- 0:28Good morning from the chicken. Poop.
- 0:31So what do you do when you have an overwhelming number of ideas
- 0:36floating through your head? And you truly don't know, you
- 0:40know what to do with them. All the subject came up over our
- 0:43vacation and my son was sharing with me, how he has so many
- 0:48ideas, of course, he's 14. So he's filled with all kinds of
- 0:54different thoughts, on all kinds of different things and things
- 0:57you wants to try and things that he doesn't know if he'll Like he
- 1:01said to me Mom what do you tell your clients when they have so
- 1:04many ideas? They don't know what to do and I
- 1:07started laughing and I said it's not just my guys, it's me.
- 1:10I have that problem. I am terrible when it comes to
- 1:13having an overwhelming number of ideas floating through my head.
- 1:17So I thought you know, I can't be the only person out there
- 1:21that has this challenge. So I figured well, I'm going to
- 1:23let everybody know about this. So first of all, it's an
- 1:26excellent thing to have an overwhelming number of ideas and
- 1:29often what happens. Ins is we get that feeling of
- 1:33just complete confusion because we fit think we have to address
- 1:38them all immediately. So, first and foremost, let's
- 1:41start off by saying you don't have to make each one happen
- 1:45ideas or their I personally believe ideas are pure energy as
- 1:49I've said before. In this podcast, no one knows
- 1:51not one scientist out there. Can even say where they come
- 1:54from. They can tell you what parts of
- 1:55the brain fire off, but they can't tell you how it arrives.
- 1:59So I have been Old through many different people that I have
- 2:04worked with in different spiritual aspects than ideas are
- 2:08alive. And they come to the person who
- 2:11they believe will actualize them, which I thought was like
- 2:14So Divine and interesting. So I always treat them with
- 2:18special care and if I don't want, you know, end up doing it.
- 2:22I just say, you know, I'm going to pass on this because for one
- 2:25reason or another, just because it picked me, I don't have to
- 2:28pick it now. I really want you to hear me say
- 2:30that. That just because the idea
- 2:32picked me doesn't mean I have to pick it.
- 2:35It's kind of, you know, a co-creation if you will.
- 2:38So first and foremost you can't make decisions like this until
- 2:43you go in to your head and get it all out and put it on paper.
- 2:47I am a huge fan of Mind, mapping everything.
- 2:51So, my mapping is nothing more than putting everything on
- 2:56paper, but not in this kind of like in visual bubbles, if you
- 2:59will, now you can look this. Up online and some people will
- 3:02say, oh it's best to do it in a computer and I hate that I'm
- 3:05just did some I'm a purist. I'm just a person who loves to
- 3:09have Sharpies and big huge pieces of paper and giant
- 3:12Post-it notes and just stuck to my wall.
- 3:15Like the meeting notes and just drawing on it.
- 3:17But the first thing is to put all these different bubbles that
- 3:21are in your head on the paper. Just get them all out and then
- 3:25don't judge them. Seriously don't judge them, just
- 3:28put them all on paper and then Walk by and again it's like
- 3:33think of it like thought bubble so you can draw a big circle in
- 3:36the middle and you can put your name and then around it.
- 3:39You can put like my when I did this with my son, it was like
- 3:41Lucas's ideas because we just finished doing one and then off
- 3:45of that big circle, we've got all these different little lines
- 3:48coming off of it with other thought, Bubbles.
- 3:50And in each one of those thought, bubbles is one of his
- 3:52ideas and so we got all the mountain.
- 3:55I said to him. Okay.
- 3:56Do you have any morning goes? Well, not right now, but can I
- 3:59keep the paper and I'm like, Yeah, keep adding to the paper
- 4:02and then off of each, one of those bubbles you can start to
- 4:05think about, okay, well, what else would go with this one?
- 4:08And what goes with this one? So, you just start draining all
- 4:12of that confusion in your head, to the paper.
- 4:14And you can look at it and say, well, maybe this is something I
- 4:18want to do, maybe it's not maybe there's things on here.
- 4:22The interest rate, maybe there's not or at least, you can start
- 4:25to get a hierarchy of it so that you're not stuck constantly
- 4:29trying to make things happen. Happen that are just, you know,
- 4:34not really what you want. They might it just because
- 4:37something gives you a little interest.
- 4:39So let me give you an example of this.
- 4:40So I am very interested in learning to do certain types of
- 4:45cooking. But I am not interested in
- 4:48learning to do other types of cooking.
- 4:50So I can look at it and I could put down cooking as one of my
- 4:53bubbles. But when I start thinking about
- 4:55it, what do I really want to do? What are the things I'm really
- 4:58interested in? Well, a big thing is, like,
- 5:00Fermenting and stuff that has to do with garden and everything
- 5:03that I'm growing. So I'm really expanding a
- 5:06fermenting and looking at doing Kim cheese and pickles, and all
- 5:10kinds of Kombucha, things like that.
- 5:13But other stuff, I just know it interests me, but I'm really
- 5:16more interested in eating quite honestly than I am in actually
- 5:20doing it. That's my husband stuff.
- 5:22I mean, he's such a great cook, so, I'm not going to cross that
- 5:25realm, I just it interests me, but not enough to drive at home,
- 5:30if that Makes sense. So, first things first, let's
- 5:34start with the brain dump. Go and clean your head out.
- 5:38Get all your ideas on a piece of paper, put them down and start
- 5:41thinking about them. And then tomorrow, we're going
- 5:43to resume this so we can really get you focused on what your
- 5:49Healthy Springtime growth process will look like, all
- 5:52right, my friends. I hope you have a blessed day
- 5:54and I will see you tomorrow. Bye.
