- 0:05Speaker 1: Morning Frog. So we all went our separate ways yesterday
- 0:08Speaker 1: and we have gathered here again today. Yes, indeed, amazing
- 0:11Speaker 1: how that works.
- 0:11Speaker 2: Yes, it's crazy.
- 0:13Speaker 1: You went your way, You went your way. I went
- 0:15Speaker 1: to publics, of course you did. Of course twenty one
- 0:19Speaker 1: straight days in other news the Sun rose, Yes, indeed
- 0:23Speaker 1: it well, and then in the West John went to
- 0:25Speaker 1: public you bet I did. What was your public stop
- 0:27Speaker 1: for yesterday? Well? Actually I was happening to get some
- 0:30Speaker 1: formula because they were needing formula and we were out,
- 0:33Speaker 1: and so they were like, gosh, are y'all need We're
- 0:35Speaker 1: close to somewhere, we need some formula for the baby.
- 0:37Speaker 1: And so we're like, oh, yeah, I'm out, I'm on
- 0:39Speaker 1: my way to public. I need to go to publics. Anyway,
- 0:42Speaker 1: I was looking for a reason to go to public
- 0:43Speaker 1: And the question isn't now they'll call and go have it? Didn't?
- 0:47Speaker 1: Are y'all going to publics? It is like, have you
- 0:49Speaker 1: gone to publics yet? Yeah, because it's going to happen.
- 0:52Speaker 1: Just have you gone yet?
- 0:53Speaker 3: You make that run today. Here's what we need exactly.
- 0:55Speaker 3: We have a little shopping list that we share on
- 0:57Speaker 3: our phones. Lisa and I do so like if you
- 0:59Speaker 3: just add add to it, But that's the rule. The
- 1:01Speaker 3: rule is if you go to publics, you gotta check
- 1:03Speaker 3: the family's shared shopping list because there got me some
- 1:06Speaker 3: things on there.
- 1:06Speaker 1: You just pick it up when you go. Oh yeah,
- 1:08Speaker 1: I've been busted a time or two for going to
- 1:10Speaker 1: publics and not checking the phone. Yeah, yeah, gotcha.
- 1:13Speaker 2: It seems problematic.
- 1:14Speaker 1: How is the rest of your day? It was good.
- 1:16Speaker 3: I didn't have any issues yesterday. It was a nice,
- 1:17Speaker 3: little easy day with for another walk. It was nice
- 1:20Speaker 3: outside yesterday afternoon. Mm hmm, okay, gonna be nice again today.
- 1:23Speaker 3: Not as cold this morning as it has been. John
- 1:26Speaker 3: and I got here again today at the same time. Yep,
- 1:28Speaker 3: and uh we got out of the car and I'm like, yeah,
- 1:30Speaker 3: so that bad.
- 1:31Speaker 1: Now.
- 1:31Speaker 3: Two weeks ago I would have thought this was miserable cold,
- 1:34Speaker 3: But since they tried to kill us for a couple
- 1:35Speaker 3: of weeks with cold, I'm like, yeah, it's early.
- 1:37Speaker 1: That bad?
- 1:37Speaker 2: Is your new threshold is.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Just for this week?
- 1:41Speaker 2: Yes, this week?
- 1:42Speaker 1: If we have a warm spell and then it gets
- 1:44Speaker 1: back down here. He'll be, you know, wondering about into
- 1:46Speaker 1: the world stuff. It'll be in the seventies by Fridays.
- 1:48Speaker 1: I'm good with that. By next Monday, back in the
- 1:50Speaker 1: low thirties.
- 1:50Speaker 2: Again, I'm excited. Okay, bring it all.
- 1:53Speaker 3: I saw that's coming. So lot's going on today. We
- 1:55Speaker 3: got to get it in here with Megan because Megan
- 1:57Speaker 3: is given. John and I are hard time about valid
- 2:00Speaker 3: Time's day.
- 2:00Speaker 1: Yeah. Oh yeah, we got to talk about it or
- 2:02Speaker 1: heard about.
- 2:03Speaker 2: You guys need to get on board.
- 2:04Speaker 1: This is the most ridiculous thing ever. We'll get into
- 2:06Speaker 1: that a little later.
- 2:07Speaker 3: Yeah, first, let's get into Megan's three things. What is
- 2:09Speaker 3: going on on this Jack's Wednesday.
- 2:11Speaker 4: Fernanita Beach has made a decision on whether or not
- 2:13Speaker 4: to charge for parking.
- 2:15Speaker 2: They are going with two dollars an hour, and the
- 2:18Speaker 2: first twenty minutes is free.
- 2:20Speaker 3: So it's not bad if you run it in somewhere
- 2:22Speaker 3: real fast. Yep, you don't have to pay.
- 2:24Speaker 2: Not too bad at all.
- 2:25Speaker 1: Now, who's checking on that twenty minute rule?
- 2:26Speaker 3: How?
- 2:27Speaker 1: I know?
- 2:27Speaker 4: Meter people, those people in the golf carts that run
- 2:31Speaker 4: around and give you tickets.
- 2:32Speaker 1: Do the beat? Yeah, that's like the firmos. How do
- 2:34Speaker 1: it know?
- 2:37Speaker 2: I guess every twenty minutes, go move your car something.
- 2:39Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 2:40Speaker 4: Canines for Warriors just opened up a clinic in Ponavidra
- 2:43Speaker 4: to help the service dogs and the veterans that they
- 2:45Speaker 4: pair up together and they're it looks really cool because
- 2:49Speaker 4: it should cut a lot of costs and also speed
- 2:51Speaker 4: up the vet care time that it takes for those veterans.
