Speaker 5: euphoria when it first came out. Got It, Yeah, when
- 1:17:25Speaker 5: it first came before any my debut and the episode
- 1:17:30Speaker 5: two I had to I wasn't built. I'm not built
- 1:17:34Speaker 5: for it. You ever just had to wear like?
- 1:17:39Speaker 4: Yes?
- 1:17:40Speaker 18: Is the one where the kids are having sex upstairs?
- 1:17:43Speaker 18: While mom's making eggs. That's what y'all said.
- 1:17:48Speaker 7: Yeah, I wouldn't. I wouldn't fit that. I'll be taking
- 1:17:52Speaker 7: the doors off of the kids rooms in my house.
- 1:17:55Speaker 5: Ain't to do nothing. Shame shameless. Star. Emmy Rossham thirty
- 1:18:00Speaker 5: eight years old.
- 1:18:01Speaker 2: To Chain.
- 1:18:04Speaker 5: Is forty seven years old, see right, shame. Jennifer Hudson
- 1:18:08Speaker 5: is forty three. Interesting age here, y'all mean it's only
- 1:18:15Speaker 5: forty four, y'all buying that?
- 1:18:18Speaker 4: In Chinese?
- 1:18:19Speaker 18: Well, when he got drafted, they were saying he was
- 1:18:21Speaker 18: twenty one twenty two, so the math adds up.
- 1:18:26Speaker 4: But does he look it?
- 1:18:28Speaker 5: Yeah, y'all, I mean in forty four. Freddy the Dodgers
- 1:18:33Speaker 5: first baseman, Freddy Freeman thirty five, Andrew Lup thirty five,
- 1:18:39Speaker 5: Mooney Long, the R and B Crooner is thirty six.
- 1:18:42Speaker 5: Twin Dashaun Watson is twenty nine. We'll talk about him
- 1:18:47Speaker 5: a little later in the show. Larry Brown, the Great
- 1:18:50Speaker 5: Larry Brown is eighty four. Tyler Perry is fifty five. Yeah,
- 1:18:58Speaker 5: Tylers has always looked like he was your uncle. He
- 1:19:01Speaker 5: always looked like he fifty something, didn't he?
- 1:19:03Speaker 4: He always? Because you know, when I see I be
- 1:19:07Speaker 4: feeling like I say uncle.
- 1:19:08Speaker 5: He always just had that uncle.
- 1:19:09Speaker 7: And now Tyler had been in the zeitgeist about what
- 1:19:12Speaker 7: thirty years now, not thirty years when his plays, because
- 1:19:15Speaker 7: he started.
- 1:19:16Speaker 4: With it with the plays.
- 1:19:16Speaker 7: Yeah, at least at least twenty five years. And he
- 1:19:19Speaker 7: how old fifty five? Nah Swiss, Yeah, yeah, hanging out Swiss.
- 1:19:28Speaker 5: Beatsu is forty six. No A Lagra is thirty seven.

- 1:19:51Speaker 4: JT money check what your mama gave you?
- 1:19:54Speaker 5: Fifty two? Uh Navs is fifty one and quietly, and
- 1:20:01Speaker 5: I guess because I'm looking at the age and I'm knowing,
- 1:20:04Speaker 5: you know, it's some guys we just are not going
- 1:20:06Speaker 5: to see. And I appreciate sports. I appreciate all you
- 1:20:11Speaker 5: that have ever entertained me, young or old, whether you're
- 1:20:14Speaker 5: nineteen today or ninety, because entertainment is.
- 1:20:18Speaker 4: Something that the human spirit seems and needs and craves.
- 1:20:22Speaker 5: From comedy to sports to authors, and people will move
- 1:20:29Speaker 5: on and you won't get to see him do what
- 1:20:31Speaker 5: they do. And I said all that, it's not because
- 1:20:34Speaker 5: he's some special player as far as I'm a fan
- 1:20:38Speaker 5: of the team, But Jimmy Butler is old. Even though
- 1:20:45Speaker 5: Jimmy don't give you that old, Jimmy Butler is a
- 1:20:48Speaker 5: couple of years from just giving you the hand.
- 1:20:51Speaker 4: He's thirty five buckets. Buckets is thirty.
- 1:20:56Speaker 7: Buckets, you know, because sometimes he come out that you
- 1:20:59Speaker 7: may he's steward doing sometime he beat Jimmy Butler, but
- 1:21:02Speaker 7: he thirty five. Well think about it now, he played
- 1:21:06Speaker 7: in obscurity for a couple.
- 1:21:09Speaker 5: Yeah, I know, once we put it all together, but
- 1:21:11Speaker 5: I had started. Now he's on the steph ron kd
- 1:21:16Speaker 5: that pretty soon. Because what I do with people, I
- 1:21:20Speaker 5: put sports to forty. I think I've explained that before
- 1:21:23Speaker 5: on the show there. Yeah, you can go beyond, but
- 1:21:26Speaker 5: really it's a certain age to forty, right, typically you're gone.
- 1:21:33Speaker 5: Your body just starts breaking down. So I was sitting
- 1:21:35Speaker 5: there thinking, man, just a couple more looks at Jimmy
- 1:21:38Speaker 5: and the.
- 1:21:38Speaker 7: Perms, and if I say, Jimmy and that Brazilian silk Press,
- 1:21:43Speaker 7: because whoever doing it?
