Two men are now facing first-degree murder charges after allegedly binding a disabled man to his wheelchair with trash bags and abandoning him to die in 105-degree heat. The victim, 33-year-old Aaron Goodyke, who had diabetes and an amputated leg, was left without water, shade, or insulin.