- 2:55Speaker 4: There was another rabbit animal confirmed on Jekyl Island. I
- 2:58Speaker 4: don't know what is going on up there, but the
- 3:00Speaker 4: rabies is everywhere. It's not a mountain lion this time
- 3:04Speaker 4: attacking people. It's a raccoon confirmed with rabies.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Okay, see this with raccoons, right. You wanting to just
- 3:10Speaker 1: take in a stray raccoon, You can't do that.
- 3:13Speaker 4: I've convinced I can find the cure. Maybe a little
- 3:16Speaker 4: debbie would make everything.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Take away to rabies? Yeah what it was?
- 3:20Speaker 3: Okay, cream by Dream. Let's start things you up this early.
- 3:25Speaker 3: We need our first caller of the day. Set us,
- 3:27Speaker 3: set us a sale in our right direction. Call us
- 3:30Speaker 3: right now nine oh four three eight eight thirty six
- 3:33Speaker 3: ninety nine. We want you to be our first caller.
- 3:35Speaker 3: But first while you call checking Jacksonville traffick, how's you look, early, John.
- 3:38Speaker 1: Jacksonville's looking pretty good right now, Saint John's County down.
- 3:41Speaker 1: It looks like World Golf village area. It's a crash
- 3:44Speaker 1: on sixteen at silver Leaf and the eastbound. There's an
- 3:47Speaker 1: eastbound lane closed, which is getting ugly if if it
- 3:51Speaker 1: stays this way. But right now it's sixteen and welcome
- 3:54Speaker 1: into your Wednesday is the big show with Froggy John
- 3:56Speaker 1: and Meghan.
- 3:56Speaker 3: So we learn more and more about Meghan every single day. Yesterday,
- 3:59Speaker 3: for a I learned that that the ten items are
- 4:02Speaker 3: less registered line at publics or any grocery store for
- 4:07Speaker 3: that matter, Walmart, wherever you are.
- 4:08Speaker 1: To Megan, is just a suggestion.
- 4:10Speaker 4: It is a suggestion. It's like a guide, a helpful
- 4:13Speaker 4: hand saying it's a guy. You know, this is the
- 4:15Speaker 4: faster lane.
- 4:16Speaker 3: It's a guide for you to count how many items
- 4:18Speaker 3: you have in your basket, and if it's more than ten, you.
- 4:21Speaker 1: Have to go to a regular lane.
- 4:23Speaker 4: I'm not doing that, no, no way. I don't like
- 4:28Speaker 4: to camp out of the grocery store like you too.
- 4:30Speaker 1: And I'll be.
- 4:30Speaker 3: Honest, I'm a I'm an item counter and the ten
- 4:33Speaker 3: items are less line.
- 4:34Speaker 1: M h, I'm an I won't say anything.
- 4:37Speaker 3: I don't think i'd say anything to you, but I'm
- 4:39Speaker 3: an item counter, and then I'm gonna go.
- 4:41Speaker 1: You'll give the evil eye to that person if they happen.
- 4:43Speaker 3: To look over and look at them and look it
- 4:45Speaker 3: back like Okay, I just want you to know, I
- 4:47Speaker 3: know that's one than ten.
- 4:47Speaker 1: And you're looking at their catch register, you're looking at
- 4:49Speaker 1: the lady who's checking you out of the guy, and
- 4:51Speaker 1: you're looking at them like, I know, you know, you know,
- 4:54Speaker 1: did you allow this? Or did they just come fumbling
- 4:56Speaker 1: down your row and you couldn't do a thing about it.
- 5:00Speaker 2: You're a rule follower.
- 5:01Speaker 4: I suspect you to have like a rule book in
- 5:03Speaker 4: your back pocket with the public public's procedures.
- 5:05Speaker 1: Has to point up to that light that says ten
- 5:07Speaker 1: items or less. I'm a rule follower. I really am
- 5:09Speaker 1: a rule follower for the most part. I mean there's
- 5:11Speaker 1: times I don't, yeah, but I'm a rule follower. Sometimes
- 5:14Speaker 1: you bend.
- 5:15Speaker 3: Yeah, I told you guys yesterday, for example, I had
- 5:17Speaker 3: fourteen items in the person in the ten items or
- 5:19Speaker 3: less lines, like you can come over here.
- 5:21Speaker 1: I said, no, I won't do it. She's like, no,
- 5:24Speaker 1: you can.
- 5:24Speaker 3: Like no, right, I said, because the person behind me,
- 5:26Speaker 3: when they get in line too, they're going to go,
- 5:27Speaker 3: why do you have fourteen items? And I didn't feel
- 5:29Speaker 3: like I'm the jack ball. I don't ever want to
- 5:32Speaker 3: be the jack ball.
- 5:34Speaker 4: Well, I think that fourteen items you no one would
- 5:37Speaker 4: think you're a jack ball.
- 5:38Speaker 1: She calls that a good start.
- 5:39Speaker 4: Yeah, And if you looked at me like that, all
- 5:41Speaker 4: crazy like that, I'd be like, I'd probably just lean
- 5:43Speaker 4: over my boyfriend and be like, oh my gosh, is
- 5:45Speaker 4: that gonna be us one day?
- 5:46Speaker 1: Like, is he okay counting these items?
- 5:48Speaker 2: You assisted?
- 5:49Speaker 1: I'll tell you what my dad does.
- 5:50Speaker 3: What if he has fourteen items, he puts ten down,
- 5:53Speaker 3: puts the little yellow thing in between, does four more
- 5:56Speaker 3: on the other side, and says, yeah, I'll just have
- 5:58Speaker 3: two orders. Yeah, And I'm like, technically that's ten items
- 6:02Speaker 3: or less. It's true he.
- 6:03Speaker 1: Did, But my dad's that guy. He rounds off there.
- 6:05Speaker 1: We will find a way to get around any situation.
- 6:08Speaker 2: Yep, sounds a lot.
- 6:09Speaker 1: That's that's when he does own the business. I think
- 6:11Speaker 1: you do things like that, get whatever it takes to
- 6:13Speaker 1: get it done.
