- 0:02Speaker 1: On scoring Needs Australia.
- 0:05Speaker 2: This is the Weader Penalty Show.
- 0:09Speaker 3: Good evening and welcome to the Rita Panny Show.
- 0:11Speaker 4: Coming up tonight you look at the fallout from the
- 0:14Speaker 4: extraordinary Zelenski outburst. Josh Hammer will bring up some notch
- 0:18Speaker 4: of sober analysis instead of some of the hyperbolean propaganda
- 0:23Speaker 4: we've seen over the weekend. Gary Hartgrave will have the
- 0:26Speaker 4: day's at top stories, including some whole numbers from the
- 0:30Speaker 4: Prime minists that are going to cause concern. Elon Musk's
- 0:34Speaker 4: the fourteenth Baby with yet another woman. Kinsey Skofield will
- 0:39Speaker 4: have the latest and left.
- 0:40Speaker 3: He's Losing It features more than one deranged Democrat.
- 0:45Speaker 5: Can't sleep at night because it's beached well, body can't
- 0:51Speaker 5: allowed the circulation. But I think we should revisit the
- 0:56Speaker 5: possibility of a siphlus diagnosis.
- 1:00Speaker 3: And talking about lefties losing it.
- 1:02Speaker 4: Will have Peter Garrett's ugly attack against gena.
- 1:06Speaker 3: Ryan Hart shortly will be.
- 1:07Speaker 4: Getting into that, but first A video has emerged on
- 1:10Speaker 4: social media appearing to show two young Australian children, they
- 1:14Speaker 4: certainly seem to have Australian accents telling a Jewish influencer
- 1:19Speaker 4: in an online video that Hitler should have killed you guys.
- 1:24Speaker 3: Now.
- 1:24Speaker 4: This is the same Jewish influencer who exposed the two
- 1:28Speaker 4: New South Wales nurses who were subsequently removed from their
- 1:32Speaker 4: positions Palestine.
- 1:34Speaker 5: Palestine bro only if Hitler killed you guys.
- 1:39Speaker 2: Kid alongo there, don't say these words. Google max vifer
- 1:43Speaker 2: before you skip me m A X space v E
- 1:47Speaker 2: hi f e R Google max vifer, max viper max
- 1:50Speaker 2: vifer Australia.
- 1:53Speaker 3: Oh that's you.
- 1:55Speaker 2: We fight anti Semitism on here. You can't say these
- 1:58Speaker 2: things him and.
- 2:00Speaker 6: Educate these younger kids from the very young age.
- 2:04Speaker 3: That little kid said, if only Hitler had killed you guys.
- 2:07Speaker 4: Just shocking stuff. Joining me now for more on this.
- 2:10Speaker 4: As Sky News contributor Gary Hardgrave, Gary, the influencer there
- 2:15Speaker 4: seemed to make those kids away fairly quickly who he
- 2:19Speaker 4: was that they can't say that, and they appear to
- 2:23Speaker 4: have googled him and then cut the chat short. But
- 2:28Speaker 4: it doesn't change the fact that you've got young kids
- 2:32Speaker 4: sharing that sort of retric online and it makes you
- 2:36Speaker 4: despair for what they're hearing in their homes, in their
- 2:40Speaker 4: schools and their communities, and how they've come to that position.
- 2:46Speaker 1: Exactly firstly, read a happy birthday to you. I hope
- 2:48Speaker 1: you enjoy the rest of it. Let me say that
- 2:51Speaker 1: seeing those kids mouthing those words just proves to me
- 2:55Speaker 1: just how indoctrination has taken over education in Australia. And
- 3:00Speaker 1: sadly there are hate preachers in our country. Now I'm
- 3:04Speaker 1: in Brisbane. We have a smaller and happier pond here
- 3:06Speaker 1: with some great preachers at various mosques, but you know,
- 3:11Speaker 1: in Sydney and in Melbourne, there just seems to be
- 3:12Speaker 1: this putrid hatred that's being flogged onto kids, and it's
- 3:15Speaker 1: awful to think these kids might think that this sort
- 3:19Speaker 1: of conduct is really acceptable and read of. The Other
- 3:23Speaker 1: thing I'd say, in a broader sense is that a
- 3:25Speaker 1: lot of people in the Christian community are forgotten that
- 3:27Speaker 1: we should be doing to others as we would have done,
- 3:30Speaker 1: you know, to us, And so that golden rule thing
- 3:33Speaker 1: seems to have slipped the kind of moral spine that
- 3:37Speaker 1: should be and always was throughoutur country. So you know,
- 3:39Speaker 1: these kids should be called out. I'm glad we didn't
- 3:41Speaker 1: identify them, but their parents, their grandparents, their aunts, their uncles,
- 3:46Speaker 1: those influencing them really should hang their head in shame.
- 3:50Speaker 1: It shouldn't have come to this.
- 3:51Speaker 7: It's awful.
- 3:53Speaker 4: Now Victoria could be a blood bath for Labor in
- 3:56Speaker 4: the upcoming federal election with a fresh red Bridge pole
- 3:59Speaker 4: Room feeling that Labor has lost significant ground in five
- 4:03Speaker 4: marginal seats and three others across the state and that
- 4:06Speaker 4: Victoria is now the state where voters perceive the Liberal
- 4:09Speaker 4: Party most favorably doesn't turn up for the books. Across
- 4:13Speaker 4: the five Victorian seats tracked in this new pole, Labour's
- 4:16Speaker 4: two party preferred vote has shrunk from fifty one point
- 4:19Speaker 4: four percent in twenty twenty two to just forty three
- 4:23Speaker 4: percent at the moment, and if that forty three percent
- 4:27Speaker 4: was reflected across the state, Labour could also lose aston Chism, McEwen,
- 4:33Speaker 4: Bruce and Dunkly, and the Herald Sun's reporting that the
- 4:37Speaker 4: party has already written off seats like aston Chism and McEwen,
- 4:41Speaker 4: with their efforts to be focused on holding on to Bruce,
- 4:44Speaker 4: Dunky Hawk, Kranger might and hold Gary. It also seems
- 4:49Speaker 4: that the opposition leader and the Liberal Party are ahead
- 4:55Speaker 4: of Labor according to this pole when it comes to
- 4:58Speaker 4: key issues like cost of living, economic management, health and crime.
- 5:05Speaker 4: This is going to cause all sorts of concern for
- 5:09Speaker 4: the AOP.
- 5:10Speaker 3: If this poll is accurate and this is.
- 5:11Speaker 4: A labor aligned firm, then Anthony Albanize is in some
- 5:17Speaker 4: trouble in Victoria.
- 5:20Speaker 1: Yeah, and he deserves to be. And the Peter Dunton's credit,
- 5:23Speaker 1: he has been working very very hard in getting to
- 5:25Speaker 1: meet as many people as possible. Not everyone as met him,
- 5:27Speaker 1: but everyone who does says, Wow, he's actually a really
- 5:29Speaker 1: nice bloke and I actually think he stands for stuff
- 5:32Speaker 1: and I actually can see him doing the job. But look,
- 5:35Speaker 1: the residual of those who aren't sure about him have
- 5:37Speaker 1: just got to realize that Albow ate up to the job.
- 5:39Speaker 1: And we're suffering economically, we're suffering as a society as
- 5:42Speaker 1: a nation, and national securities in peril, and everywhere you
- 5:45Speaker 1: turn you just know Elbow has just lost all momentum
- 5:49Speaker 1: as far as common sense and thinking about the values
- 5:51Speaker 1: that underpined our nation. So you know from Victorians they
- 5:55Speaker 1: desperately wanted a better liberal state parliamentary team. They've got
- 5:58Speaker 1: a better leader than I had, and I think that's
- 6:00Speaker 1: an impact as well. So I guess Rita it's a
- 6:03Speaker 1: case of film me once twice, three times, four times,
- 6:06Speaker 1: shame on you, but fully fifth or sixth.
- 6:09Speaker 3: Time, shame on me.
- 6:10Speaker 1: I think people are now having a close look and saying,
- 6:12Speaker 1: you know what, the other mother a hopeless This blow
- 6:15Speaker 1: can't be that bad. Let's give him a go. And
- 6:17Speaker 1: I think that's a good thing for Australia. Well knowne Victoria.