- 1:21:45Speaker 5: She five James Earl Jones, the Great Voice of Darth Vader.
- 1:21:52Speaker 5: Couldn't think of more iconic voice. If you can, and
- 1:21:56Speaker 5: the patheon of voiceovers, please let me know. But I
- 1:22:00Speaker 5: couldn't think of one greater voiceover than James Earl Jones.
- 1:22:07Speaker 5: I always wanted to three years old passes away. But
- 1:22:11Speaker 5: can you name a voiceover character that no, no, not
- 1:22:17Speaker 5: not the not that is uh prominent as his? I
- 1:22:21Speaker 5: mean there's some that, like, I know, like another great
- 1:22:24Speaker 5: voice that came to ound with someone like uh Don
- 1:22:28Speaker 5: la Fontaine, who did the movie Tailers, like in a world,
- 1:22:32Speaker 5: in a world where men are like, that's an iconic
- 1:22:36Speaker 5: voice to me. But beyond James Earl Jones.
- 1:22:39Speaker 7: James Earl Jones's voice was used in multiple projects, like
- 1:22:45Speaker 7: la Fontaine is known for his movie introductions of James
- 1:22:51Speaker 7: Earl Jones right.
- 1:22:52Speaker 4: He was, He was an actor himself.
- 1:22:55Speaker 7: He was a voiceover artist that voiced some iconically eating characters,
- 1:23:02Speaker 7: Simba and Darth Vader, most notably, and he I don't
- 1:23:07Speaker 7: think you can have a greater view.
- 1:23:09Speaker 4: Of the voice of a CNN we hear this is CNN,
- 1:23:12Speaker 4: yes now.
- 1:23:13Speaker 7: I always wanted to hear James Earl Jones rap to
- 1:23:16Speaker 7: a honey, Hello, darn Layton.
- 1:23:18Speaker 4: However he do that, and that you know, Luke, I
- 1:23:21Speaker 4: am your father. Tell your mama. I said, hey, yeah,
- 1:23:25Speaker 4: ninety three, they do that in the movie Claudie. He
- 1:23:29Speaker 4: might have because he showed it in Claude. He was
- 1:23:32Speaker 4: a player. Now this is the thing too.
- 1:23:35Speaker 7: James Earl Jones lived a long, productive life and he
- 1:23:39Speaker 7: died at ninety three, and everybody still went, oh, no, Jane,
- 1:23:44Speaker 7: what about that?
- 1:23:45Speaker 4: What movie was he with? Diane Carroll?
- 1:23:49Speaker 5: Okay, I will never.
- 1:23:50Speaker 4: Let me tell you something.
- 1:23:52Speaker 5: And Frankie Beverly, one of the great voices of our time,
- 1:23:56Speaker 5: some of the more iconic soul music that you've ever
- 1:23:59Speaker 5: listened to. He passes away at the age of seventy seven.
- 1:24:04Speaker 5: Neither one of these gentlemen are going to be forgotten.
- 1:24:09Speaker 5: They just won't be here with us. That's how iconic
- 1:24:12Speaker 5: of styles and projects they put in existence, as far
- 1:24:19Speaker 5: as they'll be remaking Darth Vader some kind of way
- 1:24:23Speaker 5: when all of us is gone and somebody gonna play.
- 1:24:27Speaker 5: Somebody gonna play Frankie Beverly somewhere anytime Charcoal meets rib
- 1:24:34Speaker 5: that's true, we'll be back.

- 1:27:46Speaker 5: Walk back to this white shock shop, this wite shock
- 1:27:48Speaker 5: Wayne Candy, good morning to you. Earlier we were talking
- 1:27:52Speaker 5: about Shudor Sanders, Colorado, Colorado State necesrity and young man
- 1:27:58Speaker 5: here is from a old salty, old lineman. Go sit
- 1:28:03Speaker 5: down there with your old line. Go down today at practice,
- 1:28:12Speaker 5: Go sit amongst them where they have a drink. You
- 1:28:16Speaker 5: take a knee where they have lunch. You sit beside
- 1:28:22Speaker 5: them when they go to meeting. You go to meeting.
- 1:28:30Speaker 5: Your dad don't know these things. He knows a lot,
- 1:28:36Speaker 5: and he is the best that ever played out there
- 1:28:40Speaker 5: on the island. But the island and the homeland is
- 1:28:44Speaker 5: two different places. Inside is a different world. We built
- 1:28:50Speaker 5: different You want me to block Show me why, Show
- 1:29:00Speaker 5: me why I should coddle you like my child, while
- 1:29:04Speaker 5: when you say hike, I should fight like you my brother.
- 1:29:14Speaker 5: You have to make that connection. It ain't made through
- 1:29:19Speaker 5: the head coach, and the old line ain't made through
- 1:29:21Speaker 5: no doughnuts. It's you stop giving them the feeling that
- 1:29:28Speaker 5: y'all are two different places. That's how you conquer your
- 1:29:36Speaker 5: old line. That's how you get the extra step. That's
- 1:29:41Speaker 5: how you get one of them to give up a
- 1:29:43Speaker 5: sack and actually pick you up. Have you noticed nobody
- 1:29:47Speaker 5: picks you up, that gives up the sack, and you
- 1:29:49Speaker 5: can get brutalized, And you wonder why because you go
- 1:29:53Speaker 5: sit down there, don't say nothing, don't yell at them,
- 1:30:00Speaker 5: Just go sit with him. Make the quarterback coach, make
- 1:30:04Speaker 5: the coordinator come down there and talk football with y'all.