- 6:14Speaker 3: I guess so, but so earlier, so now later today,
- 6:16Speaker 3: we're gonna have to get with Megan on her latest
- 6:18Speaker 3: thing when it comes to Valentine's Day, because she's got
- 6:21Speaker 3: some wild thing that she thinks John and I have
- 6:25Speaker 3: to ask our spouse to be our Valentine.
- 6:27Speaker 1: Yeah, you do every year. We've been married for over
- 6:30Speaker 1: twenty five years, both of us.
- 6:32Speaker 2: It's about continuing to show appreciation of lot.
- 6:35Speaker 1: We do that. We do that every day, and we
- 6:36Speaker 1: don't do it around February fourteenth.
- 6:38Speaker 4: Just all I'm saying is the two of you are
- 6:40Speaker 4: getting pretty defensive over simply being able to ask your.
- 6:44Speaker 2: Wives to be your Valanie.
- 6:45Speaker 1: We will dive in, We will dive in. Well, you
- 6:48Speaker 1: get a man music city minute.
- 6:49Speaker 2: What's going on after I'm all worked out.
- 6:53Speaker 1: Valentine's Day holiday?
- 6:55Speaker 4: Anyway, Well, it might be a while before we get
- 6:58Speaker 4: some new music from Chris Stapleton and true christabled in fashion.
- 7:02Speaker 2: He just straight up said he's not in the mood
- 7:03Speaker 2: to write or.
- 7:06Speaker 1: Take a break. Chris been at it.
- 7:08Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:09Speaker 4: Morgan Walland bought thirty eight thousand dollars worth of musical
- 7:12Speaker 4: instruments for high schoolers in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he's from,
- 7:16Speaker 4: to help them start their orchestra program.
- 7:18Speaker 2: I love that. And we have an update on Lee
- 7:20Speaker 2: Brice's dog.
- 7:21Speaker 4: So he has a pregnant dog who's been lost and
- 7:24Speaker 4: they've been asking one for help on this.
- 7:27Speaker 2: The dog's names Chelsea and they found her.
- 7:30Speaker 4: So now she's at home, safe and cozy and warm
- 7:32Speaker 4: with her family.
- 7:33Speaker 1: I love it.
- 7:33Speaker 2: It's three things, all.
- 7:34Speaker 3: Right, if you're out there on the roads, we want
- 7:36Speaker 3: to make sure we get you where you're going on time.
- 7:38Speaker 3: It is a little chilli. You still don't want to
- 7:40Speaker 3: get an accident. Number one, you don't want to mess
- 7:42Speaker 3: up your car. And number two, you got to get
- 7:43Speaker 3: out and talk to people.
- 7:44Speaker 1: It's froggy. John and Megan we are the big show,
- 7:46Speaker 1: speaking and changing and being with someone special. I am
- 7:50Speaker 1: completely blown away by this whole Megan thing. With Valentine's Day.
- 7:53Speaker 3: I mean, can we can we start with the fact
- 7:56Speaker 3: that I think John will agree with me.
- 7:58Speaker 1: Valentine's He's a made up holiday. Yeah, it's a Goobrie
- 8:01Speaker 1: kind of holiday. It's a meant to make money.
- 8:03Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, okay, I mean it's based on Saint Valentine's
- 8:07Speaker 5: But yes, that's right, not necessarily, you know the reason
- 8:10Speaker 5: that's turned into much like all the other holidays that
- 8:13Speaker 5: are based on real people, and then.
- 8:15Speaker 1: It's turned into its own thing. Okay, but Valentine's Day
- 8:18Speaker 1: is a special day to be with someone you love
- 8:20Speaker 1: or express your love to someone. Correct, it's also nice
- 8:22Speaker 1: to do that. I don't know every every day, right,
- 8:25Speaker 1: any day? I agree.
- 8:26Speaker 3: We don't need just February fourteenth to love our significant other.
- 8:29Speaker 3: You should do that.
- 8:30Speaker 1: And there's a lot of pressure on that day sometimes
- 8:32Speaker 1: for people who might not be the best planner or
- 8:35Speaker 1: the person who has weaknesses when it comes to doing things.
- 8:37Speaker 3: Yeah, well, it definitely becomes a big show up at
- 8:40Speaker 3: work field. Yeah yeah, Like, oh so and so sent
- 8:43Speaker 3: flowers to my coworker.
- 8:44Speaker 1: I didn't get any. Okay, Well that doesn't mean they.
- 8:47Speaker 4: Love them more, right, Well, it seems like it doesn't
- 8:51Speaker 4: seem like it.
- 8:52Speaker 1: Do all women feel that way at work? I'm just wondering,
- 8:55Speaker 1: I will no, no, I don't you do.
- 8:58Speaker 4: I don't like I really don't like getting every once
- 9:01Speaker 4: in a while.
- 9:02Speaker 2: Something's sent to work. Okay, right, I really don't like that.
- 9:05Speaker 1: But let's get to the crux of what you said yesterday,
- 9:07Speaker 1: that God is talking.
- 9:09Speaker 3: Yeah, that randomly asked me a question yesterday, just out
- 9:12Speaker 3: of the blue.
- 9:12Speaker 4: Yeah, if you had asked your wife to be her valance,
- 9:16Speaker 4: if she'd be your Valentine this year.
- 9:18Speaker 1: This year, this year, yeah, tw twenty six, Yes, Okay,
- 9:22Speaker 1: we've been together since nineteen ninety.
- 9:24Speaker 2: Yeah, but this is the new year, in new Valentine's Day.
- 9:27Speaker 3: Yeah, but it's not like it's a contract like last
- 9:30Speaker 3: year's Valentine's contract didn't end and I need to re up.
