- 0:01Speaker 1: This is my rest forever. Here will I dwell, for
- 0:05Speaker 1: I have desired it. Psalm 132.14 Thank you, Lord, for
- 0:11Speaker 1: longing to rest within me. Thank you for your desire
- 0:15Speaker 1: to refresh and bless me. I am grateful for your
- 0:19Speaker 1: delight in my love. You designed me for fellowship with
- 0:23Speaker 1: you and desired to commune with me in all things.
- 0:27Speaker 1: What an honor it is to know how much you
- 0:31Speaker 1: love me and want to hear my heart and needs.
- 0:35Speaker 1: You are my benevolent Father who cares for me. You
- 0:39Speaker 1: desired to be with me so much. You sent your
- 0:43Speaker 1: Son to pay the price for my sins so I
- 0:45Speaker 1: could come into your presence. I give you all the
- 0:48Speaker 1: praise and glory for your exquisite love. Amen. Thank you

- 1:21Speaker 2: Welcome to your meditative prayer on improved confidence. To get
- 1:25Speaker 2: the most out of your spiritual journey, Use Pray.com every
- 1:30Speaker 2: day and make prayer a priority in your life. Our
- 1:37Speaker 2: goal for today's meditative prayer is improve confidence. Take a
- 1:42Speaker 2: second to breathe. Look for a comfortable and quiet place.
- 1:48Speaker 2: A place where your focus today can be on this
- 1:51Speaker 2: moment of reflection. Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
- 1:58Speaker 2: As you exhale, envision the pressure releasing around your heart.
- 2:07Speaker 2: We will be meditating on Joshua chapter 1, verse 9
- 2:11Speaker 2: from the King James Version. Have I not commanded thee?
- 2:18Speaker 2: Be strong and of a good courage. Be not afraid,
- 2:23Speaker 2: neither be thou dismayed. For the Lord thy God is
- 2:28Speaker 2: with thee, whithersoever thou goest. Now, take a moment to
- 2:38Speaker 2: pour out your adoration to God. God, I praise you,
- 2:43Speaker 2: for in the day when I cried out, you answered
- 2:47Speaker 2: me and made me bold with strength. I extol you, Lord,
- 2:54Speaker 2: for you are my light and my salvation Whom shall
- 2:58Speaker 2: I fear? You, Lord, are the strength of my life.
- 3:04Speaker 2: Of whom shall I be afraid? I bless your name,
- 3:08Speaker 2: for all glory, honor, and power are yours. God commands
- 3:16Speaker 2: you to be brave. He called you to be bold
- 3:21Speaker 2: and to step out in his strength. This can be
- 3:24Speaker 2: hard to do when you feel insecure and inadequate. You
- 3:30Speaker 2: may feel God is mistaken, that you are worthless and
- 3:34Speaker 2: not good enough. The truth is, outside of Christ, no
- 3:41Speaker 2: one is. But that is the beauty of the gospel.
- 3:47Speaker 2: It's not about you. It's about Jesus Christ. It's about
- 3:53Speaker 2: who he is, what he did, and what he does.
- 3:59Speaker 2: Your feelings do not dictate your reality. They do not
- 4:03Speaker 2: decide your capabilities. God does. This is why you walk
- 4:09Speaker 2: by faith and not by sight. Why you need the
- 4:13Speaker 2: Holy Spirit. The devil will tell you that you feel
- 4:18Speaker 2: worthless because you are. That you feel incapable. because you
- 4:24Speaker 2: are unlovable and that God has abandoned you. This is
- 4:29Speaker 2: a lie from the pits of hell, and you must
- 4:33Speaker 2: not believe it. You can be strong and brave, because
- 4:39Speaker 2: your strength and confidence come from Jesus. He promised to
- 4:44Speaker 2: sustain you and to be by your side. Take a
- 4:49Speaker 2: moment to reflect on what is hindering you. Gather all
- 4:53Speaker 2: the fear, the disappointments, and the insecurities, and place them
- 4:59Speaker 2: in the hands of Jesus. Confess to the Lord your
- 5:03Speaker 2: feelings of helplessness and discouragement. Let the Holy Spirit minister
- 5:08Speaker 2: to your heart. Now, thank God for His Spirit that
- 5:16Speaker 2: makes you brave. Thank Him for the promise of power
- 5:21Speaker 2: and confidence found in Christ. Thank Jesus for calling you
- 5:25Speaker 2: forth to greater things, for establishing His authority and sharing
- 5:31Speaker 2: His victory. Give thanks to God for the grace and
- 5:35Speaker 2: favor found in Him. Thank Him for going before you
- 5:40Speaker 2: and behind you. Thank God for His love and His
- 5:44Speaker 2: care that has sustained you. and will continue to do
- 5:48Speaker 2: so for all time. Do not forget, God is present
- 5:57Speaker 2: and He is listening to you. So fear not, for
- 6:01Speaker 2: you are not alone. Jesus promised to be with you
- 6:05Speaker 2: every step of the way. Pray to Him. Ask Him
- 6:09Speaker 2: for His help in every area of your life, in
- 6:13Speaker 2: every situation and every circumstance. In every challenge and every battle.
- 6:21Speaker 2: In everything you do and everywhere you go. Ask the
- 6:25Speaker 2: Holy Spirit to teach you how to be strong and
- 6:28Speaker 2: to persevere in the midst of trials. Ask God to
- 6:32Speaker 2: manifest His purpose in your life. Remember, God commands you
- 6:38Speaker 2: to be strong and brave. So be bold and do
- 6:43Speaker 2: not allow fear to discourage you. For hope can be
- 6:47Speaker 2: found even in the midst of hardship. Take heart and
- 6:52Speaker 2: chase after the fullness of what God has for you.
- 6:56Speaker 2: Go forth in the knowledge that God is on your side.
- 7:00Speaker 2: He will encourage and uplift you. You already are more
- 7:04Speaker 2: than an overcomer in Jesus Christ. Be blessed. Thank you
- 7:11Speaker 2: for completing today's meditative prayer on Pray.com. By incorporating this
- 7:17Speaker 2: healthy habit as a daily practice, you are making prayer