- 1:30:12Speaker 5: You get a better result, just trying to tell you
- 1:30:20Speaker 5: right or wrong. Some of them when I went up there,
- 1:30:22Speaker 5: I thought they could have been my child, and some
- 1:30:25Speaker 5: of them I didn't care. May better get up.
- 1:30:33Speaker 4: I can't believe you went to McDonald's, got one egg.
- 1:30:35Speaker 5: Meg muffin. Why was there?
- 1:30:43Speaker 4: I mean, you want anybody you wanted me to stop Reggie.
- 1:30:51Speaker 5: Hurt me?
- 1:30:51Speaker 21: Was there was there?
- 1:30:52Speaker 18: And you don't have to name who That quarterback may
- 1:30:55Speaker 18: have like they and you just kind of looked at
- 1:31:01Speaker 18: him and then you just went back to the huddle
- 1:31:03Speaker 18: or to the sideline. It didn't you didn't help them up.
- 1:31:07Speaker 5: There's been moments, sure, until that quarterback gave me the
- 1:31:12Speaker 5: feeling that it was us. Because society and the coaches
- 1:31:19Speaker 5: and the organization fractures the quarterback from everybody else. The
- 1:31:27Speaker 5: nature of the position is to make it seem like
- 1:31:29Speaker 5: it's different. They're on a different schedule, they're on a
- 1:31:33Speaker 5: different principle, they're on a different workload. So the ones
- 1:31:41Speaker 5: that sit amongst us and gives us that especially, remember
- 1:31:48Speaker 5: which about high school and college? See pro I got
- 1:31:52Speaker 5: to check. So I ain't got no I gotta get
- 1:31:55Speaker 5: I gotta get this three technique it ain't got nothing
- 1:31:57Speaker 5: to do. I gotta get this money right. But in college,
- 1:32:01Speaker 5: in high school, where it's about camaraderie, I'm just saying.
- 1:32:10Speaker 7: And then when money comes out to play, especially in
- 1:32:12Speaker 7: the college level, you're asking me to block for you.
- 1:32:15Speaker 7: You gotta entitled attitude and you driving a rolls Royce,
- 1:32:20Speaker 7: Color and bro.
- 1:32:21Speaker 4: Come on.
- 1:32:22Speaker 5: Deshaun Watson up at Cleveland, the great Clemson player, young
- 1:32:30Speaker 5: man who really had the Houston Texans in a vibe
- 1:32:33Speaker 5: that they were going to go big ways. A lot
- 1:32:35Speaker 5: of stuff happened in Houston between the Shawn, the ownership,
- 1:32:39Speaker 5: the Shawn and Massari therapists contract dispute. He finds himself
- 1:32:43Speaker 5: in Cleveland a bunch of sexual allegations. Here's the deal
- 1:32:48Speaker 5: to Sean, if I knew you take a year off,
- 1:32:57Speaker 5: you tried that already. You tried that. No, he didn't
- 1:33:01Speaker 5: do it by choice. The league made him.
- 1:33:07Speaker 4: He's twenty nine.
- 1:33:08Speaker 5: Take a year all come back next year. You don't
- 1:33:12Speaker 5: play football like you want to play football. You play
- 1:33:20Speaker 5: football like you're getting paid to play football. When you
- 1:33:27Speaker 5: throwing those routes, you seem like you don't care. They
- 1:33:32Speaker 5: don't see it because all they doing is fantasy football,
- 1:33:36Speaker 5: but you don't have the desire is not there. The
- 1:33:41Speaker 5: battle testedness of life has worn you down, the expectations
- 1:33:45Speaker 5: of where you should be, and the growth has been stunted.
- 1:33:50Speaker 7: Watch him, Oh, he definitely looked you look like you
- 1:33:56Speaker 7: could clearly see he been out of the game.
- 1:33:57Speaker 4: Boy, while he said, what is that?
- 1:34:01Speaker 18: Well, in the past week, his his father passed and
- 1:34:07Speaker 18: he was close with the former Clemson receiver who passed,
- 1:34:12Speaker 18: So he was saying that's what affected him in that game,
- 1:34:16Speaker 18: even though the team did give him the option to.
- 1:34:21Speaker 4: Take the week and you know, like a bereavement, and
- 1:34:25Speaker 4: he decided to go out.
- 1:34:26Speaker 5: And I think he didn't. I don't think he noticed.
- 1:34:29Speaker 5: I don't think he sees the effect. I don't know
- 1:34:34Speaker 5: if that he's aware.
- 1:34:36Speaker 4: Right right, you don't know you're not playing up to
- 1:34:39Speaker 4: your potential. You can't see it.
- 1:34:41Speaker 7: You're right there under the center and in your mind
- 1:34:45Speaker 7: this is going how it should go. But I'm I'm
- 1:34:49Speaker 7: on the sidelines, looking like, now, this is nothing like
- 1:34:53Speaker 7: I'm used to seeing out of you. When I saw
- 1:34:55Speaker 7: the last game that he played, I remember the one
- 1:34:58Speaker 7: comment that I had he had Deshine looked like he'd
- 1:35:01Speaker 7: been out of the game for a minute.