- 9:33Speaker 4: It's being sweet and you should put together a little
- 9:36Speaker 4: tiny I mean you can go to the dollar tree
- 9:38Speaker 4: and get a little tiny little heartbag or box and
- 9:41Speaker 4: put just some candy, maybe a little flower, and just
- 9:45Speaker 4: will you be my Valentine this year?
- 9:47Speaker 1: I think it's a sweet little gesture. Yeah, but don't
- 9:50Speaker 1: think it's expected.
- 9:51Speaker 4: It needs to happen otherwise she might find different Valentine.
- 9:55Speaker 2: She can't if you don't ask her to be your
- 9:57Speaker 2: Valentine and she wants one.
- 10:00Speaker 1: So did you ask does your man how long have
- 10:02Speaker 1: you all been dating?
- 10:03Speaker 2: A year in change?
- 10:04Speaker 1: Okay, and he asked you to he already asked you
- 10:07Speaker 1: about being your Valentine this year.
- 10:09Speaker 4: He hasn't asked me yet, but he knows that's what
- 10:11Speaker 4: we do because.
- 10:13Speaker 1: I won last year. Why sorry of last year?
- 10:16Speaker 3: I think, so, yeah, you were okay, so you were
- 10:18Speaker 3: Valentine's last year, So that doesn't just carry over since
- 10:21Speaker 3: you're still dating now, It's not like understood you like,
- 10:24Speaker 3: for example, this is not like a license tag.
- 10:27Speaker 4: It kind of is, but instead of a two year renewal,
- 10:29Speaker 4: it's a one year renewal.
- 10:30Speaker 3: And you you kind to ask at home at night
- 10:33Speaker 3: when I say what's for dinner, it's understood. I'm talking
- 10:35Speaker 3: to Lisa. I feel like once you're in a relationship
- 10:38Speaker 3: like marriage for example, or even dating after this you
- 10:41Speaker 3: guys lived together, I feel like Valentine has understood that
- 10:44Speaker 3: that you're going to be as Valentine and he's going
- 10:46Speaker 3: to be yours.
- 10:46Speaker 1: Like we know that.
- 10:47Speaker 4: No, we don't know that, because if the effort's not there,
- 10:51Speaker 4: then you're not my Valentine before.
- 10:52Speaker 1: Does he I've been with y'all, and he shows that
- 10:56Speaker 1: effort on a daily basis.
- 10:58Speaker 2: Yes he does.
- 10:59Speaker 1: Does he know that he has to ask you? Yes?
- 11:01Speaker 1: How do you know he knows? Trained?
- 11:03Speaker 4: And I asked him as well, it's this is a
- 11:05Speaker 4: big thing. It's not just me being a crazy girl.
- 11:07Speaker 4: I mean it's all over online. It's just been a thing.
- 11:11Speaker 1: Oh, it's on social media, so the.
- 11:13Speaker 2: Girls side of social media. And I think it's a
- 11:16Speaker 2: great idea. You have to show the effort.
- 11:18Speaker 1: It's a sweet gesture. But you know what I do
- 11:20Speaker 1: on April like twenty fourth, I do that to my wife.
- 11:22Speaker 2: It sounds on an anniversary.
- 11:23Speaker 1: No, it's not an anniversary. It's just April twenty fourth.
- 11:26Speaker 2: You asked her to be your Valentine.
- 11:28Speaker 1: On it, I show my love and she knows I'm
- 11:30Speaker 1: a Valentine. This sounds like a girl math. This is
- 11:34Speaker 1: this is the Oh my gosh, this is very expensive
- 11:38Speaker 1: of girl mouth. Right, we need your help? Nine oh
- 11:40Speaker 1: four three eight eight thirty six ninety nine for crying
- 11:42Speaker 1: out loud, Yes, I need to know. Do you ask
- 11:44Speaker 1: your significant other? Distill Flurry with Country ninety nine one
- 11:50Speaker 1: w qy K The Big Show with Frankie John and Meghan.
- 11:53Speaker 1: Remember all that big hullabalu earlier this year about you
- 11:55Speaker 1: can't hide any part of your license plate. Oh yeah,
- 11:58Speaker 1: you know, you can't have the thing around it or anything. Yeah,
- 12:01Speaker 1: this is one step further. Altamont Springs police pull over
- 12:04Speaker 1: a driver who had this is like James Bond stuff
- 12:07Speaker 1: an illegal gadget on their car. It had a remote
- 12:10Speaker 1: control device that you could hide the license plate, the
- 12:14Speaker 1: entire plate. Nothing shy going on from view crazy They say,
- 12:18Speaker 1: there's nothing that you can't hinder. You know that blocks
- 12:21Speaker 1: or hides the license plate. But they guy said, you
- 12:23Speaker 1: didn't say anything about it. A little warmer than it's been,
- 12:26Speaker 1: but still a cool star, little.
- 12:27Speaker 3: Bit a cool start. Give me nice later today though,
- 12:29Speaker 3: we'll see almost seventy tomorrow, and we will see upper
- 12:31Speaker 3: seventies on Friday.
- 12:32Speaker 1: And only dipping down into the forties tomorrow morning. So
- 12:34Speaker 1: this is the end of the thirties for a couple
- 12:36Speaker 1: of days at least. YEP. I think my next Tuesday
- 12:39Speaker 1: be cold again.
- 12:39Speaker 4: It's perfect weather to a plane a picnic and ask
- 12:41Speaker 4: your wife to be here Valentine.
- 12:43Speaker 3: Okay, so we're still we're still dealing with this. Phones
- 12:46Speaker 3: are ringing like crazy off the hook. Here's where we are.
- 12:48Speaker 3: If you haven't quite maybe you just joined in. Megan
- 12:53Speaker 3: asked John Light yesterday. If we have asked our wives
- 12:56Speaker 3: of John Light, eachman married over twenty five years. Oh, yes,
- 13:00Speaker 3: I've been married. I've been married over thirty five years. Right,
- 13:02Speaker 3: so did you ask them to be your valentine? Which
- 13:05Speaker 3: I thought was the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.