- 6:22Speaker 4: Well Anthon now Beneezi was out there during Marty Gral
- 6:26Speaker 4: Let's have a look at one way down. This has
- 6:29Speaker 4: really become a far left activist event masquerading as a
- 6:33Speaker 4: game lesbian pride parade. Albo was asked some fairly easy
- 6:39Speaker 4: question by questions by the ABC's Jeremy for Fernandez.
- 6:43Speaker 8: Who's on your queer party playlist when you leave the
- 6:46Speaker 8: parade a night?
- 6:47Speaker 1: Well, obviously Kylie, Obviously he's playing out at home Bush.
- 6:53Speaker 2: It's got to be some chance she'll.
- 6:55Speaker 9: Turn up here later on.
- 6:57Speaker 4: As we'll see, Marty gar has been hijacked by the
- 7:02Speaker 4: far left activist class.
- 7:04Speaker 3: Just watch this.
- 7:06Speaker 2: One, two, three, four kick the Liberals up the door.
- 7:09Speaker 2: But we don't need to because they already left. The
- 7:12Speaker 2: Liberals there, they left, so.
- 7:15Speaker 5: We're just here. They're not a community motive.
- 7:25Speaker 1: Previous agms because they were currently ing us on they.
- 7:29Speaker 10: Don't support her on coll they don't supportationwide.
- 7:32Speaker 2: They've been attacking us on purity blockers, and they've been
- 7:35Speaker 2: putting people in our community.
- 7:37Speaker 3: Intention oh dear.
- 7:39Speaker 4: And there was all sorts of other activism there. People
- 7:42Speaker 4: are saying that, you know, the police should be defunded.
- 7:46Speaker 4: They're pushing pro Palestinian positions, saying, you know, in the genocide,
- 7:53Speaker 4: you could never have a Pride rally in Gaza or
- 7:57Speaker 4: the West Bank Gary, but that point seems to be
- 7:59Speaker 4: lost on these activists.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Yeah, and the trouble is it's the activist class that's
- 8:06Speaker 1: frankly driving labor out the door. Every day. Australians are
- 8:09Speaker 1: over this, I've got to tell you, they really are.
- 8:11Speaker 1: And look, they're entitled to their views and they're allowed
- 8:14Speaker 1: to express it because that's what freedom and a democracy allows.
- 8:19Speaker 1: And you know, if people want to be stupid, they're
- 8:21Speaker 1: allowed to be stupid. There's lots of ways to do it,
- 8:23Speaker 1: you know, lots of social media stuff. But you know,
- 8:26Speaker 1: every day Australians aren't offended by somebody who happens to
- 8:30Speaker 1: be gay. And there's plenty of gay men and women
- 8:33Speaker 1: who just get about their lives. They're worried about paying
- 8:36Speaker 1: high electricity bills too. They're worried about all the same
- 8:38Speaker 1: things everybody else is. So I don't know why these
- 8:40Speaker 1: people assume they can hire a group of the community
- 8:43Speaker 1: out into a pilot say this is what they think.
- 8:45Speaker 1: They don't think that gay man will make their own
- 8:48Speaker 1: minds about stuff and indeeds, That's the way it should be.
- 8:53Speaker 1: It really should be. I mean, we've seen this attempt
- 8:55Speaker 1: to divide in the past on multiple lines, types of religion,
- 8:59Speaker 1: types of expression, whatever it might be. But if we're
- 9:02Speaker 1: all Australians and we all work together and we find
- 9:04Speaker 1: the things we're all angry about, I think that's where
- 9:07Speaker 1: the vote goes. And frankly, everybody's angry about the high
- 9:10Speaker 1: price of electricity, ruining our economy, ruining our family, ruining
- 9:13Speaker 1: our chance to buy and build things here because we
- 9:16Speaker 1: just can't afford it anymore. And whether you're gay or not,
- 9:19Speaker 1: it doesn't matter. That's just the reality that frankly unites us.
- 9:23Speaker 4: Now let's turn our attention to Australia's involvement in the
- 9:27Speaker 4: unfolding situation in Ukraine. Prime Minister Anthony Albineazi and made
- 9:32Speaker 4: it clear that Australia stands with Zelensky no matter what,
- 9:37Speaker 4: and the UK has responded with a new pro military campaign.
- 9:42Speaker 4: A Kistar May is pledging boots on the ground if needed.
- 9:46Speaker 11: The first priority of this government, of any government, is
- 9:51Speaker 11: the security and safety of the British people, to defend
- 9:55Speaker 11: the national interest, particularly in these volatile tyames.
- 10:00Speaker 4: What do you think Australia's ongoing support of Ukraine is
- 10:04Speaker 4: going to look like? Will we pledge boots on the
- 10:08Speaker 4: ground as well as kirs Darma has done or is
- 10:12Speaker 4: it going to be great of funding?
- 10:14Speaker 3: What do you think that support is going to me?
- 10:19Speaker 1: No one's supporting Putin, but no one wants to have
- 10:21Speaker 1: him so upset that he won't actually negotiate a peace,
- 10:24Speaker 1: and no one wants to give away Ukraine to get
- 10:26Speaker 1: that piece either, and that's certainly been the stand of
- 10:29Speaker 1: Donald Trump. Look, the simple reality is Rita that Europe
- 10:33Speaker 1: has been waiting for America an intervene on everything. And
- 10:36Speaker 1: the worry now is that if the NATO Pact is
- 10:39Speaker 1: fully followed, an attack on one means an attack on
- 10:41Speaker 1: them all, and under the US alignment with NATO, they'll
- 10:45Speaker 1: have to go on the ground. I don't think that
- 10:47Speaker 1: sounds very good to me. I'm all for peace. I
- 10:50Speaker 1: don't want people to be slaughtered. I don't want there
- 10:52Speaker 1: to be fighting on either side. And frankly, the idea
- 10:55Speaker 1: that there seems to be people on the left internationally
- 10:58Speaker 1: now trolling the whole concept of let's have a war,
- 11:01Speaker 1: let's fight this, let's put more boots on the ground,
- 11:04Speaker 1: let's throw more money at it. It's completely contrary to
- 11:07Speaker 1: what I thought the left wanted. If John Lennon was
- 11:10Speaker 1: right here now, right, I'd suggest he would say, give
- 11:13Speaker 1: piece a chance. And so let me just say it
- 11:15Speaker 1: for you. So, I think what Donald Trump did on
- 11:18Speaker 1: the weekend Our Time Friday in America was actually exposed
- 11:23Speaker 1: to the fact that Zelenski was just chasing the chasing
- 11:26Speaker 1: the money. And I don't know whether he's got my
- 11:29Speaker 1: dignity left out of all of it, but it's not
- 11:31Speaker 1: a popular opinion. A lot of media in this country
- 11:34Speaker 1: running that sort of Zolensi was right. Trump was wrong.
- 11:37Speaker 1: But you know, Trump arrangement syndrome is pretty endemic in
- 11:40Speaker 1: this country right now.
- 11:45Speaker 3: It certainly is.
- 11:45Speaker 4: And I'll be talking to Josh Hammer about this after
- 11:48Speaker 4: the break because so much of the coverage, particularly in
- 11:51Speaker 4: this country, has just been borderline delusional to unhinged. I've
- 11:58Speaker 4: just been shocked even the character risation of what happened
- 12:01Speaker 4: in that meeting. It's clear that so many people talking
- 12:05Speaker 4: about it haven't actually bothered to watch the fifty minute interaction,
- 12:09Speaker 4: because that press conference went for fifteen minutes, and if
- 12:11Speaker 4: you watch the whole thing, your impression of it could
- 12:14Speaker 4: be very different to that five to six minute bit
- 12:18Speaker 4: that everyone's highlighting. Before you go, Gary, just quickly, former
- 12:22Speaker 4: Midnight Oil frontman Peter Garrett, former Australian minister in the
- 12:27Speaker 4: Federal Government. Peter Garrett was on stage at the Perth
- 12:30Speaker 4: Festival with his band The Alter Egos on Friday night
- 12:34Speaker 4: and he encouraged the attendees to pretend they're dancing on
- 12:39Speaker 4: Gina Reinhart's grave. Gary, Such an ugly, unnecessary, divisive bit
- 12:45Speaker 4: of commentary from someone who should know better.