- 1:35:03Speaker 5: He looks like the basketball player that was with the
- 1:35:09Speaker 5: Sixers is now with Brooklyn.
- 1:35:12Speaker 3: What's his name of, Ben Simmons.
- 1:35:14Speaker 5: Ben Simmons. That's the vibration that I see around his
- 1:35:20Speaker 5: body when I watch him play. All the talent is there,
- 1:35:25Speaker 5: all the muscles, all of us there, but the focus
- 1:35:29Speaker 5: of direction.
- 1:35:33Speaker 31: Is not.
- 1:35:36Speaker 5: So anything that comes up now it seems to be.
- 1:35:39Speaker 5: And this is just my little advice from what I
- 1:35:42Speaker 5: see something. Sometimes sometimes people are playing because they just
- 1:35:46Speaker 5: don't have it anymore. Some is distraction. I don't know
- 1:35:49Speaker 5: that the shun. He didn't show it last year. I
- 1:35:53Speaker 5: haven't really seen it any Cleveland. Once in a while
- 1:35:55Speaker 5: somebody hit him or somebody will make a play that
- 1:35:59Speaker 5: kind of pulls him into let's ball out, because that's
- 1:36:04Speaker 5: his style. Let's ball out. He's a ball out guy,
- 1:36:08Speaker 5: one of them. You got to take the good with
- 1:36:10Speaker 5: the bad, like a Russell Wilson when he was in Seattle.
- 1:36:12Speaker 5: A ball out guy. You can never count him out,
- 1:36:15Speaker 5: gonna move around. You don't really see he looked like
- 1:36:18Speaker 5: he going through the most the drill.
- 1:36:21Speaker 1: Now as far as roll out, and you were supposed
- 1:36:26Speaker 1: to be there and you weren't right.
- 1:36:27Speaker 4: There was no look that he moved.
- 1:36:31Speaker 3: And then go back to Canasi's question, sure coming from a.
- 1:36:37Speaker 8: Games with where he's from and his family knowing, knowing
- 1:36:40Speaker 8: that the background, Then he goes to Clemson and played,
- 1:36:43Speaker 8: he wins the national championship. Then all of a sudden,
- 1:36:45Speaker 8: you get outed on some things and you felt and
- 1:36:48Speaker 8: you like, it's like, man, I got enough whole other image,
- 1:36:54Speaker 8: people that looked at me in a different way, in
- 1:36:55Speaker 8: a different light. You think that plays a part also
- 1:36:59Speaker 8: where he can't getting my back on football because of
- 1:37:02Speaker 8: the outside noise through the years.
- 1:37:05Speaker 5: Also because you was flipping over with the towel.
- 1:37:11Speaker 4: And now I and we've all flipped when the I'm saying,
- 1:37:16Speaker 4: that's a good questions a question.
- 1:37:18Speaker 5: What I'm saying is he's saying it like he wasn't flipping.
- 1:37:21Speaker 4: Over, And that was my thing. I was just about
- 1:37:23Speaker 4: to ask you.
- 1:37:24Speaker 7: You making it sound like he's concerned about things that
- 1:37:27Speaker 7: he wasn't in control of the way people see you.
- 1:37:30Speaker 4: It's based on the stuff you was doing.
- 1:37:32Speaker 7: And I want to tell with these new sexual allegations,
- 1:37:36Speaker 7: is this something that's been brought forth by people in Cleveland,
- 1:37:39Speaker 7: or is this something that hey, man, I didn't speak
- 1:37:42Speaker 7: up when he was in Texas.
- 1:37:43Speaker 18: Texas, Texas from twenty twenty. Okay, and they steal somebody else.
- 1:37:49Speaker 18: This is someone who wasn't I guess involved involved. Yeah,
- 1:37:53Speaker 18: kind of saw everybody else spending money.
- 1:37:55Speaker 5: This sounds like a lady or young woman who uh
- 1:38:00Speaker 5: decided to call one eight hundred Ted nugent, right, and
- 1:38:05Speaker 5: he was like, maybe it's something there. Yeah, well, did
- 1:38:07Speaker 5: you have a massaget because you don't know, you don't
- 1:38:09Speaker 5: know how far our civil court will allow. Now, yes, yes,
- 1:38:16Speaker 5: is what it sounds. When he was in Texas, you
- 1:38:18Speaker 5: didn't have a case. But now that he's in Ohio,
- 1:38:21Speaker 5: we can run with this. Yeah, because she was saying
- 1:38:24Speaker 5: he was she didn't want to go out, and it
- 1:38:28Speaker 5: was a whole fabricated kind of story that sounds like, well,
- 1:38:31Speaker 5: that's not something you could sue somebody over. But once
- 1:38:34Speaker 5: the wound is already opened, right then it allows for
- 1:38:39Speaker 5: character and all of that to come to come into
- 1:38:41Speaker 5: play in there. And bab juice I was just saying,
- 1:38:46Speaker 5: stopping you on the point he was was flipping over.
- 1:38:49Speaker 4: With a FaceTime calling it a bath time.