- 13:07Speaker 1: Of my life. Here she thinks it's a yearly thing. Right,
- 13:10Speaker 1: So Meggie over here wants to know.
- 13:13Speaker 4: Oh, I'm gonna throw something now. I don't like being
- 13:16Speaker 4: called that. And you're saying that because you don't want
- 13:19Speaker 4: to take five seconds out of your day and look
- 13:21Speaker 4: at your wife and say, would you be my Valentine
- 13:24Speaker 4: this Yearney Megan hates being called Meggie. I hate it
- 13:27Speaker 4: so much that it actually makes me angry.
- 13:29Speaker 1: I'm curious.
- 13:30Speaker 4: I can see I would look for something to reach
- 13:32Speaker 4: and grab, and the only thing I can find is
- 13:34Speaker 4: my headphones that I can't unplug.
- 13:35Speaker 3: That hear, so all right, so we phones are like crazy.
- 13:39Speaker 3: But maybe it's John. Maybe it's just you and I.
- 13:41Speaker 1: That's what I wonder. I'd love to hear it is
- 13:42Speaker 1: in a male female thing too, right, you know? Is
- 13:44Speaker 1: it a woman thing? Yes, it would be nice to
- 13:46Speaker 1: hear that, right, all right, Donna help us out.
- 13:49Speaker 2: I think it's ridiculous.
- 13:50Speaker 6: There's no way you should have to ask him every year.
- 13:53Speaker 6: You don just just forgiven. Thank you.
- 13:56Speaker 1: I love me.
- 13:56Speaker 3: Donna shattye Valentine's Day, you can be my Valentine thing,
- 13:59Speaker 3: roses to Donna.
- 14:01Speaker 2: I think she needs to get asked.
- 14:03Speaker 6: I've been asked for many years.
- 14:05Speaker 2: Young lady.
- 14:10Speaker 7: Kathleen.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Kathleen, help us out. What's up?
- 14:13Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 14:13Speaker 6: No, I don't think you need to ask the ready
- 14:15Speaker 6: to be your Valentine and ship.
- 14:18Speaker 1: Oh thank you, Kathleen. Yeah.
- 14:21Speaker 6: In fact, I don't like any of that stuff.
- 14:23Speaker 1: Don't get me most cards.
- 14:25Speaker 7: I don't want something that Joe Blow wrote on his computer.
- 14:28Speaker 6: It's Hallmark le something yourself.
- 14:33Speaker 1: Hi, w Q I K who is this?
- 14:35Speaker 2: My name is Barbara, Hey, Barbara, I disagree with Megan.
- 14:39Speaker 4: I've been married forty four years and my husband shows
- 14:42Speaker 4: me that he loves me every day, not just one
- 14:43Speaker 4: specific day.
- 14:44Speaker 1: Boom. I love your husband. We do too, boom every day. Guys,
- 14:49Speaker 1: than you, Bye bye, Hi, w Q I K. Who
- 14:53Speaker 1: is this?

- 14:57Speaker 7: So I'm a mom of teenage boys. I'm with the
- 15:01Speaker 7: guys on this. It's gotten crazy. It's not even that
- 15:04Speaker 7: they have to ask their longtime girlfriends. They have to
- 15:07Speaker 7: do it like a kin to a proposal with the
- 15:10Speaker 7: whole poster wars, the gifts they are and it has
- 15:14Speaker 7: to be done, you know, on on camera for social media.
- 15:17Speaker 1: It's it's like.
- 15:19Speaker 7: Proposing to them. And if it's not exactly right, then
- 15:24Speaker 7: they must not love these girls even though they've been
- 15:27Speaker 7: with them for multiple years.
- 15:29Speaker 1: We should appreciate it absolutely. Oh yeah, see that's what's
- 15:34Speaker 1: going to happen. It's gonna come to you. You want
- 15:36Speaker 1: these every year. Valentine's things froggy and not gonna be
- 15:40Speaker 1: back of his truck and we're gonna be holding signs
- 15:41Speaker 1: up so your man can. He'll ask you to go
- 15:44Speaker 1: to dinner or something. All have size? Will you go
- 15:48Speaker 1: to Chipotle with me this afternoon?
- 15:50Speaker 2: If I can get a Caselin glock? Yeah? See, it
- 15:54Speaker 2: has to be perfect.
- 15:55Speaker 1: I guess John, did you want me to check the
- 15:57Speaker 1: tote board? Let's check the toe It's five for us
- 16:01Speaker 1: and none for Megan.
- 16:02Speaker 4: All women, I can't be the only person who wants
- 16:04Speaker 4: to be asked about.
- 16:06Speaker 2: And I asked my boyfriend too.
- 16:08Speaker 1: That's fine. Well, well the phones are still ringing, so
- 16:10Speaker 1: maybe we'll point please if if there's one person listening
- 16:14Speaker 1: to us that agrees with Megan, please call us at
- 16:18Speaker 1: nine oh four thirty six nine nine. I just want
- 16:21Speaker 1: somebody to Maybe Ali will call yes, and we might
- 16:24Speaker 1: get the real We might get the real truth.
- 16:26Speaker 2: Yeah, maybe maybe he'll ask me.
- 16:28Speaker 3: So while we wait for Megan to find one person
- 16:31Speaker 3: in the first on the first coast that agrees with her,
- 16:34Speaker 3: we'll check with.
- 16:35Speaker 1: I guess Jacks wouldn't think.
- 16:37Speaker 4: Fernandina bee Chaz made a decision on whether or not
- 16:41Speaker 4: they're going to charge for parking if you want to
- 16:43Speaker 4: park there, and they said, yep, two bucks an hour,
- 16:46Speaker 4: but the first twenty minutes is free, so you could
- 16:49Speaker 4: just move your car around every twenty minutes so.
