- 2:28Speaker 3: Welcome back. Do you know the answer to this week's
- 2:30Speaker 3: trivia question? The question was what flower is known for
- 2:35Speaker 3: turning to face the sun? The answer the sunflower. Young
- 2:39Speaker 3: sunflowers naturally track the sun across the sky, a behavior
- 2:43Speaker 3: called heliotropism. This helps the maximize sunlight as they grow.
- 2:48Speaker 3: Now you know what you focus on grows because your
- 2:56Speaker 3: attention strengthens what stays active in your mind. If you
- 3:00Speaker 3: constantly focus on problems, fear, or frustration, those things can
- 3:05Speaker 3: begin to feel bigger and heavier. But when you focus
- 3:09Speaker 3: on gratitude, possibility, and purpose. You create more room for hope, peace,
- 3:15Speaker 3: and encouragement. Your focus does not change every circumstance, but
- 3:19Speaker 3: it does influence how you experience them. This is why
- 3:23Speaker 3: it matters to be intentional about where your thoughts go.
- 3:27Speaker 3: Notice what you are feeding each day. If you give
- 3:29Speaker 3: your energy only to negativity, it can crowd out joy.
- 3:33Speaker 3: But if you regularly focus on what is good, true,
- 3:35Speaker 3: and encouraging, those things begin to take deeper root in
- 3:38Speaker 3: your heart and mind. What you water will grow. So
- 3:41Speaker 3: choose carefully to close this week's episode. I leave you
- 3:56Speaker 3: with this final thought. What you give your attention to
- 3:59Speaker 3: will shape the life you experience. When you choose to
- 4:03Speaker 3: focus on what is good, hopeful, and true, you make
- 4:06Speaker 3: room for those things to grow. As Wayne Dyer said,
- 4:10Speaker 3: change the way you look at things and the things
- 4:13Speaker 3: you look at change. So until next time, stay positive
- 4:16Speaker 3: today and every day.
