Digital crime investigator Andrea Kinzig faced a defense cross-examination in the Caleb Flynn trial that put an unpursued tip squarely in front of the jury. Kinzig testified that investigators did not follow up on Zachary McIntosh's tip about a supposed hit on Caleb Flynn by Chris Hill because Tipp City Police and the FBI collectively agreed not to pursue it.
