Alessandro Serughetti is an oenologist from Sicily, who travelled around the world to different wine regions before founding his own winery on the slopes of Etna. He has been to Portugal, South Africa and New Zealand, where he did an interesting and enlighting research on the effects of aminoacids in Sauvignon Blanc's vinification. Today, he's taking care of his vineyard making terroir driven wines led by the love for his homeland.
