  Speaker 1: just want to remind you of the word of God

  Speaker 1: that when you fall in God will lift you up.

  Speaker 1: Heavenly Father and the name of Jesus Christ. We come

  Speaker 1: before you today with hearts that may feel heavy, spirits
• 0:23
  Speaker 1: that may feel weary, and lives that may feel pressed
• 0:27
  Speaker 1: down by the weight of this world. But Lord, you
• 0:31
  Speaker 1: remind us with your promise in Psalms one forty five fourteen,
• 0:36
  Speaker 1: that you uphold all who fallen, You lift up all
• 0:41
  Speaker 1: who are bowed down. So Father, we lift up our
• 0:44
  Speaker 1: voices and our hearts to you, trusting in your unfeling
• 0:48
  Speaker 1: love and your mercy. Lord, there are times when we
• 0:52
  Speaker 1: stumble under the pressure of life. There are moments when
• 0:55
  Speaker 1: fear threatens to overwhelm us. There are times, God, when
• 0:59
  Speaker 1: doubt tries to cloud our faith, and when sorrow bows

  Speaker 1: our hearts so so low.

  Speaker 2: Who Yet in those moments, God, you are there.

  Speaker 1: You don't leave us to struggle alone, You don't allow

  Speaker 1: us to sink beyond your rich Lord, You are our

  Speaker 1: rock God, You are our refuge. You are our ever

  Speaker 1: present help in the times of troubled. Father, we ask

  Speaker 1: you now to strengthen us where we're weak. We ask

  Speaker 1: you now to steady us where we're unsteady, and to

  Speaker 1: lift us where we feel crushed. Restore our hope when

  Speaker 1: it waivers. God, renew our strength when it pase, And

  Speaker 1: remind us that even when we follow God, we are

  Speaker 1: not defeated because your hands are beneath us, holding us,

  Speaker 1: sustaining us, and raising us to walk again with courage

  Speaker 1: and with faith. Lord, help us to trust you with

  Speaker 1: the times we feel bowed down. Help us to trust

  Speaker 1: you God in the seasons that challenge us. Help us

  Speaker 1: to trust you God, God.

  Speaker 2: With the burdens that seem too heavy to bear.

  Speaker 1: Teach us God to look to you first, to call

  Speaker 1: on you immediately when things happen in our lives, and

  Speaker 1: to rest God in your promises, knowing that you are

  Speaker 1: faithful to lift up every weary soul. God, let our

  Speaker 1: hearts find peace and your sovereignty and joy in your

  Speaker 1: provision even in the middle of trials. Father, God, we

  Speaker 1: pray for everyone who feels crushed, for everyone who feels
• 2:28
  Speaker 1: broken or overwhelmed.

  Speaker 2: Uphold them. Lord left them.

  Speaker 1: Lord restore their hope and knew their strength. That remind

  Speaker 1: them God that your love never fails.

  Speaker 2: God, let us all stand.

  Speaker 1: In your grace, encourage that the God who lifts the

  Speaker 1: fallen is the same God who walks with us every

  Speaker 1: Thanks Lord for your sustaining power. Thank you Lord, God,

  Speaker 1: for your faithfulness and for your unfailing love. God, let

  Speaker 1: us our lives reflect your goodness as we rise again,

  Speaker 1: strengthened by your spirit, upheld by your hands.