- 1:38:53Speaker 5: Now he's probably broken because now that we all know, well,
- 1:38:58Speaker 5: that's what I'm but that ain't on us. That's on
- 1:39:00Speaker 5: you know.
- 1:39:01Speaker 4: Hell.
- 1:39:01Speaker 7: I'm saying the fact that you was hiding it was
- 1:39:03Speaker 7: your fault. The fact you know that a lot of
- 1:39:06Speaker 7: people like a Warrant Zapp came into the league with
- 1:39:09Speaker 7: I'm gonna flip over during the off season. You see
- 1:39:11Speaker 7: you what I'm saying. He lets you know I've over

- 1:41:50Speaker 4: way longdone. Say you can see a sports Jane. I'll
- 1:42:05Speaker 4: sing even.
- 1:42:06Speaker 5: Big Janney, welcome back to this Wry Shock Show. I'm
- 1:42:10Speaker 5: this Wry Shock Wayne can be. Good morning till you
- 1:42:13Speaker 5: once again out here and listening. And yes, the season
- 1:42:16Speaker 5: is just starting. As we said week two here for
- 1:42:18Speaker 5: the NFL Super Bowl February ninth, twenty twenty five, New Orleans,
- 1:42:24Speaker 5: Lil Wayne Kendrick Lamar the head jay Z decided to
- 1:42:35Speaker 5: go with Kendrick Lamar Sean Carter jay Z, who seems
- 1:42:41Speaker 5: to be in control of halftime entertainment, decided that he
- 1:42:47Speaker 5: was going to bring Kendrick Lamar to Nolans and not
- 1:42:52Speaker 5: Lil Wayne. Most of the speculation is, as you know,
- 1:42:59Speaker 5: in the Hip Hop Game, two of the challengers to
- 1:43:03Speaker 5: the throne, Lou Wayne and Drake mm hmm, would have
- 1:43:11Speaker 5: been in the Dome in New Orleans. But to protect
- 1:43:17Speaker 5: his throne, jay Z went with Kendrick Lamar. Who's who's royal?
- 1:43:26Speaker 5: But he's not the next.
- 1:43:31Speaker 7: I'm saying Kendrick Lamar is a royal, but he is next.
- 1:43:34Speaker 7: He is not next in the line of succession.
- 1:43:37Speaker 4: No, he is not. Will shout here, No, don't get
- 1:43:42Speaker 4: me wrong. Harry is a lot more fun. He's a
- 1:43:47Speaker 4: great night out.
- 1:43:49Speaker 7: But when we're talking about royal and how the royal process.
- 1:43:56Speaker 18: Goes, no, well, there there's an alert to that where
- 1:44:01Speaker 18: I don't know what's true anymore. But a lot of
- 1:44:06Speaker 18: people were saying in the days after the announcement that
- 1:44:09Speaker 18: jay Z doesn't actually make that decision.
- 1:44:11Speaker 4: He'll give short list and like New Orleans decided.
- 1:44:19Speaker 5: Own city. Yeah, because we know what social media and
- 1:44:25Speaker 5: all the things that y'all like to google, we can
- 1:44:28Speaker 5: play the what if game surrounding everything. Basically, I'm just
- 1:44:32Speaker 5: asking you, regardless of jay Z and the conspiracy theory,
- 1:44:38Speaker 5: in a city like New.
- 1:44:39Speaker 18: Orleans, well, the prince is Lil Wayne, why isn't he
- 1:44:48Speaker 18: the headline headline? I looked at it as that's something
- 1:44:56Speaker 18: that's only happened once. As far as the hometown artist
- 1:45:02Speaker 18: headlining the super Bowl, as far as the halftime show,
- 1:45:06Speaker 18: it's only happened once. So it's not it's something that
- 1:45:10Speaker 18: people could want and ask for, but there's something something
- 1:45:14Speaker 18: to expect.
- 1:45:16Speaker 5: I didn't say expect right now, right now, all because
- 1:45:20Speaker 5: I'm sitting at a board meeting. It's the four of us.
- 1:45:24Speaker 5: The super Bowl is in New Orleans. We've decided a genre.
- 1:45:29Speaker 5: We're gonna use hip hop. We're gonna go hip hop.
- 1:45:32Speaker 4: That what we're gonna do.
- 1:45:34Speaker 5: Why if we're gonna go hip hop.
- 1:45:36Speaker 4: We're gonna get all them spitters?
- 1:45:37Speaker 1: Why?
- 1:45:38Speaker 4: Wayne?
- 1:45:38Speaker 7: And now you use the hip hop of New Orleans? Now, now,
- 1:45:44Speaker 7: really quick, let's talk about layers. That's almost command you, Greg.
- 1:45:47Speaker 7: When we talk about layers, we talk about if you
- 1:45:50Speaker 7: said that it never happened before. I remember here on time.
- 1:45:53Speaker 7: I remember here in Atlanta. Maroon five was the headliner,
- 1:45:57Speaker 7: but in the middle of their set, outcast came out
- 1:46:00Speaker 7: big Boy, Big Boy with Sleepy Brown.
- 1:46:03Speaker 8: But we were because we thought that Atlanta artists. We remember,
- 1:46:07Speaker 8: we had that discussion. They should have picked the Atlanta artists.