- 12:50Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 12:50Speaker 1: I first met Peter Garrett about nineteen seventy eight. He
- 12:53Speaker 1: was an activist then in the Parliament. When I served
- 12:56Speaker 1: with him, he was a pleasant enough sort of fellow,
- 12:58Speaker 1: but an activist then and he's now out of the parliament.
- 13:01Speaker 1: He's an activist again for him, it's still nineteen seventy six,
- 13:05Speaker 1: That's how I read it. He's still really in these
- 13:07Speaker 1: harder hearts in the nuclear Disarmament Party. He really hasn't
- 13:10Speaker 1: understood mainstream in Australia, but he writes really good songs.
- 13:13Speaker 1: So this is the problem. But you know, picking on
- 13:16Speaker 1: Gena Reinhart probably well without that, it's been a while
- 13:19Speaker 1: Garrett in Australians. Well, yeah, I know what I'm just saying.
- 13:23Speaker 1: This is this bloke. Garrett's a little bit sort of
- 13:25Speaker 1: he's worn out down the path of the same old stuff.
- 13:28Speaker 1: We've moved on. Peter, you need to as well. But
- 13:30Speaker 1: Gina Reinhart, she contributes so much of this country. How
- 13:33Speaker 1: dare he big on it?
- 13:35Speaker 12: I'd say.
- 13:38Speaker 3: Absolutely.
- 13:38Speaker 4: And you know what, it's been a long time between
- 13:40Speaker 4: Drenks as far as the last great song Garrett's written,
- 13:45Speaker 4: and in the meantime Gena Einhart has contributed a great more,
- 13:49Speaker 4: great deal more to this country he ever will.
- 13:52Speaker 3: Gary hart Grave, thanks for your time tonight.
- 13:55Speaker 4: Joining me now is esteemed geologist and author Professor Ian Pott. Firstly,
- 14:01Speaker 4: in you work closely with Gina rein Hart, what was
- 14:05Speaker 4: your reaction to that shocking bit of I don't even
- 14:10Speaker 4: know what you call it, shocking bit of.
- 14:12Speaker 3: Hate from Peter Garrett. Such a stupid.
- 14:15Speaker 4: Thing for a man of his vintage to say this
- 14:20Speaker 4: used to be a senior federal minister in the Australian government.
- 14:24Speaker 12: Well, he's a failed senior federal minister, as many of
- 14:28Speaker 12: them are in the current government. And I think he's
- 14:31Speaker 12: on tune. Labor and the left are uncouth, they're vile,
- 14:37Speaker 12: they're driven with bile and hatred. And here he is
- 14:41Speaker 12: an unsuccessful, failed federal minister criticizing one of the greatest
- 14:47Speaker 12: success people that we've seen in this country. She is
- 14:51Speaker 12: the greatest Australian, this woman that this country has ever produced.
- 14:55Speaker 12: She has built businesses from nothing. She has employed thousands,
- 15:00Speaker 12: thousands and thousands of people in Western Australia. He picked
- 15:03Speaker 12: the wrong venue because he's playing an away game. He's vile,
- 15:08Speaker 12: he's uncouth, whereas those on the conservative side tend to
- 15:12Speaker 12: be more reserved, tend to have values and tend to
- 15:15Speaker 12: have principles. So he really showed his disclosure.
- 15:19Speaker 3: You work with Gina.
- 15:22Speaker 12: Einharder of a number of the companies.
- 15:24Speaker 3: For many years.
- 15:25Speaker 4: You know her well, and to me, it's always very
- 15:31Speaker 4: illuminating that people who pretend to be for women's rights,
- 15:35Speaker 4: pretend to be for women's empowerment, doing nothing to praise
- 15:40Speaker 4: a woman who is obviously a great Australian who contributes
- 15:45Speaker 4: so much, employs so many people, like you said, is
- 15:48Speaker 4: the biggest taxpayer in this country, supports so many charities,
- 15:53Speaker 4: quietly support so many athletes, and yet she gets no
- 15:58Speaker 4: credit for that. In a male dominated field, she is
- 16:02Speaker 4: the most successful, and yet they give her no credit
- 16:05Speaker 4: for that.
- 16:06Speaker 3: Now, let's get to New South Wales.
- 16:08Speaker 4: They've abandoned the proposal to follow Queensland and requiring newly
- 16:12Speaker 4: installed air conditioners to be able to be remotely throttled
- 16:16Speaker 4: by the government during peak demand on hot days. This
- 16:20Speaker 4: is after research from Queensland's implementation of the system revealed
- 16:24Speaker 4: that the true energy reduction from this big brother system
- 16:28Speaker 4: is far lower than expected. I can't believe that anybody
- 16:32Speaker 4: would contemplate this in a free world, that you've got
- 16:36Speaker 4: Australians who can't turn on their own air conditioners which
- 16:39Speaker 4: they pay a fortune to run during peak periods because
- 16:44Speaker 4: we don't have enough energy.
- 16:45Speaker 12: Well, when I was a kid. Air conditioning was free.
- 16:49Speaker 12: We just opened or closed window.
- 16:51Speaker 4: Now we have advanced, had a lot of help on
- 16:53Speaker 4: a thirty five degree day.
- 16:54Speaker 12: And on thirty five degrees days we can now cool
- 16:58Speaker 12: the air and we can dehumid the year. Now, I
- 17:01Speaker 12: see that's an advance. And what the attempts are being
- 17:05Speaker 12: made by bureaucrats is to crank back those advances because
- 17:10Speaker 12: they have destroyed a very efficient and reliable energy system
- 17:14Speaker 12: and in order to save energy, they want to have
- 17:16Speaker 12: people sweat themselves to death and cook while they're working. Now,
- 17:22Speaker 12: why don't they fix up their own game. Why don't
- 17:24Speaker 12: they fix up the energy system rather than penalizing everybody.
- 17:27Speaker 12: We're penalized enough with our electricity bills. We don't have
- 17:30Speaker 12: to be penalized at work.
- 17:32Speaker 4: Well in Victoria, offshore wind plans have been left in
- 17:36Speaker 4: the Surrey after Chris Bowen announced the decision to reject
- 17:39Speaker 4: a feasibility license for the Sea Dragon project off the
- 17:43Speaker 4: Gippsland coast because of a small overlap in his seven
- 17:47Speaker 4: hundred square kilometer proposal with a project by another company.
- 17:52Speaker 4: Chris Bowen has also revealed on Friday that US owned
- 17:56Speaker 4: Renewables operate a blue Float.
- 17:58Speaker 3: Energy has asked.
- 17:59Speaker 4: The other is the government to pause its application for
- 18:03Speaker 4: its project in the Illawarra south of Sydney until after
- 18:06Speaker 4: the election.
- 18:08Speaker 3: These projects seem to all be sort of in disarray.
- 18:12Speaker 4: Well with the taxpayer fun stop, these projects seem to
- 18:16Speaker 4: have all sorts of feasibility issues.
- 18:19Speaker 3: Well.
- 18:20Speaker 12: Labour's getting a thrashing in the Illawarra area and also
- 18:23Speaker 12: in the Newcastle area because they want to spoil a
- 18:25Speaker 12: wonderful coastline with these monstrosities that kill whales and slice
- 18:29Speaker 12: and dice birds. Now they know that it's unpopular, they
- 18:33Speaker 12: know there's an election coming up very soon, and so
- 18:36Speaker 12: they've just paused it. Now, this is going to come
- 18:40Speaker 12: back again if they get voded in, especially if there's
- 18:43Speaker 12: a coalition between the Dark Greens at Adam Band's party
- 18:47Speaker 12: the Light Greens which are the Deals and Labor. So
- 18:50Speaker 12: I wouldn't believe a word that.
- 18:52Speaker 3: That's the bound up with. Yeah, they will come back,
- 18:57Speaker 3: plus some if you.
- 19:00Speaker 12: Under a different name, and this will be a wonderful new.
- 19:03Speaker 3: And more tax pay dollars. This is interesting news.
- 19:06Speaker 4: Mercedes Benz is Orbit admitting that their ev.
- 19:10Speaker 3: Push was a massive mistake.