- 16:50Speaker 1: You could, Oh that won that won't be a painter
- 16:52Speaker 1: neck at all? No, not at all.
- 16:54Speaker 4: There's a new BUCkies location popping up in our state.
- 16:57Speaker 2: It's in four Pierce. This is the fourth location.
- 17:00Speaker 4: It's awesome, I guess if you're driving down there, But
- 17:03Speaker 4: my vote is for a west side location.
- 17:05Speaker 2: Just saying hey can for warriors.
- 17:07Speaker 4: Just opened up a clinic and Panavidra to help the
- 17:10Speaker 4: service dogs and the veterans that they're paired up with
- 17:12Speaker 4: and they're saying that it should cut down on costs
- 17:15Speaker 4: and speed up the vet care time for the veterans
- 17:17Speaker 4: and their service dogs.
- 17:18Speaker 1: Always good.
- 17:19Speaker 2: That's three things, all.
- 17:20Speaker 1: Right, Gotta play pop quiz.
- 17:21Speaker 3: Somebody's going to Daytona for speed weeks looking for callers
- 17:24Speaker 3: nine and ten at nine oh four three eight eight
- 17:27Speaker 3: thirty six ninety nine. And anybody who believes in love
- 17:29Speaker 3: and wants to help Megan out, you can call us
- 17:31Speaker 3: as well.
- 17:31Speaker 1: Come on pop Quiz just a couple of minutes away.
- 17:34Speaker 1: But we're still debating right now. Valentine's No Valentines, do
- 17:37Speaker 1: you have to re up every year like it's a
- 17:39Speaker 1: license plate.
- 17:39Speaker 2: It's not a task or chore.
- 17:41Speaker 1: You're sounding making making it sound like it is.
- 17:43Speaker 3: To ask just be nice, bright you want to be
- 17:46Speaker 3: my Valentine.
- 17:48Speaker 2: That's gonna have to be a no for me to all.
- 17:51Speaker 3: So we're listening, we are. We're scouring the phones trying
- 17:54Speaker 3: to find somebody that agrees with Megan.
- 17:56Speaker 1: Like the first six calls straight up were like no way,
- 17:59Speaker 1: like no way in well so somebody, Yeah, a lot
- 18:01Speaker 1: of people said no, please if you agree with Megan.
- 18:03Speaker 1: Nine oh four three eight eight thirty six ninety nine, Tommy,
- 18:07Speaker 1: help us out, Bud. Yeah, I've been married for twenty
- 18:10Speaker 1: five years. I still ask my wife every year.
- 18:13Speaker 2: That is so sweet. All right, Tommy, Mommy, that just
- 18:16Speaker 2: gave me all the goods. She feels ruining it.
- 18:19Speaker 1: For Tommy just made us look really bad. Did you
- 18:21Speaker 1: ask her yet this year? Tommy? Yes, I have. Did
- 18:25Speaker 1: she say yes, of course?
- 18:28Speaker 4: Okay, Tommy said, in a good chance every year.
- 18:31Speaker 1: But that's great. That's great, Tommy.
- 18:34Speaker 3: Congratulations Tommy. I'm glad that there's still one guy keeping
- 18:37Speaker 3: it alive out there.
- 18:39Speaker 1: All right. Hi WQYK who is this Gene? Oh hey, Gene, Gene,
- 18:44Speaker 1: what do you think?
- 18:45Speaker 8: Good morning?
- 18:48Speaker 1: I just I agree with Megan.
- 18:51Speaker 8: So it all happens for a reason. My husband and
- 18:55Speaker 8: I have been together ten years.
- 18:57Speaker 6: This year he has.
- 18:58Speaker 8: Never asked me to be his Valentinees, but we always
- 19:02Speaker 8: do something special for Valentine's may not necessarily be the
- 19:06Speaker 8: day because my work schedule and everything, right, but we
- 19:11Speaker 8: also have three young boys that were you know, raising
- 19:16Speaker 8: and trying to instill these you make time for your
- 19:20Speaker 8: significant other, and every other day of the year life happens.
- 19:26Speaker 8: So this is that one day of the year that
- 19:28Speaker 8: reminds you, hey, do something special with her, whether you're
- 19:34Speaker 8: married or not.
- 19:35Speaker 7: But it's it's that reminder.
- 19:37Speaker 1: That's well thought out, and I appreciate that sentiment. I
- 19:40Speaker 1: really do. Isa and Steve Steve weighing in. What you got, buddy, Well,
- 19:46Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure I know it's time. My wife's gonna
- 19:48Speaker 1: fall on this because we.
- 19:49Speaker 6: Were watching the National Championship.
- 19:51Speaker 8: Game the other day and as she turns.
- 19:53Speaker 6: To me and goes, I gave you all day and
- 19:55Speaker 6: you never even want to ask me.
- 19:56Speaker 1: To be your dream for Martin Luther King Day. All right?
- 20:00Speaker 1: You know how the pop quiz works. First contested guess
- 20:03Speaker 1: is the number to the question, The second says high
- 20:05Speaker 1: or lower. If we need a tiebreak or ask a
- 20:06Speaker 1: toss up question, either contestant can answer. It's a pair
- 20:10Speaker 1: of tickets to the O'Reilly Autoparts United Reynolds three hundred.
- 20:13Speaker 1: That's going to be happening on Valentine's Day.
- 20:16Speaker 2: Oh that sounds like a cool Valentine's Day.
- 20:18Speaker 1: Yeah, you can ask you want to be my Valentine.
- 20:21Speaker 4: Race fastars in Freedom. Yeah, buddy, I'll be there if
- 20:24Speaker 4: you buy me a.
- 20:24Speaker 1: Beer for seven. Paul and Green Coove we start with you.