- 1:46:09Speaker 7: So let's go back to the so so then we
- 1:46:12Speaker 7: moved to l A and they heard that outcry, man,
- 1:46:16Speaker 7: you need to get some people. I mean, it's not
- 1:46:18Speaker 7: like we don't have a pool of Grammy winning artists
- 1:46:22Speaker 7: in this ocean.
- 1:46:24Speaker 4: So l A they listened.
- 1:46:26Speaker 7: Now, when we talk about New Orleans, if Lil Wayne's
- 1:46:29Speaker 7: gonna headline, he's got Nicki Minaj, he's got Drake, he's
- 1:46:33Speaker 7: got two chains, he's got but he not.
- 1:46:40Speaker 5: You got master p, you got that whole sound. In
- 1:46:43Speaker 5: the era of hip hop, they all cash money this
- 1:46:46Speaker 5: this only happened one time time. Yeah, So it's that's
- 1:46:51Speaker 5: why I'm saying, it's it happened back something like that,
- 1:46:54Speaker 5: or to to onething like that. It's fine, but to
- 1:46:57Speaker 5: think that is realistically.
- 1:47:00Speaker 1: When Wayne, I think hold on, hold on, hold On.
- 1:47:12Speaker 1: Wasn't looking for right or wrong. I was asking you,
- 1:47:16Speaker 1: if we were going with hip hop in New Orleans,
- 1:47:25Speaker 1: why wouldn't we go with Lil Wayne?
- 1:47:27Speaker 4: Why not.
- 1:47:30Speaker 5: Because we don't have to, Yes, don't have to. He's
- 1:47:35Speaker 5: it's not I mean, it's not the hot it can't.
- 1:47:37Speaker 5: I mean it's entertaining.
- 1:47:38Speaker 8: Wayne was his hottest point was when in twenty thirteen
- 1:47:41Speaker 8: he should have went then and they went with the dance.
- 1:47:44Speaker 7: I mean, he was what did doctor Dre have on
- 1:47:48Speaker 7: the charts when he headlined the Super Bowl?
- 1:47:51Speaker 8: But they but I'm saying, but like he said, that
- 1:47:54Speaker 8: city listened to the outcry of other people in Atlanta.
- 1:47:58Speaker 4: We hollered, we wanted out.
- 1:48:00Speaker 5: Yes, and they could, but they don't have to. Nobody
- 1:48:05Speaker 5: has to do anything. You don't actually have to have
- 1:48:08Speaker 5: a halftime show at all. That's how you sound. I'm
- 1:48:12Speaker 5: just telling you how you just answered. That can be
- 1:48:15Speaker 5: the answer to every man.
- 1:48:18Speaker 4: You don't know.
- 1:48:19Speaker 5: You don't have to have nothing halftime.
- 1:48:21Speaker 18: Or just just nothing on the field. Basically, not even
- 1:48:25Speaker 18: the lady who flipps you don't have anything.
- 1:48:31Speaker 5: That's all. I was just wondering, why, if we're going
- 1:48:34Speaker 5: to do something, I would imagine if you were looking
- 1:48:36Speaker 5: for a football player to represent Hayes City, Florida that
- 1:48:45Speaker 5: made it to the NFL. Since it's only two or
- 1:48:50Speaker 5: three of us, it would probably be those two or three,
- 1:48:56Speaker 5: not a dude from clear Mount. How would go get
- 1:49:00Speaker 5: a guy from clear Mount that never lived in Haynes City.
- 1:49:08Speaker 5: So I was just wondering, what.
- 1:49:11Speaker 18: Tell somebody the presidents has already been set when it
- 1:49:14Speaker 18: was in Detroit. They didn't do anything related to Motown
- 1:49:18Speaker 18: or Detroit.
- 1:49:19Speaker 5: Well that was then.
- 1:49:20Speaker 4: Why does people seem to live in the past and
- 1:49:22Speaker 4: always want to compare? I was just asking, why wouldn't
- 1:49:25Speaker 4: you go? And I'm saying one time?
- 1:49:30Speaker 7: Ever to expand on what you're saying, I say, why
- 1:49:34Speaker 7: wouldn't you go? Get Lil Wayne? And then on the
- 1:49:36Speaker 7: hills if you saying the one time that they did it?
- 1:49:39Speaker 7: It was a phenomenal, huge success.
- 1:49:42Speaker 1: It was It was the most talked about Super Bowl
- 1:49:44Speaker 1: halftime show in Super Bowl halftime show history. Let's run
- 1:49:49Speaker 1: It Bike, Let's run It Bike, Don't go away.

- 1:50:21Speaker 37: through a tube because she's congested. Man, that's love and
- 1:50:25Speaker 37: if you love her that much, love her enough to
- 1:50:27Speaker 37: make sure she's buckled in the right car seat. To

- 1:50:45Speaker 13: And now let's talk about something exciting, life insurance.
- 1:50:48Speaker 14: Three quarters of Americans believe that coverage represents a critical
- 1:50:52Speaker 14: piece of financial security, yet only forty nine percent actually
- 1:50:55Speaker 14: have life insurance.
- 1:50:56Speaker 25: When I was twenty five, me and my wife were
- 1:50:58Speaker 25: just getting started with our family. Only I thought, we
- 1:51:00Speaker 25: live forever life insurance. What's the last thing on my mind?