- 19:13Speaker 4: The Order mortem motive Giant is now committing to bringing
- 19:17Speaker 4: back it's V eight engines and a bid to win
- 19:20Speaker 4: back customers.
- 19:21Speaker 3: And they wasted a lot.
- 19:23Speaker 4: Of money and argue they damaged their brand with this
- 19:26Speaker 4: mad green push.
- 19:28Speaker 3: But reality is caught up with them.
- 19:30Speaker 12: Well, reality has caught up with them and many many
- 19:32Speaker 12: other car manufacturers in Europe who realize that the EV
- 19:36Speaker 12: is not the car. We tried evs in the first
- 19:39Speaker 12: part of the twentieth century. They didn't work, they were
- 19:42Speaker 12: not successful, they were very expensive, they had a short life,
- 19:45Speaker 12: and all of a sudden, they've reinvented the wheel. Mercedes
- 19:49Speaker 12: Benz has gone back to what they do well and
- 19:51Speaker 12: that's made very very good internal combustion engines and machines.
- 19:56Speaker 12: And they are joining many many other companies that realized
- 19:59Speaker 12: we have been drinking the kool aid. It affected us.
- 20:02Speaker 12: We've got to get back to basics. And the basics
- 20:05Speaker 12: are create a good car that people are going to
- 20:07Speaker 12: buy and we will make a profit.
- 20:09Speaker 3: That's it.
- 20:10Speaker 4: And EV's could be fine if you're talking about a tiny,
- 20:13Speaker 4: tiny little country where you travel to all three kilometers occasionally,
- 20:17Speaker 4: but in a country like Australia in America, it's just
- 20:21Speaker 4: not practical. And I remember the last couple of times
- 20:25Speaker 4: I've been in the States, when you go to rent
- 20:27Speaker 4: a car, the evs are so cheap because nobody wants them.
- 20:31Speaker 4: They've just gooked.
- 20:32Speaker 3: I just got them sitting in the yard there collecting dust.
- 20:37Speaker 4: With a supplimber. Thank you so much for your time tonight.
- 20:39Speaker 4: Thank you still doing karma. Lefties Losing It? Plus some
- 20:43Speaker 4: much needed sober analysis on the extraordinary Zelenski outburst.
- 20:49Speaker 3: John Chama joins us next welcome back. It's time for
- 21:01Speaker 3: lefties losing ed.
- 21:03Speaker 4: Let's start with a couple of Democrat operatives embarrassing themselves
- 21:07Speaker 4: with their Trump delusions. Is the diabolical Alexander Vindman saying
- 21:13Speaker 4: that JD. Vance and Donald Trump should apologize to Zelenski.
- 21:17Speaker 3: He demands it.
- 21:19Speaker 11: Evans owned apology, President Trump.
- 21:23Speaker 10: Oh, is Zolenskin apology for the way he's treated?
- 21:27Speaker 3: I demand it. I demand that he demands it. Oh
- 21:32Speaker 3: did God?
- 21:33Speaker 4: Even the CNN panel will amused by that foolishness. But
- 21:38Speaker 4: for a really severe, incurable case of tedious lunacy, we
- 21:42Speaker 4: cannot go past this mad rand from James Carville.
- 21:47Speaker 5: I'm talking about madness like King George the third kind
- 21:50Speaker 5: of madness, and it could be a combination of being
- 21:57Speaker 5: a fat slab, which it could be that she's can't
- 22:04Speaker 5: sleep at night because his beached whale body can't allow
- 22:11Speaker 5: the circulation it needs.
- 22:12Speaker 6: You.
- 22:12Speaker 5: I don't know, God, I don't know. I'm not a
- 22:14Speaker 5: sleep specialist or a medical doct but I think we
- 22:18Speaker 5: should revisit the possibility of a Simphlis diagnosis.
- 22:23Speaker 3: Oh my god, no wonder.
- 22:25Speaker 4: The Democrats are practically unelectable at the moment.
- 22:30Speaker 3: Let's look at Saturday Night Live.
- 22:32Speaker 12: Now.
- 22:32Speaker 3: They had their own take on the Zelenski blow up.
- 22:35Speaker 4: And sadly, it was about as funny as a burst appendix.
- 22:39Speaker 12: Sorry, if I you.
- 22:41Speaker 9: Know, you say you want to end this war, but frankly,
- 22:44Speaker 9: you don't have the cards. Okay, I have the cards.
- 22:47Speaker 1: All right, I have skip, I have draw for, I have.
- 22:51Speaker 9: Rehearse, I have get out of jail free. The Supreme
- 22:55Speaker 9: Court gave me.
- 22:55Speaker 5: That one speak at Chew and jar Man and jar Reside.
- 23:01Speaker 2: All I'm missing is a jar melion.
- 23:03Speaker 4: Not only did that guy look nothing like Trump or
- 23:07Speaker 4: sound anything like Trump, the whole thing was so lame
- 23:11Speaker 4: and unfunny. And what's worse is that they had the
- 23:14Speaker 4: best Trump impersonator available. Shane Gillis was on the show
- 23:19Speaker 4: Here is on kill Tony shortly before the election, and
- 23:23Speaker 4: I warn.
- 23:24Speaker 3: You this is a little blue, but it's actually funny.
- 23:27Speaker 2: Everybody.
- 23:27Speaker 9: Oh hey, what a great lady. I talked to her,
- 23:30Speaker 9: a backstage and wonderful woman. The tits are real. Excuse me,
- 23:40Speaker 9: excuse me. A lot of people are saying they're tits
- 23:42Speaker 9: are fake. They're not fake. I touched them and great tits,
- 23:48Speaker 9: wonderful tits, American tits. And that's that's the thing that
- 23:53Speaker 9: we've lost under this administration. Where are the American tits anymore?
- 23:57Speaker 4: But instead, Saturday Night Live had gill Is doing a
- 24:01Speaker 4: new skit. Now it was okay, it was amusing enough,
- 24:05Speaker 4: but he should have been playing Donald Trump.
- 24:08Speaker 3: Let's have a quick look at that new skit.
- 24:10Speaker 8: The suspects are believed to be four white I'm sorry.
- 24:16Speaker 2: What's going on?
- 24:17Speaker 5: Oh?
- 24:17Speaker 9: Nothing, No, just relieved that the police have a quite
- 24:21Speaker 9: identified the suspects. Exactly, very quite.
- 24:27Speaker 8: Okay. Police are looking for looters.
- 24:29Speaker 9: Huh.
- 24:32Speaker 8: Hear that these looters were spotted after wildfires devastated homes
- 24:37Speaker 8: in Hunt Valley townships.
- 24:39Speaker 2: I just read the story.
- 24:41Speaker 3: That's enough.
- 24:42Speaker 8: Looks like they stole televisions, bikes. Who do you think
- 24:46Speaker 8: that was? What kind of you think that was?
- 24:51Speaker 13: Job?
- 24:51Speaker 8: Do? All right? Police are wanting to look out for
- 24:54Speaker 8: the alleged ringleader, local man named Ethan Kapowski. Dammit.
- 24:59Speaker 4: Now, since we delving into the world of comedy, let's
- 25:02Speaker 4: hear from comic John Christ mocking social justice warriors and
- 25:06Speaker 4: grandstand on the internet. About time these massive hypocrites were
- 25:11Speaker 4: called out, just.
- 25:12Speaker 6: Like on the internet, Just like we stand with Ukraine.
- 25:15Speaker 2: I go, you don't even have custody of your kids
- 25:18Speaker 2: doing what?
- 25:22Speaker 6: Who are you talking to? Pick up your kids from
- 25:26Speaker 6: soccer practice? Then we'll talk about foreign policy. Kevin, we
- 25:33Speaker 6: are living on stolen land. I'm like, you're stolen your parents'
- 25:37Speaker 6: cell phone? Play out, you're on stolen minutes, Brittany, who
- 25:42Speaker 6: are you talking to now?
