Can you explain why proactive ORM is so important? James Dooley: If you build ORM for 2–3 years, and someone posts something negative about you, it becomes much easier to push down. Most people are reactive—they wait until something bad is published. If you don’t build protective “moats” around your name, anyone can damage your reputation even if you’ve done nothing wrong. Being proactive is key. But if you already have negative press recently, we can still help—it’s just better to have positive content built up continuously.