- 1:51:03Speaker 4: What about you?
- 1:51:04Speaker 13: Will you be leaving benefits or bills?
- 1:51:06Speaker 25: When I was forty, with a kid in college and
- 1:51:08Speaker 25: bills piling up, I was worried how my family will
- 1:51:10Speaker 25: survive without me. That's what I'm in an appointment with
- 1:51:12Speaker 25: the insurance informants.
- 1:51:13Speaker 14: Information gives you power, and life insurance gives your family
- 1:51:16Speaker 14: security no matter what stage of life you're in.
- 1:51:19Speaker 25: Now that I'm molder, I don't worry about whether I
- 1:51:21Speaker 25: leave my family with bills or benefits.
- 1:51:23Speaker 14: The answer is easy, whether you're twenty five or fifty,
- 1:51:26Speaker 14: whether you earn a little or a lot, all you
- 1:51:28Speaker 14: need is the insurance informant to help you build a
- 1:51:30Speaker 14: foundation of security, because without you, your family will have
- 1:51:34Speaker 14: two options, benefits or bills. Which legacy will you leave behind?
- 1:51:39Speaker 14: Log on today benefits or bills dot com. That's benefits
- 1:51:43Speaker 14: or bills dot com.
- 1:51:46Speaker 10: When I first have my baby, i'd get comments all
- 1:51:48Speaker 10: the time about how happy I mus be. I remember
- 1:51:51Speaker 10: thinking I want to be happy? Why don't I feel
- 1:51:53Speaker 10: that way? It was hard to admit that, even to
- 1:51:56Speaker 10: my doctor, but I'm glad I did. She told me
- 1:51:58Speaker 10: it was postpartum depression that is very treatable. These days,
- 1:52:01Speaker 10: things are feeling good and we're both happier about that. Right,
- 1:52:04Speaker 10: little man, I'll.
- 1:52:06Speaker 2: Take that as a yes.
- 1:52:07Speaker 26: Mental health care is working for Simon. See what it
- 1:52:10Speaker 26: can do for you at Mental Healthcare Works dot org.
- 1:52:12Speaker 19: A message from the American Psychiatric Association Foundation.
- 1:52:18Speaker 7: And now back to the sports job, Wayne Gandy, It's
- 1:52:24Speaker 7: time for a school board when we put a spin
- 1:52:27Speaker 7: on life and sports and how they intermingle.
- 1:52:31Speaker 4: On the Sports Jack Show with Wayne Gandy. It's more.
- 1:52:42Speaker 38: The world is yours, The world is yours, The world
- 1:52:54Speaker 38: is yours, the world is.
- 1:52:55Speaker 4: Shows the dump walk after the Sportshocks.
- 1:53:00Speaker 5: I'll them to Sport Shock wing.
- 1:53:01Speaker 4: Can't good morning to you out there this thing land.
- 1:53:04Speaker 5: And if you all are wondering why I was proposing
- 1:53:08Speaker 5: Lil Wayne, I was going just based on it. If
- 1:53:12Speaker 5: you were bringing hip hop, you would bring Lil Wayne,
- 1:53:18Speaker 5: bird Man, master P. The whole vibe of it would
- 1:53:25Speaker 5: be very spectacular, of old and new. The carousel could
- 1:53:33Speaker 5: be long and wide. Nothing against Kendrick Lamar and who
- 1:53:38Speaker 5: he will be able to bring. I'm quite sure he
- 1:53:39Speaker 5: will probably even try to make a song with one
- 1:53:41Speaker 5: or two of those guys or let them do or
- 1:53:44Speaker 5: maybe not. But that is the entertainment in which you're
- 1:53:51Speaker 5: bringing hip hop to the Dome. It's just seen the
- 1:53:56Speaker 5: carousel from Lil Wayne being there from fifteen and all
- 1:54:00Speaker 5: the artists. He would have already known. He might even
- 1:54:03Speaker 5: been able to get c Murder out of jail.
- 1:54:05Speaker 4: Well that day day just walked.
- 1:54:10Speaker 5: He could have stayed in the prison blues. That's what
- 1:54:12Speaker 5: the song would. Peyton Thorne out of Auburn, the quarterback says,
- 1:54:20Speaker 5: that big Kenny Comanchi, Greg Producer after last week's defeat
- 1:54:27Speaker 5: to Cal Auburn lost to Cal, that he had a
- 1:54:31Speaker 5: lot of people hit him up once again. We're back
- 1:54:34Speaker 5: on that social media tip about paying them back for
- 1:54:41Speaker 5: the money they lost. Surprised.
- 1:54:50Speaker 4: I'm not surprised, but I am.
- 1:54:56Speaker 7: Concern I'm not surprised, but I am concerned because the
- 1:55:00Speaker 7: difference is there's some people that have hit you up
- 1:55:03Speaker 7: on the DM and go I want my money back.
- 1:55:06Speaker 7: And then you can ask the baseball player from where
- 1:55:09Speaker 7: was it Columbia about or the soccer player who lost
- 1:55:13Speaker 7: the game about people wanting their money back. Some people
- 1:55:16Speaker 7: ain't willing to hit you up in the direct message.
- 1:55:20Speaker 7: Some people want to hit you up period. And that's
- 1:55:23Speaker 7: the part that concerns me. You then tie these people
- 1:55:26Speaker 7: to something they had. It used to be just the
- 1:55:29Speaker 7: outcome of that.