- 25:44Speaker 4: I've been waiting all we can to speak with my
- 25:46Speaker 4: next guest about the extraordinary scenes in the Oval office
- 25:50Speaker 4: and the fallout from the Zelenski effet, including Kirs Starmer's
- 25:54Speaker 4: comments about boots on the ground joining me now as
- 25:56Speaker 4: a Newsweek Senior editor at Large and article three Projects
- 26:00Speaker 4: in your Council Josh Hammer. Josh, I've seldom seen more misinformation,
- 26:05Speaker 4: more ill informed emoting masquerading as analysis on any issue
- 26:09Speaker 4: than what transpired to the White House. It's why I'm
- 26:13Speaker 4: eager to get your sober, reality based commentary. I watched
- 26:17Speaker 4: the full interaction. It goes for around fifty minutes, and
- 26:20Speaker 4: it's eye opening. I'd suggest to any pundit commenting on
- 26:24Speaker 4: this issue.
- 26:25Speaker 3: To actually watch that full.
- 26:26Speaker 4: Encounter before opining about what happened in the White House.
- 26:30Speaker 4: But Josh, these negotiations have been underway for some time,
- 26:34Speaker 4: and some of the crazy reasons. A Lenski decided to
- 26:38Speaker 4: renegotiate the deal in front of the world's media and
- 26:41Speaker 4: decided to do it by being incredibly rude, incredibly dismissive
- 26:45Speaker 4: of both the President and the Vice President.
- 26:49Speaker 2: It's one of the most astonishing things I think I've
- 26:52Speaker 2: ever seen in politics. You know, you know, I was
- 26:54Speaker 2: actually recording an episode of my own show, The Josh
- 26:56Speaker 2: Hammer Show, while this was happening live the White House,
- 26:58Speaker 2: and I recorded a whole segment on the rush of
- 27:00Speaker 2: Ukraine deal because I assumed that it was basically a
- 27:02Speaker 2: done deal. And then I saw what happened, and I
- 27:05Speaker 2: text my producer. I was like, oh my god, we
- 27:06Speaker 2: have to redo the entire segment, Like, what the heck
- 27:09Speaker 2: just happened at the White House here? I mean, what
- 27:12Speaker 2: was Zelenski thinking? I mean, I, like you, Reta, have
- 27:15Speaker 2: watched this entire exchange there. You know, it almost seems
- 27:18Speaker 2: to me like he went in there with the full
- 27:20Speaker 2: intention of just blowing this up. And I'm not entirely
- 27:24Speaker 2: sure exactly what he's trying to do other than the
- 27:27Speaker 2: fact that one, I don't think he's very good at this.
- 27:29Speaker 2: I don't think Vladimir Lenski is very good at this
- 27:31Speaker 2: whole international politics thing too. He must have the worst
- 27:34Speaker 2: advisors in the world. Remember when he did that campaign
- 27:36Speaker 2: stop with Kamala Harrison Pennsylvania Abthumunitions Factory. He has gone
- 27:40Speaker 2: all in repeatedly for the left, four Liberals, four Democrats there,
- 27:44Speaker 2: and he doubled down and tripled down quadrule down in
- 27:47Speaker 2: utterly spectacular fashion there. Donald Trump and JD. Van's read,
- 27:51Speaker 2: Let's be very clear here, they did nothing wrong. Nothing.
- 27:54Speaker 2: I cannot name a single thing that I think they
- 27:56Speaker 2: did wrong. On the contrary, they had extraordinary patience there.
- 28:00Speaker 2: They spends roughly thirty five minutes out of that fifty
- 28:03Speaker 2: five minut or so Egene here trying to get Zelensky
- 28:05Speaker 2: to actually agree to the deal that he'd basically, in
- 28:08Speaker 2: theory already agreed to. Well, the whole thing's mass, the
- 28:12Speaker 2: whole thing's mass. But Zelenski is entirely to blame for it.
- 28:14Speaker 2: He really is one hundred percent to blame here.
- 28:16Speaker 4: I think, Well, when you do watch the entire exchange,
- 28:20Speaker 4: you do see that Donald Trump in particular was uncharacteristically
- 28:25Speaker 4: patient and diplomatic, as Zelenski just was dismissive, would make comments,
- 28:33Speaker 4: would roll his eyes. It was just I just don't
- 28:37Speaker 4: know why that performance took place. And I do wonder
- 28:41Speaker 4: whether this relationship between Zelenski and the Trump administration is salvagable.
- 28:46Speaker 4: I hope for the sake of the Ukrainian people it
- 28:48Speaker 4: is salvagable and it's done quickly. But even some of
- 28:52Speaker 4: Zelenski's biggest supporters, including Senator Lindsay Graham, who has campaigned
- 28:57Speaker 4: endlessly for further funding for Ukraine, even he was appalled
- 29:02Speaker 4: by what happened in the Oval office. And I've got
- 29:05Speaker 4: to say this is significant. This is his comments shortly
- 29:08Speaker 4: after the press conference ended.
- 29:11Speaker 14: What I saw in the Oval office was disrespectful, and
- 29:15Speaker 14: I don't know if we can ever do business with
- 29:17Speaker 14: Zolenski again.
- 29:19Speaker 1: I don't.
- 29:19Speaker 14: I think most Americans saw a guy that they would
- 29:23Speaker 14: not want to go in business with. The way he
- 29:25Speaker 14: handled the meeting, the way he confronted the President was
- 29:29Speaker 14: just over the top. He either needs to resign and
- 29:33Speaker 14: send somebody over that we can do business with, or
- 29:36Speaker 14: he needs to change.
- 29:37Speaker 4: That's from mal Vladimir Zelenski's most ardent backer arguably over
- 29:42Speaker 4: the past three years, and Secretary of State Mirco Rubio
- 29:47Speaker 4: explains here the administration's frustrations with Zelenski and the discussions
- 29:52Speaker 4: he had about that mineral still, which Zelenski backed in
- 29:57Speaker 4: the meetings they had.
- 29:58Speaker 10: And he said, sure, want to do this deal. It
- 30:01Speaker 10: makes all the sense in the world. The only thing
- 30:03Speaker 10: is I need to run it through my legislative process.
- 30:05Speaker 10: They have to approve it. I read two days later
- 30:08Speaker 10: that Zelensky's out there saying I rejected the deal. I
- 30:10Speaker 10: told him no way, that we're not doing that. Well,
- 30:12Speaker 10: that's not what happened in that meeting. So you start
- 30:14Speaker 10: to get upset by somebody we're trying to help these guys.
- 30:16Speaker 10: Donald Trump's President Trump's not the kind of person that's
- 30:19Speaker 10: going to sit there and take that. He's very transparent.
- 30:21Speaker 10: He's going to tell you exactly how he feels. And
- 30:23Speaker 10: he sent the message that he's not going to get
- 30:25Speaker 10: gained here. He's willing to work on peace because he
- 30:27Speaker 10: cares about Ukraine and he hopes Zelensky will be a
- 30:29Speaker 10: partner in that and not someone who's out there putting
- 30:32Speaker 10: the sort of counter messaging to try to hustle us
- 30:34Speaker 10: in that regard. That's not going to be productive here, Josh.
- 30:38Speaker 4: This hustling, these strategies may have worked with the last administration.
- 30:43Speaker 4: We do know Joe Biden lost his temper with Zelenski
- 30:47Speaker 4: and shouted at him, but in the end he kept
- 30:51Speaker 4: writing these massive checks on behalf of the American people.
- 30:54Speaker 4: But the American people don't want this anymore. They don't
- 30:58Speaker 4: want to be funding this war. This was an election issue.
- 31:01Speaker 4: We know precisely where President Trump stands on this issue.
- 31:05Speaker 3: So again, I do.
- 31:06Speaker 4: Wonder why Zelenski took the route he took knowing this
- 31:10Speaker 4: administration's position on this entire catastrophe.