- 20:29Speaker 1: She was on Seinfel Delaine and then she's been in
- 20:31Speaker 1: veeping some other shows. Julia Louis Dreyfuss. How old is
- 20:35Speaker 1: Julia Louis Dreyfus, now, Paul, Tom, is she older or younger? Younger?
- 20:42Speaker 1: You know, she's actually older. She's sixty five years old. Wow,
- 20:45Speaker 1: sixty five years old for Joeya Luis. So Paul gets
- 20:47Speaker 1: that point, they can get a tough you know, closer
- 20:50Speaker 1: you get to your guest, the tougher, it makes it
- 20:52Speaker 1: for the other person. Paul gets to that point, and Tom,
- 20:55Speaker 1: you get this question first, one percentage of people can
- 20:58Speaker 1: drive a stick shift? Now, what percentage of people can
- 21:01Speaker 1: drive a stick shift? Paul? Is that number higher or lower?
- 21:06Speaker 8: Higher?
- 21:07Speaker 1: It's actually lower. Twelve Oh my god, twelve percent can
- 21:14Speaker 1: drive a stick sixty percent wish they could, but twelve percent.
- 21:19Speaker 1: So Tom gets that low. But I didn't know that low.
- 21:23Speaker 1: That's crazy. All right, we're tied now, right, yes, all right,
- 21:27Speaker 1: we go to the tie breaker. If you know the
- 21:29Speaker 1: answer to this question, shout your name. I will give
- 21:32Speaker 1: a multiple choice because that's baked into the question. Here
- 21:34Speaker 1: we go, which are there more of humans or cows?
- 21:40Speaker 1: Tom first, Tom got through. Tom, Oh callous. No, it's
- 21:45Speaker 1: actually humans, eight billion humans, one and a half billion cows.
- 21:50Speaker 1: Humans by a landslide. Paul wins by default today, Tow.
- 21:55Speaker 1: We appreciate you, buddy, Thanks so much for listening to
- 21:57Speaker 1: Thanks for playing all right, have a good day. Congratulations, Paul, Paul,
- 22:01Speaker 1: look at you man. Congratulations. It's a pair of tickets
- 22:03Speaker 1: on Valentine's Day Thereilly Auto Parts the United Reynolds three hundred.
- 22:08Speaker 1: Thank you. We will have more tickets tomorrow morning for
- 22:10Speaker 1: Daytona with Country ninety nine one wq I K, let's
- 22:13Speaker 1: get a quick check on your Jack's travel crop between
- 22:15Speaker 1: a rock and a heart place this morning when it
- 22:17Speaker 1: comes to Valentine's it's a rock and a heart place,
- 22:20Speaker 1: That's what it is. Megan thinks that we should ask
- 22:23Speaker 1: our wives Froggy every year to be our Valentine.
- 22:27Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 22:27Speaker 3: I mean, I as ridiculous as I thought it was yesterday,
- 22:30Speaker 3: I will admit that there's a slight opening of my mind.
- 22:35Speaker 1: I'm like, well, maybe it's not the worst idea ever.
- 22:38Speaker 1: Maybe not. I mean I I could see like maybe
- 22:40Speaker 1: the first ten women that called said no way, no way,
- 22:44Speaker 1: like violently so one was a little salty, yes, because
- 22:47Speaker 1: he's taking Megan to task for even bringing up the idea.
- 22:50Speaker 1: Said maybe somebody needs to ask you. I've been asked plenty.
- 22:53Speaker 1: Thank you. That thank you was like a finger. Okay, yeah,
- 22:57Speaker 1: when you finish the sentence with thank you happens.
- 23:00Speaker 4: I just want someone to be sweet to her and
- 23:02Speaker 4: show where she's cared for.
- 23:03Speaker 1: I think she is. Thank you, I will say, I
- 23:06Speaker 1: will say.
- 23:06Speaker 3: As much as I was on the I was on
- 23:08Speaker 3: the I'm not asking side, I'm now definitely on the fencing.
- 23:11Speaker 3: Could be swayed, really, but yeah, we've had a lot
- 23:14Speaker 3: of call that were on John and I's side. We've
- 23:17Speaker 3: had a few call that were on Megan's side. So
- 23:19Speaker 3: I feel like one more call one way or the
- 23:21Speaker 3: other could definitely swear it.
- 23:23Speaker 1: Stephanie. Stephanie does side with Megan.
- 23:26Speaker 5: Yet it must be done every year, and it's not
- 23:28Speaker 5: like a whole Hallmark type thing, but like it's the
- 23:32Speaker 5: pothe count.
- 23:32Speaker 4: Yeah, all you have to do is just say, hey,
- 23:34Speaker 4: would you be my Valentine? And then all of a sudden,
- 23:36Speaker 4: I'm the happiest curl in the world.
- 23:37Speaker 1: Okay, So, like I go home today, for example, I'm
- 23:40Speaker 1: like a no good start frog.
- 23:45Speaker 2: You know what, that's better than nothing.
- 23:47Speaker 1: I'll practice on John. Hey, John, what's up?
- 23:50Speaker 7: Bro?
- 23:50Speaker 1: Hey, what's up? You want to he wants to be
- 23:52Speaker 1: my valentine?
- 23:52Speaker 3: Nah?
- 23:53Speaker 5: Nah?
- 23:53Speaker 1: Man? Does this look infected to you? Yeah? Maybe it
- 23:58Speaker 1: doesn't work the same way.
- 24:00Speaker 3: You know what, Maybe I'll call Lisa on the air
- 24:02Speaker 3: and I'll ask her to be my valentine and we'll
- 24:04Speaker 3: see what her response is.
- 24:05Speaker 8: Actually, she's just something simple and small.
- 24:08Speaker 4: It doesn't have to be.
- 24:09Speaker 7: Like, you know, a whole proposal type thing.
- 24:13Speaker 1: But it's the fo you know, John, the tide really
- 24:15Speaker 1: turned on us here, I know it.