- 1:55:32Speaker 4: That's what I'm saying.
- 1:55:33Speaker 7: That's just a part of the game. That's the process
- 1:55:36Speaker 7: of playing football. And now you got me on the
- 1:55:39Speaker 7: line because this dude was quick and his eyes were good,
- 1:55:42Speaker 7: and he got in front of my past and now
- 1:55:44Speaker 7: I got to give you your money back.
- 1:55:46Speaker 4: Maybe you could gamble more responsibly.
- 1:55:48Speaker 7: I don't know what the answer is for you, but
- 1:55:51Speaker 7: I know it's not me giving you your money back
- 1:55:53Speaker 7: then commands.
- 1:55:53Speaker 5: It does sound like that first little spark to something
- 1:56:01Speaker 5: devious down the road, though, like a tumbleweed effect when
- 1:56:05Speaker 5: you start with this, where fans do start getting a
- 1:56:10Speaker 5: little more aggressive. The more and more you keep promoting
- 1:56:12Speaker 5: betting now the player, especially at the stadium, and that's
- 1:56:19Speaker 5: it's not like you have to be in another city
- 1:56:23Speaker 5: to gam Gamba. I was actually at the stadium when
- 1:56:26Speaker 5: you threw the interception. I need to see you.
- 1:56:27Speaker 4: And the bet that I made was about you specifically, right.
- 1:56:32Speaker 5: I think you shaving points.
- 1:56:34Speaker 4: My my bet was on a bet that just involved you. Yeah,
- 1:56:38Speaker 4: it was just it was all bad.
- 1:56:42Speaker 8: And so now I'm really now it used to just
- 1:56:45Speaker 8: be putting the players, it's putting you at a spotlight
- 1:56:50Speaker 8: on the gambling has put on those players.
- 1:56:52Speaker 3: I mean, even if it's a running joke with the.
- 1:56:56Speaker 5: Even with the Tyreek Hills, which they said that cop
- 1:56:59Speaker 5: had a fat he had them on another fantasy team.
- 1:57:01Speaker 5: So you know, people are always looking for the angle,
- 1:57:04Speaker 5: especially when it comes to losing money if you don't win. Yeah,
- 1:57:08Speaker 5: it's very it sounds for Peyton that it could be
- 1:57:12Speaker 5: that first step. And I do know we've had a
- 1:57:17Speaker 5: couple of stories where people have said some strong words
- 1:57:23Speaker 5: about the betting process and feel they are old.
- 1:57:28Speaker 7: And now we've talked about it earlier with the w
- 1:57:32Speaker 7: NBA commissioner and how this is an open forum. You're
- 1:57:35Speaker 7: supposed to be able to speak freely. But I don't
- 1:57:37Speaker 7: think threats directed at one person is free speech. I
- 1:57:42Speaker 7: think that transcends into something that is different. And should
- 1:57:46Speaker 7: the NFL search these people out and at least issue
- 1:57:50Speaker 7: a warning to them and tell them that this is unacceptable.
- 1:57:52Speaker 7: You can't be threatening our players or demanding extorting men.
- 1:57:56Speaker 4: They know who they are.
- 1:57:57Speaker 8: I mean, NFL has some of the greatest I mean security.
- 1:58:00Speaker 8: This is college college. Well excuse me that.
- 1:58:04Speaker 7: Well, so does the college say something about it? How
- 1:58:08Speaker 7: does the university come out and say, look.
- 1:58:10Speaker 5: Man, and I'm not this And I'm more worried as
- 1:58:13Speaker 5: I said, Uh, we are in a different age of
- 1:58:16Speaker 5: betting where commanche is actually at the Oklahoma game betting
- 1:58:23Speaker 5: quarter the quarter. Yes, you know, let's let's be honest.
- 1:58:26Speaker 5: Betting is different. Betting used to be something you did
- 1:58:28Speaker 5: before a game, and it used to be for more
- 1:58:31Speaker 5: of win lass or points right now with prop betting
- 1:58:36Speaker 5: and almost now you can bet quarter.
- 1:58:40Speaker 4: To quarter from the stadium from on your phone.
- 1:58:45Speaker 5: You based on how much you lose, because now you
- 1:58:47Speaker 5: got a lot of people who going to be at
- 1:58:49Speaker 5: the game swearing they know what should have.
- 1:58:51Speaker 4: Been first half bet than.
- 1:58:55Speaker 7: That past did come to the side shaking his hand
- 1:58:58Speaker 7: so his hands affected. Now I'm finnah start betting on
- 1:59:01Speaker 7: the prop bet for how many yards he doesn't throw
- 1:59:03Speaker 7: in the second half?
- 1:59:05Speaker 4: And now he comes around and I want to go
- 1:59:08Speaker 4: see him.
- 1:59:08Speaker 5: They were harassing Joe Burrow at the press conference the
- 1:59:13Speaker 5: other day about seeing him shaking up the bottle and
- 1:59:17Speaker 5: you know his risk, Yeah, was wrong with his hand.
- 1:59:19Speaker 5: They kept asking what's wrong with his wrists? People say
- 1:59:22Speaker 5: they saw you moving your wrists at the game, Like