- 31:15Speaker 2: So here's my best guess. I mean, one. I genuinely
- 31:18Speaker 2: meant what I said for you, Enscuo. I think the
- 31:19Speaker 2: Vlaimir Zelensky is kind of an idiot when it comes
- 31:22Speaker 2: to international geopolitics. I actually do not think he understands
- 31:25Speaker 2: American political dynamics particularly well. By the way, he would
- 31:27Speaker 2: be far from the first foreign leader to fail to
- 31:30Speaker 2: properly understand American political dynamics or politics can be a
- 31:33Speaker 2: little complicated. Not necessarily his fault there, but he also
- 31:36Speaker 2: just totally mistook the year. I mean, the year is
- 31:38Speaker 2: twenty twenty five. I think that I think that he
- 31:40Speaker 2: still thinks the year is twenty twenty two and that
- 31:42Speaker 2: Joe Biden is still in charge, because again he has
- 31:45Speaker 2: made his bed with the Democrats. He did that whole
- 31:47Speaker 2: campaign stop with Kamala Harris there. He's just completely unwilling
- 31:51Speaker 2: to read the room and to see the teeleies and
- 31:54Speaker 2: recognize what they are. By the way, the deal that
- 31:57Speaker 2: he should have agreed to, that I still ultimately has
- 32:00Speaker 2: a chance if Zelenski steps down and is replaced by
- 32:03Speaker 2: different leader. There. This mineral rights deal actually a pretty
- 32:06Speaker 2: good deal for Ukraine. The US is not going to
- 32:08Speaker 2: go all in at this point on a NATO esque
- 32:11Speaker 2: security guarantee with boots on the ground thing for Ukraine.
- 32:14Speaker 2: What a mineral rights deal does do, though, or some
- 32:16Speaker 2: sort of economic arrangement, it gives the United States real, meaningful,
- 32:20Speaker 2: tangible skin in the game that actually does make them invested,
- 32:24Speaker 2: quite literally in the outcome of peace and prosperity and
- 32:28Speaker 2: economic growth and the shared pie and all that stuff
- 32:30Speaker 2: in Ukraine. So if Zelenski had two wits about him,
- 32:33Speaker 2: if he had any common sense whatsoever, he would have
- 32:35Speaker 2: read the room. He would have gone in there. Thank you,
- 32:38Speaker 2: mister President, Thank you, mister Vice President, for your taxpayers
- 32:41Speaker 2: who has spent one hundred and fifty billion dollars or
- 32:44Speaker 2: whatever the heck is gargantuan, some has been there. Thank
- 32:47Speaker 2: you for the fact that you campaigned relentlessly on peace,
- 32:49Speaker 2: and yet here you are inviting me here to the
- 32:51Speaker 2: Oval Office. By the way, I noticed that you're meeting
- 32:53Speaker 2: with me before Vladimir Putin. I'm flattered by that. Thank
- 32:56Speaker 2: you for that. There like there's misplaying your hand and
- 32:59Speaker 2: then there's misplaying the most important mean that your country
- 33:02Speaker 2: has had in a century. And he's done the latter,
- 33:03Speaker 2: not the former.
- 33:06Speaker 4: That's all he needed to do he needed to wear
- 33:08Speaker 4: a suit. It's a small thing, but it shows respect.
- 33:11Speaker 4: Or in the Oval office, in meeting the president, the
- 33:13Speaker 4: leader of the free world, wear a suit, be deferential,
- 33:17Speaker 4: be polite, just conduct yourself how you would with hopefully.
- 33:21Speaker 3: Any world leader, and walk away.
- 33:24Speaker 4: With an advantageous still for your people, for your country
- 33:28Speaker 4: that has been devastated by three years of war which
- 33:30Speaker 4: Russia started with this invasion.
- 33:33Speaker 3: But do we want peace?
- 33:34Speaker 4: Because there are only three options here, And even the
- 33:36Speaker 4: most pro ardent Ukraine expert who's honest, will tell you
- 33:42Speaker 4: this that we can either have the war continue, and
- 33:46Speaker 4: that's only going to work in Ukraine's favor. They're only
- 33:50Speaker 4: going to their only chance of winning is if there's
- 33:53Speaker 4: troops sent from around the world, boots on the ground,
- 33:56Speaker 4: and we're going to talk about that shortly, which is
- 33:58Speaker 4: potentially the start of World War three against the nuclear
- 34:01Speaker 4: power in Russia. Second option is that you give up
- 34:05Speaker 4: and Russia wins. No one wants that. The third option
- 34:09Speaker 4: is peace with an advantageous still for Ukraine, and this
- 34:12Speaker 4: is what was being worked out. So for it to
- 34:15Speaker 4: be blown up in this fashion, I think is just devastating.
- 34:19Speaker 4: And you talked about Vladimir Zelenski not understanding the American dynamic,
- 34:25Speaker 4: the current politics.
- 34:27Speaker 3: Have a look at this polling.
- 34:28Speaker 4: On Ukraine and how much opinions have shifted amongst the
- 34:32Speaker 4: American people, or not just this conflict, but opinions on
- 34:36Speaker 4: Zelenski himself. This poll, I hastened to add, was taken
- 34:40Speaker 4: before the meeting.
- 34:42Speaker 2: Your support for Ukraine is too much.
- 34:45Speaker 13: Back when the war began, back in February of twenty
- 34:47Speaker 13: twenty two, it was just seven percent. Up like a
- 34:50Speaker 13: rocket ship, my goodness. Up now in February of twenty
- 34:53Speaker 13: twenty five to forty one percent, and the clear majority
- 34:57Speaker 13: of Republicans, and of course Republicans are in charge of
- 34:59Speaker 13: the US. Now sixty two percent of Republicans say that
- 35:03Speaker 13: the US support for Ukraine is too much.
- 35:05Speaker 2: What a difference from just three years ago.
- 35:07Speaker 13: Feelings towards Zelensky have changed also dramatically. Look at this
- 35:11Speaker 13: confidence Lensky will do the right thing when it comes
- 35:14Speaker 13: to world affairs. Back in twenty twenty two, it was
- 35:16Speaker 13: the clear majority, seventy two percent, through the floor, through
- 35:20Speaker 13: the floor.
- 35:21Speaker 2: By twenty twenty four, just forty eight percent.
- 35:24Speaker 4: I think after that performance in the White House, the
- 35:26Speaker 4: figure is going to be far lower, Josh. And again,
- 35:31Speaker 4: Trump got elected on an American First agenda. It underpins
- 35:35Speaker 4: his entire platform, and it seems that's lost on so
- 35:40Speaker 4: many political pundits.
- 35:42Speaker 3: It seems to have been lost on most of the.
- 35:45Speaker 4: EU, because that means something that's more than just USA
- 35:50Speaker 4: chance and high fives. That means you do what's best
- 35:54Speaker 4: for the American people, and the American people have made
- 35:58Speaker 4: it clear.
- 35:58Speaker 3: That they do not want to fund these less wars.
- 36:02Speaker 2: That's exactly correct, by the way. I'm actually kind of
- 36:04Speaker 2: surprised per Harry Enton's graphic there on seeing them, a
- 36:07Speaker 2: little surprised that that forty one percent of Americans who
- 36:10Speaker 2: think that there's too much PORP. I would think that
- 36:12Speaker 2: number would actually be even higher. I think the number
- 36:14Speaker 2: probably will go up even higher now over the next
- 36:16Speaker 2: week or so after that meeting on Friday. I guess
- 36:18Speaker 2: we'll see what it is. But Donald Trump's the art
- 36:21Speaker 2: of the deal guy Rita. I mean, this is the
- 36:23Speaker 2: guy who became famous with the whole art of the
- 36:24Speaker 2: deal thing. He became famous hosting The Apprentice. He loves
- 36:27Speaker 2: deal making, and this is a deal that he literally
- 36:29Speaker 2: campaigned on. This is One of the hallmarks of his
- 36:31Speaker 2: campaign was bringing this internal conflict in eastern Ukraine and
- 36:36Speaker 2: Russia to an end. You know, the media tends to
- 36:38Speaker 2: focus so much, rida oftentimes on the Middle East and
- 36:41Speaker 2: the war in Gaza and Lebanon and all that there.