- 24:17Speaker 4: Thankfully someone was called starting to hear the alligator snap,
- 24:20Speaker 4: and I think I'm.
- 24:21Speaker 3: Just gonna have to ask Lisa to be my valancine.
- 24:24Speaker 3: For all of a sudden, I think you guys are right.
- 24:26Speaker 1: And then Stephanie, thanks so much. We appreciate you.
- 24:30Speaker 7: You guys have a good one.
- 24:31Speaker 1: I get to put a smile on your face reason
- 24:33Speaker 1: for it, but not the compulsory part that Megan's making
- 24:36Speaker 1: this happen.
- 24:36Speaker 7: I know.
- 24:37Speaker 1: But if I feel like I have to, then I
- 24:39Speaker 1: dang sure don't like I'm on Meghan's side. Now.
- 24:41Speaker 4: I'm interested to see how Froggy feels after we talk
- 24:44Speaker 4: to Lisa, because I feel like that.
- 24:45Speaker 2: Would just be it would be mutual.
- 24:47Speaker 3: It's going to be suspicious though, She's going to think
- 24:49Speaker 3: something going on. Yeah, I'm telling you right now, that's
- 24:51Speaker 3: exactly what it's going to be. That's not wcause the
- 24:53Speaker 3: first question would be whiet. Yeah, that's not me. Why
- 24:55Speaker 3: I've been asked for in twenty seven years, since twenty
- 24:59Speaker 3: seven years ago.
- 25:00Speaker 1: And then now I'm gonna be like, hey know, you
- 25:01Speaker 1: want to be my own times, it's gonna be a
- 25:03Speaker 1: little and then you're like as opposed to the last
- 25:04Speaker 1: twenty seven years.
- 25:05Speaker 2: I guess we'll see how it turns out, all right, saying.
- 25:08Speaker 3: To Megan's three things, lot's going on on this Jack's Wednesday.
- 25:11Speaker 3: Weather's pretty nice, going to be much much warmer today
- 25:14Speaker 3: than what we saw yesterday, and a warmer through the
- 25:16Speaker 3: week as well.
- 25:17Speaker 1: What's going on? Name?
- 25:17Speaker 4: Yeah, Florida's getting their fourth BUCkies location. Disappointed to report
- 25:22Speaker 4: it will not be on the West Side. I think
- 25:23Speaker 4: number five would be cool most I but it's in
- 25:26Speaker 4: Fort Pierce, so if you're driving down that way, then
- 25:29Speaker 4: that'd be a good place of a road trip.
- 25:30Speaker 1: But yeah, that'd be really nice right there off I ten.
- 25:32Speaker 2: Yeah, Fernandina Beach.
- 25:34Speaker 4: They've made a decision on whether or not to charge
- 25:36Speaker 4: for parking, and they said, yep, two dollars an hour,
- 25:39Speaker 4: but you get the first twenty minutes free. Okay, cool,
- 25:42Speaker 4: if you're just stopping at the place the.
- 25:43Speaker 1: Other place for twenty minutes, move a car. Park for
- 25:45Speaker 1: twenty minutes, move a car.
- 25:47Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm not paying for park.
- 25:48Speaker 1: It was either raised taxes or make you pay as
- 25:51Speaker 1: you as a user fee. So that was that's what
- 25:52Speaker 1: they said.
- 25:53Speaker 4: Their dilemma was, well, at least now I can evade
- 25:55Speaker 4: it in some way. Can Ianks for Warriors just opened
- 25:58Speaker 4: up a new clinic in Ponavidra to help serve dogs
- 26:00Speaker 4: and the veterans they're paired with, to cut costs and
- 26:03Speaker 4: also speed up that vetcare time.
- 26:04Speaker 2: Love to see that. That's three things all.
- 26:06Speaker 1: I've got another quick check on your jackson. Valentine's Day
- 26:09Speaker 1: and the you have to ask every year kind of thing.
- 26:11Speaker 1: But Frog, you got a special guest on the phone.
- 26:14Speaker 1: I do.
- 26:14Speaker 3: I've got my wife Lisa on the phone, and Lisa,
- 26:16Speaker 3: I know we've been together for eight hundred and forty
- 26:19Speaker 3: two years, But I want to ask you twenty twenty six,
- 26:24Speaker 3: will you be my Valentine?
- 26:27Speaker 1: Ah?
- 26:28Speaker 6: Shucks, sure, honey, of course I will.
- 26:32Speaker 2: Oh, what a social moment we're having here.
- 26:36Speaker 1: It's really nice.
- 26:37Speaker 5: Behind this?
- 26:38Speaker 6: Is there something behind this?
- 26:40Speaker 1: See? Suspicious? That's what you've That's what you've raised here,
- 26:44Speaker 1: not eyebrows, not tears, but suspicion. Megan.
- 26:46Speaker 4: I've just been trying to tell these two that it's
- 26:49Speaker 4: nice to ask your wife to be their Valentine, if
- 26:52Speaker 4: they'll be your Valentine.
- 26:53Speaker 3: Ever married, We're we're contractually Valentine's.
- 26:56Speaker 4: Yeah, but it takes a little more efforts and just
- 26:59Speaker 4: you know, dotted line and then you never have to talk,
- 27:02Speaker 4: turning it.
- 27:02Speaker 1: To a business plan.
- 27:03Speaker 3: I can't have another Valentine. She can't have another Valentine.
- 27:06Speaker 3: We got each other. That's pretty much what we got.
- 27:08Speaker 2: If you don't ask, you never know.
- 27:10Speaker 6: Megan, the hopeless romantic.
- 27:12Speaker 2: I love that.
- 27:12Speaker 6: I'm not sure what happened to our relationship with that,
- 27:15Speaker 6: but I appreciate that.
- 27:17Speaker 7: Well.
