  everybody. Kyle Petty has called me

  NASCAR alumni's. We got to get Schrader there.

  So NASCAR alumni means, well, they're looking at how to, you

  know, appreciate the older drivers like myself, welcome

  them back to the racetrack. What better way to do that than

  have some NASCAR alumni race tracks, which is all of them,

  specifically the NASCAR own track.

  NASCAR Alumni Network. I'm excited and honored to have

  the opportunity to serve as your liaison between the alumni

  community, NASCAR and our current drivers.

  It's our hope that we can create special, unique events and

  opportunities for fellowship and engagement while driving a

  deeper connection with NASCAR and honoring your ear.

  What have we been doing? And so they're making it right.

  So what the NASCAR alumni is, we did it in Darlington, but now

  this year they're wide open. They're inviting all the drivers

  from the past, like myself or Bill Elliot or Kenny Schrader,

  Rusty Wallace, my brother Mike, everybody that put a lot of
• 4:04
  years in the NASCAR. I gave them 905 races.

  My God, I started racing the NASCAR 1988, November 1988, but
• 4:14
  I was a crew chief back in 1984. I went to Daytona with my
• 4:19
  brother in the late 70s. It's very simple to say.

  I've grown up in NASCAR my whole life.

  I'm not like the Petty's. Don't get me.

  Don't get me wrong, I'm not a Petty or an Earnhardt, but it's

  fair to say I've been around NASCAR since the 70s, since I
• 4:33
  was a kid. So they're trying everybody.