- 36:43Speaker 2: But let me just say, the death toll in those conflicts,
- 36:46Speaker 2: while every innocent life loss is obviously tragic, pales in
- 36:49Speaker 2: comparison to the orders of magnitude. More people, oftentimes young men,
- 36:54Speaker 2: who have just been slaughtered on the front lines on
- 36:57Speaker 2: both sides of this conflict. An entire generation of you
- 37:00Speaker 2: Ranians has essentially been lost that country. It's going to
- 37:03Speaker 2: take a half century to a century to fully get
- 37:05Speaker 2: back in terms of demographics, economy there. The whole country
- 37:08Speaker 2: has been wrecked. So if Lamar Zelenski is still committed
- 37:11Speaker 2: to this day till fighting till he retains every single
- 37:14Speaker 2: square inch of territory, he will countenance no possible deal
- 37:18Speaker 2: without a NATO S security guarantee. I ask you, mister Zelensky,
- 37:22Speaker 2: at what cost, At what cost to your own country,
- 37:26Speaker 2: to your own people that again has been just utterly
- 37:29Speaker 2: devastated by this. All the people been slaughtered who have
- 37:31Speaker 2: moved abroad there Ukraine is it's going to take my
- 37:35Speaker 2: entire lifetime to recover from this. I'm not sure that
- 37:38Speaker 2: Zelenski understands that. I think he probably does not, frankly,
- 37:41Speaker 2: because again he's so high on his own supply from
- 37:43Speaker 2: the four years of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and
- 37:45Speaker 2: all the various Democratic boosters in the United States Senate
- 37:48Speaker 2: in particular there. But if he can't get the job
- 37:50Speaker 2: done Rita, he has to go, he has to resign
- 37:52Speaker 2: and get someone in charge. We can actually get this
- 37:54Speaker 2: piece still.
- 37:54Speaker 4: Done, Joshua saying the British prime ministic case Stama Price.
- 37:59Speaker 4: Why for standing with Zelenski at his time of need.
- 38:03Speaker 4: Let's listen to what he had to say and see
- 38:07Speaker 4: if you can catch the enormous contradiction.
- 38:09Speaker 11: The UK is prepared to back this with boots on
- 38:13Speaker 11: the ground and planes in the air, together with others.
- 38:17Speaker 11: Europe must do the heavy listing. But to support peace
- 38:22Speaker 11: in our continent and to succeed this effort must have
- 38:27Speaker 11: strong US backing.
- 38:29Speaker 4: Josh What are the chances that the US will back
- 38:32Speaker 4: anything resembling boots on the.
- 38:35Speaker 2: Ground, So, I mean read a creme if I'm wrong,
- 38:39Speaker 2: but I think the contradiction that you're getting at is,
- 38:41Speaker 2: on the one hand, here Starmer saying that Europe must
- 38:43Speaker 2: take care of its own backyard, and then on the
- 38:45Speaker 2: other hand, like two seconds later, he's saying it must
- 38:47Speaker 2: have strong US backing as well. Look, the entire purpose
- 38:50Speaker 2: of what Trump is trying to do, right, I say, Santa,
- 38:53Speaker 2: I mean, the entire purpose what Donald Trump is trying
- 38:56Speaker 2: to do in the Russia Ukraine theater is to transfer
- 39:00Speaker 2: the baton, so to speak, to the Europeans to better
- 39:02Speaker 2: patrol their own backyard. Look, America is in a difficult situation.
- 39:06Speaker 2: Barack Obama, back in the year twenty fourteen, around then Rita,
- 39:09Speaker 2: he became the first president in US history to formally
- 39:11Speaker 2: disavow a long standing United States military doctrine that required
- 39:15Speaker 2: that the US be militarily capable of winning two major
- 39:18Speaker 2: conflicts simultaneous in the World States. Barack Obama conscientiously got
- 39:22Speaker 2: rid of that. Since then, especially with the concombinant rise
- 39:25Speaker 2: of China, the United States is in a somewhat precarious
- 39:27Speaker 2: position in the world stage. We're basically in a century
- 39:30Speaker 2: long great power competition with China. China's arrival, when it
- 39:33Speaker 2: comes to the economy, when it comes to national security,
- 39:35Speaker 2: when it comes to basically everything out there. What that
- 39:38Speaker 2: means is that we cannot fund interminably a Slavic proxy
- 39:43Speaker 2: war in Eastern Ukraine. There it's simply not in the
- 39:45Speaker 2: American national interest to do so. That is the MAGA
- 39:48Speaker 2: America first point. And on that point, Donald Trump and
- 39:51Speaker 2: Jadvans are entirely right. By the way, if we cannot
- 39:54Speaker 2: provoke the Russian bear so much, maybe just maybe we
- 39:57Speaker 2: can sever the link between Vlaimir Putin and the Kremlin
- 40:00Speaker 2: and Shi jimping in the Chinese Pola Borough, and maybe
- 40:03Speaker 2: just maybe pull the Russians, not necessarily into the American
- 40:06Speaker 2: sphere of influence, but at least in something remotely approximating neutrality.
- 40:09Speaker 2: So if you can basically several of that russo sign
- 40:13Speaker 2: a link between Russia and China, that would be a brilliant,
- 40:16Speaker 2: absolutely brilliant active statesmanship. I'm not entirely I'm not saying
- 40:19Speaker 2: that's going to happen. I'm not confidently predicting that there.
- 40:22Speaker 2: But I do think that Donald Trump is such a
- 40:23Speaker 2: successful historical deal maker that's probably in the back of
- 40:26Speaker 2: his mind there and again, the Europeans have to take
- 40:29Speaker 2: care of this. The Germans, the Poles, the French, the Brits.
- 40:32Speaker 2: Come on, guys, muscle up and put some dollars down.
- 40:37Speaker 4: Look, if europe can increase defense spending, if they can
- 40:40Speaker 4: commit forces to protect their own continent, I think Donald
- 40:44Speaker 4: Trump and most Americans will be enormously happy with that.
- 40:47Speaker 4: But whether that's actually going to happen is the question.
- 40:52Speaker 4: Before you go, The New York Post is reporting that
- 40:55Speaker 4: Vice President JD. Vance was forced to move his family
- 40:58Speaker 4: to an undisclosed like Haiti after pro Ukrainian protest has
- 41:03Speaker 4: swarmed the ski resort where he was vacationing. What has
- 41:08Speaker 4: been the reaction to Vance's part in this Zelenski blow up,
- 41:12Speaker 4: particularly amongst the GOP, because there's been a lot of
- 41:15Speaker 4: analysis that I think is again ill informed. I've I've
- 41:19Speaker 4: read people saying that Donald Trump would be terribly upset
- 41:22Speaker 4: with JD. Vance's interjections and upstaging him. I don't think
- 41:26Speaker 4: that's the case at all. I think those two are
- 41:28Speaker 4: very much on the same page.
- 41:31Speaker 2: They are on the same page. In fact, if you
- 41:33Speaker 2: go back to the Ohio Senate primary back in twenty
- 41:35Speaker 2: twenty two where Gdvans beat out Josh Mandel and the
- 41:38Speaker 2: various others there. He ran on this exact platform. Ukraine
- 41:42Speaker 2: was actually a major issue for JD Vans, and actually
- 41:45Speaker 2: things got really tense and one those Ohio Republican primary
- 41:48Speaker 2: Senate to base Ages actually I think was doubling down
- 41:51Speaker 2: so much on his stands on Ukraine. So Jed actually
- 41:53Speaker 2: really believes on this issue. He's in locksta have agreeing
- 41:56Speaker 2: with Donald Trump. By the way, these people are this
- 41:58Speaker 2: ski resort disgusting, absolutely discussing. They are nothing new on
- 42:01Speaker 2: the left. Obviously. I remember this footage of Ted Cruz
- 42:03Speaker 2: getting dinner with his family in Washington, DC years ago.
- 42:06Speaker 2: They blow up or not, they don't really blow up,
- 42:08Speaker 2: but they go in there, they intrude on the restaurant there.
- 42:10Speaker 2: They have to kick the people out. This is a
- 42:12Speaker 2: disgusting tactic. Conservatives don't do this there. This is the
- 42:15Speaker 2: unique province of the left and they should bow their
- 42:17Speaker 2: heads and shame for because it's really just disgusting, lowball
- 42:19Speaker 2: gutter stuff.
- 42:22Speaker 4: It is lowball gutter stuff. But we are seeing this
- 42:25Speaker 4: enormous political realignment. The left is suddenly now pro war
- 42:29Speaker 4: and anti free speech.
- 42:31Speaker 3: You wouldn't have called this a few years ago. Josh Havah,
- 42:35Speaker 3: thank you so much for your time tonight.
- 42:37Speaker 2: Thank you reader.
- 42:38Speaker 4: Still to come elon masks fourteenth baby with It Another Woman,
- 42:43Speaker 4: Kinsey Schofield has the details. You're watching the Raider Panehy
- 42:56Speaker 4: show and joining me now celebrity and royal commentator Kinsey's
- 43:00Speaker 4: scho filled Kinsey as sources revealed to the Daily Now
- 43:04Speaker 4: that the Oscars scrambled to pull together a memorium tribute
- 43:09Speaker 4: to Gene Hackman in time for the ceremony following the
- 43:13Speaker 4: sudden and mysterious death of him and his wife last week,
- 43:18Speaker 4: with an official cause yet to be determined.
- 43:21Speaker 3: What else can you.
- 43:21Speaker 4: Tell us about this tragic story?
- 43:25Speaker 3: Absolutely so.
- 43:26Speaker 7: Jane was ninety five years old, his wife Betsy was
- 43:30Speaker 7: just sixty four years old, and they were both found
- 43:32Speaker 7: partially mammified at the couple's three point three million dollar
- 43:37Speaker 7: mansion in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with pills strown around
- 43:42Speaker 7: Betsy the wife in the bathroom, along with the deceased
- 43:45Speaker 7: dog a few feet away from her. Jean's pacemaker last
- 43:49Speaker 7: showed activity on February seventeenth, RITA. That's nine days before
- 43:54Speaker 7: maintenance and security workers discovered their bodies. They did find
- 43:58Speaker 7: two living dogs on the property. We are still trying
- 44:02Speaker 7: to determine cause of death, but it could take a while.
- 44:05Speaker 7: I mean, you know, they're going to have to wait
- 44:07Speaker 7: for toxicology ecology results before we will have any sort
- 44:12Speaker 7: of indication as to what happened.
- 44:16Speaker 4: I was just absolutely tragic. Will bring you the latest
- 44:21Speaker 4: as we learn what happened there. Now large portion of
- 44:25Speaker 4: oscar's committee members have stained from voting this year because
- 44:30Speaker 4: the selection of awards nominees has become to woke. This
- 44:34Speaker 4: is according to an expert. They feel this is the
- 44:37Speaker 4: end of the award show because smaller movies are now
- 44:40Speaker 4: being nominated over the big blockbuster films that people actually
- 44:45Speaker 4: end up seeing.
- 44:46Speaker 3: And there's all these d eye requirements.
- 44:49Speaker 4: Tell me about these, surely the Oscars aren't on their
- 44:53Speaker 4: last legs.
- 44:54Speaker 7: Well, I mean, the Academy now requires that the films
- 44:58Speaker 7: that are considered they have to have at least two
- 45:01Speaker 7: out of these four pieces of criteria to even be considered,
- 45:06Speaker 7: which is focusing on underrepresented groups including racial and ethnic groups, women,
- 45:11Speaker 7: people with disabilities, and the lgbt Q plus community.
- 45:17Speaker 3: And I think you'll agree with me.
- 45:18Speaker 7: People generally watch films for entertainment, storytelling, and emotional connection,
- 45:23Speaker 7: not to be lectured to. If a movie prioritizes delivering
- 45:27Speaker 7: a walk message over compelling characters and narratives, it feels
- 45:30Speaker 7: forced and almost condescending coming from Hollywood. Oh.
- 45:36Speaker 3: Absolutely. And you can see these.
- 45:38Speaker 4: Programs with the TV shows or movies where they seem
- 45:41Speaker 4: to be ticking a box and it just detracts from
- 45:45Speaker 4: the art. It should just be about communicating something or
- 45:50Speaker 4: entertaining or making people feel something. All these other considerations.
- 45:56Speaker 3: Should not come into it.
- 45:58Speaker 4: We're going to have to get to Megan Marcolf tried
- 46:00Speaker 4: to avoid her tonight, but here we are. She's been
- 46:02Speaker 4: caught up and yet another copycat scandal, this time evolving
- 46:06Speaker 4: her new cooking book.
- 46:07Speaker 3: It's been alleged that with Love, Meghan.
- 46:10Speaker 4: Has been almost entirely copying from Pamela Anderson's show, Pamela's
- 46:15Speaker 4: Cooking with Love, with a trailer for Megan's show in
- 46:18Speaker 4: some sections being a frame by frame replica of Pamela's.
- 46:23Speaker 3: Surely not, Surely.
- 46:24Speaker 4: This is some sort of a wild coincidence, Kinsey, Oh,
- 46:28Speaker 4: why is.
- 46:29Speaker 7: Megan Michael making a cooking show because she's great at
- 46:32Speaker 7: following recipes. But I'm cooking up her own ideas. But
- 46:36Speaker 7: I think that Pamela Anderson did make a guest appearance
- 46:39Speaker 7: on Meghan's father show, Married with Children.
- 46:41Speaker 11: Maybe Meghan has been.
- 46:42Speaker 7: A fan ever since Rita. Who knows, Maybe she's always
- 46:44Speaker 7: been inspired.
- 46:48Speaker 4: Now Elon Musk has somehow welcomed his fourteenth child already.
- 46:53Speaker 4: It was only three or four days ago we were
- 46:55Speaker 4: talking about the thirteenth child. Allegedly, this fourth child is
- 47:00Speaker 4: with a schivon Zillis.
- 47:02Speaker 3: We know that much. What else can you tell us, Kinsey.
- 47:05Speaker 7: I can tell you this announcement doesn't bode well for
- 47:07Speaker 7: Ashley Saint Clair, who Elon has yet to appropriately acknowledge,
- 47:11Speaker 7: a topic I couldn't believe Joe Rogan completely ignored last
- 47:15Speaker 7: week when he sat down with him. It did not
- 47:17Speaker 7: feel you know, I expect more from Joe Rogan, is
- 47:19Speaker 7: what I'm trying to say. But Elon has acknowledged this child.
- 47:23Speaker 7: He hasn't actually acknowledged Ashley Saint Clair's so I'm sure
- 47:27Speaker 7: she's really upset right now.
- 47:31Speaker 4: I think she would be upset right now because he
- 47:34Speaker 4: hasn't acknowledged that baby yet and Prince Harry. He has
- 47:39Speaker 4: been accused of having a passive aggressive jab at Elon
- 47:43Speaker 4: Musk and Donald Trump at the Upfront summit in Los Angeles,
- 47:47Speaker 4: where he told the crowd that a sickness in leadership
- 47:51Speaker 4: across sectors from politics to tech interesting can have a
- 47:56Speaker 4: detrimental effect on millions ah.
- 48:00Speaker 3: In leadership from politics to tech. What could he have
- 48:03Speaker 3: been talking about.
- 48:04Speaker 7: Kinsey, definitely a swape at Donald Trump and Elon Musk,
- 48:09Speaker 7: who we both know are not only vindictive but incredibly powerful.
- 48:12Speaker 7: Right now, you and I've discussed that Donald Trump will
- 48:15Speaker 7: not deport Prince Harry, but the Mail on Sunday reports
- 48:18Speaker 7: that President Trump remains committed to prosecuting criminal prosecution if
- 48:23Speaker 7: Prince Harry allied on his visa application, and guess what, Rita,
- 48:27Speaker 7: we expect it to get a few more details from
- 48:30Speaker 7: the DHS about what's actually on his application in the
- 48:33Speaker 7: next few days, which might disrupt Megan Markle's big premiere.
- 48:37Speaker 7: So you know, fingers crossed that Prince Harry's visa information
- 48:40Speaker 7: doesn't negatively affect the hype around Megan's show.
- 48:46Speaker 4: Is it too cynical to think that she might actually
- 48:50Speaker 4: love that because you can think of no greater promotion
- 48:53Speaker 4: for any projects she has than her husband being under investigation,
- 48:58Speaker 4: possibly facing charges, even though deportation has been taken off
- 49:02Speaker 4: the table.
- 49:03Speaker 3: Because Donald Trump feels so sorry for him.
- 49:06Speaker 4: This is yeah, this is going to be a fascinating
- 49:10Speaker 4: set of events to observe. Kinsey Schofield. We love speaking
- 49:14Speaker 4: with you. Thanks for your time tonight, and that's all
- 49:18Speaker 4: the time I've got tonight. I'll see you at eleven
- 49:20Speaker 4: tomorrow night. Up next is Newsnight.
